5G is an International Health Crisis in the Making

Recently, I came across one of the most comprehensive articles about 5G and the problems it will

create for humankind (and all of creation) if and/or when 5G is rolled out across nations

around the globe, which I thought my readers ought to know about.

I contacted the author, Canadian Mr. Jerry Flynn, a retired captain, and asked his permission

to use it verbatim in an article I would submit.

Mr. Flynn graciously gave his full permission.

So, not wanting to waste readers time, I submit

5G Wireless Technology Should be Banned!

Wireless Radiation Violates Human Rights and the Nuremburg [sic] Code of Ethics!

Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISEDC) needs to realize that the general

public are becoming aware of the long history of corruption in the USA, which, shamefully,

spilled over into Canada and other Western countries in/ or around the 1970s.

Evidence of this can be seen in the following: In 1961, US President Eisenhower warned Americans

to be on guard against the emergence of a corrupt US military-industrial complex (M-I-C),

but too few people heeded him.

[1]

In 1968, US President Johnson, in his State of the Union Address, promised to protect

the American people from the EMF (electro-magnetic field) radiation emitted by TV sets and other

electronic equipment etc.!

He subsequently signed into law the Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act.

[2]

In 1971, US President Nixons own radiation Management Advisory Panel warned him that

the levels of ELF (extremely low frequency)/ RF (radio frequency) EMF radiation then present

in the USA may already be biologically significant, that the nations entire population might

be at risk, especially if future generations are considered!

[3]

In 1995, US President Clinton released a Memorandum stating: Transmitter masts should not be

sited on schools or near residential areas!

[4]

In 2004, US Senator, John McCain (who just underwent surgery to remove a brain tumor)

stated that:

We have compelling evidence that there is an incestuous relationship between the

defense industry and defense officials that is not good for America. [5]

In 2010, US President Obamas own Cancer Advisory Panel identified the risk to children

and adolescents from wireless radiation as the most pressing problem!

[6]

Today, in 2017, ISEDC needs to be aware of the declassified 1976 US Defense Intelligence

Agency document [7], which exposes what prompted and continues to cause todays unparalleled

corruption:

1) The US militarys determination to remain the most powerful (i.e., technologically advanced)

in the world; and,

2) technology-based industries, such as electric power generation and wireless and telecommunications

are encouraged to explore and fully exploit new, commercial applications of wireless technology.

By doing so, those same industries, on which the US Defense Industry depends, ensure that

the US military remains the most powerful on earth!

Tragically for all Canadians, Health Canada and what was then Industry Canada saw fit

in the 1970s to align themselves with the USA and, in so doing, sacrificed forever the

health and safety of the people of Canada!

Today, the Government of Canada still appears to be more concerned with industrial growth

(and remaining in step with the USA) than it is about protecting the health and safety

of Canadas population!

[8]

Non-industry scientists the world over are worried that the new, much higher microwave

frequencies used in 5G technology (28 GHz, 37-40 GHz, 64-71 GHz) have never been

independently tested for safety, yet the Canadian telecom industry have already completed their

initial tests to prove the technology!

(US companies are already installing 5G in some US states!)

Fifth Generation (5G) technology, if implemented nationally, would further irradiate

the entire population of Canada without their knowledge, comprehension of what is

being done to them, or their consent!

This would be yet another, even more serious violation of the Nuremburg [sic] Code and

the most heinous crime imaginable!

[9]

While the current and all three previous generations of microwave technology also violate the Nuremburg

[sic] Code, informed people fear that 5G would prove to be mankinds Armageddon of

Industrys own selfish creation!

Governments of Canada are elected, in part, to protect the health, safety and well-being

of its people.

Yet, Health Canada (like the USA):

a) refuses to recognize/admit that there are harmful health and biological non-thermal

effects caused by RF EMF radiation;

b) refuses to admit that todays wireless RF products / devices / toys all emit pulsed

non-thermal radiation;

c) refuses to acknowledge/admit that ELF (60 Hz) magnetic fields are harmful to people

and other life forms;

d) refuses to recognize/admit that there is such a condition known as EHS (electro-hypersensitivity),

which affects at least 3% of the worlds entire population; and,

e) has never once seen fit to make it mandatory for Industry to first prove by qualified,

non-industry scientists, replicating real-life applications that the radiation emitted

by wireless products / devices / toys is safe!

