You're looking at the guy who's gonna talk about beard doesn't have a beard?

This is what an Engineering student ends up when at the practical exams

Aight, Let it be..

What have we discussed in our previous video

In the last videooooooooo.....

What is a Beard?

Why and How does it grow and what's the purpose of it's growth

Why it doesn't grow on some of us

Why does it lack of growth on specific places in some of us?

The main factor behind it is "Testostrone"

That's the thing

Well Guru, What is Testostrone?

Testostrone is nothing but the male sex harmone

That is the reason for the elephant rage

And that is the reason for muscle building too...

There is a wide variety of testostrones

So, What we gonna talk today is Di-hydrotestostrone

As we mentioned in our first episode,

Di-hydrotestostrone is the main factor that

helps our beard grow and makes our hair fall.

And what do we have to do boost it

That's easy as a day's work

Physcial Workouts

Meditation

Healthy Food Habits could help us boost the harmone

That ain't the only thing could make your beard grow,

There's another key to grow lushes is "Genetics"

When we say "Gene", you can ask us

Why am I not growing facial hair as my dad and grandpa

That is totally a "Hit or Miss"

Beard should be pogrammed in your genetic pattern

To get your beard growing

We couldn't give you assumptions cuz

we are not genetic engineers

to tell you whether you could grow beard or not

We can just help you with keeping your beard tight and clean.

One of the natural nourishers that could keep you beard is

Beard Oil

Now you're gonna think that the beard oils from the shop. Absoutely not.

This one is the natural oil that secrete from the body

Which is called "Sebum"

What Sebum do is, prevent your beard from dryness and keeps it nourished

It'll keeps your pores away from the dust.

Harish, He got stonned I guess

We've gone through how to grow a beard

Now we're gonna take a look at the benefits of having a beard

The first thing is, Our beard acts as an Ozone of our face.

You've guessed it right, beard defends the Ultra Violet Rays

getting through the skin and reducing the risk of cancer.

Other than that, It'll prevent the gums from getting infected

I never told you not to brush your stinking mouth guys

It'll just reduce the possibilities of gum disease by 60%.

*A Tamil Song*

There's a misconception that

growing a beard make you look old

Your face may look older on the outside

your skin wil be younger in the inside by reducing the

posiibilities of wrinkles

So.

So

Sooo

Watch our next episode of Dhadigal Saranalayam

Not that dude

BEARD ONNN!!!!

Action!!!!

A bit manly

Oh geez!!

Did you see that???

Testostrone is nothing but.. Male sex organ (WTF!!!)

I'm tired mate

Eddy Current Loss vs Hysteresis Loss - Hysteresis Loss and Eddy Current Loss - Duration: 1:25.

There are two types of Losses in an Electrical Machine.

Core Loss and Copper Loss.

Core Loss are classified into two types: Eddy Current Loss.

Hysteresis Loss.

In this video I will going to show you difference between Eddy Current Loss and Hysteresis Loss.

Eddy current losses in a metal body, due to the eddy currents flowing through it, induced

by an alternating magnetic field.

Hysteresis loss in form of heat when magnetisation of the material is made to exchange with respect

to time.

This is the formula of eddy current loss.

this is the formula of hysteresis loss.

Eddy current losses occur because of the relative motion between the core and the magnetic flux.

Hysteresis losses which occur because of the reversal of the magnetism is known as the

hysteresis loss.

The eddy current loss is minimized by using the thin core of lamination.

Hysteresis loss is minimized by the silicon steel.

POND MONSTER NERF WAR!! - Duration: 14:31.

we're to go see where is it I'm not sure I think it probably wouldn't under

Monster out there in the middle you see in the middle right there I think what

is going on Sharers welcome to the blog

whoa welcome to another awesome day brother you new here I'm Steven sharer

and I'm part of this Sheraton the strongest family on YouTube that's right

we're across four different channels my channel my brother Carter's channel

Lizzie's Channel and even baby otter and Milly our dogs have a channel if you

haven't already hit that subscribe button and join the best family on

YouTube just sharer fam oh yeah for those of you who just joined the sheriff and

we had a little update so we had this beautiful pond absolutely gorgeous and

it's totally warm out and we're ready to go swimming in it but we have a pond

monster I don't see anything what and we still haven't got it yet so we can't

really swim in the pond until we find it so today we're gonna bring out our nerf

cannon and fire it into the pond and try to attack this monster oh my goodness

whoa that's right cheers we've done a lot of things trying to capture this paw

monster check out my latest thing that I got oh yeah check this out this is my

camouflage camera that I had mounted here oh oh hang on I just realized I'm

not to the camera there and the bucket was here last night

hang on sharers the monster was back the monster was back look at the monster claw mark

claw mark the bucket was right here I don't know where it is

I actually don't know where the bucket it was it's literally was right here and

the bucket is literally I'm not even joking

nowhere to be found I seriously cannot find the bucket

oh hang on it's in the pun right now okay okay let's hop on the ATV let's go

get the nerf rocket launcher let's get this thing out of the pod

oh and there's corner what's going on corner what's up I'm just riding Liz's

new dirt bike to sing ribs Carter guess wha what the monsters back

in the pods it's back again but it's daylight huh I thought it scared of life

I saw it down there much look for the buck and that's all in the waters just

it was just showing the waters it like hiding in the shade or something it's

hiding in the shade okay see we need to try to get it out of the pond so we can

finish this monster once and for all yeah I'm thinking we exterminate it with

the nerf cannon oh yeah then their cannon is awesome oh hi otter oh hey Liz

what's going on okay so this is that that's not the nerf cannon is it oh yeah

I'm locked and loaded and ready to exterminate Liz we're gonna need

something a little bit bigger to exterminate this paw monster come down

in the basement we got to get this thing to the basement let's go is this whoa we

