According to a new report, European diplomats do not have a very flattering image of Donald
Trump.
In fact, according to these European diplomats, who interviewed with BuzzFeed on the condition
of anonymity, they actually view Donald Trump as most Europeans do, as a complete laughingstock.
The latest available polls show us that 79% of people living in Europe do not trust Donald
Trump.
They do not think he is an effective leader, and they think he is an embarrassment for
the United States, and as a U.S. citizen, you're absolutely right.
We agree with you on this.
But the fact that these diplomats, who do have the job of having to meet with Donald
Trump, having to work with him when he goes on these overseas trips, the fact that they
see him as a laughingstock is not anything that people in the United States should be
laughing at.
That is a very dangerous situation when nobody among your ally countries respects your leader,
that they do not view him as a very serious person, and more important as the interview
states, they don't view him as an intelligent person.
One of the diplomats said that they actually play a form of word bingo when the president
is around because he always uses the same words, over and over, like it's great, it's
very, very good, it's tremendous.
They say he has such a limited vocabulary, that is one of the sources of ridicule among
the other diplomats.
Furthermore, and one of the most dangerous about him they said was that the man is clearly
obsessed with President Obama.
During meetings, they said Trump would not want to debate issues.
He would ask if it was something Obama had supported.
If the answer was yes, Obama supported it, Trump would blindly and blankly say, then
I do not support it.
No debate, no discussion, no understanding at all of what they were actually talking
about.
He just wanted to be opposed to anything that Barack Obama was for, and that is one of the
biggest problems that they see over in Europe.
Donald Trump is too obsessed with Obama to be an effective leader.
According to these diplomats, it appears that Donald Trump's only policy goals for the United
States are to undo the accomplishments of Barack Obama.
And to be honest, from what we've seen so far coming out of the Oval Office, that does
appear to be his only agenda.
He doesn't care about creating jobs.
He doesn't care about protecting the environment or anything having to do with anything related
to Americans.
He just wants to roll back every single thing President Obama did so that four, eight years
down the road, Obama can't look at this country and say, oh, that was the program I put in
place, because Donald Trump wants to destroy it all.
And he's not only destroying things over here in the United States, as we see from this
story.
He's also destroying our image that Barack Obama had rebuilt amongst our allies in Europe,
and maybe that's Trump's plan, since everyone in Europe really seemed to like Barack Obama,
especially after eight years of Bush and our image overseas declined tremendously.
Barack Obama repaired that.
So I guess Donald Trump destroying that is just another part of his let's undo all of
Obama's accomplishments policy.

P05T is the social media ad agency
that I started September first of last year.
As I mentioned, about three weeks ago,
there's a lot of changes going on all around here
that I figured, now, because we're just a few weeks away
from a lot of the big changes actually happening,

there are some big changes going on with P05T
and Triathlon Taren, primarily being that, with P05T here,
we're actually scaling down a lot of the work
that we were doing for clients so that we have
more time, more resources, and more of our energy
focused on Triathlon Taren.
If any clients are watching this, by the way, we're still
doing client work, we're not shutting you guys down.
In fact, all of the clients that we're still working with
are our favorite clients, the ones we like, and we're
going to keep working with, because we like you guys.

