NEW WORLD RECORD SOLO KILL WIN in Rules of Survival!

Ladies and gentlemen we are back with some more rules of survival

I posted this a few days ago, and it did pretty well, so I figured you know what let's give it another shot

I really enjoy these battle royale games as of lately I've been playing a lot of fortnight on my second channel and a lot when

I'm not like making videos so being able to have a mobile battle royale is definitely awesome

starting in five

seconds so while we're loading onto the airplane if you guys can please leave a like on this video and

Subscribe if you're new I would greatly

Appreciate it

also since

I'm still pretty new to this game if you guys can leave a

Comment letting me know like which places. I should check out because I'm still getting the hang of this game

I still have to explore the map basically

I'm still like a very big noob so if you guys have any tips for me. Please let me know down below

Where do we want to go so in my last video we went to thermal power that was pretty interesting?

But my friend said bitter Lake was good. I believe so let's put a waypoint for right there on that house

I don't know. This is gonna be good

I don't know if it's gonna be bad who knows I'm probably landing in the wrong part of bitter Lake

But we're gonna go check out wherever that Waypoint is. Hopefully I land near people

I don't want to sound too cocky, but I feel like I can write some kids. We are parachuting on down right now

Where exactly do we want to go? Let's just go right to this house? I see a car outside. Oh my god

There's like a whole town. Everything's loading in so is anyone near us um. Let's do a little loop around

Don't really see anyone. Okay, so I think we're off to a good start

Let's come to this building actually this looks a little bit better

And I am gonna turn my volume up a little bit someone is on this building, so looks like we have some action

I'm gonna run in here and see if we can just outplay this guy come on a loot loot loot um okay

I'll take that we have a shotgun and we're in a very close range building so whenever I find this guy he is gonna go

Down now one thing which you guys let me know in my last video is that there's actually?

Footsteps on like my map whenever someone is near me so that is definitely gonna

Help me out a lot because there's so many times where I hear people, but I just don't know where anyone's like

I don't know it that person was doing he's actually getting shot at from somewhere though. Who is shooting at this kid

Thank you for your loot come again does this guy not have any ammo. Oh my god, okay?

Let's just continue looting this place right here

There's footsteps in front of me someone just walked in right now

So let's go worry about this guy and try to kill him to the best of our ability

I think you might have just went outside actually where did he go is he trying to follow me now, okay?

Let's turn around. I guess maybe he's crouching or something dude. I totally hear someone. He's right here

I have the shotgun though, so I'm really not too concerned honestly

There's two people now, but it's coming this one right here is anyone in here, bro

Oh, I see him this guy's about to get smacked right outside. Where did he go? Where are you?

I just saw you dude. Oh, my god. This is like

Ring-around-the-rosy because there's so many people, but we're just all running around each other. Okay. They have to be in this one

I'm calling it. Oh boom. Oh, we missed the shot we got four shots to go. Oh my god. He is weak

Let's reload up real quickly this dude still doesn't know where he's getting shot from oh

Oh, oh get out of here, dude wow he could have totally just got me

So let's take his body armor does he have anything decent

Excellent we are very close in the zone, so I cleared out all these people I have a whopping two kills

Did I just close that door okay?

I wasn't sure there was somebody else here, but he must have ran away or maybe somebody killed him

I'm not really too sure, but we're pretty much in the safe zone right now

So I'm just gonna kind of head up this way

I want to try to get into as much action as possible because I don't want this to be a

Super slow video all boys we got some company we got oh my god. He's in the house with me right now

What are you doing? Man? You just you walked in here. I was I was chilling right there brother. You know

I probably should have looked for a car before I decided to run across the map on foot so we started

Somewhere over here, and now we're all the way over here trying to go to the training base. Oh

We see someone we see someone and boom boom boom

Where did he go am I even why did I kill him already? Oh wait over there?

Got him - that guy dead yet, then oh he's dead

There's another one over here now what the heck is this where's everyone coming from right now. Oh my god

There's another one let's kill. That kid

He's not dead yet. Now. We gotta get this kid boom boom boom. Holy crap. Oh, there's more

I really is there more of them. Are they all done. Holy crap dude

I was just lighting these kids up so I think I had two kills before all this now. We're at six kills

There's 51 people AB that was decent on our end

Please have gas if this car doesn't have gas that is gonna be a rip. Oh my god

We got like a full tank in this thing

So let's put auto drive on all the nitrous you gotta love the nitrous on this thing. There's a Jeep right there

I'm just gonna continue on driving. Let's head up to the observatory. Holy crap someone's actually here who is outside my house

Trying to go kill some people so whoever was shooting if you can just return back to me. That would be appreciated

I'm trying to get some kills wherever you want come right back to the blue house. I'm gonna shoot a little warning shot

Just come to me and we'll be good

Yo, I totally hear someone driving right out this way, and there's also that big tire on my map

So let's go try to find out wherever this guy is gonna get that sniper rifle out. I still hear him

It sounds like he's down this mountain a bit. Oh wow it looks pretty beautiful out there. Oh my god

Are you kidding me look at this dude?

Get out of here brother. I told you I heard someone

I don't know where this guy even came up from though kind of looks like he came out of nowhere

Where the shots coming from where are the shots coming from we got the sniper out right now?

I'm thinking about driving my doctor go crazy, man

I don't know if you hear my dogs, but oh wow they're just there yapping up a storm

We gotta go get some kills though. Where are you at brother brother?

Where are you? Yo someone is totally like shooting at me, but I do not see them, so we're gonna get out right here

No idea where this person's at where did they go they were there were totally just people like right here a second ago

Oh, I see him. I see em right there. This dude is about to get dusted

He's inside the window right upstairs um. He just kind of ran by he's gonna be this way probably soon

Oh got him once got oh, I don't got too many shots. Oh, I got one shot at one shot laughs

Let's pop boom right there switch the weapons boom boom boom. Oh god. Okay. We're just gonna go challenge him

No clue where he's at Oh

What do I gotta reload gonna reload? Oh god get him? Oh, holy crap my heart's racing a bit. I just OH

You know someone's coming up on me guys so we are gonna get him here always said oh my god again

I'm getting into getting in holy crap and now there's someone outside as well, so let's go get this guy so right now

We have 9 kills and there are seven other people that I'm just gonna keep around this house and just keep running circles

Someone's actually coming up on me right now, so let's get down try to play a little bit sneaky. Oh my god

Let's get him right here

Oh, you are done sir 10 kills that dude was just shown in the driver's seat did it really work out, too

Well for him, let's just go see what he has oh my god

And would you look at that the safe zone is still right on us in this tiny little space so?