haven't even used that so long does it still work

I think it still works um we just need some hairspray in that giant Nerf dart

we'll walk and load it up and ready to fire it okay oh this is the nerf

football it's got a rocket in the back of it this thing went so far when we

launched it two one go oh there it goes but today we're gonna use this giant

nerf start to load into the nerf cannon now all we need is a hair spray lose you

got any hair spray Liz we're gonna need that that's rocket that's right yes well

we need it for rocket fuel Oh extra super hole oh my gosh my hair

is in me so Steph that's right yours we're gonna need that for rocket fuel

because this nerf cannon is powered by hair spray

Carter you're smoking what who's that yeah machan cardio we just started the

vlog and you're snacking well I'm always hungry I'm always snacking all right

let's go launch this thing we got to exterminate the monster

okay so sharers it's been a while since we use this in the North Canyon Oh

Carter you're gonna have to give us a refresher on how we do this yeah I

haven't fired this thing in a really long time but I hope you don't work you

just gotta give it a try the first thing is you got to grab the giant nerf door

this thing is huge you gotta put it all the way in at the barrel I got the

ramrod yeah then use the ramrod in this case is

just a broom you can use any long stick because you get to push it all the way

this is the hardest part you gotta make sure it's gonna fit I'm not sure if it's

gonna fit so I didn't really fit we couldn't even get it all the way I'm

still sticking out but let's just try it test fires oh this could be bad

sharers don't try this at home this is cars homemade invention ready

all right dealing with the hairspray 5 seconds 1 2 3 4 5 oh my goodness

whoa ok 6 came out there so up in the air so up in the air whoa whoa that was

crazy right Wow that works wow yeah dad was made it to the pond Carter yeah and

it I think it exploded yeah let's check that out okay looks like we got some

debris here would hear another piece of wood here so I loaded the back end of

the nerf start with this wood to make it stronger

well that just like ripped out yeah I think it just ripped out and then let's

see where that nerf start landed I think it landed all the way down the hill ooh

we got to be careful going down here because we might have made the monster

angry okay here it is all the way down here it almost made it to the pond and

there's definitely some action in the pond right now I can see the water it's

moving a little bit well he sure is that was crazy

the nurture completely exploded corn I'm thinking that was too much no see what

is that don't move don't move don't move or something it was like this big

there's a little tiny bug ever I was looking down at the pot that you saw the

monster or something down anyways like I was saying sharers this nerf came in yeah

I don't think this is the right tool for the job I think we should go get some

nerf guns we could scare this thing out nerf gun pawn war let's do it oh yeah to

the nerf closet let's go hey nerve closet let's see what we got

in here Wow

why or do you know which one I'm using the nerf crossbow yeah what are you

gonna do oh I don't I'm gonna choose the classic

yeah that's perfect all right Carter you're up which one are

you gonna pick this one nerf pawns war let's do this okay sure is we are all

locked and loaded keep an eye out for the monster guys keep an eye on Carter I

saw it over by the shade earlier oh never mind oh something else they skip

across the water that was so cool well when I try to hit that nest with

this I think that's for the monster you think it's gonna reach all the way in

the tree I think so this thing has a pretty good distance distance meter

alright Liz's nerf crossbow first is the nest

oh yeah you're right except there's been less place for it I should always picks

the crossbow yeah but this one's not blue I think one then or is it black

it's black purple oh yeah alright well this is basically the same thing so the

guy's really good alright let's see how high you can get it so the nest is way

way way up there alright cars gonna try first

alright ready oh not even close alright loses turn three two one oh whoa

almost oh if it didn't hit the branch of prior woulda made it alright I'm coming

in this time let's do this I got my sight scope set up what's a sight scope

so I can see Oh ready yeah

did you hit it I almost hit it there's just so many branches in the way oh look

there's something by the water mass movement wait take a shot so you take a

shot whoa I think you scared it wait let's get to be careful because that

that crossbow that bow might actually uh it might sink there it is I saw it was

just there for half a second it's white whatever it's awful the trampoline get a

closer look see we're literally guarding the pond right now with nerf guns this

is crazy alright keep an eye out Liz it's close

by okay so I did some tennis it's looks so let's go find that monster and see if

we can hit it the best part about using nerf guns for the job is that nerf guns

aren't strong enough to hurt the monster but they're enough to scare it away so

what there you see it coming through the wall I just saw it was glowing so who

died it just get ready it's gonna come up in like half a sec just stay locked

and mugging it's somewhere around here I'm keeping my eyes out see if you have

the best gun so we need you to do this that's a one good shot yes I'll tell you

when I see it and just aim and fire I don't know why the monsters out during

daylight because now we know it's scared of daylight but last time we saw it was

on the back side of the pond I don't see anything what my cars going on the back

side we got the back side covered Liz what do you got covered I got this front

side I'm keeping my eyes out for any movement right around this area and I'm

watching water so I'm ready to go right when I see that thing I'm gonna shoot it

it sure is I got a fully automatic nerf rival so I'm on call ready to go looking

for this monster it could be anywhere it could be anywhere stay on high alert

Tyler you see something bubbles I see bubbles I see bubbles in the middle

check it out bubbles in the middle right there

get ready cross Oh cursed firing Carter's firing Carter is firing all

right bubbles went under Carter I don't know where else it went because it's

probably coming towards us get ready Liz get ready get your shot ready stay stay

Lok stay low wait for it wait for it go go

oh did you get it hmm yeah I think it might have gone under all right I think

we scared it Liz yeah I think we did car sees bubbles alright let's go let's go

where's the bubble back party where where where oh I see the bubbles get

ready I'm ready I'm locked and loaded rev it up I'm ready for you tell me when

you see up we're gone they're gone uh-oh hang tight just hang tight cherries hang

tight corner don't move oh there's something over there there was something

over there alright stay tuned stay tuned whoa what was that what were you sure

did you see it right there it went on during an Carter do you think so okay

see the fruit we're to cut see where is it I'm not sure I think it probably

wouldn't under goes out there in the middle you see in the middle right there

yes see if I think it might be going under the paddleboat because the first

time we ever spotted the monster when Jake and Josh were here it was hiding

under the paddleboat and then it come and chased us back out the pond so let's

go look under the paddleboat it's moving like crazy look at that we got to stay

high alert it's totally wrong

oh my gosh under the water Matt and you left your gun out there Steve oh girl

wait and wasn't shooting I had no protection out there I know

that was so scared that if you came at you'd be shot a couple times you

probably would have went back under but it came straight for you Steve wait a

minute I thought this monster was scared of light yeah I don't know maybe it's

getting like super angry at save my team yeah maybe it got mad at us because we

started shooting with nerf guns yeah then it just start calling me after all

okay Sherri's we got a real monster issue on our hands yeah we're gonna need

some serious help so if there's any other youtubers out there that can help

us fight this monster we need your help comment down below sure yeah we really

need your help because I really want to make epic summer vlogs in this summer

yeah yeah it is so nice that okay well Sharers I got the security camera set up

let's figure out what this creature actually is let's see what it actually

looks like and until next time you know what to do. Stay Awesome and Share The Love, Peace!!

