Hi everybody. In this video I'm going to show you how to solve the Rubik's Cube (3X3).
I've done some research on it and I'm going to teach you some new techniques and faster algorithms.
So stay with me and you'll have fun :)
So first let's know the cube. Each cube has exactly six sides. Each one with its
own color: white, green, yellow, blue, orange and red.
In order to solve the cube, you need to work with layers which I'll explain later.
So you have the right layer, the left layer.
The top layer, the bottom layer (also called "down" layer).
The front layer which is right in front of you. The back layer (...at the back) and middle layer.
You also need to know the parts of the cube. I'll turn this so that it will be clearer.
so we have the white here is the center, the yellow ones here are the edges and all these whites are corners.
So this is a corner piece, corner piece ...
This one is an edge yellow and red. Yellow and blue edge. Orange and yellow edge.
Corners. More corners here in each side, of course. You also have here more corners.
These are edges. Now this is the center.
Ok. Let's start. This is where we are heading (the whole cube).

I will always remember this song, because I have a fun/interesting story with this song
and why I like it.

During my first trip to Italy with my friends two years ago, I visited Cinque Terre and
we arrived at the hotel and I turn on the television and this song started.
I started to crying.

I was crying.
I was so happy to be finally in Italy and my friends thought I was crazy.
Haha!
I couldn't help it!
I was so happy!

I'm an emotional person.
I always loved the rapping part in the songs, but the Italian
was sometimes too fast for me.

Welcome! I'm Elizabeth Harper and I'm here with
this week's angel messages. What I'd like you to do first is place one or both of
your hands over your heart just like angel wings. Invite your angels to guide
you to either message one two or three a message that comes from their heart to
yours what you can also do is invite your angels to guide you as you move
your cursor along in the video to a place where you intuitively feel it's
time to stop and right there will be an extra special message from your angels
as well. Okay now we have this nice stack of angel cards I'm going to pull the
angel cards from the stack see if you can intuit where I get the angel cards
from and maybe what the color of the angel card back is as well so I feel like
i'll go to the top. Ooh first card is green all right I feel like I want to go to
the bottom so the second card is purple
and then I want to go back to the top again. Interesting huh like it's just another
purple one. All right okay so our first card is from Archangel Gabriel and it
says 'Journaling'. So look at the back of that card there's this beautiful angel and then
there's a dove that's coming in and there's the person that's writing right
there. Now this has a little orb around it doesn't it? It's almost like it's
almost like wisdom and guidance and inspiration is coming from Archangel
Gabriel and through that journaling as well. Now the message says consistently
writing about your feelings and activities stirs creative
ideas and builds your confidence as a writer. Now you might be thinking to
yourself I don't want to write I wasn't thinking about writing but sometimes
when you write things down it gets it off your chest.
So especially us introverts we're not always keen on talking about our
feelings with people but when you write it down it's just the same it's just the
same thing it's it's energy so it helps you to release that energy. So I feel that
that's one part of it. The second part is if you're stuck for what your next step
is or if you're stuck for how you're gonna get from here to there or if you
stuck for an idea then I feel that the writing and asking Archangel
Gabriel to help you will support you as you just you just write anything that
comes into your head but you're focusing on what it is that you want to achieve.
So if you want guidance on a relationship or on a job or on a path or
on a an idea if your guidance on these things ask for that guidance asked for
Archangel Gabriel to come in then just start to write. Write whatever comes into
your mind whatever comes into your head. I find that asking and then writing
really helps me I think about things and then I let it brew before I start to
write. I just let it brew and then I start to write down the ideas that come
into my head and those ideas spring other ideas. So just see what happens with
that there's little triggers of a domino effect that can come in. I'm also feeling
with this that peace is coming into your life especially with that dove that
peace energy that there's some peace that's coming in so feel that you're
going to there's almost a feeling of a completion it's like the end of
something and then moving on to the next step of your journey. So I
feel that you're letting go of something and then you're moving on to the next
step and Archangel Gabriel is helping you with that as well guiding you with
that. Card two message two 'what do you desire' huh I love this card. So look at
that card it's very it's very kind of Renoir like isn't it? With this beautiful
image there with the flowers that are popping all the different colors of the
rainbow right there. What do you desire? 'You now have the opportunity to write
the script', obviously writing is a theme this week, 'to write the script according
to your heart's true desires. Once you clearly decide upon your true desires
and know that you're ready and deserving,' it's a big one, 'then they'll rush into
your life as if by magic.' Now that was the focus of the word
whatever that word deserving seemed to be it seemed to just jump off of that
card to me. So feel that this is for you that it's about feeling that you deserve
what it is you most want. What do you desire? If you desire something and
you've done all the work to make it happen you've cleared the way for it
you've done the law of attraction you've done all the courses you've done
everything you can to create this in their life then maybe and you just need
to look at that do you deserve it? I'm not saying you don't deserve it and as
I'm speaking I'm getting this little thing coming up in my throat as well
about deserving. So I feel that there's something around that deserving it do
you deserve it? And you know when you ask yourself that, 'Do I really deserve this?'
If you say, 'Yes of course I do! Yes!' great but if you start getting a
sense of, 'Well who am I to think that I could have this in my life?'
maybe there's something around deserving that needs to be healed. I would really
recommend doing some work on healing your heart chakra. What you can do is
just move the energy counterclockwise around your around your heart chakra
around your heart energy and make an intention to pull anything out that no
longer serves you. That is in the way of you deserving what you most want what
your heart desires just pull that energy out. And if you don't believe that
that action of saying, I'm gonna move this energy out I'm gonna move it out of
my life, and move it just pull it out into the universe and ask the
universities to take care of that so that then you can be open to clear
energy coming in and you can be open to receive your heart's desires as well.
There are lots of things that you can do but that's just one one thing to start
with. So our final card is, 'See only love' I love that. This beautiful angel is
holding a heart with wings of course. See only love and then there are these
angels little angels at the side. So the message is, "The past the seeming errors
mistakes and misunderstandings and see only the love within each person
including yourself your resolute forces upon the love that underlies every
situation brings about healing and undreamed-of ways your resolute focus.' I
like that so this is focusing on the healing is focusing on the love it's
focusing on the world and everything in it being made of love you being made of
love. So I feel with this you know when it says see only love I get this sense
of going back to the heart of healing of just needing some healing
right now that you may have found that something hasn't worked for you
something hasn't gone in the direction that you anticipated and you most wanted
and it just hasn't manifested for you. Now sometimes things are not meant to
manifest in the time that we think that they should manifest sometimes the
universe has other plans and it's going to take a little bit more time for a
particular desire to come into your life but I also feel with this particular
card that it's about especially about this time of year when we're running up
to Christmas there's a sense of loving all the people in your life. Loving your
your partner's loving your family loving your friends loving your your business
associates loving people that cut you off in traffic even you don't know
what's happening in their lives maybe they're running to an emergency maybe
there's something really bad happening in their lives. So let go of the judgment
and just see only love. When you see only love when you come into this place of
only love and really embracing that vibration of only love then even though
it doesn't necessarily protect you from negativity around you or or things
happening in your life but it gives you a greater sense of peace. It gives you a
greater sense of connection with the divine because the divine is love. That
beautiful energy of God whatever you want to call the divine the sacred
source is that vibration of love of light of healing of goodness.
I feel that because there is so much going on in the world we as sensitives
and you may be feeling very sensitive right now but you might be taking it all
on. So if you see only love around you then you will take on that vibration
that energy of love. Send out forgiveness and love to all those that are suffering
but particularly give it to yourself. Healer heal thyself. Okay that's it for