Six people remaining we still have ten kills. I'm just gonna keep on showing all your people this way

Oh check this out guys boom boom can this not shoot that far. Did I kill him what just happened there?

Hello, dude

I just I see his bike now did he die oh?

I'm getting shot getting shot getting shot getting shot boom boom boom boom boom boom get outta here

Bro that poor person just got turned on so badly. Okay. We are all good five people after we have 11 kills

We're doing pretty decent right now considering. I still haven't played this game too much, so let's just look around anything for me here

I really don't feel like I need much. Maybe I'll take another medkit, but besides that oh god bullets bullets bullets

Where is he? He is gone boom boom boom boom? Oh I missed I missing get him Oh

Pop pop pop pop he's popping me. We ultimately though got him so that was good. Let's heal up again

I have three more med kits. There are four people left in total. They're all just starting to come to me now

Okay guys

I may be a little bit quiet from here on out just because I'm really trying to listen and I don't want to lose like

There are three other people that besides me, maybe even soon after I kill this guy oh

There we go took us long enough, but there are two other people alive right now

I am just so spooked out right now. My heart is racing out of my chest

I have no idea where these other two people are remaining so my strategy

Here is to try and stay on the mountain for as long as possible

Because if I have higher ground it's gonna be a lot easier for me to take care of these people so I'm just showing up

Here wherever these other two guys are I'm just going to try to keep my distance stay up high, and I'm pretty confident

I'll be good. Where are these other two people at I'm not sure if they're hiding maybe they're looking for me

This is just a big mess right now. This circle is so tiny right now. I'm just trying to stare at my map

Oh, I see one person right there that dude is Dawg

Someone's actually shooting at me though, so that is not good either or at least I think they are

Where is the person over here at all boys? They are right there, so let's get that person out of the way

Oh that person is dead and the final person is behind that rock right there

Please don't die is to be a very unfortunate time to die we got this I'm challenging you

Where are you? You can't hide forever person this person is right behind the rock heart is racing right now

They just like disappeared on me

Get up Popo 15 kills there

We go first win heart is racing 15 kills zero downs that is awesome, so let's hit next and return from home

We are officially bronze one not sure if that's good probably not that's probably you really trash

But I think we're gonna be ending today's video here

Remember if you want more rules of survival just show some love leave a like and be sure to subscribe if you're new but guys

This has been eclipse. Hopefully you enjoyed today's video and peace out

Easy Air Dry Clay Roses With HOLO GLITTER! - Duration: 5:31.

Welcome back to DIY No Need To Cry with Ivelisse

This weeks video are these gorgeous holo glittered roses made from air dry clay.

Easy Air Dry Clay Roses With HOLO GLITTER!

A quick reminder to please turn on your notification bells so that you can be notified as soon

as I upload a video.

Let's get started.

I first placed down a piece of glass so that it would be easy to roll out the clay.

I took it from a frame I have.

Please be careful, if you do this, not to cut yourself.

I also used this fondant rolling pin but you can use whatever you have if you don't have

one.

You can even use a small glass jar to roll it out, again being careful not to break the

glass.

…an X-Acto knife or a butter knife if you don't have one

…and lastly acrylic paint in the colors you want them.

I used this air dry modeling clay to make them.

You want to take a piece out and put the rest away so it doesn't dry out.

This was my first time making these and they're not perfect but it's a basic rose.

I watched a couple of videos to get the ideas on how to make them.

I'll leave those links in the description box below if you want to check them out.

Next, you want to add a few drops, I put way too much on this one, of whatever color you

want to use and work it into the clay.

I found that the colors come out way lighter than the actual color of the paint, as you'll

see in a minute, so go for darker tones.

I didn't have gloves but you should probably wear some for this part.

You want to roll and fold, roll and fold until the color is completely incorporated into

the clay.

They clay get's a bit sticky when you add the paint but I noticed that it goes away

after handling the clay for a while.

I went washed and dried the rolling pin and my hands before starting the next step.

Roll out the clay, you'll see the thickness when I cut into it and using a cap from one

of my paint bottles, I cut out 7 circles.

I made mine really chubby and chunky lol!

Remove the excess clay, ball it up, and put in away so it doesn't dry up.

I learned that after I made a few.

Grab the first pedal and smooth out the edges.

I also flattened it a little bit for whatever reason but I stopped doing this after a few

of them.

Roll it up and that's the beginning of the rose.

Grab the next pedal and as you'll see I only smooth out and pinched the edges to shape

it.

I found that placing it overlapping the last pedal slightly, formed the rose nicely.

Keep doing the same thing with the rest of the pedals until you've placed them all.

I wanted to show you how to make these because I'll be using them for next weeks DIY.

I'm so excited to make it.

It popped into my head and I had to make it.

So you'll have a whole week to practice making these before I show you what I'll

be doing with them.

I promise that these are easy once you get the hang of it.

If you make them, let me know how they turned out.

You want to slightly push the top of the pedals back as you see here.

Once you're done, pinch the bottom part to make sure it's all together.

Now using your knife, cut the excess off as you see here.

I cut it like this because I needed it to have a flat back to be able to stick them.

I let all of them dry overnight and of course, I had to add my touch to them so I added Holo

glitter glue to give it that beautiful shimmer and upgraded these beauties to the glam squad.

I was so excited when I finished because look at how pretty these came out!

That holo just took them to a whole other level.

I think I did a good job for my first time and I can't wait to show you what I do with

them but you'll have to wait until next week for that.

In the meantime, you can practice making these so you'll be a pro at them once the completed

project comes out.

Let me know if you do try them and as always guys, have fun be creative and make a mess!

Thanks for watching!

If you like this video please don't forget to thumbs it up as it helps the growth of

the channel and to show your support.

If you're new here, I hope you consider subscribing to get updates on future videos

and remember do it yourself there's no need to cry!

Ronny J "OMGRONNY" Album Review - IS IT GOOD? - Duration: 9:27.

Now before we even start today guys, I wanna point out something, and that is that this

album has been falsely advertised.

As you can see, the album name is OMGRONNY, which is Ronny J's main producer tag right?

Nothing seems amiss there, everything seems fine, no suspicions right?

However, in one of the tracks he doesn't use that producer tag, he uses his "Ronny J

listen up" beat tag.

What the h*ll is going on, what is that, I thought this was the OMGRONNY mixtape, not

the "Different Ronny J Producer Tags Mixtape".

That skit probably wasn't even worth it, I'm so sweaty now before we start the video.

So Ronny J, OMGRONNY, Is It Good?

Today I'm gonna be answering that.

Is Ronny J's newest album good?

This is CDTVProductions and let's talk about it.

(Intro)

Now one thing that I do respect on here is that Ronny J didn't only produce every track,

he also actually tried his hand at rapping on around 5 of the songs here.

