I'm Chahun
I'm Seunghyub
I'm Hweseung
I'm Jaehyun
Hola, ~? I'm Kwangjin
Hold on a second, when did you prepare this?
I've been listening to Spanish speakers recently
and I just try to repeat what I remember
One more time! - Me gustas, I like you
Finally N.Flying came to ZanyTV
We get to work with ZanyTV!
Right away... Me gustegus? (?)
N.Flying and ZanyTV!
We make a stylish, HOT appearance today
I'm selling us well here, aren't I?
Which song am I alluding to?
We've been doing promotions for our latest song "Hot Potato"
What kind of song is it?
It's a super exciting song about a garage band becoming successful
Now, there are people who might feel this song is TOO hot, TOO exciting!
To these people I would like to recommend another song from N.Flying "Crossroad"
It's a song that can really warm you on cold winter days
In Latin America it's quite warm right now, correct?
I think so
As far as I know it's pretty warm there
That means you get even hotter there by listening to "Hot Potato"
I was curious if our fans could also feel our hot energy
and it seems that many people liked the song
And we came to ZanyTV
partly thanks to our promotions
So I'm really happy to be here today
A thing we keep repeating among ourselves is
that we are enjoying ourselves a lot on stage
and that we are really thankful not only to our fans
but also to other groups' fans who cheer for us during our performances
Thanks to them we have been very happy
I would like to say that seeing the fans cheering for us in front of the stage
makes me enjoy performing even more
and hold an even more exciting performance
You always look serious, but I think you feel the same
This song is the first time
that Jaehyun got to use a mic
His part is very important
so the fans remember it really well
What is it you have there, Jaehyun?
Questions we received from our Latin American fans via ZanyTV
Please read them out for us
Then I will read them for you
To relieve stress?
To relieve stress I, uuuh
I exercise - Always working hard
If there is something that stressed you out a lot
you forget that thing while working out
Really?
When he talks about working out he means running
And you are stressed until you start but once you get home, all stress is forgotten
How about you, Hweseung?
When I get stressed
I think I like to eat. I cook what I like to eat and eat it
He also cooks for and he cooks really well
He is even responsible for the others' breakfast
From now on, when I read out a question you have to shout
HOLA! very bightly, very happily
and then answer
To engage with our Latin American fans
Then let's move on to the next question
We ask the member who is the most tired that day
to say a few words
We put our hands together like this
Let's demonstrate it
So if for example Hweseung has the least energy today
Hweseung, you have no energy!
Say a few words
Let's set the stage on fire today
One, two, three
That's how we do it
Or Seunghyub says exactly one thing while we drink energy drinks
"Put your glass up to today that will become the past"
He doesn't even do that often for us
So let's listen to it live on ZanyTV
What are you even saying?
If you watch our "Hot Potato" music video
you can see us after we've become successful
Flying on a private plane, wearing fancy suits
Isn't that the image we should have reached in ten years?
A successful image of us
Then what might be your goal?
Wearing my red suit and flying first class
In ten years...
There are a lot of things I want to do or make, right? I have many hobbies
If I focus on one I might become really good at it
So what I would like to do now is calligraphy
graffiti and craftsmanship
So you want to go yor own way?
If you want to put it in a good way: I can do many things
In a bad way, I can't do anything well
You do many things well, like acting- No, but MAKING things
So to put it in a bad way, there's nothing you're really good at
Let's move to the next question
What is this~~~?
This could be right
You have to pronounce it this way
He's always like this when he speaks a foreign language
Kwangjin has a different tone for every language!
Korean: Hello, I'm N.Flying's Kwangjin
Japanese: Good morning, I'm N.Flyings Kwangjin
This was super similar, wait. Chinese:
I'm N.Flying's bass guitarist Kwangjin
Spanish:
Oooh, from Colombia!
No matter the genre
if we want to express something
and can do it as a band, then we will try it
We don't have genre limits. We listen to everything, too
A second please. A bit more brightly
A group from our company
SF9, lately released a song inspired by Latin American melodies
Sole Mio
I really enjoyed that one
It's a very good song. The dance is great, too
Among N.Flying's songs is one called "Are you ready"
It has an electric sound melody
mixed with the typical band sound
Electronic Rock
With the Latin Music Wave many songs have also reached Korea
So even if I listen to other artists' songs
there are many Latin American songs that kind of stick
and that have a very special charm
Right, right
Latin American music is really exciting
Not too long ago I watched one of Disney's lates movie
"Coco"
The main character of that movie also plays a Latin American song
I saw it and thought to myself "This is really charming"
I saw it too. It's a beautiful movie with great music
If we get the chance, we would like to perform a song for you
that is inspired by Latin American music
Next question
Korea has many delicous dishes
I can't really eat spicy food
But I really like Tteok-bokki
I'd like to recommend something very classic
Korean BBQ
Potatos are really good in Korea
You cook them very well and then eat them while they're still HOT
The next question is the last question
It's from Peru
Let's point at the one we want to choose
One, two, three!
What's this?
So why would you choose Seunghyub?
No, I didn't choose him, I just meant that he's the best looking!
Now, why did you choose him?
I think that Seunghyub looked really good during our "The Real" promotions
And I always thought that if you take a picture of Chahun
this picture looks better than any real person could ever be
"Man-Jjit-Nam"
Right, that's it. Do you know that word?
A boy so pretty he looks like he stepped out of a manga
Then I would like you two to have a staring contest
Be quiet!
A staring conest, come on!
One, two, three!
They can't even look at each other
Applause, applause please
We will end this episode with the love of these two
We will be back for episode 2!
Where we will try out a Latin American game
A game called "Hot Potato" which fits our song so well
Please look forward to that!
See you at episode 2!
We hope that our dear viewers will be back for episode 2
Until then!
You, get over here, let's have a word
Nooo

