Are Steve Bannon's Days Numbered? | The New York Times - Duration: 2:21.

"We don't really believe there is a functional conservative

party in this country, and we certainly

don't think the Republican Party is that."

Steve Bannon, a founding member of Breitbart News,

a site that he has called a platform for the alt-right,

has been a lightning rod for critics of President Trump

since he joined the campaign in August 2016.

"It's a stunning thing that a white supremacist, Bannon,

would be a permanent member of the National Security Council."

During his time in the Trump administration,

Bannon's status has ebbed and flowed.

He's been seen as the president's link

to his populist base.

But Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are critics of him.

Gen. John F. Kelly, Trump's new chief of staff,

has also reportedly raised concerns

about working with Bannon.

This past weekend, Anthony Scaramucci,

the president's communications director for a fleeting 10

days, called him out on TV as sympathetic to white

nationalism.

"I've never sat down with Steve Bannon and said, hey,

are you a white nationalist or a white supremacist?

But I think the toleration of it by Steve Bannon

is inexcusable."

And H.R. McMaster, President Trump's national security

adviser, has deflected questions about Bannon.

"Can you and Steve Bannon still work together

in this White House or not?"

"Hey, I get to work together with a broad range

of talented people."

"You didn't answer.

Can you and Steve Bannon work in that same White House?"

"I am -- I am ready to work with anybody who will help advance

the president's agenda."

"Do you believe Steve Bannon does that?"

"I believe that everyone who works in the White House, who

has the privilege, the great privilege every day,

of serving their nation should be motivated by that goal."

Trump may also be souring on Bannon.

The president has been frustrated

with his chief strategist since a Time magazine cover

story called Bannon the second-most powerful man

in the world.

"You will not replace us!"

The question now in the wake of Charlottesville is whether

Bannon, often criticized as emblematic of the far-right

nationalism that turned violent in Virginia,

can salvage a role in the administration --

or if he even wants to.

🔴11 SEÑALES QUE ESTAN FRENTE A TUS OJOS Y NO LA VES, QUE INDICAN QUE TU HIGADO ESTA MUY GRASO - Duration: 7:28.

Hello, today I share 11 SIGNS THAT ARE IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES BUT DO NOT SEE

THEMSELVES, WHICH INDICATE THAT YOUR LIVER IS VERY FAT.

GETTING STARTED

Cirrhosis or liver cancer can strike anyone when you least expect it.

However, before reaching getting it, the body gives us several warning signs.

For this reason, we will show below 11 signals the body gives us when we

liver problems.

Stomach ache.

Usually the signals we receive are vomiting and nausea.

However, these signals can also be related to pregnancy, depression, dizziness,

migraines, motion sickness or food poisoning.

Something that can also influence to suffer these symptoms are kidney problems.

But liver problems can also cause them.

This is because it is not able to remove toxins from the body.

Urine color.

If the color of the urine changes, it could be due to liver problems.

Increased bilirubin in the blood causes the same color becomes orange,

amber or brown.

When the liver can not control bilirubin, kidneys are responsible for that through

urine.

Poor digestion.

The liver is also responsible for controlling the bile in the body.

If this is the problem, bile levels increase dramatically, provoking

diarrhea and poor digestion.

On the other hand, if bile levels are very low, we can become intolerant

fatty foods.

We will also have irritable bowel syndrome, gallstones, intolerance

alcohol, bloating and constipation.

Diarrhea, constipation and intestinal bleeding.

Another work is performed liver coagulant actions.

But when you have problems, we can suffer from intestinal bleeding mixed with

diarrhea or constipation.

Abdominal pain.

This is also another problem mixed with liver problems.

Fluid retention.

This is one of the main signals giving us such a body when you have problems.

This signal occurs especially in the feet and ankles.

Other causes that may cause these conditions are heart failure and problems

kidney.

Also, hormonal imbalance and lymphatic diseases play an important role

On it.

Abdominal changes.

Some changes we are suffering cramps or pain in the lower abdomen.

Swelling can also be one of those changes.

Another symptom of liver damage could be ascites and fluid buildup

in the abdominal cavity.

If due to liver, it could be portal hypertension, high blood pressure

in the veins or arteries in the abdomen.

Itchy skin.

When we suffer from liver problems, it is normal that the skin more sensitive.

Similarly, this tends to itch and flake more, and may even become hypersensitive to

touch.

Also, bruises may appear more easily, as visibility

veins.

It is something that can help keep the skin moist.

However, the real solution is to resolve the deficiency in the liver.

Color change in stool.

When there is deficiency of bile, feces change color.

Typically revolves around pale yellow gray to brown colors, clay, or.

If these symptoms remain for several days, it would be good to visit your doctor to

to check your liver.