And let me just say, no matter what, I respect that.

When someone handles more than one aspect of their music, I think that is admirable

because they are putting more of the workload on themselves, instead of letting someone

else do it.

However, I do have to say his rapping harboured some less than favourable results.

One of my least favourite tracks on the album OHSHI, is a Ronny J solo track, and lets just

say, the vocals really aren't great on it.

(Ronny J "OHSHI").

The tone he's delivering the vocals in just doesn't sound suited to the beat so it just

results in this really unappealing sound, it's almost like they're in two different

keys.

Then on the opening track Thriller, Ronny's vocals are mixed in this way that just makes

them sound really reverb-ey, and that isn't great either.

Although I'd be lying if I said he did bad on every single track he rapped on here, because

that is not true.

On the flip side of it, one of my favourite tracks from the album called 824 was another

complete solo track from Ronny.

Even though Ronny's lyrics are incredibly simplistic, he has a very nice sense of melody

on this song, which I guess makes sense because he is a producer right.

This can also be seen on the song Costa Rica where he provides a very catchy hook.

(Ronny J "Costa Rica" feat.

Ski Mask the Slump God).

He has a lot of work to do to become a bearable rapper, but he does have some moments on here

that are nice.

Now let's talk about the guest features, because they are almost as important as Ronny

is on this album.

Being an album from someone that's mainly a producer, it has a lot of guest appearances.

I think there's around 10 different features on this project.

And overall, I feel kinda mixed about all these features.

Smokepurpp, who is a rapper I actually enjoy in some instances, just comes with an incredibly

average hook and verse here, I mean this sounds like it could be any one of his random SoundCloud

singles produced by Ronny, its nothing special or out of the ordinary.

We also have Fat Nick who gives a nice enough performance, but he has this high pitched

vocal in the background of his hook for the song Fiji Island, and its actually kind of

annoying.

(Ronny J"Fiji Island" feat.

Fat Nick).

Then we have Danny Towers who, no offence to him, sounds hilarious to me.

This man sounds like a drill sergeant out a cartoon or something, it genuinely made

me laugh when he just burst into the track.

I'd have to say, my favourite guest appearances on here were by Ski Mask the Slump God, and

Denzel Curry who appeared on 2 tracks each.

Now Ski's verse on Thriller was quite nice, but it came off to me as quite weird that

he recycled a few bars from a song he did earlier with Pollari called Creepin'.

I mean Ski you've not been rapping for that long, why are you recycling bars already?

However his verse on Costa Rica was great, it was just a nice, short, punchy verse, and

his flow was brilliant on there.

As for Denzel, he killed it on both tracks.

On the song Glacier he comes with this very aggressive tone of voice, and Denzel is one

of the few rappers that I can actually really tolerate shouting from, because when Denzel

does it, he sounds angry.

He's not pointlessly shouting to give the track some energy that's just not there.

He sounds p***ed off.

There is one thing that ruins that song and I'll talk about that later, so keep that

in mind.

As for his other contribution, Houston, it was another very nice verse.

Denzel did a great job on both his performances on here.

And now let's get to one of the most important aspects of this album, and that is the production,

of course all handled by Ronny J himself.

Now I know what you think, I bet you're thinking that I'm gonna say I didn't like

these beats because of the distortion, but no, a lot of the beats actually aren't distorted.

On most of these tracks the bass is just very loud, but its not overpowering, it doesn't

shake the whole beat up (maybe with the exception of the song Snakes).

On most of them its not distorted.

That's not my issue.

Loud bass, a-ok, distorted bass, that's a no-no.

But I do still dislike most of the production on here, and lemme tell you why.

A lot of the beats on here just sound so uninspired and Ronny seems to follow a very basic formula

that he follows with a lot of the beats on this tape.

If you listen to songs such as One Time, Fiji Island or Trauma, you'll start to notice

that these songs all have the exact same fundamentals.

Not only that, these tracks only have the fundamentals.

It goes like this; a drum pattern, some loud 808's and a single looped melody.

So many of the beats on here just stick to that basic framework, and it makes a lot of

the songs boring despite the fact that most of them are under 2 and a half minutes long.

I feel like he might have played it too safe here, there's nothing innovative about these

beats.

This is a full project so it should have some more ambitious beats, but these just sound

like the same thing that Ronny J has been putting out.

Although saying that, one of the times that he does try to make an instrumental more layered,

it gets in the way of the song, and that is on the track I mentioned earlier, the Denzel

Curry song, Glacier.

I do not know why in the world he did this.

During Denzel's verse, this incredibly loud piano comes into the song, and it completely

overshadows everything Denzel is saying, it overshadows every other sound on the track.

Now granted this piano only lasts about 20 seconds, but it's such an obstruction to

the song.

Why you would want to ruin one of the best guest performances on your album, I don't

know.

(Ronny J "Glacier" feat.

Denzel Curry).

It was obviously intentional, like Ronny knew what he was doing with it, but it was intentionally

bad mixing.

Now keep in mind this is not me saying Ronny J is a bad producer, it's just on this album,

he really doesn't provide his best work.

So as you can tell there were a few aspects of this album I enjoyed, but there was a lot

of stuff that fell short for me.

Ronny J isn't amazing as a rapper yet, the guest verses were mostly mediocre with some

very good performances, and the well produced tracks were few and far between.

There are admittedly a few great tracks on here, it's just not enough to save it in

my opinion.

I'm gonna have to give OMGRONNY by Ronny J a 3.8/10.

That's right, just after I gave my highest score in an IS IT GOOD?

video yesterday, I'm giving my lowest one today.

As you guys know this is just my opinion, and hopefully Ronny can come out with something

that impresses me soon, because like I said, he's not a bad producer, and I would like

to see him improve as a rapper too.

So what do you guys think about this album?

Let me know in the comments below.

Fighting Blind | OC Spray - Duration: 1:10.

We did non-lethal OC training and took the panic attack in the bottle

right in the face, and it was good. It hurt.

So, as Marines with the Special Purpose MAGTF we have the potential to deploy anywhere

in CENTCOM area and essentially in response to a crisis situation.

In the event that there is a crisis, and our Marines

do get deployed to that area, we need to provide them with a capability that

isn't just a lethal capability. So, when engaging with a hostile individual

whether it be a rioting situation or embassy reinforcement.

I mean just like everything they talked about, your normal body functions kind of shut down,

you can't see much, your face is on fire, so try to fight through that knowing that you can afterwards.

It's pretty accomplishing, but at the same time the during and even the

after it's still pretty painful.

It definitely mixes up the day-to-day lifestyle that you're getting used to,

and to be able to do a training. I think it also builds camaraderie, everyone

coming out here and just enjoying a little bit of pain is it's not bad at all.