How Big Boss Pine full holds Dorado as Widowmaker (Week 2 Stage 1) - Duration: 5:14.
It's week 2 of the OWL and the New York Excelsior are undefeated.
Teams regularly rotate players depending on the map, and whenever New York brings out
Pine, you know it's gonna frontpage Reddit.
So far, we've only ever seen NYXL play Pine on Control Maps, so it's a surprise to see
him playing Dorado, a Payload Map, vs. the LA Gladiators!
Pine's never played a Payload map onstage at OWL, but that doesn't stop him from pulling
out the Widowmaker to full hold Gladiators to Point A.
There's a few ways you can set up a Dorado defense.
A lot of teams like to put a D.Va or a Winston up here, to jump the Attackers coming out
from spawn.
It's an aggressive style that can win you early ultimate tempo, but New York opts for
a safer setup.
Instead of jumping the Attack upfront, they draft a comp to control key areas of the map.
Junkrat can apply constant pressure in the chokes, and the Widowmaker controls the open
sightlines overlooking the path.
If the Gladiators just run straight in, they'll get shredded.
LA plays it smart.
In the first 20 seconds, Hydration spots Pine rotating off the bridge and towards the back
of the plaza.
It's likely Pine's trying to set up on the high ground to cover the flank routes,
so LA go for a surprise flank of their own.
Pharah loses HARD when dueling Widow, so Hydration waits for his Tracer, Surefour, to cause a
distraction BEFORE he jumps in.
The timing is perfect from LA, and Hydration takes out Pine before he can react, making
it a 6v5.
With the early pick, the Gladiators are gaining steady ground, with the payload already close
to Point A. It's looking real good, until Hydration gets Worldstarred.
With the Pharah down, NY jump in for the 6v5.
LA try to fight their way out, but Pine picks Winston on the exit, and Jjonak finds the
Tracer, buying NY time and ult charge for the next LA push.
With the Payload so deep, the second NY setup's a bit different.
Junkrat makes sure LA can't push the underpass, while Widowmaker, far back, can watch the
wide flank - LA's only real option.
Unlucky for LA, Pine is really bad at missing.
He catches Mercy as she tries to cross, and hops right back to the market to catch Tracer
on the wide flank.
Meanwhile.
Libero lets it rip from the flank, and gets the dunk on Shaz and Hydration, ending the
push for LA.
This constant pressure from Pine is definitely bugging LA, so on their next push, they set
up a pinch.
The plan: Surefour hits Pine from the flank RIGHT as his tanks dive in.
But Pine actually spots Surefour blinking across, so he repositions for a safer angle.
Pine pops his head in and out to watch the cross, and sees Winston ready for the dive
as soon as D.Va gets her mech back.
He knows that Tracer's waiting for her tanks, so as soon as the tanks show themselves, he
hops back to wait for the Tracer.
Surefour's dead, and iRemiix and Bischu are already committed, but without the Tracer,
they can't burst Pine down.
Meko immediately flies in to create space for Pine, and Pine grapples to safety, surviving
with his ult.
With the Infra Sight, Pine sees that nobody's chasing him, and he happily rotates around
LA to find a free kill on Zenyatta - super clutch since zen had his ult.
The Gladiators DO sniff out the spider and squash her, but they surrendered total control
of the payload doing so.
The scatter lets NY pick off half of the Gladiators, and completely stagger their respawn timings.
By the time LA get all 6 players back up, there's less than 10 seconds on the clock.
While LA went for calculated flanks in their first few pushes, they no longer have the
luxury of time to set up.
With less than 5 seconds on the clock, iRemiix jumps over the wall to flank, but is IMMEDIATELY
hit with a Discord Orb and melted by MekO (ft. Ark).
With no Winston to bother the Widow, Pine gets to fire uncontested from the high ground.
BUt, LA still have two big ults, so the fight's far from over.
LA combo Dragonblade with Transcendence as a last resort.
Trance counters pretty much all sustained damage, but Widow can still one-shot most
heroes through it.
Pine's unable to finish the Genji, but he lands a clean headshot on Mercy, taking everyone's
favorite hero out of the fight.
Libero stops Genji with a RIP-tire before getting traded, then Jjonak finds the kill
on LA's last DPS - Tracer.
At this point, it's a 4v3, but since NY still have THEIR Mercy, Ark flies in to Res
Janus, making it a 5v3 in Overtime.
Outnumbered, LA get cleaned up in the final fight and fail to capture a single point on
their Attack.
On defense, the Gladiators draft a Doomfist comp that they actually full held Shanghai
Dragons with during Week 1.
But with only 73 meters to push the Payload, NYXL roll through the Gladiators in just 63
seconds without dying, earning them the map win.

How To Live To 100 - Duration: 4:37.
RESEARCHERS HAVE BEEN LOOKING INTO A TINY ITALIAN ISLAND,
SARDINIA, BECAUSE THAT ISLAND ALONE HAS A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT
OF INDIVIDUALS WHO LIVE PAST THE AGE OF 100.
CENTENARIANS AS THEY ARE REFERRED:
IF YOU LOOK AT SARDINIA AS AN ISLAND YOU WILL NOTICE THAT
THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE THERE WHO MANAGED TO LIVE PAST
THE AGE OF 100, SO WHAT GIVES?
WHAT ARE THEY DOING?
IS THAT THE OLIVE OIL?
EVERYONE IMMEDIATELY GOES TO DIET AND EXERCISE AND LIFESTYLE
HABITS AND THE RESEARCHERS ACTUALLY DID CONTROL FOR THOSE
FACTORS AND THEY FOUND THAT ANOTHER FACTOR THAT OFTENTIMES
ISN'T TALKED ABOUT ENOUGH IS HOW A SOCIAL SETTING CAN HELP ALONG
GATE OR LENGTHEN YOUR LIFESPAN.
SO THIS WAS A SHOCK TO ME, BUT THEY FOUND THAT THERE WAS A LOT
MORE FAMILY INVOLVEMENT HERE IN THIS PART OF THE WORLD.
FAMILY IS ALL UP IN YOUR BUSINESS ALL OF THE TIME AND
SOMEHOW
THAT LED TO A LONGER LIFESPAN.
THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE TO ME.
YOU ASSOCIATE FAMILY WITH STRESS.
NO, I LOVE YOU EVERYONE, FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE WATCHING,
BUT YEAH.
LOOK, I'M GOING TO GET INTO THE SPECIFICS OF HOW PEOPLE
SOCIALIZE IN SARDINIA COMPARED TO OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD, BUT
IT IS INTERESTING TO SEE THAT INCREASED FAMILY INVOLVEMENT
INCREASED SOCIAL BEHAVIOR HAS LED TO LONGER LIFESPANS
LIKE THIS.
SOCIAL INTERACTION WAS A POINT OR A VARIABLE THAT DOES
NOT USUALLY COME UP WHEN WE THINK ABOUT HEALTHY LIVING ARE
LIVING LONGER AND PEOPLE PREVIOUSLY STUDIED GENETICS,
DIET AND EXERCISE AS WELL.
THIS IS THE PHILOSOPHY THAT FOLKS ADHERE TO WHEN THEY THINK
ABOUT BLUE ZONES AROUND THE WORLD, PLACES FOR PEOPLE LIVE
VERY LATE IN THEIR LIVES BUT WHAT IS REALLY INTERESTING IS I
HAVE BEEN READING UP ON WHAT SOCIAL INTERACTION DOES FOR US,
SOCIOBIOLOGY AND THIS GUY WROTE THIS BOOK CALLED CHASING THE
SCREAM AND HE REVEALED THAT, I DON'T KNOW IF I HAVE TALKED
ABOUT THIS ON TYT, BUT HE REVEALED THAT THE STUDY THAT
INFORMS EVERY WAY WE UNDERSTAND ADDICTION WAS REDONE WITH A VERY
DIFFERENT VARIABLE SO THE STUDY IS A RABBI ITSELF IN A CAGE
DRINKING WATER THAT IS COCAINE LACED AND THEN WATER THAT IS
REGULAR DIET AND THEN OF COURSE, IT WENT FOR THE COCAINE EVERY
OTHER TIME AND THEN THIS GUY BRUCE ALEXANDER REPEATED THE
STUDY AND HE PUT THAT RAT IN A RAT PACK AND IN THAT RAT PACK
THEY FOUND THAT THAT RAT OR ALL OF THE RATS TRIED THE COCAINE
LACED WATER BUT THEN WENT BACK TO THE REGULAR WATER AND SO THEY
THEORIZED THAT BECAUSE THE RAT WAS IN AN ENVIRONMENT WITH OTHER
RATS IT DID NOT NEED TO DEPEND ON A DRUG ADDICTION TO HAVE
DOPAMINE RELEASES, ENDORPHIN RUSHES AND SO SIMILARLY, I KNOW
THIS WAS A LONG STORY BUT SIMILARLY ñ
THAT'S A GOOD POINT THAT YOU ARE SAYING WE'RE GETTING
THE VERY THINGS THAT NURTURE US, THAT NOURISH US, WE'RE
GETTING THAT IN A SOCIAL SETTING AS OPPOSED TO HAVING TO GET
IT FROM EXTERNALS LIKE THE FOOD WE EAT.
SO WE ARE RUNNING OUT OF TIME BUT I JUST WANTED TO
QUICKLY MENTION THAT IN THIS TYPE OF SOCIETY WHAT
RESEARCHERS ARE NOTICING IS THAT UNLIKE IN AMERICA, ELDERLY
PEOPLE ARE REVERED, THEY ARE CELEBRATED, FAMILIES DON'T
SEND THEM AWAY SO HOMES.
THEY LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSEHOLD AND THEY ARE APPRECIATED
AND THEY ARE ALSO VERY ACTIVE.
ELDERLY PEOPLE ARE GOING OUT THERE HAVING CONVERSATIONS AND
THEY ARE PLAYING BOARD GAMES WITH THEIR FRIENDS AND SO THAT
TYPE OF SOCIAL BEHAVIOR LEADS TO A CERTAIN TYPE OF HEALTH
FOR, THAT IS NOT A WORD IS A?
HELPFUL EXISTENCE THAT REALLY DOES INCREASE THE LENGTH OF
TIME THEY LIVE.