Nor has Health Canada ever imposed the Precautionary Principle even though the WHO (World Health

Organization) itself stated in 2003 that there was sufficient evidence to justify its

application (for both ELF and RF EMFs)!

[10]

Nor did Health Canada ever attempt to halt in any way the provinces, who each saw fit

to mandate their electric utilities to roll-out smart meters even when the WHO subsequently

classified RF EMFs a Class 2B or Possible carcinogen, in 2011!

Governments total disregard for the health and safety of the public has resulted in:

1) a growing host of disease epidemics, such as autism, ADHD, cancers, Alzheimers Disease,

Parkinsons Disease, ALS, and other diseases of the brain, central nervous system and immune

system, which most people had not heard of before wireless technology appeared.

[11]

(These disease epidemics are now common in every jurisdiction on earth that has adopted

wireless technology!);

2) homes / dwellings are now far more susceptible to break-ins, intrusions, and the threat of

electrical fires thanks to provincially-mandated smart meters, which are unbelievably

intrusive, invasive, hackable, fire-prone, and very expensive; and,

3) Canadas National Security is now at greater risk than at any previous time in

our history, thanks to Governments irresponsible decision to incorporate smart meters

in Canadas national power grid!

No national government today can be unaware of the International EMF Scientists Appeal!

(Again, EMF stands for electromagnetic field radiation, which is emitted by all wireless

products / devices, but none more so than the insidious smart meter, particularly

when they are operational in what electric utilities call meshed grid networks!).

To date, the Appeal has been signed by at least 225 of the worlds leading EMF scientists

 from 41 countries!

Addressed to the Secretary General of the United Nations, to all UN-member countries

and to the Director General of the WHO, it urges all leaders to: Protect mankind and

wildlife from EMFs and wireless technology!

[12]

ISEDC also needs to heed that:

- On July 25, 2017, CBC TV released the results of a 38-year study (1973-2011) showing that

sperm production is down more than 50%!

Doctors are very concerned and point to some potential causes.

Inconceivably, not a single doctor mentioned ELF or RF EMF radiation as being possible

causes!

Such is the power of mainstream new media, which controls what people are allowed to

see on TV, hear on the radio, or read in newspapers!

- Although the publics health is not ISEDCs concern, you have a moral obligation to note

that, in 1958, the Soviet Union set their safety level for continuous exposure to RF

EMF radiation 1,000 times lower (0.01 mW/cm) than that which the USA (10 mW/cm) had

set in 1955 which was adopted by Canada and all Western countries!

(See Ref. for the History of Exposure Safety Standards.)

[13]

- Since 1969, the USA has known of the Biologic Effects and Damages to Health people suffer

when exposed to non-thermal EMF.

They knew then that non-thermal radiation causes cancer!

American doctors also observed gastric bleeding, leukemia, chromosome damage, etc. [14]

- In 1988, the US Air Force acknowledged that RF-Microwave radiation has a biological (i.e.,

non-thermal) effect on living organisms (which includes people)!

[15]

- Since 1998, there have been an enormous number of scientific studies demonstrating

damage to biological systems by microwaves below the ICNIRP (and Canadas Safety Code

6) limits!

[16] [17] [18] [19]

- In 1999, Health Canadas own Safety Code 6 (page 11) stated: Certain members of

the general public may be more susceptible to harm from RF and microwave exposure!

[20]

- EMF scientists around the world urge all governments to place a moratorium on 5G

technology!

[21]

In conclusion, the worlds only super power, the USA, is dependent on the American communications

and electronics industry to ensure that its military has the most advanced communications,

radar, weapons, and electronic warfare systems of any nation in the world.

Also, since 1955, the US military and its allies including Canada have publicly

recognized only the thermal effects of RF-MW radiation!

