Youtube daily report Nov 17 2017

Hello its Kinoshita Yuka (Eng subs by ~Aphexx~)

so today! tadaa I think these are called Mr. Bibim ~I'm not sure though~

I'll be making and eating these today these were also sent to me by a Korean viewer TYVM

Korea makes quite a lot of yakisoba style instant noodles

I feel as though the majority of the noodles sent to me from overseas are this sort of yakisoba style

are there more of these types sold in the rest of the world?.... #YukaThoughts

it says kimchi flavor are these gonna be spicy? I wonder....

alrighty lets get cookin

looking at the instructions its mostly in english here

these might just be sold throughout the world

inside the package is: noodle and topping packs and sauce packs

I boiled up 8 packs worth

there was some kimchi like stuff in the packs

and now for this sauce

yep... it is red AF

it smells real spicy as well

it also has a sort of sour smell as well

it does smell rather sour as well

tadaa its done itadakimasu

it looks and smells rather spicy

its red ~but then again if you said its the same color as~

napolitan spaghetti then I'd have to agree it does look like the same color as napolitan

its pretty spicy and my mouth is burning

its a very kimuchi-like spice and it doesn't have much sweetness to it at all

super spicy

look a patch of white in all this red

the noodles are pretty big and remind me of "chijirimein"

I don't think this is of a level that is tooo spicy to eat as far as spiciness goes this might be just the right amount of heat

if its not at least this spicy you just can't be callin' things spicy

I kinda wanna serve this to someone telling them its a napolitan spaghetti just to see their reaction

~now thats just mean~

spicy

ahhh its spicy AF

it does live up to its Gimchi flavor namesake that first bite you take tastes so much like Kimchi

since its so spicy I'm going to add a mixture of egg and cheese to this

6 eggs 300g of cheese

it really tones down the colors nicely

ahh the spiciness has diminished and with the added cheese flavor its super tasty

when you add cheese and egg it totally takes away the spiciness

it was super spicy before and now its not even spicy at all

makes me low key miss the initial spiciness

whenever you are eating noodles whatever drink you have with it tastes so darn good

~I can chug so much down~

lets now add some of my #BFFMayo I kind of want that extra bit of flavor

it now tastes like something that would make for a great snack

last mouthful itadakimasu

the bibinmein were spic~~~ oh waitaminute these weren't bibinmein

oh these are Mr Bibin these Mr Bibin were spicy but very yummy

with the cheese and egg the spiciness was taken away and I totes recommend it for people who can't handle spice

would be better if it were the opposite way though if things would gradually get spicier as you eat

it tasted so much like kimchi and were totally like some sort of Kimchi noodles

these were so yummy and if you get a chance to try these please give them a try

and as always thanks for watching and if there is something you want me to do or eat please tell me about it in the comment section if you liked this video please hit the like and subscribe buttons BAI BAI

Mercedes-Benz 230 CE in: "La Villa" | A Homage to Festival Hyères | Villa Noailles - Duration: 4:29.

You met X at a gas station in the middle of the Black Forest in Germany.

You were driving back to Paris with some friends.

You were bored, waiting for the others in the car and you saw him.

You actually heard him first.

No, no!

Stop! You can't do that. We will never find it!

Stop the car!

You go and find it!

No, you go! You're the one who threw it so you find it!

He was on the phone, speaking Chinese, smoking and eating chips at the same time.

His car was much nicer than the one you were sitting in, so you got out, pretending to stretch your legs.

X looked at you and you just stood in front of him, so you opened the passenger door.

You got in his car and left together on the road.

You didn't want to know his name or where he was going.

You just felt he was the right person for you, right here, right now.

You're constantly running after X, even if he's unattainable,

but he would always protect you when you're in trouble.

He's tall, tender, witty, unbearable, passionate; passionate about you.

He would speak to you in German, Spanish, Russian, even Korean.

You don't understand a word, but you don't care.

X told you he learnt the languages while being a stunt man in different countries.

He actually told you he was a stand-in for Harrison Ford in "Indiana Jones".

You know he's too young for this to be true but you pretend to believe him.

You always do, because you're falling in love with X.

The Saracens who occupied Eastern Provence were expelled from Fraxinet in 972–973 by Guillaume, Count of Provence,

his brother Roubaud, the Marquis of Turin, and several great lords of Provence, including the lords of Fos and a so called Pons de Fos.

As a reward Guillaume offered them the present territory.

On this beautiful day, you wanted to go West and of course, he wanted to go East.

The conversation ended like in an American film.

He put his hand on top of yours, on the gearshift and asked you the simple yet complex question.