This Mistake Is What Holds Most Writers Back by Gary W. Goldstein - Duration: 4:55.
Film Courage: So let's say someone has made a bold move come from wherever to Los Angeles
or New York (one of these major cities) and they've been here several years and now
they're in a new kind of rut, a new kind of comfort zone….
"Yeah, I'm going out.
I'm submitting [fill in the blank of whatever] but it's habit-driven and it's not really
going anywhere."
But hey, they are here in this big city and are supposedly working, they are supposedly
getting stuff out there, how do you shake that up?
And I know I'm being a little bit vague.
Gary W. Goldstein: It's not vague.
Film Courage: But let's just say they are here.
Gary W. Goldstein: If you want to play tennis, find yourself a pro.
That's the game.
That's how you improve.
The problem with most creatives, they comes to LA, the come to New York and what do they
do?
Most of them learn bad habits, why?
Because they are learning, mimicking like people around them.
I'm an actor, I'm following what other actors are doing.
I'm asking them, I'm learning from them, yet they are not at the top of the totem.
Same with writers, same with producers, it doesn't matter.
Human beings.
Writers (as one example), I get query letters every day, blind query letters.
"Dear So and So…"
It could be my name, it could be 'creative executive,' it could be my name misspelled,
it could be anything.
"Dear So and So…"
Log line, short description, "Can I send a script?
I'll sign a release."
Signed…John.
That's what I get repeatedly all day long in my inbox.
There is not one lick of research.
There is not one lick of anything personal, like why is this the writer (the only writer)
who could have written this story?
Why was it so compelling that they chose this out of all the stories in one's imagination?
Why did they choose to send it to me?
Now I don't want to receive the agony and the ecstasy as a letter but something…a
drop, a kernel, something that stands out and makes me think.
Makes me react.
Makes me wonder about this.
But they don't.
I can promise you not even 1% do what I'm describing.
So this is what writers learn from other writers and the actors learning from other actors,
etc.
They learn the habitual tried-and-true, day-to-day protocol which is usually very unsuccessful.
The ROI (the return-on-investment) in sending blind query blind query letters has got to
be horribly frustrating?
If you're a business, you'd be bankrupt.
So why do it?
Because this is what other people are doing.
You need to associate with more successful people and you need to think about it differently.
If you were a fashion designer and you took that approach, you focus on your craft, focus
on your craft, focus on your craft and you sent out letters saying "Here's my designs.
Aren't I great!"
You'd never have a brand.
You have to think in terms of business.
You have to think in terms of 'What more can I do that others aren't doing?'
As opposed to 'What they are doing.
How do I stand out?'
Separating yourself out from the herd is definitely the name of the game and anyone who has invested
that blood, sweat and tears, that sort of soul equity of investing all of that time
writing 120 or 110 pages (whatever) of story and rewriting it until it is just so.
But they want to share their wares with the world.
Now they're so proud of this.
They should invest a like amount of time figuring out how to market and how to be a business
person and how to reach out to people and how to do things differently than all of their
peers.
Like that's a great measurement.
Am I doing what everyone else is doing or am I being somehow, putting myself out into
the world and speaking of myself to the right people in ways that matter?
Film Courage: You mentioned fashion and it had me thinking of [designer] Diane von Furstenberg
and her wrap dress and how it was this dress that no one had ever really seen before and
it fit every body type.
It made every body type look good and so you are talking about fashion and it made me think
of that.
Gary W. Goldstein: How many times do we see artists like Steve Jobs, Johnny Cash, Lady
Gaga…I mean there's a million ways to stand out.

Another White House Official Resigns Over Domestic Abuse Claims - Duration: 1:44.
For Complex News, I'm Hanuman Welch.
Yet another White House aide is stepping down.
David Sorensen, a member of President Donald Trump's speechwriting team, has resigned amid
claims of domestic abuse, according to multiple Friday night reports.
Sorensen's ex-wife claimed in the Washington Post article that Sorenson,
"Ran a car over her foot, put out a cigarette on her hand, threw her into a wall and grasped
her menacingly by her hair while they were alone on their boat in remote waters off Maine's
coast, an incident she said left her fearing for her life."
According to the Washington Post, Sorensen denied all the claims in a statement released
to media.
"I have never committed violence of any kind against any woman in my entire life.
In fact, I was the victim of repeated physical violence during our marriage, not her."
Spokesperson Raj Shah said in an official statement that the White House knew about
the allegations before long the Washington Post reached out about them.
"Before we were contacted by the media, we learned last night that there were allegations.
We immediately confronted the staffer, he denied the allegations and he resigned today."
Earlier this week, another staffer, Rob Porter, stepped down over similar claims.
White House Staff defended Porter despite abuse claims from both of his ex-wives.
When a photo of the black eye of one of the ex-wives surfaced, the White House changed
their tune, saying they were concerned about the allegations at that point.
Still, Trump offered support for Porter, saying he "found out about it recently and I was
surprised by it, but we certainly wish him well and it's a tough time for him," Like
Sorensen, Porter has also maintained that all allegations were untrue.
The president appeared to reference the domestic abuse scandals in a tweet this morning that
asked, "Is there no such thing any longer as Due Process?"
That's all for now, we'll have more on this story as it continues to develop.