A little bit of backstory for you.
When I first graduated university with my business degree,
I thought that I was going to be the CEO
of one of the largest companies in Canada, and basically
right up until last year, I had that dream of building
a gigantic company, because I've always had
a chip on my shoulder where I needed to feel important,
and I associated that with business success.
And that was what I thought P05T was going to be.
I intended to start this and grow it into
the biggest social media shop in town,
and what ended up happening really quickly was,
I just found that I was still wanting to work more
and more and more on Triathlon Taren, which, at the time,
just September of last year, was like a side project
that we were doing for fun, and towards the end of the year,
I started thinking to myself,
"you know what,
why do I need to feel importance from business?"
But the messages that I started getting from
the Trainiac community, like, people telling me that
I helped them lose weight, or enter their first race,
or even maybe take a leap of faith
and leave their pencil-pushing, suit-wearing desk job.
Those things were like, hitting me deep in here,
and what I was realizing was, the business successes
that we started seeing early on as P05T
was starting and growing, weren't nearly as fulfilling
as those messages that were one-on-one.
So over the holidays and in early January and February,
I thought to myself,
"now what if I can feel that sense of importance,
not from being a big fancy-pants business person,
but instead, by having a really big impact on the world
and doing it in a really authentic way, with a sport
that I love and helping people who need inspiration,
and I can be a part of that inspiration."
So I mean, depending on who you are, how much better
is that than growing some giant company
that is basically just a money machine?
I actually talked to my dad about it and towards the end
of owning the business that he did for 30 plus years,
he felt like the business was running him,
he wasn't running the business, because he was getting
bossed around by clients, by employees, by all the overhead
and the bills that he had to pay, and he didn't feel like
he had time to do what he wanted to do.
So what Mel and I are trying to do is turn Triathlon Taren
into the primary aspect of this company.
And yes, somebody made a comment the other day about
"when did Triathlon Taren become a commercial venture?"
Well, I mean, I can't do this for free.
I gotta eat, the dogs need dog food, bikes are expensive,
YouTube AdSense revenue does not go very far.
So we're coming out with things that I 100 percent
believe in and can get behind and go "rah rah rah."
Coaching plans, Triathlon Taren kits, podcast,
products that I can like and recommend, like no problem,
and I will always stick to doing what I believe in,
and I'm never going to sell out and be a shill for anything,
because the second I do that is the second
that I break trust with Trainiac community.
And you guys are the best part.
You are what make this possible.
I guess the moral of the story, the takeaway from all this
is if you're a person that is in a position that
you don't necessarily like or want to be in,
but you're unsure of what to do about it, I would say
that you certainly don't need to quit your day job
and start a YouTube channel the next day.
I would recommend that you follow your curiosities
and see where it leads you, don't just accept
that your lot in life is how it's going to be.
If you've got a nine to five job, take your evening time
to start a podcast, start a blog, start a YouTube channel,
start an Instagram account, start doing whatever
you're curious in and what you'll naturally find,
if you keep going down that path of
"I'm curious about this, and then I'm curious about this,
and then I'm curious about this,"
is eventually, I guarantee that you will be able to find
something that you absolutely love, and would do for free,
and because you love it and are willing to do it for free,
you will be willing to sacrifice what it takes
to make that your living.
And I'm not here to say that it's going to be easy,
or it's not going to be scary, frankly, we are going into
a time where, as of September first right now,
we have all of zero clients lined up.
We've got a lot of irons in the fire
and things that just need to be solidified, but, I tell ya,
when all that's coming in is some AdSense revenue,

Hmmm, there's some scary nights.
But you know what, it's scary-exciting, not scary
"oh my god, am I going to have to wear this suit
and turn into that person that is the most senior dude
in this office, and that is not the life I want for myself."

I mean, maybe just a few lean months
while I'm pursuing my dream?
That's not very scary.
It's exciting.
So Trainiacs, thank you for all your comments,
your messages, your emails, everything that you do
to make this a community.
I just put out the content,
but you all are the ones that are watching it,
commenting and chatting with each other,
and motivating me and motivating each other,
that all is what makes this an easy decision to make,

