The INFP (which stand for introversion, intuition, feeling, and perception) is often described

as an "idealist" personality.

People with INFP personality type tend to be introverted, idealistic, creative and driven

by high values.

And actually, there are some secret traits about INFP that most people might not know,

even among the INFP itself.

So, despite you already knew that you or someone you know is an INFP, let's uncover these secret

#1 - Thirst of inspiration

INFPs do not like living bland.

They want something or someone who can inspire them.

Typically, they find their inspiration from books, poetry, social movement, and people

#2 - They are really attached to their value

People with INFP personality frequently doubts or questions themselves before and while doing

certain things, making them look spacing out.

This is because they think that what they are doing is based on their value they hold.

#3 - They like simplicity

You may not realize that INFPs live in very simple manner.

They want to touch with the essence of life which is not merely about something materialistic.

how to hold your breath for longer hypoxic swimming trainning - Duration: 2:52.

The main reason why you feel the urge to breath is because there is an excess of carbon dioxide

in your lungs and blood.

This is why you feel weak and sometime dizzy after you hold your breath for a long time.

The other reason is the lack of oxygen.

On this video we will see what you can do to help increase your lung capacity.

Before you attempt to do any breath control, I'm going to remind you shallow water blackouts

are more common than they should be, so please be careful.

If you have a breathing condition such as asthma be extra careful and consult your doctor

before doing any hypoxic training.

Increasing your lung capacity happens naturally when you exercise on a regular basis.

If you follow a workout program such as our Swordfish program you will increase the strength

and function of your muscles.

The more efficient they become the less oxygen the will require to swim and the less carbon

dioxide the will produce.

The heart is also a muscle and if you train it it will become stronger and you will be

able to hold your breath for longer because of better circulation.

It is also important to breath correctly when you exercise.

Let's do a little experiment right now.

Prepare a stop watch.

Take a breath and hold it for as long as you can and pause this video.

Welcome back! write down your time.

Now we will take a breath correctly before holding it again and beating your time.

Diaphragm breathing is the way to go.

When you push your diaphragm down you give your lungs more space to expand and thus you

can inhale more oxygen.

Try that right now and see how good it feels.

Prepare the stop watch again.

Stand up or sit up straight and inhale pushing your belly outwards first and then expanding

your chest.

Inhale as much air as you can, hold it and start the stop watch.

Write down your times in the comment section below.

Woah look at that!

That isn't just any bus.

That's a Double Decker bus!

Look, there's a downstairs AND an upstairs!

I'm just waiting at a bus stop for the next bus to arrive.

All you have to do to catch a bus is put your hand out like this, and the bus will stop.

This is Brian, and he's the driver of this bus.

He sits in a place called the cab.

Here it comes now!

Brian presses this button, and the doors fold open!

This bus is special because it can move up and down to let people get on more easily.

Red mechanical, where've you been on this bus?

You've been playing in the junkyard?

Oh well, I hope you had fun!

Come on!

Let's get on board.

You can fit up to 75 people on this double decker bus.

I think I'm going to sit upstairs for the lovely views.

Here we are back at the Bus depot.

The driver can press all sorts of buttons to make things happen.

This button controls the sign on the front of the bus, which tells people where the bus

is going to.

And these screens are connected to cameras so the driver can see the passengers upstairs.

These buses travel all over the city, so they sometimes get very dirty.

Shall we put this double decker bus through the special bus wash to give it a clean?

It's time to use the water and brushes, To clean our double decker buses!

Through this truck wash our bus will crawl, Have you ever seen a bus so tall?!

Look at that, clean as a whistle!

Where do you think the engine is in this double decker bus?

Surprise!

It's here right at the back, and these buses are special because they run on electricity

and diesel.

When the bus is going slowly and picking up people from bus stops, the bus uses an electric

motor.

This makes it much quieter than other buses.

Just be careful not to fall asleep on your way home!

But even these buses need to be repaired sometimes.

Instead of bringing them to Gecko's Garage, they are brought here to the Arriva Maintenance

Garage where expert mechanics can repair them.

Look how many buses are being worked on at the same time.

This bus is having a wheel changed!

And Here's another bus driving into the garage.

It drives in and parks over a big hole in the floor called The pit.

If there's something wrong underneath the bus, a mechanic can go down into the pit,

and fix anything whilst standing underneath!

