Don't give them excess of sugary food

There are some food items which actually harms them but we think that they are beneficial. i, e

Chocolates, Cold Drinks or sweeten beverages. So I would suggest

The way our mothers use to give us Home made Lemon Water, Squash should be given

Lot of other drinks can be made with the fruits like Mango, Apple and which are freshly available

So we can give such food items to them

Instead of all the sweetened beverages, cold drinks & chocolates available in the market.

Also there are lot of items, or food advertisement comes which kids likes and even relish them for long.

And then those food items are escaped from the market

Including chips also, we should avoid giving them such food

We should make try to make them indulge in physical activities instead sticking to videos or Tv.

Either they can do Yoga, Exercise, learning Marshall Arts, Dances or their favourite sports like football

Or cricket.Although now a days there is problem of big play grounds due to this they are unable to play outside

Some other sports like badminton which we can play in our veranda & also spend some time with them

So that we can involve the kids into physical activities and their calories should burn out to control their weight.

I hope you'll keep all this points in your mind,

You'll keep them away from sweets, chocolates, processed food and junk food.

And will also involve them into exercises and other outdoor activities.

I'm going to show you guys three simple beginner tricks that I did when I started out freestyle

Number three - This trick is called the butterfly lift. So float like a butterfly, sting like a PWG!

For this trick, there are three steps. Step over, slap, turn. Like this.

And one key point is that you have to turn towards the ball to be able to catch it.

Number two - The Hamstring Catch. A really easy trick that you can combine in so many different ways!

This trick is simply catching the ball between your butt and your heel,

the easiest way to train this is by throwing the ball from your hand

and catching it. But you have to note that your heel should always point upwards. Like this. Not like this.

Number one - Touzani Toebounces. A really stylish way of juggling made famous by Soufiane Touzani.

This trick is just like a regular toe bounce

but it's done without stepping over the ball. Remember to keep your heel on the ground, and your toe

going up as the ball hits. And this is a really cool way to juggle while using both your feet.

I prefer to use fresh flowers to decorate my mandir on janmashtmi

I don't use artificial flowers and I also use the rakhi's to decorate the mandir

let's see How I decorate my mandir and if you like any idea than please do try it to decorate your mandir

so this is the top portion of my mandir

and I have decorated it with flowers

with the help of tape I stick the flowers on the mandir

if your mandir is quite big then you can use flowers all across your mandir to decorate it and it will look very beautiful

here I have used new rakhi and stick it on the mandir for more decoration

Here I have the same flowers and try to make a toran and than stick it on the mandir to make a beautiful entrance for the lord krishna

this is how the top portion of my mandir looks

here I used the same artificial mala to hang it on all the photos

Here in this corner is my Laadu Gopal sitting on his swing wearing new cloths, new accessories on his day.

Here I used a small rakhi to decrate his swing also

So like this in this corner my lord krishna is on his swing

At the centre of my mandir I have decorated my the diya plate also with flowers

This is my lower portion of mandir

Which I have decorated again with the flowers and try to make semicircles all the way to down

I have covered the drawers with a curtain to make it good better

Both the side I have used these kinds of toran to further decorate it and this looks very beautiful

so this is how I have decorated my mandir on janmashtmi

Here as you can see I have used a rakhi to make this whole thing look more good

Here as you can see I have fixed this curtain in such a way, so that I can very easily open all the drawers during the pooja

Interview with the European Commission on the Impact of 3D Printing - Duration: 3:50.

Welcome everyone. I have Jürgen Tiedje here from the European Commission.

Welcome Mr. Tiedje.

What is the view of the European Commission on

how 3D Printing is reinventing manufacturing?

Manufacturing has to move to the digital world and is doing this.

This brings you to the digital single market which is one of our big

priorities under the Juncker Commission.

That's the first important point.

But where will Additive Manufacturing really make a difference.

Well, it brings the digital transit again to the physical.

And that's really the revolutionary aspect that we see.

What will we watch in this regard?

And this brings us to another big priority of the Commission,

It can bring more jobs, it can bring jobs back to Europe,

you will have more local manufacturing,

you will have more highly skilled people.

It will have also lots of growth potential.

I was already referring to the revenue evolution in the coming years.

So in my view, Additive Manufacturing has a huge potential.

Not only to change manufacturing from a technological point of view

but also from our point of view,

from a societal point of view, from an economic point of view.

Better jobs, more jobs, more growth.

Well, given the potential of Additive Manufacturing

and the importance for Europe, are there any specific programs

from the European Commission to advance the adoption of Additive Manufacturing?

Two points. First of all, to advance, to accelerate the adoption of Additive Manufacturing,

success of course first of all needs to come

from the industry, the markets, the users and the consumers.

I don't want to embark now on all the regulatory fronts,

but let me say a few words on what we're doing

These are the framework programs.

I'll make you a little comparison:

our thing under the 7th Framework Program until 2013,

in 7 years we've had 60 projects, we spent around 230 million euros.

Now, we have Horizon 2020.

We're in the middle of Horizon 2020 and we've already spent 70% of what we've spent under FP 7.

So what I want to say is that the budget is actually increasing.

We're investing a lot.

What we are now waiting for is of course

the next breakthrough aspects and next breakthrough innovative steps.

