BREAKING NEWS!!!

They Are RELEASING IT ALL….SH!T IS ABOUT TO HIT THE FAN!!!

In a firestorm of interviews and social media posts, members of Congress sound the alarm

about a Top Secret 4-page top-secret memo which characterizes just how deep the corruption

under the Barack Hussein Obama administration went.

This is what "Make America Great Again" is all about.

Sh#t is about to hit the fan, and it's starting to look like the left-wing Messiah that is

Former President Barack Hussein Obama will be exposed for the anti-American garbage he

was all along.

Congressman Matt Gaetz later told Sean Hannity in an interview that his feeling is people

will go to jail over the blatant misuse of power and corruption which ran rapidly during

the Obama Administration.

Via Syracuse.com:

"Worse than Watergate': Republicans demand FISA memo amid surveillance abuse claims

Some Republicans are demanding the release of a FISA memo after Fox News host Sean Hannity

described allegations of government surveillance abuse as "worse than Watergate."

Rep. Mark Meadows (R-North Carolina) and Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) said on Twitter they've

seen a classified report written by the House Intelligence Committee about alleged Foreign

Intelligence Surveillance Act abuses related to the FBI and accusations that President

Donald Trump's campaign colluded with Russian officials.

"What I saw is absolutely shocking," Meadows tweeted late Thursday night.

"This report needs to be released–now.

Americans deserve the truth."

"The sickening reality has set in," King wrote.

"I no longer hold out hope there is an innocent explanation for the information the public

has seen.

I have long said it is worse than Watergate."

Hours earlier, Hannity opened his Fox News Channel show with a call for Special Counsel

Robert Mueller to end his "witch hunt."

He claimed the four-page memo included text messages from FBI agent Peter Strzok, who

was part of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private server, that

suggest the so-called "Steele dossier" was the pretext for FISA warrants.

"Our sources are telling us that the abuse of power is far bigger than Watergate,"

Hannity said on his TV show Thursday.

"Remember, Watergate was a third-rate break-in.

What we're talking about tonight is the systematic abuse of power, the weaponizing

of those powerful tools of intelligence and the shredding of our Fourth Amendment constitutional

rights."

The Hill reports Hannity and other Trump supporters have repeatedly accused President Barack Obama's

administration of using FISA warrants to spy on the Trump transition team and the Trump

campaign in support of Clinton, a Democratic presidential candidate.

Former members of the Obama administration have vehemently denied the allegations.

"This is far worse than Watergate," the "Hannity" host argued.

"This is an abuse of surveillance and intelligence to win an election.

It is a massive abuse of power, and it was all done by just a few people who think and

thought they knew better than you about who should be the president of the United States…

It is the biggest national scandal by far in our lifetime."

"The special counsel, Robert Mueller, and his band of Democratic witch hunters never

should have been appointed and they need to be disbanded immediately."

According to CBS, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-California) has called the memo misleading and inaccurate.

He said the House Intelligence Committee voted Thursday along party lines "to grant House

Members access to a profoundly misleading set of talking points drafted by Republican

staff attacking the FBI and its handling of the investigation."

CBS reports the Senate voted 65-34 on Thursday to reauthorize the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance

Act, sending the bill to President Trump's desk.

And he later confirmed that he expects the memo to be released soon."

Although we don't know as of yet what is contained in the actual memo we can safely

surmise that it has something to do with the way the CIA and DOJ spied on American Citizens

and then Republican candidate Donald Trump on our own soil.

And from the chatter we've been hearing, we can also say it has something to do with

the now fully discredited Trump Dossier and the method in which it was acquired.

Along with who were the people responsible for it to begin with.

But at this point, it's all speculation since no congressman can give us much more

than just a hint about its contents without getting into trouble for releasing top secret

information.

This is what happens when the American people are conned into electing a person with a highly

questionable past.

A man who has gone by different names, and who has had his entire college transcripts

and even his birth certificate sealed should have never become president of the United

States of America.

We don't know and probably will never know for sure who he was or where he was from.

All we see is the corruption his presidency brought to our proud nation.

Please share if you want to see the FISA document released

to the public.

Top 10 Scary Facts About Earth - Duration: 8:17.

Earth is great, its our home - a big bluey green dot in the scary vastness of space.

Its chill.

Unfortunately, even Earth has some pretty scary aspects to it.

Unfortunately Unless youre watching this video hundreds of years in the future, Earth is

still only place we can go.

So were just gonna have to face these fears Im afraid - my name is Danny Burke and this

is Top 10 Scary Facts About Earth.

Coming in at number 10 we have The Overdue Asteroid.

65 million years ago, a 15km wide asteroid slammed into modern day Mexico, starting a

chain of events that led to the extinction of the dinosaurs.

An asteroid of this size hitting Earth is an extremely rare occurrence - Scientists

estimate it happens every 50 - 60 million years.

If youll remember though, the last one which wiped out the dinosaurs, was 65 million years

ago.

Some people say that means we are at least 5 million years overdue for another huge asteroid.

Lets just hope in doesnt arrive in the next few years because theres almost nothing we

could do to stop it …

At the number 9 spot now Earth Is Orbiting A Black Hole.

Yes, its true.

Not just Earth though.

The Sun.

All of our solar system.

In fact, everything solar system in the milky way galaxy is thought to be orbiting a giant

black hole.

Its about 4.3 million times the mass of the sun.

Sometimes, astronomers see it flare up - possibly after devouring an asteroid that got too close.

Thats esentially what were orbiting round on a very big scale.

The good news is that its over 25,000 light years away - meaning the light we see from

it now left there when humans were still hunting wooly mammoths and didnt know how to grow

crops.

So its pretty far away.

Staying with space now for our number 8 with How Near Space Is.

It doesnt really matter where youre watching this video, it applies to pretty much everyone

the same.

Space is 100km or 62 miles - that way.

If you think about it - thats no very far.

Theres 62 miles of atmosphere that slowly gets thinner and thinner until it reaches

space and then its space, forever.

In every direction.

Just icey darkness, lethal radiation and no air.

If you ever want to truly appreciate just how thin our bubble of atmosphere is, NASA

has a lot of cool but slightly unsettling pictures …

Coming back down to Earth for a moment now with our number 7 - Global Warming.

