2005-2010 Mustang GT, GT500 Corsa Xtreme Axle-Back Exhaust Sound Clip & Install - Duration: 4:46.The Corsa Xtreme axle-back for the 2005 to 2010 GT Mustang is something that you should
check out if you're looking for a 304 stainless steel axle-back that also happens to be one
of the loudest available, but that doesn't have any drone, and if you don't mind paying
extra for the Corsa name and quality.
Corsa is known for producing loud exhaust systems that are high in quality with no drone,
and top-of-the-line fitment and manufacturing, but they usually are on the more expensive
side of things.
The install for this axle-back is easy.
It's gonna be a one-out-of-three wrenches on the difficulty meter.
You can plan on spending an hour's time to get this installed.
Corsa prides itself on its ability to provide an exhaust that gives a throaty sound under
acceleration and a very deep tone at all times, and lots of volumes all the way around, without
any drone in the interior.
They're able to do this because they tune their mufflers.
They've created what they call RSC, or reflective sound cancellation technology.
This allows the axle-back to be loud under acceleration, but it eliminates the drone
that you commonly get with an axle-back as loud as this one is.
This is gonna be a five-out-of-five on the loudness meter, with one being a quiet upgrade
and five being a very loud one.
This system is one of the loudest axle-backs that we have currently available on the site,
so if you're looking for loud and aggressive with no drone at all, you're in the right
spot.
Other than having a ton of volume with no drone, this axle-back is also made in the
U.S. from 304 stainless steel.
If you have a daily driver or a car that you drive a lot in all types of weather, I always
recommend stainless steel, especially 304 stainless steel, since it's top-of-the-line
when it comes to materials.
It's gonna have the longest life and hold up the best over time.
304 stainless steel won't corrode or rust over time like aluminized steel would, or
even some of the cheaper forms of stainless steel.
The mufflers in the system are straight-through mufflers and they have mirror polished stainless
steel tips.
If you wanted a different look, Corsa offers the same system with black tips instead.
And if you're thinking this is maybe a little bit too loud for your personal preference,
Corsa does make a Sport axle-back that isn't quite as loud as the Xtreme here is.
Like I told you guys earlier, this system is on the more expensive side when you compare
it to your other options out there.
You can expect to spend over the $700 mark for this axle-back.
Corsa stuff tends to be more expensive because of the nicer features that this has, like
the fact that it has no drone but a ton of volume, and that it's 304 stainless steel.
So, if this is a little bit too expensive for you, there are a lot of options on the
Product page when it comes to axle-backs for this generation.
This is a bolt-on item, so you're looking at a very easy install.
I'm gonna call it a one-out-of-three wrenches on the scale when we look at difficulty.
Overall, you're looking at about one hour to get this all done.
And, as usual, a lift would certainly make things easier for you here, but the job can
be done on a jack and jack stands, as well, if you don't have access to one.
This axle-back very simply bolts right up into the stock location, so you won't have
to modify anything or cut anything.
You're just looking at dropping your old axle-back, and the new axle-back will come with new clamps
for you, so you don't have to worry about transferring the old ones over.
When you go to install your new setup, it'll probably be easiest to leave everything a
little bit loose until you have it all lined up, and then tighten it down.
Wrapping things up here with the Corsa Xtreme axle-back, this'll fit the 2005 to 2010 GT
Mustang, and you can check it out more online right here at americanmuscle.com.

The Shady Side Of Megyn Kelly - Duration: 5:02.When it comes to broadcast journalism, it's tough to steer clear of all levels of controversy.
For Megyn Kelly, becoming a famous face for Fox News and now NBC has certainly had its
perks.
But there are also plenty of on-camera moments that the show anchor might come to regret.
White Santa
In 2013, Megyn Kelly landed herself in hot water when she reacted to a Slate article
by an African-American writer on how to make Santa more relatable to children of all races.
"And by the way for all you kids watching at home, Santa just is white, but this person
is, just you know, just arguing that we should have a black Santa.
Santa is what he is"
As if her dismissal of any efforts to give Kris Kringle multicultural significance wasn't
bad enough, she went on to add:
"Jesus was a white man, too."
Experts quickly offered up historical evidence to contradict her claim, so Kelly would later
walk back her statements by saying that her remarks were only, quote, "tongue in cheek"
and were "lost on the humorless."
But that didn't stop late night hosts from having a field day with her words.
"You do know Jesus wasn't born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania right?"
"And Santa can't just change colors it's not like he's magic or anything."
Staying in the shallow end
In 2015, the Duggar family of 19 Kids and Counting fame was in serious hot water after
a police report revealed that oldest son Josh had inappropriate contact with his sisters
while he was a teenager.
To salvage their family brand — and their television careers — the Duggars turned
to Kelly for a primetime interview on Fox News.
It did not sit well with media experts.
Critics claimed Kelly wasn't "incisive" enough or even interested in getting to the bottom
of the scandal, but rather served as a puff piece for the embattled reality stars.
That wasn't the last time Kelly would be accused of throwing softballs to interview subjects.
In June 2017, Megyn Kelly made her big NBC News debut by interviewing Russian president
Vladimir Putin, who has been accused of interfering with the 2016 presidential election.
Kelly's interview was immediately controversial, as others in the media weren't impressed by
her inquiry style.
But the situation worsened when unaired footage from their conversation showed Kelly pandering
to Putin.
"Virtually every person we've met on the street, says what they respect about you is that you
have returned dignity to Russia."
Even CIA analysts lashed out after the segment, saying that she basically fed Putin's ego
and propaganda machine with the odd compliment.
To make matters worse for Kelly's new show, she also interviewed the controversial online
personality Alex Jones, the host of InfoWars.
In the days leading up to the interview, leaked audio recordings of Jones' preparatory conversation
with Kelly revealed that she offered words of flattery and made several promises to help
him look good in the interview.
Kelly might've held portrayed herself as a hard-hitter …
"And I certainly will not apologize for doing good journalism."
But these interviews made it questionable just how tenacious she really is.
Changing her tune
When Gretchen Carlson filed her sexual harassment lawsuit against Fox News CEO Roger Ailes in
July 2016, her former coworkers defended the embattled CEO with the notable exception of
Kelly.
Turns out Kelly made the brave decision to inform investigators that Ailes had made unwanted
advances towards her during her early years at Fox.
Two days after Kelly's accusation was reported in New York Magazine, Ailes resigned.
But while her decision to speak up was considered commendable by the public, her rationale for
staying quiet about it for so long was not.
She told NPR, "I wasn't looking to go file a federal lawsuit about it.
I was looking to make it stop.
And in my experience … women don't tend to want to make this into some bra-burning
moment.
They just want to do their jobs.
They want to be left alone."
Some critics pointed out that not only was the victim-silencing aspect of her statement
troubling, but the timing of her revelation was a little too convenient.
She had a book to sell, her contract was ending with Fox News, and she was shopping herself
around to other networks at the time.
It wasn't the first time she reserved a cup of tea for an opportune moment, either.
Scuffling with Trump
During the Republican primaries, Kelly and Donald Trump became engaged in a public feud
after the then-candidate didn't like a question Kelly asked him during a debate.
And while it made for great drama and positioned Kelly as an "independent" journalist, she
would oddly end up withholding crucial information about Trump until after the 2016 election
when it appeared in her book.
According to The New York Times, not only did Kelly write Trump had received her debate
questions in advance, but she felt spooked by her disagreements with Trump and even increased
security after her children saw strange people "casing" her house.
"I thought it would never end. Right
I really thought it would never end."
Maybe now that all of these gaffes have been thoroughly explored and she seems to be feud-free
at the moment, Kelly can learn from it and re-launch her new NBC series will much less
controversy in tow.
Only time will tell...

Best Home Improvements for Resale | 7 Home Improvements to INCREASE Property Value - Duration: 10:11.What can you do to add the most value to your house and get the best return on your investment
before you put it on the market to sell?