How To Nose & Tail Grab On A Snowboard - Duration: 2:31.
Nose and Tail Grabs take a little more technique than the four basic grabs we
went over in the last tutorial and that's just because your nose and tail
are a little bit further away from your hands. To make grabbing the nose and tail
easier, you need to absorb one leg while extending the other. Try this without
grabbing first.
After you jump, extend your back leg and absorb your front leg to get your board
a little closer to your hands. Then try extending your front leg and absorbing
your back leg to get the tail closer to your hands. Make this movement bigger and
bigger until your board looks like it's within an easy reach.
Then try grabbing your nose. You shouldn't have to lean over to grab it.
Keep your body aligned and balanced, just reaching out with your arm and putting
your board right into your hand. For a Tail Grab, it's the exact same thing.
Except you're sucking up your back leg and extending your front. But the Tail
Grab can be a little bit more difficult because you can't always see where
you're grabbing, especially when you're snowboarding looking forwards. If you're
having trouble finding the tail in the air,
do a few stationary grabs standing up or lying on your back to build muscle
memory to find the tail of your board without even looking at it. Once you can
comfortably grab the nose and tail try them both in one jump to challenge your
muscle memory.
You can also get a hold of your nose and tail by first sucking up your board
then boning or poking your legs forward or backwards. First do a big jump, sucking
up both legs. Then poke your back leg back to get the Nose Grab. This technique
lends itself to a bit of a different style. Instead of the board going almost
vertical, I try to keep it as flat as I can, parallel to the trampoline. The same
thing works for the Tail Grab. Suck up both legs equally then poke your front
foot forward to get a hold of the tail. Both of these techniques work great, it
just comes down to your personal style and how you want the trick to look. Try
both and get a friend to video you so you can compare how you look on video to
how you'd like to look in the air. This tutorial has been filmed at Bounce
Whistler. I'm Duncan Mainland from Snowboard Addiction, our goal is to
improve your riding!

KINDERGARTEN / GRADE 1 MATHS TRICKS | KINDERGARTEN MATHS ADDITION | MATHEMATICAL MIND TRICKS - Duration: 2:14.
Hi friends, today we're going to learn a kindergarten Maths strategy,
that is doubles plus one concept.
For this kids need to know the Doubles table,
if you don't know what is that, you can check my doubles video
,the link is in my description box below.
So let's jump on today's concept.
Double plus one.
We can apply this method when we need to add two numbers that comes one after other in
the number line .
Suppose we have two numbers to add like 5+6.
Here after 5 , 6 comes in the number line.so we can apply this method
Now find the smallest number among these two.
Here 5 is the smallest one, double the 5 . answer is 10,
now add 1, that is 11, so our answer is 11 here.
Another example is 8+7.
Here 7 and 8 comes one after another in the number line.
So our method is applicable here.
Select the smallest number, here 7, double it, that is 14,
then add 1 with it.Answer will be 15, so 8 plus 7 is 15.
Last example,20+21.
After 20 comes 21, so we can use this method.
Choose the smallest number, here 20, now double it.
20+20 is 40, now add 1 with 40, our answer 41.
Hope you like this video.
Wish to see you in my next one.
Thanks for watching,keep on counting.

Now, don't make this harder than it has to be. You're the one pulling teeth for an eternity!
Take this once in a lifetime chance. (Pull 'em out and...wash 'em off. The memories, tear 'em out and make up for forgotten years)
Your infection shall have its final dance! (Pull 'em out and wash 'em off. The memories, tear 'em out and make up for forgotten years)
With a small pinch, let's administer the NOVOCAINE.
It's not that painful, so why the hell are you crying?!?
I gave you treatment, you didn't even feel a thing in the first place.
OHH, how fucking sad! You made excuses to dissociate.
You're bleeding now because you never floss, and I'm the one who deals with your loss.
So open your mouth and say,
"Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah!"
Say, "Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah!"
Don't make this harder than it has to be. You're the one pulling teeth for an eternity!
Take this once in a lifetime chance! Your infection shall have its final dance.
Don't be afraid, you're making things WORSE! I should know because I'm the doctor here!
Don't run away, I'll throw the treatment in reverse! Everything you need is prescribed by me.
Say, "Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah!"
Say, "Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah!"
Now all your memories, memories, must be side effects, side effects of the ANESTHESIA.
I never did, never did anything, to warrant your hate, your hate, your hatred towards me.
...
Anyway...Let's try again.
Say, "Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah!" (The doctor will see you now.)
Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah!
Don't pull away, you're making things WORSE!
I should know because I'm the SURGEON here!
Don't be afraid, I've given you everything!
All the teeth I pull are mine to keep!
I TRIED to help you!
You CHOSE to refuse!
If you want it that way, I'm gonna operate forever and a day.
YOU NEVER HAD A SAY.
I know exactly what's best for you~
I know EXACTLY what's best for you~