I know, that you know that we all know Global Warming is possibly the biggest threat to

life on Earth at the moment.

Human activity has led to 0.8 degree increase in the average global temperature.

16 of the 17 warmest years ever recorded have happened since 2001.

Weve seen an increase in extreme weather events and polar ice is melting at an alarming rate.

Flooding and heat waves are ruining agriculture in some parts of the world.

No fod could destabilize international peace and cause instability.

Theres no denying Earth is changing, its about what we can do to soften the blow.

Next up at number 6 we have The Ticking Clock.

Earth is 4.5 billion years old - thats pretty old.

Every billion years, the suns brightness increases by about 10% as it burns through its hydrogen.

If another 10% increase were to happen, Earth would no longer be in the habitable zone that

has allowed life to flourish.

Oceans would evaporate, creating a greenhouse gas that would trap heat and speed up the

process even more.

As far as we can tell - thats going to happen within a billion years.

Obviously, thats a long way away, humans may be long extinct or out there in space but

still - its disconcerting to think that the definite end is slowly approaching our planet

Moving on to number 5 now we have The Supervolcanoes.

There have been a number of Supervolcanos throughout Earths history - cataclysmic events

that have brought all life on the planet to its knees, sometimes ended it altogether.

The most likely candidate for the next supervolcano is Yellowstone USA.

The whole national park is sitting on top of one massive reservoir of magma.

Scientists say it erupts every 600,000 years without fail.

Something must be up because its been 640,000 years since the last eruption.

That doesnt mean its gone dormant.

The ground at Yellowstone is 74cm higher than it was in 1923, indicating a massive swelling

of magma.

The effects of an eruption this size would need a whole video to explain - but trust

me - it wouldnt be pretty.

Moving on to number 4 we have Earths Speed.

If you stand at the equator, you will be spinning with the Earth at over 1,000 miles per hour.

At the same time, the Earth is also orbiting the Sun at about 67,000 miles per hour.

Thats right, as you watch this video, you are moving round the sun about 87 times the

speed of sound.

The reason you don't go flying off is because, well, everything on Earth is moving together

at this constant rate.

Its like when youre in a car, nothing seems like its moving inside because its all moving

at the same rate.

If the car stops suddenly though - your drink would go flying.

Its the same with the Earth - if the Earth suddenly stopped spinning, we would all go

flying.

Lets hope it doesnt.

Next up at number 3 we have Extinction.

There have been 5 major mass extinction events in Earths history - where more than 75% of

species disappeared.

Scientists think we are currently living in the 6th - its called the Holocene extinction.

It started at the end of the last ice age with the disappearance of large land animals

like the mammoth.

It continues today with speciest dying out over 100 times the normally expected rate

- in fact, its thought we lose 150 species of plants, insects, birds and mammals every

single day.

Of course, species dying out is natural but scientists think that humans are a major contributor

to this.

Meat consumption, overfishing and overpopulation are just some of the possible causes …

At number 2 now we have Moving On.

If humans were to die out - Earth wouldnt care.

If we disappeared today, there would be almost no record that we ever existed in just a few

hundred million years.

The Earth would look completely natural.

A handful of human fossils may remain but every city, every bridge, every piece of art,

everything youve ever seen or used will have been broken down in time.

Aliens visiting Earth may only know we were here at all because of what we left on the

moon - those objects will still be there because there is no natural erosion on the moon.

Its a pretty intense though.

Does anything even matter?

Dam …

And finally at number 1 we have 8 Minutes.

Earth is 8 light minutes from the Sun.

That means light from it takes 8 minutes to reach us - when you look at the sun, which

you shouldnt, youre actually seeing how it was 8 minutes ago.

Thats cool but theres another disturbing thought.

If the Sun exploded or disappeared, we wouldnt know anything had happened for another 8 minutes

- even if we looked up at the sky, it would still appear to be fine because the light

wouldnt have reached us yet.

The effects of an explosion would then hit us soon after.

Its a scary thought to think that as youve been watching this video, the Sun could have

imploded and everything seems fine right now … maybe you should go and check.

Well I like to think that video was a healthy mix of scary and interesting.

Like I said at the start of the video though, I think theres a lot more good things than

scary things about Earth - its hard to get too scared of your own home but I hope you

did a little bit - my name is Danny Burke, thanks as always for watching and Ill see

you all in the next video.

YAMAHA PW-X eBike Motor: Closer Look - Duration: 7:28.

Hey, what's up?

This is Mikey at Blue Monkey Bicycles and in this video we're going to take a look at

the YAMAHA PW-X motor!

Alright, so it should go without saying, but... here it is anyway:

The motor disassembly for this particular motor was done by an electrical professional

in a controlled environment.

Even the external warranty work for an electric bike motor that you have is not user serviceable

and should be done by a competent professional, such as the place you got the bike from in

the first place.

Any kind of tampering with the motor will void the warranty, it very well could destroy

the entire system, and you could even risk personal injury while doing it.

So...

Anyways, now that that's out of the way let's actually get to it!

♪Jazzy Intro♪

If you didn't know, YAMAHA has been making electric bicycles for quite a long time overseas,

but it wasn't until recently that they came to the US market.

First they were doing just electric systems (motors, batteries, displays...) and they

were letting other bike companies use the entire system to put on their bikes.

As of this year (2018) YAMAHA is coming out with 4 electric bikes all of their own, top

to bottom complete YAMAHA bicycles.

Right now they got 4 but who know what they're going to come out with in the future?

There are a couple clues...

Any plans for a dual-suspension?

Uh... so... uh...

I love- What was that question again?

So yeah, tell me about the dual suspension bike!

So the dual- uh..

Uh.. so the CrossCore over here!

Anyways, back to the motors: Up until now we have been using the YAMAHA

PW motor, which is super awesome!

I like it a lot.

I've personally put a lot of miles on it, including a range test to see how far it will

go, up in the mountain trails, using it as a commuter, it's a really good system.

But, none-the-less, YAMAHA was really anxious to get feedback from customers, from shops,

from... maybe even Ellen Degeneres?

I don't know exactly on that one... but it wouldn't surprise me.

Anyways, with the feedback from the PW motor they did a lot of upgrades that wound up in

the PW-X motor and also the PW-SE motor (I actually don't have one of those in hand).