Yet Industry has exploited wireless technology as it is now doing with 5G technology

even though US military scientists, US non-industry scientists, Eastern-bloc scientists,

and other scientists around the world have known for decades that there are hazardous

non-thermal effects to microwave frequency radiation!

Prior to mobile technology, few people had heard of autism, ADHD, Alzheimers Disease,

Parkinsons Disease, brain tumors, leukemia and other cancers, etc., which today plague

most countries of the world!

Scientists also believe that the overall total or cumulative amount of electro-smog

(emitted by all wireless products / devices / toys) that now saturates planet earths

environment literally threatens life on earth, as we know it!

It is a tragedy that EMF radiation is both invisible and indiscernible, because it is

literally everywhere today, and no person and no living thing can escape it!

It is imperative for ISEDC to now heed that most of the EMF scientists in the world have

called on ALL governments to place a moratorium on 5G technology!

Were ISEDC to unleash on a still largely unsuspecting, defenseless public the, as yet unknown, hazards

of 5G technology on top of what the Canadian population is already enduring

 would be obscene beyond belief!

Those doing so would be guilty of committing the most heinously cruel crime possible knowingly

and deliberately irradiating an entire national population without the peoples knowledge,

understanding or consent!

Absolutely unimaginable!

Yet our national leaders continue to boast to the world that Canada is one of the worlds

model democracies!

As for Canadas National Security, nothing is more exposed, more vulnerable or more indefensible

than a wireless radio system!

Deportation And U.S. Citizen Children: The Impact of Relocation - Duration: 6:23.

Hello, everybody.

Welcome to Immigration Live or should I say,

welcome to the return of Immigration Live!

We're adding the shorter videos to share insights, tips,

and advice to supplement our longer half hour in-depth immigration live talk shows

which will be returning shortly to Facebook.

My name is Carlos Batara.

I am an immigration attorney.

And If you would like to be notified in advance of my live broadcast, subscribe to my page on Facebook,

where I share a lot of immigration tidbits on a regular basis.

Today, what I wanted to discuss real quickly was some Ohio State research.

A few days ago, I posted an article that came from The Columbus Dispatch.

It was about a research project focused on the plight of U.S. citizen children

who had relocated to Mexico when their parent was deported.

The article discussed the educational struggles of these children abroad.

It was based on the findings of a ten-month project carried out by Ohio State Professor Sarah Gallo.

The reason that this is important and the reason that I wanted to do this quick live broadcast

is that for those of you that are facing hardship

and that would be in a family unity I-601 matter or perhaps a cancellation of removal case

one of the first issues you have to address is the issue of relocation versus separation.

Will the U.S. citizen spouse and children go with the immigrant if the immigrant is deported

to a foreign country?

Or, will they remain here separated?

If the relocation is going to be the issue because that's what you plan to do,

then this news article I think is very critical.

It had three key findings that you can use in your case.

One, it talked about that in this town,

there was no equivalent of what we have here in the United States, English As A Second Language.

So the children who went there, although they could speak relatively good Spanish,

they could not read or write Spanish. As a result, this affected their performance in school.

I'm going to discuss that in more depth in a later video,

in a later talk show, because I think that's an important issue for all of you to bring up in your case.

A second issue was limited class participation. This was more tempered by the issue of socialization.

A lot of the American students in this research project that were followed by the Ohio State professor

were teased, ridiculed, isolated by their Mexican peers.

And the more Americanized they were,

the more the teasing and the isolation was heightened.

In a lot of senses, that is not surprising because it's similar

to what immigrants who come to the United States face from their American peers.

They, too, face the same kind of isolation and teasing and

being left out of the inner circles of students in their schools.

The third issue was that of a lot of these students had to repeat grades

and again that's not surprising if the students are struggling educationally,

if they left out socially, then of course they are going to struggle educationally.

We certainly see that also here in the United States with immigrants that are going to American schools

for the first time. They have the same kind of problems.

Now, one might say there are possible limits on the study.

For an instance, it was based on children who had only been living in Mexico two to three years.

