Youtube daily report Aug 4 2017

[♪ INTRO]

Life in our universe can sometimes be precarious.

Animals are going extinct, huge asteroid collisions, runaway climate change…

there's a lot that can go wrong.

Two stories that have been in the news over the past couple of weeks really drive that

point home, starting with the asteroid that got a little too close for comfort.

If you didn't hear about it, uh, neither did astronomers.

Until a few days later when they noticed it zooming away from us.

Around 3:30 in the morning Universal Time on July 21, asteroid 2017 OO1 passed within

125,000 kilometers of Earth, or less than a third the distance to the Moon.

And astronomers didn't detect it until July 23.

Not really how we wanna be doing things.

It's not exactly tiny, either.

The asteroid is somewhere between 35 and 75 meters wide, or around three times the size

of a house, and was moving at more than 37,000 kilometers an hour.

If it did hit Earth, the impact wouldn't have been enough to wipe us out like the dinosaurs

or anything, but it definitely would've created some fireworks.

For comparison, the viral-video inspiring 2013 asteroid that entered Earth's atmosphere

near Chelyabinsk in Russia was just 20 meters across, and even that was pretty dramatic.

The Chelyabinsk asteroid was brighter than the Sun as it approached,

could be seen 100 kilometers away, and damaged thousands of buildings.

And that's all despite the fact that it was

still 29 kilometers above the ground when it exploded.

An asteroid like 2017 OO1 hitting a city would be like a small nuclear bomb.

And we didn't even notice it until after it passed by.

That's a little scary, I mean, most of Earth isn't a city, but some of it is.

Right now, we do a pretty good job keeping track of things bigger than a kilometer

with orbits that take them close enough to Earth's orbit to be dangerous.

We think we've found about 90% of them.

But it's really hard to spot a lot of the asteroids that are smaller than that.

And OO1 was especially faint because it doesn't reflect a lot of light.

The problem is, of course, asteroids smaller than a kilometer can still do plenty of damage.

Which is why a lot of scientists think we need to be

putting more resources into watching our backs.

Of course, just finding dangerous asteroids isn't enough,

we have to be able to actually do something about it.

And that's hard, because asteroids are big and they're fast.

It's not easy to make them turn around and go somewhere else.

But NASA and the ESA are actually working on a plan to do exactly that, starting with

an attempt to redirect a small asteroid that is not a threat to us.

It's called the Asteroid Impact and Deflection Assessment mission.

It involves hitting the asteroid with a small spacecraft about the size of a fridge in 2022.

The hope is that the impact will be enough to change the path of the asteroid, because

even a tiny change in angle while an asteroid is far from Earth

adds up by the time it gets here.

For a future asteroid that's actually a threat,

that might be enough to stop it from crashing into Earth.

So here's hoping it works.

But it's not just life on Earth that's precarious.

As we learn more about other planets and moons, we're narrowing down the best places in

the universe to look for extraterrestrial life.

In a study published this week in Nature Geoscience, researchers announced

that there might be fewer life-friendly worlds than we thought.

Using a new, more advanced way to model climates, the team found that lifeless, icy planets

and moons might be doomed to stay that way for the long haul.

We're pretty sure life needs liquid water to evolve and survive, so if an icy world

is too cold for liquid water, that's kind of a deal-breaker.

But stars increase in brightness over the middle part of their life,

and scientists have long thought that when this happens, it might be enough

to melt the ice on distant worlds and make them habitable.

In other words, it would shift the star's "Goldilocks zone"

where it's not too hot for liquid water, not too cold for it either. It's just right.

In our solar system, for example, icy moons like Europa and Enceladus

could become a lot more life-friendly in a few billion years.

And if this happens to icy worlds on a regular basis, it would mean that there are a lot

of warmed-up places to look for life outside our solar system.

But the results of this new study suggest that instead of gradually warming up until

they're habitable, icy moons and planets might go straight from fully frozen to intensely

hot, totally skipping those friendlier temperatures in between.

The problem is that many of these icy worlds

don't have thick atmospheres like we have on Earth.

On our planet, gases like carbon dioxide hold in a lot of the heat we get from the Sun,

which helps keep the climate more stable.

Without that, a planet or moon relies completely on the energy it gets

from the star at any given moment.

And ice happens to be super reflective.

Icy planets and moons reflect so much of their parent star's energy that without gases

to trap the heat, the star needs to get way hotter to melt the ice than it otherwise would.

Then, once all of that reflective white stuff is gone,

suddenly the much darker water is absorbing a lot of light and heat.

Worlds like these would get really hot, really fast, and the water would evaporate before

it had the chance to support the kind of water-based life that we see on Earth.

So it looks like "the Goldilocks zone" is an even better name than we thought.

Goldilocks will have to keep searching for "just right", and so will we.

How Big Is Space? -- DONG - Duration: 5:07.

Hi I'm Jake Mcbeard Face not to be confused with Jake clean-shaven face.

And I'm glad that I get to see you again for another episode.

And I know that you could be doing anything right now.

Hanging out with your friends besides me which is fine.

I thought that we had a connection.

You could be doing a mural.

You could be sailing the ocean.

You could be watching-grass-grow.com.

Which, can ya guess?

It's a DONG, something you can do online now guys.

On My Most Beautiful Nightmare poems about dreams are consolidated to get you to really

listen to the subconscious.

Sometimes we dream things that make total sense at the time but are so weird that when

we wake up we don't think about it again.

But this site prevents you from ignoring them.

Some you may relate to in a way like this one where you just forget your clothes and

everyone's laughing at you and it's embarrassing.

The way these poems are written makes you feel like you're in the dream as opposed

to just listening to a recap of it.

But for a recap of how small you are check out

How Big Is Space.

A scrolling experience where you are taken increasingly higher and higher even though

on the screen it looks like you're going down.

It may not seem like much until you realize that each pixel represents 100 meters so this

distance is about a mile.

Throughout it are facts like 80 km is the lowest altitude of the Aurora Borealis.

Just keep going and going and oh no, radiation has been detected.

But I'm not scared so I'm gonna scroll all the way into the

Life of the Blue Whale.

The Natural History Museum provides you with the opportunity to interact with their blue

whale display in one of these scenes.

Let's go for the middle.

Oh it even has museum sounds so I don't feel left out and sad...or should I say blue.

Because of blue whales.

Click on one of the icons to learn things like the history of human interaction with

blue whales or the difficulty in studying them.

If you go to the ocean you'll learn about things like the whale's behavior.

They can eat 457,000 kcals a day whereas we supposedly only eat about 2,000 to 2,500 so

challenge accepted whales mainly because I want to up my fitness level on

Worldfitnesslevel.org, a site where you enter a variety of factors to see how in shape you

are for your age.

Enter age, height, or how often you work out.

For me almost every day look at those biceps.