How's it going everyone my name is Matt Leighton and welcome back to another real
estate video.
In today's video we're looking at Seller ROI.
We're going to cover the top seven items that you can do to your property that will
help to increase the value the most before you put it on the market.
Now this isn't going to be like HGTV where you have a $50,000 budget and you're going
to completely re-do your house and gut your kitchen and bathrooms.
That's not realistic.
HGTV is not real life.
These tips are going to be for real people who may only have a few hundred bucks or a
thousand dollars to spruce up the house.
And if you only had a small amount of money, wouldn't you want to spend it on those items
that will bring you the highest return?
Of course.
So with that being said, let's take a look at the top seven things you can do to get
the best return on investment:
Number one is paint.
By far the best thing you can do to prepare your home to sell on a limited budget is to
paint.
You're going to want to freshen up living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, really whatever
needs it, with a fresh coat of paint in a light, neutral color.
If you already have a light-colored paint job in your house, then maybe you can get
by with just doing touch-ups.
But if you have bold colors like red, yellow, green, purple, and basically anything that
would catch someone's attention, you're best bet is to get a fresh coat of neutral
paint.
You don't want people to remember the color of paint in your house.
You almost want the paint to be an afterthought as it's purpose is to open up the space,
make the room look larger, and to compliment any furniture in your house.
Number two is to improve lighting where possible.
Notice I said where possible.
Don't go out and buy a lavish chandelier.
Don't spend money on a fixture that clearly doesn't fit the space due to style or size.
Whereas the goal of the paint was to almost avoid attention, when it comes to light fixtures,
you want people to notice how nice the fixture is and how bright the rooms are.
And the best part about it is you can go to Home Depot and get really nice looking track
lighting and other lighting fixtures for only a hundred bucks or even cheaper.
Old out-dated light fixtures detract from the real value of the house.
New lighting fixtures brighten up your house, they make your home look bigger, and it's
one of the best investments you can make before your sell your home.
Number three is to replace wall switches, faucets, knobs, and door handles.
The small things make a difference.
These are fixes and upgrades that cost a very little monetary amount and end up making a
huge difference.
Now you may be thinking, what am I going to spend $50 replacing wall switches and redeem
$100 in value?
It's not worth it.
Think in terms of time on the market.
Your home may not sell for more directly because you take out your door knobs from the 1940's
and replace them with ones from this century, but your home will sell faster.
And time is money.
So if you have old outlets, strange fixtures, and dirty or yellow wall light switches, change
those out.
The new ones will pair well with your fresh coat of paint.
Number four is to do minor kitchen upgrades.
Now I say this one with a little bit of hesitation, because sometimes we can get carried away
in the kitchen.
We're not talking about a gut job or opening up walls or anything like that.
Things to consider on a tight budget would be to install granite countertops, custom
backsplash, or re-face the cabinets.
Notice I said OR because these are expensive.
But if your kitchen is outdated or a little behind-the-times, doing one of these things
can help significantly.
If you can only do one of the three, consider doing the countertops first.
If you already have nice countertops, go for cabinet refacing.
If you have both of those, put in a cool backsplash.
That's what buyers are looking for these days.
Be sure to pick a design that won't turn off buyers.
But sexy kitchens sell properties.
If it's in your budget consider doing minor upgrades to the kitchen
Number five is to install hardwood floors instead of carpet.
Imagine if your living room, dining room, rec room, or even bedroom has carpet that
needs to be replaced.
Well instead of replacing it with carpet, consider replacing the carpet with a laminate
hardwood floors.
Hardwood floors make homes feel bigger and its what buyers want.
Nobody wants carpet anymore.
Again, this one might be something where the budget is an issue, so if it is, maybe only
install hardwoods in the living space.
The first impression is everything with buyers and new hardwood floors instead of carpet
is a great way to impress buyers and to make your space seem much larger.
Number six is staging.
Staging your property to sell is one of the best things you can do to sell your home quickly
and for the most amount of money.
Here's the deal, no matter what anyone tells you, most buyers cannot imagine how furniture
will fit in a room unless they see it in-person.
And not only that, staged homes will have a warm, homey feeling as compared to vacant
homes that can give off cold, unfriendly vibes.
The pictures online will also look better, rooms will look bigger, awkward spaces can
be taken care of, and above all staging helps place the attention on the benefits of the
homes and helps to hide any flaws.
Staging costs about $1,000 - $2,000 for condos and $2,500 - $4,000 for houses.
Now that's a lot of money.
But if you are selling your house 30 days faster than you would have originally and
for more than you would have if the home was empty, then you are making back that money
and more when you stage your home before you put it on the market.
Finally number seven is landscaping.
The great part about this one is that you can do it yourself and not spend any money!
Or spend very little on plants and mulch.
Do the bare minimum and then go from there.
First things first, you have to have the grass nicely trimmed at all times.
We had a home listed for sale over the summer and I went to do the open house about 2 weeks
after we listed the home and the entire front yard was overgrown.
I'm thinking, what are we doing?
An unkept yard and poor curb appeal could already seal the fate of the home even before
the buyer walks through the front door.
Landscaping can be very expensive.
What you want to do is to get your yard looking nice, get rid of weeds, mulch where necessary,
and add in some flowers depending on the time of year.
Guys curb appeal is a big deal.
Make sure the home looks as good on the outside as it does on the inside.
There you have it, the top seven things you can do to on a budget to get the best return
on your investment when you look to sell your house.
What are your thoughts?
Does my list match your list?
Let me know in the comment section below if you have any other items you would add to
this list for the best ROI.
Thanks for watching.
Until next time, create a productive day.
Take care.

(slow guitar music)
- How'd you do?
- I did good, Buddy.
- Oh, my lordy.
He's bringing 'em in.
- I told ya I'd be in a better mood today.
- I know, I know.
- See them?
- Oh yeah, those are some good ones.
- Excited about today.
Today was fun.
- A three time Bassmaster winner,
let me hear it for the prodigy, Brandon Palaniuk!
- [Audience] (cheers and applause)
- 15-15 yesterday.
- Not today.
- Not today, you can't keep him down.
Two days in a row here, 25 pounds, even!
- [Audience] (screaming and applause)
- 25 even!
- I don't know which ones, Trip.
- I don't know either.
- [Audience] (whistling and cheers)
- For the first time ever on the Bassmaster stage,
I did a mic drop, what a rally!
- [Cameraman] What do you think?
- He might do it again.
- Good morning everybody, we're here
at the St. Lawrence River, day one,
getting ready to blast off,
and it's fishing really good right now.
Not as good as it can, the fish are really spread out
right now, so there's a lot of different things going on.
You can see a lot of guys catching them at different depths.
You can catch five-pounders all the way from the bank,
all the way out into 30, 35-foot right now.
(wind and waves)
It's a start, but they're gonna have to get
a lot bigger than that.
Oh!
Gosh dang it!
(grunt)
I dunno what happened there.
It's not quite how I had it planned out in my head.
I dreamt way different of that,
of starting out last night.
(wind and nylon friction)
Gosh, little again!
Jeez.
Skinny, ugly.
I'd feel better if those were even three-pounders.
But when they're ...
Two pounds, maybe?
Not good, we're gonna have to do some serious adjusting.
(heavy bass and drum music)
♫ Yeah yeah
♫ Yo can I ball for a minute
♫ Right on
♫ I got this let it roll like a night storm
♫ Forever winning don't you ever get in my way
♫ Cause otherwise I'm a rise up in your face
♫ Teamwork headfirst with my feet in the dirt
♫ Extreme thirst feel the surge of adrenaline burst
♫ My knees hurt please nurse let the medicine work
♫ So I can get a damn be professionally superb
♫ I won't stop til I'm certified
♫ I won't stop til I'm first to rise
♫ I'm on top getting first prize
♫ Gold metal get up and get ahead and it's time
- I hooked a carp.
Like the carp, the carp ate my hair jig.
