Airsoft Gun Hydro Dip Tutorial - Duration: 3:45.

hello, everybody and welcome to

this technique video on how to paint

specifically on how to paint in airsoft gun

This can actually apply to anything you just need the right size tub, and that's the airsoft gun and painting

you got to make sure if you're doing a battery power going to take all the

components out

hey guys it's Stacey so today I just wanted to do a short little video for

you on a quote that I found online so the Cocos expectation expectation is

the biggest cause of heartaches and when I can tell you from that quote is that

is true I can tell you that when you go about your life and if you consciously

or even unconsciously you're putting expectations on someone it's not always

gonna probably go the way you want it to go and that's gonna be upsetting to you

and it's gonna be upsetting to you because I feel it's gonna be more

upsetting if you're doing that consciously because you you know what

you're putting an expectation on someone but if you're doing it unconsciously

there's always ways for you to be able to touch that part of yourself and then

you could you know affirm to that part of yourself that you don't want to be

doing that but yeah so basically like if you just go about your life into your

endeavors and do the stuff that you have to do right like if you go to school or

you do work and stuff or you're your social life whatever whatever it is that

you're doing if you just go about with a with a mind of not putting expectations

on anyone then you're gonna save yourself a lot of heartaches so just try

it if you see yourself getting hurt and you see that this expectations things

like like you putting expectations on someone is that one of the reasons why

then just like try to practice it on some other person or on some other

situation go out about your day and go ahead and do this like consciously tell

yourself okay I'm not gonna you know put an expectation expectation on someone

so um when sorry I was just I just got distracted right now for a second I was

thinking something random but um so if you consciously consciously go about

your day and and say to yourself okay I'm not gonna put an expectation on the

situation or on this person then if the situation doesn't go the way you had

wanted it to go then you're gonna be less heard about the situation you're

gonna be like thinking about the situation less you're not gonna be like