And there are a lot more questions it can take you through that ask you about your past

self too.

But if you just can't wait to find out how in shape you are then go now and admire that

I am as fit as a 20-year-old.

Which is weird because I'm only 14.

Excuse me can you turn that down?

Your face is too loud!!!

On PeekaBeat upload a photo of yourself to see what kind of music matches your face.

Grab a few so you can see how each one is interpreted differently.

It will also display the emotion it detects.

Now crank that volume up to listen to your face.

Wow I sound beautiful but please don't fall for me like

This macaroni falls peacefully down the screen.

There's not that much to it other than you staring at mouthwatering noodles floating

in a dark abyss.

Pick a favorite noodle.

This one?

Maybe that one?

And as time goes by more and more fill your screen and your heart with wonder.

Noodles.

Noodles.

I am relaxed so let's switch gears to

Color switch.

Which is really really hard no matter what anyone tells you!

Why?

Well because you have to pass this ball through the moving obstacles but if you touch something

that isn't the same color as it then you lose.

It's a simple concept but it's hard to keep the ball floating in the middle of the

circle or between two obstacles without letting it touch the wrong color.

For an equally addicting game but a less colorful one check out

Contre Jour which is a physics based puzzle game.

Use your mouse to mold the ground in a way that gets this little one-eyed monster to

the glowing blue blob.

It's adorable and also tricky when you have to transport it in new ways.

Like trying to catch it on this tentacle thing at the right time.

Okay enough swinging blobs time for

Cycleblob.

Which is BLOBviously an awesome game.

Hannah really crushing her pun game.

Okay stop laughing.

You have to avoid colliding with your own wall or the opponents wall.

Sometimes as you pass by them you can see them ruining their own chances at victory

and it's hilarious. Oh look at that

I WON!

Wow.

Wowee wow wow wow.

Okay that was a whole bushel of DONGs.

Links to all of them are down in the description.

There's a playlist here for more DONGs.

If this was your first DONG, welcome.

Hi.

Hi there.

What is your name?

Oh that's a beautiful name.

I like that a lot.

Where are you from?

Oh what a lovely place.

I have heard that it is wonderful.

I have always wanted to go.

But I have yet to travel there.

Maybe when I'm there we can go on a journey together.

Explore.

Really?

I would love to go there.

You know I love tacos.

So that sounds fantastic.

Thank you so much.

Where were we?

Oh yeah.

And as always, thanks for watching.

There are many more DONGs for you to explore.

For you to experience For you to set your browser to and just sit back and relax and

DONG out.

That's what I like to do on a nice what is today?

On a nice Friday night.

Just sit on the couch.

Throws some DONGs on the screen.

Enjoy.

Smith family, I'm Dr. Wong.

Come on in.

I was told there was a grandpa that might be joining us?

He got wrapped up in an experiment.

He's a scientist.

Like, legit, like on a an inter-galactic,

sci-fi level. His work is very --

He turned himself into a pickle.

Morty, Mom's talking. I'm sorry.

I suppose that's a good segue

into our little discipline cases here.

Does Grandpa turn himself into a pickle a lot?

What?! No! What kind of question is that?

The kind that wasn't designed to attack or hurt you in any way.

Oh, Jesus Christ, one of these.

No, my father has never turned himself into a pickle before.

He's unpredictable and eccentric.

The whole family is. Speaking of which...

Okay, let's open things up to the whole family,

and let me ask this.

Why do we think Grandpa turned himself into a pickle?

Enzo Amore HEAT Backstage! Being Moved To NXT? | WrestleTalk News Aug. 2017 - Duration: 3:53.

Hello and welcome to the WrestleTalk News - I'm Oli Davis.

The Rock's STUNNING Revelation The Stone Cold Stunner is arguably one of

the greatest wrestling finishers ever.

It's impactful, can be performed on anyone, and other wrestlers can sell it in overly

stupid ways.

Vince McMahon took his first stunner by rolling over Austin's shoulder.

Scott Hall would throw himself backwards in the air.

And Donald Trump just kind of took a knee.

The undoubted king of the stunner oversell, though, was Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson,

doing several backflips, a slight stagger and then a cartwheel out the ring.

The Great One has now revealed why he took the Stunner so ridiculously:

"Me and @steveaustinBSR used to bet cases of beer on how crazy I could get with my "sell"

of his famous Stunner.🤙🏾" Enzo Amore 205 Live Or NXT Move?

The latest episode of the WWE Network's Bring It to the Table show brought up an actual

behind-the-scenes incident - Roman Reigns kicking Enzo Amore off the WWE tour bus.

The story was first reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter from several weeks ago,

and now Dave Meltzer has revealed what caused Amore's backstage heat.

Apparently, some time back, Enzo was "talking very loudly on his phone to someone and saying

things that those who couldn't help but hear him thought were negative about the business

while bragging about how much money he was making from the business to that person.

Corey Graves admitted on Bring It to the Table he personally doesn't like Enzo, saying

Amore is like his character in real-life 24 hours a day, and listening to him talk about

who he just partied with in Los Angeles gets old.

It's difficult to figure out whether Corey's comments are real, or just a part of the show

- given the confusing real-life/scripted cluster fumble Bring It to the Table is.

With Enzo's heat in the main roster locker room, and Vince McMahon only seeing him as

a comedy figure to be beaten up week after week on WWE TV, Meltzer reports Amore could

be moved off Raw.

Two ideas he's heard are moving Enzo back to NXT - to get him away from Vince's booking

and to be an established name to move live event tickets - or a move to 205 Live, where

it's hoped he could improve the lacklustre fan reactions.

Io Shirai Deal Falls Through If Enzo does go down to NXT, he unfortunately

won't be joined by top Japanese female wrestler Io Shirai - who appeared set to sign with

WWE after bidding farewell to her previous promotion Stardom.

The Wrestling Observer reports her WWE deal has now fallen through, with neck issues picked

up by her medical as a possible reason.

Kairi Sane Injured Shirai's former Stardom pal Kairi Sane did

sign with WWE, though, competing in their Mae Young Classic - the WWE Network's upcoming

women's tournament.

Sadly, Pro Wrestling Sheet has reported she's suffered a concussion at the recent tapings.

Raw Vs Smackdown The results for our new Raw Vs Smackdown poll

from Wednesday's WrestleRamble show are in, with a massive 96% saying the Blue Brand

won this week's war.

The brand new WrestleRamble is up for $5 or more Patreon donators right now, where I finally

unveil...the scandal that could ruin me…

The WWE cost-cutting continues with a wrestler being released!

And who is pushing for Samoa Joe to win the title at Summerslam backstage?

WHAT PENCILS I USE? a guide and some tips | ENGLISH SUBS! - Duration: 13:19.

What pencils I use because that's the...