N.Flying in a Q&A with Latin Fans! - Duration: 11:08.
I'm Chahun
I'm Seunghyub
I'm Hweseung
I'm Jaehyun
Hola, ~? I'm Kwangjin
Hold on a second, when did you prepare this?
I've been listening to Spanish speakers recently
and I just try to repeat what I remember
One more time! - Me gustas, I like you
Finally N.Flying came to ZanyTV
We get to work with ZanyTV!
Right away... Me gustegus? (?)
N.Flying and ZanyTV!
We make a stylish, HOT appearance today
I'm selling us well here, aren't I?
Which song am I alluding to?
We've been doing promotions for our latest song "Hot Potato"
What kind of song is it?
It's a super exciting song about a garage band becoming successful
Now, there are people who might feel this song is TOO hot, TOO exciting!
To these people I would like to recommend another song from N.Flying "Crossroad"
It's a song that can really warm you on cold winter days
In Latin America it's quite warm right now, correct?
I think so
As far as I know it's pretty warm there
That means you get even hotter there by listening to "Hot Potato"
I was curious if our fans could also feel our hot energy
and it seems that many people liked the song
And we came to ZanyTV
partly thanks to our promotions
So I'm really happy to be here today
A thing we keep repeating among ourselves is
that we are enjoying ourselves a lot on stage
and that we are really thankful not only to our fans
but also to other groups' fans who cheer for us during our performances
Thanks to them we have been very happy
I would like to say that seeing the fans cheering for us in front of the stage
makes me enjoy performing even more
and hold an even more exciting performance
You always look serious, but I think you feel the same
This song is the first time
that Jaehyun got to use a mic
His part is very important
so the fans remember it really well
What is it you have there, Jaehyun?
Questions we received from our Latin American fans via ZanyTV
Please read them out for us
Then I will read them for you
To relieve stress?
To relieve stress I, uuuh
I exercise - Always working hard
If there is something that stressed you out a lot
you forget that thing while working out
Really?
When he talks about working out he means running
And you are stressed until you start but once you get home, all stress is forgotten
How about you, Hweseung?
When I get stressed
I think I like to eat. I cook what I like to eat and eat it
He also cooks for and he cooks really well
He is even responsible for the others' breakfast
From now on, when I read out a question you have to shout
HOLA! very bightly, very happily
and then answer
To engage with our Latin American fans
Then let's move on to the next question
We ask the member who is the most tired that day
to say a few words
We put our hands together like this
Let's demonstrate it
So if for example Hweseung has the least energy today
Hweseung, you have no energy!
Say a few words
Let's set the stage on fire today
One, two, three
That's how we do it
Or Seunghyub says exactly one thing while we drink energy drinks
"Put your glass up to today that will become the past"
He doesn't even do that often for us
So let's listen to it live on ZanyTV
What are you even saying?
If you watch our "Hot Potato" music video
you can see us after we've become successful
Flying on a private plane, wearing fancy suits
Isn't that the image we should have reached in ten years?
A successful image of us
Then what might be your goal?
Wearing my red suit and flying first class
In ten years...
There are a lot of things I want to do or make, right? I have many hobbies
If I focus on one I might become really good at it
So what I would like to do now is calligraphy
graffiti and craftsmanship
So you want to go yor own way?
If you want to put it in a good way: I can do many things
In a bad way, I can't do anything well
You do many things well, like acting- No, but MAKING things
So to put it in a bad way, there's nothing you're really good at
Let's move to the next question
What is this~~~?
This could be right
You have to pronounce it this way
He's always like this when he speaks a foreign language
Kwangjin has a different tone for every language!
Korean: Hello, I'm N.Flying's Kwangjin
Japanese: Good morning, I'm N.Flyings Kwangjin
This was super similar, wait. Chinese:
I'm N.Flying's bass guitarist Kwangjin
Spanish:
Oooh, from Colombia!
No matter the genre
if we want to express something
and can do it as a band, then we will try it
We don't have genre limits. We listen to everything, too
A second please. A bit more brightly
A group from our company
SF9, lately released a song inspired by Latin American melodies
Sole Mio
I really enjoyed that one
It's a very good song. The dance is great, too
Among N.Flying's songs is one called "Are you ready"
It has an electric sound melody
mixed with the typical band sound
Electronic Rock
With the Latin Music Wave many songs have also reached Korea
So even if I listen to other artists' songs
there are many Latin American songs that kind of stick
and that have a very special charm
Right, right
Latin American music is really exciting
Not too long ago I watched one of Disney's lates movie
"Coco"
The main character of that movie also plays a Latin American song
I saw it and thought to myself "This is really charming"
I saw it too. It's a beautiful movie with great music
If we get the chance, we would like to perform a song for you
that is inspired by Latin American music
Next question
Korea has many delicous dishes
I can't really eat spicy food
But I really like Tteok-bokki
I'd like to recommend something very classic
Korean BBQ
Potatos are really good in Korea
You cook them very well and then eat them while they're still HOT
The next question is the last question
It's from Peru
Let's point at the one we want to choose
One, two, three!
What's this?
So why would you choose Seunghyub?
No, I didn't choose him, I just meant that he's the best looking!
Now, why did you choose him?
I think that Seunghyub looked really good during our "The Real" promotions
And I always thought that if you take a picture of Chahun
this picture looks better than any real person could ever be
"Man-Jjit-Nam"
Right, that's it. Do you know that word?
A boy so pretty he looks like he stepped out of a manga
Then I would like you two to have a staring contest
Be quiet!
A staring conest, come on!
One, two, three!
They can't even look at each other
Applause, applause please
We will end this episode with the love of these two
We will be back for episode 2!
Where we will try out a Latin American game
A game called "Hot Potato" which fits our song so well
Please look forward to that!
See you at episode 2!
We hope that our dear viewers will be back for episode 2
Until then!
You, get over here, let's have a word
Nooo

Combo Exercise: Lengthening the Posterior Chain and Working the Glutes - Duration: 0:49.
So I'm going to do kind of a combo exercise.
I'm going to work on lengthening my posterior chain.
I'm going to work on my glutes, which are great for the pelvic floor.
And I'm also going to incorporate my pelvic floor into a dynamic movement.
So I'm going to hinge forward at my pelvis,
put my hands on my bench and standing on my right leg.
And I'm going to inhale to prepare
and then exhale and lift my left leg up behind me.
(inhaling)
(exhaling)
And I want to make sure that as I come up,
I'm not rotating around
or I'm not letting my pelvis drop,
otherwise keep it nice and neutral.
(exhaling)
(inhaling)
(exhaling)
So that's a great way to lengthen the posterior chain of the standing leg,
work the glute of the leg that you're lifting
and incorporate that pelvic floor to get a deep core workout.
We'll see you next time.

So use your compass to create
holes for those spines
But there only 2 of them get hole-punched.
Next is the stand.
This is where you get creative
With any shape, any style
for the stand.
Make copies for a tougher stand.
Done!
Don't forget to punch big holes
on the stand and on the circles
to put an aluminum or PVC pipe through it
Now it can spin
but you will need a handle
to rotate it much easier.
Just some cardboard attached together.

to the last position
and push the other upper halves
to one previous position
combined with other lower halves.
Attach 2 halves together by sticky tape and glue.

