Youtube daily report May 8 2018

Hi, I'm Rick from the Drum Shop in Perth.

We've got the latest development in electronic drumkits, the best I've seen in about twenty years.

This is the new Roland TD17 KVX.

These things are changing the game plan.

Look at the size of this snare drum!

One of the things that got me straight out of the box being an old drummer I just love

the fact that I can play songs and play along with them and change them.

Like I can do things like that.

(Drums to music)

As an old school drummer or as a new wave drummer the first thing that impresses you

is the fact the snare drum is big.

You want that, this thing is massive.

It's the biggest snare drum I've ever seen on a kit and it's a dual trigger as most of them are.

You have a rim sound, you've got the center sound but this thing means you can hit it,

and you're not going to miss it.

It's all mesh heads means you can a drum key to tension it. So you can get the feel you want.

You've got chockeable cymbals. You've got a real hi-hat stand with real cymbals on it.

You've got a kick pad that will take double bass drum pedals.

So it means you can be any kind of drummer and feel totally comfortable with this kit.

We've talked about all the features on this kit, the biggest and most mind blowing thing

is you can drop in your own samples, so you're never going to get bored.

You are going to keep adding to your library, you can sample stuff off records, you're favourite

drum sound, whatever, you put it into this module.

Now this before would cost you a fortune.

This now is totally affordable via an SD card. You can do anything you want.

You're never going to get bored.

Here's one from superior drums were you can download any sounds you want.

You can download it straight into your drum kit and off you go, this is called Avatar.

The bluetooth feature allows you to bluetooth midi information, sounds, songs from any of your devices.

From your iPhone, your iPad, your computer.

This thing has opened up a whole new area in the market of electric drums, in a recording

studio or in your lounge room.

This is the kit you need.

Here at the Drum Shop at Kosmic Sound we're very privileged to be the first

to play these kits.

There are three versions of the Roland TD17 where you can get into this kit at any level.

So you got three different versions so no ones going to miss out.

These things are available right now, you gotta grab one of these as quick as you can.

Every Winter, These Squirrels Destroy Their Brains - Duration: 3:15.

[ ♪ Intro ]

We tend to think of our brains, at least by adulthood, as being pretty static.

There will be some changes, but for the most part, the large structural shifts are over.

But that's not the case with hibernating ground squirrels.

Several species actually deconstruct part of their brains, only to rebuild them again.

And they don't just do it once, when they come out of hibernation for the summer, they

do it every 2-3 weeks during winter!

For ground squirrels, hibernation is really more of a cycle than an annual event.

To save energy, they curl up in cute balls in underground burrows, slow their metabolisms,

and drop their temperatures way down, sometimes below freezing.

And every few weeks they naturally warm their little bodies back up.

Less than 24 hours later though, they return to their uber-cold suspended animation.

And so on, until spring.

In the early 1990s, Russian researchers decided to see what was happening in the brains of

Siberian ground squirrels during this cycle.

So they focused on the hippocampus, since it was easy to study, and is a part of the

brain that helps control hibernation.

But what they found was pretty shocking.

Compared to fully active squirrels, animals 3-4 days into a bout of hibernation had shorter

and less branching dendrites, or the extensions that neurons use to make contact with other cells.

The dendrites themselves also had fewer knobby contact points, or spines.

Plus, the cell bodies of the neurons had shrunk by more than 30%.

And weirder still, when the scientists looked at squirrels that had woken up from hibernation

just two hours earlier, they found a completely different scene: The dendrites were nice and

bushy, even more so than in active squirrels, and the cell bodies were also bigger.

This meant that in an extremely short period of time, the squirrels had re-sprouted everything

they had lost before.

And other scientists later found that this process also happens in other parts of the

brain, and concluded it was probably happening all over.

Neuroscientists call this ability to change synaptic plasticity.

And while we and other non-hibernators do this to a certain extent, this speed is virtually unheard of.

Rats, for instance, take 4 months to do what squirrels do in 2 hours.

So obviously, this has gotten a lot of scientists more interested in hibernating squirrels than

they might otherwise be.

But it's still a mystery exactly why this massive neural construction project is helpful to them.

One idea is that having a stripped-down brain could save a lot of energy, which is basically

what hibernation is all about.

But rebuilding your brain doesn't seem especially efficient, so we're not really sure.

Though scientists have noticed that paring things back in the brain when it's cold

is fairly common, and that it's even more destructive in non-hibernating animals.

Mice, for instance, lose all of their spines when the temperature drops, whereas squirrels

lose just a quarter.

This has led some researchers to think that maybe part of what makes hibernating squirrels

so special is that they lose fewer connections than you would otherwise expect.

So, while the rebuilding is certainly impressive, so might be the relatively limited demolition.

Scientists will keep investigating these animals, and some believe there's even a chance we

could borrow their tricks to help with human diseases or strokes.

So, at least one thing's for sure: These adorable little squirrels have awesome brains!

People Work Out With Instagram Fitness Trainers For 30 Days - Duration: 7:41.

- You've got 10 more seconds to go.

12 more seconds to go, let's go.

Here we go, Brett, 10 more seconds.

Come on, Brett.

Push it, buddy.

(upbeat music)

^- So, for the next 30 days

^we'll be training like Instagram fitness models.

^- I see these models and people on Instagram.

I really wonder what they're doing.

I wonder if I did that for 30 days,

what would that look like on me?

^- So, I used to train in college quite a bit,

^but since moving to New York City and having a full-time job

^I hardly train at all anymore.

^- I haven't worked out in a long time,

^so this is kind of to get me back on track.

^- A big goal of mine over the next 30 days

is gonna be working out safely.

^In the past, I'd find myself

^getting into a rhythm of a routine

^and then I'd get hurt and then I'd have to stop.

^- I think a big part of it's

^probably just gonna be about consistency,

^which I am awful with.

- We'll be training with Marc Miller, a fitness expert,

at his gym starting tomorrow.

^- Hi, I'm Marc Miller.

^I'm the co-owner at Independent Training Spot.

We harvest some of the best trainers

that New York City has to offer.

We give them a place to start their own business

and train their own clients.

Over the next four weeks, we're gonna be training

Kyle, Inga, and Brett like Instagram fitness models.

Instagram fitness models aren't doing anything special.

I've trained them before, it's all the same procedure.

You start off with a good foundation

and you build up that foundation.

Push now, 130 meters now.

Drive with those legs.

Week one of training is all about foundation building,

learning the squat.

Nice and deep, drive through the heels on the way up.

Learning the deadlift.

Here, and then stick the butt out.

Creating work capacity.

There you go, keep rippin' it, you got it.

There is no secret to transforming your body.

It's just good, old-fashioned hard work.

You have to put the time in.

You literally become what you do,

and it's not gonna happen overnight.

You have to earn it over time.

Bring it home, bring it home, Brett.

90 meters out, Brett.

Less than 30 seconds, come on.

- The first few days of this challenge sucked,

like sucked so much, and I really was like

what did I just get myself into?

Day one is behind us.

It was going well until I threw up at the end.

^- Brett, are you okay? (coughing)

- I mean, the first week, it was just soreness every day.

^A new part of our body every single day.

- When starting any new workout regimen, the body's sore.

In order to get rid of that lactic acid and that soreness,

you must do a recovery workout,

which basically is a long bout of cardio

consisting of a 65% max heart rate.

Brett is a novice.

^He doesn't have much kinesthetic awareness

^and needs to work on his engine.

Engine's work capacity.

Work capacity is the most important thing

an athlete can have.

Inga has a great engine and has great kinesthetic awareness,

but doesn't have any knowledge of the skills.

And Kyle has a great engine,

has knowledge of his kinesthetic awareness,

and has the skills.

So, we're gonna just dive bomb him

into real athlete type workouts.

Here we go, Kyle.

Round two of his rowing, going over his IWT.

10 deadlifts to a one-minute long row.

- I really liked how he created this workout routine

that was for me specifically.

It wasn't just something general, but it was like Inga,

I think you need this, this, this for your body,

and we're gonna try and help you with that.

- I'm definitely noticing some benefits.

I had a lot of neck pain before I started training.

I do enjoy exercising,

but I really discovered I never did it right.

I would always just pile weight on

and basically hurt myself.

- You must first learn how to lift properly.

Once they are doing it properly, then, of course,

we can increase weight in time,

and there's no rush with that.

- You know, the whole point of this is trying to learn

how to workout like these people on Instagram.

What I had kind of assumed is that

they were really really targeting stuff,

where it was like okay, this is ab day, this is arm day.

But what I'm quickly learning is they're doing

a really intentional mix every single day.

You need everything, everything's important.

- You wanna be an expert squatter.

The better you are at squatting,

the better you are at deadlifting,

the better you are at every single exercise

you're going to do.

- Who knows where we'll be at in 30 days?

It might now be this mind-blowing thing,

but I think that's kind of the point.

Probably won't catch up to the people on Instagram

tomorrow or next week, but, you know, I don't need to.

It's about my own needs and where I'm at.

^- So, I'm on my way to the gym right now, about to see Marc.

And so, now I think my body's starting to realize

that I do have strength and I can keep going on,

and I actually feel a lot more alive in a lot of sense,

have more energy, which is weird, right?

'Cause you would think, you're working out more,

you would be tired more,

but instead, I just feel more energized.

- Every single day I'm there, he has me on the floor

unable to speak and gasping for air.

- [Marc] Kyle, how we doing, man?

You okay?

- Yeah. - Cool.

- You know, pushing past those limits has been...

has been kind of exciting.