I dropped my phone

my hands are purple because of the cold weather

I hope you don't get distracted by them

HELLO!

This is like the 100th attempt to film this intro

and I don't know how to do it and I still don't like it

but... yeah...

deal with it

it's not important

today

I'm going to show you

what pencils I use!!

because that's the questions that you guys ask the most, everywhere

on instagram, on youtube, in all the comments sections

everywhere

even on my live streams there's people asking what pencils do you use

so today I'm finally answering in a video specially dedicated to this

because I think you guys deserve it

you deserve it

for all your support, for all your love

I'm going to share my biggest secrets

the pencils that I use are

too many

I use a loooot of pencils, different brands

but I started drawing thanks to these pencils

I mean I've been drawing my whole life

but I never tried drawing portraits

and when my mom gave me these pencils

I was like this is it, this is what I needed

I'll start drawing now

so in this video I'm going to show you guys exactly which ones I use

because I don't use all 36 of them

I'm going to show you

which ones I use, how I use them, how I mix them

for what I use each color

all your questions

everything, everything, you'll know everything today

so keep watching because this is going to get interesting

so now I'm going to show you what's inside of the box

it's pretty obvious which are the colors that I use the most

there are a bunch of them that I don't use

for example the green ones, they're pretty brand new, the blue ones too

the yellow and oranges are almost brand new as well

I haven't use them much because I don't really need them for my drawings

but over here

these are the top 5 colors that I use the most

and the white pencil too

a lot of people have asked me for recomendations

which box they should get

the 36 set, the 24 set, 12

and I have the 36 pieces box, but I use

6 colors

7

so maybe it's not necessary to spend a looot of money

on getting a bunch of colors

if you actually need just a few

also

I use other pencils

that are

right here

these two are also Polychromos

I bought them separately at a store

they're sold separately

so I went into a store and asked for a light brown

and a light pink

and these have worked really really really good

and this one is a common Faber-Castell

from the set that you would get to go to school

and this one

I don't even know the brand (CARAN d'ACHE)

I went into a store and asked for like a peach color, or a skin tone color, however you call it

I wanted to get one that was really really clear

and this is what they gave me

and it has worked really well

so I recommend you guys to do the same thing

if you need a color, go to get it at a store

because these are all sold separately

and keep trying different pencils because they're obviously not the same

not all of them work for what you want

so yeah

now I'm going to show you how to use them

in this blank paper I'm going to show you real quick

which ones I use, how I use them, how I mix them up

I use these two for the skin

they're obviously very different

this one is more orange-ish

and I like it because

it's more like realistic, more alive, more saturated

compared to this one which is like really really clear

but it depends on the portrait that I'm coloring

there's people who's really pale so I use this one

Sometimes I don't use this one

sometimes this one is the one that I don't use

it depends on the drawing that I'm working on

and on the person's skin color

sometimes I mix them together

sometimes this one is too dark

so I use a little bit of this one on top of it

and they KIND OF mix up

or this one is not dark enough

so I add some color

with this one, but it barely changes

trial and error

I bought this pink color becuase

even though the box already has a pink color

this one is too intense

so sometimes I wanted to colour just a little bit

like to add some blush to the face

but it was too intense or dark

so with this one, I was good

and also this one

when I try to mix it up with the skin

it was too much color

but the new one, gives it just a soft touch

which was exactly what I needed

so you just have to try

this one

I bought it to use it for shading

beacuse this brown is too intese/strong

so if I wanted to do a shading like... soft

it didn't work

but this one was like perfect for it

and when mixing it with the skin it's still soft

not like this one that's too dark

and the box already has a light brown in it

but

it is like yellow-ish

so, it didn't work for me

so...

I use this pencil a lot

I use it a lot to do all the shading, for the eyes, the nose, etc etc etc

I actually love it very much, I think it's my favorite pencil

the white one

I use it for example in these cases

when the colors are too sharp

when they don't blend well

I cover them with white to like blend them, to blur them a little

so the brown is not too strong anymore

look, I'm going to show you

I could leave this one like that

but if I add some white

the brown fades, it's like it blends

and that's something that I like

it's more realistic

the real skin doesn't have like sharp shades on it

so I like using the white pencil, sometimes it's necessary

sometimes

there are some shades that are darker

so

i use the grey pencils

and it also depends on the photo, the reference

if it has very very dark shades

or if you need a not so strong shade

you can barely see this one

but it does make the difference when I use it

so you just have to try

and now I think this is the moment that you've all been waiting fore

because it is also what you guys ask the most along with what pencils I use

you guys ask a lot for this pen

you guys are like "what's that white pen? how is it called?"

"where did you get it? I want to get it" etc etc

just like you guys, I used to see some artists using a white pen

so one day I went into a store and asked the lady like

"I'm looking for a white pen"

and she was like

"this is what we have"

with it you can coulour

anything

and this pen...

it doesn't work at the very beginning

in fact, I always try it on my hand or on another paper

until it works

and when it finally works it's not too strong

in fact, in my time lapses videos I always speed up even more the clips where I'm using this pen

because I have to use it for the longest time to make it visible

I don't know if this is the best one, but it's the only one I've found

and at least it works

so far, it works its magic

to add the sparkles in the eyes, the shinny hair

sometimes I mess up

I don't know, I'm colouring the skin

imagine this is a face haha

I'm colouring the skin

I'm adding some shades

I'm adding some shades

and idk I suddenly go too hard and I drew a line that I didn't mean to

so I take the white pen

and I cover it up

I colour on top of it

I let it dry a little

and I cover it again with the peach color

it's not going to work right now because I'm doing it too fast

but it does work for fixing problems

sometimes a draw an eye, I'm going to show you now

so sometimes I'm drawing

and I

draw a line over here

and then I realize I don't like it

so I cover it up with this pen

I cover it a looot of times, it's like layer after layer after layer

until the black color disapears a little

I mean, from up close you'll be able to see it's a little dark there

but sometimes, in cases of emergency

this helps

so I let it dry

and then I go and colour over it and you can get away with that

also you can use it on top of the colouring

to add the little sparkles that I want and I like that

so if you guys can get one of these pen, do it

because it is really really really good

and now. a quick recap

these are literally the pencils that I use THE MOST

I own the 36 pieces box, but I use like

2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11.

so you don't NEED to buy the box of 36 colors

maybe you can save up some money and buy

6 Ploychromos

and some others from different brands

these two aren't Polychromos

and they work anyway, they're good

and maybe, if they were Polychromos they would probably be better

but if this is good enough... I'm not a demanding person

there's people who think that if they don't have the BEST pencils in the market they won't be able to draw well

but no. That depends on every single person

you set your own limits

if you get the polychromos box, don't stick to using only those pencils

because I bought this one separately, I bought this one separately, this one separately

so, you can do it too

if you think that the pencils you have are not good enough, go and buy ONE pencil

some people is like "why did you buy only ONE pencil?" and I'm like "because this is THE pencil that I need"

and that's it. I don't need to buy 24 pencils if I'm going to use just one

so take the risk, try it, fail

it can heppen, like it happened to me, that I bought this pencil and I didn't like it at all

and those are experiences, you can learn from that

so... yeah...