so this video is for the control freaks out there and you know who you are and
any of us that identify with getting stuck in man mode even a little bit
relate to the control freak bit just a little bit if you're being honest with
yourself so how do we get out of control freak mode so the first thing we need to
do is understand that when we're feeling controlling are we're controlling the
situation or controlling time or were controlling somebody it's actually
because we're feeling the fear so in fact the first step is to feel the fear
acknowledge it acknowledge that you are feeling fear in yourself in your body
the second step is self compassion so compassion for the fear this is the
human condition it is normal to feel fear and so just let yourself breathe a
little bit take some nice big long breaths some self compassion that you
have the fear inside you the third step is by feeling self compassion we
actually are able to soften a little bit more we can soften our stance we can
soften our rigidity we can soften our resolve just a little bit create some
softening inside you and we can create softening in the body by letting the
body soften a little bit more because we know control freak ends up tightening
our body up right and the fourth step is let go and surrender now I didn't go
from control freak to surrender without the other steps because he can't just
decide to let go you can't just decide to surrender often we need to have a
know-how about how to go through a few phases and a few steps to do that and
then you can breathe let go and you can even ask yourself things like do I
really have to do that in the next five minutes do I really have to push this
out do I really have to ah any half dues and he should they're
kind of within the control freak rail month II okay so if you liked the video