Getting Into Real Estate - How To Build A Real Estate Power Team - Duration: 21:14.

Back by popular demand, all of your comments are calling for it, you want

more information on how to build a Power Team so today we're going to be going

live and we're going to be getting some real information, real questions from

people as we show you how exactly does you go about building a team to support

you so that you can get your life back step into deeper freedom and love how

you're actually going about building your wealth.

Alright, friends, how we doing? This is Kris Krohn. - Hi, guys. Steven Michael Miller here.

- And today we're going to be doing a follow up, this is our first time doing a facebook

live and it's going to be on how you build your power team and if you've seen some

of our youtube videos or some that we've posted then you actually know that this

is a really important topic. What we're going to do is, we're going to do a

quick rundown on what it is and then we've got Nate in the back that's going to

be taking questions, going to be moderating so that we're going to make this very very

interactive today, it's going to be definitely a different style of video. I

think the most important thing that we can start off with is, why a power team

in the first place? And by the way, we want you to comment why do you think

it's important to be able to build your power. - Yeah, actually right now in the

comments, just right what is the number one thing that you need in a power team,

just go ahead and put right now in the comments because this is really what

we're going to be talking about and if you need something, we want to be

seen from you, we want to kind of respond, this is a live video right

now so go ahead and put your comments in right now but why a power team? And I

think this may be an obvious answer to people, Kris, but I think the biggest

thing that we need a power team for is to fill in the gaps where we don't have

expertise. One of our most famous sayings we've been saying for

years and you know which is if you want something done right, don't do it

yourself. We say that all the time and that's what

a power team is about, it's about taking those pieces that you aren't expert in

and allowing an expert to come in and fill those gaps.

- Yeah, and I want to even go even bigger picture on why and I want to go to a

place called freedom, right. I mean the reality is, Steven says, yeah, fill in the

gaps on the things that you don't know, absolutely. In addition, what are the

things that you can do that you don't want to do or that you shouldn't be

doing? I mean, so often we're the ones that are the saboteurs of our own

business and if it's your business and it's not going well then there's only

one person to point at. You've done something wrong, you've made a wrong

choice and listen, don't step into the shame and the guilt of it, how do you

correct that and so you've got to get tied to the real reason for why you're

doing it and that reason for me at least is freedom. I mean, we're gauging in this

real estate, we're going back to our roots where, we're doing it through the

game of real estate, we're doing it intelligently, we're doing it real estate

for the 21st century but it's all about having greater freedom and a team

creates freedom because a team means that when you are coordinated, it means

that they're there to do things that you can't

do or don't want to do or shouldn't do and it's still going to take place which

means guess what, freedom in that moment, more time. - So we talked about the F's, right.

The F's of building your power team, if you've watched the videos that we posted

in the comments, this is kind of the follow up for those videos. I wanted to

add another F that we haven't talked about. So we've talked about freedom,

finding, fixing, funding, filling, and follow-up, right. These are the F's of

building this power team, individuals that can handle those things for you but the

one half that we really didn't talk about which is I think is what keeps

most people out of the game is fear. - Yeah, absolutely. - And fear is something that

I've seen come up amongst different individuals that are part of the

community, people that are first starting to get into the community and I wanted

to I wanted to speak to this fear because I think that if we can learn to

control or overcome or have courage through that fear then we can have the

success and building a power team could sometimes help us get over that

fear. - You know and you can take fear and you can put it in the same bucket as

doubt because fear and doubt, you've got the same chemical process going

through your body that produces fear the opposite with the same chemical is

called excitement so what we'll do is, we'll become nervous and we'll take that

excitement energy, we'll take that adrenaline and our pair of synthetic

system that goes into the fight or flight mode, we're going to translate that into

fear and all the sudden whether it's fear, whether it's doubt, all it really

means is that I have stepped away from my choice of certainty. Steven so often

we are not doing real estate, we're just learning, we're not making it happen,

we're not succeeding because we have lost touch with our certainty for

example, years and years ago, I read a book that was co-written by Mark Victor

Hansen and Robert Allen and it's called the, I think like the one minute

millionaire or something and it was two books in one, it was really kind of

genius because on each side of the book if you flip it around, it was the other

person's book and what it represented was the logic of wealth

building and the emotion of wealth building and Mark Victor Hansen wrote a

very tender story on the emotion of wealth building and what he did is,

he described the story of a woman that had 90 days to come up with a ludicrous

amount of money, a million dollars or something and I've asked myself, if I was

in a situation where I had to build wealth or make a lot of money in a short

period of time, could I do it and I want you to ask yourself that question, when

it matters, will you show up? Because where we get

stuck is in the tyranny of how. Well I was going to do up and then I didn't know

how to do this part and how translated into I didn't do it, my fear rose, my

doubts came in, when the reality is, when you have an absolute certainty for what

you're doing, if you have a greater conviction of what you want and why and

that it's going to be so for example you could say in these next 90 days, I'm

doing a deal and I'm challenging you right now to do a deal in 90 days. 90

days means it's got to be active, it's a realistic time frame and everyone that is a

part of this community, you can do this but are you willing to take on

the absolute certainty that you can do that? What are you willing to put on the

line if not just your word alone? - So for just a moment, I want you to right now in

the comments, talk about what is your biggest fear, just put

it right now in the comments so that we can see it, what is your biggest fear

right now in building a power team or moving forward towards your next deal?

So I want to wait just for a second as you guys are kind of going. Why don't you

talk to for just man, I'm going to look at some of these comments here or

do you have anything coming in? - Alright, okay so I'm going to take this question,

should I go to the bank to prequalify? Let's just hit the F real quick. First of

all, if we've talked about the big reason is freedom, the thing that holds us

back from her freedom is our fear and the thing that keeps us from overcoming

our fear is a lack of certainty which only comes down to a personal compeller

high-water choice then we get into the rest of the F's for the power team. We're

going to hit them just briefly here. Find, fix, fund, fill, follow-up. Find, fix, fund,

fill, follow-up, find, fix, fund, fill, follow-up. Number one, find. You need a teammate

that's out there finding the deals for you unless that's your jam and that's

what you love doing. Remember, a freedom for you is like, I don't like finding

deals then guess what, you get to have freedom by adding a member of your team

that likes to find deals and by having that person, you become free-er so on find,

bring someone to the table. Now normally in most cases, that's going to mean one of

two things, it's either find a realtor, right, if you

go to these networking groups, find a realtor, someone with a license or

investor that has deals that they're going to wholesale or give off to you or

confine for you or it's going to be working with Steven and I where we have an

excess of nationwide amazing killer deals just waiting for you to sign up

and nab one of them. Okay, so you got to have a finder on your team, a bird dog

that can help you do that. - Number two you, need someone who

we'll help fix these properties. - Unless you like fixing which I don't recommend.