Loss of appetite.

Loss of appetite is also related to deficiency of bile in the body.

This substance helps the digestion of lipids.

So when food is not digested properly, it affects our appetite.

Jaundice.

Jaundice is not more than when the skin, eyes, fingers and tongue become yellowish color.

This is due to the indiscriminate increase of bilirubin in the bloodstream.

This condition may be associated with problems in the gallbladder and pancreas.

In these cases, it is best to consult our doctor as soon as possible.

Fatigue and weakness.

Fatigue without explanation is one of the main signs of liver damage.

When the liver is not working as it should, the rest of the organs work very hard.

As a result, we feel tired after doing very little activity.

Moreover, as the toxins they are not being removed from the blood, the consequences

They may be worse.

As you could notice, problems with the liver can be very dangerous.

However, we can detect if we are attentive to the signs that give us the body.

So ten outstanding each of the signs and do not hesitate to consult your doctor if you notice

something strange.

Do you have any idea of all this ?.

you like the hey the next one is this title you know and then I could just all

along my way so this is freeze your brain by Missy asylum let's take a look

and see what to become of our character link is in the description box below and

let mister catch a little soda drink

they start to get okay no point running routes cuz you're gone oh my glasses

like thinking back to the done really soon

also you probably has a job where he travels a lot I don't learn the names Oh

with faces all I can trust is this con free passes seems every time I'm about

to despair there's a 7-eleven right okay

each storeroom was a hit from mopping uh it's been around he really liked

7-eleven at my old room okay yeah I live for that sweet rose all

right this bill no reason that I laugh I just heard that I'm not I'll he likes

bravery okay happiness mom win everything who needs

cocaine well okay okay okay I will say because I was like right this song is

kind of like it seems like there I get the message earthing but the lyrics are

kind of like Smith huh but I get the concept brain freeze is

better than cocaine some say I mean I don't know and then cooking centered I'm

just good I haven't done cooking I do some making cookie jokes I look okay

super remove your mommy no you eat all that crap not anymore

oh really when mom I'll she pad oh no my dad oh I learned to cook that time I

learned to pay rent the world oh he had to grow up on announce your

please his father let's do a lot on another some college and bury a lawyer

okay guys

well hello it's like gills are well protected so Midas's turn me on

she's just like like in this guy okay shut your eyes again he wants to do

brain freeze so that way he doesn't have to do it what's going on

it's just get away okay it's a little close our consumers oh I like the fries

is coming and he's just fighting it off I love it all his feeling is embracing

it there goes that joy and that pain all together okay

I like his voice though on his going back for more yeah it's sad but true

okay whoa whoa whoa but okay it's bad but way better than like hey um you know

do drugs so I like the references some type of substance to help him get away

from the situation like that and we're going back to what I was saying about

the lyrics but when the corn started when he was talking about him being at

the success you know love 7-eleven he loves aisles and especially the stuff

and I was like I don't like you know care for this right now but um I do like

that businesses get away this was he's experiencing things in his life he had

to grow up on his own his father wasn't as loving as mother when mother died and

his father is moving around so he has not been able to make a personal

connection with anyone the only person was his mother and she's

gone so this is his way to kind of have a constant it is constant and that it's

kind of like someone who is addicted to drugs that does

life is just too much but this is their faith in their confidence and our

7-elevens everywhere this is the place that he feels the same way

he's like everything else is different all the time you know except for his

father but not it's not accustomed the way he wanted to be his father's not

very loving and you know he doesn't want the connection with this but nonetheless

I really like the story that they're telling with the month I do like the

story that's the tone of the song let me know your thoughts down below in the

comment section the link to that video is in the description box below check me

Havit HV-KB390L Low Profile Mechanical Keyboard - Unboxing & Review - Duration: 11:16.

Today we have something a bit different, but it is still a mechanical keyboard.

This is the Havit low profile mechanical keyboard.

And in turn we'll check out the new Kailh low profile keyswitches.

Opening up the box we have some paperwork, which includes a small user guide.

We have the keyboard itself.

And we get a micro USB cable.

And as we can see, this doesn't look like all the other keyboards we've checked out

on the channel.

As said before this is a low profile mechanical keyboard, so we have low profile keyswitches,

and this allows everything to be thinned down.

This also makes it very light, but with the aluminium plate, there's not much flex to

it.

It weighs at about 500grams, which is mainly attributed to the aluminium plate.

They've gone with quite a simple rectangular shape and an angled profile, with a natural

angle of elevation.

So it's actually not as thin as it could be, with the front of the case being an indication

of how thin it could be throughout.

It is tapered all the way round to make it appear thinner as well.

There's a chamfer around the black aluminium, revealing a chrome edge.