OR they can use a giant hydraulic lift to lift a double decker bus up and make it even

taller!

When everything is fixed on the bus, it's time to leave the garage and go back out on

the road to take more passengers where they need to go.

Why it's not a British royal wedding without fancy hats - Duration: 4:31.

At the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, two things stuck out.

Literally.

The fascinators of princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.

Sure, they were

gigantic and pretty outlandish, but to be fair the princesses were just following

the dress code.

And on the wedding invitations to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding,

you'll notice the same thing.

You got to wear a hat.

Since the sixties, formal hats have sort of faded out of fashion.

Hats have always served multiple functions.

They protect us from the cold and the Sun, they're

symbols of religion or trade or military station.

Or in the case of the top hat,

they can show how stylish you are.

There's a really popular story that the

first time a guy wore a top hat in London, it caused such a stir that a

woman fainted, dogs yelped, and a kid broke his arm in a mob.

This probably didn't happen.

But it is true that top hats weren't really a thing in the UK until the

early 19th century.

Beau Brummell, a fashion-forward dandy introduced them to

his friend and future king, George IV, and top hats officially received royal approval.

Brummell was a big hat guy and he's also responsible for the

decadent fashions you see at places like this.

That's the Royal Ascot, the biggest

race of the London social season.

In 1807, it introduced the Gold Cup, a shorter

race that brought larger crowds.

It was around this time that Brummell

introduced a strict dress code for the race, so that even those from lower

social classes looked the part.

Including Eliza Doolittle.

I suppose historically people have worn hats to the to the races again,

because of that formality.

Nowadays, you know, women like to dress up. So if

they're going to the races it's a fantastic excuse to to wear a hat.

That's Rachel Trevor Morgan who's made more than 80 hats for Queen Elizabeth II,

including those she's worn to Royal Ascot.

Brummell's dress code, now known as

"Morning Dress," was the direct inspiration for races like this one.

And it also

became the de facto style of dress for all high society events held in the daytime.

Meanwhile women's hats ebbed and flowed according to fashion trends at court.

Bonnets in the early Victorian period, followed by tall ornamental hats, and

then elaborate Edwardian creations with enormous brims.

At the end of the 19th century,

we had women wearing hats all the time. They'd always go out wearing a hat.

After World War II the traditional social season began to decline, as

aristocrats abandoned their London homes.

But morning dress still remained ,most

notably at horse races and weddings.

I think there was a definite shift in hat

wearing in the 1960s and I suppose it's because fashions became a bit more casual.

I think the young were experimenting with more exciting hairdos

you know, you had beehive haircuts and people piling their hair up and then

really short sharp cuts

and somehow it was left to the older generation to

carry on that hat wearing, I think.

Hats were still, of course, required at the

fanciest events for the fanciest people.

Which is why hats tend to peak in

popularity around the same time as royals do.

When Kate and William got

married there was definitely an upsurge in hat wearing.

People looked at

everybody attending the service and all the wonderful creations they had and

they wanted a part of that.

And when you think in the 1980s and we had Princess Diana,

who always looked so beautiful and always wore hats and think of the Queen.

She's a great hat wearer so I, you know, I think it really does affect people.

And that's maybe the real reason why we associate British Royals with hats.

Whenever we see them, it's likely because there's a big event going on and

for Royals, big events mean hats.

People might want to wear a hat to stand out

and because they're quite an extrovert,

or they might want to wear a hat in

order to sort of slightly hide behind.

And there are those people who've

never worn hats and feel very awkward about the whole thing, but it's really

satisfying when people come back saying,

"that was fantastic I really enjoyed it and had a great, positive experience."

So you can read quite a lot into people and

it's getting to know where their comfort zone is.

But they're a great sort of

extension of people's characters I think.

NASA's Cryosleep Chamber Could Help You Snooze Your Way to Mars - Duration: 3:49.

Space travel takes a really long time.

And as much as I love board games and asking my mom if we're there yet, hanging out and

eating snacks may not be the best strategy for killing time on our way to the red planet.

That's mostly because being awake for that long means we're gonna need to eat and drink

and do all those normal human things – which means bringing a LOT of supplies with us.

Not super practical.

But, if we've learned anything from movies, the solution is to sleep our way through space.

But is long-term snoozing like Ripley in Alien even possible?

To tackle this space-sleep conundrum, let's start with the basics, without the assistance

of sedatives or fancy chambers, we have to know how long humans can sleep on our own.