Hello everybody, welcome to my new video.
My model for today is my friend and colleague Zuzana. "Hello"
And let's talk about some ways how to work on it.
Let's begin.
On first photo you see natural brow,
we all wish to have, and try to
do our best to do it similar.
Second photo, it's Instagram Eyebrow,
that looks unnatural.
If you choose first type, second one, or something between,
most important is to suit to your face shape.
Look at the picture, find your face shape
and find out which type fits to you.
This photo is well known
for most of you
Each number shows you some direction.
No. 1 is the starting of your brows.
From the outer edge of nostril,
following the inner eye cuticle,
that's the where it should start.
Second one thought the iris of eye - see the line,
the highest arch of brow.
No. 3, line from the nose,
outer corner of eye,
that's where it should end.
No. 4 - this line shows you
where the start and
where the end should be.
Each face is different, so be individual
in way how to do your brow.
MASCARA FOR BROWS
Tinted mascara for brows is the first
product I used on Zuzana's eyebrows.
If you have dull brows, but they are thick, this is something for you.
But they have to be shapely. Otherwise this is not your way.
EYEBROW PENCIL
This is another option you can try.
It can help you to powder the brows
before you start to use pencil.
Zuzana has asymmetrical brows.
That means for me to draw one side below the brows
and the other side above the brows.
I draw short hairs to fill in all the brows below
and above to make them symmetrical.
Final effect is soft and most natural.
BROW POWDER / SHADOW
Eyebrows made with shadows are the most
simply way to do your brows.
It will look really soft, natural,
color stays good whole day,
of course if you have oily skin
use powder before.
I am working softly,
all the time i brush the brows out
and add more and more color.
Again with short moves do short hairs.
This result is for me most natural.
POMADE
Pomade is a cream product.
You can find more types,
be carefully it can be hard
as for work, as looking so and unnatural.
If you have oily or mix skin type
this is nothing for you, it may go down.
This is not my cup of tea.
Of course, you can be happy with it
if you work with it often
and you will used to work with it.
I recommend it to people with skills
in makeup, it can be easy for you.
This is the final result
it is more stronger, heavier and unnatural..
EYEBROW GEL / COLOR
Gel for eyebrows is not a new product.
This one from Nyx is also waterproof
and longlasting.
Again you need some skills
to work with it.
It will dry in a very short time.
So you have to work
as quick as you can.
I was also not so satisfied :D with my work with it.
Because she has dully brows I need more time to work with it.
But when you already used to it and you need
long-lasting product, this is something for you.
As you see the eyebrows are looking
most unnatural, heavier,
they look like from a template.
Because Zuzana is makeup artist as well
she was hurry to try it out too,
but she was not so happy with it.
I made a makeup to her
to see the best result of eyebrow.
I decided to use my favourites.
What's my, my signature,
the most natural result for me.
Shadows, and doing short hair stripes.
Sometimes | use pencil as well.
And combine both.
Or shadow and to define
the brow hairs the brow mascara.
These are the options how to do you brows.
But of course this is not the last

Why Should I Become A Pilates Instructor? Reformer 2 Weekend - Duration: 4:35.
Hey guys, it's Stephen here at CORE Therapy and Pilates
I just wanted to reach out today and do a quick Facebook live... I've got a bunch of emails over the last like month
We're in the middle of our pilates teacher training program right now, but I've been getting a lot of emails with people
Inquiring about our pilates teacher training program and one of the most common question I've got is "Why should I become a Pilates Instructor?"
What's in it for me and my answer for that is there's a lot of it a lot of reasons
But the most important one is that it gets you away from the job at the computer. We sit there all day
for a whole career
Pounding it away at a computer. I just had a client now
She's worked for 35 years at a computer and is now paying the price as her head literally sits right down
Here for everything and it needs to be way up here. So that getting away from the computer at a time where you can
Preserve your posture is a great thing another
Reason is that a lot of stay home moms their kids start to get close to going away for college
And they don't really have a whole lot to do... their life has been really
Centered around their children and getting their children ready for everything that goes on in their day to day life
So the idea of being able to have something to do after that is a very value
Something else is that you get to be your own boss
You have to work pretty flexible hours a lot of pilates instructors have a studio in their garage or in their spare bedroom
Some of them have a full studio
So it gives you lots of options and lots of things to do
Now the reason I also wanted to do this today is because we're in the last few minutes of our pilates teacher training that's going
On today, and it started yesterday, and it's going on to finish it today
This is our second reformer weekend
So we have a eight teacher our eight students who are going to become pilates teachers?
That are all learning from my wife cheryl on how to become a Pilates Instructor
So they're taking modules once a month for two days to learn how to do this so they have gone over
Anatomy... the essential exercises... that was the first two courses
this next course was
Reformer 1 then it was trap table 1, and now we're looking reformer 2
So they're wrapping up on the reformer
So I'm gonna walk out front and show you all around the studio a little bit and let you see
what kind of entails in the teacher training and see Cheryl working a little bit... so hang tight

McIntosh Labs MHP1000 Circumaural Headphones Product Tour - Duration: 2:59.