I think that's all I can say about the pencils that I use

if you liked the video please please give it a thumbs up

because it is really important to me to know

if you like my videos, if they're helpful

any doubts, any questions

if there's something I didn't answer, let me know down below

I'm happy to reply to you all

I like to reply to your comments, even if there are 300 comments

even if you comment on old videos, I always reply to all of them

so don't be afraid, leave some comments, I'll be happy

a lot of people have asked me to do tutorials

so I think I'm going to start doing that

a how to colour eyes tutorial, how to colour noses, how to colour mouths

you'll be seeing everything in the future, so if you're interested, please subscribe

and once again, you can let me know anything in the comments section

I honestly read and reply to all of them

any doubts, any questions, any video idea that you may want to see in the future

let me know, I'll be glad

so yeah... Thank you so much for watching, for supporting me

thank you so much for all of your sweet messages

I love them

see you guys in a next video

byeeeee

And those words prepare the brain for learning,

including the ability to read by the end of third grade.

Just as food helps your baby grow strong and healthy,

Language Nutrition helps your baby's brain development.

We have a serious crisis on our hands.

Did you know that only a third of our nation's children

can read proficiently by the end of third grade?

In Georgia, nearly 70 percent of our third-graders

are not reading on grade level.

The solution is not to wait until children start school

or even get to Pre-K. It starts with you talking with your baby

now.

What's the connection?

The more words children hear and understand,

the more language they will have and the better

their reading and vocabulary skills are likely to be.

Your child's teachers are already working on this

and seeing results.

For Language Nutrition to be effective,

everyone needs to make infants and toddlers

their conversational partners,

especially you!

Your child's teachers can't wait to partner with you

and share what

they do so you, too, can practice Language Nutrition.

The power of talk is real and within every parent's reach.

You can give your child a future of endless possibilities

with every word you say.

So start talking with your baby now.

And, the next time you visit your child's classroom,

know that your child's teachers

are there for you, too.

To partner with you in your child's brain development,

as your

Talk With Me Baby coaches.

Get ready to unleash the power of your words

- your child's future depends on it.

Georgia's future depends on it.

'Traitor' Neymar ripped to shreds by Barcelona fans after posting emotional goodbye video - Duration: 2:49.

'Traitor' Neymar ripped to shreds by Barcelona fans after posting emotional goodbye video

Posting the announcement to his Instagram page overnight, the Brazil international wanted to pay tribute to the Catalan club and thank fans.

But the emotional post, using clips of some of his most memorable moments with the Spanish giants, didn't get quite the reaction he'd hoped for.

Despite gaining more than two million likes in less than 12 hours, the Instagram video has also attracted fierce criticism from diehard Barca fans. "Now I feel that it's time in my heart to leave.

I'm counting on the support of all of you who have been with me since 2009," Neymar says in the clip. "It's a very hard decision, but I made it with the maturity I have gained over my 25 years.".

BACKFIRED: The emotional video didnt go down well with fans online.

Neymar scored more than 100 goals in four years at Barcelona having been signed from Santos. He will pocket a staggering £540,000 each week after tax at PSG.

And many labelled the forward a "snake" with others referring to him as "Neymoney" and "Moneymar". "F*** off Neymar," one viewer commented.

Another said: "Go away, forget memory in your brain of Barca – yay Barca." "Just done it for the money, not the love. Traitor," a third posted. SLAMMED: Barcelona fans arent happy with the players move.

After the deal was announced, Neymar said his motivation for joining PSG was to help the club win titles. "The ambition of Paris Saint-Germain seduced me, as much as the passion and energy it arouses," he said.

"I spent four years in Europe and I am ready to take up the challenge." The transfer fee paid by PSG is more than double the previous £90m record set by Paul Pogbas move from Juventus to Manchester United last summer.

Tubing at Florida State Parks - Duration: 4:04.

Wait!

What were you doing? I was letting some air out of my tube, like my tube soft. Wait,

you've never been to tubing, how do you know you like a soft tube? Well, I like soft

pillows, soft ice cream, soft hugs. Okay, welcome to The Outsiders Club, I'm Selah

and I'm Chase. Today we're here at Ichetucknee Springs State Park, located about

an hour north of Gainesville. We're here for an epic tubing adventure on the

Ichetucknee River, where we'll be sharing all of our tips to make the most out of

your tubing trip. Selah here is a tubing expert, she'll be showing me how this

tubing thing here is done. And by the way, where's this oversized golf cart taking

us? It's a tram, and it's taking us to the tube launching area.

Wow, look at this river, it looks awesome, it's so clear! I told you, Chase, you're going to

love this. I think that should be good. Okay Chase, here are a few tips. First, I

like to use a dry bag so we can keep things like towels and phones dry. Wait,

if we're using a dry bag, then does that mean you're prepared to get wet?

Well maybe, why? No reason. Okay, well I also like to use a smaller tube as a caddy, so

we can put all your stuff in. Perfect, I was wondering where I was going to

put all this stuff. I've got a ball, I got a mask, got a net, jeans and an anchor.

Jeans and an anchor? You're not going to need this stuff while you're tubing.

Where'd it even come from? You know what, I don't want to know. Here are some

things you might actually need - bring waterproof sunscreen, also bring drinking

water in a non disposable bottle and NO glass containers. You will want to bring

some water shoes or flip-flops, as tubing does require some trail walking. I like

to tie mine to the raft like this, so I don't end up with just one shoe. And

lastly, I leave all my jewelry at home. Can we stop talking about tubing and

actually go tubing? Yeah yeah, okay!

Ahh!

Oh look a turtle!

Isn't it so peaceful out here, Chase? I just love looking up at the trees and

listening to all the wildlife, cause if you listen you can really hear a lot of

nature. Chase, are you listening to me? Prepare to get wet! Ahh!

Ahh! Hahahaha.

I needed to get that out of my system.

Same.

So Chase, what did you think of tubing? Well it was

pretty good! What's not to love, I mean that was, what, 90 minutes of pure bliss. I know right?

What's not to love! The clear water, the scenery, I love tubing here on the Ichetucknee River.

5 Tips To Learn English (Subtitles available) - Duration: 6:58.

Hello! My name is AJ!

I love to learn languages

In this video I am going to give to tips to learn English.

I know English may seem impossible to learn!

Do not worry! It is possible! You can do it!

Here are some things you can do to learn English.

The first thing you have to do is pick a goal and pick a deadline.