Do you love me?

You burst out laughing.

X was offended. He then said: Today you will learn how to love me.

You nodded and looked away.

You noticed a flock of flamingos in the distance and you felt high.

On a scale from 1 to 10 – how much do you love me?

I don't know. Maybe 2!

Always better than 1, no?

Ok, say it!

I love you. Say it!

No, again! I love you.

Again! I love you.

I don't believe it for a second! Be more sincere, more soft, more romantic!

I love you.

Much better. One more time?

I love you.

Reality session interrupted.

Avatar X is no longer available.

Would you like to select another avatar?

No. Would you like to save your experience with X in your memory?

Yes. Experience saved.

Would you like to resume the session, start a new one, or terminate it?

Start a new one.

Please choose your options for the new session.

Joonyoung-Repaper the old wall "It's all right but little weak" [2Days & 1Night-Season 3/2017.11.05] - Duration: 3:17.

(Here's a child who doesn't know what to do.)

- Do you live alone? / - Yes.

- Really? / - I live alone.

You must be living in a studio apartment, then.

(The room to paper will be small.)

(Welcome to the palace.)

You live alone in such a big place?

(This is where Joonyoung will be working today.)

(Repaper the old wall.)

- This... / - We need to rip it first.

- Rip it? / - Yes.

Do I rip out the paper first?

Yes, you should.

Very well.

(But...)

(He's so poor at ripping it.)

Ma'am, doesn't this look artsy?

What?

(Clumsy)

It looked like something.

Oh, no. There's a spider.

It's all right.

(He's a scaredy-cat.)

We're in trouble.

At this rate, you can't finish this by today.

You're right.

How was your first impression of him?

It's all right. It's all right, but

he's a little weak.

Ma'am, you need to speak a little more quietly

so that I can't hear.

When will I ever finish this?

You better rip it quicker.

Let me search how to rip wallpapers.

"How to rip wallpapers easily."

You can search that too?

It'd be perfect to have something like this.

It'd be great to scrape it with something like this.

Hang on a second.

I'm not sure if this will do.

(Did she find a scraper?)

Here's a knife.

Here.

This is not what I need.

What do you need? That's quite sharp too.

This is a knife.

Just try scraping with it like this.

(It works.)

(He peels the wallpaper the way he peels fruits.)

Just like that.

(He peels the paper with the help of the knife.)

I think we can start repapering now.

- Ma'am. / - Yes.

- Give me some food. / - Pardon?

I want to eat.

(You haven't worked much.)

I have to cook, then.

What do you normally eat?

- What? / - What do you eat?

I only eat aged kimchi and rice.

You're a liar.

Let's eat pork cutlet.

Goodness, I can't eat it. It smells too strong.

Don't you eat something like pizza?

I don't like pizza either.

(There is no pizza.)

You like that kind of food because you are young.

Do you want some snack? What about bread?

- Pardon? / - Do you like bread?

No, thank you.

I'd like to eat cutlet.

I don't have cutlet.

(Chuckling)

How to Make Vareniki, Russian Dumplings, feat. Vikalinka - Duration: 7:17.

Heya!

-It's Julia! -Hi! -Welcome!

-Today she is going to show us how to make Russian dumplings called, -Vareniki

I was born and raised in Russia, and in my early 20s I moved to the States.

When I first started my blog, the idea

was to post Russian recipes because those were the ones I thought I was

going to lose. I was pretty worried my children will never eat Russian food,

will never cook Russian food, if I don't do that.

Vareniki ARE -- because they're plural -- they are little pockets, literally, pockets of pasta.

So many fillings for this pocket food!

Which makes me think of this awesome project:

It's about the various pocket foods in

different cultures all around the world!

-Don't actually put it in your pocket. -Yeah, you'll ruin whatever you're wearing. Do not.

But it is a little pocket of joy!

-Let's start cooking! -Yeah, let's do that. -Ok, cool.

Start by making the filling because it needs to cool. So we'll start by peeling

and cutting the potatoes into chunks. -Boil the potatoes first, and then fry the

bacon and onions and then combine all three together. But you've got to let

them cool before filling. If the ingredients are hot they're gonna melt

our dough. Chop your onion or shallot, whatever you have on hand. -Usually I

would just use onions and I fry them up, but in the morning I checked and I realized

I'm out of onions, so there's half onion, half shallot here. -Chop up about

five strips of bacon and fry them up.

What goes well with vareniki?

Vodka! *laughter*

Vareniki are originally from Ukraine, and they're eaten in Russia just as much I think.