Typically we only sleep about eight hours per night, and though that can vary, it's

unusual for healthy adults to regularly sleep over 10 hours.

But, in the 1960s two volunteers put sleep duration to the test.

They were monitored as they lived, isolated, underground for several months.

In the absence of daylight, their sleep cycles got real crazy.

One guy fell asleep for 30 hours, and woke up thinking it was just a short nap!

30 hours!

In the following years researchers did more organized, controlled studies, and found … when

isolated from light and other external markers of time, it's not that uncommon for us to

fall into longer sleep cycles.

All of this could be a great natural starting point for hacking our sleep to fit our space-travel

needs, but it won't get us all the way there; since extended sleep periods are often followed

by extended waking periods.

So we're gonna need something a little more sophisticated than a dark room to get us into

deep space.

And luckily for future Mark Watney's--- there are lots of scientists trying to figure

this out.

One of the most exciting projects is in the works is at a company called SpaceWorks Enterprises,

yes that is the name of a real company that actually exists.

They've been working with NASA to develop a stasis chamber they say could keep astronauts

asleep for 2 weeks at a time, and possibly longer.

Now, I know what you're thinking, two weeks won't get me to Mars!

And, you're right, but SpaceWorks has a plan for that -- they suggest stacking these

shorter hibernation periods back to back, with a couple of days in between to walk around

and stretch out.

The crew can rotate waking and sleeping shifts, and voila!

You'll be in deep space before you know it.

First, this design isn't for an individual sleep pod, but a shared sleeping chamber.

The chamber works by lowering a group of astronaut's body temperatures to 32 degrees celsius, then

it sedates them to suppress the body's reactions to the cold.

The low temp would put their bodies into a mild hypothermia, slowing down your metabolic

rate and preventing injury from lack of oxygen.

Robotic arms will check up on the astronauts while they slumber, and any bodily waste will

be -- well let's just say there are catheters involved.

Sounds like hypersleep to ME!

Aside from greatly reducing the necessary food and water for the mission, these stasis

chambers could also have some other major benefits, like requiring a smaller area to

be thoroughly protected from radiation.

The researchers also want to equip the chambers with artificial gravity, which could prevent

a lot of the negative health effects associated with long term space travel.

But Danger, Will Robinson!

Don't try taking one of these bad boys to Proxima Centauri.

We still haven't figured out how to slow down aging, so even though you wouldn't

have to be entertained and fed on the 81,000 year journey, you'd still be VERY dead by

the time you get there.

Sadly, these don't exist yet, so if we send astronauts to mars in the 2030s they might

just have to sleep like normal humans.

In the meantime, as a person who enjoys a good cold nap, I hope they make an Earth version.

Figuring out how to sleep our way to Mars is one thing, but what do we eat once we get

there?

And one last thing, doctors actually already use mild hypothermic states like these to

prevent brain damage after cardiac arrest.

Saving lives and getting us to space at the same time.

The U.S.-led Coalition has carried out an airstrike against the border region with Iraq

in Syria's southern Hasaka in an attempt to arrest Islamic State's supreme leader,

according to Syrian local sources.

The airstrike, according to Syrian media channels, was carried out early on Thursday against

the border strip with Iraq to arrest abu Bakr al-Baghad.

Heavy shooting occurred in the region.

The U.S. Coalition troops managed to arrest a prominent IS leader, the sources said without

confirming if the troops arrested Baghdadi or if the arrested militant managed to run

away, Iraqi News reports.

Earlier this month, Iraqi security said Baghdadi is likely to be hiding in Syrian region near

borders with Iraq.

And in Baghdad, Iraqi warplanes carried out an airstrike on an Islamic State (IS) command

center inside Syria, the Joint Operations Command was quoted as saying Monday, Iraqi

News reports.

"Acting on intelligence reports, the Iraqi F-16 warplanes destroyed a building used by

the IS group as a command and logistics support center in southern al-Deshisha area in Syria,"

the command said in a statement.

The air raid was launched upon directives by Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, the

statement read.

No further details were given, but the center said more information about the result of

the airstrike will be released later.

The Iraqi air force has already carried out several air strikes against Islamic State

in Syria since last year, with the approval of the Syrian government of President Bashar

Assad and the US-led coalition fighting ISIS.

Iraq had previously announced launching airstrikes against IS locations in Syria.