Well, I want my hair jig back.
(grunt)
Thanks, Buddy.
Right size, right color, wrong species.
- [Announcer] From Rathdrum Idaho, The Prodigy,
Brandon Palaniuk!
- [Audience] (cheers and applause)
- [Announcer] Brandon got 15-15, and a lot of places,
that's the goal, but, you know the deal here.
Tomorrow gotta be a bit of a rally day for you, man.
- Probably the toughest day I've had on the St. Lawrence
had lots of opportunities, I just couldn't put it together,
so, I'm looking forward to getting out there tomorrow,
I'm gonna switch things up,
I stayed in close today, tomorrow I'm gonna run
probably 60 or 70 miles and see what I can do.
- Brandon!
- Got a lot of ground to make up.
Thanks, Buddy.
It's, uh, frustrating.
The most frustrating day we've had all year, for sure.
Other than, probably Okeechobee.
- What was yours? - 15.
I got lots of work to do tomorrow.
- Don't worry, you'll get them.
- We're here, day two, pretty relaxed.
We're like the last boat out today.
Boat 99.
Trying to make a decision on what I wanna do.
Yeah, we stayed close yesterday,
saw the right fish, got some of them to bite,
lost some of them, couldn't get some of them to bite.
Today, I'm thinking about running to the mouth.
The run out there, it's probably ...
Hour and fifteen minutes one way?
(wind and waves)
Oh there's, oh there's a whole school.
A whole school.
(grunt)
The school is there.
- [Man] Let me know if you want me out of your way.
- [Brandon] No, you're good right there.
I'll land him in the seat.
It's the right kind.
Catch five of them, and we're in the cut.
My heart is like, (Heart pounding).
Come on, I need to land you to start this battle off right.
I wish this was a team derby, so you could catch that,
you could catch that six-pounder that's following him.
I mean there is like a absolute tank following them.
Yep.
He's like, "no, I can still get away!"
I don't even know if he's a four-pounder.
Yeah, he's close. (laughs)
He's got to be a four-pounder.
Look at that.
Hooked right in the freaking nostril, barely.
Finally!
(soft piano and cello music)
- [Man] There we go.
- [Brandon] Feels like a big one.
Stay on there, Baby!
Stay on there.
(music intensifies)
He's got to be pushing four.
Aw!
(grunting)
Yes!
Mm, that's what I'm talking about.
That's the kind you need.
That's more like it.
Gimme some.
♫ All I want's what I see coming to me for the work
♫ That I put in every day 'cause I'm hustling
♫ That's right and I'm sanctified
♫ Living large 'cause I paid the price
♫ And my mama gave the same advice
♫ She said boy being smart doesn't mean you're right
♫ You wanna roll with a winner
♫ Let's ride
♫ Competition get diminished every time
♫ Playing hard til it's finished and then some
♫ But we ain't scared we're prepared for anything.
♫ I can see my name in lights
♫ Spoke from the heart and it shines so bright
♫ Yeah let the whole world know
♫ Let's go let's go let's go
♫ I can see my name in lights
♫ Ball until I fall and I'm feeling all right
♫ Yeah so let the whole world know
♫ Let's go let's go let's go
- Yeah buddy.
That's $10,000 right there.
That's a biggun.
I think that's the biggest one we got in there.
Surely that'll help!
Today, was pretty freaking awesome.
Another clone.
- How'd you do?
- I did good, Buddy.
- Oh, my lordy!
He's bringing 'em in.
- [Announcer] From Hayden, Idaho,
a three-time Bassmaster winner,
let me hear it for the prodigy, Brandon Palaniuk!
- (cheers and applause)
- 15-15 yesterday.
- Not today.
- Not today, you can't keep him down two days in a row here.
25 pounds!
- (screaming and applause)
- 25 even.
- I dunno which ones, Trip.
- I don't either.
- For the first time ever on the Bassmaster stage,
I did a mic drop.
What a rally!
25 pounds even, the biggest bag of the tournament.
- [Audience Member] Nice job, Brandon!
- [Announcer] And Brandon moves, what place were you in
at the end of the day yesterday?
- [Brandon] I don't look, I didn't care.
All I knew was that it wasn't right
and I needed to fix it.
- Well I'll tell you what wasn't right.
You were somewhere in the 70s.
Now sitting in eighth place!
What a rally!
- (whistling and cheering)
- Thanks! - Nice job!
You know it was 25? - No, I thought
it was like 22, 23. - Getting too old for two.
- I was, I called it, did I not?
I know this was 25.
- [Man] She said on the phone, 25?
And I'm like, no.
- I didn't think so man. - And then he said no.
And then he weighed in 25.
- Well, first mission accomplished.
Yesterday the goal was just to make the cut,
and we needed to catch about 20 pounds to do that yesterday.
We smashed 25.
25 freaking pounds.
Even when I won, I didn't weigh anything that big.
Who knows what's gonna happen today.
I promise we'll be around 25 pounds of smallmouth
at some point today, whether or not we catch them.
Oh no, this pump's super slow today.
Now it won't work.
It did that yesterday, remember?
I had to swipe my card again.
Let's try hose one today.
Hose two was better yesterday.
I can't even talk, I gotta pee so bad right now.
It takes forever dialing network.
Come on.
Didn't improve it.
What the heck.
Why?
This is miserable, man.
This guy needs to get his pumps worked on.
Now neither one of them will work.
Oh my gosh, this is frigging miserable.
(whistling "Theme From Jeopardy!")
Four gallons!
Old Mill and Bay, you guys need to work on your pumps here.
I was about to have a complex.
See you in a little bit.
Well, now that that took 47 hours ...
Oh, it's a giant, too!
Please, get in this boat!
That's another five-pounder, Man.
My heart is freaking pounding.
Feel like I just ran a triathlon.
Come on, come on, come on.
Get in this boat.
Don't you do it.
Come here.
Oh, come here, come here, come here ...
They just don't quit.
(groaning)
I can't quite get her.
Got her this time.
Yeah!
(grunt)
- [Man] Flip it around real quick.
- That's how you wanna start right there.
Hoo, look how bad I'm shaking. (laughs)
It's a four-and-a-half-pounder.
- [Man] Yeah, baby.
- (grunt)
(distant boat motors)
It's a little one.
This one's little, but the big ones are behind it.
Yeah, there's a five-plusser behind it.
This one's only like a three-pounder.
But I'll take him right now.
He's three more pounds than I've got in the box.
Keep an eye on that other one.
- [Man] You said there was a giant one?
- Yeah, there's a giant one behind it.
(heavy breathing)
Oh, come on!
(lines twanging)
I've got you, I've got you.
Solid three-pounder.
- I have to tag you because you're pretty small.
I love the conditions, though.
It's way more, fishing, just conditions-wise,
it's way more enjoyable.
The vibe is great.
He'll make the cut, for now.
I got right out to that current seam,
no current, they probably just slide out a little deeper.
He might not even be three-and-a-half.
- Yeah, it's three more pounds than I just had.
- [Cameraman] How's it goin' there, Bud?
- Let me tell you what, Bud.
We're out here following around Brandon Michael Palaniuk,
all day long, dressed to impress,
eating a box of Goldfish.
I got mosquitoes all over my graphs.
- [Camerman] I got bit by mosquitoes.
- Burning gas and catching bass.
I don't know what else to tell you.
- [Cameraman] I mean you heard it here first, folks.
- You heard it from Brett Haus Carnright.
(acoustic guitar music)
- Look at that cull.
- [Cameraman] So, what do you think about it?
- I'm about to watch Bass Live,
while they film Bass Live.
What do I think about it?
I think he needs a couple more big ones,
and I think he's gonna get the bites.
He just needs to get them in the boat.
I'm excited for this run back to Waddington, too.
- [Cameraman] I am not.
- [Announcer] All right, here we go,
I think we do have a picture now from Brandon Palaniuk.
- It took a while to find BP, but,
he's a long way from takeoff.