And it is a nice smooth finish on there, which doesn't really show fingerprints.

There is their logo above the arrow keys which I'm never really a fan of, but at least

it isn't popping out or stamped or anything.

The typeface on the keycaps is simple, and it works for me.

I'm just happy they didn't go with a gamery font, so good on them.

These keycaps though are thin ABS caps which is fine I guess, which is probably because

of their limited options, and these are the type that are coated black, and then laser

etched to allow the light to shine through.

So this is like the Razer and Corsair keycaps, and are very sensitive to oils from your fingers.

So they shine up very easily, and will eventually have permanent shine.

As for the actual thinness of the keyboard.

This is the thinnest mechanical keyboard I've had and used, so I'll compare to some others

that I have.

This Vortex Core is probably one of the thinner MX switch keyboards, and because of it's

flat case and DSA keycaps, it's actually not that much taller than the tall side of

the Havit keyboard.

This Tesoro Gram Spectrum which is another low profile keyboard, but uses different and

taller keyswitches and is also not that much taller, but it's also much flatter.

The Anne Pro which is a pretty normal 60% board is way thicker, also having natural

inclination to it.

And finally this iKBC C104 is just a stock standard full sized keyboard.

It has normal OEM keycaps, and is also obviously much thicker.

To be expected, it is a very thin mechanical keyboard.

But because of its angled design, it's actually not as thin as it could be, and is only a

tad shorter than the Vortex Core and the Tesoro Gram Spectrum, from it's taller side.

But while that is the case, it definitely feels and looks much thinner than it actually

is.

It's also using sculptured keycaps, so they're not just flat from the side profile, like

what you'll see on something like a laptop.

On the rear we have a micro USB port, but notice how it has some plastic surrounding

it.

The good news is that with the included cable, it makes for a safe and secure connection.

However it will not fit most other cables.

I actually couldn't find the included cable for most of the testing period, so I had to

strip off the housing on one of my micro USB cables, so that's something to keep in mind.

An on the bottom we have some rubber feet, and two flip up feet.

So overall in terms of aesthetics and how it looks, they haven't done much wrong at

all.

Of course it doesn't have that premium look, but at the same time it doesn't scream gamer.

I can tell that they've kept to a simple design, and in my opinion looks quite fine,

but this is of course just a personal thing.

Now to the main feature which are the keyswitches.

So pretty much all the mechanical keyboards we check out on the channel have Cherry MX

keyswitches, or a clone of it.

However this keyboard uses low profile Kailh keyswitches which is based on the Cherry ML

series, but has quite a few differences.

Unfortunately I don't have an ML board, so I can't make direct comparisons in it's

shape and such, but I'll link a video in the description below which does.

So as we can see these are very short, and everything is different to an MX style switch.

The one I have here is blue, and has both the Kailh and Dare-U logo.

However it says that it is from the Kailh PG1350 series, so it still should be the same

as the standard clicky switch which is white.

With a completely different shape, this is not compatible with any MX keycaps, PCBs,

and plates.

It's also not compatible with Cherry ML keycaps, because the stem isn't offset.

As said this is a clicky switch, and the way it produces that click is different.

A standard MX switch will use a click collar, however this uses a click bar.

So as we can see here, when we push the key, the stem will move that bar, and finally it

will release and hit the housing to create that sound.

And without the click collar, there is no rattle at all after the click.

The other unique characteristic with the click bar, is that there's 2 clicks for each keystroke.

So one on the way down, and another when it goes back up.

And since there's no other bump on the stem, that's what also creates the tactile bump,

which isn't as strong, but it's still there.

And the sound the switches creates is quite a sharp and high pitched sound.

And it's very clean in its sound but also in it's feel.

So when we add that to the short travel distance of the switches at 3mm, with an actuation

distance of approximately 1.4mm, it makes for a very unique typing experience.

It's a very light and crispy experience, that is quite refreshing to me personally,

having mostly used the typically 4mm travel distance switches.

The stabilised keys which are all the longer keys feel very sharp and responsive, and produce

no rattle which is really nice to see.

Each size of stabilised keys have a unique shape to the metal bar.

And the keyswitch housing itself is also different, as the top housing has the little ridges to

pop the stabiliser wires in.

I have also checked out the Tesoro Gram Spectrum which also regarded as a low profile keyboard,

but they are completely different, as we can see by the keyswitches.

Another thing is that by having the keyboard more flat, it is a bit easier on your wrists

if you do rest them on your desk.

This is a backlit keyboard, so we have a variety of lighting modes which is accessed via the

function key at the bottom, with the arrow keys controlling the brightness and speed

of the effects.