And it was based on a small town in Mexico.

I tend to think that those findings, however, are pretty general and

would occur regardless of whether it was a bigger city or smaller city.

And once the child is behind in school, even at an early age, it is going to be hard for them to get over it quickly.

It takes several years for children to become acclimated to being in a foreign environment.

And again, I pointed to the American experience on that.

So I just wanted to share, here is the key take away.

If you're an immigrant or you're an immigration attorney, this is an issue that you want to explore

before you present your hardship case in a 601 waiver setting or in an immigration court deportation

defense matter.

These are certainly issues that you should explore, that you should discuss in front of a judge,

and that you should have a judge seriously consider.

And with that, I hope I've been able to provide you with some good quick tips and advice

related to this article.

I'm going to post the article that I'm referring to in my notes to this short video.

Take a look at it. I think you will find that it is a very good article

and there are some very good points to raise in your own case.

Thank you so much for watching. I hope you subscribe to my page where you

will be alerted to these broadcasts in advance, and you can also watch the replays afterwards.

[TMT][437] Giới thiệu Science Special Search Party Ray Gun - SUPER GUN! Ultraman 1966 (Engsub) - Duration: 7:09.

Welcome back to TMT!

We wanna introduce you the first product from Tamashii Lab.

Ultraman's Science Special Search Party Ray Gun SuperGun.

About the box, on the left is product's name in English.

And the Japanese name here.

On the right is Shin Hayata, host of the first Ultraman.

At the center is product's image.

The tray box looks luxury nice.

With shining chrome.

The traybox has a big logo of SSSP organization here.

On the bottom we got details of product, also chrome.

We'll have a postcard with message and signature of Susumu Kurobe.

The man played Shin Hayata.

A small special book.

It shows us the details of product.

The original one.

We got a map too.

Ultraman Kaiju map, where they find them and info.

Finally a manual.

Of course, we have a Raygun Super Gun.

Besides it comes with some equipments such as Special Balloon.

Pencil bomb.

Connect parts and a display stand for all.

Several product info about Science Special Search Party...

An organization with basic mission to investigate special armoly cases.

Specially to protect the public from Kaiju attacks.

And Shin Hayata is a member of this.

The product's designed almost the same as original Supergun in series.

Smooth painting makes a comfortable feeling.

It's very great to hold this in your hand.

With only 2 color: silver and shiny black.

It got a bar lock up here.

The gun barrel can be taken in.

Lock the bar, the gun turn back to save mode.

When we unlock the bar...

The barrel will come out.

The speaker's placed on the leftside of handle.

And the handle's designed for right-hand people.

The switch and battery are covered under the black part.

That's why we can't find any screwholes on this product.

As you can see, it got 2 mode for the switch.

Switch to B to have normal gun mode.

Switch to A, we got Kaiju's roar gun mode.

Let's take a look on B mode first.

When you turn, it'll have "click" sound.

Pull the trigger.

It sounds like an electromagnetic radiation.

Press and hold it.

Just the same.

Now turn to A mode.

Also got "click" sound.

In A mode, pull half-trigger, we got the roar of the first Kaiju...

Repeat that for the same roar of it.

Press and hold the trigger, it'll get the same electric sound as before.

Release the trigger, the sound of that Kaiju roars again.

It notices that we succeeded in repulsing that Kaiju.

Pull half-trigger again, it'll be the second Kaiju's roar.

Now, let's test...

The first one will be Kaiju Bemular.

As you can see, I pull half-trigger repeatedly just got 1 roar sound.

Press and hold it.

Electric sound...

Release it...

Bemular's roar again.

Half-trigger again...

Now it changes to Alien Baltan's roar.

Just do the same steps for others.

So we have the list of 48-Kaiju's roar.

But the Supergun just shows us the roar of them...

Not call their name, we had to read this for names.

Like I said, we have equipments with the gun.

We can combine them.

We take a look at Pencil bomb first.

To combine, we got to take the barrel in.

Use "1" connect part with Pencil bomb.

Put it on and turn.

Complete.