You can see the lake and,
he's down here where the big ones live.
You can certainly see why he had that 25 pounds yesterday.
- [Zona] Brandon Palaniuk fishing
just outside of Cape Vincent, kind of jockeying
around this area quite a bit.
- [Announcer] What's the runtime under these conditions?
How long did it take him to get down there?
- I'll ask him right quickly.
What's your runtime on ...
Hour and 15, he said, on calm conditions.
- [Zona] All right, and- - Which is 80 miles?
90 miles, something like that?
- [Tommy Sanders] 80 miles, something like that,
tomorrow could be a little bit longer.
- Zona!
- [Zona] Yes, sir?
- Zona, I've got a little sea pecking trivia for you.
- [Zona] Let's go, let's do this!
- You ready?
We're gonna scan around with the camera just a little bit,
and we'll see if you can identify
this one particular individual that's following BP around.
You notice that guy with his shirt unbuttoned?
- [Zona] Oh, give me a closer look at this man,
well this is fantastic!
- When I pulled up and found BP, I was like,
who do you have following you today?
You know, got the shirt unbuttoned and everything,
not your typical fishing jersey or anything.
Let's get, let's get a little closer here.
- [Zona] This is definitely,
this whole thing's not gonna end real well,
but I like the whole look right here.
- (laughs)
- [Zola] I have no idea what's happening.
- He's an unknown man with his shirt unbuttoned,
how about that, on Zona Cam.
- [Zona] We thought it was Bernhard Langer.
- [Announcer] Or Michael Fassbender.
- (laughs) That's close, that's close.
- [Announcer] Michael Fassbender!
- [Zona] Fun time at the Olympic gymnast.
- There's one like Kevin's, you know,
where they're round, these are just super super long.
- Over five pounds.
- Three-time Elite Series champion,
weighing the biggest bag in the tournament yesterday,
from Rathdrum, Idaho-
(crowd cheering)
Rocketed from 72nd place into our top 10
with 25 pounds yesterday, looking for 22-three.
22 pounds 4oz!
(wild cheers and applause)
22 pounds and four ounces.
- Man, I'm still, I'm still upset about day one.
I knew that when that happened,
when I lost those big ones, day one,
that it was gonna be really tough to come back.
These guys are so good, and this fishery
is so absolutely incredible that,
it's just, it's hard to come back
from that big of a deficit.
- Tournament leader Brandon Palaniuk.
- Top 12 backstage. - Thanks, Trip.
- Can you sign two shirts down there?
-Yeah.
- A little more than we thought.
Yeah, to have a shot, because these guys
are all gonna catch at least 20, again.
I'm gonna have a five- or six-pound deficit.
I'm gonna have to catch, 25 to even have a chance,
and hope he struggles and catches 20.
- Can you sign my ...
- [Mom] Can you sign the shirt, it's for the bass people.
And you'll not get your picture with the kids if you don't-
- Brandon, is currently third in the tournament,
after finishing day one at 70-something, horrible.
But he jumped to third by day three,
and he's leading AOY!
Leading AOY.
He doesn't know it, so I can't tell him,
but he has (bleep)-point lead, which,
a lot can change tomorrow still.
But it's still exciting, and you still have to screenshot it
when it happens.
Hopefully we can just, wiggle to the top!
- [Announcer] From Hayden, Idaho,
a three-time Bassmaster ...
25! (crowd cheering)
For the third time ever ...
Can't keep him down ...
(crowd cheering)
- America.
- [Cameraman] (snort)
- Got to make sure they know what team I'm playing for.
- [Cameraman] Yeah, 'cause it's difficult up here,
you never know if you're Canadian or ...
- I know, eh?
(toothbrush buzzing)
- [Cameraman] What are you doing?
- (hawk)
(spit)
Brushing my tooth.
Because I'm so fresh.
- Breakfast time.
- [Cameraman] Those pants.
- I know, I've got freaking bright red pants.
I have a black jacket.
I'm fishing right here, at this point,
because of where I'm starting.
- That's what I was thinking.
I was thinking it might be this, too.
(camera shutter)
- It's gonna be a long one this morning.
Instead of six hours to fish, I'm ...
- It's cold.
- [Cameraman] I'm cold.
- You have shorts on.
I have three-quarter pants on.
- Today, is gonna be a little bit sporty.
(rapid drum beat)
♫ Yeah
♫ Yeah
♫ Yo can I ball for a minute
♫ Right on
♫ I got this let it roll like a night storm
(wind and waves)
- [Man] Here we go.
He's got one.
- It's not bad.
(heavy wind)
It's not that big.
(sigh)
At least make the run worth it.
Three and three quarters.
♫ I can see my name in lights
♫ Spoke from the heart and it shines so bright
♫ Yeah let the whole world know
♫ Let's go let's go let's go
♫ I can see my name in lights
♫ Ball until I fall and I'm feeling all right
♫ Yeah so let the whole world know
♫ Let's go let's go let's go
♫ Yeah yeah
♫ I can see my name in lights
♫ Ride
♫ Let's go let's go let's go
♫ Sport from the heart and it shines so bright
♫ Let's go let's go
♫ Ball until I fall and I'm feeling all right
- I think that'll do, right?
♫ Let's go let's go let's go
♫ Ride yeah
♫ So let the whole world know
♫ Let's go let's go
- It was fun, little buddy.
- [Announcer] A three-time Elite Series champion,
from Rathdrum, Idaho, the prodigy, Brandon Palaniuk!
- (cheers and applause)
- [Announcer] He weighed in the biggest bag
of the tournament on day number two, 25 pounds even.
He just eyeballed Brock Mosley,
like I've never seen before.
63 pounds and three ounces started today digging deep
in that Skeeter Livewell.
- (whistling and cheering)
- Some of the big brown beasts from beneath.
63 pounds and three ounces to start the day.
Because of the job that Brock did,
you're gonna have to applaud him today.
He's looking for 19 pounds and an ounce.
Waddington, you think he's got it?
- [Crowd] Yeah! (cheering)
- 18 pounds, 13 ounces!
- [Crowd] (sounds of distress)
- You were all wrong.
- Woo! - Go to your left, Brandon.
- [Announcer] And Brock Mosley loves you for it.
Let's hear it for Brandon Palaniuk.
(cheers and applause)
- Incredible finish again.
Let's hear it for Brandon Palaniuk, ladies and gentlemen.
- [Brandon] Good job, Brother.
- Great comeback. - Thanks, Trip.
- Good job. - Thanks.
- Good job, Brandon.
- There he is, they're waiting for you, Buddy.
- [Brandon] How you guys doing?
Come on, give me some.
- Go ahead.
- [Brandon] Yep, that's what I'm talking about.
So it'll be early.
- You probably get, like, no sleep, do you?
- [Brandon] Not much.
All right, coming in hot!
All right, let's get it done!
How are you, sir?
- How are you doing? - Good, good.
You got one?
How are you?
- Oh my god! - Been waiting for you!
- I still love you, give me a kiss to me.
- [Brandon] Oh, come on.
I can't kiss you on the lips, my girlfriend would kill me
if I kissed you on the lips.
Oh, yes!
- Here, you want that one? - (laughs)
I'll take, what is it?
What's it for?
- AOY leader, Man.
- [Brandon] Shoo!
I knew they were gonna announce it at the next meeting,
so there's no way of me getting around knowing that one.
- You're not gonna get around it. (laughs)
- [Brandon] (laughs) I can't run from it.
I just don't wanna know the point spread.
Thanks, Trip.
I guess there's no hiding it now.
- I knew it, I knew you'd find out!
- Yeah, there's no way to hide it now.
Another successful week.
Finished up in third place,
after being in 72nd on day one.
I'll take it.
Congrats to Kevin.
The exciting news of the week is,
we took the lead in Angler Of the Year.
I was really trying not to know where I was at
in Angler Of the year, but, when you're leading,
there's no way to hide it.