I Threw Myself a Funeral - Duration: 5:38.

[blows nose] So, two big things since we last spoke...

Ha!

I'm bad at making videos.

It was because I was trying not to fail all of my classes, which...

I think I did!

So big thing number one!

Finished all my classes!

Woo!

And big thing number two!

I turned 20!

Party popper noise!

To celebrate, I came back to my family home to surround myself with the people I love

and their food.

Mainly the free food, because I feel like when you have kids, you kind of sign up for

the fact that... they gonna eat all of your food.

And while I was scrounging around, I came across my old business cards.

And I got these things with express delivery because I forgot to make them for an event

and then when the event came around, i forgot to bring them and subsequently, never used them!

There are so many!

They're a dictionary definition of me.

Would've been all well and good because it goes, NerdyAndQuirky,

(1) a sometimes funny youtuber... still holds.

(2) a regrettable username... still holds.

(3) A Canadian Teenager.

Teenager.

I'm 20 y'all.

Not twenteen.

I am officially... old.

So here's the thing, you might be thinking 20 isn't that old.

But you're only thinking that because you are around or above 20.

For kids, which I was for the literal majority of my life.

20 is SUPER old.

One time, a couple of 10 year olds told me how old they thought I was.

I didn't ask, they were just feeling helpful.

And they just said, 34.

34!!

But I'm out here trying to age gracefully, you're not going to catch me when I'm actually

34 trying to relate to the youth.

So i decided to throw a funeral for my teenage self.

And for that, I need a few things.

Some plants.

A glass bowl.

Some rocks.

Some dirt.

Air dry clay.

And some friends.

So I was going to make a facebook event for my funeral, but the power's out.

So that's not gonna work.

So I guess I'm just going to go the old fashioned way and... call people?

[phone rings]

Hi!

Uh, do you want to come to my funeral?

Do you just have dentist?

He hung up!

I should have other friends, right?

Hi, uh, do you want to go to my funeral?

Kinda.

You wanna come?

Nice!

Gottem!

Okay, see you soon!

I'm dead!

Okay.

Okay so, obviously, my teenage self isn't actually dead because that would be a nightmare

of a time travel paradox.

But i do feel different.

I guess that I've never felt the right age.

When I was young, I felt like an old person and the older I get, the more I feel like

a lost little kid.

I've never felt at home in my age, or in my generation.

And that got me thinking about how we define generations.

Now here's the thing, generations as we know them really only exist for the media to blame

things on groups of people and marketers to sell things to those same groups of people.

It's snappy!

It's easy!

It's rarely accurate!

Bu the basis of separation is events.

Events so massive that they change an entire generations outlook on life.

These usually occur during their formative years.

Think about World War II.

That's how the GI Generation and the Silent Generation came around.

And the follow peace gave birth to the idealistic Baby Boomer.

And then things went downhill as they usually do, but it was never as focused as the war.

So there wasn't an easy label floating around.

That's why there's an X in Generation X.

And then there are Millennials, these are people who grew up during the recession and

saw the early internet.

I always thought that I was a Millennial.

I remember the old YouTube homepage, but I don't remember MySpace.

I watched Hannah Montana, but I never listened to N'Sync.

Bye bye bye.

Bye!

Bye!

So if I'm not a Millennial, I have to be the next group, right?

I have to be Generation Z.

But I'm not that either!

These are people who grew up with wifi enabled tablets in their hand, I got my first phone

in the ninths grade and it didn't have apps.

I don't know where I am.

And when I growing up, not having a label really bothered me!

Look at my username: NerdyAndQuirky.

But now that I'm 20 and leaving my formative years behind, I don't know!

It doesn't bother me as much!

I've kind of accepted the fact that the world isn't made out of black and whites with a

few gray exceptions.

Instead, it's made entirely of gray.

Of maybes and uncertainties, and I'm always just one step away from having a full blown

existential crisis!

And that's okay, I guess.

I'm not a kid anymore, but I'm not an adult.

I pay for my internet but I don't pay for my Netflix subscription.

And i guess that's my eulogy for my teenage self.

A goodbye to a label.

A goodbye to wanting labels.

And a welcoming of confusion.

Speaking of which...

I don't know why...

Acting like this is written down here.

This is my jury summons.

I have to do jury duty!

So rest in peace, NerdyAndQuirky.

And hello, Sabrina Cruz.

That's me!

Hi!

Nice to meet ya!

I feel like we've met before.

So just like me, this channel might change a bit.

You might've been able to tell with this video.

But if you're still a little bit nerdy and or a little bit quirky,

I'm sure that we'll still get along.

Trump's Lawyer Michael Cohen Had Clients Who Staged Car Wrecks For Personal Injury Lawsuits - Duration: 3:24.

Donald Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen has been in the headlines a lot recently, and as usual,

it's for all the wrong reasons.

But this past week, Rolling Stone came out with a phenomenal new story that shed some

light on what a horrible lawyer Michael Cohen actually was.

As it turns out, according to what Rolling Stone uncovered, Michael Cohen, during his

time before he became Donald Trump's lawyer, he was a regular auto accident attorney.

You know, probably one of those people you see on TV saying, "Call me if you've been

hurt in a wreck!

I'll get you a check!"

But he actually represented clients who were later found guilty to be setting up and staging

car accidents in order to then go back and sue so they could just make a ton of money

off of it.

Specifically, some of the scams involved having people go and rent U-Haul trucks.

They would then have somebody just sitting in a car somewhere.

The U-Haul truck would then smash into that car, and then they would sue U-Haul for renting

the vehicle to that particular person, and U-Haul paid out.

I think they made about $350,000, the people running this little scheme, who were represented

by Michael Cohen.

Now, according to Rolling Stone, Michael Cohen was not implicated in this scheme.

He just represented them.

He didn't know anything about the fact that what they were doing was illegal.

And to that I have this to tell you.

Either Michael Cohen is lying, or he's the worst attorney in this country.

In case you've never been involved in an auto accident lawsuit, let me tell you how it works.

Law firms hire investigators to investigate car crashes.

I know it seems like overkill, but that's what happens.