We can also customise the lighting, by picking what keys we want to be lit up by pressing

function and F12.

And we have 5 profiles, so we can pick one, and then customise it as you please.

Meaning that we can have 5 different custom lighting profiles for different situations

if needed.

However we can do more if we download the software from their website.

We can easily pick and look through the lighting effects here, and we're able to control

brightness and speed here as well.

We can also adjust the response time and report rate if need be.

However the more useful feature here is being able to customise each key.

So we can set it to do a combination, open up a program, be some sort of shortcut and

all that.

We can also assign a macro to it, like type out a sentence.

This can be very useful for people who take advantage of it, and take the time and effort

to set it all up.

Opening the keyboard is easy with a couple of Philips head screws which are hidden under

some keycaps.

And here's the bottom ABS plastic shell.

And it has some ribbing on the bottom surface for reinforcement, and as we can see, there

is a heap of room because of its angled design.

So future keyboards with these keyswitches do have the potential to be thinner.

And here's the rest of the keyboard with the PCB and keyswitches mounted onto the 1.5mm

thick aluminium plate.

And we can see how thin the switches actually are, and you can imagine what different designs

for cases could be.

The PCB itself is clean and I had not issues with it.

It is different looking to the normal MX PCBs, but it's still the same in that we have

the 2 switch pins, the centre prong, and we also have the 2 other prongs that hold it

with the PCB.

Then there's the diodes, with our SMD LEDs and resistors for those.

Overall it is a very unique experience, because it's quite new, and that there's like

not really any other keyboards that I can see on sale right now that have these switches.

But I know there's quite a few that are going to come soon, from like Vortex, Mistel,

Tesoro and all them.

So I don't know, perhaps the brand Dare U did have some sort of period where it was

exclusive to them.

And this is a budget board as well, so the build is what you expect with the thin aluminium

and plastic.

The keycaps are coated ABS, so they do shine up really easily, but I don't know if they

had any other options at this time for backlit keycaps.

I like the simple singular colour lighting, and I happen to like blue.

But probably white would have been more flexible with other setups.

But what it really comes down to is the typing experience.

And I know many will not feel comfortable with the reduced travel distance, but at the

same time, many outsiders would actually prefer it, as it's not too far from a laptop experience.

Using a click bar mechanism, it's loud with a high pitched sound and has a very crispy

clicky feel to it.

It's also very light to type on, and with the short travel distance, it makes for a

very easy going experience as well.

It is a cool alternative mechanical keyboard.

And I for sure enjoyed having a break from the traditional stuff with this, and perhaps

you might too.

Christian Pulisic: I know of Liverpool links, but I'm staying at Borussia Dortmund - Duration: 2:08.

Christian Pulisic: I know of Liverpool links, but I'm staying at Borussia Dortmund

Kop boss Jurgen Klopp is a big fan of the American teenager, who is already a first-team star in Germany despite being aged just 18.

But despite Liverpool's interest in getting the player, Pulisic isn't up for a move to the Premier League this summer. "I am very happy at Dortmund.

I do not think about a club change," the Dortmund star told Sport Bild. "I have extended my contract at the beginning of the year until 2020.

"Last season, I established myself in Dortmund with a European top club, which was always my dream as a little boy." On being linked with Liverpool, Pulisic added: Yes, I read them [Liverpool rumours] too.

What more can I say? I am concentrating fully on the start of the season. "My next goal is to play consistently [at Borussia Dortmund].".

The Dortmund attacking midfielder, who spent a year in England playing for Brackley Town as a child, has eight goals in 54 appearances to his name since breaking through at Signal Iduna Park.

In April 2016, Pulisic became the youngest player ever to score two goals in the Bundesliga and last September he became the youngest American to score a goal in World Cup qualifying.

Yonderly: I'm a Gloomy, Absent-Minded Professor! | Word of the Week #6 - Duration: 2:08.

Hey there!

Welcome to The Selcouth Mind!

If you were to meet me in real life, you might describe me as reserved and possibly even

a little bit melancholy.

I'm actually just an introvert, but those words also describe one of my favourite cartoon

characters: Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh.

Eeyore likes to be alone and is always in a gloomy mood.

The poor guy even has a rain cloud that follows him around!

Some might say that he's depressed.

However, I would describe him as "yonderly".

What is "yonderly"?

The Oxford English Dictionary defines it as "distant, reserved, sullen, depressed, gloomy,

melancholy".

It is an adjective found in some British dialects.

It comes from the adverb "yonder", which means "at or in that place, over there,".

"Yonder" was first used in the 1300s and comes from the Middle English word "ȝonder",

which has the same meaning as the modern word.

"Yonderly" was first used in 1828 in a book about the dialects of the county of York

in England.