I got corn, green beans, beans,
fresh zucchini from the garden,
steak, chicken ...
We stayed at David and Debbie's house,
who is the parents of where Pipkin always stays,
which is Liz and Jonathan.
We got set up with this, setup,
pulled the trailer in,
pretty much took over their entire driveway,
but, absolutely incredible people.
Fed us every night.
Lunch, breakfast, dinners, you name it.
Pretty dang awesome.
- Come on guys, I gotta get going here.
- [Brandon] Really don't know about it.
- Bye!
- Bye Brandon! - Bye!
- Have fun!
(cheering)
Good luck fishing!
- Good luck at Champlain!
- So.
Two tournaments left, and then the AOY championship.
I start practice in the morning.
- [Chad] Hey, I found a big toad, look at this toad.
- [Brandon] What?
- [Chad] Holy crap.
- [Brandon] Well, this is the lot they put us in.
Yes, ma'am.
- [Cameraman] Oh my gosh, Chad.
Catch him.
- Look at how big this thing is, Dude.
(whisper-scream)
Hello!
- [Cameraman] It's probably peeing.
- I already picked him up and let him pee without me.
- [Cameraman] Oh, nice.

FULL FACE USING CONDOMS - Makeupingdal & Carmen Finsal - Duration: 22:55.Hello, and welcome to a new video on my channel
Today I'm here with ... Carmen Finsal
Today we are doing something exciting
Something that we haven't seen anyone do yet.
And we have searched everywhere
What we are going to do are
using condoms
to do our full face makeup
We are going to use this as a beautyblender,
brush, powder brush
Everything
We have filled the condoms with water and flour
This one is filled with flour
Think I will start with this one.
It's Nivea After Shave Balm Sensetive
This is going to be exciting
It looks a little wrong
Yees
You can't really blend it with a condom
I have never done this before.
I have only done foundation and concealer
This feels so weird
This one smells like a man
It's so weird
How do I make my brows
Just use the tip?
Yes
Then we'll get started, we are going to frame
the brows with concealer first
I am really not looking forward to this
The reason why we're not so
hyped is because the time is,
the time isn't even 10 in the morning
This is so weird
Ew, it crumbles
Because an usual beautyblender has moisture
this one is dry. You can put on Fix+
Yes
But it's going to be too wet
Oh, now it got too wet
Our brows are going to be goals
Yes, instabrows
101
I am really trying to blend, but it's just getting cakey and speckled
Omg
It sounds like we are in a aquarium
I'm so nervous about doing my brows
Maybe I can use the tip of this one to my brows
Yes, that was clever
Like this one
This one
How do I ... Ohhh this feel so wrong
It didn't work anyway
Hello, it's so slippery I can't get a hold to it
I'm trying to blow it up
It doesn't work
But I wanted to make it work
This feels so wrong
It's going to get so terrible
Noo
Okay, I think I will stop it here
because the brow got very thick at the end
you owes me money if I'm ruining my dipbrow now
Oh no this became bad
Now we are going to color correct a little
Begins to recover. Yes...
I'm going to use NYX
color correct concealer palette. I'll use the green concealer
I'm going to use L'Oréal CC cream in the color green
I'll just use the same one as before
yes
Think I'll stop it here
To foundation we both are going to use Bourjois
healthy mix
You have done this before, not the brows though
Yes, it actually turned out good
It did
On my skin it doesn't look good
When I did this the first time it came out quite good
I don't know what the different is
Now I'm going to use the RCMA powder
This looks like a dog bag
Maybe that's why the condom is black
beacuse it's actually filled with shit
Think I'm going to set my whole face with this one
Everything just gets spilled on me
Now I'm going to set my face
This is not going to go well
I'm going to bronze with Bahama Mama
From The Balm
I'm using the one filled with flour
Have you ever tried setting your foundation with flour?
No, have you? No, but I have tried with cornflour
That didn't turn out well
Now It's time for highlighter.
I'm going to use NYX Strobe Of Genius
One of my faves
I am going to bronze up my face, and I'm going to use Bahama Mama
Bahama Mama
I'm not looking forward to this
I feel I have to..
really get it in there
We both are very single
We have no boyfriend to use our condoms on
So we have to use it on makeup
Make something fun out of it
Try the one filled with water
But I liked to use this one
now it comes
To eyeshadow I'm going to use NYX again
Color Riot Palette
I'm going to use blush
Oh I forgot that
Now I'm going to get the blush to pop
I don't know where to place my things
I got a stain
Nooo, this ain't getting
good
Nooo
Think I'm going for halo
Without purpose
Without purpose
Okay, let's hop over to highlight
I'm going to use the same palette as Ida
I'm going in with...
I'll mix everything
It wasn't so bad
Now I'm going to start on
eyeshadow
They remind me of
you know when you were little right, and you stuck your finger in
and then it was that thing you moved around
I need my blush
Now I'm going to do my blush
i'll use Monki blush in the color
Something nude
Nudey blush
No, Nudey Cheek
did it say on the box? No I just remembered
think I'll start with
this color right here
No No No No No No No
The worst is the smell
It smells so disgusting
Think I'll go in with this darker red
there
I'm going to do mascara and I'm using
L'Oréal Miss baby roll
And I'm just
putting it here
I'm putting it on this thing up here
This is the worst thing I've ever said yes to
Think I'll just use the darkest color in NYX
highlighter palett and place it on the eye
Take a lot of it
It's a lot of NYX today
Think I'll just use Estee Lauder mascara because its so itens
then I get
Thinking of doing it the same way as Ida
Oh no
We are going to do lipstick, and we both are using a liquid lipstick
I'm going to use Anastasia ''Dusty Rose'
and Ida are going to use
Kylie Jenner cosmetics ''koko k''
It's looks like I've tried, you know
trend where the lipstck just fades
all around the mouth
Like smudgy lips, it looks like I've tried to do that
The last thing I'm going to do is to take Fix+
Since I can't spray it on my face, I'll just take it on the condom
seriously?
I need Fix+
Okay b***h
Let's go
It's really wet in here
I don't know if this went well or if got speckled
You should only see what's happening down here
Okay, so that was it
for this video. We are going to take some close
ups. So you guys can see carefully
Yes, this is bad
Okay, what do you think about using condoms* to everything
If you really don't
If you don't have anything else
to use than a condom*
would i recommend to not do your makeup at all
because this is.. okay
you can get the eyeshadow well
but.. foundation and concealer
can go fine but I wouldn't done it my self
the only thing I tought went well was highlight
Yeah, the highlighter was okay
Yes.. I'm really happy with my brows today
I feel like that when I'm going to remove my makeup and do my makeup over again, I have to let my brows stay
Yes, I think that to
Okay. Close up. One,
two, three. GO
Soo, that was todays look
Hope you guys became just as satisfies as we are
Please give this video a thumbs up
if you think this was funny to watch
And share the video with ALL your friends and family
because everyone must try it
and subscribe if you want more condoms in your life
Follow us on social medias, it will be in the description
Hope you liked this video
Follow further on Ida
so that we are going to do guys
There comes the sheep
Where?
To foundation ....?
express train you know, just kidding
Number 1, 2, 3
In a pink helicopter. Shall I fly home to you

Increase Your Brain's Will Power: Achieve Goals, Stay Focused, Resist Temptation | David Eagleman - Duration: 5:08.Go back 3,000 years to Ulysses, who fought in the Trojan War and was coming home to his
island of Ithaca on his ships with his men, and he realized that he had this amazing opportunity,
which is he was going to pass the Island of the Sirens.
And he knew that the sirens sang so beautifully and were so seductive that mortal men would
crash their ships into the rocks, and they'd all die every time.
If you heard the song of the sirens you were going to die.
He wanted to hear the song of the sirens, so what did he do?
The Ulysses of present sound mind made a contract with the future Ulysses.
He said, "I know that guy is going to behave badly when he hears the siren's song."