Many law firms actually have their own team of in-house investigators whose job it is

to go out, recreate accidents, pull background reports on everyone involved, including witnesses.

And if someone is lying, if they had a past connection in any way, be it social media,

high school, letters, emails, they uncover that.

Cell phone calls.

Just for things as simple as an auto accident.

So you can't tell me that Michael Cohen, a high priced auto accident lawyer in New York

City, didn't have investigators go out and look into these, or they just overlooked it

after they were getting several different lawsuits that they were filing against U-Haul

for these constant accidents that seem to be happening.

There is no way in hell Michael Cohen didn't know what was going on.

Either that, or he really and truly is the worst lawyer in the United States of America.

The bottom line after all of this, though ... I don't see any way Michael Cohen comes

out of the ongoing saga still being a practicing lawyer.

He's probably going to be stripped of his license, going to be disbarred, and hopefully

will never show up in court again unless it's because he's the one being accused of a crime.

Judicial Watch Uncovers Soros Scheme That Puts Every American's Life At Risk - Duration: 2:20.

Judicial Watch Uncovers MONSTER Soros Scheme That Puts Every American's Life At Risk.

Judicial Watch, America's watch dog group made an amazing discovery!

Kudos go to Chris Farrell who is the Director of Investigations and Research!

Hold onto your hats, you are NOT going to believe the amount of treachery created by

a Soros funded smartphone application for illegal immigrants.

And worse, American tax payer dollars go to the deal!

The smartphone application assists illegals by avoiding American law enforcement.

Fox Business News reports: "Billionaire investor George Soros is reportedly funding

a smartphone app to help illegal immigrants avoid federal immigration authorities.

The group behind the app, Notify, is called United We Dream and was founded by an organization

that receives funding from U.S. taxpayers."

Moreover, in a tweet from Bud, he says, "A George Soros-funded smartphone app is meant

to explicitly help illegal immigrants evade federal authority.

Judicial Watch called it pretty outrageous."

To escape arrest, the app "sends notice to their friends and family, it alerts their

attorney."

See tweet below.

Chris Farrell interviews with Lou Dobbs, and brings this crime to light! Lou begins by

letting us know that United We Stand is a Soros group, that also receives two-hundred

thousand dollars in Federal grant money!

THAT is outrageous.

Additionally, Chris tell us that it is a crime because it falls under "Aiding and abetting

an unlawful person into the United States."

Specifically, Chris references the law code number, 8 USC 1327.

Furthermore, United We Dream, in part, a tax payer funded group, has been around for ten

years.

On twitter, they have over eighty thousand followers.

The latest posts ask their followers to report immigration agents in their area. That is outrageous.

Also, there are fundraising posts for DACA renewals.

What do you think about this?

Boy Loses Soldier Dad. 15 Yrs Later, Stranger At Door Tells Mom & Son To Come Outside - Duration: 3:22.

Boy Loses Soldier Dad.

15 Yrs Later, Stranger At Door Tells Mom & Son To Come Outside

When Justin Rozier was just nine months old, his dad, Army 1st Lt. Jonathan Rozier, perished

while serving overseas.

Jonathan's wife Jessica Johns had spoken with her husband just 12 hours before then, updating

him about their wonderful baby boy.

Unfortunately, Justin never had the chance to meet his father.

While picking up the pieces at their home in Texas and learning how to live without

their husband and father, Jessica decided she had to return her husband's 1999 black

Toyota Celica convertible. No one was driving it and she didn't have the money to pay on

the loan.

So she relinquished the vehicle not knowing that one day she'd be reunited with that vehicle.

Fast forward 15 years to a teenage boy who was desperate to know his father.

Justin had his dad's dog tags, photos, and other memorabilia, but there was one thing

he really wanted. His dad's old car.

He couldn't explain it, but he was turning 16 soon and he really wanted to sit in the

same seat where his dad once sat, to feel the wind blowing through his hair like his

dad once did.

Jessica decided to try and hunt down her husband's car from all those years ago.

Jessica knew it likely would be futile, but she had to try for her son's sake.So she posted

about her endeavor on social media.

Her heartwarming saga quickly spread around the world, but miraculously, she struck gold.

She was put in touch with the current owner who debated but eventually conceded to selling

her back the vehicle.

But now, she had to drum up the money to buy it, get it home, and fix it up.

That's where good Samaritan Kyle Fox stepped in with his non-profit Follow the Flag.

Kyle raised enough money to buy it for Jessica and Justin, and rounded up volunteers to help

get the car road ready. On the teen's 16th birthday, everyone was on hand to surprise

him with his dad's

old car.

Betsy DeVos Interview - Duration: 0:52.

Look at the size of this building.

It's the size of 7 football fields.

This is the U.S. Education Department.

It shouldn't even exist.

Education's a local responsibility.

President Reagan tried to get rid of it,

but nothing ever goes away in Washington.

So what does the current secretary,

Betsy DeVos

say about that?

She's supposed to be a small government person.

This building is huge.

It is huge.

It takes me a half an hour

to walk all 7 floors end-to-end,

and I walk fast.

But at least I do notice that

some of these are empty.

Yes.

She imposed a hiring freeze,

If you're going to make a case

How to Heal A Past Timeline using the Quantum Healing Technique - Duration: 14:47.

in this video I'm gonna be sharing with you how to heal past timelines using

quantum healing this is something that can totally change your life really

allow you to let go of past experiences and then be who you prefer to be welcome

back to another video my name is Aaron and I help people expand their

consciousness now in this video I'm gonna be sharing with you how to heal

past timelines and understanding that the only moment that really does exist

is this moment right now so in a way what we've been doing unconsciously

because we believe so much in linear time space we believe that things happen

and that's the past when it happened before and then things are happening now

then things will happen that's only from one perspective in truth time doesn't

exist the way that we think it does it's much more flexible and what is initially