In my mind, to complete anything in life you must plan and execute.

That includes learning languages.

In my mind, there are 4 basic levels of speaking English.

The first level is knowing the common phrases.

The second level is being conversational.

The 3rd level is having a general understanding of the English language.

The 4th level is to be fluent.

The four choices are ""Common phrases" , "conversational" , "general understanding" and "fluency"

It would take you between 1 - 3 months to learn the common phrases.

It depends on how much you study and the time you put into it.

Typically it would take 1 - 3 months to learn the common phrases.

In my opinion, it would take between 3 months to one year to be conversational in English.

If you study for an hour every day, you can be conversational in 3 months.

Typically it will take 6 months to one year to be conversational in English.

In my opinion it would take one year to have a general understanding of English.

One year of studying consistently

At least one year.

The amount of time to be fluent in English depends on the person.

Some people learn faster than others.

You will learn faster if you study consistently

It may take a few years to be fluent in English.

2 years.. 3 years.. 4 years.. 5 years

But if you start today, you will know more than yesterday.

The next step is to see what type of learner you are.

People learn in different ways.

In my opinion, there are 3 basic types of learners.

1 on 1 learners learn better with a teacher or tutor

Independent learners are people who learn better on their own.

Group learners learn better with groups of people.

If you are learning English alone.. I recommend to use apps on your phone...

buying books, using free online courses, watching videos online, using free online lessons

Look for websites that teach English.

Trust me, learning English alone may be hard, but it is possible.

If you learn better as a "1 on 1 learner" , i recommend to get a personal teacher or tutor

If you learn better in groups... sign up for a class, join online language groups, or learn with people you know.

Find a way to learn English with other people.

Some materials I recommend are translation apps and dictionary apps

I recommend using physical flash cards

You can also create flash cards on your phone

I highly to recommend to get a notebook to write all of your English notes.

The only thing you will use this notebook is for your English notes

a notebook like this is fine.

It is not expensive to learn a new language. Trust me!

The next step is to make a commitment.

If you want to learn a language, you must consistently study

You should study a few times a week. A little every day

I know sometimes that people are busy with their job, family and life.

I know sometimes it is difficult to find time to study.

In my opinion, all you need is 20 - 30 minutes of daily practice

That is enough time to learn new material.

The next step is to start now! Start today! Start after you watch this video.

You may think that is it hard to learn English, but just start now and you will start to make progress.

Start studying 15 minutes a day. That is a good start.

Make time! Just do it!

If you really want to learn English.. make time to learn it.

My last tip is a free tip.... for free!

Do not give up!

There will be times when you will want to give up.

There will be times when you feel that learning English is impossible.

"I feel so dumb! I am not learning anything "

There will be times that you will be really frustrated of studying English.

That happens a lot when you study a new language.

Like anything in life, there will be challenges of doing something for the first time.

Trust me, if you study consistently... you will learn a lot !

There will be tough times, but you can do it.

Lastly! Make sure you have fun!

Soeaking English is one of the best tools a person can have.

It is amazing to be able to communicate with people from around the world.

Remember all the reasons you are studying English...

Learning English is good for a better job and for traveling

You will be able to watch movies or listen to music in English.

There is a reward in the end!

My name is AJ! I hope this video helped you!

Subscribe to my youtube channel! Leave me a comment!

Good luck!

Arsenal transfer news: Who is Thomas Lemar? Monaco ace linked with £45m move to Arsenal - Duration: 5:26.

Who is Thomas Lemar? Monaco ace linked with £45m move to Arsenal

ITS no real surprise that clubs from across Europe are looking to buy some of Monaco's best players.

The Monegasques won the French league last season and reached the Champions League semi-finals, knocking out the likes of Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund on the way. Monaco star Thomas Lemar is a wanted man across Europe.

And it looks like winger Thomas Lemar could be on his way out of the Stade Louis II, thanks to interest from around the continent, with Arsenal linked with a stunning £45m move.

Our friends at Football Whispers have profiled the 21-year-old French international. Who is Thomas Lemar and where does he come from?.

A product of the Caen youth system, Lemar made his senior debut in the opening game of the 2013/14 season in August 2013.

He went on to make 31 appearances in total for SMC, before he attracted interest from across Europe – he was subject of Chelsea transfer rumours and was linked to Liverpool, Lyon and Bordeaux too, but he opted for a move to Monaco.

Thomas Lemar (left) made his senior debut for French side Caen. The midfielder moved to the principality for just £3. 5million and has shone for Leonardo Jardim's team since then.

Since moving from Caen, the 21-year-old has played in a variety of midfield positions.

He's featured in the middle of a two or a three, but since Jardim switched to 4-4-2, Lemar has really started to excel, earning him the first of five international caps so far in November.

You can see how he's kicked on from just his return in 2016/17 – 14 goals and 17 assists in all competitions is hugely impressive.

Thomas Lemar enjoyed a steller season last campaign with 14 goals and 17 assists in all competitions.

While Kylian Mbappé, Tiemoué Bakayoko and Bernardo Silva may have got a large amount of the praise from onlookers for, Lemar's role in Monaco winning Ligue 1 and reaching the Champions League semi-finals can't be underestimated.

He plays with his head up and his left foot is capable of magic – he never looks to complicate things and although he can beat players by dribbling, he has a superb range of passes which he uses to the opposition's detriment.

All the information Arsenal fans need to know about target Thomas Lemar.

Thomas Lemar is renowned for his dribbling ability. Even though he plays on the wing, he's not blessed with pace as his team-mates Benjamin Mendy and Mbappé, but he doesn't need it.

Lemar prefers to link up and play one-two passes and use movement and the threat of his delivery to open up space.

No Monaco man played more key passes per game last season (2. 2) than Lemar, and he also made more crosses (1. 4) than any of his team-mates.

And out of those who played regularly in Ligue 1, only striking options Radamel Falcao (2. 8), Valere Germain (1. 8) and Mbappe (1. 8) had more shots on goal per game than Lemar's 1.

The 21-year-old helped knock Tottenham out of the Champions League with this strike.

How much will he cost?. Recent reports suggest Monaco have put a €30million (£26. 3million) asking price on Lemar.

But when you consider they sold Silva for a fee that could total €70million (£61million), and that a nine-figure fee is being quoted for Mbappe, that seems a fair bit short of what you would expect the Monegasque side to ask for.

Monaco are finding it difficult to hang onto their star players including Bernardo Silva who left for man City.

In fact, when Lemar was the subject of Liverpool transfer gossip last year, the talk was that the Reds would have to shell out a fee similar to the £58. 8million that Manchester United paid for Anthony Martial in 2015.

And given that the midfielder was a key part in Monaco winning the Ligue 1 title in the 2016/17 season, his stock will only have grown since last summer, so it would be very strange indeed for his asking price to drop.