NORTH Korea and the United States could trigger a major refugee crisis if World War Three
breaks out, experts have warned as tensions threaten to boil over on the Korean peninsula.
With US President Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un trading sabre-rattling threats and North Korea
launching nuclear tests, North and South Korea could be faced with the prospect of a disastrous
refugee crisis war does break out.
If the US managed to wipe out the depraved regime overnight, experts have long said the
painful process of a reunification between the North and South would begin.
The collapse of Kim's state, which has a population of 25 million people, could spark a devastating
famine, with the prices of food sky rocketing as the wealthy try to keep food for themselves.
As millions face the prospect of living without their supreme leader, and a lack of money,
food and shelter, they too could seek refuge in South Korea putting Seoul under huge pressure.
But the North Koreans face the prospect of being treated as second class citizens once
integrated into society after entering as poor, uneducated, brainwashed and cut off
from the world.
Dr Leonid Petrov, expert in Asian and African studies from the Australian National University,
said: "South Korea might use the opportunity to exploit North Koreans who have less education
or experience in enterprise.
"Millions of North Korean workers could become second class citizens, there could
be widespread discrimination, even the border might be kept for years to stop mass immigration.
"It will take at least a decade before the level of prosperity will be equalised between
North and South.
"South Korea doesn't need its impoverished, aggressive, poorly educated brothers to inundate
South Korea."
Dr Petrov told news.com.au the cost of a reunification would be "$3trillion" and an additional
"$7-8 trillion in the first decade."
And the economic burden of a reunification also poses a threat to the younger generations
of South Korea who are wholly against it.
Seoul resident Choi Wong-chul, 36, said: "If I think of my own children, I don't want
there to be reunification.
"It would just create economic problems that will be too much for my own son's generation
too much of a burden."
So much so, a push to convince the younger generation of the need for reunification of
the two Koreas has seen one political action group Action for Korea United release a song
in a desperate bid for unity.
Moon Hyun-jin, the biggest sponsor of the campaign, told The Korea Times: "I wanted
to make sure unification is an issue that is accessible to young people and wanted them
to begin to realise it is something they need to construct."

But I think the most important thing we talk about here is our faith. now faith according to Hebrews chapter 11 verse 1 says
Faith means being sure the things we hoped for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it and verse 6
Assists without faith knowing can please God anyone who comes to God must believe that he is real
And he he rewards those who truly want to find him now in this world
We're always making constant decisions and choices that may determine our life a lot of times doubts will always creep into our minds
But according to verse 6 if we have no faith in God, then we can't please him
And if we did doubt God doesn't mean that we displease them now first we have to know what's the
Opposite of faith before I answer opposite of faith is non belief
This is the refusal to believe in God, so if someone refuses to believe in God
Then it's pretty much impossible
to please him and also faith should not be talked about
Alone faith comes with love it comes with hope if you love someone wouldn't you want to do the things that you want to do?
To please that person and with faith, we're hoping for the things that God has promised to us
They're like Moses and Abraham. They were able to look forward in time and not at the current situation
They don't look at the bad
Situation right then but they look ahead of time where they know for sure they have faith in God
They his plan will work when we have doubt in our hearts God wants us to learn how to grow out of
The doubt God wants us to look ahead of time and believe
Have faith in God that his mighty plan for you will work
Even if the circumstances doesn't seem like it will be favorable and growing out from doubts we actually grow stronger
We strengthen our faith, so that's where I learned from failing my exams now
I know that God will use the worst of my situation for his glory
He will use the situation that I'm in to make something really awesome coming up alright guys

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has admitted his move to Liverpool has yet to reap the rewards he
had been expecting, but he has vowed to fight to win a regular place in Jurgen Klopp's line-up.
Oxlade-Chamberlain secured £35m move from Arsenal to Liverpool on transfer deadline
day back in August, but has started just one Premier League game for the Reds so far.
After arriving at Anfield declaring he wanted to establish himself as a central midfielder,
the England star has told Sky Sports that he has taken time to adapt to Klopp's methods.

5 Min Workout for Flat Abs & Thinner Thighs - Duration: 7:30.
Hello, I am Mariko with B-life.
Today's excercise, we are focusing on muscles of inner thigh and abdominals.
In our daily life, we don't normally use inner thigh muscles unless we aware of them.
However, those part tend to become chilled easily
and also it is the part where cellulites are developed.
Let's working on that area to say good-bye to cellulite!
OK, let' start.
To begin with, we are going to stimulate the inner thigh muscles.
Extend your right foot to the side.
Bring the left heel close to the groin.
Flex both feet.
Right toe is pointing the ceiling.
Take a deep inhale.
Exhale, walk your hands and fold the upper body forward.
If possible, reach closer to the floor.
Feel the deep stretch in inner thigh.
Slowly. Come back up.
Switch the leg.
Draw the right foot in, extend the left leg.
Flex both feet.
While folding forward, avoid toes pointing down.
Keep them pointing up to the ceiling.
Inhale, lengthen your spine,
Exhale, walk your hands forward.
Then, fold the upper body forward.
If possible, reach closer to the floor.
Take a deep inhale
Exhale slowly.
Place both hands under the shoulder and slowly come back up.
Now, lie down on your back.
From here, we are going to do 2 exercises.
Lift your legs up to the ceiling.
You could put your hands on the abs or along side your hips.
Draw your navel in to prevent your lower back from arching back.
Tap the toes 2 times,
then open the legs to the side as low as you can.
Tap, tap, open.
Tap, tap, open.
Repeat.
We are going to repeat this 20 times.