So what did he do?
He lashed himself to the mast, exactly, and he filled his men's ears with beeswax, and
he said, "No matter what I do, keep on rowing."
Just ignore everything, keep on going.
And that way he got to hear the siren's song but he didn't crash in the rocks because
he was lashed to the mast.
And so this is what is known as a "Ulysses contract", which is your present self making
a contract with your future self.
Penning in, constraining the behavior of your future self so that it has to do the right
thing given your long-term thinking that you're doing now.
And so when it comes to something like the cookies, the Ulysses contract, it's more
than "I'm going to eat it or not eat it."
It can be something like, "Okay, look, if I eat cookies, I'm going to promise my spouse
that I'll go to the gym tonight."
That's the kind of way that we can bring these sorts of things into our own life.
And so I'll give you several examples.
I want to say is so what we've seen so far is that there's this great seduction in
the now.
And so if we want to do something where we actually are navigating our future selves
in a better way we have to establish these kinds of contracts with ourselves.
This is one of the most important sort of life lessons that I've got.
I mean take something like New Year's resolutions.
Everybody has really good New Year's resolutions and believes they're going to do it.
And by the end of January for almost everybody these things have fallen away.
Why?
It's not because you didn't mean it in January.
It's because you didn't set up the structures in your life, the Ulysses contracts to make
sure that that went through.
It's not enough to make a promise and a resolution with good intention.
You need to understand what's actually happening so that you can do something about it.
So what I want to do is suggest actionable steps by which we can actually keep our resolutions
to ourselves a little bit longer.
So the first one is building fences around yourself by minimizing temptation.
So, for example, in Alcoholics Anonymous the very first thing they tell you is you've
got to clear all the alcohol out of your house.
Why?
It's because on a festive Friday night or a lonely Sunday night you're going to go
and drink.
Even if you think, "No, I'm done.
I'm not going to drink but I'm going to keep those in there."
With smokers the first thing they're told in these rehab programs is: don't hang out
with other smokers.
With drug addicts who are trying to quit the first thing they're told in drug rehab programs
is: make sure you never carry more than 20 bucks of cash with you.
Because if you have the cash, no matter what your resolution is, you meet somebody in the
alley who offers you drugs and you feel like, "Oh yeah, I've got this money anyway,"
and so you do it.
So the issue is not-tempting temptation.
I was recently on a college campus giving a talk and I met these kids afterwards who
during finals week what they do is they swap Facebook passwords with each other and they
change those passwords so they can't log into Facebook when they're supposed to be
studying.
And then at the end of finals when it's all over they give each other's passwords
back.
It was very clever and that's a beautiful sort of Ulysses contract where a week before
finals you're knowing about the temptations that you're going to give into and you're
doing something to take care of those.
By now a lot has been said about the marshmallow test.
You guys probably know about this where children are asked you can eat this one marshmallow
now or if you wait until I come back you can get two marshmallows.
People talk about this in terms of the resolution that little kids have and how good they are
at resisting temptation and stuff but there's something that's often overlooked here which
is that one of the most common strategies that kids use was simply covering their eyes.
Just clapping their hands over their eyes so they're not looking at the marshmallow.
And it turns out that's a very effective strategy.
And so when we think about minimizing temptations whatever your temptations are in life just
think about the ways that you can actually contractually minimize that temptation so
it's not there.
Not a fake thing or anything.
Oh yeah, if it's in the back of the cabinet I won't do it but like actually get rid
of the temptation.

AND CAREER BENEFITS OF EARNING THIS CERTIFICATE.
>> THE HR NEXT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM IS A STRATEGIC HR
CERTIFICATE THAT BUILDS ON THE HR MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE
THAT CAL STATE, LONG BEACH HAS BEEN RUNNING VERY SUCCESSFULLY
FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS.
>> IT WAS KNOWING THAT I WAS GOING TO BE ATTENDING
AND RECEIVING A CERTIFICATE FROM A SCHOOL THAT WAS KNOWN.
>> I WAS APPROACHED BY STAFF FROM THE COLLEGE OF CONTINUING
AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION TO DEVELOP SOMETHING
THAT WOULD GO BEYOND, THAT WOULD CREATE MORE CAREER POTENTIAL
FOR THE STUDENTS WHO HAVE ALREADY GONE
THROUGH THE HR MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE OR HR PROFESSIONALS
IN THE AREA WHO WANTED TO MAKE MORE OF THEIR CAREERS.
>> IT'S HR IN LITERALLY THE NEXT LEVEL OF DEALING
WITH EXECUTIVES, DEALING WITH COMPANY GOALS,
DEALING WITH FINANCES.
YOU'LL FIND IN HR THAT HR AND THE EXECUTIVE SIDE SEEM TO BE
ON TWO DIFFERENT ISLANDS.
AND HR NEXT KIND OF HELPS TO BRING THAT INTO ONE ISLAND.
>> ULTIMATELY, WE'RE LOOKING AT,
HOW CAN THESE STUDENTS BETTER COMMUNICATE THE STRATEGIC HR
NEEDS TO THEIR MANAGEMENT TO MAKE THEM MORE OF A PARTNER
AND TO MAKE HR A MUCH MORE POWERFUL FUNCTION STRATEGICALLY
IN THE ORGANIZATION?
>> IT IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL CLASS.
I'VE SAT THROUGH MANY EMPLOYMENT LAW CLASSES,
COMPENSATION CLASSES.
IT'S NOT THAT.
IT REALLY TAKES YOU OUT OF YOUR HR BOX AND GETS YOU THINKING
ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION ON DIFFERENT LEVELS,
HOW TO INTERACT WITH THEM, HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM,
HOW TO SPEAK THEIR LANGUAGE.
>> THE EXPERIENCE WITH THE INSTRUCTORS
SO FAR HAS BEEN REALLY GREAT.
THEY ALL COME WITH A WEALTH OF INFORMATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
THAT THEY'VE BEEN MORE THAN WILLING
TO OPEN UP AND SHARE WITH US.
>> MY FELLOW STUDENTS ARE AMAZING,
AND INSTRUCTORS ARE EXPECTING CLASS PARTICIPATION,
SO THAT'S WHAT I REALLY LIKE ABOUT HR NEXT.
>> THE EXPERIENCE ALSO, THOUGH,
WITH THE OTHER CLASSMATES HAS BEEN GREAT
BECAUSE WE ARE A VERY GOOD BALANCE.
THERE ARE SOME INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE STARTING
TO JUST PAVE THEIR WAY TOWARDS ENTERING HUMAN RESOURCES,
AND THEN THERE'S A GOOD MAJORITY OF THEM THAT HAVE BEEN PULLING
FROM THEIR OWN PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE AS WELL.
AND THAT'S MADE THE CONVERSATIONS EVERY WEEK
IN CLASS JUST BE REALLY INFORMATIVE, AND, YOU KNOW,
YOU'RE WALKING OUT OF HERE WITH SOMETHING EACH WEEK.
>> NOW, YOU KNOW, AFTER THE PROGRAM IS OVER,
I FEEL LIKE I COULD CALL THEM AND BE LIKE, HEY,
DID YOU EVER FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO
THAT WITH WHAT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT, YOU KNOW?
AND KIND OF CREATE A COMMUNITY.
>> FOR THE INDIVIDUALS THEMSELVES, HAVING THIS KIND
OF EXPOSURE TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ORIENTATION
TO HR DIFFERENTIATES THEM FROM THE REST
OF HR PROFESSIONALS ACROSS THE FIELD.
>> EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE LEARNED IS HELPING ME RIGHT NOW
WITH MY CURRENT JOB.
I'M TRYING TO IMPLEMENT EVERYTHING
THAT I, THAT I'M LEARNING.
>> EVERYONE IN HR HAS TO REALIZE
THAT THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING MORE TO LEARN.
AND FOR ME, COMING INTO PROGRAM, I KNEW.