McIntosh took their time in designed their first pair of headphones.
The MHP1000 is designed for extremely long-listening enjoyment.
The amount of tension on your head is lower than average and very linear for
different head sizes, so it's extremely comfortable. The ear pads are very,
very comfortable and very, very soft. They seal you in quite well.
The headphone is a sealed back design, so you don't hear extraneous noises.
And the highs are smooth as silk yet very extended. This is what McIntosh worked on
for the longest period of time. They wanted extremely crisp, clear high
frequencies with none of the shrillness and peakiness that many other headphones
have. A lot of experimentation was done with the diaphragm material inside,
and the driver is custom made to their specifications and was designed after a
lot of listening sessions. This headphone took a year and a half to develop.
To make it really flexible, it comes with two cords. So this is the cord to use with
portable electronics. It's a few feet long, it has a gold-plated plug so we
don't have to worry about corrosion. Goes right into the bottom of the headphone.
And now we can use this with our portable devices and the cord won't get in the way.
Now, when you're going to use these at home, it comes with a 10-foot cable, which
is great so you don't need extenders in most cases, with a gold-plated 1/4-inch
headphone plug. They've addressed both using it at home and portably. The
headphone is not particularly power hungry so you can drive it off of most headphone
amplifiers and most phones. And it has spectacular deep bass response. You
probably already expected that. McIntosh speakers are always known for having
great bass. Well, they have the same characteristic in their new headphone.
These sound great and you'll be able to wear them for a very long period of time
without fatigue caused by either peaky high frequencies or by discomfort.

McIntosh Labs MHA150 Headphone Amplifier Product Tour - Duration: 4:37.

This is McIntosh's new MHA150 headphone
amplifier. So we're just going to scratch the surface of what this can do.
It's a headphone amplifier. It also has speaker outputs with 50 watts per channel,
so we could use it for running a pair of speakers in a smaller room. It has
multiple inputs, both digital and analog. It has preamp outputs. It has multiple
outputs on it. You can attach a subwoofer to it, has lots of connectivity. But I'm
going to get into the meat of the matter, what this can do for a pair of headphones.
So every manufacturer of headphone amplifiers first has to design the
amplifier to be high-output or low-output. A high-output headphone amplifier can
drive the most inefficient, power-hungry headphones with the slight disadvantage
that the noise level will be slightly higher.
They design for sensitive headphones, then the noise floor can go way down.
But if you use insensitive headphones, the amplifier might distort.
So this has two settings, high power and low power settings. The next thing I want
to talk about is Crossfield. Crossfield is McIntosh's special circuit that makes it
sound less like the headphones are firing into your right and left ear,
gives you a better 3D panorama of sound across the front. It works beautifully
with most headphones. With some headphones, you may not want it or need
it. That switchable. Everyone's ear has a different shape. And as a loudspeaker
will sound different in different rooms, the same headphone will have different
bass response on five different heads because of the shape of their ears,
of the individuals. So this has an adjustment for the deep bass in exactly
the frequency range where human ears differ in their perception of bass with a
particular headphone. That's adjustable. Now, the best part is this has output
transformers. Output transformers are on McIntosh power amps and they allow you to
use 2-ohm, 4-ohm, or 8-ohm speakers and always get the same high performance.
Well, headphones are different. Headphones could be 8-ohms. They could be 80-ohms.
They could be 800-ohms They could be higher than that. There's a huge variation
in the impedance of headphones, and a headphone amp can't be designed to do
equally well with very high and very low impedance headphones.
In the past, a couple of manufacturers have used what are called resistors and
given you different jacks you could try, but that actually degrades the performance
while it's trying to match the headphone to the amplifier. This actually has
selectable headphone impedance right on the faceplate using an output transformer.
So you take your headphones, you plug them in, you decide if you want crossfeed on or
off, you set it for your headphone being power hungry or being very sensitive,
so you set the power level so you get the best sound with the lowest noise.
Then you adjust the bass response to your ear, you set the impedance correct for
your headphone. Now you're getting peak performance. You press a couple of
buttons, you save that in memory, you save that with a name, maybe "McIntosh" for
using McIntosh headphones. And then you can do all those settings again for
another headphone. You can do it for another headphone. You can do it for
another headphone. So you can have multiple headphones and the MHA150 will
work equally well and perfectly with all those headphones. There's no other
headphone amplifier on the market at any price, that I know of, that
has that level of flexibility and the output transformers that make this
so special.

