on PUBG when you have a subpar computer?

And yes it's PUB G. I get it, I get it, please stop.

At the end of my last PUBG update I asked if any of you were using any interesting tweaks

for this game and man did you guys come through, because there are still many commands that you can

still add to PUBG to reduce the graphics and get some extra performance in your low end

computer.

For those of you who are new, welcome!

This is the LowSpecGamer, a weird corner of the internet were I explore how to reduce

graphics on game to get acceptable performance on low end computers.

I have talked about this game plenty before, but changing configuration files as the game

updates.

But I have received many emails from stuff you guys have discovered that can alter the

game quite radically.

My thanks goes out to Karl Ottoson for being the main contributor of the configuration

file that I have left in the description.

These are the contents of Engine.ini and Scalability.ini, you can find the contents of these files and

links in the description, which you can find in your local app data folder, tslGame, saved,

config, windows no editor.

But before talking about some of the changes this file can cause I have to stop and repeat

a serious disclaimer.

Changing configuration files in PUBG is prohibited and could lead to a ban.

I have been VERY careful in avoiding anything that can change grass or fog for this very

reason but on this video we're really starting to push those boundaries so, if you use any

of this you are doing so at your own risk.

Let's talk some of the major changes.

One of the first things you are going to notice is the reduction of texture quality.

Objects like stones or the ground itself are close to being a single color while many other

elements are loaded with low resolution textures.

The drawing distance for high quality elements is also affected.

Trees rendered not that far from the player are shown only as very low detail models and

buildings have almost no textures until you get very close to them.

Interestingly enough, this also disables some particle effects that were having a strong

effect in my performance such as the rain effect.

Rain sounds are still there but the performance is significantly improved.

I tested this on two setups, a more modern i5 and MX 150 laptop and the comparability

modest Intel Celeron and GT 640, and was able to achieve a decent level of performance.

Take a look.

From up here, everything kinda looks like it's made out of play-doh.

All the textures are loaded when you get really close

So you get this spectacle from this angle.

It is really something else and still hasn't loaded.

DIY How to make Christmas wreath out of newspaper and pine cones (ENG Subtitles) - Speed up #420 - Duration: 3:53.

Hi. Today I will show you how to make Christmas wreath out of pine cones.

I made it by request from my viewer.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

First crush the newspapers and twist them a little.

Bind the pieces of newspapers by using adhesive tape.

Make a shape of wreath...

...and bind the ends.

Add more pieces of newspapers and bind them by using tape.

Repeat this until obtaining the proper thickness.

Of course you can use styrofoam wreath instead of this one.

Next, wrap it by using the pieces of newspapers.

Secure them by using adhesive tape.

Cut a leg out of nylon tights,..

...cut it open...

...and wrap it around the wreath.

Secure it by using glue.

Now glue the pine cones. Glue them close to each other.

Cover entire wreath excluding the back.

Hide the empty spaces by using beechnuts...

...and walnuts.

Attach the Christmas balls.

Tie a piece of ribbon to the wreath.

Cut 2 pieces of decorative ribbon. 1.5cm x 30cm each.

Glue their ends.

Glue both pieces together.

Cut a pieces of ribbon,..

...fold it in a half...

...and glue it to the bow.

Glue the bow to the wreath.

And it's done.

This wreath is a wonderful decoration for Christmas.

I made the hanging wreath, but you can make a table wreath in the same way.

You can paint a part of the pine cones, all of them or you can leave them unpainted.

How to Back Into a Slip with a Single Engine Outboard | BoatUS - Duration: 2:36.

We're going to demonstrate backing into a slip in a single engine outboard.

Keep in mind that your outboard very likely has a right hand propeller, which backs more

readily to port than to starboard.

Trim the engines out so most of the wash goes under the bottom of the boat rather than up

against the transom.

It makes it a lot easier to handle.

It's helpful to keep the pivot point in the middle of the slip as you make your approach.

The pivot point is about one-third of the way back from the bow, usually about where

you stand or sit to drive the boat.

When docking the boat starboard side to, as we'll be doing here, we'll make our approach

with the rudder alternately ahead to port and back to starboard, repeating until we're

lined up at the dock.