- Alright, so we are at the tail end of this challenge.

So, I guess we've just gotta finish strong.

- So, I just finished my one hour run for the first time.

I feel super accomplished.

I thought I'd be straight up dead, but no.

I can't believe I did it.

- So, Inga is doing very well.

She has learned how to goblet squat,

and we just did box jumps with her last time,

and she's doing a lot more interval training now,

but she's doing wonderfully.

Brett started off kinda rough,

but now he's doing much much better.

His work capacity's going up,

he's understanding the squat better,

he's understanding how to hinge his hips better

with the deadlift; he was having trouble with that at first.

When Kyle first came to us,

he told us he didn't train any legs really,

and legs are the most important muscle group to train.

They're the largest muscles in the body.

All of your power comes from your legs.

Very little of it comes from the upper body.

All Kyle has to do now is go through the motions.

I just have to keep on giving him the curriculum

and watch him grow.

^- Alright, I just finished up my last day with Marc.

It was really touch, but, I mean,

I'm really excited about all the progress.

I'm excited to see the results

and continue training after this.

So, really good month.

- I wasn't sure how the full 30 days was gonna go,

but we're here, we're alive.

- I feel like Marc helped me

understand my body a little bit more and be like, actually,

I do have the strength and I do have the endurance.

- I mean, we now...

All of us have a foundation to continue our fitness journeys

and then maybe one day we can get there.

- We'll see what these results are like.

Yeah, I see a...

^I see a little bit up here

^and a little bit on the sides too.

Yeah, I mean, it's definitely not wildly dramatic,

but I also wasn't really expecting wildly dramatic

just because, you know, it's 30 days.

^- (laughs) First things off,

^my arms look way more jacked than they did before.

I can actually see...

I look like some sort of weight lifting pro.

- You know what, it's not crazy.

^I mean, I didn't expect it to be crazy,

^but I can kinda see my abs coming in,

^like the angles are slightly different

and maybe the light's a little bit different,

^but I can definitely see a difference between these two.

^My shoulders look a little bigger.

- I've never really felt very confident

in terms of showing my belly area and my stomach area,

but you know what?

This is how I feel on the inside

and I wanna show it on the outside.

- They're not dramatic, but I think that's only physical,

and I definitely feel better,

and how you feel is the most important thing.

- I can't believe how different I feel, honestly.

And my energy level has soared, I am no longer so sedentary,

I have to move every day, and I feel so much better.

I mean, I can't tell you the difference

mentally from day one to now.

Corvette vs. Nissan S14! | Frenemies EP2 - Duration: 14:44.

- After I hit you the first time I was just like,

I'm not not even gonna use brakes.

- [Man] Here we go, oh, Matt Field makes contact.

Odi Bakchis doesn't back down.

- What up, I'm Matt Field.

- I'm Odi Bakchis.

- And this is my car.

- And this is my car.

Don't get me wrong, I wanna beat everybody out there.

- He's a great teammate,

but an even better frenemy.

(engines revving)

(rock music)

- So what Odi and I are gonna do,

we're gonna treat this next practice session

as like a battle.

- Heads leads, tails follows.

Yeah, it looks like I'm leading.

(engine revs)

- Orlando, this track's fun, fast.

Seems very simple but it's actually really technical.

- This track is as bumpy as I remember it.

- Last year at Orlando we ended up going straight

into the wall.

- And it has not gotten easier.

(engines revving)

Going into my first round,

we're going up against Kevin Lawrence,

who's pro 2 champion, yet a rookie in pro 1.

There's actually a lot of pressure on dudes like me.

We don't wanna lose to a rookie.

So I got some pressure on me.

Kevin Lawrence killed it in pro 2.

He won the championship.

I knew that this guy could wheel.

(rock music)

(engines rev)

So we go out there, I do as killer of a lead run

as I can.

He was fast, he stayed on course for the most part.

You always gotta remind yourself as a driver,

you got an advantage.

You got more experience.

(rock music)

- Lawrence went a little bit low on his initiation,

kinda wavered on the bank quite a bit.

We'll see how this follow goes.

(engines revving)

(rock music)

- [Man] Odi, Odi advances on into the top 16.

- Nice.

- So at Long Beach we ended up going against

Jeff Jones in top 32.

And wouldn't you know it, in Orlando,

we're going against Jeff Jones in top 32.

Jeff is a wildcard, man.

He's thrash, smash, dash and drive hard.

Unfortunately Jeff's car broke in the warmup box.

The output shaft snapped or something

and there was no way he was gonna fix it in five minutes.

- Just gotta send it.

No competitor.

All we gotta do is get a smooth one in here

and get ready for top 16.

(engine revs)

- Looks like now I got an easy break into top 16,

but you know, sometimes you're lucky and you get that.

He's not gonna have it easy with me, though,

so it's gonna be a good one.

It's actually funny because me and Matt

purposely said we're gonna tandem with one another

during Thursday practice.

And we just bounced laps off each other.

Hey, dude, this is fun.

But then after qualifying, we get the bracket.

What we were really doing is practicing for a top 16 battle.

- The last time we battled was 2015, I'm pretty sure,

Irwindale.

- So is your car fast now?

- Yeah, it's fast now.

Like, we each have the same thought, like,

oh, now I know a little bit, I've been watching, I know.

I think we each have that same thought.

- Alright, I gotta look over my car,

make sure it's all good.

- Good luck, dog.

- Good luck.

- If you're going against Odi, you have to throw down.

You have to speed your car up and drive on point.

- With strategy you try to figure out your opponent,

you try to figure out his speed throughout the weekend.

I think we're gonna try to set the car pretty tight.

- So, got a little gift for Matt Field here.

It's a good luck charm.

Go ahead and put it on his car right there.

(bluesy rock music)

- Sometimes you just gotta play dirty.

(rock music)

(applause)

- [Matt] I just gotta drive hard, that's it.

Unfortunately driving with somebody like Odi,

you can, all out.

Frenemies, baby.

(rock music)

- [Man] Look at this.

Odi Bakchis batting 1,000 against the Beast of the Bay.

But I tell you what, Matt Field looking a lot more

confident, and this is bragging rights.

Talk about frenemies here on the track.

(rock music)

(engines revving)

- With Odi I told myself a million times,

just initiate and stand on the throttle

and push him around the track.

- [Man] Look at this.

Here we go, oh, Matt Field makes contact.

Odi Bakchis doesn't back down.

- And he took it like a champ.

(engines revving)

- [Man] Like I said, bragging rights.

Push comes to shove...

As Odi Bakchis stays in it.

Matt Field does as well.

Exchanging paint, but coincidentally,

they have the same color paint job.

(rock music)

- Made contact coming off of zone one.

It looked like Odi slowed down quite a bit there

and Matt was still on throttle.

I mean it was still a good battle.

They both didn't straighten up, so we'll see how it goes.

- They're not at fault for the collision,

so they get ten minutes to fix their cars.

- I'm back in the pit, the guys are pulling

some body panels that are impeding on my front wheels.

We double checked rear alignment.

We double checked front alignment and fixed it,

take the bumper out of the way

because it was damaged, and I'm back at the line,

I'm ready to battle Matt Field.

- [Man] Matt Field in the Wish, Falcon tires.

Corvette.

- I went out for my lead run.

I knew I was gonna drive as fast as possible.

(engine revs)

Hammer down, hit your points, don't give him an inch.

(engines revving)

- [Man] Odi obviously a little closer,

takes that wall high on the bank goes Odi Bakchis.

(rock music)

- You know, I look up at the screen,

there's Matt's face, there's my face.

Which way are the judges gonna slide?

And it's taking a little while.

- [Man] Ryan says Odi Bakchis.

- Soon as I saw that first run I was like,

man, that hit was just too much.

And I saw one one more time and I was like,

come on, give it to me, give me one more time.

I know that I screwed up but I knew I can clean that up.

- Come on.

- [Man] And Brian says...

One more time!

(cheering)

(laughter)

- One more time, boys.

- Formula drift, the judges cannot determine a winner.

It's gonna be called one more time.

That means you get back in your car,

battle it out one more time.

- Whoo!

One more time.

- I made this easier for Matt.

He fought me so hard on the bank.

I was about to spin.

I honestly think if he was to hit anyone else that hard,

they would have spun out.

So, this is Matt's second chance to try to beat me.

- The strategy for the next battle is,

if you don't hit him you're gonna win.

- [Man] And we are back here,

and this is the second half of this battle.

Here we go, Matt Field in the Wish, Falcon tires.

- The initiation was okay.

Wasn't as close as I wanted it to be.

And then coming off the bank,

I came down past an equip one,

closed a lot of proximity there, boom!

- [Man] Oh, and Matt Field, big mistake there.

- The car just shot the other direction.

- [Man] Oh, that's gonna be a bummer for Matt Field.

- First battle is out of the way,

I know Matt is sitting on incomplete.

(rock music)

All I have to do is drift the course.

So I still have to chase him,

but I have to do it very cautiously.

And that's when I feel something strange in my car.

- [Man] Looks like Odi, he's kinda lacking the angle

too here.

- I DB'd a tire.

Now I know my car's on three wheels basically.

And I try to just make it across the track

and complete the course drifting.

(engines revving)

- I mean that's a testament to his driving.

He can drive the car on three wheels.

That's awesome.

- [Man] So slide them left for Field,

right for Bakchis.

Andy says Odi Bakchis.

Ryan says one more time.

So they could go one more time.

And there it is, Odi Bakchis gets the win.

- Whoo!

Why'd you have to hit me so hard?

Like three times!