Whatever Monaco do want, if there's any justice in the world, what they get will dwarf the £3. 5million fee they paid to Caen just two summers ago.

Monaco signed Thomas Lemar for just £3. 5m from Caen two summers ago. Where is his most likely destination this summer?.

Lemar has been linked to clubs all over Europe, although French media outlet Telefoot claim there is currently a four-way scramble for his signature. Tottenham Hotspur, Liverpool, Arsenal and Juventus are all thought to be chasing with the France international.

Perhaps him being a Tottenham transfer target would make most sense as Spurs fans, and Mauricio Pochettino, got to witness first hand how effective Lemar could be in the Champions League.

Arsene Wenger is just one manager interested in signing Thomas Lemar. The winger scored home and away in the group stage against Tottenham, with both goals settling the matches.

Juventus also of course got to see what he could do in the Champions League semi-final, although he failed to hit the back of the net in those two games.

Although Arsenal would of course be an attractive prospect, perhaps the other three would have an advantage over them though as the Gunners don't have Champions League football.

Mauricio Pochettino is also prepared to rival Arsenal to his signature.

With Mohamed Salah's arrival at Liverpool imminent, they might not look for wide men anymore, so it would be a 50/50 chance for both Tottenham and Juventus, and that would be down to what they could offer the player.

And given that Erik Lamela and Son Heung-Min will miss the start of next season through injury, the Frenchman would be a welcome addition to Spurs' squad.   These flops show why Kylian Mbappe may want to avoid Arsenals number 9 shirt.

How to Answer the "What About Socialization" Question - Duration: 4:04.

Hey guys!

ToriAnn here!

And from my homeschool to your homeschool, I've got a question for you.

Have you ever heard someone ask you, "So what about socialization?" You're in the

grocery store or maybe you're at a family event and someone's going to ask you how

you're going to socialize your kids.

Do you know how you're gonna answer that question?

Or do you start to get all squidgy and squealy inside and feel all rumbly cause you don't

know what to say.

And behind that question, you can hear the real question which is, "Are you gonna destroy

your kids?" Yeah.

So I used to get this question all the time.

My in-laws would ask it, my parents would ask it, my siblings asked it, I would hear

it in a church, I would hear it at the store.

What are you gonna do about socialization?

And I got the question so much that I decided I was gonna come up with an answer that was

going to work every single time.

Because I was tired of fumbling around it and trying to come up with something that

didn't really feel like it satisfied them and usually took us down the rabbit hole of

a whole bunch of other questions that didn't really make a lot of sense and made the whole

conversation harder.

And it made it sound like I didn't really know what I was doing with my homeschooling.

Which is never a good idea.

So I came up with the answer to the "socialization" question, and ever since then every time I

use this the answer just puts everything to rest.

I can feel everyone I'm talking to take a deep breath.

And I don't get lots of follow up questions that aren't just interested.

They're not critical questions, they're, "Oh tell me more about that." So are you

dying to know what this is?

Okay, so here's the answer to the question.

When someone comes up to me or we're in a conversation and they say, "So what about

socialization?" this is what I say.

"Well you know I treat socialization just like any other subject.

I'm the facilitator of my kids' education and development.

Which means that I make sure that they get lots of socialization opportunities and they're

getting educated in how to interact with human beings whether they're adults or kids in

a really great way."

That's the answer.

That you are creating opportunities and that you're treating it like a subject, like

any other subject.

And then if I feel like it, I follow up with something like this.

"And besides, there are so many opportunities for homeschoolers to socialize with kids their

age that if we wanted to, we could be gone every single day of the week and never be

home and actually actually educate.

But we don't do that.

So we just pick and choose.

But my kids get so many opportunities to interact with other people, yeah they get tons of socialization."

Between those two answers, it pretty much puts all the fears to rest.

And that's how I want to end this little video.

Remember that when people are asking you questions, they're coming from one of two places.

They're either curious.

Which means you don't need to feel defensive because they really are just curious and they

wanna know what's going on.

And they're learning more about homeschooling and they're trying to figure out how it

works and they figure you're a good source of information because you are homeschooling

or you're thinking about it or you're just getting started.

Or they're worried.

They're worried that these kids that they care about, either because they're in your

neighborhood or they're a neighbor or they're a friend or maybe they're a family member.

You know grandmas and grandpas, they worry.

They wanna make sure the kids are gonna be okay.

That's what they're really asking.

So when you have an answer that's confident and when you have an answer that's clear

that you're in charge and you have a plan, it calms everybody down.

And when everybody's calm, the conversation gets a lot easier.

Alright, I'm ToriAnn Perkey, and I bring you these videos every week so that you can feel

like a confident, successful homeschooler.

WHAT PENCILS I USE? a guide and some tips | ENGLISH SUBS! - Duration: 13:19.

What pencils I use because that's the...

I dropped my phone

my hands are purple because of the cold weather

I hope you don't get distracted by them

HELLO!

This is like the 100th attempt to film this intro

and I don't know how to do it and I still don't like it

but... yeah...

deal with it

it's not important

today

I'm going to show you

what pencils I use!!

because that's the questions that you guys ask the most, everywhere

on instagram, on youtube, in all the comments sections

everywhere

even on my live streams there's people asking what pencils do you use

so today I'm finally answering in a video specially dedicated to this

because I think you guys deserve it

you deserve it

for all your support, for all your love

I'm going to share my biggest secrets

the pencils that I use are

too many

I use a loooot of pencils, different brands

but I started drawing thanks to these pencils

I mean I've been drawing my whole life

but I never tried drawing portraits

and when my mom gave me these pencils

I was like this is it, this is what I needed

I'll start drawing now

so in this video I'm going to show you guys exactly which ones I use

because I don't use all 36 of them

I'm going to show you

which ones I use, how I use them, how I mix them

for what I use each color

all your questions

everything, everything, you'll know everything today

so keep watching because this is going to get interesting

so now I'm going to show you what's inside of the box

it's pretty obvious which are the colors that I use the most

there are a bunch of them that I don't use

for example the green ones, they're pretty brand new, the blue ones too

the yellow and oranges are almost brand new as well

I haven't use them much because I don't really need them for my drawings

but over here

these are the top 5 colors that I use the most

and the white pencil too

a lot of people have asked me for recomendations

which box they should get

the 36 set, the 24 set, 12

and I have the 36 pieces box, but I use

6 colors

7

so maybe it's not necessary to spend a looot of money

on getting a bunch of colors

if you actually need just a few

also

I use other pencils

that are

right here

these two are also Polychromos

I bought them separately at a store

they're sold separately

so I went into a store and asked for a light brown

and a light pink

and these have worked really really really good

and this one is a common Faber-Castell

from the set that you would get to go to school

and this one

I don't even know the brand (CARAN d'ACHE)