There's lots of upgrades coming to both the SE and the PW-X motor and they include the

following:

A smaller more durable display (which is a good move!)

Bluetooth Connectivity Motor support up to 110rpms

Anti corrosion coating A special one-way ventilation port that keeps

the motor cool, and protected from wet conditions A one-way clutch design in the spindel

An auto re-calibrating torque sensor (that way the spring fatigue doesn't effect the

motor engagement sensitivity) And many more software tweaks from their in-house

motherboard programming And from what I can gather on this particular

bike of theirs it looks like there is an internal wiring for the headlights and tail lights.

Let's get to the heart of the matter which is the PW-X motor.

It includes all those previous features and a lot more!

As a standard it is a 250w motor that is capable of 500w bursts, rocking a 36v battery and

goes up to a 20mph top speed.

Like most production mid-drives that you see on the market today.

What makes it special is the little nuances that will add up into a very natural biking

feeling (according to YAMAHA).

From a specs standpoint the PW-X is super dope anyways!

The PW-X packs a wallop with 80nm of torque, a maximum assist output of 320%, and it keeps

going up to 120rpms.

The display mounted on the side of stem is tucked away out of trouble and you can decide

where the perfect place is as it can be installed on the left, the right, behind or in front

of the handlebars.

The PW-X system has 5 levels of pedal assist: ECO+

ECO S...

STD...?

HIGH and EXPW And that one goes up to 320% output

by the way.

And you can get YAMAHA Power Assist Bicycles by shopping at Blue Monkey Bicycles .com including

the YDX-TORC model which has the PW-X system.

More information comping soon as to the particulars, but yeah... don't forget we have bikes on

our site.

Anyways, moving on.

OK!

Mechanical Spec time!

The spindle length is 135mm and the motor itself weighs in at 3.1kg.

The PW-X is lighter than some of its competition, and the physical dimensions are 220mm long,

155mm tall and 80mm wide (not including the spindle on that one).

It also has a faster ratcheting pedal engagement, machined holes on some of the alloy gears

and composite gears to decrease weight and keep durability.

The swing out battery mounts on the downtube and has an integrated lock into the frame

instead of the battery.

It's kind of a small detail but it is kind of nice in case you have a second battery

or you want to switch batteries; you don't have to worry about getting a different key

for a different battery.

You just got one key for the bike, and that's it.

Also!

There are two battery packs sizes from YAMAHA: there is the 400wh pack and the 500wh pack.

As to which one you'll get with which bike it really just depends, but more often than

not if you get a really cool bike with the really cool system; you're probably going

to have the really cool, larger, 500wh battery pack.

So yeah, be aware of that.

Now, we're getting a little deep here but not all of the YAMAHA systems (even the PW-X)

are going to have the same features and feel the same way on different bicycles from different

companies.

The reason for that is that: Bicycle Company A (let's say) might have the ECO+ setting

set for (I dunno, like) 70% output, whereas bicycle company B (using that same YAMAHA

system) might have ECO+ set for 80% output.

Even those two bikes, using the two systems could have it customized a little differently

to fit the rest of the electric bike line-up or to make a mission specific bike or something

like that.

For example, I've ridden dozens of different electric bikes with the YAMAHA PW system and

each time it feels a little bit different, but it's a great performer in its class.

One of my favorites with that system is the Easy Motion REBEL 27.5 Lite.

That bike is a lot of fun on the road, but off-road it really shines!

It's got great balance, gets up to speed really quickly and yeah!

That bike is very nimble, lots and lots of fun!

I can't wait for the PW-X version to come out, 'cause that's going to be dope!

Big thanks to Yamaha Power Assist Bicycle for providing the PW-X motor that we used

to illustrate in this video.

I'll actually be testing the PW-X motor in the very near future, and at that time I'll

be able to give you my report on how it feels, and any other features that I'm able to notice

once I actually get rubber to the road and see what it feels like.

In an upcoming video segment we'll be comparing the PW-X to a bunch of other motors in its

class.

Such as: The Shimano e8000, the Brose S, and a head-to-head rematch between the YAMAHA

PW-X and the Bosch CX motor.

Stay tuned to the channel 'cause lots of fun stuff is coming up!

Second Day Hair Routine! | Hashtag Zoe - Duration: 6:35.

hey guys it's Zoe welcome back to my channel so for today's video I have my

second day hair routine so when I see second day hair routine sometimes it

could be like third or fourth day but obviously I still take a shower I just

don't wash my hair when I'm in the shower every single day like it's fun

look I have super long thick hair and there's a lot of it here okay and I

don't have time to freaking wash it every single night

that's like a lot of time cuz I have to get in the shower and then wash my body

like normal because I got a shower you know what I mean because I hope you do

too please and then I also have to like shampoo it and I have to condition and

then sometimes I have to condition it again and then I brush it in the shower

so it takes a long time and then I have to freaking dry and I have to do my hair

it's just second day hair routine it is so just a quick like not disclaimer but

just letting you guys know this is not my natural curly state I do have curly

hair but recently I curled my hair like two days ago or yesterday honestly can't

remember but I took a shower don't worry this is just uh this is just not what my

normal curls look like so usually my second day hair is in a ponytail because

I cannot have my hair down the entire day so I end up putting it up in a bun

wearing a ponytail like so and then the next morning I just take it out and it's

gonna look something like this

obviously this is not a cute look my hair is like so what I really like to do

and I usually don't do this too often but for the sake of this video I decide

to show you guys my scalp massage routine it's in my second - hair routine

so I just really like to massage my scalp you know healthy so the next step

in my second day hair routine I use dry shampoo it's supposed to make your oily

hair not oily because it's dry shampoo so it cleans your hair without obviously

getting it wet I don't know oily hair but like I use it because I don't know

first of all it smells really good so that's that's kind of the reason why

I use it cuz I don't want my hair to smell bad you know second day hair

anyway you're supposed to spray it in on your scalp and then like kind of massage