AFTER THE FIRST DAY, I WAS LIKE, OH MY GOSH,
I'M GOING TO GET SO MUCH OUT OF THIS.
>> THE SCHEDULE WAS VERY CONVENIENT.
IT WAS AFTER WORKING HOURS, SO IT FIT INTO THE EVENING.
AND IT MOVED AT A VERY FAST PACE.
AND WE DID CONCLUDE ON TIME
IN THE EVENING, SO THAT WAS NICE TOO.
[LAUGHS]
>> THERE ARE A LOT OF OPTIONS WHEN YOU TAKE A LOOK
AT TRAINING THAT'S AVAILABLE, BUT THIS ONE IS VERY UNIQUE
IN THAT IT'S NOT FOCUSING ON, YOU KNOW,
HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL NOW IN HUMAN RESOURCES BUT REALLY HOW
TO FOCUS ON THE FUTURE AND WHAT SKILLS ARE GOING
TO BE NEEDED IN THE FUTURE OF HR.
>> I WANT TO REACH [INAUDIBLE] SOMETHING
THAT LESLIE KOSSOFF TAUGHT US IN THE LAST CLASS,
WHICH HAS TO HAVE ALL THE BASIC [INAUDIBLE] OF HR, YOU KNOW,
ESTABLISHED IN ORDER FOR US TO GET TO THE NEXT LEVEL
AND HOPEFULLY REACH [INAUDIBLE] THAT SHE TALKS ABOUT.
>> THE HR NEXT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM IS FORWARD THINKING.
IT IS STRATEGIC.
IT DIFFERENTIATES.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, IT'S IMMEDIATELY IMPLEMENTABLE.
>> THANK YOU FOR WATCHING THIS SEGMENT OF NEWSLINK.
IF YOU ARE AN HR PROFESSIONAL WHO WANTS TO LEARN STRATEGIC,
ANALYTIC, AND TECHNICAL TOOLS TO INCREASE YOUR CAREER POTENTIAL
AND THE ROLE OF HR IN YOUR ORGANIZATION, CONSIDER ENROLLING
IN THE HR NEXT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
AT CAL STATE, LONG BEACH.
I'M NINA CASH.
WE'LL SEE YOU NEXT TIME.

Testing out a Devinci Wilson - Whistler Bike Park (2016) - Duration: 10:33.so this is the last video from 2016 that I was going to be uploading. After this
I'll be putting up my new footage with my new gimbal but for now I really
wanted to show you guys all the footage of me testing out a Devinci Wilson at
Whistler last year. He said less jumps more cross country.
it's just a rental bike, but I really wanted to try out a new bike since I was already
thinking about getting a new bike so I just did like a four-hour rental it was
actually a lot of fun The Devinci Wilson is quite a solid bike I believe it was a
carbon or at least the rear triangle I think was carbon and I was quite happy with it
The annoying thing about the rental bikes though is
that certain parts that just kind of suck like the tires were we're a bit
harder so like I was drifting my rear wheel a lot and the brake levers were
just so worst especially my rear brake lever like my fingers would like slip on
them like they were just the worst brake levers and the grips were complete
garbage. But I guess that's kind of what you get from rental bikes but otherwise
yeah it was a sweet bike.
Now the guys at the rental shop recommended me to ride a
size large and I told them that I normally ride a size medium
I am 5'10" I generally prefer a bike that's little on the smaller side than bigger side, but
they said that the Devinci Wilson's are generally bit on the small side so they
recommended the size large would have been good. After checking out all the
geometry I still am kind of surprised that they were saying that because it
doesn't really look to be the case to be honest with you.
I feel like I am doing a bit worse on cornering
Especially compared to the transition TR500 geometry The
Devinci Wilson is a bit bigger like it's a longer wheelbase, it's a bit of a
longer reach. Yeah I was just a bit surprised that he was claiming that it
was small for different other bikes but I kind of disagree I guess but
regardless I handled the bike quite well the sizing was still quite good for me
I guess I'm really curious now as to how it would feel if I had a medium because
I wonderful medium would even felt better but this light felt good it was
really solid is really stable it was noticeable how much faster I could go on
some of the technical stuff like I could just like wow through some technical
stuff that I would not be able to do on my true out of course the big worry
about sliding th bikes for me is that like oh man will I be able to jump with
these things they're so pretty I could die because I just had a few
experiences in the past years where I try out a D H bike and I just felt like
really awkward on a jump but you know what I felt really good with this bike
it was totally fine are you attracted oh
no doesn't go quickly okay now hit my head cold compress oh yeah yeah I took
them all the time that's not so on an earlier run with they actually ended up
crashing on a line and he ended up cracking his helmet generally you're
supposed to always get a new helmet after that but he actually ended up
riding that helmet until only like about a month ago so he kept riding that
helmet for quite a while I was surprised at how comfortable I was hitting jumps
with it I think I've kind of grown out of that little fear of you know Kim D H
bikes really jump I'm definitely happy with how the davinci Wilson was handling
the jumps I was able to ride freight train quite well and coming to no joke
here was really good with the bike it would just like plowed through those
trails like I just like hauled through some of that rough stuff like faster
than I could with my tracks so like that was really nice to be able to just like
crush through the some of that rough stuff I apologize for the super shaky
footage I think you guys are aware I am getting a gimbal in fact to have it
already and I've already done a couple rides with it already so this is the
last view from last year for you guys so the next videos after this will finally
involve my gimbal and introducing to you my new gimbal footage and what I'm doing
with it and so I'm super excited for all that so I really did enjoy the DaVinci
wheels and I thought it was quite a good bike but I'm thinking of size medium
actually might be better just by looking at all the geometry on the size medium
or large versus say my current size medium 2x versus what transition to air
five hundreds have and just because I am still thinking a lot about the
transition share five hundred regardless it was a really good bike and so it's
definitely something I want to keep in mind for the future I would definitely
surviving captain Josh definitely but now I would like I was like because I
would never gone that fast before I was getting a little skiff so if these
brake blur that stuff okay digitally Broncos flip off but not so beautifully
then let my fingers is working like the flop I make these brake levers
and I just felt comfortable hitting jumps I felt really solid hit text which
is great kind of get the best of both world so that's really what I'm looking
for and you know just eight inch travel gh strike like that's what I want to get
into and so it's definitely a contender for what I want to think about in the
future yeah we just like I was like asking more common like moose capacitive
I think don't pretty good is basically don't good yeah I'm doing pretty
comfortable put the wrong way
I definitely have a lot of good things to say about it it's just too bad that
since it was a rental I got some like lame parts on it I just like was really
bugging me like the brake levers the grip the tires oh yeah yeah I think so
so Wesley took a spill on freight train there so he was going to just head down
by himself down the main road I was just on my own finishing off the run and yeah
I have to say riding Whistler in near the end of the season can actually be a
lot of fun much more damp there you don't get dried crappy trails anymore
and they do some nice work on the trails so it can actually be a pretty good time
to go riding
and this is when I decided to go ride gravel hits on my own with the DaVinci
Wilson because I was feeling confident as you already seen in my previous video
that was a lot of fun it just felt so good to be able to hit those jumps again
finally after two years of not hitting them I'm interested in hearing what you
thought about this video and my previous addition last year and yes I know the
footage is getting kind of shaky it is old footage my filming standards have
kind of changed a bit since last fall as I said next video is now involving my
new gimbal I cannot wait to show you guys some stuff in fact I'd actually
wanted to show you guys just a sneak peek at some gimbal footage that I've
got already so I'm using this new gimbal with the hero 5 and I'm really happy
with the footage that I got already and so I cannot wait to introduce to you
guys what I'm doing in the future with my filming set up with my gimbal setup
and just a great stabilized footage that I'm going to be getting and I'm really
excited for it you

3 Mind Power Techniques That Will Change Your Life Forever (Use This) - Duration: 11:29.Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron, and I help people
Expand their consciousness now in this video
I'm gonna be sharing with you three mind techniques that if we use will change our lives forever
Now my intention with this video is to show you
Practical tools that you can apply that can change the neurology of your brain the somatic connections of the way your brain works
to change it in a powerful way where you start to view yourself in a new way and at the same time know that your
Potential is far outside of the credit you've been giving yourself now
This might sound like a big claim to change our brains forever
but the idea under neuroscience is that we have shown that when we learn something new
When we make a new connection in our brain it changes everything about it
It changes the way that we relate to ourselves
It changes the way that our thoughts are constantly firing and that our brain at a deeper level
From moment to moment is never really the same because we are making new Submatik connections
We are thinking a little bit different. So we're already
Changing to begin with now the power in this is when we know that our brains are always changing
We can really learn how to let go of things that don't serve to let go of stories that we tell ourselves
That aren't helping us and as we do that
We then allow ourselves to be the best version of ourselves in
the present moment now the first technique has to do with
Rewriting the story that we consistently tell ourselves now when you get to the fundamental core of
Who we think we are and how we associate with everything in our life it becomes very obvious that
Everything in our life is a certain story
We have a certain story around us and our family we have a certain story around our potential
We have a story of the kind of relationships
We're in the kind of ways that we create money in abundance in our life and all of these stories are
Serving us in the way that it keeps the perpetual loop of our identity going that who we think we are and that?
