Hi friends, welcome to Priyanka's Kitchen

The dish I'am going to teach you today is very simple but very tasty

You all must be knowing about Ridge Gourd, today I'll teach you how to cook this

If you are getting smaller one that's much more tasty else the bigger one will also do

Finely chop the ridge gourd, also take chopped onion, chopped tomatoes and chopped potato

chopped garlic and chopped green chilli

Put some oil in the heavy bottom pan

Add Cumin Seeds, Chopped garlic and as soon garlic is slightly golden add chopped green chilli

Also add chopped onions and cook them until they turn red

Also add dry red chilli

Onions are red and now add chopped potato

Sit the potatoes for 2 mins and add chopped ridge gourd

Now we'll add spices in it

Do not add too much of spices as in ridge gourd shrinks after cooking.

Add little bit of coriander powder, Turmeric Powder and salt to taste

Stir it and add chopped tomatoes

Now do not stir else the spices will get burnt so just cover it with the lid

Cook it for 2 mins and then take off the lid

Cook it well without lid and your Ridge Gourd is ready

You can enjoy this veggie with ether Chapati or Rice, it tastes delicious.

Mr Pompeo forgets that many decisions stipulating

the allocation of funding were approved

by his own agency.

the Federal Reserve Bank delivered $500 million

in cash to the US Embassy in Moscow under

Back in April, police officer Eddie Benitez went to a restaurant in Lakeland, Florida

to have breakfast.

But little did he know that sitting at another table was a little boy with an important message

for him.

The boy was shy and didn't dare speak directly to officer Benitez, so he wrote him a message

on his receipt instead.

When officer Benitez read it, he jumped up out of his seat and went straight over to

the boy and his mother.

While nine-year-old Noah was eating breakfast with his mom that day, he saw police officer

Eddie Benitez at a nearby table.

The boy got nervous and didn't know what to do.

He wanted to talk to officer, but he didn't know how to approach him.

Noah's mother, Amanda Cantin, wondered why her son was so interested in the police officer.

Then, Noah told her that he wanted to say something to say to the officer, but he was

too shy.

But soon, Noah got an idea.

He had saved his birthday money and decided to use it to pay officer Benitez's bill.

Noah's mom helped her son talk to a waiter, and soon they had officer Benitez's receipt

in their hands.

Noah wrote a message on it and ran up to officer Benitez and laid it on his table.

When officer Benitez read what Noah wrote, he was instantly moved.

The note said, "I want to be you when I grow up.

Thank you for your service."

Summertime brings sunshine and warmer weather.

This is usually a fun time for many kids who are off school and can enjoy numerous outdoor

activities.

But parents should remain vigilant.

Sun and heat can certainly bring fun and joy, but they can also be very dangerous.

Heatstroke is one good example.

We've previously written about being cautious when leaving your kids in the car when really

hot outside.

Now, mother Jennifer Abma wants to warn parents of another scenario which can cause a child

to have a heatstroke during warm temperatures.

The mother's experience was so upsetting that she later took to her Facebook page to share

her story.

On July 14th, Jennifer decided to share what had happened that evening on her Facebook

page as a warning to all parents out there.

The experience had clearly shaken the young mother.

It was a hot summer evening and Jennifer was about to check up on her little girl, Anastasia,

who was in her bedroom.

Jennifer noticed that Anastasia was deep in sleep, but also extremley hot.

As it would turn out, the girl was suffering from a severe heatstroke — despite that

she hadn't even been in the sun that day.

Luckily, Anastasia would be fine but Jennifer thinks all parents should be more cautious

when it's especially hot — whether outdoors or indoors.

"THIS was my evening, this was the scariest moment I've had to imagine, THIS is severe

heatstroke.

There is nothing scarier than not being able to wake your baby up.

THIS is clear proof a child doesn't need to be in the sun to get heat stroke.

It took us 20 minutes to wake her up, when ambulance came, they came with investigators

because they didn't know what to expect as did I."

This was proof how fast things change.

Anastasia put herself for a nap, I had no idea how hot her bedroom was until I went

to wake her up soaked in sweat, red face, boiling and unable to wake her for 15 minutes,

ambulance arrived faster then I could have ever imagined and took her sugars which were

1.2 and should be above 4, they administered sucrose and in minutes she started crying

clearly scared."

No it is not my fault this happened to her but it is hard not to blame yourself, this

is a lesson learnt & hopefully other parents can take something from this & make sure you

are checking the rooms in your house because thy can be as dangerous as a hot car.

Still I'm shook and I can't imagine what would have happened if I didn't go check on her.

We definitely had god on our side yesterday and I am thankful for emergency services and

Jay who came as fast as possible to keep me together."

Please keep an extra eye on your kids this summer during hot days.

Heatstroke can affect your child even in your own home without you noticing.

Please consider sharing Jennifer's warning with every other parent you know out there

— you may save a life.