How to Combat Adrenal Fatigue with Essential Oils - Vibrant Blue Oils, Jodi Cohen - Duration: 5:15.
have you ever felt completely exhausted too tired to make plans to call people
back to enjoy all the things you love perhaps you tire more easily or find
that simple tasks like grocery shopping laundry or paying bills feel like an
overwhelming burden or perhaps you're experiencing physical ailments like
aches pains headaches or lingering colds or forgetting appointments and mis-
placing things more frequently you might even find yourself becoming more
irritable short-tempered or easily disappointed with other people
or feeling sad for no clear reason all these issues can relate to adrenal
fatigue and I want to share some natural remedies that can help you kick your
adrenal fatigue to the curb hi I'm Jodi Cohen I'm the founder of vibrant blue
oils and I've helped over 20,000 people regain their vibrant health through the
specific and targeted use of essential oils and I want to help you start
feeling better starting now so as you may know adrenal fatigue can arise when
our adrenal glands have been overtaxed due to acute and chronic or prolonged
stress and they're no longer able to produce and release sufficient levels of
hormones like cortisol or adrenaline that provide us with energy as you may
know the adrenals are too small glands owns about the size of large grapes that
sit on the back up to the kidneys in the back of the body kind of at the bottom
of your ribs and when we're in a stressful situation our hypothalamus in
the brain triggers the root adrenal glands to release hormones that give us
that extra boost of reserve energy that we need to survive stress like running
from a wild animal but when we dig too deeply into the energy reserves for too
long they get depleted and it's a little bit like deficit spending at a certain
point your credit runs out and you have no reserves to draw upon so some
symptoms of adrenal fatigue might include feeling tired for no reason
especially in the early morning and mid-afternoon body aches trouble
concentrating racing thoughts especially when you're trying to fall asleep at night
moodiness irritability feeling rundown or
overwhelmed difficulty bouncing back from stress or illness or cravings for
salty and sweet foods so I'm going to share some of my three favorite
essential oil blends to kill adrenal fatigue and their and their unique ability
to return our organ systems to balance and help refill our reserves and dig us
out of that awful adrenal fatigue hole right so they're all proprietary blends
and they were designed to support adrenal fatigue the first one is our
adrenal blend so our adrenal glands help regulate and determine the body's stress
response by secreting hormones like cortisol but prolonged periods of stress
can deplete our reserves and much like adaptogenic herbs vibrant blue oils
helps increase the body's ability to adapt to and maintain stress and healthy
adrenal function we also have a hypothalamus blend the hypothalamus is
the region of the brain that kind of controls the hormonal messages that are
sent and received the body it's constantly reading our blood sugar
levels of cortisol in addressed adjusting the signals sent to the
adrenals to stay in balance but chronic and prolonged stress can download
damaged the hypothalamus and its ability to receive clear messages from the body
which then impacts all outgoing endocrine messages so just like you
might reboot your phone when it's glitching you can reset the hypothalamus
with our hypothalamus blend you're going to apply it right here over the
hypothalamus and it allows you to send and receive clearer signals and for the
adrenal blend your adrenal sit on top of your kidneys your kidneys are the size
of your fist so if you take a fist and put it on your low back and then put the
adrenal blend right on top of it that is going to help to reboot the adrenals and
then the kidneys often get impacted when we're in chronic stress like anyone who
has to pee all the time what's going on there is that your adrenals can't hold
on to salt which is aldosterone and that's all your kidneys can't hold on to
water so when you're supporting your adrenals you also want to support your
kidneys in Chinese medicine they're kind of known to hold the energy of fear
and what does fear do fear it triggers the adrenals so very often fear is at
the root of most of our stress responses

Essential Oils to Practice Yoga - Vibrant Blue Oils, Jodi Cohen - Duration: 6:58.
so some people have asked what essential oils are best to use in your yoga
practice I'm Jodi Cohen founder of Vibrant Blue Oils and I've helped over
20,000 people regain their vibrant health through the specific and targeted
use of essential oils and I want to help you start feeling better with less work
so in addition to my certifications in nutritional therapy
and aromatherapy I am a certified yoga instructor and I've been practicing yoga
for over 10 years I find that essential oils in my daily yoga practice have a
lot in common and I have five blends that tend to be my favorite to integrate
into my practice so both yoga and my oils feed my mind body and the spirit
they both help me to ground so I'm able to better process and work through
physical mental and emotional challenges they also seem to keep pace with my
growth kind of evolving and unfolding in different ways to match my expanding
potential and when combined they seem to enhance and amplify each other helping
to clear my mind open my heart and anchor my balance if you're not familiar
with essential oils they are the natural highly concentrated essences extracted
from specific plants in their living state for their healing capabilities and
many of my favorite oils like vetiver are derived from roots of the plants and
if you think about the job of a plant's root it's to ground and anchor the plant
to earth and since humans and plants are bio familiar these oils can play a
similar role in the human body helping us ground and balance so one of my
favorite examples of how this works comes from a friend of mine who's a yoga
instructor and she integrated our vibrant blue oils adrenal blend into her
class to help demonstrate the true meaning of balance so my friend guided
the class into the tree pose on both sides kind of having them count and see
how long they could hold it and then she guided them to Mountain Pose and applied
the adrenal oil their lower backs after a minute she
asked if anyone felt anything and about 75% of the class reported a really
palpable energetic shift with heightened awareness of feeling rooted and grounded
she then asked them to return to tree pose on both sides and again timed their
ability to balance and they all nail balanced and improved by at least 50% in
regards to the time held and she told me I even had a few students who stayed and
stayed in the state until I asked them to come back to standing so they could
move on and these if you reported that they had hit a place of effortlessness
in the balance and even santosha which is a word for contentment or perfect
mind homeostasis all in a state of resonant harmony and flow with no need
no desire no striving not too much or too little everything is just right and
the person is purely in the present moment so you may know that the adrenals
correspond to the root chakra they create balance within the systems of the
mind and the body and help direct how balance resonates through our whole
experience of life so when we fall into stress when we relax and the hormones
that are released into our system this grounding energy of yoga helps balance
the adrenals which is one of the reasons so many people find it so beneficial so
the addition of layering essential oils like the adrenal oil helps to amplify
and enhance the yoga experience certainly for me the other oils that I
layer into my yoga practice include our heart blend so I really love heart
opening a sequence upward dog and all those things and find that this blend
applied over the heart accentuates my ability to open my emotional heart and
my physical heart and my flexibility in my back literally improves the minute I
apply it over my heart even better it instantly drops me into a heart centered
space where I get the most out of my practice and as you may know the heart
is the connector between the upper and lower chakras and helps to integrate
intuition from the gut and feelings into our thought processes so I apply a
few drops over my heart and it helps me feel grounded and open-hearted lymph is
another great blend because Yoga is a fantastic way to get the lymphatic
system moving right when we move our arms over the head and the oil seems to
enhance that movement increasing my energy level and helping me go deeper in
my poses so as you may know interstitial lymph fluid flows through our lymph
nodes where our toxins are filtered out and unlike our heart pumping the
lymphatic system doesn't have a heart to pump and move it through the body so the
more you can help the lymph fluid flow the more quickly you can move the toxins
out of your system and I apply it the lymph blend before yoga on the sides of
the neck under my armpits and then just right along with the bikini line where
your leg would crease if you lift it and it just helps to increase the
circulation of my lymphatic system and helps me feel lighter stronger and
healthier another great one I mean Yoga is all about breath right so with
breathing I use the breathe blend to help me breathe deeper during my
practice so I can take in more oxygen for the body and the brain our breathe
blend soothes the physical airways and allows for enhanced oxygen intake during
exercise on an emotional level the lungs also take in and let go of emotional
energy so our lung support blend is great with yoga breathing to help you
release any feelings of grief or bereavement lost remorse that can kind
of obstruct your ability to accept and relinquish and you can inhale all of
these oils or topically apply them the breathe blend contains some hot oils you
might want to dilute it a little bit just so you don't feel tingly especially
if you're hot yoga again my favorite blends are adrenal lymph heart breathe and lung support