This came after Abadi said security troops will follow IS militants in the whole region,

not only in Iraq.

Islamic State continues to launch sporadic attacks across Iraq against troops.

Security reports indicate that the militant group still poses threat against stability

in the country.

Thousands of Islamic State militants as well as Iraqi civilians were killed since the government

campaign, backed by paramilitary troops and the coalition was launched in October 2016

to fight the militant group, which declared a self-styled "caliphate" from Mosul in

June 2014.

Hello! My name is Dina. Welcome to my "Recipes Collection" channel.

Today I offer a recipe quite simple,

but at the same time very delicate, satisfying and unusually delicious dishes.

We will cook pork with vegetables and mushrooms, stewed in cream.

So, let's start, take the low-fat pulp of pork,

Fill the meat with soy sauce, mix well and leave in this marinade for 30-40 minutes.

Lightly sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the finished puff pastry so that it completely closes the mold.

Cover the form with a test, tightly pressing and turning the edges.

Dough grease with whipped yolk and in several places pierce.

We send the prepared meat form to the preheated oven to 200 ° C (392 ° F) and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Here we have a '67 Nova that we named the Innovator, the concept behind the car is really

to build an innovative, over-the-top '67 Chevy Nova, really a kind of a concept car today

of what a '67 Nova would have been.

The car starts with one of our Roadster Shop FAST Track Chassis, its a full chassis underneath

the car to give it the performance and handling that a car like this should have.

The motor is a 454 LSX, makes about 700 horse power with a 6-speed trans behind it, everything

on the car has been pretty extensively changed, modified, or customized.

We really wanted to give a different, unique look but still keep the lines of what a stock

'67 Nova had.

Puffy or my hoods look a little bit worse than normal

I feel like mattes kind of blur and are there they just work better for me?

The thing that I'm going to do is I'm gonna line my upper waterline with a dark pencil

I like to I like the Bobbi Brown

Heather steel and I also like Coco from Matt Marc Jacobs

The reason why I like both of those is they don't go anywhere. They actually stay put in the waterline. They're fantastic for that

so either one of those works really well, depending on whether I'm doing a cooler look or a warmer look and

I do that because if I line on my actual lid I'm taking up precious

Lid real estate. So if you line the inside of your water upper waterline

You're actually still getting that definition that line to look but you're creating an illusion of more lid

conversely I go ahead and I line my lower lash line with

Flesh tone because the whole point of this to me is trying to make my eyes look bigger

It's not just the hoods and the puffiness. It's actually i'm trying to create bigger looking eyes

That's the important thing here and as we get older at least for me

I noticed that my waterline is more and more kind of bloodshot looking for no reason

so a flesh tone liner helps take care of that makes you look younger and

More awake and it's just a beautiful way to do your makeup. I

then like to use a

Matte shadow underneath my eyes

really like to have that definition underneath my eyes and you will see in some of my videos that I will use a stick and

Truly, it's too harsh

And I just I just still it's an old habit that I've done for so many years

But if I'm really trying to make my eyes look bigger, and I'm not trying to close

Then the better choice is to use a shadow because it's softer

I still get the definition under my eyes, but I'm not closing off my eyes with a line

the next trick is the coolest trick and that is

Eyelid tape now I use one from this company. It's

DUP basically, what they are is they are literally little tapes and

these are so

So easy to use and what they do is you place them and you figure this out really fast where to place them

But you place them on your eyelid and then you use this I call it an eyelid fork

I'm honestly not sure exactly what it's called

But you you place the eye tape on your lid and then you take the fork and you press it up

where you want your crease to be and what happens for us more mature ladies is

It's not just about creating a new crease

I'm

Taking some of the eyelid skin from above that is hanging over and I'm taking some of my lid and I'm folding it in on

Itself, so essentially what I'm doing is I'm getting rid of some of that excess skin

That's plaguing me as I get older. So for me, it isn't necessarily that I'm trying to get myself a new crease

I'm just trying to get rid of some of the skin on my eyelid that is in excess. So this is a fantastic

trick if you have hooded eyes or you just have excess of skin or some of us have eyes that are

One eye is a little more hooded than the other you can balance your eyes with eyelid tags are open

you can't tell that I've gotten rid of some of my

Eyelid I've gotten rid of some of the skin. It's fantastic. So let's say you don't want to wear these every single day. Okay

Perfect for pictures or a special event when you just want to look fresher and brighter?