It's not really, like, a health food, as you can imagine. Russians don't really eat them on a daily basis,

you should know that. It's like a holiday thing that you eat once in a

while. Indulge responsibly, my friends. Do not overeat vareniki.

I'm leaving the bacon fat in there because I want to use it to fry

the onions. Just get them soft and a little caramelized, now check on your

boiling potatoes. Are they super soft? If so, drain them and mash them up. Then

add your crispy bacon and caramelized onion, make sure to season with salt and pepper.

Make sure that you always taste it because if it's bland, don't come

back and tell me that! You've got salt, you've got all the power in your hands!

Do not walk away from your food unless you taste it. So as you can see, the

difference between this potato filling and let's say mashed potatoes is that

it's quite, um, thick, and not very runny. We want it to be bit pasty because we

don't want them to be mushy inside. The recipe for the vareniki dough is really

simple, it's pretty much pasta dough. Traditionally people make it by hand, but

I am a modern woman, I never do because that's just a huge amount of the pain.

So it's flour, water and one egg and just a little bit of salt. So first pulse

together the flour and salt, pour water while the motor is running and one egg.

Let the motor run until the dough forms. Let it rest for about 15 minutes. Uncover

your dough and divide it into quarters. We'll start by working with one quarter,

so leave the rest in the bowl, covered by a tea towel so it doesn't dry up. -And set it aside.

Just use a regular cutter, like a biscuit cutter, and I make circles.

Usually, I would take the scraps and I would re-roll them again and probably

get three, yeah probably three, more out of them, but

we're just gonna put them aside for now. First I stretch them out just a

little bit more, you kind of do want to stuff them quite a bit otherwise you're

just gonna taste a lot of dough and not a lot of filling. -Put the dough slightly

off-center, then fold the dough over it. -Into half-moon shapes, and pinch the edges.

Done! They actually will stay together. -There are a couple ways to close them,

that's one way... -So we're gonna do another one and I'm gonna show you the fancy way

of shaping them. -Let's check out her technique. -This is what you do ... and then

you fold, and then you have this part and you fold it again. And then you just keep

going until you're done. It's basically like a little of rope. There you go!

That's beautiful! She usually freezes the majority of what

she makes because then they're an easy meal on evenings when you don't want to

cook or you don't have time. Let's get our pot of salted boiling water ready

and add the vareniki. -So they'll sink to the bottom, give them a quick stir right

after so they won't stick to the bottom. When they float to the surface, they're done. While we wait for

those to finish, let's put butter in a pan because we're gonna fry these babies!

I really wish and that Russian food would become more known outside of

Russia. It's really delicious but is really the essence of comfort food because

really long winters, people certainly learned how to warm up very quickly and

deliver the best flavors in the simplest way possible.

On the side we'll serve it with sour cream, or, she

says she uses crème fraîche because it's more similar to Russian sour cream. And

some fresh dill. -Dill is necessary. Don't forget that. -Get the dill. -Get the dill!

Oh yeah, they're looking nice and golden. Now let's plate up!

I'm so excited to eat this! -Mmmm. -This is comfort food like whoa.

What's the difference between a Ukrainian or Russian vareniki and a Polish pierogi?

I don't really think there's much difference, except for in the filling.

It's very regional and also depends... so if people more Western Ukraine they

would be more similar to Poland, if you go more eastern and southern Ukraine

it'll be slightly different. I think I like I like it with bacon but also with mushrooms.

-Mushrooms are a huge part of Russian cuisine. -Really? -Like, oh my gosh, like 40% of Russian cuisine is mushrooms. -No way!

-And, Julia, tell these fine folks what not to forget. -Oh, Keep It Quirky!! -Always.

-This was the first dish I made for my parents-in-law. -Ooo!

I know! My parents in-law was so impressed, I think they fell in love with

me just because of that. I think after that it was smooth sailing. There's

nothing I could I could do wrong, seriously.

How Microsoft Added $250B In Market Value In Just 4 Years - Duration: 4:24.