it in so you guys get to scalp massages in one routine okay so after the dry

shampoo I don't need that anymore we're gonna move on to figuring out a

hairstyle because now that my hair is technically clean because obviously we

shampooed it uhm shampooed I don't word after clean to my hair

we're gonna have to figure out a hairstyle so let's do that I just kind

of part it right here this is where I normally apartment here I bring it all

to one side and I try to part my hair into threes but because I hear is very

tangled and knotted right now that's might take a while so now that I

have my three sections all kind of I'm just gonna start braiding my hair and

hopefully it works

I call this the frozen look um Elsa really I just she's my inspiration and

yeah subscribe so I just like to pull up actually this looks terrible I'm just

gonna move on to the next hairstyle so that's also part of my hair care routine

not knowing what hairstyle to do and like going to like a billion hairstyle

so let's move on to the next one shall we

but next I usually go for a high ponytail just to keep it out of my face

and off of my neck that's uncomfortable especially the second day hair no thank

you so we're just gonna go for a high

ponytail all your hair back put it up high on your head Felicia whoo first of

all I look like I'm 5 years old like have like the sprout hair I used to have

that was it what it was a look then but I don't think it should be a look now

and just I don't click in 5 you know what when all else fails just throw your

hair in a messy bun because technically 2nd or 3rd or 4th day hair is messy

anyway right guys comment down below the color of your hair

mine's brunette but I'm just wondering what color your hair is

ok so this is a really good look up

okay not this kind of messy fun I'm talking about like an actual messy bun

so let's do that so it's not that messy but it's still like a messy bun cause

your hair's messy it's like dirty you know okay so a trick that I learned

actually when I was in Jamaica they were braiding my hair and to like put the

flyaways down because I have a lot of those like baby hairs are where it's at

I guess they used that saline to slick my hair down and it honestly it sounds

crazy because Vaseline like I used for chopstick or like I don't really know

what else it's used for but now I use it to sleep back my hair so I just take a

little bit deal with this and literally just slick my hair back and it's like a

hair gel and this one smells good too this smells like cocoa butter and it's

super good anyway guys thanks so much for watching if you enjoyed this video

please give it a big thumbs up and subscribe if you're not already if you

need my channel what's up I hope you enjoyed the video and if you're not new

with our channel I also hope you enjoyed the video I will see you guys in my next

video okay I'm definitely gonna need to

go wash my hair right now see ya

BREAKING!! IT'S ABOUT TO BE DISMISSED!! Trump VICTORY! HELL YEAH! - Duration: 4:54.

BREAKING!!

IT'S ABOUT TO BE DISMISSED!! Trump VICTORY!

HELL YEAH!

Coincidences happen all the time to people on a daily basis that hardly makes anyone

think twice.

For example, you bump into someone at the grocery store you were just talking about,

or you want chicken for dinner, and your spouse brings it home without you asking.

You get the gist, those are coincidences, but in case of the fake Russian Collusion

investigation and Hillary Clinton, that word could be the worst to describe the latest

developments.

Ok, let us back up a bit and recap everything that has recently occurred.

Earlier in December, the American people learned that Special Counsel Robert Mueller used information

obtained from disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok.

Then it was discovered Strzok was involved in the Hillary Clinton email investigation

and he was also apart of launching the Trump investigation too.

Then Peter was fired, and the world learned of his affair and text messages between himself

and mistress and co-worker Lisa Page, who was also part of the Trump-Russia probe.

As these text messages were reported on, one message found between Strzok and Page showed

a sinister plot underway to stop Trump's candidacy.

On August 15, 2016, Strzok texted Page in regards to Trump, "I want to believe the

path you threw out for consideration in [deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe's] office that

there's no way he gets elected — but I'm afraid we can't take that risk.

It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40…"

Now, just recently we learned that Strzok and Page sent more messages to each other

suggesting that they knew then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch would clear Hillary Clinton

of any charges.

Shortly after that, Lynch announced that she would do what FBI Director James Comey wanted

her to do regarding the Hillary Clinton email investigation.

Then Lynch was caught on camera with Bill Clinton in the infamous tarmac shot, and of

course, Strzok and Page could not help but message each other about it.

Strzok texts Page, "Timing looks like hell."

To which Page responds, "It's a real profile in courage [sic] since she knows no charges

will be brought."

I do not know about you, but that sure sounds like the FBI was working hard to protect Hillary

Clinton and not at all a coincidence.

So, that brings us to today's discovery where hundreds of text messages for five months

between Strzok and Page have gone missing, which the Department of Justice blames on

a "technical glitch."

Though while the rest of us know, this was not a coincidence it does spell good news

for President Trump and the rest of the country.

Now that these text messages have gone missing, it could form the motion to dismiss Mueller

from this absurd Russian Collusion probe and end the madness once and for all.

Here is more from Law & Crime:

The fact that now nearly half a year's worth of text messages between Strzok and Page during

the time leading up to Robert Mueller's appointment as Special Counsel weren't preserved

by the Justice Department will surely fuel motions from Team Trump's lawyers against

the investigation.

Months of text messages don't just accidentally disappear.

One past conversation between Strzok and Page indicated that former Attorney General Loretta

Lynch knew there would be no charges filed against Clinton well before that investigation

ended.

Given the significant evidence of impropriety in the Clinton case, a foregone conclusion

of innocence before the FBI wrapped up their investigation looks shady at best.

Trump's lawyers will surely argue that after those messages came to light, the DOJ intentionally

"lost" those five months' worth of other messages.

Look for Paul Manafort to jump all over this.

He's already fighting his indictment, claiming that Mueller is overstepping his authority

and shouldn't be running the investigation.

Throw in this evidence that the investigation may have been tainted before Mueller even

took over and that the DOJ could be covering up damaging information, and a motion to dismiss

alleging prosecutorial misconduct is a near certainty.

And, the hits against Mueller do not stop there.

Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) is now asking that a second special counsel investigate

the first special counsel, and for a good reason.

There is now more than enough evidence to prove that this entire Russian Collusion investigation

was politically motivated over the fact that Hillary Clinton lost the election.

These liberals are still so angry that their agenda to destroy America was stopped that

they will do whatever it takes to make Trump pay and they don't care who they hurt or

how much division they cause.

Hopefully, now these people who have done so much harm to the country will be forced

to answer for their obstruction and justice will be finally dealt.

What do you think about this?

Asthma - causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, pathology - Duration: 7:20.

Asthma comes from the Greek word for "panting", which makes sense because it causes chronic

inflammation of the airways, making them narrow and more difficult to breathe through.