This combined's used in the last episode of Ultraman series.

SSSP used it to defeat Zetton.

About the sound, we test with B mode first.

It sounds like a bomb's exploding effect.

No Kaiju's roar.

Now turn to A mode.

NOw we got Zetton's sound.

Press and hold.

The sound of the bomb is lauched out...

Exploding effect.

Want to combine the gun with Special Balloon, use "2" part.

Put it in.

Put this on.

And turn.

Complete.

This gun's used in the episode 8.

When SSSP chases Kaiju Pigmon...

The gun shoot a special bullet.

It becomes a balloon right after hit the Pigmon.

They follow the balloon to get to Pigmon.

Now the sound.

With B mode.

It sounds like bullet failure sound...

A mode.

Half-trigger for Pigmon's roar.

Press and hold.

We got the sound of bullet flying out and hits Pigmon.

Actually, the sound of those 2 equipment when we combined...

They're all contained in this gun.

It just depends on the length of the barrel when we put it in.

Despite nice design, it's normal when the first Tamashii Lab has defects.

Such as it just made for right-hand.

So the left-hand will cover all the speaker on the left while holding it.

Low volume.

Thin painting, easy to scratch.

Nowadays, there're a few of young people know about Ultra series.

They don't watch Ultraman series or know about this one is normal.

So the product's targets are age people,

who watched Ultraman series in the past, be a fan of it.

With this video, we hope you guys know better about product's targets.

Who will be the customer?

We hope you will enjoy and support us in next videos.

See ya~!

Proportion of Renters to Owner Occupiers | LocationScore Property Research - Duration: 5:53.

Bryce: Alright you're back with the Location Score Lads and we are talking percentage of

renters compared to owner occupiers, or quite simply, how many renters in the suburb.

And it's an interesting stat isn't it Jeremy because the owner occupiers are generally

70% of the market and 30% are renters.

But this measure gives you an indication of the desire and the status that comes from

a suburb because if it's too high one way and to low another, it means totally different

things, doesn't it?

Jeremy: Yeah well to me it's an indicator of supply as a property investor, I don't

want to be competing with a whole lot of other property investors.

So I want a lower proportion of renters because that means there is a lower proportion of

investors and owner occupiers take better care of their property, they don't mind capitalising

on their property whereas an investor, it's all about return on investments.

So you'll find that a heavy concentration of owner occupiers in a location will mean

that the properties preserve their value a little bit better and you've got less competition

from other landlords.

Ben: And I think that the perfect example of this is mining towns.

But when you see a boom bust of the mining area, you actually see in those markets, it's

almost 70% investor and only 30% owner occupier.

So once the mining boom slows down and the jobs aren't there we basically have left to

see who's there.

Who's exposed to that.

So there's that glut of investors trying to find that random tenant so that values collapse,

rents collapse in those areas.

Now that's the extreme case, whereas that's completely flipped on its head.

But I'm with Jeremy in a sense that I don't want to be investing in an area where there's

hundreds of other investors coming into that area seduced by just a yield number.

Because ultimately they don't have care for the property.

I mean they're renting it in most of those socio-economic areas.

I really do, I call it the lifestyle test and on the podcast and on a few other things.

But that's really important to understand isn't it.

Jeremy: And it's not just about those regional towns, that's a good example.

But also, in our cities where you have a massive unit over supply, you'll find that you can

get a very high percentage of renters in the unit market, but in the house market it might

be owner occupiers.

So, yes, it's not just a client confined to regional areas.

Cities can suffer too.

Ben: Totally...

Bryce: I guess it needs to be taken into consideration the vacancy rate also isn't it because if

you've got a higher percentage of renters but the vacancy rate is very, very low, it's

still a good indicator of demand.

So you've got to overlay that with the type of product if it's a house versus a unit.

Because if you think, on the flip sid iif it's too low as an investor, you're worrying

if there's enough renters in that market but that's not always the case.

Because if it is really low and the suburb has the right status, it just means that there

will be few properties being competed for which will have an upward pressure on the

rents.