- Unless you want to put on the tool belt, you know, some people love to just strap

it on and get to work and you know, pull the hammer out but unless that's you, if

you don't want to be part of that then you need to find someone who's competent,

someone that can get after it and do it at a decent cost, right? Because this

is all about being as profitable as you possibly can and only doing the work

that's necessary as well. So often we get stuck in trying to fix the home up to

maybe your own standard and I will say this right now, if you're an investor, put

on your investor goggles, this isn't about putting granite throughout the

hall, we're updating the gold fixtures, right. This is about fixing it to the

proper measure of what that home in that market will bear and carry so find a

competent individual. Some people have a problem finding this type of individual

and I'll just say this, test out a few people. - Yeah, absolutely. Get multiple bids,

try people out. - See how they work on a smaller job. If they work really well on

a smaller job, chances are, they're going to work pretty good on a large job. - I'm

going to tell you right now, if they're really screwing up something simple,

they're going to screw up the big project so don't do that don't do that. Okay,

number three is, you got to fund the deal, right. This is going to mean one of two

things, either go out there and find your own lending team, your own loan officer,

someone that understands investment lending, portfolio lending, works with

multiple banks and does hundreds of millions of investment deals if they do

that, they're qualified for that or Steven and I, have already built that

here with us, you can just come and use our team and we'll help putting the

funding in place but you got to have that funding person that understands the

banking world that can help make that happen for you. - So you have the question,

someone just had the question, should I get pre-qualified through a bank, right?

Is that what is that what it came through? So should I get pre-qualified

through a bank? And the answer is absolutely. - Yeah, you're using your credit

if you're the one that's doing the buying, yeah. - Yeah, you should always know

where you sit. Going to a bank to get pre-qualified, to get your credit pulled

so they can help you understand maybe where some derogatories are or what you

need to fix or maybe what you need to pay down in order to be able to qualify

for your next deal, that's all part of the planning process. Kris, when you went

out to get your first home, it wasn't this like magical you know, what's

her name, the bibbidi-bobbidi-boo lady? - Bippity Boppity. - The fairy, you know,

she didn't come out and just say okay, you're an investor, now you've

got everything you need. - No, I actually got turned down by a number of

banks and ran out of time and almost gave up before I found one bank that

squeezed me through got my first property. - But you learned what you needed

to do so that you could prepare so that you get that proper funding. You have to

go to the banks to understand what is that they're looking for cause if you

don't know this then you're just going to be sitting in limbo. - And don't let fear

step into the learning process. Banks are going to turn you down. I get turned

down. Their job is to turn people down, they're looking for the lowest risk and

remember they've got their own criteria, it's not a personal judgment, it's not an

indictment but if they don't pick you, guess what, someone else will or you'll

use someone else's credit because remember when you're absolutely certain,

don't let a bank determine what you can or can't do, don't take advice from your

credit, just like you don't take it from your own pocketbook. If I did that, we're

going to stay stuck for a really long time just where we at. - So I just bought a home

and the home that I just bought actually, I was turned down by two other lenders

before I was picked up by one right so the point is, like Kris said, it's

going to happen over and over and over again but make sure that you are

utilizing those tools, get pre-qualified and know where you said. - Okay, the fourth

member of the team that you need is someone to fill the home, right. If this

is a short-term buy-and-hold, if it's a rental, if it's a lease option, you need a

plan for who your PM is going to be. Who's your property manager, who's going to

put people in the homes. Steven for a long time played this role for me and

then he elevated to the upper echelons of the business and did lots of other

things. You need someone on your team that's going to do that again if it's not

you. It's you if you like it or you need to understand it, I recommend that you

try to play a lot of these roles in the beginning so that you can get enough

knowledge and first hands-on experience to learn what's working, what's not

working, what you like and what you don't like so you got to fill the home you

need a strategy for how that's going down. - And the fifth and final is, follow

up, right. So follow up in other words, rinse and repeat again and again and

again. Once you've done it the right way, continue to use that information and go

to your next property and go to your next property or this also may be

part of this is, looking at the marketplace and looking at when is the

right time to then pull some money on that property or go in and transfer it

to another property whatever that might look. - Perfect so right now, what we're

going to do is, we'll open up for questions, we're going to make this this video right

now way more interactive because we've got a live feed rolling and for those of

you that are watching, what are your questions about finding, fixed,

funding, filling, or follow-up as you're building a team, as you're putting it in

place and as you're establishing freedom for yourself or banishing out fear on

any of those six F's, ask away your questions and let's address them right

now. - How do you address family, skeptics, critics? I'm guessing that's what you

mean by that comment so let's just jump into that real quick because the reality

is when you first get started in real estate, everyone who has never done it

which is most of your family, most of your relatives. - What are you doing you

crazy? I told you to go to college, look how you're wasting

that degree. What are you doing chasing these gurus and learnings and education

and getting rich? - I didn't ever do it so you probably can't do it. - Oh my gosh, we live in a

world.. Listen, you have got to surround yourself with people that are going to

support you and your dreams. Remember, listen, don't hold it against them,

remember you also changed your mind, you're just the first to go and the

first to go, sometimes the pioneers take an arrow or two in the back and you've

got to allow yourself to be reconciled with the fact that people that aren't

doing what you're doing are going to just disagreeing with you and that's

okay. I remember when I started getting into real estate, I have all my family

members like, "What are you doing dude?"

Some of them more skeptical than others and then with time,

they either got used to it or started inquiring or asking questions.

Do you remember that video, is while back

and I can't remember exactly where I stopped. I saw this one video, this guy

who they wrote this outdoor music fest or something.

Do you remember this guy? This guy gets out there, he gets out in the middle

and he starts doing his crazy dance, he's just you know, he's doing this thing

like no rhythm, right. He's running his jig, dancing all over the place getting

crazy with the music and he's out there for minutes. I mean, he was out there. I

kept member how long but for minutes and minutes he's by himself dancing.