People with asthma can have asthma exacerbation or asthma attacks, which are usually triggered

by something in the environment which causes immune cells to generate inflammation in the

lungs which can make them even narrower and potentially be life-threatening.

So, if we take a look at the lungs, you've got the trachea, which branches off into right

and left bronchi, and then continues to branch into thousands of bronchioles.

In the bronchioles you've got the lumen, the mucosa, which includes the inner lining

of epithelial cells, as well as the lamina propria, and the submucosa which is where

the smooth muscle lives.

The molecular pathway that leads to asthma is actually pretty complex but it is often

initiated by an environmental trigger.

In asthma there is often an excessive reaction from type 2 helper cells or Th2 cells against

specific allergens.

Th2 cells, are an immune cell subtype, which are known to be involved in asthma, as well

as atopic dermatitis, and allergic rhinitis, making up what's called the atopic triad.

What can happen with asthma is allergens from environmental triggers, like cigarette smoke,

are picked up by dendritic cells which present them to a Th2 cell which produce cytokines

like IL-4 and IL-5 leading to a number of features of asthma.

For example IL-4 leads the production of IgE antibodies which coat mast cells and stimulate

them to release granules containing things like histamines, leukotrienes and prostaglandins.

IL-5, on the other hand, activates eosinophils which promote an immune response by releasing

more cytokines and leukotrienes.

In this case, since IgE antibodies are being produced this is an example of a Type 1 hypersensitivity

reaction.n

This leads to two series of events.

Early on, minutes after the exposure to the allergen,

smooth muscle around the bronchioles start to spasms and there is increased mucus secretion.

This narrows the airways making it difficult to breathe, and this is why asthma is considered

to be a type of obstructive pulmonary disease.

There is also an increase in vascular permeability and and recruitment of additional immune cells

from the blood.

So, a few hours after exposure, these immune cells, particularly eosinophils, release chemical

mediators that physically damage the endothelium of the lungs.

Initially these inflammatory changes are completely reversible, but over the years irreversible

changes start to take place—edema, scarring, and fibrosis build up, leading to thickening

of the epithelial basement membrane, which permanently reduces the airway diameter.

Although the specific causes of asthma are ultimately unknown, it's thought to be caused

by a combination of genetic and environmental factors, since certain genes have been identified

that increase the risk of developing asthma and having a family history of asthma seems

to increase risk as well.

For environmental factors, there's the hygiene hypothesis, which suggests that reduced early

immune-system exposure to bacteria and viruses which might actually increase the risk of

later developing asthma, possibly by altering the overall proportion of immune cell subtypes.

In general, causes of childhood asthma diagnosed before age 12 are thought to be due to a stronger

genetic influence, whereas later onset asthma is more likely to be largely due to environmental

factors.

Now, the triggering substance that leads to the asthma attack can differ from person to

person, but some common ones include air pollution, like cigarette smoke and car exhaust, as well

as allergens like dust, pet dander, cockroaches, and mold.

Medications like aspirin and beta-blockers have also been known to trigger symptoms in

some individuals with asthma.

That said, symptoms of asthma include coughing, a feeling of chest tightness, dyspnea, or

difficulty breathing, and wheezing, or a high-pitched whistling sound that usually happens during

exhalation.

Occasionally in the sputum there might curschmann spirals, which are spiral shaped mucus plugs

which are basically elongated mucous casts from small bronchi of people with bronchial

asthma.

Mucus plugs can be particularly dangerous because they not only block exchange of air,

but they also block inhaled medications from getting to the site of inflammation.

The mucus may also contain Charcot-Leyden crystals which are shaped like needles and

are formed by the breakdown of eosinophils.

Now, asthma can be classified according to the frequency of symptoms, in particular night-time

and early morning symptoms, the FEV1, or forced expiratory volume in one second, the PEFR,

or peak expiratory flow rates, both of which measure the amount of obstruction in the airways,

and finally how often a person is using asthma medication to help with the symptoms.

From least to most severe, the types of asthma are intermittent asthma, mild persistent asthma,

moderate persistent asthma, and finally severe persistent asthma.

While there is no cure for asthma, there are treatments available that can manage the symptoms

and prevent the development of an asthma attack.

First, people with asthma should avoid or minimize contact with triggering substances

by vacuuming, removing carpets and rugs, and changing the environmental conditions, like

for example drying out a room in the case of molds that grow well in moist areas.

There are also a number of medications that can reduce the symptoms of asthma.

Bronchodilators such as short-acting beta-adrenoceptor agonists and anticholinergic medications are

often administered through emergency inhalers.

These fast-acting medications cause the smooth muscles in the lungs to relax and therefore

dilate the airways, opening them up so that a person can breath.

Individuals with more severe forms of asthma might need additional treatments like daily

corticosteroids, long-acting beta-adrenoceptor agonists, or leukotriene antagonists.

In very severe cases, intravenous corticosteroids, magnesium sulfate, and oxygen therapy might

be needed.

Alright, as a quick recap, asthma is characterized by chronic inflammation in the lungs as well

as asthma exacerbations or attacks, where certain triggers starting up more inflammation

which leads to smooth muscle spasms and mucus production, both of which make it hard to

breathe.

Does Aspartame Cause Cancer? - Dr. Russell Blaylock, M.D. || A Global Quest Video Clips - Duration: 8:21.

Dr. Blaylock: Aspartame has been studied for a long time.

What a researcher did, he said, "I'm going to look at all the research that's been done.

Those that are sponsored by the makers of aspartame versus independent studies."

What he found, virtually, all the independent studies found harmful problems.

None of the ones sponsored by the maker for it found any problems.

Ty Bollinger: So you've got to look at who does the studies.

Dr. Blaylock: What the maker does is he goes out and he pays scientists to come up with

articles, or ghost written articles, that say it's safe.

And he fills the literature with it.

And then when he goes before a camera and says, "Look, these are the pile of studies

that show it's safe."

So the news commentator looks at this and says, "Well, there's been hundreds and

hundreds of studies that show it's safe."

They don't even show the real studies that were done.

The carefully done studies show it's not.

Now, the carefully done studies show that it's a carcinogenic agent and that it combines

with other carcinogens, like nitrites, from your food to become even more carcinogenic.

They found, in the original studies used to get approval for using NutraSweet, increased

brain tumors.

About a six-fold increase in brain tumors.