photos for free on your iPhone 4 let's go sir I know it seems like a lot of app
but to get the exact desired photo that I want I use a little bit from each app
that you see here this is Photoshop make um this is what I usually use to build
my thumbnail and you can see here of several projects I will show you how to
use that app in my thumbnail video so we're just going to move on here this I
love to use for borders also cropping is really gonto is free for tech and you
just tap on the picture you can scroll through all these clients so let's just
type in the word hey and here it is you can to all kinds of stuff where is so
much to do with this and you add your okay and you can position it anywhere I
also like to use this for product shots when I and I do my watermark it's really
good for watermark and I like the water marketing code like I can curve it
around the product and so that is honto usually only use Snapseed for the blurry
because it's amazing compared to the other apps that I use so like you can
just zoom in like I just want in on my eye you can make everything blurry like
this for blurring on here you can see there's a lots and lots and lots of
stuff you final app that I use is facetune facetune is my biggest app that
I use for editing photos see you pick your photo up here and all your options
are right down here you can see white and smooth detail glow
you need a reshaping like isn't that psycho oh my god yeah this
one is my favorite if you if you don't have a lot of space on your phone and
you only want two of these abs I suggest Bay's tune and a Photoshop mix those are
the ones I use the most now thanks tune this is face tune to a
face to one you have to pay for but base to two is free so don't get back some
see download Photoshop mix and face tune those are my two most one they do take a
lot of playing around with and getting used to
now if you want a more beginner friendly I would choose a snap key or the aviary
they're good very very beginner friendly so to shop makes this play the hardest
one to figure out out of them okay so those are my top favorite apps that I
use for editing pictures with my phone oh he was a few would like to see demos

episode we be the first for muscle soreness oh where did that come from
oh ok I didn't see anything happened I don't know where that came from but we
beat the first four levels we got our first white crystal and now we're going
to go on love a fab making waves and oh I get to play don't go again or I have
to blaze Coco again so tiny has been popping up on the screen and complete
the core Steward the power crystal power crystal okay so I just have to complete
the course and I'll just get it so tiny popped up on the screen says something
about a call of field so I'm assuming he's the boss oh I definitely remember
this music this music brings back memories
okay awesome so cool this reminds me of CPR the crash team racing game which was
actually I didn't have the game itself but I had an Easter egg on I think it's
one of the Spyro the Dragon games I think it's the first fire of the Dragon
we're on the main menu if you press a combination a button on the playstation
controller you can play a Crash Team Racing demo in the game sweet it was
awesome and I really miss um it's one less thing look it's one of those things
like back in the day they had a when you got like Game Informer or whatever they
equal whatever was equal to Game Informer back in the day when you got
the magazine subscription every time a magazine came in you got like a demo
disc with games that they were trying to advertise which is sweet that's freaking
awesome because they don't do that anymore I don't think they do that
anymore oh Jesus I mean of course there's free to play games and there's
free demos and stuff online now but now it's something about the nostalgia from
it I'm a sucker for nostalgia I really am I love it so much and I just
all this crash bandicoot really brings back memories and I told you guys when
we first started to insane trilogy that Oh
butcha memories we're going to come back come on
and this level definitely arises PPR so fun I used to play it all the time ah on
the side but yeah if you guys are wondering why I'm doing so well today
because I've been playing a blood party all day I actually went through this
main story on blood party off-camera and the whole time I was doing it I was like
man this is so good like I should have totally recorded this but I did not
unfortunately I didn't so I don't know I might redo some levels but I feel like
that that impact of me not knowing what's coming is gone now but I did
download a bunch of levels for blood party and I downloaded emotes and levels
for guts and glory so expect to see more that stuff and I'm really starting to
enjoy recording and not like I stopped enjoying recording before is that I was
so focused on on everything like what what do the people want I was so focused
on what everybody wanted me to do versus what I wanted to do and now I'm so happy
in my community in my community right now you guys are so supportive and
everything it's amazing tiny tiger it's amazing I feel like I do whatever I want