- Until a second person - Until a second person gets up, joins them, now there's two

people dancing, now all of a sudden, this once lone crazy guy,

lone wolf out there by himself is now joined with another person and he's got

some social cred, he's got some social credibility people like, oh wow,

this is actually fun to be out here dancing then all of a sudden you watch

at this point, it's movie of four they'll it almost in this whole crowd joins this

crazy man dancing. I'll tell you right now, it's same with investing. If you find

yourself wanting to invest but everyone's criticizing you or pulling

you back into the bucket, whatever that might be, stay strong,

keep dancing, do the real estate and you'll find it eventually, you'll start

to get people joining you and all of a sudden your family, your friends, people

that were the biggest critics are going to look at you and say, oh, what are you

doing? This seems to be working. What are you doing? And they're going to step into

that dancing circle and do more and more want to do more with you. - Yeah, this is

the advice that you really need to be very very aware of right now. Is that if

you are doubting any of your decisions to invest in real estate or how you're

learning or educating or what you're going to put in, the moment you've

decided to allow doubt in, it's already over. I promise you won't do a deal while

doubting yourself, you'll always be right in front of the next possible deal and

then it'll be a mile away and that'll be a hundred miles away so doubt, it's too

expensive, you can't afford it. Waiting for the recognition of other loved ones

to support you, it's too expensive, you can't buy that. Everyone has their own

choice, everyone has their own opinions. If you're waiting for loved ones or

close ones to support you in what you're doing, then you might as well just

put your life on hold indefinitely because if you're only going to do what

everyone else is doing, if you're only going to do what other people are going to

accept, you're going to never go anywhere. - Okay, got another question.

How did you determine the timing to sell at an equity growth market?

- Oh, great question. How do you determine timing to sell in an equity growth market? I just

sold a bunch of these. Do you mind if I come in ahead? - Go ahead.

- So I'm actively selling a lot of my homes right now in Vegas, Phoenix, Florida.

I bought up a slew of homes, this was about 3 or 4 years ago so I have

bought most of these homes for at $130,000, most of them had a

rebuild value of around $200,000. After 3, 4 years, most of those homes

have gone up to 170, 180, 190, they haven't gotten even to the rebuild value, I'm

selling and pulling out of the market. Why? Because I've gained a majority of

what I'm going to gain which means now I'm going to get diminished returns so I'm

taking that money and I'm rolling it into my next projects. Projects that have

higher gains that will also eventually have diminishing returns. I'll take them

out, I'll roll them forward and then eventually those investments on the tail

of when they're getting diminishing returns, I'm going to pull it out so I'm always

going for a lion's share of what's available on the strategy and I'm

leaving money on the table, I'm always leaving money on the table because I

value time. I might have to wait five more years and endure a greater level of

risk for the last 20% of profits meanwhile, I've just made another 100%

in this market. While everyone's trying to capture the

tale of that, I moved out and I'm moving into the next opportunity and so as far

as when you go out, it is going to come down to a personal choice. If you're

investing with our team, I recommend getting with your coach and having them

give you a read on the market because basically, you understand where you

bought at, you understand what the market has re-evaluted to, you understand what

it has to get to on rebuild value and the closer I get to it, the closer I am

to deciding whether it's time to sell and move on. - Yeah, another determining

factor could be kind of where you are in life. Some of those equity growth markets

have lower cash flows and you may also be getting to a point in your life where

you just you want more cash flow and don't care so much about that tail

end of equity growth and so that may be the right time to pull your money out,

put it into a higher cash flowing market and start doing it that way. So there's a

lot of different determining factors but I think we've given you a couple

there. - Okay, we got another question.

- What are your thoughts on investing on a newly built home versus an older home 8 years plus?

- Okay, old homes that are older than 8 years,

new homes. First of all, let's just tackle definition of old vs. new. 8 years is

not going to fall into my definition but yeah, if we're talking about a home

that's 3 decades old, now we're getting into old and my definition

really comes down to piping. Steven for awhile has really exploited the whole

industry of, what's a call? The doing the inspections. - Home inspections.

So Steven, what has happened

from the 50's 70's 80's, what if they've been the improvements and upgrades on

homes that used to be using old cast iron, they're now using

different plumbing and PVC's? - Yeah, you know, things have really improved and I

think maybe not to get too much into the nitty gritties of all that but when

you're looking at the home and you're looking at the age of a home, there's

something, there's a difference between the the actual age of the home and then

the, what's the word, it's like after repair age of the home, you know, the

updated age of the home and when you look on the MLS, if you're

looking at a home, it'll put those two different ages and the one

means that's when it was actually built, the other means it's been updated to a

certain point so the estimated age is a little bit different and so when you're

looking at a home, you want to look at the system's, you know you want to look

at the plumbing, you want to see is it cast-iron or have they updated to

either copper or or PVC or things like that, the wiring, is

it old aluminum or even worse, is it knob and tube wiring or have they updated the

wiring because I personally don't really care how old the home is as long as

those systems have been updated and the reality is, we go into some of

these other markets, some of our Memphis and Indianapolis homes, our older homes,

sometimes we buy homes that were built in the 50's 60's 70's but these

homes have also been completely updated so you're essentially

getting a newer home with all the bones but the workings, the systems are all

updated. - Now here's the principle that you need to be focusing on right now.

Understand that getting a deal on a new home is way less likely than getting a

deal on an old home, right. When everything's brand new, it sells at a

certain point and it's fairly static in the market, it becomes elastic the older

the home gets so when you start looking at home that's 20 years old, 30 years

home, 30 years old then all the sudden finding a home with an equity position

or finding something wrong with the house that's easy to fix it would bump

up the value drastically becomes more available so am I out there buying

homes that were built in the last decade? Generally not, we only do that when we

go into our high-growth markets and the market has tanked on something new. Those

homes, I love to buy but frankly they don't perform a whole lot different than

a home built in the 80's 90's or 2000's and so for me personally,

once I get older than 1980, that's where if a home hasn't been updated, you start

stepping into older wiring, older plumbing and just more problems and you

need to anticipate that maintenance and you got to factor that into the ARV,

after repair value, because that home's going to need more money, more maintenance

and as long as you're factoring it, then hey, I'll buy a home that's a hundred

years old and people like, what?! It's like, yeah, for a buck I would totally buy that.

That's right like, every home at the right price can make sense but for the

most part we have a formula and we're following that formula. I hope that

answers your question. - Great questions, everybody. - Any last

questions? Okay, friends, thank you so much for joining us today, thank you for

The Silence Is Broken! Devin Nunes Drop Nuke – It Was Obama Who 'Created This Russian Threat - Duration: 2:47.

The Silence Is Broken! Devin Nunes Drop Nuke – It Was Obama Who 'Created This Russian

Threat'

Rep. Devin Nunes sounded off at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Saturday

on how former President Barack Obama allowed to Russia to gain prominence during his administration.

"We went through a whole European infrastructure consolidation process of military installations

across Europe, abandoned a lot of abilities in the North Atlantic to track Russian subs,"

Nunes said

"We actually had the president of the United States, who said on a hot mic to the prime

minister of Russia at the time, 'Just tell Vladimir to wait after the election.' That

was President Obama who said that."

"So who created this Russian threat? Who? It was the last administration that put us

in this position," Nunes said.