They found increased lung tumors, breast cancers, breast tumors.

All sort of tumors and thyroid cancers were found.

But what the investigation did after the approval—because they approved it over all these findings—they

found out that they were taking out the tumor from the experiment and throwing it away and

writing down that it was normal.

Ty Bollinger: Really?

Dr. Blaylock: Yes, all this was discovered.

It's under oath in congressional hearings.

A lot of these amoral shenanigans were done to get it approved in the first place.

The guy who's head of the committee that approved it, after he approved it, within

months he went to work for the company that was a promoter of aspartame.

So that's sort of this revolving door we talked about between industry and government.

Now, the studies have consistently shown that it's harmful.

It does brain injuries, it produces abnormalities of the immune system, it affects the reproductive

system, and it can cause cancer.

Ty Bollinger: And wasn't there a study in Italy?

Dr. Blaylock: The Italian study was a study—I think his name was Rossini but he is one of

the most respected researchers on carcinogenic agents.

What he does is he tests these agents to see if they cause cancer.

So they gave him this project.

They said, "Look at this aspartame and see if it'll cause cancer in animals."

He did the largest animal study ever done.

Now, his research is considered impeccable, almost unquestionable.

Because he was so careful in doing it and so respected.

He did it and he found that there seemed to be an increase in lymphoma and leukemia, and

probably breast cancer, and maybe brain tumor.

And they wouldn't accept it.

So he redid it with a lifetime study of the animal, as you would in human, because the

human will keep drinking this stuff for a lifetime.

And he found that there's definitely an increase in leukemia and lymphoma, most likely increase

in breast cancer, and brain tumor.

So then it went to the United States.

The CDC said, "We'll look at his study and give a final determination for the American

audience."

And everybody knew how it was going to turn out.

Exactly what they said, "well, we've had some criticism about how the study was done."

You know the criticism was?

Well, "you did a lifetime study.

We cut it off at two years."

And he said, "of course you do.

That's when the tumors start appearing."

So they cut off the study before the tumor started showing up.

Ty Bollinger: It's the same thing Monsanto did with the GMO studies.

Dr. Blaylock: Yes, exactly.

They knew at which point you were going to see the problem with the GMO so they cut the

study off before that appeared.

And then they said, "we didn't find anything."

Ty Bollinger: And they did the same thing with the aspartame.

Dr. Blaylock: Yes, I mean, it's just prestidigitation. It's a magic act.

And, of course, the public doesn't know these things.

The public doesn't understand these delayed effects and onsets.

To them it's a mystery.

But if you understand the science and that this tumor, or this destruction of kidneys,

or this destruction of brain, is not going to occur until certain time and then they

cut off the study before that would happen and claim safety.

It's a farce.

It's kind of a crude analogy.

But I've often referred to this—when it comes to the GMO study, I was not aware of

the aspartame study—but it's really the equivalent of me grabbing somebody by the

hair and dunking them underwater and then after five seconds you pull them up and you

say, "see, water doesn't cause drowning."

Ty Bollinger: Yes, they didn't drown.Because you didn't do it long enough.

And then they don't do the studies long enough mainly because they're only required to be

self-authored studies.

Dr. Blaylock: Right. I mean, they do the study, they pay for the study, and they cut it off when they want to.

But I couldn't believe that this was the criticism,

it's that you carried the study on too long.

Humans are taking it. They don't stop taking it at age 50 or age 30.

They are taking it for a lifetime.

Ty Bollinger: I literally see guys and gals at the Stop and Go's or 7-Eleven's with these 100 ounce, huge

half gallons of diet sodas.

Dr. Blaylock: Right.

What we used to call "belly washers."

Huge drinks and they drink all of it.

Ty Bollinger: And they drink all of it.

Also, from what I understand about aspartame is that it has something to do with the release

of leptin or ghrelin so that you don't feel satisfied.

And you actually gain weight.

So is there a link with obesity?

Dr. Blaylock: Yes.

What they found is—the hypothalamus is where leptin operates to curb the appetite.

There are receptors there—in this particular nucleus, the arcuate nucleus— unless that

leptin can react with that receptor, it doesn't work.

Well, glutamate is a transmitter for that receptor.

And aspartame has aspartic acid which is also an excitotoxin just like glutamate.

It burns out that nucleus.

So now the leptin won't work.

The leptin levels start rising, which is inflammatory, and you start gaining weight.

Actually, what they found is that aspartame is not good for weight loss.

It actually stimulates gaining of weight.

The other thing is that the tyrosine in it, the phenylalanine, stimulates hypoglycemia

which makes you hungry.

Ty Bollinger: So you're going to eat more.

Dr. Blaylock: So you're going to eat more.

They knew that.

It's not that they didn't know it.

They knew it.

Ty Bollinger: You wonder if that was one of the reasons that they put it out there.

You don't know.

It's all speculation.

Dr. Blaylock: Yes.

You can't prove it but I know that they knew that this research had been done.

Ty Bollinger: And we know that it does cause obesity, it is linked to cancer.

We know those things about aspartame.

Dr. Blaylock: Oh, yes.

I would think that you would really be foolish with all we know about aspartame to keep using

it.

Particularly giving it to children.

Because the child's brain is in its stage of formation.

A child's brain—the more complex part of brains are not complete until age 27.

So all these brain pathways are busy forming their connections.

And you're pouring this toxin in, you're damaging it.

So what happens is that the kid has a behavior problem.

You find out you can't control him.

He has these outbursts of anger, or he's depressed, or he has anxiety, has panic attacks.

These Are Hands Down The Best Pizza Places In America - Duration: 6:14.

Pizza.

There are so many different types and flavors, from thin crust to deep dish, pizza should

be its own food group.

No matter your preference, the pizzerias on this list are known for making some of the

best pizza in the country.

Be prepared to drool!

Frank Pepe came to America from Italy in 1909

when he was just 16 years old.

He opened a bakery in 1925 in New Haven, Connecticut, and 12 years later, expanded it to a pizzeria.

Today, his grandson Gary Bimonte runs Frank Pepe, widely known as the best pizza joint

in New Haven, and, according to The Daily Meal, the best pizza place in the country.

The family has expanded their pizzeria to eight locations, all in the Northeast.