Jeremy: I think you're bang on comparing it to the vacancy rate.

You need to look at multiple areas, not just these two.

These two in concept are much more powerful than just looking at one on its own.

Bryce: So do you as a rule of thumb, and I know it's niche, but do you have a rule of

thumb as to what you're looking for as a percentage?

Jeremy: Something like 25% or less is healthy.

Obviously you want it to be as low as possible and anything above about 50% would be triggering

alarm bells for me.

But like you say, if the vacancy rate is very low and the proportion of renters is at least

reasonable, it's not necessarily a problem area but you do want to avoid areas that are

completely dominated by investors.

Ben: Because come back to your example of density and accommodation being sold to all

interstate investors, what's the first thing that we would absolutely liquidate if our

financial situation were to change?

We're getting out of that property so if there's an economic downturn, we don't have enough

cash to look after ourselves so all of sudden we're going to fire sale that unit and all

of the other people in that block are going to be caught up in that fire sale and all

that rush to the door, and this is all about capital growth.

Don't forget that, so we're not going to find that capital growth.

This is another important indicator with vacancy rates as well.

Bryce: And with the DSR data, how have you captured that data?

Have you found it easy to find?

Because ABS publish some of their data but have you found them to be reliable?

Jeremy: At the time of talking, it's February 2017 and we're about 6 years from the last

census and based on censes data.

It's very easy to get information from the ABS so I like that part about it.

However, they don't have two categories - owner or occupier.

They have about 9 different categories and so there's some interpretation that's involved

on what is meant by this category.

Can you put that in the renter proportion or has it got to be owner occupier?

And people filling out the census maybe equally as confused as I am sometimes reading their

column labels.

So it can be a little bit unreliable now that we are a decent distance away from the last

census.

So the market could have changed significantly since then.

Ben: So bring on the new census, only a few months away...

Bryce: Well that's a good tip Ben, the further the daylight between the census that we're

basing it on...

Ben: The more reliable to the data...

Bryce: So there you go folks, if you're interested in doing your own property research, that's

all you need to know about percentage of renters versus owner occupiers.

COD WW2 QUESTS - COD WW2 SUPPLY DROP CONTRACTS?!? - Duration: 2:54.

Yo what is going on guys it is your boy Yogge here and today alex is chilling all my

computer watches and videos because there was any news in it out of nowhere

literally like straight I don't know where a bunch of news just popped up

like literally there's so much to talk about today but I will save some of

those for later videos just in case nothing happens so yeah but today we're

going to be talking about quests and World War 2 so if you guys are

interested at that make sure you guys stay tuned for the video but first as

you all know we gotta roll that intro

alright guys so for start the video make sure I subscribe if you're new leave a

like and yeah so basically what quest are they're basically like I believe the

daily and weekly challenges from black ops 3 ins and finit warfare so for those

of you that are getting back into Call of Duty do not know what that is

basically and call duty now they have supplied routes which you can like gain

like you know different types of different types of like clothing or loot

or cosmetic stuff and at least the people that are making this game or

saying that it's only cosmetic we'll see what happens but so far it seems like

it's only going to be cosmetic but anyways these are weekly and daily

challenges and the more you play them the better chance of you getting

legendary epic gear and supply drops will increase or this is the type of

feeling that I'm getting from this now some of that they notice it said the

more likely you are you not able to gain supplies us with only cosmetic loot so I

N.Korea calls Trump's warning 'nonsense' - Duration: 4:14.

N.Korea calls Trump's warning 'nonsense'

North Korea is working on plans for a missile strike near the US Pacific territory of Guam, calling President Donald Trumps warning of fire and fury a load of nonsense and only absolute force can work on him.

Pyongyangs state-run KCNA news agency issued an update on its strike plans after Trumps incendiary comments on Tuesday that threats to the US from Pyongyang would be met with fire and fury.

Trumps unexpected remarks prompted North Korea to say it was considering plans to fire four intermediate-range missiles to land 30-40km from Guam, home to about 163,000 people and a US military base that includes a submarine squadron, an air base and a coast guard group.