Philippe Coutinho: Liverpool star wants Barcelona move, £108.4m bid possible - Paul Joyce
That's according to The Times' Paul Joyce, who revealed last night that the Reds have rejected a fresh bid of £90m for the playmaker.
Coutinho has established a reputation as one of the Premier League's top creative forces during his stint on Merseyside. And his form under Jurgen Klopp over the past couple of years has seen him heavily linked with a move to Barcelona.
The La Liga giants offered £72m for Coutinho last month - a proposal that was promptly knocked back by Liverpool. Brazilian Philippe Coutinho has indicated he wants to leave Liverpool for Barcelona this summer.
Last night a bid comprised of £77m up front, with £13m in add-ons, was snubbed by Anfield chiefs too. It seems Coutinho's head has been turned by Barcelona's interest though.
Joyce claims the 25-year-old has made it clear he wants to move to the Nou Camp. And Barcelona are expected to make a third offer for Coutinho.
Joyce says Barcelona are understood to be willing to pay as much as £108.4m (€120m) to get the Brazilian on-board.
Brazil international Philippe Coutinho is keen to swap Liverpool for Barcelona this summer. Their desperation to get a deal over the line for Coutinho comes in the wake of the loss of Neymar to Paris St-Germain.
The Ligue 1 outfit exercised a buyout clause in the forward's Barcelona contract - something not contained in Coutinho's agreement.
Liverpool are adamant Coutinho will not be sold though and that may mean Barcelona have to revise how much they're prepared to spend on him. Liverpool are said to have met claims that they've held talks with a Barcelona delegation with bemusement.

Three Ways on How to Use a Brown Paper Lunch Sack in Your Happy Planner for a Camping Theme - Duration: 8:21.
hey there I'm going to show you two ways of how you can use a brown paper lunch
sack in your happy planner we're going to make an envelope we're going to make a
brown paper lunch sack and we are going to make a tent out of this for a camping
theme layout for our vacation the first brown paper bag project for my
happy planner camping theme is to make a tent and that is just cutting out my
own size of a triangle you do not need a template and that's what makes it
camping ish because it looks like one of the old Boy Scout or Girl Scout
hand-drawn hand-pulled tents so I like that I didn't want to use too much
brown in this camping theme layout but I did want to use it as a background on
some of the rectangles and I love how these colors pop off of the brown paper
bag background another process I'd use is to roll up a brown paper sack and
then put on there brown paper lunch or you can put on there what they need want
to eat for a brown paper bag lunch that day one of the menu items for that day
you could write that on it so be careful using the brown paper bag that you're
using the front piece and not the back piece that's where the big seam is that
adds different layers and folding problems first you measure the one and a
half inch by two inch and then cut it out either way i only put the glue stick
on the bottom half inch portion of this rectangle and then you roll it down and
you can see from my previous one my first trial of it I did it I folded it
and made a crease and so it messes up the whole folding brown bag lunch look
of the rolled brown paper rolling down that I used to take to school you know
my mom used to make us wash out we would bring home our sandwich bags the kind that
aren't ziploc baggies they're just a loose fold-over ziploc baggies she
would make us bring them home and she would wash them we would reuse them
because on a teacher salary back then that's what you did anyway so don't make
my mistake make sure it's rolling down instead of
folding it down or just try not to make a crease all
right and then you can also put some glue on just the outside part that is
going to touch the brown paper bag first and then roll it down and it will kind
of stick but you can see mine didn't and I even use a toothpick to try and make it
press down to that lower edge so that it would stay there but it actually does
such a good job once you roll it a couple of times and hold it in that form
it does an actual good job of just staying there once you pick up your hands
it might flatten a little bit but I really don't think it is because some of
our happy planners are so well padded from all the stickers that we have in
there that it will actually press down and make a crease for it I love this
color of blue that they have for this month in August of 2017 and my happy
planner I have the classic size by the way for this camping theme I researched
camper themes happy planner on Pinterest and hers was the third one that came up
it's my planner envy I will link it below and she gave you these free printables
that have these rich blue and the camping yellow and the camping green and
the blue sky blue and the reddish color I love because it brings a brightness to
it and orangey to it a fall kind of color to it with but it's not fall
colors and that's what I loved about these and she gives you stickers she
gives you the one and a half by two inch layout for the happy planner the classic
size she gives you other sizes to choose from that you can print so I'll link
those below for you this next project is so cute it's a little brown envelope
okay so you need to measure a one and a half by one and a half inch square fold
it into a triangle and then you're going to pull those bottom corners toward you
and then gather the bottom left corner and slide it into the right corner slip
and then you want to press the whole thing down a little bit but then you're
going to try and put that left corner even farther back making it a little
more narrow so that that corner goes all the way back in the other corner and
then mash the whole thing down and then open up the very top point and that's
where you can slide in a little printable the making s'mores or make
s'mores printable which that principle is also from my planner envy anyway
isn't this just adorable oh I just love how cute this is you can
stick any little printable that you can think of to match your theme that you're
working on and stick it down in that little envelope and so it could hold
popcorn if you use a regular piece of paper a white like printing paper you
can make this and you can stick popcorn down in there you can stick cotton balls
you can stick pom poms down in there it's just another cute little container
so we're putting it in our planner to make it look a little cute and we're
putting the sign that says open on the outside another sticker I got from that
happy planner stickers and here's the whole layout you'll see everything that
I did all the little parts I try to fast forward it for you so that I don't waste
your time enjoy and apple cue music

