Attending TRSDDA Basic Tactical Driving Class - Duration: 2:07.

Defensive driving. A term we are very familiar with

and we apply it on a daily basis

we don't want to get our cars to get

scratch, bump, anything like that

One type of driving we may not be familiar with

is Tactical

Thanks to the Tuason Racing School Driver Development Academy

They're changing that, one class at a time

There are several reasons why these classes

are important to drivers

And the top 3 reasons that I found are these

Number one, is that 85% of attacks happen

when you are inside your vehicle

Away from your stronghold be it the office or your home

Number two is that if you are

taken from your automobil

Sadly, there's only a 10% chance

that you will ever be seen again

And the number one scary fact

is that the target is always the driver

because they would do anything

to immobilize that vehicle to get what it is that they need

Now, throughout the day

the drivers will take you to several exercises

that may look and sound cool when you're inside the car

But ultimately, it is to get you out of danger

to get you away from the people

that want to attack your vehicle

The first thing that you'll normally do is as

they thought us earlier, is that normally

you'll just freeze up

These classes will teach you what to do

how not to freeze up

how to get out of the sticky situation

and get yourself to safety as soon as possible

Sadly however, there's only so much information

that can be pass on in the given day

However the Tuason Racing School Driver Development Academy

will still have more classes after this inaugural batch

for their basic, intermediate and advance levels

Now, these classes are not cheap

they come in and start at P25,000

Now , it should give you a gauge as to who

the market for these classes are

Now, it may look cool out there and

sounds cool when you're doing all these turns

but this is serious business

I'm Angela Brown and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

All right, onto today's show which is from a house cleaner who has this question.

Hi, Angela.

I would like to know how would you suggest me marketing my business to Airbnb client.

I have a client who wants services every day between check-in and checkout, which is between

12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m.

How would you charge for that?

And this is supposed to be a daily service, so I guess it's a daily service unless they

don't have anybody, this checking in and checking out.

How would you market your business to the Airbnb client? Thanks.

Angela Brown: All righty.

What do you charge an Airbnb customer for daily service?

Well, if they're expecting you to be there every single day, what you may want to do

is figure out a flat fee per week or a per hour charge

so that you can be there every single day.

And then what you might do is rotate chores on the days when maybe they're not so busy

or no one is checking in.

Now you said from checkout until check-in, which is a window in the afternoon, where

I guess people are checking out of their rooms and you've got to turn that room for the next

customer that's coming in.

Now if that's the case, you're going to have some regular maintenance cleaning on that

particular room every single day.

But there's some other stuff that you're probably not going to do every day, like baseboards

and windows and walls and lights and ceiling fans and stuff in

other parts of this person's house.

And so what you may want to do is on the days where you're slow and you don't have a customer

checking in, you may want to rotate the chores through other areas of the house so that their

entire house gets clean and you still get paid for that time, because you don't want

to only reserve this time for this particular customer, and then there are days when they

don't need you and then they don't pay you.

Because if you're locking out that time for that customer, you can't resell that time

to another person.

And so you need to be paid for that time.

So either a flat rate per week or a by the hour charge is probably going to be most effective

and efficient for you and the Airbnb owner, because then they can budget that into their

regular time.

Now there might be other services that they would have you do.

Like maybe they would have you check the person, give them the key, have you be present when

they sign a contract or whatever it is, so that you're acting as a hostess, as well.

So that you can add into your services if that's what you're going to be doing.

And then you might also make an agreement with them that while you're there, maybe you

do some food prep or other things so that you can stay employed during that period of time.

So what do you charge?

It's entirely up to you, between you and the owner of the Airbnb.

But I would in as many services as you can so that you make yourself useful and valuable

so that they use you every single day instead of just on days

when they have people coming in.

Because if you're going to block out that time, you can't resell it to someone else.

And I do want you to be paid for this job, because it sounds like a fun job, and it sounds

like something that even as your business grows and expands, you could assign one person

to do that Airbnb every day during that small window of time.

So it sounds like a fun account, and the Airbnb owner probably belongs to Airbnb groups, either

on Facebook or in the neighborhood or in the community that they could give you referral

business to so that again, as you outsource your business and as your business grows,

you can put one person on station at every different Airbnb in the area, and you can

service that particular niche market.

So that would be my suggestion there.

kangaroo and it is always in the denomination of one dollar and one ounce

of fine silver in the comes in you sir pakiya so if I so that's better so as

you can see comes in a nice pack which are all these 1 ounce coins do and here

these are encapsulated in a plastic capsule so on the obverse we have the

specifications you know this is an Eastern grey kangaroo that's represented

and it's commonly found in my neighborhood actually I actually had the

chaser kangaroo damn straight for to get it back to its native habitat because it

was in the streets around all the houses and I was getting a bit scared so well

you're not actually led to interfere but by pushing it back to its habitat it

actually feels a lot more comfortable you know a lot of cars so it's also

chance I could get killed as well um so yeah in theory my area proof silver okay

so this one was designed by Horst Turner who actually also done the $2 coin

that's in circulation and it's minted in Canberra now the value of this would

vary depending on the silver price now I think on the event to go for about $40

or whatever I'm not too sure because I actually

brought this when it come in 95 but I don't actually click there near the

you could get the old ones of eBay so what do you think of this one ounce

silver if you actually collect silver coins I recommend that you get these

because they they're like the American Silver Dollars or the maple leaf

Canadian dollar that's basically what it is it's just 1 ounce coin value I mean I

did it very much in the long term like a hundred years they would actually go up

that much over silver price nor silver value anyway maybe bet ten dollars over