However, it almost ceased to be used after World War II.

More recently, "yonderly" is used to refer to someone who is "mentally or emotionally

distant" or "absent-minded".

And by "emotionally distant", I am not referring to psychopaths!

Instead, the character type that this meaning of "yonderly" best describes is that of

the absent-minded professor.

There are lots of examples in pop culture, but two of my favourites are Professor Calculus

from the Tintin comics and Merlin from Disney's The Sword in the Stone.

Who is your favourite "yonderly" character?

Let me know in the comments below!

The Search For A Path - Another Hunt With A Coin Spill - Duration: 1:08:57.

HELLO HUNTERS

I'm on my way to a metal detecting spot.

What's that? A Roman coin?

No, just a round stone :D.

Let's do it!

I'm very excited...

It's not the place I wanted to hunt, but I couldn't wait...

The area looks just "too good".

First target.

Rusty bullet case.

I'm moving towards the location.

Iron.

I'm very surprised - it's a nice looking buckle.

GPS ("POI") #1.

This button looks nice too.

Probably "a little bit older".

#2

Shotgun slug.

I'm changing the frequency (to test it).

A bottle cap.

Looks like a brick, but it's a stone.

Shotgun cartridge.

Part of a pull tab.

Probably the rest of it.

But you never know...

This time it's the missing part.

Oh look, a flashlight.

A military version.

Rusty.

MX-99I\U

No batteries.

From a US soldier.

Into the backpack it goes.

I wonder if the pull tab is connected with this flashlight...

The soldier drunk beer and run out of batteries.

He couldn't see anything, got lost and drunk another beer...

Bullet case from a pistol... he heard something and started shooting.

He probably found this way shortly after.

I'm almost there...

It's nothing special, but the alignment of the trees could indicate a path.

I just want to check it out.

I'm looking for the best entry point.

And for a possible path from this side.

I can't spot anything unusual.

Maybe it's just a track from a tank in one section...

I can't find the trees, but what the heck, let's just jump in!

I usually don't look for paths etc. anymore (this is an exception).

A bullet case.

Not the best sound.

But it's a nice target.

Looks like leather inside.

Sorry about that, but it only makes sense to test targets when the ground is undisturbed.

Whatever it is, it's deep...

Of course it would be too easy without roots.

Not much from this side.

Nothing...

Sorry, I can't do it right now.

But listen to the signal...

It got better - Deus likes disturbed soil.

I can't leave it like that.

I'm checking the sides.

Still nothing...

Last attempt!

The whole knife goes already in and there is another root at the bottom.

Sorry guys and girls - I'm not a quitter, but I have to look at the bigger picture.

I have to have some energy left for the rest of this hunt.

I will come back some day with a shovel...

Let's mark it.

OK, as always, please don't touch it if you see it!

I'm sure, there are other finds waiting for me, shallow finds :).

Like this one.

It's a coin.

A US Nickel.

Tiny ring from a tiny bird.

The next button.

Am I dead, or is it the soil?

Another button.

A thick one.

A bullet case.

Something big.

Hmm...

I can't work with this slow pinpointer!

Look at the "recovery speed".

I can turn 180° and this thing still beeps.

Well, I think the strange alignment of the trees was related to relatively modern military activities.

From now on it's just "freestyle metal detecting" - hunting with intuition.

This tree looks nice, let's see...

Foil.

Pull tab.

A tick?

Sorry, I like animals, but...

A caterpillar, what is going on here...

She doesn't want to leave.

What?!

Go away!

Leave him alone!

I saved a life.

Probably shrapnel, but just in case...

Hmm, for a dog - with a dog.

A chain!

One of the most difficult objects to extract.

It's a long chain.

For a dog?

It's heavy.

Still something in there.

The last link in the chain, now it's complete.

#8

A small padlock - cool.

This time it's not the key, just a piece of wire.

Looks like a button.

I have to make a phone call.

It's a coin (sorry about the broken audio).

A button.

A thimble started it.

With a pattern.

A nice buckle.

A large button (I will show you pictures at the end).

Deep iron.

It was a knife.

I'm correcting the number.

:)

Back end of a medieval knife.

Awesome find.

Now I'm realizing, that the camera was turned OFF.

Which is a shame, because it was (technically) a very good and fluent part of this hunt.

There is the stick from the last find.

The medieval knife.

Let me take you for a short walk...

The previous find was that close.

Another one.

There was the knife.

This was the thimble I think.

And that close was the large button.

I assume, a group of people was resting here, maybe even cooking and sleeping...

Time to move on.

It's shiny...

No that's just foil.

"cold war?" I guess "cold water".

It's a button.

Next item from US military - a battery.

Pull tab, let's track some US soldiers...