Today's video is something a lot of people requested, which is tips on how to learn kpop dances!
I'm gonna be recording this and if it
gets too long I'll divide in parts
So the first step to learn how to dance kpop is...
starting!
In 2012 I really wanted to learn EXO's Mama
I looked at that and I thought 'oh my god i'll never be able
to dance this' and i never tried because i thought it was impossible
Then one day I decided I'd
try learning it
I didn't go over the first 10 seconds
because I tried to do the thing and I couldn't do it
so I was
dude... i give up
Until today I don't know the choreo for EXO's Mama because I gave up
This is what you can't do! You can't give up
Because at the beginning you guys might have more difficulty trying to learn
but if you keep on trying
it's gonna work
When you start trying, that's already the first step, from there on it can only get better
there is no way it's gonna get worse
I, too, at the beginning, before I started dancing
I was very afraid, I thought I'd never be able to do it
So I never even tried, but at some point I gathered courage to try it
And here I am today!
But the important thing, really, is starting. Without fears,
start trying, do it on your speed, cause every person has their own speed of learning
At the beginning you guys might learn it more slowly
But the more dances you learn, the more you practice and rehearse, the more dances you dance
The more you do, the better you're gonna get
You're gonna start dancing better as well as memorizing the choreographies faster
Why? Because your body is gonna get used to it, your body and mind are
gonna start getting used to looking at the thing and memorizing the steps
So at the beginning you might take longer to learn
but the more you practice you'll get better and start learning the choreos more easily and faster
At the beginning I didn't learn the dances fast either
But now, I've been dancing kpop for years
And now I can learn the choreos very fast because my body and mind got used to it
And the more we practice the better we get at something
It's all about practice, focus, determination, effort
If you have those, you're gonna be able to dance from the easiest things up to the harder dances
But you can't rush yourself, I know we really want to dance, uhm, idk, something like BTS
But DON'T RUSH YOURSELF
Every person has their own speed and if you have to spend 2 months practicing to be able to dance... "Not Today"
then spend those 2 months practicing, cause at the end something very nice is gonna come out.
So don't rush yourself, ok? Do it at your own speed.
For people who are starting now it's important to start with easier dances
Because if you start by trying to learn something hard, you're just gonna get frustrated
and upset and you might give up like I did with EXO's Mama
So start with easier dances, ok?
So now I'm gonna show you guys some choreographies that \\\I\\\ personally find easy
It's my opinion and some people might disagree, but this is my opinion about easy and simple dances for \\beginners\\.
First I'd like to say, there are many videos on Youtube about "easy kpop dances", but don't trust these videos very much
From what I've seen, these videos are not directed to beginners who are beginning...
They put some dances that you'd already need some sort of technic or some knowledge\familiarity about dance
So a lot of these videos don't have dances that are that easy, in my opinion
These videos put some choreographies that maybe the steps are easy to learn
but in order to execute those steps it gets hard.
That's why I disagree with a lot of those videos,
because some steps are easy to learn, but in order to execute them well, there's where the difficulty arises
So what I'm gonna show you guys now are choreographies that, in my opinion, are very simple for beginners to learn.
Before I start, I just wanna say that the reason that there are more girl groups on this list than boygroups
is not because boygroup dances are always harder, cause that's not true
But boygroup dances usually require a lot of strength and precision
And girlgroup dances a lot of times are more...relaxed(?), they don't need as much strenght