So, triggers in terms of innovation coming from the industry,

because we are the at the eve of preparing FP 9.

So it's quite important how the industry will also publicly announce

where the next innovative steps will be.

Collaboration is of course very important within

the European Union, and within the European Commission.

How do you see the importance of partnerships within the 3D printing industry?

Very important.

That's actually the added value which the European Union can bring.

Let me give you a few examples what the European Union is actually doing.

I think we have Commissioner Moedas,

who is in general very much promoting his 3 O's:

open science, open innovation, open to the world.

And Additive Manufacturing should really use these three principles.

Let me give you a few examples on open innovation.

We have very concrete instruments.

One is for instance contractual public-private partnership.

Factories of the future where Additive Manufacturing plays a pivotal role.

Where we organize really cooperation.

Bringing in also SMEs, bringing them together in a specific industry.

I think something else is also reaching out to the regions.

This is a so-called smart specialization strategy.

because you would like to promote more local manufacturing.

So Europe is offering plenty of avenues

with regard to foster cooperation.

Cooperation is for us in Additive Manufacturing a must.

I'm looking forward to a great future for Additive Manufacturing and for Europe.

structural funding's interim report, the financial part,

and I've been working on the EMISC project as coordinator of the project.

We are entering the third year, I had to do a lot of administration.

I worked on the Standing Committee on employment

and I supported the new accountant as much as possible.

I have a couple of updates from the work

of the interest group on workforce development and human resources,

This fall, we will have a study coming out on the impact of the

Working Time Directive, and, in addition, there is a survey ongoing

on workforce in our sector, so please fill in the survey... you'll find it on the website.

You can also win a conference fee waiver for Montenegro.

This summer, we are preparing a couple of position papers.

First, on the European Pillar of Social Rights. We are also working towards giving our

inputs on the next multi-annual financial framework, for which the European Union is

getting prepared. Last, but not least, we are working on a brand new strategy

for EASPD, which we will present and will be discussed thoroughly in Montenegro

So, don't forget to register and to attend the conference.

This summer I have been working mainly on the

European Commission communication on school development

and excellent teaching for a great start in life.

I will be developing

a briefing paper, by the end of the month, that you will be able to enjoy.

I am also trying to work on consultations by the Commission on education matters

And I will work on the European Parliament report on the European Solidarity Corps.

Of course, all that is shadowed by my work as a new dad.

With my daughter being 2 months old.

and by my work reporting for the DESC project that will finish in August.

I've been working on 2 big events that take place in October and November this year.

First one, in October, will be on creating an employer structure for

social services at European level.

The second one will be on the EU investment plan

and how our sector can better access loans through this instrument

Hi everybody, I hope you're enjoying the summer.

August is reporting month for me.

I'll be working on the final report of the Disability Leaders of Tomorrow project.

It has been a very successful project involving 15 Central and Eastern European countries.

We're also preparing the D-Lot hub, to make it

widely available for the disability sector as a whole.

So, stay tuned because we

have very interesting things prepared for you in the upcoming months.

I really hope that we will see most of you as our next EASPD conference in

Montenegro so, see you then!

Employment for All conference and finishing all the administrative tasks

in that video I promised you to upload a new video on how to decorate mandir for krishna Janmashtmi

Janmashtmi is around the corner

some people are celebrating it on 14 august and some on 15 august

I like to my Lord krishna's idol inside the mandir on janmashtmi day

Here I'm sharing how I decorate my mandir on janmashtmi

I prefer to use fresh flowers to decorate my mandir on janmashtmi

I don't use artificial flowers and I also use the rakhi's to decorate the mandir

let's see How I decorate my mandir and if you like any idea than please do try it to decorate your mandir

so this is the top portion of my mandir

and I have decorated it with flowers

with the help of tape I stick the flowers on the mandir

if your mandir is quite big then you can use flowers all across your mandir to decorate it and it will look very beautiful

here I have used new rakhi and stick it on the mandir for more decoration

Here I have the same flowers and try to make a toran and than stick it on the mandir to make a beautiful entrance for the lord krishna

this is how the top portion of my mandir looks

here I used the same artificial mala to hang it on all the photos

Here in this corner is my Laadu Gopal sitting on his swing wearing new cloths, new accessories on his day.

Here I used a small rakhi to decrate his swing also

So like this in this corner my lord krishna is on his swing

At the centre of my mandir I have decorated my the diya plate also with flowers

This is my lower portion of mandir

Which I have decorated again with the flowers and try to make semicircles all the way to down

I have covered the drawers with a curtain to make it good better

Both the side I have used these kinds of toran to further decorate it and this looks very beautiful

so this is how I have decorated my mandir on janmashtmi

Here as you can see I have used a rakhi to make this whole thing look more good

Here as you can see I have fixed this curtain in such a way, so that I can very easily open all the drawers during the pooja

I actually have an entire collection of nicknames given to me by, well,

Mostly by the same person they really go over more with that one and if you're watching this you know who you are.

Bubba, because it's kind of my channel name and a lot of my viewers and some of my friends

have actually just started calling me Bubba second-nature then it would avoid

confusion, and it would stop people from having to remember that my real name is Joe even though

It's not a very hard name to remember, so I don't know why people have trouble remembering