happening is we are shifting through different parallel realities and

different versions of ourselves we are embody now this is what happens though

when we go through certain experiences as we are growing up what we do is we go

through different things and then we have an emotional chart we have a

pattern that we set in the present moment and based on that pattern based

on the meaning that we give to whatever happened that can end up being something

that we carry with us through each individual timeline therefore creating

the same results over and over again so what I'm gonna be doing in this video is

showing you how to moreso tap into the present moment and let go of things that

happen in the past through using an exercise that's going to help us connect

up that version of us which exists right now and then we can let it go in and

embody the way that we prefer to be so this is something that I think can be an

absolute game and this can be applied towards anything

when we understand manifestation how we create what we want in our life if we

believe and we really give so much emphasis to that of time to that of

being a past a present in the future what we end up doing is we end up making

things a lot more stretched out we make things complicated because then we

develop a story about how everything happens versus just letting go and

allowing ourselves to be present to the moment that's when we can really start

to let go and really embody a new version of ourselves but if we're not

aware of the patterns that are already running us then that will continue to

run us over and over again so what is the basis for what I'm speaking about it

has to do with connecting to a moment in time when you experienced something that

you didn't want to experience or a moment in time when you decided and you

said this is who I am this is how I have to be so maybe it was a past experience

where somebody said something to you maybe you were young maybe you remember

when you were like maybe even 10 or 11 years old and somebody said something to

you and you really started to solidify it in your mind so yes that is Who I am

maybe you were in school and you were taking a test you got a D on a test and

then somebody friends were making fun of you or something telling you that you

were dumb and then you start to say you know what maybe I am dumb

maybe that is Who I am or maybe you felt embarrassed because you didn't do well

on a test you had to bring that home to your parents maybe it was that the first

girl or a guy that you ever you know liked somehow they said something to you

that made you internalize something that then you carry around with every single

relationship that you've been in and maybe even unconsciously so there's all

these different things that could have happened and a lot of times it's stuff

that happens between were warmer in the age of about 6 to 12 now the reason that

is is because in that time period is when we're transitioning from a theta

brainwave state because we're mainly in a theta state when were born up until

about the age of six and then we transition into more of an alpha state

so in that period a lot of the beliefs are actually also wired in when we were

even younger than that but that's a big transition where a lot of people have

had experiences that then leak into the rest of their life experience without

even knowing it so the power of quantum healing technique is understanding that

in the moment right now that version of you still exists it still exists right

now and even though that seems something that's improbable or something that's

like how do i connect to that when you understand and you start to accept that

time is an illusion that the only moment that does exist right now is now then

you can connect to it in a better level now this is the exercise and this is

what you want to do you want to become aware of the memory you want to become

aware of the belief that you have about yourself that you want to let go of you

want to be aware of the reference experience that you have from back in

the day that is showing you what you can become more aware of right now so become

aware of it by asking yourself the question well what I have to believe is

true to be having this kind of experience so what you do is you ask

that question and you see what comes up and then you say what memories do I have

when this was solidified or this was formed and you wait and sometimes it may

take a day or two for you to remember that memory sometimes it'll give it to

you in your dream state but the idea is to set the intention and then to wait

for the answer in a state of presence presence simply means inside of your

body so the key is to set the intention and then to wait for the answer and

whatever answer comes up you will then realize okay this is when something

happened in my life this is when I decided that this is who I was and I had

to become something in order to shield myself from it and what you do then is

you imagine yourself right now having that conversation with that version of

you so what you would do is say it was something that happened when you are

seven or eight years old what you do is you do a visualization exercise where

you lay on the floor or meditate in a

sitting Lotus position and you breathe in breathe out you get yourself to a

very calm space and what you do is you imagine the environment of that version

of you so I may I might imagine myself at a certain age at a certain location

with certain objects around me maybe if was something when I was younger it was

me reading Harry Potter books having Pokemon cars and I imagine that

environment of those things around and then in a way that starts to bring back

more memories of that version of me and then what I do as a visualization

exercise is I invite that version of me to be sitting in front of me and I feel

very comfortable in the way that I would speak to someone that age so if it's

someone that 7 years old you don't talk to a 7 year old like the complex ideas

you more so just say hey come on buddy come over here come sit down with me I

want to talk to you for a minute and you then I would have a conversation with

myself buddy you know this one time when this person said this to you you

remember you felt really you know mad about it and you didn't understand why

they were doing that or saying that well remember when you said that or when you

this is what was really happening you can let it go that's not really you

that's them or whatever the situation is you can address it in that way but you

do it with the objects around with the environment with the vibe because in a

way that version of you hasn't healed yet so when you get to the place to

where you can talk to that version of you in a certain way what you do is you

start to then heal that timeline and this is what you then do after that you

heal the timeline by imagining you can become aware of what it is and then you

talk to that version of you and then afterwards what you do is you imagine a

different scenario of how it could have played out that would have been even

better so for example if it was a family member

telling you not approving of something you did

or calling you a name or something instead what you would do is you become

aware of it you do that exercise I talked about where we talk to that

version of ourselves at that age and we've comfort them we make them feel

comfortable and then we ask them as well if they have any message for us and then

what we do is we simply focus on how we can wire in that new memory imagine it

in the best case scenario so maybe instead of the parent saying something

or the whatever it was you imagine it happening in a better way you imagine

them saying you know what instead of if they talk down to you you imagine them

encouraging you and this is what you then do and this can be the game changer

you wire that in through visualization feel as if you were there close your

eyes and feel now as that version of you and feel as if you were there and

imagine the things happening in that new way if you imagine it three to four

times you start to wire in that new memory and then what you do is you feel

as if that is you using visualization and once you do after that is you simply

set the intention that every time in the now moment that you remember that past

memory you switch it to the new memory so you've now healed that version of you

and then you solidified in and changed your timeline now this sounds like an

esoteric idea but literally what happens every time we are in the present moment

and we remember a memory we take it out of the memory bank we look at it and we

change it a little bit and then put it back in the memory bank so sometimes

things that we remembered that way maybe we've thought about thousands of times

are totally different memories than what we put into it before or what actually

happened that's what neuroscience shows and that's what happens because we

overlay it with our beliefs and our opinions so in the same way what we can

do is literally disconnect from those timelines by healing it and then wiring

in a new one and guess what because you can then be who you

fer to be in the present moment you can let go of those past and prior timelines

you then start to change in the present moment you change your past and a way

that you really start to wire that in is by knowing this one idea and this is an

idea that I've shared before but it can really change your life you are not the

result of your past you are not the result of past reference experiences

that is not who you are you are who you choose to be in the present moment right

now because as you change your state of being as you change certain

characteristics about who you are you are also changing the past in every

moment but we have a story in our mind that says that this is Who I am so we

keep reconnecting to the old past therefore connecting and creating

similar results over and over again the key is to become present to the moment

to stop telling ourselves the story intend to be who we prefer to be that's

something that can change everything and this technique that I shared can be a

game changer letting go of past trauma letting go of things people said to you

or beliefs heal that version of you that exists in the timeline because every

time you remember that memory even subconsciously so say like you go up to

somebody and you start to talk to somebody say it's a relationship and

when you were younger you felt rejected every time you walk up to someone now

that you're attracted to that rejection memory may be slow like going through

the subconscious mind because it's a part of your timeline and you may not

even be aware of it but then what you do is you do this exercise you realize that