- You slowed down.

After I hit you the first time I was like,

I'm just not even gonna hit the brake.

I'm just gonna stay right here.

- Good stuff.

- Go win this thing.

- Alright, thanks.

- Oh.

It's a bummer to lose against anybody.

Odi is definitely a benchmark, I think for a lot

of these drivers out here.

He's fast and he's on point and he's an excellent driver.

So to be able to compete at a super high level with him

and get a one more time, it feels really good.

(rock music)

- Going further and deeper into competition

I knew I had to go against James Deane.

And that guy is hard to beat statistically.

He wins everything in Europe,

then he decides to come over and win everything here.

(whirring)

I know I can't grip out my car to the point

that I did with Matt Field.

Because I have to run slightly higher tire pressure,

and somehow be on his pace if not a little bit faster.

- [Man] And we are ready to send it.

Here with Deane and Bakchis.

(engines revving)

Deane exits out, a little faint entry.

Deane high on the bank.

- First run I was able to initiate and lock in

and just keep it all the way around the bank.

(engine revs)

We drop into the infield, it was no problem,

everything went smooth,

and we finished off the course, smooth sailing.

Then we switch, James followed me.

I run as perfect of a line as I can.

I locked in the car in such a good groove

that it picked up a ton of speed.

Sure enough, as we come across the finish line,

I looked in my mirror, I don't see his car.

I knew that I generated a gap.

You need something like that to win against this guy.

I might have a chance,

let's see what the judges say.

(rock music)

- [Man] And it looks like James Deane is your winner.

James Deane advances on.

(clapping)

- I could have followed him even closer on the bank.

I was just like, I was like locked in

and I was just like, just like made this like...

- Right, right, right.

- The same even angle just like the same

all the way through the bank,

but I should have just (bleep) pushed it

like it was a final battle.

- Right, right.

- You know, I was disappointed, but at the same time,

I know this guy is hard to beat.

- It was close, I thought it was one more time,

but good job, man.

- Yeah, your lead runs are killer.

- Thank you very much.

- But overall the lesson learned is

you gotta go hard all the time.

I wish I went a little bit harder

chasing him on the bank,

because he went a little harder chasing me on the bank,

and I feel like that's what sealed the deal.

(rock music)

In a hot huggy place like Florida,

cars just run different, man.

- I know, I definitely have a bunch of warnings,

especially going into Orlando for intake air attempts.

- [Odi] My car is a lot simpler than yours.

I use a mechanical throttle body.

I use a Holley HP.

I really like how small this thing is.

Less wiring, I got like two pigtails.

- Just two plugs?

I use all of these.

Oh man, honestly, going to drive-by-wire

was one of the biggest steps, for sure.

Because I'm kinda a firm believer

in matching wheel speed and power to vehicle speed.

- Yeah, basically bottom line is,

what we want these things to do they do it reliably.

- I guess even your little one will do okay too.

- Hey, Matt, I wanna show you something

that helped me run against you.

- Now you show him, oh.

One of my guys put an Odi sticker on your taillight

during our run.

And all I had to do is stare at that point, right.

- How long has that really been there?

- It's seriously been there right before our battle

against each other.

- [Man] Looked pretty good.

- Yeah.

- I don't know how you saw it so far back.

- Ho ho!

- I like it.

I'll leave it.

Hey, Ron, I know it was you.

The Making Of DMX's "Get At Me Dog" With Dame Grease | Deconstructed - Duration: 5:06.

"Get At Me Dog" came right in the clef of the golden era shutting down.

B.I.G. died, Tupac died, different things.

The last song of that era is "If You Think I'm Jiggy," The Lox, which was the last

of the flashy songs.

And then the next song was the bring it back to the streets gutter, was "Get At Me Dog."

I actually did not make this song for it to be a commercial hit.

I made it just to kill and body the streets and different things.

And actually from there, took it to a whole boosted level because I guess the world was

craving that type of sound.

We was actually following up "Niggaz Done Started Something," and everybody actually

really got to hear 'X off that last verse where he just fucking went crazy.

As a whole team of Ruff Ryders shit we want to display more.

So we did a freestyle.

The original freestyle birthed from the DJ Clue tapes, the "Get At Me Dog Freestyle,"

Lox and 'X.

But once we grabbed the deal with Def Jam it was like, "We need a single."

And we're like, "We have a single already."

So we just rearranged the record and that's when 'X did his three verses.

We let that bitch go, and that shit took off again.

It was commercial, but you know he's still raw as shit.

Alright I got my little turntable system plugged up.

I got the sample right here.

That's the original tempo.

What I did, I slowed it down.

Back then it was on Akai, SP-1200 but we using Ableton now.

So I just drag the mp3 onto my Ableton.

Alright, we just take this beginning chop.

Slow it down a couple more notches.

A lot of times with music now, you grid it.

One, two, three, four.

If you play any older record and try to put a fucking metronome to it, it's not going

to stay on time.

It's not blocks.

With the pads we're creating like that.

You create that natural feel, that it's not directly sequenced.

They give you a unnatural feeling.

So we've now got hi-hats, slides.

Original records hi-hats was real laid into, but with hip-hop, you know what I'm saying,

we push everything the fuck up.

Kick gotta be pushed up, snare gotta be pushed up.

Hi-hats, slides gotta be pushed up.

That's what actually really get it the hip-hop element.

The breakdown, that was the most part that always kept the club going.

Back then I used to do the sequence live.

So I would move the sequence to every dope ass fucking line he was saying.

He was saying some crazy shit?

Break down.

That's pretty much it.

"Get At Me Dog" broke in The Tunnel.

If you haven't heard about The Tunnel, I think everybody heard about The Tunnel.

The Tunnel nightclub was a tremendous, big, warehouse club.

Flex was DJing.

Bobby Trends, all of the big wigs from the radio was DJing at that club.

So it would bring people from Harlem, Brooklyn, Queens, Jersey, Connecticut, everybody come

there collectively to get the vibe what was going on the city.

When I started I didn't even go to clubs.

So it was one of my boys, you know, he hits the club every weekend and he's like

"Yo you got to come to the fucking club. All your records is going."

I went and I'm like, "Oh, shit."

I'm seeing hundreds, thousands people rocking my shit.

It gave me more inspiration to go back.

I tell a lot of artists this.

I cannot look at you in the club dancing to something and you come into the studio

and make something else.

Make what the fuck you dancing to.

Like, on a off day, X listened to disco.

He don't listen to no rap.

He could sing every disco record in the world.

When he rap, he go "Kill, kill, kill."

But if you notice some of the beats, "My baby mama be buggin'," he actually goes

to the disco records and the vibes of the old school funk and movement music, through

his element which is him, which is streets.

Because people were dying to get in.

Why don't crabs give to charity?

Because they are shellfish, boy.

What do you call a blind deer?

No eye deer.

[delightful chuckles]

I don't trust stairs.

What do dark elves learn in kindergarten?

The elfabet.

Judgment DAY! Kerry's Spokesman Just Admitted He Violated The Logan Act No More Hiding It - Duration: 5:46.

Judgment DAY!

Kerry's Spokesman Just Admitted He Violated The Logan Act No More Hiding It.

If one thing is abundantly clear it is that the progressive left will eat their own and

suffer little remorse about it, as is the case with John Kerry.

Enter Kerry's spokesperson who has as much admitted that Kerry is in violation of the

Logan Act, and it is a known fact.

Kerry is can also be tried for treason under the Logan Acts as well.

The Logan Act states: "Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without

authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence,

or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent

to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent

thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures

of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three

years, or both."

However, he then attempts to laugh it off as though this is some sort of lark and behavior

that every other former Secretary of State does.

Except it is not because quite frankly, it is illegal.

Even more troubling, is that Kerry has taken it upon himself to continue to carry out negotiations

with Iran, along with blasting America's closest Middle Eastern ally the Nation of

Isreal immediately, after meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif.

Iran is a hostile nation and since Obama is no longer a resident of the White House, the

US policy is no longer anti-Semitic.

Kerry's media speaker stated regarding Kerry's statements on Fox News regarding this latest

incident with Mueller states,

Nothing could be further from the truth!

If Americans wanted a leader of this sort?

They would have elected Hillary Clinton to serve as president of the United States of

America.

Except they did not.

They chose Trump instead.

The Boston Herald is calling on America to demanding that Americans demand a full investigation,

into Kerry's seditious behavior and treasonous actions,

"If special counsel Bob Mueller is truly interested in investigating people, who are

colluding with nefarious foreign powers to undermine U.S. interests, John Kerry should

be Target No. 1 for secretly meeting with Iran's foreign minister, Javad Zarif, and

other foreign officials in recent weeks to usurp U.S foreign policy."

The report comes just as the Trump administration is coming under intense scrutiny regarding

allegations collusion power hungry political despotry, used in an effort to swing the presidential

election towards Hilla.

No evidence has yet been presented to support that claim.

Naturally, President Trump also weighed in via Twitter stating via social media President

Trump attacked Kerry's actions on Twitter, saying Monday.

"The United States does not need John Kerry's possibly illegal Shadow Diplomacy, on the

very badly negotiated Iran Deal.

He was the one that created this MESS in the first place!"

What we need is an active Attorney general, who not only pays lip service to uphold the

law but actually follows his own words.

This is the Deep State at it's extreme worst and needs to be dealt with severely and with

extreme prejudice.

The report comes as the Trump administration is under intense scrutiny for allegations,

that they colluded with a foreign power to swing the presidential election.

No evidence has yet been presented to support that claim.