Hmm...

I have no idea...

A clip for $100 bills?

To be honest, I was hoping to find some US coins.

Here is one.

This must be a "Nickel".

"2 German Mark" coin (1973).

Another coin - a US Dime.

Great, it looks like another coin spill!

Plastic - pfff...

Next coin.

A Nickel.

One Dime.

Part of a lighter.

And another Nickel.

It's a Penny.

1991 - in good shape.

German "10 Pfennig" coin.

Same year, excellent condition for a coin with iron core.

Another Nickel.

1991 was the youngest coin I believe.

The legendary "Skilcraft" pen...

Another one.

I believe, a boar chewed up this one :D.

The pin pointer found a coin too.

Another Dime.

A Nickel.

Trash.

Hmm...

90's fashion.

It says: "MEGA PRO".

That's it - I'm exhausted.

Now I have to take a long walk to a bus stop.

Please wait for the pictures if you like.

This hunt was 3h and 8min long (without the unrecorded part in the middle).

That's a heavy bag.

Shotgun slug.

A broken button...

Looks like a skull.

Another button.

"10 Pfennig" coin (1991 ).

"2 German Mark" (1973).

US Nickel.

US Penny (1991).

Nickel (1985).

Nickel (1966).

Nickel (1976?).

Nickel (1989).

Nickel (1977).

One Dime (1987?).

One Dime (1977).

One Dime (1989).

THE pen.

Small padlock.

With leather inside?

Sorry, the backside comes later.

"1 Kreuzer" (1869) (before "cleaning").

After "cleaning" (it was in bad shape)...

The backside of the previous button.

Next button.

The thimble.

A nice looking button.

A buckle.

Another one.

The large button (now clean).

Medieval end of a knife tang.

Some trash.

More trash.

And treasure.

Fox News Spent $50 Million To Settle Sexual Harassment Suits In The Last Year - Duration: 3:30.

It may be time to check with your Financial Planner, Financial Advisor, the person who

runs your 401K or IRA, and find out if they've invested any of your money into News Corp.

Because if they have, you may wanna go ahead and pull it out as quickly as possible.

According to financial disclosures that were filed this past Monday, for the fiscal year

that just ended, Fox News had to pay out 50 million dollars to settle sexual harassment

lawsuits.

That's 50 million dollars in a 12 month span, because they can't hire people, or they can't

control their hosts enough to get them to stop sexual harassing and objectifying women

at the network.

How disgusting is that?

50 million dollars.

Bill O'Reilly lost his job over it.

Sean Hannity probably should lose his job, but if he's not sexual harassing anybody,

I guess they're gonna just let it slide.

Eric Bolling, also in hot water now.

Of course, he's threatening to now sue people that are saying that.

But, the point is, Fox News, for too long, fostered this kind of culture where it was

okay to degrade women.

It was okay to make unwanted advances to them.

It was okay to treat them as subhuman beings that were there only for your amusement and

your pleasure.

That is what Fox News cultivated.

And that is what they allowed to grow.

Almost like a cancer growing from within Fox News.

It was left untreated and it grew, and grew, and grew.

And while it's a great thing that Fox News is actually paying the victims of this, looking

at it from a purely financial perspective, this company is finding itself in a very unpleasant

situation due to the fact that its own shareholders now are super pissed because that's 50 million

dollars that actually would've gone into their pockets.

And instead, it had to go to make up for the fact that Fox News can't stop hiring misogynist,

disgusting human beings to come on the air and spew lies every day.

Is it that hard to find somebody who's willing to lie, but not sexually harass women?

I'm sure you could probably find some people to fill the spots of these jackasses.

But instead, you wanna continue going with this culture that you've created, where women

are not equal.

Women are toys, women are objects.

And you'll just keep paying out all the money you can because it doesn't effect you.

Well, once the shareholders start revolting, once they start demanding change.

Once those people, who are seeing that their financial incomes are lessening because your

Fox host can't control themselves, then you're gonna start seeing some real problems as people,

mostly the financial investors, the wealthy folks who pull the strings, start pulling

out.

Leaving Fox News with nobody to pay the bills.

And then, hopefully, nobody to go on

the air.

Thunderstorms, Friends and Irn Bru - Summer in the City 2 | Kate's SitC Adventures - Duration: 12:58.

Good morning folks! It is now Saturday morning and time for the second day of Summer in the City.

Now it's a lovely lovely sunny day again, there's my view out the window

and it's about 10:30 in the morning right now so I'm gonna take a wander over to the convention.

I am gonna take my hoodie with me again as I did yesterday

but it's been so sunny I don't think I'm gonna have to wear it. So anyway, let's get over there!