there was a time somebody rejected you or where you got in trouble for speaking

out even if it wasn't a romantic type thing but then you got you put yourself

out there and you got pain for it you can start to heal that timeline and then

when you do it you come at it from a fresh state so if you want also to

understand how to really create from a whole new paradigm and really to heal

yourself a house with your vibration and when you raise your vibrational set

point you will naturally start to heal your body

so what I did is I created a free guided meditation that would help you to raise

your vibrational set point so that if you feel like on a majority of the time

maybe you're at a 2 or 3 or 4 out of 10 this will help you raise it to a 7 or an

8 out of 10 that's what happened to me and that's why I made this meditation

because it will help you to get through those realizations to also become more

present to the moment to exist in that higher vibration so that's I'm you're

interested you can download it in the top of the description box below and

remember that this whole process of quantum healing is about knowing that we

are not the result of our past we are who we choose to be in the present

moment but not what we can do is heal past timelines by talking to that

version of ourselves by becoming aware of it by understanding by asking for any

message and then deciding to let that pass go and then to wire in the new

memory which then wires in the new past timeline which then will change the

momentum and will allow us to really be who we prefer to be so another thing

I'll be doing is I'll also be on Instagram doing live q and A's

paint with me 🌻 \\ [español] Jim Reno - Duration: 5:28.

hi guys! Welcome back to my channel

before getting started, I want to apologize if my voice sounds a bit off

or if it seems like I'm low energy, but

i've been quite sick for the last few days

I think it was a virus, im not sure but my throat was hurting a LOT

but I'm feeling much better now hehe

so here's another paint with me, it's been a while

a lot of you have asked on my instagram if this was a self portrait, I took it as a compliment

because I used a photo from the movie The Island

in which Scarlett Johansson is in, and I adore that woman sooo muchhhh

and of course I love to paint her and her features

This painting was actually quite a challenge for me

I wanted to throw this out of the window so many times

the photo was taken during sunset, so the light was quite hard to paint

there's an area of shade which is the hardest to paint for me

I always tend to struggle on those

I never know if I shall paint it all

but then that area was a big part of the portrait

I wasn't very sure. But then you learn a lot from mistakes

so hope you guys learn with me too :)

and hope you guys like it!

there's something i also struggle with and that's the "regard"

I believe I told you guys on my last paint with me

that I feel I don't know how to do the eyes very well

they end up looking like they're looking to different sides or something

but hey little by little I guess

i feel like if the eyes aren't working in a portrait, something big is missing

like it's quite important

but I keep trying!

I decided to paint her hair pink because

before this one I tried to do a self portrait

and I obviously did the hair pink hehe so I decided to try it again on this one

and I end up liking it a lot!I always tend to do brunettes for some reason

By the way I apologize for all the light changes

I was trying to paint during the day but I had to paint mostly at night other wise I couldnt

I was using the light from the cealing

it's honestly very shitty to paint with and very yellow so Im so so sorry

I wish i had lightbox or something

as you can see the painting changed a lot

I was thinking about doing a Patreon

and upload longer videos unedited

of all the process

I dont know if you guys would be interested

I think it can be a very cool idea

but im still thinking about it, so let me know what you guys think! :)

this is the best part: varnishing

I let it dry about 3 days and it's already completely dry because I use Galkyd as a medium

i hope you guys liked it

and I'll see you in the next one, hugs and kisses for you all!!

How Great Is Our God - piano instrumental cover with lyrics - Duration: 3:39.

The splendor of the King, clothed in majesty

Let all the earth rejoice, all the earth rejoice

He wraps Himself in light, and darkness tries to hide

And trembles at His voice, trembles at His voice

How great is our God, sing with me, how great is our God

And all will see how great, how great is our God

Age to age He stands, and time is in His hands

Beginning and the End, Beginning and the End

The Godhead three in one, Father, Spirit, Son

The Lion and the Lamb, the Lion and the Lamb

How great is our God, sing with me, how great is our God

And all will see how great, how great is our God

How great is our God, sing with me, how great is our God

And all will see how great, how great is our God

Name above all names, You are worthy of all praise

And my heart will sing, how great is our God

How great is our God, sing with me, how great is our God

And all will see how great, how great is our God

Britt McHenry Claimed ESPN Demoted Her Because She Was White - Duration: 1:17.

For Complex News, I'm Hanuman Welch.

Sports reporter turned right-wing pundit Britt McHenry offered up a hot take on her tenure

with ESPN in a series of since-deleted tweets Friday, claiming the sports network demoted

her due to her race.

"No I was demoted because I was white & I made too much.

First to go.

Actually…"

McHenry tweeted, during a back-and-forth with several other Twitter users.

McHenry was laid off in April 2017 amid a round of cuts that saw several prominent contributors

get axed.

Since being shown the door, McHenry has also claimed her conservative views caused her

to fall out of favor with ESPN's higher ups.

McHenry also deleted the tweets about her conservatism shortly after writing them.

The former sideline reporter made headlines in 2015 after a video of her berating a tow

company employee went viral.

McHenry openly criticized the employee's appearance, earning herself a one-week suspension

from ESPN.

During the round of 2017 layoffs, which roughly 100 other employees, an unnamed source told

Fox News the viral video of McHenry did not factor into her being laid off.

It appears McHenry has since backed off from publicly claiming race was a factor in her

demotion or being laid off at ESPN.

Telling Deadpsin's Samer Kalaf,

"I think there were a number of factors into laying me off.

I wish nothing but the best for the people there."

That's the news for now, for more on this and the rest of today's stories subscribe

your vibrational set point so that if you feel like on a majority of the time

maybe you're at a 2 or 3 or 4 out of 10 this will help you raise it to a 7 or an

I'll be doing is I'll also be on Instagram doing live q and A's

you want to have more interaction with me if you want me to answer your

questions go ahead and follow me on Instagram I'll go ahead and link it

Video Marketing Strategy 2018: 5 Reasons You Need One (Fast) - Duration: 6:49.