The army will complete its plans in mid-August, ready for North Korean leader Kim Jong Uns order, KCNA said on Wednesday, citing General Kim Rak Gyom, commander of the Strategic Force of the Korean Peoples Army.

The news agency said Trump let out a load of nonsense about fire and fury, adding sound dialogue is not possible with such a guy bereft of reason and only absolute force can work on him.

US Defense Secretary Jim Mattis issued a stark warning earlier on Wednesday, telling Pyongyang the US and its allies would win any arms race or conflict.

The DPRK (North Korea) should cease any consideration of actions that would lead to the end of its regime and the destruction of its people, Mattis said in a statement.

The US and South Korea remain technically still at war with North Korea after the 1950-53 Korean conflict ended with a truce, not a peace treaty.

Tension in the region has risen since North Korea, pursuing weapons programs in defiance of UN Security Council resolutions, carried out two nuclear bomb tests last year and two intercontinental ballistic missile tests in July.

On Wednesday, Trump followed up his fire and fury warning with a boast about US nuclear capabilities.

My first order as President was to renovate and modernise our nuclear arsenal. It is now far stronger and more powerful than ever before, Trump tweeted.

Hopefully we will never have to use this power, but there will never be a time that we are not the most powerful nation in the world!.

Trumps fire and fury remarks prompted warnings from US officials and analysts not to engage in rhetorical games with Pyongyang.

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, who was in Guam on a previously scheduled visit, played down the rhetoric, saying he did not believe there was an imminent threat from North Korea and Americans should sleep well at night.

Earlier on Wednesday, Guam Governor Eddie Calvo dismissed the threat and said the island was prepared for any eventuality with strategically placed defences. The UN Security Council unanimously imposed new sanctions on North Korea on Saturday.

FARAH BACK ON THE TRACK. - Duration: 2:31.

Roared on by the home crowd, Mo Farah eased through his 5000m heat to tick off another stage in his quest to achieve a third consecutive IAAF World Championships 5000m and 10,000m double.

His closest challengers look likely to come in the form of Ethiopian duo world indoor 3000m champion Yomif Kejelcha

who won the first heat in 13:30.07 ahead of Farah – and former world U20 champion Muktar Edris, who was just 0.04 behind the Briton.

The third Ethiopian – 17-year-old world U18 champion Selemon Barega – won heat two in impressive style and is something of an unknown force ahead of the final.

Beatrice Chepkoech and reigning Olympic champion Ruth Jebet qualified fastest in 9:19.03 and 9:19.52 respectively, having taken heat two out hard from the gun.

In stark contrast, heat one was a cagey affair – outside 10 minute pace for the first 2000 metres – but 2015 bronze medallist Gesa Krause looked impressive as she opened out on the final lap to take the win in 9:39.86 from defending

champion Hyvin Kiyeng Jepkemoi and 2010 world U20 champion Purity Kurui. Olympic silver medallist from the Olympic Games in London five years ago

Ethiopia's Sofia Assefa was a victim of the sprint finish, failing to qualify in fifth as a non-automatic qualifier due to the slow pace of the race.

Dawn breaks and I'm awakened Light burns my eyes, I'm missing you

I'm missing you

Seizing the day on my own Still in our place but it's not home

But it's not home

Living through another day Without getting to see your face

Is yet another dream undone Against another setting sun

Sleeping through another night Without having you by my side

Is yet another nightmare spun I can't escape all of the wrong I've done

Forgive me!

Night falls and I'm not sleeping Think over all the things I'd do

I'd do for you

Froze, but my heart's still beating Count down the days until it's free

Until it's free

Living through another day Without getting to see your face

Is yet another dream undone Against another setting sun

Sleeping through another night Without having you by my side

MEN'S 400M HURDLES FINAL – IAAF WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS LONDON 2017. - Duration: 3:01.

The shocked look on Karsten Warholm's face as he crossed the finish line said it all.

The 21-year-old Norwegian had, in only his second full season as a 400m hurdler, not only won the IAAF World Championships, but defeated the Olympic champion Kerron Clement and the bronze medallist from Rio, Yasmani Copello.