The Boston Globe reported Friday that Kerry has been engaging in stealth diplomacy, secretly

meeting with high-ranking officials including in Germany, France and the Islamic State to

salvage the contentious Iran nuclear deal he orchestrated during the Obama administration.

Why isn't the DOJ raiding Kerry's mansion, as it did Trump's attorney Michael Cohen's

home?

Or putting the former secretary of state under house arrest, as it did with former Trump

campaign manager Paul Manafort?

It's no secret Iran, the world's leading sponsor of terror, openly chants "Death

to America" and "Death to Israel" while using millions in unmarked currency Kerry,

and Obama administration officials secretly sent unbeknownst to the American people.

That money is reportedly being used to fund terror proxies, including Hezbollah and Hamas.

Kerry has now been caught meddling in U.S. foreign policy, and conspiring with foreign

nations to prop up the collapsing Iran nuclear deal a textbook violation of the Logan Act.

Yet the Department of Justice went after former national security adviser Gen. Michael Flynn

with a vengeance, for contacts with a Russian diplomat during the 2016 transition despite

it not being illegal to do so.

Obama's FBI then set perjury traps against Flynn and have destroyed his life as a result.

But John Kerry is a free man, providing additional evidence if you needed any our justice system

has become dangerously politicized.

Perhaps the Democratic Party, Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director Christopher

Wray can explain, how it's OK that Kerry has colluded with foreign actors while the

Mueller team, and Justice Department continue to engage in a scorched-earth campaign, against

the Trump administration over faux Russian collusion theories, that haven't borne fruit

despite a string of costly government investigations.

What other Deep State officials have been working with Kerry to sabotage U.S. foreign

interests?

Barack Obama?

Former White House officials and swamp-dwellers within the government?

What do you think about this?

Lowrider Roll Models episode 26 - Duration: 12:08.

- [Niki] All the cars are special.

They become part of the culture

and the history of our family.

I can sort of track our life together

by the cars we've had.

(low key music)

- I own a 1963 Chevrolet Impala,

it's a supersport convertible.

It has a 283 engine in it, the original engine,

original transmission have been rebuilt since I've had it.

The interior is rebuilt in the original style.

It's not a kit, it's actually reupholstered that way.

It's got a eight inch chain steering wheel,

which is a nod to the 70's,

which is my favorite era of lowriding.

It's got a color bar in there, which I had made for the car.

The wheels are 45 spoke, true spokes.

So, we had original hubs

that we rebuilt new wheels on top of

so they looked old school.

It has airbags.

A guy called LG pinstriped it,

he's pinstriped cars for us before.

The murals are done by Alberto Herrera,

he did a really great job, tattooed roses

all up, right up the middle of the car.

I mean I'm obsessed with roses,

I've got a couple of dozen tattooed all over me.

And I wanted to tattoo the car

and roses were the perfect feeling for me.

The silver was an old 90's Mercedes silver,

I think it's called brilliant silver.

And I like it 'cause of the shine that it has.

It doesn't have a lot of reflection, which I like.

Originally it was red, I promised myself

I'd never buy a red car.

And then I bought a red car, and.

- Andrew hated the red.

He suffered for the red.

There were days when he didn't even want to drive it

'cause it was red.

- It's true, I mean it's true.

The car was originally gonna be gold

but I wanted to call it Stay Gold, anyway.

Because it's a beautiful sentiment,

the idea of staying true to yourself.

- I drove a big, old American car called

Chrysler Valiant. - It's a Chrysler Valiant.

- Regal. - It's a Regal,

it's called a Regal.

Australians made versions of the American cars

in Australia and called them different things, so.

- So, I was driving this car when I met Andrew

and I showed up in the car and he says to me,

oh, can I drive?

And he's just been there ever since.

He introduced me to lowriding just as a sort of

essential part of his life,

has become a big part of our life.

It's always an event whenever we go out.

And particularly in a convertible.

People are so appreciative that they

will literally talk to us.

- People have an appreciation of any old car

that you've put effort into.

You pull up next to a Ferrari and a Rolls Royce,

no one will pay any attention to those cars

when you're there, it's fantastic.

They can see the love and the respect,

and you know, a lot of energy and you know,

stuff put into that car.

And those cars are off the shelf cars,

that's custom I guess.

They respect that as well.

I was born in the late 60's, so I collected

all these lowriding magazines as well.

And there was just pictures, you know,

that's all you could dream about 'cause we lived

in New Zealand, that's as far away as you can get.

My father raced cars, he built cars and raced cars.

And I was very artistically inclined.

Honestly, every car that I ever owned I hand painted.

I would paint murals on them myself.

And I think the building cars and the artistic part of me

that's kind of, that's where it came from, I think,

is my Dad and magazines, yeah.

I'm an architect.

Design new houses, alterations of houses.

I've done lot's of restaurants, interiors.

And some really great, Hollywood kind of stuff.

What don't people don't know is that

architects do, not just the outside,

they do all the inside, they do the kitchens, the bathrooms,

all that kind of, everything.

I was lucky to a point that I could

actually get myself through university, to do that.

I worked my way through two university degrees.

And really hustled to get those jobs.

Very lucky when I started out doing was

not what everybody else was doing.

And try to have a different voice than other people

and that caught the eye of a lot of awards,

and magazines, and stuff.

What I love most about being an architect

is the end product obviously.

When the clients start living in the space

that we've collectively designed for them.

And at the end of the day you've given them

it's like a car, it's a sort of, it's an expression of them,

how they live their lives.

You actually really have to understand how

people live and how you can better their lives

through the space.

So, it's really being aware of lifestyles like that.

And how you can make them better.

We're both very busy with our professions.

Niki's one was very intense process.

And the more intense Niki's jobs got,

I did less work and looked after the kids more.

Until the girls got older.

We got to the point where we really had to put down roots.

It's been incredible.

I mean not many dads get to spend most of their time

bringing up daughters.

- I'm from New Zealand, my mother worked in a factory,

right up until the time that I was born.

She literally went from there to the hospital,

to have me, her first child.

You know, I liked movies a lot.

Like most young people.

But I guess, you know, you come from New Zealand

and you don't necessarily think,

oh, that's something I can or could do.

As I studied at art school and it sort of occurred to me

that everything I loved came together in filmmaking.

I've been fortunate enough

to have made a number of films now.

The big one is still Whale Rider,

a movie I made in New Zealand.

Set in a very small community, in the Maori culture.

Went from there to Northern Minnesota

to tell the true story of female miners up there,

in the 80's, it's called North Country.

And McFarland USA, of course, with Disney.

And now, I'm delighted to be able to say that

I'm the director of the live action version of Mulan,

that will be shooting this year, in China.

I got a job with Disney to make a movie

called McFarland USA.

And it's a real story, set in a real place.

McFarland's a tiny town in the central valley.

And when I read the script, it occurred to me

that a lowriding element in the story

would work really well.

So, I recruited Andrew to come in and find all the cars

and just run that part of the movie,

that part of the art department.

He got exactly the right car for each character,

specifically a character called Harvey.

- It's a 1976 Caprice Classic.

That car is the most beautiful car in the world.

We designed it and everything like that.

- And we bought that car and it became my car

after we used it in the movie.

I would take it and park it up there

with all the executive's cars,

they'd never seen anything like it.

Lowriding in the movie offers

a really important perspective.

In the movie, a family who's name is White, ironically,

moved to McFarland, an entirely Latino community,

Mexican field workers.

And in the movie, on their first night,

they encounter a lowriding cruise.

And they freak all the way out.

They read lowriders as gangsters.

What they learn over the course of the movie

is that the town is good, the people are kind

and hardworking, and loving,

and that lowriding is not what it seems.

And this is where the movie is very authentic

to the lowriding that I experience,

which is very, very much about community,

and about family, about artistry, and passion.

To tell an authentic story, to have a person that is

part of that culture tell it,

is the most authentic way to tell it.

One thing I can do, with the skills I have

and the apparatus that's behind me,

is I can light these cultures up,

in the way that they should be lit up.

Because they are so amazing.

For young people, girls in particular,

and those that particularly wanna pursue

a life in the film industry,

there's never been a better time to tell your story.

There are whole worlds opening up now that we are prepared

to listen to what the experiences of young women are like.

And I don't mean to say it's ever easy

but it's incredible rewarding and satisfying

to work very hard and face every challenge,

and get better along the way.

Because in getting better you get stronger,

and clearer, and people will listen, I'm listening.

- New Zealand has a huge car culture.

We're quite obsessed with American cars.

So, lowriding isn't a negative culture in New Zealand.

And there's no gangs involved,

there's no bad elements involved.

It was a love of the car.

It's an outward expression of yourself, these cars.

And I find that really connected with me.

- I love the culture part of the lowriding culture.

I appreciate, very much, the way they look.

And I love that they move very slowly.

And that they are beautiful pieces of art

and a cultural expression of kind of

where they have come from.

In a world that is moving increasingly fast,

this slowing down, I personally find it very relaxing.

My name is Niki Caro and I'm a film director.

- My name is Andrew Lister, I'm an architect.

And we are Lowrider Role Models.

first-hand impression of this early on in Negros days at the school they

noticed him becoming very observant of students buying cookies he became even

Reportz Review Pros + Cons - Provide Real Time Dashboards For Your Clients - Duration: 13:19.