There seems to be a lot more people going past today compared to yesterday,

there seem to be a lot more people walking this way which is really really cool.

I think I maybe left earlier yesterday but it's still really nice to see more people heading towards the ExCel.

So again I've got my lovely lovely view.

I just tripped over the curb there, I chose my moment to start vlogging.

So anyways I have to go and register again because the wristband is like a different color every day

and then I'm gonna go and explore.

I'm in the YouTuber lounge right now and you can get coasters printed

and I've got ones with my dogs on here, I am so so obsessed with these, I absolutely love them.

I've got four in total and I just never thought that this would be a thing

that you could get done at SitC, but I love that it is.

Guess who I've found? It's Emma! Otherwise known as DarkStarMedia.

Emma: You're the first person who's recognized me, I have a soft spot for you forever.

I'd put my arm around you but I'm eating a Calippo Kate: Yeah, priorities.

Emma: I'm making a great impression! Kate: No no, it's fine.

My channel understand that food is more important than friends.

Emma: It is... Kate: There's no shame in that.

Emma: ...which is a really good thing to say at a networking event

where there are people but there's also food. Kate: But everybody goes to the food first

and then they see who's there. Emma: I had just a sausage roll to sustain me getting into London

and then Inés was like "Oh, there's bagels by the way". Kate: Yeah, that's what we're all about.

I'm going for one of them in a minute I think.

You just described your channel in a very interesting way, would you like to tell you my adventurers?

Emma: Instead of like a 30-second pitch it's like a 30 minute pitch.

I'm that friend that you don't quite know why you keep her around but she knows some interesting stuff

and there's probably a charm about her, you think "Alright, she'll do, she's okay".

She's probably a good person at the heart of it all, I mean aren't we really all just complex complicated people?

And she likes words and words are interesting and yeah, you should subscribe to my channel.

Kate: Yes! Who doesn't want that? Emma: Come on Apprentice, hire me

Do I not know how to pitch a business? Kate: Come on Alan Sugar!

Emma: I'm wearing question marks in my ear.

If that doesn't tell people that I'm obsessed with words and punctuation, I don't know what does.

Kate: So DarkStarMedia, her real name's Emma,

I'm gonna put the details in the description so you can go and check her out.

And I'm gonna come round here and speak to...

Inés has the most amazing tights on today by the way, so cool!

Inés: There we are. Emma: If you yank them up enough will the cat smile? [LAUGHTER]

Inés: They probably stretch out, I always feel the cats should be on my knees.

Kate: It's like the bee's knees, these are the cat's knees.

Inés: I am the cat's superior. Or perior, as you see it.

Kate: So what's your channel about? Inés: I run a channel called Draw Curiosity,

It's about science and I try and tell fun entertaining things about science.

that I'm like "That's a cool story, I wanna tell someone else."

Kate: Fantastic! I'm one of those people who always thought I didn't like science

and then I'll start watching a science show and then I'll just be like "Actually that's the coolest thing ever!"

It's one of them things, I think science is for everybody really.

So her details are in the description as well, go check her out she's amazingly cool.

Inés: Thank you! Kate: No problem!

There's a full on bad weather storm going on here now

and I feel like I should be indoors but at the same time it's so funny to just see people

sitting outside and going "Oh dear" instead of actually being too concerned about the whole thing

which is really really funny. So there's been like lightning and thunder and things and various flashes

and we're just kind of still outside, it's still really nice and peaceful out here.

I can't actually even feel the rain to be honest, but it's not a very nice day. At all.

So it looks very different from yesterday and even this morning this morning was-

Did you see that? Big flash of lightning Yeah, it looks so different from this morning.

[HUGE THUNDER CLAP]

That was a thunderclap that just shook the building, or at least the building seemed to shake at that moment

and it just feels really really intense

and like I say I feel like I should be indoors but it's so peaceful and nice out here

at least where I am that I'm not sure I really feel the need.

So pray for me, if I get electrocuted it's because I'm enjoying this lifestyle too much.

I feel like I haven't updated in ages, but I've been hanging out with various people

looking around the venue. Do you wanna say hi, Mackenzie?

Mackenzie: Hello! How are you? Kate: You do like travel and things don't you?

Mackenzie: I live in London, I'm from America so it's kind of my adventures in London.

Kate: I think we're pretty compatible, I'll put her details down in the description

so you can go and check her out, give her some love. We've also got- they're not paying attention-

Oh there we go, we've got Charli! Charli: Hello!

Kate: Charli is absolutely awesome, I'm definitely gonna put her details in the description.

I'm a fan! I should be paying for a Meet and Greet. Charli: I'm just glad that we've finally met

cause we've talked on Twitter for so long. Kate: It's crazy isn't it? That's all you have to do.