The much-awaited Democratic memo on the Steele dossier was also released Saturday.

The conference, which unfolded over 3 ½ days at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention

Center just outside Washington, overlapped with breaking news about the long-running

Russia investigation. On Friday, Trump campaign official Rick Gates pleaded guilty to two

charges related money laundering, and special counsel Robert S. Mueller III filed fresh

charges against former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort.

But at CPAC, the news was received in two ways — as a distraction or as a hoax. According

to the conference's annual straw poll, 60 percent of attendees said the Mueller investigation

was unfair. In a Saturday-afternoon speech, Tom Fitton, the president of the conservative

watchdog group Judicial Watch said the probe and the media's focus on it was designed

to distract from scandals around defeated 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary

Clinton.

"Stolen and destroyed records. Violations of national security laws. You name it — Judicial

Watch has compiled enough evidence to compel the lawful arrest of Hillary Clinton," Fitton

said. "It's no wonder that the D.C. establishment would rather talk about their made-up garbage

about Donald Trump and Russia.

A Saturday panel about the investigation, bringing together skeptical conservative reporters,

was less dismissive. While they criticized some national news media as hyping each turn

in the Russia story, they acknowledged that the investigations raise some questions about

Trump's campaign.

The 15 Years Of Filmmaking That Led Tosca Musk To Passionflix - Duration: 7:29.

Film Courage: So I know you've produced numerous movies, you've worked for other

people but you've wanted to direct for a very long time and I was wondering what that

journey was like?

And now to finally be able to direct three movies (and more are on the horizon it sounds

like), as well?

Passionflix, Co-Founder Tosca Musk: Well, I did two movies prior to Passionflix.

I directed two movies prior to Passionflix, three movies actually.

I started out as an actor and then went into directing and then after directing my first

feature I realized it's like really, really hard to actually get it out and do things

and then I went into producing and I produced for the next 10 years.

It was after I had my kids that I realized I wanted to do something that's more creatively

fulfilling for me.

And I went and met with an executive producer who I produced a couple of movies for before

and she is an awesome woman.

She works at Lifetime now (her name is Sharon Bodis).

And she said "What do you want to do?"

And I said "I want to direct."

And she goes "Hmmm…I'll let you direct.

I have a movie now.

Do you want to direct it?"

And I went "Yeah, sure!"

And she said "Okay."

And within a month I was on prep with that movie and directing.

It was called YOU CAST A SPELL ON ME and that's the one the Joany saw.

So having that lunch with her basically changed my life and brought us to Passionflix because

she said I could direct that movie, Joany saw it, she loved it, Joany contacted me and

now we have Passionflix.

That's basically it.

That's the short story.

I got to make two movies for Sharon.

I made that one and then the following year they hired me to make a CINDERELLA CHRISTMAS,

which was a Christmas story and also a love story for ION as well.

Great experience, that's where I met Emma Rigby and as soon as we made Passionflix,

I asked Emma Rigby to be my first female lead of Passionflix for HOLLYWOOD DIRT.

So it all just sort of worked together.

I was very fortunate.

Of course it was 15 years of slogging to get to that point.

But I was very fortunate to be given that opportunity by a great supporter of women.

Film Courage: So to know that someone believed in you that quickly, where you were probably

just coming down the line and [possibly] this was something (probably you weren't expecting

it so fast), what was that first day on set like?

Terrifying?

Empowering?

Both?

Tosca Musk: It was exciting, actually.

I definitely felt that I was in my own and that I owned it for sure.

It was a very positive experience.

That entire movie was wonderful.

Again the two lead actors that I worked with (Ryan McPartlin and Nikki Deloach) had great

chemistry.

We had great chemistry together.

And so we still are in contact and we still want to make another movie another.

And so it was a really positive experience.

I knew exactly what I wanted as a filmmaker.

I had a great DP with me and he was very knowledgeable (a lot of experience).

Oh!

Actually on that one I didn't [have him] but I had a great DP.

She was new to the field in that particular one but she was so supportive.

So I had the DP that I had a lot of experience on my next movie CINDERELLA CHRISTMAS.

So it was a positive experience, it was just fun.

And I think once you're doing something that you are passionate about and that you

really, truly believe you should be doing, you do a great job, you excel in that.

And that's why to me it's not considered work, it's considered play.

So I can do it forever, which is great, I have a great time.

Film Courage: So going back to that first experience [as a director], it was also the

chemistry and the environment.

It all seemed to kind of work?

Tosca Musk: Yeah, the chemistry and the environment, I mean I think at the end of the day (and

I've been fortunate to have been told this by a lot of my crew members) is that the environment

is created by the director.

So the director, the mood on set is going to be based on how the director is feeling

that day.

And if I was throwing tantrums and yelling at everybody, probably it wouldn't have

been a great set to work on.

But I arrived and we were laughing and joking and having a fun time from the second we started

and so everybody was laughing and joking and having a great time and that really helped.

My producer Jina (who is the producer on all the movies, as well) she and I have a No A**hole

Policy on the set.

We actually give people a warning so when we hire them we say "Hi, listen the only

drama that happens on set is going to be on screen.

So if you're going to be dramatic in anyway and cause problems, you are welcome to leave.

You don't have to stay.

Nobody is making you work here.

If you don't like it, you are absolutely welcome to leave.

But if you do like it, we'd love for you to stay and let's have a great time.

We are going to make a movie and it's not rocket science, it's not brain surgery and

people's lives are not on the line here.

So let's just have fun creating something."

And so that goes over really well with a lot of crew members.

And there have been a few times that we've had crew members that have been…(and actors)

people who have not been nice.

And so we kindly invite them to leave…rarely.

Film Courage: So having that sense of humor…yeah…I would hope so…it happens…it definitely

does.

Sometimes people clash, whatever.

I think also having a sense of humor [helps].

Sometimes I don't always see that in people and even if it's just going to the grocery

story and it's rare…maybe it's just because Los Angeles is so crowded and everybody

is thinking of being somewhere else, doing something else.

But maybe having that sense of humor and people think "Okay, I can relax a little bit."

Tosca Musk: Yeah, I've very funny on set apparently!

I love laughter.

Romantic comedies are my strength so that is what I love to make the most.

HOLLYWOOD DIRT was definitely a great one for me, it's an empowering woman but it's

a comedy and it's a romance.

And then MATCHMAKERS PLAYBOOK, it's a romance and a comedy.

What was actually hard for me was AFTERBURN/AFTERSHOCK because it's a drama.

So I had to try and figure out how to make a drama and still keep it light and funny

on set because there are so many dramatic scenes in that movie.

But if you see the behind-the-scenes, as soon as I call cut everyone is laughing and having

a great time.