In this video him to do a quick review let's see if I can actually be quick and anything

a quick review of reportz which is a dashboard tool that is ideal if you have clients and

maybe care plans and you will need to provide reportz and analytics initially this tool

the special deal going on it right on Fort right now all in this video hi my name is

Adam from WPCrafter.com where make WordPress tutorial videos and I also do some AppSumo

reviews for non-techies I try to make this stuff makes sense if you're new here consider

clicking on the subscribe button to not miss review click on the bell and you to let you

know I have a new review okay the URL for this one is WPCrafter.com/reportz but it's

not with an S it's with the Z REPORTZ link will be in the video description box down

below this is not a tool for every body and you know I want to just get that out there

right up front but if you're the right things going on that this tool fits in what you do

I think that this is a really good deal for what it does alright so here it is it's when

you go to that link it's going to take you right over here and there's a special deal

going on it.AppSumo it's $49 for a lifetime account let's take a look at some of the limitations

are what you actually get for that $49 I think you're going to be surprised at how generous

this deal is this is actually kind of like the first deal that I've seen where it's very

clear that this was a need for AppSumo platform that's my opinion and it actually if you read

some of it you could tell that it was kind of made for AppSumo just get to that the points

so essentially what this is is right off the bat it's a fully white labeled web-based reporting

solution that integrates with a variety of services and you can have these dashboards

that you set up its ideal if you provide any kind of care plans or you're involved in any

kind of digital marketing for multiple businesses of your own or for businesses and you want

to have a dashboard that integrates with the services and shows you your KPIs key performance

indicators and if you look at that and look at competing tools it's a deal this is a deal

if it fits your needs and has your integrations it's a deal but there are some caveats on

take a look at in this video okay so you can stack this so each 50 $49 is going to give

you 20 dashboard so think of dashboards as unique companies so so if you have say 20

clients all you would need is this one deal but if you wanted enough for 40 clients or

60 clients you can stack the dealer by multiple ones and so essentially you're gonna be able

to have fully white labeled even the domain is white label a bowl so you can have it be

reportz.yourdomain.com your to be able to do that in so when you give each client their

dashboard link it's going to be fully white label this going to make you look pretty tricked

out and so you could tell just by that fact that this was kind of made for AppSumo people

because they knew probably when they made this they had to include that right off the

bat is that something that a lot of these AppSumo folks want his full-blown white labeled

every aspect of it and with this you do get every aspect of it okay so some of the deal

points as you get those up 20 dashboards just think one for clients each dashboard can have

unlimited widgets of these dashboards it's a series of widgets and you can this is the

set up the data that is in the widget the name of the widget what services it integrates

with how much space on the page that which it takes up and you can have as many of those

as you want the also have some predefined ones to make it easier to get going faster

you buy up to five of these white label real-time updates and tracking meaning it's pulling

information in real time from these various platforms and services and all future integrations

included okay the best advice I have for anyone on this that's considering this is the take

a look at the integrations it has and just know that if it doesn't have the integration

you want you might have to wait a while for that to come they're not promising they're

going to do 50 integrations tomorrow but what they are saying is there going to continue

adding integrations that I think this is going to be a really good tool eventually right

now I've noticed from the integrations that it has I kind of think it's more geared towards

just by the integrations that doesn't mean it's gonna be like that in the future but

more geared towards digital marketing paid advertising and traffic generation as opposed

to e-commerce so I think if they would shift the that integration a little bit towards

e-commerce it would open up more of what I think a lot of us need so just imagine having

one dashboard with your Ecom and your traffic I think it's going to be really it if you

have care plans for clients it's going to really justify what you're charging them okay

in this like a value add so you might be sitting there thinking probably don't need this but

if you are selling a care plan at a certain point you need to offer a little bit more

than updates and and maintenance in backups and that's where tool like this can really

bridge that gap you're providing this as a part of your service in its that extra value

add that they can look at to see the results of what it is that you're doing or how things

are going alright so here's what the dashboards and look like a Mexican to show you the tool

here in a moment and see do they have a list of their integrations right here skin look

decent on a mobile device okay here is their website and if I scroll down here there's

going to be seminary go here's our integrations okay so here's what they have here is what

they say is coming soon you can tell it doesn't say like WooCommerce or Shoppify or something

like that it just kinda shows that maybe their initial focus is on leads in traffic but not

e-commerce let's see if that changes okay so but you're getting some stuff that you

really want I mean the beauty of something like this is you can have data points from

all of these tools merged together in one dashboard so for example every website should

have a Google analytics on it and Google search console which is Google Webmaster tools there's

five different names for the same thing she definitely want to have those on every single

website now some of these other tools are interesting but one that is really good as

well is SerpStat which is a current AppSumo deal as well but I think it's can a sellout

really really soon the SerpStat net saving $39 and that's can give you some keyword tracking

that is really cool stuff in position tracking so you can track your websites position on

certain keywords and so that's when I said this is kind of made for AppSumo up but you

have a lot of other stuff in your Google ad words for your paper click campaigns and for

Facebook advertising we have these Facebook integrations a Google my business thesis that's

that local business listing service that Google has these be called Google places so this

is what they got now they also house elsewhere in this what they have coming very soon so

but it's just really nice to have all the state in one location I just wish it was more

e-commerce focused as well okay so there something so ministering to somethings I'm not sure

you have my website loaded in here and sorry on I can assure you my information so here

we have it so this is where you can list out your dashboards and issue them for client

you can give clients password-protected dashboards and it's also neat they can even when you

give the link to the dashboard to your client the client can actually click on PDF and it

will generate a PDF it's not formatted the best but it's nice that it is there are rights

you can go ahead right here and generate dashboards for your clients and one of the nice tools

if you have probably are and have like one dashboard and you want to use that same dashboard

for various clients you can just go here set that one up and then click on clone I think

that's a huge timesaver all right so let me show you some of the account settings and

I'm gonna show you the dashboards here in a moment so right here is the different integrations

that they already have is pretty simple I think there's some user-interface things that

this needs to improve upon when you're setting it up but you know you'll get used to it right

away and so okay so here's the integrations here some of the settings you can pop your

logo in there and stuff like that here you can create an in do this but you can create

users I'm assuming you could assign users to the dashboards I didn't actually test that

and so that is some of the settings are really simple okay so now when a click to one of

the reportz but a lot of it is going to be a blurt out okay here is my report right here

and I have it blurred out I could scroll down and this is one of the deed to templated dashboards

I didn't go through I went up and set up a few individual widgets they call them and

you can choose your data points in the sources of the data so if you wanted to have reportz

just on some SerpStat data are just on some Google search console like say he wanted to

see you wouldn't want to show your clients this but to see some of the errors in the

Google search Council you should keep your eye on that but you don't want your client

to see that kind of stuff for for errors and things like that that get reported but you

can do all that you can create these which is for all these various things so your clients

can be able to put in date ranges now right here you see there is on the right and the

left there's these little menus but when you actually give the link to the clients they're

knocking to see any of that stuff they're just gonna see a link in the top right to

generate a PDF and all that never to be able to choose their date range and that is it

so if I was to critique what I'm looking at right now I think it's nice now I think I'm

a very picky design from design a design standpoint a very picky person Artie know that about

me so for me I look at this and I say all this looks okay but I know if I was the send

this to client a black man this is amazing I mean this is the best thing I've ever seen

I'm so glad you're you're providing this for me but for me I look at it and I think that

the user interface over time hopefully improves a little bit but I think you can get close

to this for this price at all and I think that overall there is a greater benefit to

providing something like this to your clients so that your justifying the cost of what you're

charging them on a per month basis so II I'm a believer I think this is actually a really

good tool and I think that it's one of those ones though that I'm giving you a couple caveats

in your number one look at the integrations number two on this deal I would monitor that

60 day AppSumo refund.

So if it's not what you think it is by the time the 60 days that you can request a refund

AppSumo's fantastic about it I think there is so much value in it as it is I would just

personally like it if there was more of an e-commerce focus and they had some kind of

plan of getting that WooCommerce data or getting access to data that is in what the various

e-commerce platforms like maybe click funnels or any of those hosted shopping carts to kind

of get reportz off of that date I think it'll be a lot more valuable especially the e-commerce

but you for traffic I think it's fantastic and SCO and paid advertisements I think this

is a pretty awesome just keep in mind it's young it has a ways to go for sure so this

is probably the fastest review of an AppSumo deal you can go there I have it's a referral

link so if you if you visit WPCrafter.com/REPORTZ that's a referral link if you did purchase

it a small portion of that goes to the channel here to support what I'm doing and certainly

makes my day when people take that extra step to do that for me also have a link in the

video description down below hey what you think about reportz do you think that there

is a volume and there's probably some value in areas that I probably haven't even thought

of yet go ahead and put that in the video description but not the video description

box the comment section down below hey thank you for watching this video and I will see

you in the next one

HoodCelebrityy "Walking Trophy" Official Lyrics & Meaning | Verified - Duration: 6:00.

The inspiration for the song and actually what made me write "Walking Trophy," I was

in the house just working out and I was like, "I'm really a walking trophy!"

I started feeling myself.

But I was like, "It's not just about me.

It's other females out there that's walking trophies too!

And we in a time where everything is so negative, that I just wanted to bring something positive

to the table.

When I write, I hear a melody in my head.

I went straight to writing at home and then I called my producer like

"We need to get this record done now!"

So I call him with the hook.

He's like, "Alright, lemme hear what you got."

So I was like, "Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah."

Automatically he was like, "Let's go!"

We started making the beat on the FaceTime, and then we went to the studio and finished

it up.

My version of a walking trophy is a woman with confidence.

A woman that knows she's beautiful without men having to tell her.

You should be able to look in the mirror and be like, "I look pretty today," without

having to go outside and get a compliment.