Smay sent me New Zealand candy so I've put up that video this week

and then I meet you, that's all you have to do. Charli: In with the Kiwis, yeah.

Kate: One Kiwi and then suddenly you know them all. Girl: Hi Vlog!

Kate: Hello! You wanna say hi? Girls: Hi! [LAUGHTER]

Kate: Sandra do you wanna say hello? Sandra: Hi!

Sandra is Slovenian and she's absolutely lovely. You do beauty as well don't you?

Sandra: I started with beauty but now I'm doing travel and living abroad.

Kate: I know your videos as ones about living in London and things,

I don't think I've ever watched any beauty videos from you so I suppose it's time for a rebrand.

Sandra: Yeah, I haven't done them in a while.

Kate: And Tim's super busy being the film documenterer. Sandra: Super serious.

Tim: I can't help it! Kate: Do you wanna say hi, Tim? Tim: Hey!

Kate: I'll put his details down below, all of them I'll put down below.

And this lady here seems to be giving us spots. Charli: I'm not so sure I'm keen.

I feel like I've had such a busy day and now I'm back here at the Creator lounge again

because it's a lot more it's a lot more relaxed up here, I really like it up here.

I was up here before and I saw my friend Charli so we met up

and we've just been hanging around for the day and we've seen so many things, we've had so much fun.

It's about like eight o'clock at night now maybe?

I don't even know. Maybe 6. 8 seems really late. But I can't believe the event's still going on.

It's really cool. So I'm just kind of hanging around here for a while.

I've still got a blue slush with me that I'm trying to finish.

And then...I might go to the pub. Is that bad?

I do need to pack up my hotel room later, maybe I shouldn't but it's all good.

Creator day was very quiet compared to today. The fangirls have arrived in their droves.

And that's not necessarily a bad thing, it's just different, it's a different atmosphere.

Yesterday I felt like the creators felt that they could wander around a bit

kind of go onto the floor, say hi to people.

I didn't see that so much today. I saw people kind of being chased after and things

which, you know, it was a lot more respectful from in the US,

I don't feel like there was any screaming and running towards people

but it was a different atmosphere all the same, there was a lot more fangirling as opposed to yesterday

I came back to my hotel room about an hour ago maybe.

Because I thought I'd just kind of dump my stuff there and kind of relax for a bit

and now I'm going to collect Amara

because I said that she could hang out with me in my hotel room so here we go.

So I'm just kind of heading back to the venue to see if I can find her

because she doesn't know London very well and I don't want her to get lost like I got lost.

So that's gonna happen, we'll maybe be doing a collab, we maybe won't, we'll just see how things go.

Amara's trying her first Irn Bru. Amara: I'm nervous I'll horribly represent something

Kate: This is the original, the ones with the "O" are the ones that people's copied them.

That's the trademark one. Amara: Walmart has beverages that it does that to.

Amara: It looks like orange soda but I'm doubting it is orange soda.

Oh, that smells like all of the fruit in the entire universe at once plus sugar.

We have a gum called Juicy Fruit in the US. If it was carbonated liquid...[LAUGHTER]

Kate: Whenever I meet an American, usually it's like in Meet and Greets and things,

I always bring teacakes with me, it's like my thing, teacakes.

I've given them to Taylor Swift, Lady Antebellum, Chloe from Dance Moms, I've given her some

Actually the whole cast of Dance Moms have had teacakes off me.

It's kind of like a biscuit base and then it's got marshmallow on the top

and then it's covered in chocolate.

Well that has been another lovely day at Summer in the City

I'm now kinda sitting, just trying to summon up the energy to get ready for bed

because that takes energy and I'm past the point where I want to get ready for bed, now I just wanna go to bed.

I'll be ducking out early tomorrow because I have to fly home but other than that

I think it's gonna be a great day and I had a wonderful day today

and I think tomorrow's gonna be equally awesome, it's gonna be a great ending to a great event.

So I hope you've been enjoying this, I'm sorry if this one's been patchy

I feel like event vlogs can be a little weird.

Because you want to watch panels and you want to connect with people

and it's not always appropriate to whip out a camera and start talking in those scenarios and things

so I'm trying to like fill in the blanks where I can, I'm trying to film what's around me when I can

but if there's any massive gaps I'm really really sorry about that and I hope you're all enjoying it anyway.

I hope you're getting to see what it's like for me, if you have any questions put them down below

I'm totally up to answering them and yeah, I hope you enjoyed this vlog.

I'll be back tomorrow for the last day of Summer in the City

and thank you so much for watching everybody, cheerio!

So I came back to my hotel room about an hour ago maybe.

Ooh, it's dark!

I came back to my hotel room about an hour ago maybe...