They still use the same pizza dough recipe after over 90 years, and their sausage recipe

is 45 years old.

But they're best known for their clam pie, made from fresh littleneck clams, garlic,

olive oil, and Parmesan cheese.

"We shuck our clams daily and uh, you know like I said we use only top quality ingredients"

When asked why people still line up to get pizza there, owner Bimonte told Eater:

"...we offer the best product, the best-quality product we can — because that's the way

my grandfather did it.

We don't cut any corners."

To get to Di Fara Pizza, you have to travel

deep into Brooklyn, changing trains at least twice, and then wait, possibly for hours,

while owner Dom DeMarco painstakingly makes each pizza himself.

But it's well worth the wait, and the high price tag of $5 for a plain slice of cheese

and around $30 a pie.

DeMarco opened Di Fara in 1965, and has been making each pie by hand ever since.

He uses only the freshest ingredients, including tomatoes, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese

shipped in from Italy.

DeMarco told The New York Times: "Nobody taught me to make the pizza.

You gotta pick it up for yourself.

All of these 40 years, I keep experimenting."

Chris Bianco moved from New York to Phoenix

and opened his pizzeria in 1987, to the delight of locals.

Bianco won the regional James Beard Award in 2003 for his Italian inspired pies topped

with smoked cheese and other delectable ingredients.

By 2006, you had to wait over an hour to get a taste of Bianco's legendary pizza.

Bianco has since opened several other locations, all worth visiting and better than pretty

much any other pie you can get your hands on.

Especially in Arizona.

"I'm in love.

I'm having a relationship with my pizza."

In 2006, former pastry chef Nancy Silverton

planned to open a restaurant in LA, and the space she found happened to have a pizzeria

attached to it.

Within months, Pizzeria Mozza had become wildly popular.

Silverton is known for her incredible dough, which is denser than typical Italian pizza

dough.

She lets it sit for 36 hours before baking it in an Italian oven at 700 degrees for four

minutes.

The result is an airy, chewy, and bubbly pizza crust.

"Who ordered the double cheese and sausage?"

Lou Malnati opened his now famous Chicago

pizzeria in Lincolnwood in 1971.

To this day, extra care is taken in picking the perfect ingredients that make this pizza

an award-winning standout.

The hugely popular pizza has a thick, deep crust and you can order it in a number of

varieties, including gluten-free and the much loved butter crust.

The pizza is topped with a mixture of mozzarella, Romano, and cheddar cheese, covered with toppings,

and then finished off with Malnati's chunky, sweet tomato sauce.

There are now over 30 locations throughout the Chicago area, and you can even get a Lou

Malnati pizza delivered to you anywhere in the U.S.

"Pizza time!"

Al Forno is the birthplace of grilled pizza and was opened by Johanne Killeen and her

late husband George Germon, in 1980.

Germon reportedly got the idea to make grilled pizza after hearing someone rave about the

grilled pizza they'd eaten in Florence.

The idea of grilled pizza stuck with Germon (even though the storyteller had actually

meant to say "wood-fired pizza"), and when he and Killeen experimented with putting pizza

on the grill, they loved the results.

The pair won James Beard awards in 1993 for best chefs in the Northeast for their grilled

pizza.

The best part about the pizza?

Germon told Eater in 2014: "When the crust explodes and the inside is

pully and chewy.

There's a real magic."

Mark Iacono opened Lucali in Brooklyn in 2006.

At the time, he'd never made a pizza.

At Lucali, the pizza comes by the pie only.

Iacono makes the pies by hand, spreads tomato sauce on top, and then rhythmically adds two

types of mozzarella — low moisture and buffalo mozzarella.

After sliding the pie out of the oven, he tops it with a liberal serving of basil.

Unlike most pizza restaurants, Lucali offers upscale ambiance.

So upscale, in fact, Jay Z and Beyonce skipped the Grammys to go here in 2012.

Pizza that good should be a crime.

"You make this pizza?"

At Roberta's, you won't find cloth napkins

or comfortable seating.

What you will find is an incredible pizza.

Over the years, it's grown from a mere warehouse that served amazing pizza to an entire block

compound, complete with its own garden and bakery.

The Bee Sting is their most famous pizza.

Its slightly charred Italian-style crust is topped with tomato, mozzarella, sopressata,

chili, and honey.

Pull up a chair next to the hipsters and order one for yourself.

Detroit style pizza is kind of like New York

Style Sicilian — square with a thick crust, but smaller.

Order a couple more so you have more corner pieces to enjoy!

One of the best places to grab a slice is Buddy's Pizza.

The original Buddy's opened as a speakeasy in the 1930s.

They added pizza to their menu in 1946 and have been serving delicious Detroit style

pies ever since.

The toppings are mainly meat, but you can also go healthy with a gluten-free crust and

toppings like kale and artichoke.

Unlike a lot of trendy pizzerias, the pizza here is cheap at just $10 for a small cheese,

and the atmosphere exudes Midwestern warmth.

In the same space in Birmingham where postal

workers once sold stamps, you can now gobble down a delicious Italian style pie.

Post Office Pies was opened by John Hall, an Alabama native who spent time in New York

and was inspired to open a New York style pizzeria in his home state.

They keep their menu simple so they can focus on what they do best — make pizza.

Hall told Pizza Today: "We have a small menu and there's no smoke

and mirrors.

All of the hard work we put into the pizza, we want to showcase that."

A Little About Myself - Duration: 2:48.

Being an education or information-based content creator comes with a lot of scrutiny.

The question is, "why should you trust what I'm saying?"

Especially in the realm of fitness, where ambiguity is widespread, it's hard to believe

people just cause they say some fancy words.

To clear some of the air about me and PictureFit, I want to be transparent with you by sharing…

a little about myself.

First and foremost, fitness is 100% my passion, which I figured when I was 10 when our school

had our very first fitness test.

The scrawny kid in me undoubtedly wanted to best each fitness category… except for the

mile run.

Fuck the mile run.

Ultimately, I graduated college with a bachelor's of science degree in Kinesiology, the study

of human movement, in 2012.

In 2014, I got certified for personal training by the ACSM and started training at the prestigious

fitness gym brand, GOLD's GYM.

Long story short, it didn't work out.

I then started running an in-home personal training service and found decent success

there.

Eventually, I felt the need to do more than to help a handful of clients.