To me, that's a walking trophy.

Walking trophy is a strong, powerful woman.

Beauty is not just on the outside.

It's not just how you look.

It's not what you got on.

Beauty is on the inside too.

I've seen people on Instagram, whether it's celebrities, whether it's just regular people

Instagram famous people.

And on Instagram I fell in love with their personality, but when I met them in person

they was totally different.

Like you're not beautiful in real life.

Your personality sucks.

That was the whole trick to it.

It wasn't just pretty.

It wasn't just the physical.

It was the mental.

Y'all call it Christmas lights, but in Jamaica we say "peppa light," which is the lights

on the Christmas tree.

You can come in here all Gucci'd out.

All Louis'd out, and you just don't got that.

You just don't got that swag.

Another dude or another female could come in here with a whole H&M outfit, a whole Zara

outfit for $30, $20, and the swag, the confidence is there.

I got three pairs of jeans from Fashion Nova and let me tell you something, as crazy as

it sounds I did not take them off.

Fashion Nova just does something to the curve, to the booty.

Pretty girls not arguing with broke girls.

See people say money don't change nothing right?

But it could fix things.

When you're broke you find so much time, you got so much time on your hand.

When you got it, you don't need to deal with none of that.

I'm not arguing with a broke person, 'cause you got a lot of problems.

Every day I'm a woman crush.

I get that every day.

I get tags.

Tags through my week.

Tags pon Monday, tags pon Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, seven days of the week.

Not just pon Wednesday.

I have a natural body, but also I still love and respect a woman that gets her body done.

If there's something that you don't like, and you can fix it, and you have the money

why not?

If there is something on my body that I don't like, and I could fix it, and I have the money

why not?

You need some strength.

Some of them have no strength.

Their body pop down.

They don't wanna go to the gym.

They don't wanna do nothing.

It's like, a broken piece.

Sometimes you look better without the makeup.

I've had people that tell me, "Hood, I think you're prettier without makeup."

When you start overdoing, anything you overdo, it just becomes ugly.

So I be having to remind my makeup artist sometimes like, "Please, my face is a walking"

"trophy, my face can't over beat and cake up."

Please ladies, you can't get makeup from the regular beauty supply store.

You might get some little cute lip gloss, little cute stuff, but if you want it to look

right? Marc Jacob, all them big name brands.

It can't be $3, $4, $2 makeup. No.

I switched it in the ending of the song, to say now, "Mi a walking trophy."

I'm a walking trophy, and so is my friends.

Met Gala 2018: Migos, Rihanna, SZA, Cardi B & More Impress On Red Carpet - Duration: 2:58.

Met Gala 2018: Migos, Rihanna, SZA, Cardi B & More Impress On Red Carpet

If you havent caught on social media by now, the annual & prestigious Met Gala event was held Monday night at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

Donned as the Oscars of the fashion industry, Met Gala is one of fashions biggest nights, with world's hottest celebrities & artists all coming together to show out and stunt in some over-the-top designer outfits.

Presented by Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, the 2018 gala is co-hosted by Rihanna, Amal Clooney (wife of George Clooney) and iconic designer Donatella Versace.

The theme for this year's event is "Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination," which saw many A-list celebrities dressing in some religious-themed outfits.

As you would expect, hip-hop came out strong and represented themselves well Monday night.

The likes of Rihanna, Migos, Childish Gambino, SZA, Cardi B, Nicki Minaj, ASAP Ferg and more all came out looking extra dapper.

We went ahead and rounded up some of the best photos from the red carpet in the gallery.

Check them out and let us know who looked the best in the comments.

In addition to the fashion, Nicki Minaj used the red carpet to spill the news on her newly-announced album Queen, saying it will be dropping June 15th.

The collaboration between Casoro Jewelry Safes and b.spoke (Bespoke and Custom Suits Orange County) - Duration: 0:51.

And actually, this last six months we had one of my good friend's Nancy Bryan come in

and put in this beautiful safe.

She does custom safes and you can pick finishes and all the different details, much like we

design custom suits, they design custom safes.

And we thought it would be a really great kind of a lifestyle piece for inside our front

showroom because many of our clients might need or have safes already and its been really

neat to see the level of conversation this has brought in, many people just walk right

over "oh my gosh this is beautiful, where did you get it?" and its really been a great

opportunity to introduce their product and their service to my clients.

Chic Wavy Hair Routine 프랑스 언니처럼 느낌있게, 내 헤어의 모든것 | 이쁜씨 - Duration: 10:12.

Effortless Chic, Wavy Hair Tutorial & Routine

Hello, Pretty! It's Subin

Today, I'll show you how I create my hair look,

most requested video of all time

It's my whole hair routine about care and styling

also I'll show you a sneak peek of my favorite hair salon in Seoul

If you have very thin and sparse hair like mine,

this will be very helpful I think

You need NO iron, brushes or whatsoever

All you need is your hand and a regular hair dryer

After a quick review of my favorite hair care products,

I'll go straight into the hair styling part!

(Sorry, no makeup yet)

After shampooing, I'd style my hair between my makeup

Let me share some of my latest favorite hair care

First, Monthly Cosmetics My Shampoo

It's a personalized shampoo

that you can subscribe to!

It's my 3rd bottle or so, I'm loving it a lot!

When it comes to shampoos,

my scalp is very sensitive and would always react to

shampoos loaded with chemicals and irritants

So, I prefer shampoos with more natural surfactants

and I used to purchase them at iherb

Anyway, this one is my current favorite shampoo

You can customize your own shampoo to deal with

the hair/scalp concerns you have!

Considering its ingredients and quality, it's very affordable

It's also right from my bathroom,

Aveeno Pure Renewal Conditioner

Please check out my bath routine for more details

I'm still really loving it

Aveeno Pure Renewal range is sulfate-free

You only need a very small amount to give your hair

enough moisture and slip

It's available at iherb.com

Occasionally, I'd use a purifying scalp cleanser

Aveda Pramasana Purifying Scalp Cleanser

It has a pointed cap that you can just take it

along the scalp and massage, rinse off

It has a cooling effect with essential oils in it,

which I like a lot for sultry hot summer days

that my scalp need some fresh sensation!

I can get my hair done after/before my makeup,

but to save some time, I'd usually style my hair

between my makeup application

It really depends on though

Anyway, let me just show you guys how I'd do it

every day on a regular basis...

Like you can see, my hair is permed

No matter how much you've paid for your hair cut/perm

it means nothing if you don't style yourself!

I'll show you a very quick and easy hair look

involving no irons, brushes or whatsoever

The one I've been talking all the time,

Tigi Bed Head Small Talk

It's a curl cream

If your hair is permed like mine/naturally curly,

you would need it in your life!

It gives you a lot of volume, curls and textures!

Take a small amount and use it on wet hair

I'd like to rub the formula between my palms for even application

I'd like to put most amount of it to the hair ends

I'd always use it on my wet hair

to give more volume, curls and textures

This will last through out the day,

so I'd like to use it when I go out

When I don't go out, I'd use something with less hold

but more nourishing and repairing

like this one from Aveda

called Damage Remedy Split End Repair

Anyway, it's Small Talk that I'm using right now

You can create textures just using your fingers

I'd hold my hair with my hand, roll it between my fingers...

It doesn't have to be perfect or precise at all...

More rolling in the front

Finally, the makeup is done!

Now, we'll blow dry with a hair dryer

focusing on the roots of the hair

Of course, like I said,

you can do this right after you apply the curl cream

But I just wanted to show you how I'd usually do it

when I need to save some time (basically every day)

It's just a regular hair dryer

You should always dry your roots completely

It's another way I'd add my hair extra volume

Grab your hair near the roots and blow dry

So, that's how I use my curl creams

You can stop here, it's totally fine

That was so quick and easy

For my bangs, I know they've grown long

I'd use a hair roller and then blow dry lightly

That's it!

You can stop here, but I'd like to show you how I create

extra volume and beachy textures today

I'd grab a spray product for this step

Tigi Bed Head Bee Hive Dry Shampoo

Or Aveda Texture Tonic, my old favorite

You can use the texture tonic both on the roots/ends

Let's try the Bed Head Bee Hive Dry Shampoo first

Obviously, you can use dry shampoos

to control excess oil on your hair,

but it's also a great way to lift your hair roots

for a beachy, wavy hair look

I'm showing you how I use different types of products,

but most of the time, I'd just put Small Talk to the ends

and dry my hair and I'm good to go

Anyway, I'd like to add texture tonic, too

You can use it on both dry/wet hair

It's my favorite hair styling product, too

I'd recommend it for short hair as well,

as it is very lightweight like air, yet holds the curls all day

As richer, creamy products can be too heavy for short hair styles

For my final touch, I'd tame some excess frizz

by holding my whole hair together in my hand

That's it

How do you like it?

I get a lot of questions about hair salons as well

I'd always put a post on my instagram

every time I get my hair cut/permed...

Anyway, you guys are still asking!

My favorite salon is in Cheong Dam, Seoul

and it's called With Beauty Salon

and I'd always, definitely get my hair done by Hyun Sook

She is the best hair artist in the whole world!

She knows what I want for my hair,

and she always gives me the best hair look

like you'd see in magazines and editorials

I've been there, done that when it comes to hair salons

and none of them has ever satisfied me 100%

and Hyun Sook is always beyond my imagination

like 20 times more than my expectation!

You'd know how talented she is just with a hair cut

It's so delicate and dimensional

like I'm born with these fine little hairs framing my face

I've always had very sparse hair with bigger forehead,

and when she designs, she take my concerns into account

It's so important to style your hair yourself

No matter how expensive your haircut/perm was,

it's no use if you don't do anything to it!