I went into a store and asked for like a peach color, or a skin tone color, however you call it

I wanted to get one that was really really clear

and this is what they gave me

and it has worked really well

so I recommend you guys to do the same thing

if you need a color, go to get it at a store

because these are all sold separately

and keep trying different pencils because they're obviously not the same

not all of them work for what you want

so yeah

now I'm going to show you how to use them

in this blank paper I'm going to show you real quick

which ones I use, how I use them, how I mix them up

I use these two for the skin

they're obviously very different

this one is more orange-ish

and I like it because

it's more like realistic, more alive, more saturated

compared to this one which is like really really clear

but it depends on the portrait that I'm coloring

there's people who's really pale so I use this one

Sometimes I don't use this one

sometimes this one is the one that I don't use

it depends on the drawing that I'm working on

and on the person's skin color

sometimes I mix them together

sometimes this one is too dark

so I use a little bit of this one on top of it

and they KIND OF mix up

or this one is not dark enough

so I add some color

with this one, but it barely changes

trial and error

I bought this pink color becuase

even though the box already has a pink color

this one is too intense

so sometimes I wanted to colour just a little bit

like to add some blush to the face

but it was too intense or dark

so with this one, I was good

and also this one

when I try to mix it up with the skin

it was too much color

but the new one, gives it just a soft touch

which was exactly what I needed

so you just have to try

this one

I bought it to use it for shading

beacuse this brown is too intese/strong

so if I wanted to do a shading like... soft

it didn't work

but this one was like perfect for it

and when mixing it with the skin it's still soft

not like this one that's too dark

and the box already has a light brown in it

but

it is like yellow-ish

so, it didn't work for me

so...

I use this pencil a lot

I use it a lot to do all the shading, for the eyes, the nose, etc etc etc

I actually love it very much, I think it's my favorite pencil

the white one

I use it for example in these cases

when the colors are too sharp

when they don't blend well

I cover them with white to like blend them, to blur them a little

so the brown is not too strong anymore

look, I'm going to show you

I could leave this one like that

but if I add some white

the brown fades, it's like it blends

and that's something that I like

it's more realistic

the real skin doesn't have like sharp shades on it

so I like using the white pencil, sometimes it's necessary

sometimes

there are some shades that are darker

so

i use the grey pencils

and it also depends on the photo, the reference

if it has very very dark shades

or if you need a not so strong shade

you can barely see this one

but it does make the difference when I use it

so you just have to try

and now I think this is the moment that you've all been waiting fore

because it is also what you guys ask the most along with what pencils I use

you guys ask a lot for this pen

you guys are like "what's that white pen? how is it called?"

"where did you get it? I want to get it" etc etc

just like you guys, I used to see some artists using a white pen

so one day I went into a store and asked the lady like

"I'm looking for a white pen"

and she was like

"this is what we have"

with it you can coulour

anything

and this pen...

it doesn't work at the very beginning

in fact, I always try it on my hand or on another paper

until it works

and when it finally works it's not too strong

in fact, in my time lapses videos I always speed up even more the clips where I'm using this pen

because I have to use it for the longest time to make it visible

I don't know if this is the best one, but it's the only one I've found

and at least it works

so far, it works its magic

to add the sparkles in the eyes, the shinny hair

sometimes I mess up

I don't know, I'm colouring the skin

imagine this is a face haha

I'm colouring the skin

I'm adding some shades

I'm adding some shades

and idk I suddenly go too hard and I drew a line that I didn't mean to

so I take the white pen

and I cover it up

I colour on top of it

I let it dry a little

and I cover it again with the peach color

it's not going to work right now because I'm doing it too fast

but it does work for fixing problems

sometimes a draw an eye, I'm going to show you now

so sometimes I'm drawing

and I

draw a line over here

and then I realize I don't like it

so I cover it up with this pen

I cover it a looot of times, it's like layer after layer after layer

until the black color disapears a little

I mean, from up close you'll be able to see it's a little dark there

but sometimes, in cases of emergency

this helps

so I let it dry

and then I go and colour over it and you can get away with that

also you can use it on top of the colouring

to add the little sparkles that I want and I like that

so if you guys can get one of these pen, do it

because it is really really really good

and now. a quick recap

these are literally the pencils that I use THE MOST

I own the 36 pieces box, but I use like

2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11.

so you don't NEED to buy the box of 36 colors

maybe you can save up some money and buy

6 Ploychromos

and some others from different brands

these two aren't Polychromos

and they work anyway, they're good

and maybe, if they were Polychromos they would probably be better

but if this is good enough... I'm not a demanding person

there's people who think that if they don't have the BEST pencils in the market they won't be able to draw well

but no. That depends on every single person

you set your own limits

if you get the polychromos box, don't stick to using only those pencils

because I bought this one separately, I bought this one separately, this one separately

so, you can do it too

if you think that the pencils you have are not good enough, go and buy ONE pencil

some people is like "why did you buy only ONE pencil?" and I'm like "because this is THE pencil that I need"

and that's it. I don't need to buy 24 pencils if I'm going to use just one

so take the risk, try it, fail

it can heppen, like it happened to me, that I bought this pencil and I didn't like it at all

and those are experiences, you can learn from that

so... yeah...

I think that's all I can say about the pencils that I use

if you liked the video please please give it a thumbs up

because it is really important to me to know

so don't be afraid, leave some comments, I'll be happy

Paragon - Word of the Day with Lance Conrad - Duration: 1:51.

Welcome back to Word of the Day with Lance Conrad.

Today's word is "Paragon."

Let me tell you a story!

A paragon is the best of the best, a perfect example of some quality or characteristic.

Michael Phelps was a paragon swimmer, someone who never did or thought anything wrong would

be a paragon of virtue.

And today I'd like to talk about a lifeguard who was considered a paragon in his local

community.

Over four or five summers, this lifeguard had saved nearly eighty people from drowning

in the town of Dixon, Illinois.

The people there made him a plaque, honoring their paragon of watchfulness, athletic ability,

and devotion to saving people.

Naturally, we don't hear much about paragons who were only local legends.

I'm quite certain that there were other lifeguards who did much more.

However, you have heard about this lifeguard, because he didn't stay in Illinois.

He went on to become a radio announcer who once narrated three innings of a baseball

game from pure imagination because the receiver had gone out.

Then he went on to Hollywood and starred in several movies, even beating out John Wayne

for one famous part.

Still, we might have forgotten our Illinois lifeguard by now if he hadn't turned his

eye towards politics, running for Governor of California and winning.

And then, he achieved the paragon of politics by becoming the President of the United States.

Our paragon lifeguard was Ronald Reagan.

Please take a moment to support us by sharing this video with your family and friends.

If you enjoyed it, I'm sure they will too.

We also have classroom versions of the videos and some related curriculum available for

download at TeachersPayTeachers.com.