Open your legs as wide as you can.
Bring your attention to the inner thigh as you close the legs.

Keep drawing your navel in.
Avoid arching your lower back.
Open your legs evenly.
Use the inner thigh muscles when you close.
Let's do 10 more.
Bring the inner thighs closer.
Lower back stays on the mat.

Open wide,
2 more.
Open wide, tap, tap.
One more.
Slowly close, use the inner thigh.
Hug your knees to your chest.
Catch your breath.
Massage the inner thighs.
Next, lift your legs up.
Externally rotate the hip joints.
Just like your soles of feet are facing each other.
From here, 2nd exercise.
Cross your legs in small motions.
Use the inner thighs.
As you cross legs in small motions, lower down them in 10 counts.
At count 10, keep your legs slightly higher than the floor.
In the next 10 counts, bring the legs up as you cross them in small motions.
At count 10, legs are above the hips.
I just want to remind you that at count 10, keep your legs slightly higher than the floor.

JavaScript Tutorials for Beginners#8 - Retrieve and show value from a form element - Duration: 7:11.
In this tutorial we are going to understand how to retrieve values from a single form
element and display it back into your page.
Something like this, if we write here "hello world" and then we submit them, then
we can see that the input here is being displayed into our page.
So this is the thing that we are going to learn in this
tutorial.

Hello and welcome to another new episode of learning simplified.
In this tutorial we are going to understand how to create a form field
and then retrieve the values from the particular form field, or precise to say from
the single form element and display that value into our page.
So far that we have created, first of all we are going to comment
it out, so....
We are just commenting it out.
Now if we just get back into our project and reload we can see that everything is now
gone.
So now let's create the form field first.
So we are getting here...
As we had mentioned previously that always put the form posting method which is a GET
or POST one, so will be preferring the post form
input because it is always secured and we will be creating an ID.
I have already told you to put an ID in case of every form field
have been created.
For say, I have created this form field with an ID name of name-text.
We are creating another input type which is now 'submit'..
Now the things that we have to not here that I have placed this input
type submit outside this form field.
We are going back onto the top and inside this script
tag we are not creating a particular function..
Here it is..
We are declaring a function and we are naming this function.
Now inside this function we are first defining a new kind of instruction here which is
known as...
We are practically stating that get this element by ID which ever had this particular
ID name.
So this is the ID name; so all we need to do we need to copy this ID name from
here and we have to place it over here.
By this following set of instruction we can safely say that anything with this particular
ID name ' display', it will be writing inside this particular value that has been
retrieved, that has been taken, the value of
the same exact form field with this same exact ID name
That has been placed over here, this value should be retrieved by this ID name, which
is 'name', and that should be placed inside the inner HTML of this particular container
of this ID name which is 'display'.
Now if you just come back over here we can see that so far there's been no such kind
of ID name, so we should be creating one and
that is exactly what we're going to do.
OK, here it is.
So we have created this same exact ID name inside which this, this
particular value which is been retrieved by the ID name of 'name', should be placed
inside.
So we have created almost everything.
And the final part is - on clicking this particular submit button it will show this
particular function which is known as showdisplay(); now if we get back to our project
and reload, we can see that a form field has been created, and here goes the
submit button.
So inside this we can place anything and if we submit now we can see that
the valley is been retrieved and is shown inside this particular div as an ID name of
'display'.
Now you may make some minor changes here; search as you may provide a margin top of
- I am providing a margin top of 20px, if you
just wish to increase the font size, so we are just getting back to our project and each
time you want to, you wish to input something do not ever forget to reload your
page.
Now get back to your project and inside we are providing, " hello world"..
Press submit and you can see that 20px margin has been provided and the 'hello world' text
is now inside.
Now here comes some problem, some process; if we just reload our page again
that means if we refresh our page and insert anything, it will show everything that
it got inside for a particular form field.
So this is the problem, we do not wish anything other than a comment or a name, that
means a text or a string should be displayed over here, but instead we can see that a
number can be displayed.
So this is the main problem that we have to face and that is
why validation of form fields are required.
No validation is a vast thing that is to be discussed - which is the scope of the later
tutorials, but the main thing that was to focus on, that means that is supposed to focus
in this tutorial is to retrieve the values from your form field and to be displayed
in your page; and we are successful in creating the objective of our tutorial.
So this is the thing that we need to know from
this tutorial, in the later tutorials we will be getting much acquainted with this
JavaScript, in the latter half of this particular series of JavaScript tutorial for
beginners - will be discussing on in creating far more tricky things using this
JavaScript program.