And he had done so in style, producing one of the most memorable and energetic performances of the championships.

Warholm knows only one way of running: as fast as possible from the gun. It was a tactic he employed in both the heat and the semifinal and on both of

those occasions he was found wanting in the closing stages, having finished second in each race, first to Juander Santos of the Dominican Republic and then to Clement

So it was a brave move then, to blast from the blocks in the final, but the European U23 champion did just that, rising for the first hurdle well before any of the other competitors.

By 100 metres he had already made up the stagger on Qatar's Abderrahaman Samba, who had looked so impressive in winning his own semifinal on Monday, and he even stuttered into hurdle five, the speed at which he was moving taking him too close to the upright.

Entering the home straight, Warholm had a three-metre lead, but the ominous trio of Clement, Copello and Samba loomed and looked to be gaining ground, a repeat of previous rounds the likely outcome.

Yet with his legs turning over more furiously than any of the rest, particularly Clement, who's relaxed stride was in stark contrast, the Norwegian wouldn't be caught.

Clement looked to be the most likely to ease past, but a poor approach to hurdle nine ended his chances of victory, while Samba lost all momentum off hurdle 10 and faded badly.

It was Turkey's Copello who, as in the previous round, looked most relaxed into the finish, but he could still only manage 48.49 to Warholm's 48.35. Clement, who had looked to have timed his season to perfection following a

slow start to the year, took the bronze in 48.52, with less than 0.2 separating the medallists in an event where all eight of the finalists were evenly matched on 2017 form.

Warholm, just four years ago the world U18 octathlon champion, found himself on his knees, gulping the London air, running his hands through his hair and shaking his head in stunned disbelief, before donning a plastic Viking hat for a lap of honour.

Thank you, London! I truly don't believe it," he shouted to a receptive crowd. "I've worked so hard for this but I don't know what I have done. This is an amazing feeling.

"I'm world champion, that's crazy. A lot of hard work and dedication has got me here so thank you to my coach for getting me in a position to challenge for a world title.

Noah, say hi say hi to the people.

Who wouldn't want to

stare

at that gorgeous face!

Inserting one of my favorite pictures of him now...

I'm not exactly doing much today.

I've been relaxing because I just got home from Lagoon and I'm very sorry

I didn't get much footage of the trip because I was having such a good time.

I didn't feel like, you know, ripping out my phone at a moment's notice.

I wasn't going to, you know, take out my phone on the ride Cannibal.

It was so scary! So I was really scared to go on it, but then my friend April

convinced me to go, and I loved it so much that I bought a sweatshirt that says,

"Conquered

Cannibal at Lagoon," so

I was very happy. And then I went on a

second time because I wanted to. It's now my favorite ride at that amusement park, so...

If you are really scared to go on it, don't be because it's

totally worth it. So good! Dog... do not do that! So

on the Lagoon trip I had a couple friends that I hung out with and it made my day.

And it made it just that

much better.

And so I want to thank April for coming Kyle for coming Ellie for coming Whitney for coming Ashton and Maddie

Parker

Who else was in our group? Why is there a chicken in the tree? They are in our tree!

Chicken you're supposed to sleep in the coop not in the trees!

What the heck? No wonder it's like falling over.

Anyways, so I'm thanking all of you for

making it really fun and memorable and

I'm totally gonna come next year, so...

Ahh!!!

That's why it's hard to film outside! Was that a bee or just a really big fly?

What was that?! Okay... um, big news! Tomorrow is Shawn Mendes's birthday!

Gonna go get some ice cream...

We have a radio that plays an old country station. These are so good!

(Radio playing country music)

So I'm headed to bed for the night, and I'm going to say good night to my brother. Say good night!

Goodnight! Say goodnight Jasper!

Goodnight!

This is like the strobe light party

Boom Chicka Boom. With my sun burnt face, I am going to say good night

Fair thee well. I do not have an outro. So if any of you have an idea for an outro

That'd be great so comment and tell me an outro idea. Bye guys! :)
