BREAKING: Trump Just Took Down Mueller's WITCH HUNT Team
what promises to be another busy week of confrontation and controversy at the
White House began today with new presidential attacks on the Russia
collusion probe and more damage control from presidential lawyer and recent
legal spokesman Rudy Giuliani correspondent Kevin cork starts us off
tonight with a bevy of topics from the North Lawn good even Kevin evening my
friend plenty to talk about now on a day that saw the first lady unveil her

your care and compassion for our nation's children and I have to say this
and I say to you all the time inspires us all but while the president

opinion about the ongoing Russia probe front and center again calling it a
witch-hunt writing about thirteen so-called angry Democrats adding just
wait till the courts get to see your unrevealed conflicts of interest that
likely a reference to the fact that more than a dozen members of the Muller team
have donated almost exclusively to Democratic candidates including to the
Hillary Clinton campaign and that according to Federal Election Commission
records it kind of gives the American people a glimpse of what we have to deal
with day in and day out with the abuses not so much of Bob Muller but of the
people that work for him I mean they're way over the top just how the White
House proceeds with the probe including questions about whether or not the
president would comply with a potential subpoena from Bob Muller is one that
outside counsel like Giuliani would have to consider
but over the weekend the former New York City Mayor was absolutely defiant in his
assessment of the president's right to do so
or not what happens if Robert Muller subpoenas the president will you comply
well we don't have to ease the present United States we can assert the same
privilege as other presidents have while legal experts can debate the merits of
the mayor's argument what remains clear is his roll out as a Trump team
surrogate handling the numerous legal entanglements has been less than smooth

middle-class families whose dad or mom has been dragged into this and they're
they're racking up legal fees and they're afraid to talk to because they
don't know how they're gonna pay for it and they think if they talk on in the
media that they're going to be hauled in again and punished with more legal fees
because if you're not going to be investigated if you're not going to be
indicted if you're not going to jail they're gonna break you financially
because that's about ruining every single one I did to be clear you were on
TV making a point last week that if you think Russian collusion
the questioning of it is dead you're wrong because all the questions directed
at you centered on that is that correct and were those questions about the
president or were they about other people well first of all I still have to
be careful because I don't want to be get myself in a legal Jam up they may
accuse me of obstruction myself but I'll tell you they wouldn't be asking me
about you know about obstruction then the whole Flynn and Comey thing they
wouldn't be asking me about financial crimes which I had nothing to do with
they'd be focused on me for Russian collusion because I was there in the
Trump campaign from November 15 to June 16 which they think is the window when
it started of course that's just simply not true
I got a lot of questions all on collusion none of about the president
none of them about anybody with the last name Trump some people inside and
outside the campaign of course we're discussed and I'll tell you they don't
have anything new and what they thought might be new is not not even factual
there is no Russian collusion on the Trump campaign there never was and I
don't think the Muller team has anything Michael Caputo reacting again today