But you maybe don't want to wear them all the time. They're super comfortable. You can hardly even feel that they're there

They're not super expensive and they're really really easy to do now. The other option that exists is

Eye lid glue is it looks like this and that is glue. It's probably a lot like

false eyelash glue, honestly and you

Basically paint this on exactly where you would have put the tape you have to wait for it to get tacky

Just like if you were putting on

eyelashes and then when it is tacky you use the fork and you do the exact same thing and you

Push it into where you want the crease you hold it for a little bit longer than the tape

the tape is super fast and you wait for it to kind of adhesive to itself and you've created a crease the benefit of

the glue is that

it's a little bit more natural-looking because it's kind of

Flexible easy and it's such a fun trick you guys. I really encourage people to try it next thing is

eyebrows and of course that's super important and I'm a product that I really love and

I find it super important as we are getting older now

this is a pen and

what I like about that is I can actually draw hairs and as I've gotten older I have less hairs there I unfortunately

Over plucked over tweezed when I was young and so I have thin eyebrows now and so I can actually draw on some

Hairs and make it look a little bit more natural on the other side is a nice powder. What I like to do is emphasize

This high point so that I kind of give the illusion of more space

Here and so I'm able to shade that a little bit higher, but it's very natural-looking

I really really love these kind of products

And the other thing that I like to do is I go back in with my blink eye

Primer and because it's in that light shade and it's it's a soft focus kind of matte

I will press it right at that high point and what that does

Is it brings just up there up gives you a little bit of shape and definition. Okay

The last thing is I love using a tubing mascara

Especially if I'm going to be long day or an event that kind of thing and I've mentioned this recently and it is the L'Oreal

Double extend and the cool thing about this is you do get a primer and then you get the tubing mascara

The very cool thing is this does not transfer onto your skin. It doesn't

Come down if you suffer from puffy under here

You know that transfer of mascara on to the puffy part. It's a nightmare. It happens all the time and

also, if your puffy up here it can transfer up here tubing mascara is so great because if there's any transfer in the very beginning

You get rid of it. Once it is dried. It goes absolutely nowhere

until you remove it give the tubes a shot because truly

They alleviate a lot of the getting it all over your face that happens to a lot of us with puffiness and hooded eyes

MUSIQUE - La chanson de l'été? Re-popularisée par la série de Netflix "La casa de papel", le chant des partisans italiens "Bella Ciao" est plus que jamais dans les têtes avec cette reprise de Maître Gims, Vitaa, Dadju, Slimane et Naestro

Après la publication de quelques extraits sur les réseaux sociaux en début de semaine, ces derniers ont rendu disponible leur titre ce vendredi 18 mai que vous pouvez écouter ci-dessous

Il faut dire que cette version remixée n'a plus grand chose à voir avec l'essence de ce chant qui date de la Seconde guerre mondiale (et même du début du 20e siècle chanté différemment par les "Mondines")

Si la chanson originale continue à faire parler d'elle grâce au succès de la série espagnole de Netflix qui l'a reprise dans sa version originale, Maître Gims, Vitaa, Dadju, Slimane et Naestro ont fait le choix de ne pas traduire littéralement les paroles de la version italienne même si elle évoque toujours un résistant qui dit au revoir à sa belle ("Bella Ciao")

Un choix qui n'avait pas manqué de faire réagir les internautes au moment où les premiers extraits ont été dévoilés, dans des critiques sur l'appropriation d'un chant dit "révolutionnaire" remixé à la sauce pop

Interrogé à ce propos par Télé Loisirs, Slimane a expliqué ne pas comprendre les critiques

"Je trouve ça nul. On est là à critiquer des chanteurs qui reprennent une chanson qui a, certes, fait partie d'une histoire

On est là à critiquer en attendant y a des morts à Gaza, y a des trucs qui se passent partout et y a plus de tweets sur 5 chanteurs qui font une reprise d'une chanson, je trouve qu'il y a des choses beaucoup plus importantes", a-t-il regretté

On note enfin que la pochette de la chanson fait directement référence à "La casa de papel"

Si le billet de banque évoque la trame principale de la série, un braquage à l'espagnole ou le casse du siècle, rien ne permet d'affirmer que les monuments de Paris sont là pour rappeler les surnoms de villes donnés aux braqueurs