I will introduce how to knead snake knot bracelet with para cord.
This time Paracode prepared two colors.
Please prepare a lighter etc for processing the edge.
I think that you can knit with a margin if there is about 2 m 20 cm length to cut.
Since it is two colors this time, both are cut at 1 m 10 cm.
When cutting it will joint two colors to one.
After sticking, heat a little around, and firmly join.
It is a way of knitting, but go up the string on the left hand and bring it to the right.
Next, I will go through the back of the two with the string I brought.
I pass under the string of the one I brought the (black) string on the right hand,
I will pass it through this ring from above.
The rest is completed, 1 stitch is completed.
I will explain it again with a video.
The left string goes through the back,
The right string goes underneath,
I will pass it through this ring from above.
Adjust it to the size of the ring about which you can thread two strings that you have knitted.
After that, we repeat the same operation as before and weave.
It is a point to knit while knitting firmly ♬
Continue to knit until it reaches the target length.
This time around the arm around, we knit about 23 cm.
After knitting twice make a knot.
Next, I made two loops through the loop which I made first.
I will make a knot around my hand.
Cut the extra part,
Heat treatment.
I repeat the same action repeatedly, so once I remember it I think that it is not too difficult ♬
Thank you for your channel registration and high evaluation as well.
Until the last minute, thank you for watching.

January 2018 Favorites - Duration: 8:35.
Hey everyone, I hope you're having a wonderful day if you like beauty videos
Please hit that subscribe button if you're here to see what my favorites of the month were please stick around
The first thing I want to talk about I already talked about it in my empties video
And it's this rituals miracle scrub. I already bought a replacement, and I'm actually
Going to include one of them
They changed the packaging, but I'm actually going to include one of my replacements that I got in my future next giveaway
Which I will do it 500
Subscribers so the reason that I love this is because it's like Spa in a squeezy tube
It just makes my hands feel so luxurious. I would bring it on vacation
I do it here my home
and I just love it just makes my hands feel so soft and like beautiful after I use it and I have
used other hand scrubs and they just
no.
It's not the same my next favorite product of this month is this elf instant lift brow pencil and yes
I did have to rehearse to say that correctly. This is an awesome brow pencil. I really love it
I've used it in
place of the other brow products that I used a lot of the other brow products that I use are like in the
$20 range and it's wonderful to me when I get to recommend a product
That's literally like two or three dollars and works
Or gives like the same result as long as you can find a shade match for your brows
You will not be disappointed in the performance of this product. I don't know if it necessarily like
Lifts my brows even though it's called the brow lift
eyebrow pencil
But it really does perform great, and I love that has a spoolie just like all the high-end
Brow products, but it's like two or three dollars y'all
It's like really good so my next favorite product is the NYX
Holographic halo highlighter now. I don't know if this is holo. Okay. I don't I don't have that expert. Eye yet
I absolutely love this it is up blinding. It's
Wonderful. It's made some appearances in my videos. I've been reaching for it like anytime like oh, I really want like a highlight
That's like, but I am and I
like I just love this stuff it for like I think it was like 12 bucks and
Just FYI, I think right now Ulta is having like a buy one get one half off
And they do this like frequently throughout the year, so like I wouldn't necessarily
Pay full price for this just because you can get a deal so if you can you should get it so definitely
You will not be disappointed by this highlighter...I, I mean as
Long as you like blinding highlighters, you will not be disappointed by this highlighter
I love it so my next favorite product. Is this fresh sugar lip polish
I love it. It smells so good
It's brown sugar II I've used it a million times and haven't even like what do they call like hit pan yet
I guess anyways it's wonderful. It's one of those like spa products. I absolutely love it you guys should get you some
just gets some, it's
Um I mean it definitely does its job
It definitely exfoliates your lips, but Milani actually has some pretty good lip polishes, too

Like them, too
But this one is my favorite my next favorite
Product of the month is literally not gonna be a surprise to anybody that watches my videos, and it is the house of lashes

No, but seriously you guys. I like tried it again
I was like maybe I just took out like my whiff was too grand, and I tried to smell it again
And this is a fresh bottle too like its brand new
Um and it just it doesn't smell like flowers to me it smells
Like glue. You know it doesn't, it's not offensive. It just doesn't smell beautiful
anyways I just feel like that smell really threw me for a loop because this actually is my absolute favorite eyelash glue like I use it today
Used it yesterday. I used it probably two days before that like I use it all the time
And I absolutely love it because it works amazing, but it was just really funny like watch my other video my reaction
I couldn't even myself like I couldn't even me that day so um
Yeah, I'm just gonna put that down. It's one of my favorites
You guys know my next product is a haircare product, and this is amazing stuff. It's the kenra platinum revive
complex
This stuff's amazing it just it
It makes my hair feel amazing like I put it in and I'm just like it's not like any other
Leave-in conditioning treatment
I have there's no
Replacement for this there are replacements for other like high-end
Stuff like and if you kind of want me to do comparison videos I can do that
Other than that it's amazing and that it makes my hair feel amazing. I can't say anything else about this it smells beautiful
I mean great most hair products smell really nice
But this stuff makes my hair feel better than any other
leave-in conditioner products that I've ever used and of course my final Beauty favorite is going to be the Lancome bi-facil and
Everyone was expecting this that's my absolute favorite makeup remover. I really would love to find a
replacement if you guys know any replacements that might work better than the
Lancome
bougie makeup
remover
Please let me know in the comments. I could really use a cheaper alternative
So I want to have one other favorite item and I absolutely love this
But it's not makeup or beauty and it's just David's tea is like getting so much use out of this
Winter favorites if you get a chance to get any of these favorites collections last year my grandfather got me their
Favorites like just David's favorites and this year
I bought myself the winter favorites, and I gave one to me and one to a friend. That's all what always works
you go out to the store you buy something for a friend. You're like I can use that too, so I
Got one for me and one for her
we're both just going through it and
outta Those little tins that you saw you get two to three Teas out of em, I'm drinking some right now
And I absolutely love it. Oh my god, kiss proof this lipstick is kiss proof. There's nothing on there. I love it

but I do kind of want to do like a life update because
Um if you're still here you probably just hey, how are you? How are you doing?
Let's be friends um
But if you're still here, it's probably because you just like chilling and you like watching my videos and
I just want to say like I don't know if you saw like a few videos back
I was like I'm so nervous because I have like job interviews
well, I just wanted to give you an update on how that's going and I
Have literally had two job interviews for that one for one of the jobs
And I'm I have one new job interview scheduled for the other job. I've done 2 with both companies
2- interviews with both companies and one of them just hasn't got back to me yet which is fine and then
But is it fine? then the other one. I have the third interview scheduled with them
next week and
We'll see how that goes
What's that even cohesive like that that and makes sense at all?
I'm like deciding, which one's like right now
Just like looking at the camera like decide which one do I want to do next which one do I want to share the most
Okay, I have to do this one. It just makes me really sad that I didn't love these Devinah cosmetics
Cuz it don't get to be in my favorites