Can you understand?
So that's why this list has more girlgroups than boygroups
And also because I know more girlgroups than boygroups haha
EASY KPOP DANCES FOR BEGINNERS
One dance that I find very easy is SHE'Z - UU
It's a very repetitive dance with very simple moves
Another easy song is Orange Caramel's My Copycat
It's also a very repetitive song and, most of the time, with very simple movements
And at the bridge, the part when they do jumping rope movements, it's not that easy but
but it's good to practice doing stuff that envolve more leg movements
Bar x3 - Crayon Pop is a classic dance that is very simple
and it's also very repetitive, but you need energy to keep jumping!
SuJu's Devil is a suuuuper fun dance and also very easy
SNSD's Lion Heart is a very beautiful dance, I love this choreography
and it's very easy and looks really good
Tell Me x2 - Rainbow is also an easy dance, I'd say, but with more steps, so it's not as repetitive as the choreos I showed previously
Teen Top's Clap is a dance that needs strength, like I said, boygroup dances usually need a lot of strength
This is an easy song that needs strength, so you can use it to practice dancing powerful songs that need this kind of strength
In Front Of The Mirror by GLAM (glam i miss you ;A; ) is a simple dance which is not as repetitive
but the steps are slow and easy to execute
TT by Twice is another classic, I think pretty much everyone knows this song and dance
There are some elements that are a little bit trickier, I'd say, but overall it's an easy dance.
I.O.I's Veryx3 might look tricky because there are 11 girls doing different stuff,
but if you try to learn it you'll see that it's not hard and it's repetitive too.
There are some parts that might be a little more complicated in BTOB's 2nd Confession
because of some leg moves, dances that have a lot of leg moves are always more complicated
But overall, especially during the chorus, it's an easy dance
Sugar x2 by Laboum is veeeeery easy
The movements are extremely simple and the dance overall is very still(?)/calm, it doesn't involve a lot of energy and it's easy.
EXID's Ah Yeah has some more complicated elements,
but overall it's an easy choreography, maybe not as easy as the ones shown previously
but it's a dance that beginners can learn.
VIXX's Love Equation, just like BTOB's song, has some leg moves that might seem harder
but overall it's a simple dance that you can learn.
AOA's Like A Cat is dance you can use to practice dancing sexy concepts
it's very simple, the moves are very simple, and...
that's it
Hush - Apink is a choreography that is calmer during the verse but gets a little more agitated during the chorus
And it's easy for beginners to learn
BTS - Baepsae is a verrrrry fun dance that is \not\ hard,
HOWEVER, you need to have a lot of energy while dancing it,
because this dance is not much about the choreography, it's more about the energy you give when performing it
So, these were some kpop dances that, in MY opinion, you might disagree, are easy for beginners that want to start dancing kpop.
One thing that is VERRRRRRRRY important for people who wanna dance, for dancers
is STRETCHING. Don't forget to warm up\stretch BEFORE AND AFTER dancing.
Please. This is for you guys to stay healthy, with healthy bodies, which helps you dance better
So ALWAYS STRECTH, before and after dancing, ok?
Another important thing for people who dance is
stay hydrated, you need to drink lots of water, because dancing is an exercise
You gotta drink lots of water to stay hydrated so you won't get sick and you also have to eat well
you gotta eat healthy, you gotta eat well to have energy and stamina and strength
to do this exercise, right, because dancing is fun but it's an exercise
So, to review, these are the topics I talked about
How do you learn how to dance kpop?
1st step: start trying
2nd step: don't rush yourself, do it on your time and speed
3rd step: start with easier dances, then as you practice and get better, slowly move to harder dances
4th step: don't forget to stretch before and after dancing, always
5th step: stay hydrated and eat well in order to have energy