Thank you so much!

You've got a friend in me You've got a friend in me

When the road looks rough ahead And you're miles and miles

From your nice warm bed You just remember what your old pal said

Boy, you've got a friend in me Yeah, you've got a friend in me

You've got a friend in me You've got a friend in me

You've got troubles, and I've got 'em too There isn't anything I wouldn't do for you

We stick together and can see it through 'Cause you've got a friend in me

You've got a friend in me Some other folks might be

A little bit smarter than I am Bigger and stronger too

But none of them will ever love you The way I do, it's me and you, boy

And as the years go by Our friendship will never die

You're gonna see it's our destiny You've got a friend in me

You've got a friend in

me

Reality Gossip | 16 & Pregnant's Nikkole Paulun: I'm Scared My Baby Daddy is Going to Kill Me! - Duration: 7:33.

16 & Pregnant's Nikkole Paulun: I'm Scared My Baby Daddy is Going to Kill Me!

Its been a little while since weve heard from former 16 and Pregnant cast member Nikkole Paulun, right?.

We updated you on how shes doing earlier this year, but she hasnt really been making as much of a splash as some of the other girls.

Shes mostly just been a happy, content mother to two adorable children. But on Wednesday, she updated Instagram followers on a situation that shes in now. And its no exaggeration to say that she fears for her life.

In case shes slipped your mind, Nikkole Paulun was once a party girl but she now seems to have settled into being a mother really well, judging by what she shares over social media.

Lyle was born in late 2009 and Ellie was born about two years ago, in July 2015.

But she shared and deleted a truly harrowing post, including photos of her ex -- her first baby-daddy, Josh Drummond -- with a bleeding wound on his forearm that she says is self-inflicted.

(Technically, were not sure if she deleted the post or if Instagram decided that the image of the mans bleeding forearm was too graphic, but Starcasm preserved her message and well share that with you).

She says that he is getting out of jail and that she may in physical or even mortal danger if he makes his way to where she and her children live. Brace yourselves, because this is not a pleasant story.

It starts off with some backstory in the form of Nikkole having made a mistake:.

For those who don't know the back story, we got together when I was 13, I was pregnant at 15, had my son a month after I turned 16. That much, we knew, of course.

He treated me like dirt, cheated on me etc. For years we were on & off. In 2012 he went to prison for 3 years and got out January of 2016… which is when we got back together..

Were scratching our heads, wondering why she would get back together with him. But apparently fear of judgment is what made her keep the reunion so private.

I truly thought he had changed and prison had given him a positive outlook on life.

Well, things started to change a few months after they reunited. His behavior became erratic and he began taking drugs. Nikkole says that he even overdosed and had to be hospitalized at a time when she believed that he was at work.

(Nikkole speculates that he might be self-medicating for undiagnosed bipolar disorder, which is possible but. lets leave diagnosis for the experts). Apparently, dating him at this point could be jarring.

He would go weeks & months being completely normal & a great father & a great boyfriend. So many people wtih so many different relationship problems are familiar with that pattern.

(And lets not forget that, tragically, Nikkole Paulun is familiar with abuse, so she would know how to recognize these patterns). Inevitably in these situations, the good behavior goes away.

Then one day, a switch would flick, & he would be gone. When she says gone, she means that literally. Because she describes him physically just departing to do drugs. Finally, shed had enough.

After months of failed rehab attempts, things & money being stolen, bill money being spent, & being threatened, I said goodbye.

The next time he left, I just locked the doors. I didn't call to ask where he was or if he was okay, he wouldn't have answered anyway… not until he was done getting high at least.. Thats a smart move.

Unfortunately, she says that he eventually did come home and, finding that he was unable to get inside, threw a rock through the window and then climbed in, because thats a reasonable and also safe thing to do.

Nikkole says that she called the police but that, sadly, they did nothing.

Eventually he got an opportunity down in Texas and moved there, but their conversations on FaceTime took a dark turn when he demanded her attention (and permission to come back home) by, according to her, slitting his forearms on camera.

Cops were called, he went missing, he was found, taken to the hospital, refused treatment, came back to where he was staying, & strangled his family member until they passed out.

Nikkole says that the family member in question is okay, but that she knows that it could just as easily have been her.

(She also strongly implies that her her children could have witnessed something like that, or perhaps even become Joshs next victims, had he been with her).

To clarify, he was definitely arrested last month, because it turns out that nonconsensual strangulation is a crime. But Nikkole is still afraid.

But now in less than 2 weeks he has court and I'm so so scared he will be released & will try coming back here to my home.

It sounds like O.J. Simpson being granted parole isnt the only incident of a nightmare of a human being who should probably remain behind bars. I know he needs help but he doesn't want it.

Thats so common, unfortunately. I already have plans in place if he does, but it hurts my heart to think that me and the kids won't be able to stay in our own house all because of him.

Its good that she has a plan in place, but sad that she needs one. We really, really hope -- for the safety and happiness of Nikkole and her children -- that her plea reaches the courts ears.

This is all so, so scary.

Best Chiropractor in Port St Lucie? | Dr. Bill Jensen Treated 20,000+ Chiropractic Patients - Duration: 2:38.

- Wow, amazing stories, Dr. Bill.

So with that being said,

how many patients would you say

that you have helped or empowered or treated

over your career?

And in your opinion, how important is experience

when it comes to choosing a good or the right chiropractor?

- Well, boy, a lot.

I mean, at my practice alone,

I know our file number as of yesterday

was well over 11,000 patients we've taken care of

over the last eight years.

Prior to that, when I practiced down in Fort Lauderdale,

I worked at two different practices.

They were higher volume clinics as well.

I would have to believe it's over 20,000,

maybe 25,000 patients or members

that we've taken care of over the last 16 years.

As far as experience is concerned,

I never feel that experience is something

that you extremely have to have,

but at the same time I mean, you can't replace it.

I know speaking personally for myself,

one doctor was talking to me and said,

"When you go in and you, you know, treat somebody,

you know, do you always treat them exactly the same?"

I said, "Well, well no,

'cause, you know, everybody's different obviously."

Even if I'm treating you, for example,

I might come in and adjust you

or take care of you on Monday a particular way.

But you might present to the office on Wednesday

with a flare-up or something else going on,

and I might have to tone that down a little bit

and take a little more conservative approach

with the adjustment.

It's knowing when to treat somebody,

when not to treat somebody,

most importantly it's knowing how to treat them.

Every spine is different.

Every person is different.

You gotta have a lot of tools in your toolbox

and a lot of experience taking care

of many different types of patients,

many different types of problems.

As those years pass by

and as those patients accumulate underneath your belt,

your innate wisdom and your feel

for what's right with each patient

really changes and differs day to day to day.

Experience.

You can't buy experience like that.

(upbeat music)