So, that was how I style my hair

Slightly frizzy, messy hair is my thing

How about yours? What's your favorite style or product?

Let me know in the comment!

Subscribe and find me on the Instagram, too

See you!

Toyota Plans to Spend $1.1B on Two Ontario RAV4 Plants - Duration: 2:30.

Toyota and the Canadian government plan to ramp up production of the RAV4 with a $1.1

billion joint investment in two Ontario plants, reports Automotive News.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne announced that

both the federal and provincial governments will each chip in up to $85.6 million toward

investments in Toyota's plants in Woodstock and Cambridge, Ontario.

The upgrades also include new automation technology in the paint and plastics departments.

This investment will retain 8,000 existing jobs and create an additional 450 jobs and

1,000 co-op placements.

"It's such good news, I'll repeat it in French," Trudeau said after announcing the

federal contribution in English.

Toyota has built the RAV4 in the Woodstock factory since 2008.

This investment will vastly expand production of the 2019 RAV4 to both plants and include

hybrid versions, which until now have all been built in Japan.

The Cambridge factory previously built the Corolla, which is moving to a new Toyota-Mazda

plant currently under construction in Alabama.

The RAV4 is the best selling car in Canada, with more than 50,000 sold last year.

It's also the best selling non-pickup in the U.S., with 400,000 sold last year.

It makes sense for Toyota to seriously ramp up North American production to meet this

high demand.

This also helps stabilize Canada's auto industry, which has been shifting to Mexico where it

is less expensive to build cars.

Not only does the investment help manufacturers and their own factories, it will also solidify

a supply chain of 60-plus Canadian companies

to Toyota.

We got carried away by a wave of shame

Our eyes are now opened

Our eyes are now opened

Let us keep our feet on the ground. Let us change our habits

Our habits to take things so lightly.

Time has come for us to compose ourselves

We have used all pleasures

It is time for us to pass to another significant level

Oh my brothers and sisters.

Oh my brothers and sisters.

We got carried away by a wave of shame

Our eyes are now opened

Let us keep our feet on the ground. Let us keep our feet on the ground.

Our habits to take things so lightly.

Our habits to take things so lightly.

This war path that is looming

Will lead us to our doom

Will lead us to our doom

Will lead us to our doom

These tears of blood that are haunting us

Of course we have to act,to act cautiously

My brothers, my brothers and sisters

Oh my brothers, my brothers and sisters

Oh my brothers, my brothers and sisters

Today our voices must be heard

Yesterday we were silenced

This hour of hatred won't last forever

Because our actions are real indeed

The coming days we will not think individually

The coming days we will think universally

Today much tomorrow, My brothers and sisters

Today

we have agreed with each other. Let's us set the trend

Today much tomorrow

My brothers and sisters

Today we have agreed with each other

Let's us set the trend

Today much tomorrow

We must set the trend

With a steadfast will power

We must set

My brothers and sisters, we must set

We must set the trend

With a steadfast will power

We must be dedicated

Set, set the trend

To amend is part of our duties

That is why, this our struggle

We must stop the back stabbing

And this is why our leaders have to answer tit for tat

Tit for tat

They have to answer tit for tat

Tit for tat, They have to answer tit for tat

We got carried away by a wave of shame

Our eyes are now opened

Let us keep our feet on the ground.

Oh.

[ Alarm rings ]

Aah! Don't start the test without me!

This isn't high school. [ Gasps ]

Oh.

And I'm not in my underwear.

This isn't high school. [ Gasps ]

Good.

That teenage nightmare reminds me of another one --

not getting enough sleep.

[ Alarm rings ]

For teens, hitting the snooze

is a matter of biological necessity.

Puberty can cause a delay

is a matter of biological necessity.

in our bodies' circadian rhythms,

which drives us to burn the midnight oil.

in our bodies' circadian rhythms,

So teens aren't just staying up late to Snapchat and hashtag.

It's because

they are hard-wired to.

So teens aren't just staying up late to Snapchat and hashtag.

And this puts them at a major disadvantage

when they have to wake up early for school.

The average school starts at 8:00 a.m.,

and nearly 10%

of U.S. high schools begin

at or before 7:30.

That is way too early!

Doctors recommend adolescents get

between 8 1/2 and 9 1/2 hours a night,

which is pretty hard to do when your body needs you

between 8 1/2 and 9 1/2 hours a night,

to stay up late playing "Fortnite"

and your teacher needs you

to stop snoozing in your 7:00 a.m. Spanish class.

Besides not doing well

sleep deprivation can make you

This is why the American Medical Association

'cause, look,

being a teen is hard enough.

[ Inhales sharply ]

And later start times would help teens feel better

just by letting them catch

Jack Posobiec ‒ Fusion GPS Spreading Disinfo About Trump - Duration: 13:54.

From so

follow the news a little bit lately, and I meant to do some tweeting on this but

Real real busy today a lot going on. We're going on a special doing a serious special

For oin, that'll be out hopefully next weekend

So be about 30 minutes special just kind of covering on some stuff. That's going on in Syria not really stuff

that's been covered before we're going to take a humanitarian look at it should be pretty cool, but I

was I've been reading this crazy story that Ben Rhodes and

What's the guy's name Carl cats are putting out?

Saying that they were their wives were spied on by an

Israeli intelligence firm and it's all tied to Trump, and he's trying to discredit them in the run-up to the

The

Iran deal renegotiation and by the way spoiler alert Trump is gonna pull out of it tomorrow and so

What's crazy is all?

Of a sudden, you know right as Trump is

About to pull out of the Iran deal right it comes out that

everything

everything

That was told to us about the Iran deal by Ben Rhodes and the people who work for Obama was a lie

That everything they were lying to us that Iran lied to us Bibi Netanyahu told us that

So we found out that these guys are a bunch of liars

Ben Rhodes by the way used to brag about lying to the media he would brag about lying to the media because he would hold

Conference calls with them right after he got done NSC meetings. He would go into another room. He had all a conference calling over

Skype with members of the media, and he would tell them everything that was said in that so

They would go

They would go and get that access

And he would lie he would brag to them about how he would lie and they would just lap it up so

Now all of a sudden there's this crazy story, there's this crazy story that Ben Rhodes and

cats are

Getting spied on that their wives are getting spied on in order to

I don't even to discredit them, and I said well no and it's crazy because if you actually look into the story

So I've dug into this story right and and it's that the one wife went out with someone

They said it was going to be about a movie they told her they're gonna make a movie about the Obama administration

they wanted to be a consultant and

As they dug down into it they started asking?

This is the story by the way. This is the story

They said oh

And they were asked all these questions did he make money off the Iran deal this and that

But as he went down you found they didn't actually have any real sources for this story. It just kind of

Came up at some British newspaper again the UK remember the dossier came from the UK the dossier was mi6

Don't forget that oh

And all the ties the UK GCHQ

We've talked about this you guys have been following me you know so I'm watching it, and I'm reading this story

And I said, there's no sources based on this this to me smells. It doesn't pass the smell test

Smells dirty, and it smells like yet another fusion GPS

disinformation op to disinfo of a PSYOP

By the few east fusion GPS guys with no facts no evidence

nothing to back it up and now caught and now Carl Katz and

Ben Rhodes remember how quiet Ben Rhodes was all last week I kept saying it

Ben Rhodes is getting slaughtered out there in the media Ben Rhodes is getting it. It just kidding

I mean Bibi Netanyahu put him on the ropes

Slammed him down in the middle of the mat one two three off the top of the steel cage

Tombstone Piledriver

That's what Bibi Netanyahu did to Ben Rhodes and the entire legacy of the Iran deal yesterday

But specifically Ben Rhodes and Ben Rhodes is usually running his mouth on Twitter

He's usually running his mouth big time on Twitter

He's always got something to say his little snarky little comments Ben Rhodes in little Ben Rhodes, but see you

He was so quiet last week while we were actually discussing the legacy of Ben Rhodes, so it's like

The one day that we're actually talking about you, and you shut up. What's going on here? What's up? What's the deal with that?

so

All of a sudden the very next thing they come out with is this conspiracy

theory

That their wives were spied on

By Mossad agents that were were secretly working for Trump

It's ridiculous, it's actually ridiculous that these people

Were ever once it's it's sad

It's actually sad when you realize that these were the people in charge of our national security for eight years under

Barack Obama think of it think of it these people were in charge of our national security

And you wonder why the world is so messed up right now you wonder why the world is so messed up when you realize that

bug-eyed Ben Rhodes

was in charge of this stuff

Gave her on everything he wanted John Kerry

The pallets of cash now it starts to make sense these people are idiots

And they think that they can plant these little disinformation stories with their cute little fusion GPS

You know sources

And we found out how it works by the way we found out how it works they put together these fake dossiers

And then they go and pay journalists, that's what they were doing during the election they're going around and paying journalists

To run their stories they were paying journalists to attend their

Intelligence briefings is what they were calling them, and it's all disinformation, right?

So this story pops up just all of a sudden just pops up out of nowhere right just as just as

We find out that they were lying to us about the Iran deal and as Trump is going to

drop the Iran deal altogether

So please explain to me how that makes any sense?

They just suddenly remember. Oh yeah, by the way my wife was being spied on and again again

They are the ones

Alleging a conspiracy

here Ben Rhodes Karl cats are

Conspiracy theorists who are alleging that?

Mossad was secretly running an operation for Trump against them to just end and here the key here's the kicker right?