(NEW) Tom Cruise *STUNTS* for Mission Impossible 6! #Netflix - Duration: 3:40.
Let's start off with something kinda positive this time, it's said that the number of
people with ginger hair, is slowly reducing.
And by the way, why on earth are ginger people, called redheads?
The colour ginger looks more like orange, so they should be called orange-heads, and
red hair looks like red hair.
But anyway, this rare breed of humans is gonna get recognition from tech companies - as new
emojis for ginger people have been announced.
Believe it or not, this is happening because of campaigns.
People actually demanded them, how mad is that?!
That is a classic example of 1st world problems.
Let's not forget that emojis are yellow as standard and they don't even have hair
anyways.
And yes, there are other variations of emojis - but I just think it's a waste of time
and space.
Most emojis go completely unused.
Okay check this out, I've mentioned the Winter Olympics loads of times in my previous
videos - and now I've got something else for you too.
A South Korean figure skater, named Yura Min, almost went half-naked during her routine.
She was spinning round and round, when her skimpy red dress slipped off!
Luckily for her, she managed to hold it in place and kept skating with her partner.
What's worse, the entire incident was broadcast live to everybody watching - all across the
world.
So you may have noticed, when things go wrong, they never seem to go all the way.
But lucky for you perverts, I've got just the story for you.
A footballer in Britain, who plays for the Huddersfield football club - flashed his genitals
on television.
I'm not even joking, but don't worry, I wouldn't dare show the clip here - coz
I don't wanna get banned off YouTube.
It'll be worse than making fun of a dead guy hanging from a tree.
However, as I mentioned - it was broadcast on television, so here's a censored version
of the incident.
Now, some of the best films in the world often don't get any sequels, but Mission Impossible
isn't one of them.
Mission Impossible is probably Tom Cruise's best work so far, and his last one - Rogue
Nation - did amazingly well, making more than $700 million.
In summer this year, we're looking forward to Mission Impossible: Fallout - the latest
instalment in the series.
Tom Cruise has been photographed performing some of the most scariest stunts ever, even
one including a helicopter, that he did all on his own.
In August last year, he was injured during a stunt, where he jumped from building to
building.
Unfortunately for him, he messed up his ankles, and they had to halt filming until he recovered.
This photograph shows him stood on some brick tower, supposedly ready to jump into a helicopter
- but I doubt he'll actually do that for real.
So there you go dudes, hope you enjoyed this update on the world.
Make sure you're subscribed and follow me on instagram @MrMaterialism, I just post random
stuff on there.
So I'll be back tomorrow, and until then - have a good night.

The role of wetlands and marshes in coastal resilience - Duration: 5:54.
Wetlands are the natural areas where land meets the water. A land that is wet for some period of time but not always wet.
Wetlands include the marshes, swamps,
bogs, and fens at the edges of lakes, rivers, bays or low-lying areas that frequently.
Nature and natural areas
can provide sort of productive services to the environment. And those might be
habitats for fish,
nursery, they can be carbon sequestration
It can be flood protection services if that's going to mitigate the flood. So
we use that term ecosystem service or
environmental service to just denote that they are sort of capital investments in a way. A valuable service
that they provide in the same way that you know
physical capital provides a flow, of services to the economy. So it's a kind of putting a little bit of an economic term on,
you know, a natural phenomenon.
The marshes for us as kids, we used to ice skate on them. They used to freeze back in the day
And we would actually go down and ice skate on them.
The wetland provides benefits that are public in nature that are much more difficult to quantify.
We recognize that those benefits are there. Sort of a natural thing, we all kind of know
We all know that the water runs off the pavement and sinks into the forest or the wetlands. So you know it's
intuitive. The real question is how much it does that and
what's quantitative impact?
Researchers from the flood hazard lab at George, Mason University are working on understanding
the physical interaction between marsh vegetation,
Storm surge, and waves.
We're looking into obviously having less flooding, which means lower water levels.
at some point. We're also thinking about having less wave energy as it propagates through the land.
wave height attenuation means that when the waves are propagating
the vegetation
the actual height of the waves is because the interaction of the waves and sea grass.
So far we've looked into vegetation height, the diameter of the plants, and the density of these plants. And they all play a role and we now have
models that can correlate those vegetation characteristics to the amount of wave height attenuation that when you get over a given length.
A cross-section of Magathy, bay and
right here is difference between vegetation and no vegetation over the next three days
So you can see, when it goes back up, the waves will attenuate in the vegetational areas but not in the non vegetation areas.
This is just for measuring overall water levels this hobo water level logger, right here this takes a
Water pressure reading and from that water pressure reading, we are able to determine depth of the water
We put them out in columns in the marsh and we see how much the water levels can be attenuated
by vegetation
So, we tried to record weather events as well. I can't bring the stuff in right now because it's currently out in the field
which is a good thing. It's taking data.
I'm a surfer and I've been a surfer since a very young, age and I've been searching storms for very different reasons
Because as a surfer you're really, looking at the weather patterns because they're generating the waves
I've accounted for probably like three or four different times when we've been trapped in our house
for a week with no power because of the flooding.
We have increasing
flooding, we have increasing problems with climate change and sea level rise.
We used to always go to Snyder's. All around it they kept it marsh except for this one little
place and every time for every storm it flooded.
Figuring out the question of where people should, live how you can encourage them, not to live in risky areas, how
you can, protect lands to protect people
are all sort of hard problems to deal with.
They rebuilt. I don't know how many times they rebuild that restaurant, and they finally- it was a few, years ago, they got flooded again
and finally said we're done, we can't stay here.
Well it is a challenge in general to value ecosystem services to put dollar values on them the case of flood protection.
The real value is the avoided damages to the property so if you know something about
how much flooding you're gonna get, how much flooding you're gonna avoid getting
by having the wetlands there
you can calculate an avoided damage number. And that's what we've done in our research very sophisticated storm surge modeling
It's done to get a view of what the flooding would be with and without the wetlands. And you can
Do that in your numerical model methods. We have property values at
a very high spatial resolution and we look at the differences in the flooding
we use
Some depth damage functions that are available from FEMA
That are very specific and it can calculate the dollar avoided damages. Hurricane Isabel was in 2003
And we estimated that the wetland saved the state of Maryland about
450 million dollars in damages. So if they hadn't had the wetlands that they have,
flooding, would have been worse, damages would have been worse.