I whistle a lot so people…I whistle and I sing on set, a lot!

Which is somewhat embarrassing because I don't realize that I'm doing it until the boom

operator or the sound mixer will come up and just start recording it and then they'll

play it back and I'll be like "Oh…wow!

Yes that's me whistling on set."

But it keeps it…there's a levity then to set, it just keeps everything light and

fun and I think that's important.

But romantic comedy is definitely my strength, I say.

Although I did like making AFTERBURN/AFTERSHOCK.

3D Printed Star Trek Combadge & painting tips - Duration: 2:41.

hey welcome back to diode press I'm Graham today's video was just a fun

little 3d printing project starting with a quick sketch and then jumping into

fusion 360 to start modeling it all up this project was to create some props

for a Star Trek murder mystery game I was hosting for some friends but I

thought it'd be a fun video to share about finishing 3d prints I printed them

off in matter hackers Pro PLA plastic as well as a few in proto pasta glitter

flake on the lulzbot mini printer after printing out the combadges I send them

down a bit to smooth out the tops and the mountains of the Montes sticks with

a dab of hot glue so I can start painting I laid down a few coats of

primer which helps delune some of the layer lines pretty nicely now the trick

to spray paint the two different colors without having to fuss with masking tape

is to 3d print a spray guard since I have the exact geometry is easy enough

to design a little cap that'll protect the top from paint and give a nice clean

edge on the glitter flake prints I can clip the little cap on the badge and

then spray them with the gold paint with really no regard for overspray or taping

it up

then when you remove the cap you have almost a perfect edge for the gray

badges I've painted them all first with metallic chrome paint then once that was

dry I put on the paint shield and then sprayed the gold layer pop it off and

you have a finished paint job the last step was to add a way to wear the badges

I used a pin back magnet and hot glued it into the cavity on the back and then

after the party I gave up magnets to replace the pins so people could use

them as fridge magnets as souvenirs so that wraps up this project hopefully you

picked up something that might help in your own projects let me know what you

think down in the comments and I'll be back soon with a new video thanks for

watching to keep up with the videos when they're posted make sure to subscribe to

I'm Putting on an Amazing Live Stream Concert! - Duration: 4:01.

Hi, I'm Eli, and Welcome

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! Welcome!

...to Jewish Music Toronto.

I started JMT back at the end of 2014, to share lessons and sing-alongs about Jewish music,

and slowly create kind of a database where anybody can learn about Jewish songs, how to sing them,

and, since there are loads of different melodies to the same songs, who composed their tunes...

When I can find them... Sometimes... that's really tough.

I also started making mini-documentaries about Judaism, Jewish life in Toronto,

and I even got into vlogging, sharing the daily adventures during a trip to Israel!

(Flashback clip) Everywhere you look, it's kosher candy!

(Flashback clip) Everybody except Leah... Leah's standing up straight!

(Flashback clip) We're in the Knesset at lunchtime, and listen to this place!

Now, after nearly a quarter of a million views, and over 5,000 hours of my videos being watched,

I'm nearing 1,000 YouTube subscribers, and I want to do something to celebrate that milestone!

I know. In YouTube terms, those are "just-starting-out" numbers, and that's the point!

I'm looking to grow the channel, with bigger and better lessons and sing-alongs, and MORE of them!

So here's what I'm planning!

I want to put on a YouTube Live Stream concert for you... my subscribers... anybody who wants to watch!

I don't just want it to be some simple cell phone video with me singing and talking all by myself.

I want to shoot it on a good camera, with good mics...

And I want to recap favourite songs from JMT's past

and maybe even do a couple of songs you've never heard before...

With guests! In fact, my buddy David,

who joined me for some of my very first videos,

is already on board to be the featured guest for the whole concert!

Putting this kind of thing together isn't easy though, and that's where Kickstarter comes in.

I'm looking for your support to help make this live stream as awesome as it can be.

To do that, I'm going to need a few things because, contrary to what we all might think,

doing a live stream with more than just your phone or webcam is SUPER complicated!

There's the camera, the mics, the mixer and, then, after you've got all that,

whatever device you're using to connect it all to either your computer or phone,

and keeping it all in sync!

Thankfully, I do already have the computer and my regular mic, but they won't do the job on their own,

...not for a live-streamed concert anyway.

By backing this Kickstarter, you'll directly help me bring together all of the necessary equipment

for David and I to put on an awesome show!

Better yet, I'll be able to use that equipment for my future lessons and sing-alongs!

And it wouldn't be Kickstarter without some great backer rewards!

Since the live stream will be free for anyone to watch, I've put together some rewards that either

give your interests priority during the stream, or get you something physical, or both!

Take a look in the rewards section to find something that suits you.

Or, if you just want to show your support without a reward, that is immensely appreciated.

I'm already making videos that people around the world are enjoying.

Your support will help make them even better!

Before I ask you to click that big green "Back This Project" button,

I want to share one more big plan with you!

While I couldn't include it as part of the regular fundraising goal for this project,

I've already planned my very first stretch goal,

which, I guarantee, would make this live show EVEN better!

I've spoken to my friends at the outstanding vocal group Countermeasure,

and if we reach that stretch goal, they're going to join the live stream as special guests,

performing one of their amazing original songs!

Where will things go after that first stretch goal is hit?

I've got some ideas...

So click that "Back this Project" button and help me put on an amazing live concert!

And remember, if you want to help even more, click the subscribe link in the description,

and share this project and my channel with your family... friends... everyone!

Thanks for your support!

Click that button!

Girls' Generation's Sunny And Henry Bicker On "Sugar Man 2"

On the latest episode of JTBCs Sugar Man 2, Girls Generations Sunny and Super Junior-Ms Henry proved their close friendship!.

Sunny and Henry appeared together as guests on the February 25 episode of the music variety program, competing against fellow guests Urban Zakapa with their modern rearrangement of a classic hit song.

During the episode, the two idols confirmed that they were friends of the same age.

When MC Yoo Jae Suk asked Sunny what she thought of Henry as a friend, she began to describe him as the type of person that needs a lot of help doing things when he suddenly kneed her under the table.

Needless to say, Sunny was not amused.

Yoo Jae Suk then went on to ask Henry what he thought of Sunny.

Shes great! Shes really great, enthused Henry, before jokingly adding, Shes Lee Soo Mans niece..

When Yoo Jae Suk laughingly responded, Why would you bring up the fact that shes Lee Soo Mans niece?, Sunny revealed that it was something Henry often teased her about.

He keeps asking me, If I marry you, will I get shares of SM stock? reported Sunny.

I dont even have any [stock]!.

Afterwards, Henry played the guitar and sang a brief excerpt from his new song Monster.