Here's how you know that they're lying because they said

They said the point of the operation was to discredit them, and I say guys ben rhoades

You have no credibility whatsoever

There is no credibility if you're Ben Rhodes you have no credibility you have no standing

Everybody knows the Iran deal was a scam you guys got off with the con job

You're the ones that sent the pallets of cash over that ended up with our sailors on

their knees in the middle of the Persian Gulf

You guys are the ones that are the complete failures nobody needs to discredit you you've discredited

Yourselves Ben Rhodes you've discredited yourselves Carl Katz and anybody else

Who is part of that administration or?

Anyone else who was part of what was going on and that's the beauty of it the beauty of it is

They're running around screaming Trump is spying on us Trump is spying on us when we know that it was the Obama

administration that was actually spying on Trump and in some cases continued to do so or at least his campaign officials or

Associates during his own administration

So please I'm sorry Penn and sorry Carl. I'm sorry Barack Obama, but it's just not gonna fly anymore

It's just not going to fly anymore because we know the truth we know your tricks

We're not falling for it anymore

and he look the story has no traction anywhere all of the news cycles that have started today and

There haven't been much but different news cycles have popped off

Melania Trump had an amazing news cycle today, so

Incredible rollout of her the best campaign she designed it herself spent a lot of time working on it

It's amazing she did an incredible job of her speech today. She looked beautiful. She sounded incredible and these reporters

attacking her

accent these

Reporters attacking her accent the same people that hired Michelle wolf to come speak at their little dinner

well

Just shows you who they are it just shows you exactly who they are

Shows you exactly who they are

Well what other Oliver North great news cycle the

Amazing the amazing Oliver North the amazing Oliver North going to be president of the NRA there are some massive news

America is coming back folks. We are winning on every front and these guys want to run their little disinformation ops on us

And it's just not gonna fly. It's not gonna fly anymore

These guys are idiots

Nobody's falling for it. We're not buying it anymore. We're not buying what you're selling Ben Rhodes

Sorry, so you notice that even even on the left

Yeah, they got a bunch of retweets from like the crash and seen brothers, and I by the way the Christine brothers

You know those guys are complete scam artists right the crash since teen brothers

This is this was the greatest thing. I saw I forget there was a Twitter account that did a threat on it

They actually went through

forensic ly on old

Crassus team brother's posts and it turns out that those guys used to run a Justin Bieber fan site

They used it so those are grifters right so they're talking about restarting a left-wing super PAC

To take money from the quote-unquote resistance before that they were grifters that ran fake

a fake Justin Bieber fan club and

They were trying to get people money. They were trying to get money from the Justin Bieber fan

So that's all they do right and we know that they had issues before they got raided by by the feds, so

What's up, salt? So these guys complete grifters, and it's just hilarious to see the left

Retweeting them still to this day we Susan Rice retweeted I

Think Edie crashes team just ridiculous completely ridiculous

Susan Rice who belongs but belongs behind bars by the way

So you see all these different operations you see all this stuff going on by the way quick question

The resistance I have a question for you guys what?

Exactly is it at this point that you are resisting

Hashtag the resistance are you resisting all the new jobs?

Are you resisting the peace in Korea the defeat of Isis?

three point nine percent unemployment

What exactly is it in this country

That's going on that you I disagree with please let me know because I'm trying to figure it out. I can't look I

Can figure some stuff out, but hey, I'm just a regular guy trying to figure out trying to make my way in the universe

I'm trying to figure out how this stuff works, so

Love to know guys. What is it that you're resisting because?

Everyone else seems to be having a good time everyone else needs to be succeeding beyond their wildest dreams

Here in the United States of America the greatest country on God's green earth

So yeah trying to figure out what you're resisting to

Trying to figure out. What is the point of hashtag boom no resistance?

Trying to figure it out the more resistance by John Kerry more resistance

eat ketchup everyone John Kerry eat ketchup

Huh

Ridiculous right completely ridiculous, we all know it's ridiculous. We all know we all know the truth anyway

bouncing out here

Might have time for a little am a while. I'm on the train or something reading a book about Kazakhstan right now. That's very cool

Kazakhstan is interesting. It's people don't realize that Kazakh said it's at the

The Nexus of many different cultures so Kazakhstan is an interesting country. I'll tell you why because

The people there are essentially Asian, right if they're a mix of Turkish and Chinese

Peoples

But they speak the language is very close to Russian okay, and they use the Cyrillic alphabet and religiously they're Muslim

most of them very very interesting

very very

Interesting culture the the Silk Road, you know that was a big part of what?

Of what I you know started Kazakhstan what started there their culture. What's up guys

Melting pot total melting pot anyway gotta bounce love you all Oh manga meet up to before I forget manga meet up tomorrow

How I Almost Wasted 220 Euros - Duration: 3:30.

I am really dumb!

Today, we're going to do something a little different.

Just for this one time, I'm not going to talk about Harry Potter or Pokemon

or any other fictional universe that I love so much.

Just because something happened last week and even though it's entirely my own fault

and everything turned out fine in the end I still feel like I have to talk about it.

Hello everyone, I'm TheOneWithTheGlasses and today I'm going to talk about how I almost

lost 220 euros.

On wednesday I lost my cellphone.

I'm not entirely sure how it happened, I'm not entirely sure where it happened,

I just know that I came home from school and my phone wasn't in my pockets anymore.

Of course I didn't like that, but the phone had been a few years old already,

couldn't really run most apps that I wanted; only had 8GB storage

and I had already started looking for a new phone anyway.

So overall, losing my phone wasn't too big an issue.

That evening, I ordered a new phone online.

A Xiaomi Mi A1 It had 64GB storage, which was a huge upgrade

from the 8GB that I used to have.

It also had some really good functions, but I don't want to bore you with the specs,

so just take it from me, it looked like a really good phone.

And it was only, wait for it, 220 euros!

On thursday, it arrived and everything looked really good

but I realised that I had stupidly forgotten to get a new SIM-card.

So friday, I went to get a new SIM-card.

I came home and I guess I just wanted to get it over with so I could actually use my new

phone.

So I took out the tray, put in the new SIM-card

Yeah, apparently you're not supposed to do that.

What you are supposed to do is put the SIM-card in the tray

and then put the tray back in the phone.

Somehow that was really obvious to everyone but me.

So my SIM-card was stuck in the phone and I couldn't take it out.

I tried though with paperclips

tweezers

a knife

I slowly realised that I wasn't going to be able to take out the SIM-card myself

all I was doing was just damaging my new phone.

Yeah, maybe the knife was not a good idea.

So I took it to a smartphone fixing center.

If I have to be honest, I had almost given up hope.

I didn't really have a lot of trust that they would be able to fix my phone

especially because the man himself had told me there was a good chance it wouldn't work.

So I was already facing the thought that I had ruined my phone and I just wasted

220 euros.

Which, at least to me, that's a lot of money.

It's not something you just throw away.

But at the smartphone fixing center, they were able to get out my SIM-card and everything

works now.

I've got it right here and it can read my SIM so in the end everything

turned out fine.

But after an adventure like that, I can't help but wonder

Why?

Why is it so obvious to everyone that you shouldn't just put your SIM-card in your phone

while that's still what you do with SD-cards.

I mean, that is still what you do with SD-cards, right?

That's also literally what everyone asked me after I told them what happened.

Oh my god, why did you just put the SIM-card in there?

I don't know, I assumed that's what I was supposed to do.

The worst part is that I'm supposed to be a Ravenclaw, which means I should be, like,

smart.

So, I guess I'm probably like the dumbest Ravenclaw ever.

Hey, look at that, now I did talk about Harry Potter.

Léa Freire e Cartas Brasileiras na OSU - Episódio 5, Documentário - Duration: 7:14.

My name is Léa Freire,

I'm a flutist and composer,

arranger, I also play the piano,

and I have a label specialized in Brazilian music

called Maritaca (Pionus parrot),

which has more than 50 albums

of Brazilian instrumental music,

but with singers, poetry and foreigners also.

Amilton Godoy is a very important

reference in my life

because his music school (CLAM)

open its doors just a few blocks

from where I lived

when I was 16 years-old.

And I really wanted to play Bossa Nova…

So I became a student of Luis Chaves,

then Zimbo Trio's bass player.

It was in his class that I've finally started

to understand those amazing harmonies…

and I would spend the whole day

transcribing tunes by ear.

And watching Zimbo Trio rehearsing

in the front room of the Araguari St's house

I said to myself – I wanna do that…

THAT'S what I wanna do.

I've recently recorded an album

with Léa Freire's compositions,

which included her own arrangements

written originally for solo piano.

It was astonishing.

She writes remarkably well,

any piano player would be delighted

to get their hands on those parts

– which are available, by the way,

to everyone willing to play her music.

We are having the opportunity

to be a part of this beautiful project,

a project that merges symphonic music,

a great orchestra,

by the competent hands

of an arranger and conductor

that may stride through both

(popular/classical) realms,

aligned to our own experience in

classical and popular music.

I believe we'll accomplish great results.

And Léa, she's astounding,

because of her talent and also

her willingness to cultivate such

interesting projects.

But I would like to emphasize (call attention to)

the outstanding participation of this orchestra

and the genuine interest taken by the musicians,

the conductor's ability

to congregate all of us

towards a higher purpose:

to make true quality music

with our hearts and our souls

with everyone of us giving it

our very best.

So I believe you'll be

overjoyed with the results

– I, for one, am very happy to be here

in this project alongside

everybody I just mentioned.

Best of luck to all of us,

and may the music speak for us all.

To be continued...