I'm Barry Chandler co-founder and principal at Storyforge helping you

build a business that matters how did microsoft add two hundred and fifty

billion dollars in value to the company in less than four years we're gonna find

out in this video

in 2014 when current CEO Satya Nadella of Microsoft was

promoted to this leadership role it wasn't exactly regarded as the greatest

job in the world so to many Microsoft was seen to be fading into irrelevance

it was being overtaken by the likes of Google and Apple and many other

companies that were innovating at a far faster rate and seemed to be winning

over public consciousness and demand and with their products and their services

and Microsoft seemed like this dinosaur that was from a past a previous

time so when when he took over the company he realized he quickly realized

and he had been in the company for many many years that Microsoft had

lost its soul and so he said about trying to rediscover what it was that

they needed to do to reinvigorate and reinvent Microsoft and he quickly

realized that Microsoft was clear on many things they were clear on their

jobs to build products and to solve some problems for

their customers but they were a very complex organization and he took some

time to really understand where was their focusing their time their efforts

and after many months of listening and understanding and asking a lot of

questions he realized that there were two things that Microsoft needed in

order to be successful and the first one was it needed a clear sense of purpose

and enduring purpose that that existed beyond just products and services

because in his mind technology will come and go but products and services but and

products and services will too but a purpose is enduring and it allows us to

pivot and offer different products different services depending on how best

we can solve the problems that our purpose defines for us so the first

thing he said was we needed clear and singular purpose we need to know why we

exist as an organization and the second thing he recognized as

being extremely important for the success of Microsoft for companies in

general was they needed a clear sense of culture a strong culture a powerful

culture not something that was pushed down from the leadership level to the

ground floor but an organic culture that allowed individuals to grow and he

recognized that the two were intrinsically linked you couldn't have a

purpose that was designed to articulate some improvement of the world or of its

people without recognizing that we needed to individually empower those

people and in doing so create an incredible culture organically and in

order to do that you can't just write a purpose statement on the wall and you

can't just say we want a great culture he had to look at all of the individual

areas of the business or empower his team to identify where is it that we

don't have a strong culture and there were obvious signs of a culture that was

rooted in the past a culture based on trying to prove you were the smartest

person in the room a culture based on trying to ridicule those who seem to

come up with ideas that didn't match yours or didn't seem to fit the scope

for a project and so he said about changing the perception of what mattered

and Microsoft and he refocused the entire organization on what matters most

a clear purpose which was to build technology that helps helps others build

technology and a culture that allowed that to happen so individual empowerment

an ability to have to make decisions in the organization where historically you

had to go through many levels so to get a 250 billion dollar increase in

valuation of Microsoft very complex tasks and the surface all he did was

align the organization behind a clear singular meaningful purpose empower

culture to be built around it and ensures everything we do lines up about

the culture and the purpose that's how Microsoft turned around and

that's how Microsoft is leading the charge and many different verticals

within the tech space today five years ago they were almost written off

Junho-Pull out chilli stalks " I'm so unlucky :(" [2Days & 1Night-Season 3/2017.11.05] - Duration: 2:48.

(Meanwhile, at Junho's chili field)

- Do I pick the red ones? / - Yes.

Pick them and cut the strings.

You need to pick the chili stalks.

I need to pick the stalks after picking the chilies?

Yes.

(After giving instructions,)

(Ms. Mallae starts working.)

(She looks skilled in using a sickle.)

(She's unbelievably fast.)

(She keeps working without a single break.)

(She's the master of the chili farm.)

You need to get rid of the supporting sticks.

I'll do it. Let me handle this.

I'll do the work that requires power. I'm a man.

(Struggling)

(Why is it so firmly stuck?)

My goodness. It won't come out.

This is harder than I thought.

Could you try picking one?

(Defconn tries to pick one pole.)

Here you go.

(He easily picked it out.)

(It's easy.)

Something is wrong. It's supposed to be hard.

I didn't know it required power.

Gosh, this is hard.

(A little while later)

(Junho got the hang of it.)

(He picked out a few stakes.)

Ms. Mallae works all the time.

She works even at night.

- I'm so unlucky. / - You are indeed.

She's the only one working when others are singing.

I was once scared by some rustling noise

while passing by here. It turned out to be her.

(Junho is picked by the wrong partner today.)

Son, don't be so frustrated.

I'm going back to Seoul, Mom.

I want to go study.

My talent doesn't deserve this.

I'll go to Seoul and become a lawyer.

I'll give this to you. I'll give this to you.

Since you worked hard, I'll give this to you.

No, I'm tired of chilies. We always eat them at home.

(Her son is sick of chilies.)

Defconn, how much have you done?

Would you like to try picking one?

No, thank you.

That's the hardest task, isn't it?

- Why don't you help him? / - Pardon?

I've got to help her.

Ms. Mallae and I work and help each other,

while you're just watching him work like a supervisor.

He's really sly.

- What are you saying? / - I'm better, right?

Ma'am, aren't I better than him?

- You are. / - Make some noise!

What do you want from me?

"What do you want from me?"

(Junho and Defconn get used to the work.)

【MUKBANG】 8 Korean Spicy Fire Instant Noodles Challenge!! [Mr.BIBIM] [5500kcal] [CC Available] - Duration: 4:49.