It may help to wait until the rudder is all the way left or right before putting the engine

in gear, but sometime you'll want to put it in gear as you're shifting.

Experiment and see how it works for you.

It's important to stay in control and not get going too fast ahead or astern.

The objective is to end up parallel to the dock and stop with no headway or sternway,

ready to put out your lines.

Now let's see how it's done.

OK, so here we go.

We're approaching our slip.

We're going to back in and tie up starboard side to.

I'm probably about a boat length off the end of the dock right now, and I've got a tender

with a sharp outboard pointing at me, so I'm going to give that plenty of room.

I want to get some of my sternway off and I want to start getting the boat around here.

When you're maneuvering a single-engine boat, if you put the engine in gear before you have

the wheel where you want to direct the thrust in the right direction, sometimes it will

mess you up, but sometimes it helps you get the sternway off the boat, too.

So I'm just working our way in here, and the objective is once you get to the dock, you

want the boat to be parallel to the dock so that the boat lands perfectly flat on and

it has no headway or sternway, just like we are just now.

That's a good landing.

So now we'll put the lines out and tie the boat up, and we're ready to go home.

N. Korea, Trump and Beijing's special envoy discussed in latest S. Korea-U.S. nuclear envoy ... - Duration: 2:24.

The top nuclear envoys of South Korea and the United States met on Jeju Island earlier

on Friday... to further discuss ways to jointly tackle the North Korea nuclear issue.

They had much to consider, such President Trump's trip to South Korea, the recent lack

of provocative behavior from Pyongyang, and China sending a special envoy to the regime.

Kwon Jang-ho has the details.

It's been less than a month since their last meeting in October, but the South Korean and

U.S. nuclear envoys met again Friday on Jeju Island, with several new developments to go

over.

The meeting lasted 70 minutes, during which they discussed President Donald Trump's recent

trip to South Korea and other Asian countries.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, the South Korean envoy Lee Do-hoon said that that

both Trump and President Moon Jae-in had agreed on the need to solve the North Korea nuclear

situation through diplomatic and peaceful means, and that continued sanctions and pressure

are needed to try and draw Pyongyang to the negotiation table.

Yun also agreed that "the pressure campaign had to be the central element," and that they

are working with countries like China, Russia, Japan and the EU, to achieve "meaningful and

credible dialogue" with the regime.

The two also talked about North Korea's recent lull in nuclear and missile activities for

the past two months.

They welcomed the hiatus, but explained that there had so far been no communication from

Pyongyang, and that unless North Korea declares that it has stopped the provocations in order

to open talks, then it cannot be interpreted as either a positive or negative sign.

Reporters also asked them about the significance of Beijing sending a special envoy to North

Korea on Friday.

It was announced this week that Song Tao, the head of Beijing's International Department,

was heading to Pyongyang to report on the outcomes of China's recent party congress.

But also coming after President Trump's visit to Beijing, there is some speculation that

China could also be urging North Korea to consider holding talks.

Lee remarked that the meeting could have "very significant meaning considering the timing,"

while Yun added that "China has a big role to play on Northeast Asia security issues"

and that he hoped the special envoy "will forward the goal" towards denuclearization.

The two said they will keep a close eye on that meeting and will try to convene again

as soon as possible to analyze it further.

Chinese envoy currently visiting Pyongyang.

Song Tao -- the special envoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping -- is in North Korea... to share

bilateral issues.

The North's Rodong Sinmun has been reporting on the special envoy's visit,... including

a banquet held on Saturday,... but there has been no mention of what was discussed or whether

the special envoy will meet with the North Korean leader.

With Song scheduled to return to China on Monday,... there's speculation that the meeting,

should it take place,... will be held Sunday.

If so,... the two sides are expected to discuss the outcome of the recent China-U.S. summit,...

as well as the North's provocations.

After arriving in Pyongyang on Friday,...

Song has met with Choe Ryong-hae -- a senior official of the regime -- as well as Ri Su-yong,

vice chairman of the Central Committee of the North's ruling Workers' Party.