Story that we tell ourselves is always going to be something that we remain consistent to now the idea behind
This is that when we rewrite our story when we start to look at ourselves in a completely new way
everything begins to change as a
Reflection now what we can do in order to do this is we can start to look at Ourselves in a completely new way
we can be grateful for all the
Experiences that we've had in our life when we start to look at ourselves in this new way our brain is changing
Because we are making new associations to our past
We are starting instead to look at our past as an accumulation of who we are now
we can start to see that as we look at Ourselves more in the present moment as
We simply decide who we prefer to be we are letting go of that past and we're allowing ourselves to
embody our potential more
So the idea behind this is that there isn't a story around every single thing in your life around every single
Person in your life and sometimes our stories keep certain behaviors intact you know I realize that certain
Relationships in my life that the stories I have around them keep a certain expectation
There they keep certain habitual patterns there and sometimes if we drop the labels
everything because a change I used to have labels around family members being a certain way or
You know having a certain level of negativity and me wanting to distance me myself from them
But what I learned is is the moment
I drop that story is the moment I allowed something new to come into my life. The more I allowed to drop that
Expectation and the less that person would actually embody the way I expected them to
so understand that what we can do is to drop the labels drop the labels around ourselves if we view ourselves as
Somebody that is shy if we view ourselves as somebody that is lazy
Those are nothing more than identities and labels that we have attached to through our story
We can change them by simply deciding to let them go knowing that they were simply on autopilot
But now that we're aware that they're on autopilot
We can let them go and we can decide to be who we prefer to be we could stop making
They're such a strong connection between our past present and future
We are who we choose to be in the present moment?
And if we drop our story by dropping the labels
Everything begins to change you can start to look at everything in a completely new way now the second mind technique has to do with
changing the
Associations that we have in our life and starting to really embody who we prefer to be now the idea behind this is
Understanding that our personality is creating our personal reality now this isn't my quote. This is a quote from Dr.
Joe dispenza and one of his books called how to break the habit of being yourself now, originally
I saw that book
I was in a sauna at the gym
And I was like somebody was reading it and I was like why would you want to break the habit of being yourself?
I thought it was a very negative thing, but then I saw it was by Dr.
Joe dispenza who was somebody that I have listened to before and ted talks and also his lectures
And I knew that okay is something I should pay attention to so I read the book and it was all about understanding
that who we are being in the present moment that the personality of who we think we are which our personality is a
Composition or compliation of how we think how we feel and how we act if we change these three things which are on autopilot?
Which are simply things that have been on recycle? We then change the whole experience that we're getting in our life now
That's creating our personal reality so what we must do is think Beyond
We must go beyond what we have priorly thought we must create new
Associations and we must think greater than our current experience now the easiest way I found to do this is through meditation
Because when we meditate and literally what the word meditation means is to become familiar
With now to become familiar with and the idea is that with meditation?
What we can begin to do is become familiar with the kind of feelings that we prefer to
Experience become familiar and have what is called Mental rehearsal?
Mental rehearsal is when we envision the best version of ourselves
when we imagine how we would act the kind of body language we would have when we imagine the kind of
Feelings that we would be embodying
Consistently what we begin to do is we begin to wire our brain in a similar way?
We begin to literally sink our brain up with who we prefer to be and as we do that
We are rewiring ourselves to become that. We are starting to become that personality
We are starting to really
And body who we prefer to be and the more that we do this the more that it becomes who we are we must think?
Beyond and in order to think Beyond we have to become familiar with
Things were not already familiar with we must go beyond those states by feeling within it and at the same time we can also take
Action this is something I like to really press upon is to do things that your normal personality wouldn't do
Maybe if you've always considered yourself a shy person
Push yourself to go out push yourself to be around people that you haven't been around before and as you begin to do that you
Begin to change your self image for who you think that you are and then everything begins to change?
So the idea is to first off to what you can do is become familiar with
Emotions that you're normally not feeling because you're normally doing the same things every day
you're normally thinking the same thoughts what you can then do is stretch Beyond it through Mental rehearsal and
Imagining you being that version feel into it make it something you become very familiar with and then at the same time
Decide to take action from that new point of view and as you begin to do that. You are wiring in that new
Personality and you're becoming who you prefer to be now the third technique has to do with something that is called
Metacognition, and I mean this in the form of observing our own thoughts, so when we normally think in the first person
It's very common to become very reactive to things that happen to us
We're thinking that this has happened to me right now
we become very responsive which can cause stress which can cause us to really get into a reactive frame versus being in a
responsive frame now the Idea behind this is that when we learn how to
Observe our thoughts we take our power back. We can then decide. What does serve us?
We can let go of what doesn't serve us and this is something that absolutely changed my life
I remember that I was meditating and I was learning meditation
This is like 2 or 3 days into it
And I was so focused on controlling my mind on not thinking the negative thoughts
well
the thing is is the more that I would think about not thinking negative thoughts the more those negative thoughts would come in the
Or that I would actually resist it and the resistance would build within
What I decided to do and I read this somewhere was to observe the thoughts and to allow them to be there
That was the game changer. I allowed the thoughts to be there
I observed them and as I observed them the negative charge went away the resistance went away and the Paradox is
Eventually the overthinking went away and the thoughts went away altogether. I created space within me
What happened was is as I felt into that eventually it became a feeling that I really enjoyed
I love the feeling of meditation
That's why I do it for the first 10 or 15 minutes every day for the last five or six years now
It's something that's really changed because I've been able to respond rather than react to the things that happen in my life and then
Everything in life becomes a choice
Do I choose to have this habit do I choose to act in this way and when we start to?
Associate who we are being as a choice
That's where the true power begins, and that's where we have the choice over our own state of being this technique
I think is one of the most simple
But yet
Powerful ideas that you can apply in your life that will change
everything about you because as you observe your thoughts as you allow them to be there you gained the
metacognition for knowing how you think and you gain the ability to respond rather than react, so
Remember that the three mind techniques are simple
They simply involve understanding that our story is running our life
Experience that when we rewrite our story we start to look at ourselves in a completely new way
We can drop the labels that are holding certain expectations in place that are holding certain behaviors in place
Then secondly we can go beyond our current limitations
We can go beyond the current thoughts the current level of our
Personality by simply feeling into the emotions that we would feel if we were in that reality now
Understanding that as we take action and doing things we're not comfortable with we become more familiar with it
And that becomes a part of who we are that's where we create true opportunities
And then thirdly realizing that as we become aware of what we're thinking and we learn to observe rather than react
Everything will begin to change
With that being said I hope you guys enjoyed this video feel free to like this video if you liked it subscribe