- Hey, I'm Brandon Windsor from ARO Content

and this is Video Marketing 101.

In today's video, I'm gonna share with you

five proven reasons you need a video marketing strategy.

(energetic music)

Using video to market your small business or brand works.

And in this video, I'm gonna share with you

the latest stats and research to prove it to you.

Let's get started.

Reason number one.

Viewers retain 95% of a message

when they watch it in a video

compared to 10% when reading it in text.

Video is compelling and it's memorable.

Those are two very desirable qualities

you want in a piece of marketing content.

Video allows you to connect with your customers

or potential customers in a way a blog post

or a graphic simply cannot.

Remember, people don't buy from faceless corporations.

People buy from people.

Using video in your marketing gives your customers

the opportunity to put a real human face with your brand.

Video builds trust and a unique bond with your audience.

They can hear your voice.

They can see your facial expressions.

The bottom line is it comes across

as a more personal interaction.

Now, having a face-to-face meeting

with any potential customer would be ideal

because it gives you the chance

to connect with them on a very human level.

The next best option is the use of video

because it offers almost all of the same sights and sounds

as a real live interaction.

And let's not forget reason number one.

Video is a memorable interaction with your customer.

Now, is one video going to get someone

to buy your product or service?

Probably not.

But there's a definite boost from one video

in raising brand awareness.

And brand awareness is the foundation of making a sale.

Reason number two.

Over 500 million, that's half a billion people,

are watching videos on Facebook every day.

Now this tells us two things.

First, video works because a whole lot of people

are watching them.

Second, our audience, our customers and potential customers,

are very likely already watching videos

on social media platforms.

It's become an accepted format to consume content,

so it would make sense to adapt our method of reaching them

to that format.

According to a survey by WyzOwl, 85% of people surveyed

said they'd like to see more video from brands in 2018.

So if that many people are already watching videos

and they've expressed an interest

in seeing more video content from brands,

it's a no-brainer.

Give them more videos.

Reason number three.

Video drives a 157% increase in organic traffic

from search engine results pages.

Remember, organic traffic means non-paid.

So, if you're running a Google AdWords campaign,

that would be paid traffic.

Organic traffic is what you get from a simple Google search.

This means, by simply adding video content

onto your website, your non-paid traffic from search results

on Google and Bing will increase to some extent.

Now, everybody wants more website traffic.

Our website is how we usher people into our sales funnel.

Adding video content gives you some juice

when it comes to search results,

which is, again, a no-brainer.

Of course, how much it increases your traffic

depends on how well you're optimizing your content

on your website.

In a future Video Marketing 101 video,

I'm gonna go in depth on how to optimize

your marketing video SEO.

Now, you don't wanna miss that one

so be sure to subscribe to my channel

and ring that little bell

to turn on notifications for future videos.

Reason number four.

Social video generates 1200% more shares

than text and images combined.

Did you catch that?

1200% more shares.

This means that videos get shared at a huge rate,

much more than a cool graphic or a thoughtful quote.

Now think about that.

If you have a great piece of video content,

the odds are in your favor that your fans and followers

are gonna share that with their network.

This expands the reach of your content

beyond just your fans and followers.

And that's the point of marketing,

to get your message out to new people.

Right now, video is your best format to do that.

Finally, let's look at reason number five.

64% of consumers make a purchase

after watching branded social videos.

Now this is the big one, right,

because everybody always asks,

"What is my return on investment, my ROI?"

Well, the data says video leads to conversion,

a paying customer.

So what have we learned?

Video raises brand awareness because it is memorable.

Number two, half a billion people

are watching videos on Facebook,

so it's a widely accepted format.

Number three, website videos increase

non-paid search results on Google and Bing.

Number four, using videos on social media

increases shares by 1200%

And number five, marketing videos provide ROI

because it converts potential customers

into paying customers.

So what does all this mean?

It means that, if you run out and make a quick video today,

customers will be beating down your doors tomorrow.

Right?

Seriously?

No.

It means that video marketing works

and you need to jump on that train and join the party.

But Brandon, I don't know how to create

a video marketing strategy.

Guess what?

You're in luck.

Because in the next Video Marketing 101 episode,

I'm gonna share with you how to create

a video marketing strategy.

I'm Brandon Windsor from ARO Content.

Thank you so much for watching,

and I'll see you in the next video.

15 DELICIOUS VEGAN LUNCH IDEAS THAT YOU CAN BRING TO WORK - Duration: 7:49.

15 DELICIOUS VEGAN LUNCH IDEAS THAT YOU CAN BRING TO WORK

BY ALANNA KETLER

Whether you follow a vegan or vegetarian diet, enjoy some meatless meals, or simply prefer

lighter fare at lunchtime, Im certain this article has something for you.

If you need some new inspiration for meat-free lunch ideas that can be easily packed up and

taken to work or on a picnic! then youve come to the right place.

Here are 15 delicious meat-free lunch ideas!

Click on the headings to be directed to the recipes.

1.

Chickpea Salad Sandwich This sandwich is sure to satisfy hunger as

chickpeas are loaded with fibre to keep you satiated throughout the day.

If you were a fan of chicken or tuna salad before adopting a plant-based diet, this sandwich

might just fill that void.

Not only is it delicious, but super easy to whip together in the morning before work or

at night before bed.

2.

Veggie Sushi In A Jar Been craving sushi lately?

This idea is genius!

Very easy to make, and easy to take with you wherever youre going.

You can customize it anyway you please and experiment with a variety of different ingredients

depending on what might hit the spot.

Also, you can easily substitute the sticky rice with brown rice or quinoa for some extra

fibre and nutrients.

3.

Mason Jar Salads If youre looking for a light lunch, than

look no further!

These mason jar salads might be exactly what you need to satisfy your need, for greens

and other lovely salad accompaniments.

These are very customizable, just imagine, greens, quinoa, avocado, chickpeas, cucumber,

carrots, sliced almonds, bell peppers, tomato, mushrooms, sprouts, sunflower seeds, black

beans, hummus, avocado the combinations are literally endless!

By placing your dressing at the bottom it keeps the greens from wilting and you just

shake the whole thing up when youre ready for lunch.

4.

Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Quinoa Salad This is one of those lunch ideas that could

essentially also be leftovers from dinner the night before, its super simple to whip

up for dinner, and then voila!

Theres lunch for the next day, this couldnt be any easier.

5.

Roasted Cauliflower Tacos YUM!!

These are so delicious that even the meat-eaters will swoon when they see what you have for

lunch.

These are the best substitute for fish tacos that Ive ever seen.

Enjoy!

6.

Sweet Potato & Kale Burritos These burritos are not only easy to make,

but they are easy to make in large batches, which means you can make a whole bunch, roll

them all up and then freeze the rest.

In the morning, you can literally just grab and go, it should be thawed by lunch and ready

to be heated up in the nearest toaster oven.

These are also perfect if you know you are going to be away from home for awhile and

dont want to eat out.

7.

Stuffed Sweet Potato With Kale & White Beans Sweet potatoes are one of the healthiest foods

in the world.

They can easily be roasted, whole in batches and stored in the refrigerator for a few days

until you are ready to use them.

These stuffed sweet potatoes provide a more satisfying meal as the beans add more protein.

Again, these fillings are completely customizable to suit your tastes.

8.

Spinach, Mushroom & Caramelized Onion Quesadillas Very simple, and again, very delicious!

Like the burritos, these can easily be made ahead of time and frozen until youre ready

for lunch or are looking for a quick and simple dinner.

This recipe is delicious, however you can experiment with any combination you like.

Pair this with a salad and there you have it, a perfect lunch!

9.

Gluten Free Instant Noodles In A Cup Depending on when you grew up, you might have

fond memories of Mr. Noodles in a cup, where you just add hot water, wait a few minutes

and BAM!

Instant ramen noodle soup.

Well, unfortunately those processed and packaged soups often contain a lot of preservatives

and other chemicals such as MSG.

Luckily, there is a healthy substitute for nearly everything, and yes you can still have

your noodles in a cup, and eat them too.

10.

Chickpea, Tomato & Basil Salad Do not underestimate the simplicity of this

salad!

It may seem very basic, but please dont knock it till you try it.

If you make this in the evening and let all of these beautiful flavours and colours meld

together you are in for a very tasty treat.

11.

Smashed White Bean, Avocado & Basil Sandwich Who doesnt LOVE avocado toast?

I suppose those that dont like avocados, well, if thats you, you can go ahead and

skip this one, but if it is you, oh man, youre going to love this one.

The beans and basil give the classic avocado just the oomph the classic avocado toast needs

to constitute a meal that is sure to satisfy.

12.

Glowing Lentil Soup Who doesnt love a hot soup?!

Well maybe not everyone in the summer, but on those chilly days I swear there is nothing

more comforting than a bowl of piping hot soup.

Lentil soup is filling, delicious and oh-so- satisfying!

This can easily be taken to work in a mason jar and heated up just in time for lunch.

13.

Lentil Chili I could literally just copy paste the exact

definition of the above soup and use it here, but I wont, chilli deserves its very

own write up.

Chilli is one of those great things that can be made from a bunch of random vegetables

that need to be used and a ton of spices, especially chilli spice and maybe even some

jalepeos if thats your style.

This recipe will leave your tummy feeling warm and full.

14.

Veggie Lettuce Wraps Surprisingly easy to make, these lettuce wraps

are not only healthy but super fresh and delicious.

This is another recipe that can be easily customized to suit your taste preferences,

with this lunch, youll be the talk of your office or wherever it is that you may work.

15.

TLT- Tempeh, Lettuce & Tomato Sandwich This one is a personal favourite of mine,

possibly because for a few years I fully believed that I had invented it, until my dreams were

crushed while flipping through a vegan cookbook that was written before I adopted a more plant-based

lifestyle.

Nevertheless, if you were ever a fan of the traditional BLT, you are sure to love this

sandwich.

If you slice the tempeh real thin, and cook it until crispy, it tastes very similar to

the real thing and no pigs had to die!

Win-win.

There you have it!

15 amazing recipes that you can take with you to work for lunch!

Even if you arent into going completely vegan, thats totally fine.

These recipes are good for both meat and veggie eaters alike.

You may even just inspire some of your co-workers to try it out or try something different.

Enjoy!

Much Love

Facebook Audience Overlap To Prevent Ad Fatigue | Facebook Ad Mistakes - Duration: 3:18.

Hey everyone this is Viren and welcome back to my youtube channel for another Facebook marketing tutorial.

in this video I'm going to show you a quick new handy feature that Facebook

has just rolled out and it's called audience overlap. What this does is that

if your ad account has multiple audiences - which you should have if

you've worked a lot with Facebook Ads - you can see if there is any audience

overlap between two different audiences. Now let us first begin by discussing why

that is something important and something that you need to be tracking.

So here I have these two audience defined as Android or IT. What

if there's an overlap with these two audience. So there's one ad set which I'm

running with Android another one with IT. Now there are two things possible that

might happen here. The first one is that the audience under Android would also

start seeing my ads for IT and the audience from IT would also see my

ads for Android and that's something I don't want and I want to avoid. Also it

might get irritating for the same user to be bombarded with multiple different

ads. But the most serious issue here that's happening is that both these ads

might start competing with each other in terms of bidding and you're essentially

bidding more because one ad set of your own is competing with another ad set

again of your own. So you need to make sure that there are minimal overlaps

between your audiences. To check this you will first go under the audience tab

which is here under assets in the ad manager. Once you're here you can select

the two audiences that you want to compare, go to actions and select show

audience overlap and here you can see there's an 87% overlap between Android

and IT which is not desirable. So you will have to edit one of these two

audiences. What you can do is you can just quickly select the audience go

under action edit scroll down and start excluding people from this

audience and you can add all the parameters here which you want to

exclude and narrow this audience down further and I think that'd be the most

quick and easy way to make sure that there is no overlap. You can also select

another audience and now if I again go back and compare this is perfect because

these two audiences have no overlaps. So if I have two different ad sets running

with these two audiences I know for sure that both these ad sets will not

compete for the same users and no user will see both of these ads and that's

the perfect situation. That's about it for this tutorial, I hope I was able

to teach you something new and add value to you. If I did please hit the thumbs up

button comment and let me know and subscribe to my channel for more

marketing content. If you're looking to have a one-on-one session with me the

best way to reach me is through Instagram the link is right here. Thank