I wanted to reach a much broader audience so I can alleviate a lot of the misinformation

out there that we still see today.

Finally, one night, it hit me: YOUTUBE.

And ta-da, PictureFit was born!

And, I must say, the most I've learned about health and fitness came from working on PictureFit.

From digging through study after study, learning from the experts in the field, and honestly,

listening to you guys and all of the wonderful, and rough, feedback you've all given me.

And one thing that I've always stood by is to be real with you guys.

I respond to comments as much as I can, getting caught up in arguments more often than I like,

and I also give you guys all the references and studies I use.

Outside of ad revenue, I also don't sell you guys on e-books, courses, or supplements,

all of which might jeopardize integrity.

At most, I have some corny t-shirts and a patreon.

Which you should totally check out now and get awesome rewards and polls and drawings

and Q&As and so much more!

For what it's worth, you can at least trust that I have no reason to lie to you and that

I'm always learning.

FELLAG in the last camel

in the late 19th century

by the colonial administration

as the can never understand

our naming system

the gave us new names

to better identify us

in the traditional system

we all had

strings of names

following each other

mohammed Ben ali Ben said

ben mohammed ben said ben romdhane

ben abdelhamid ben salim ben mohammed ben romdhane

once the same first name

reappears 2 or

3 times in the list

the French staff members

fell dizzy

they never knew

who was who

and as soon as

they changed the village

they found exactly

the same names

but the other way around

here is

according to the testimony

how the new given names method

took place

there were

the colonial administration

its secretary

and the heads of the families

moving one behind the other

the administrator

was carrying his enquiry

to find names

what' s your name?

mohammed ben ali

ben mohammed ben mouloud be taieb

ben manthar ben said ben mohammed

no I am asking

for your own name

your own name

what is it?

Not the name of the tribe

you came alone

I guess

there is no one

behind you I think

so please

give me

your own first name

mohammed

secretary register Mohammed

and your father?

Ali

your grand father?

mohammed

so if i well understood the logic

you great grand father is called mohammed

your grand father is called mohammed

you are called mohammed

now i think there is a problem

This is the prophet' s name sir

sorry?

Who is profiting?

Am i making profits

Am I making profits?

No it s not you

The prophet is mohammed pbu

you your prophet

is the other one

who has some hair here

you what s our name?

Maurice

that s it

you have the prophet Maurice , you

and we it s mohammed

wait I am going to quickly

explain to you the situation

this way you can understand

why they call each other muhammed

Among us musliums

when there is a boy

A boy!

who was born

always always

the boy who was born the first

Are you sure

you can understand French?

you are looking at me

like this

are you sure

You went to school?

Wait

I am going to speak slowly

i am going to speak sowly

this way the words don t come quickly

and you understand it all

For us muslims

The muslims

Allah akbar Allah akbar

when there is a boy who was born

who was born

who was born

he went to work

always always

we give him the name of muhammed

out of respect for the prophet

did you get it now?

yes I think I understood Muhammed

out of respect for the prophet

you give the name of muhammed

to the first boy born in the family

so you are the first

that s it

and you are called muhammed

ben Aly ben muhammed ect...

what s the matter with you?

not ben ect... Ben muhammed

what is ben ect...doing here?

muhammed

ect... is a latin phrase that means

forget about it

I didn t say any thing

tell me marshal Ferrant

how come

he has exactly your name?

he is my brother sir!

How can he be your brother?

you' ve just said

that you give the name of muhammed

to the first boy

and he is called muhammed too

wait wait Ill explain

I am called muhammed

because I was born

the first on the father s side

He is my brother

born the first on his mother s side

and so from your mother

no from his own mother

every one has his own mother!

and I also have

4 other brothers

who are called muhammed

because father married 9 women

oh fuck!

ah! Don t say this!

they are not whores!!!

son of a bitch

Fuck you

mohammed a whore is

tell me

the man who sells donkeys up there

under the big eucalyptus

on the market day

is he one of your brothers?

no

how come?

No he is not m brother!

she is not obliged is she?

How come

he s also named

mohammed ben ali ben mohammed ben mouloud

wait

he is called mohammed ben ali ben mohammed

of the ben mouloud tribe

and I am mohammed ben ali ben mohammed

of the ben mouloud tribe

but this is exactly the same!

no it s not the same

i am mohammed ben ali ben mohammed benmouloud

from the tribe upward

and he is from ben mouloud downward

oh fuck! sorry

so to discover who was who

the colonial administration

had divided the tribes into families

they chose leaders

and they call them in front of mayors offices

the operation lasted months and months

at first the french staff

were making some effort

to find names

corresponding to the history of each family

but after some time

as the people do not speak the language

and do not understand what is said

to save time the french staff

started to rush in

What tribe are you from?

what do You say?

ok good

your name will be what yousay

what 's your first name?

eh Slimane

Starting from today

our name will be

What you say Slimane

OK?

and if someone tells you

What you say Slimane

don t say anything

ok next

in this way there was the" dont push family"

the" each one his turn please" family

the" you are kidding family"

the "bloody hell" family

and there is the famous"it s very hot family"

as well as man other names I dare not repeat here in front of you

and the were all changed after independence

these new names

at first were mainyl used

for administrative purposes

but our great grand parents in the tribe

continued to use the traditional naming system

I for example never react

when the teacher uses my patronymic name to call me

one day and between the rows

she stopped in front of me

bent over

and read the name written on the label

the sewed on the school boy apron the gave me

and then she started to yell

Gerald Davis: Making the Best of a Bad Situation - Duration: 6:40.

In June of, it was either June or July of 2014, I was sentenced to the reentry program

in Angola.

I have been in jail a few times before that and, you know, me going to jail, me being

young, it was, you know, just me going to jail and coming home and finishing all that

I was doing to keep, you know, cuz how I look at it, if I'm going to be on the streets,

you know, jail going to come with it.

I mean, that's how my mom was conditioned.

Jail going to come with it, so when you go to jail, if you change, that mean, you know,

you can't handle being in the streets, and I had had that attitude.

I had that attitude of I gotta show everybody I can handle it.

I gotta show myself I can handle it.

So I ain't had no mind for the change.

I didn't want to do no changes, and just, Imma go do this time, and when they brought

up the reentry program, it was: do 24 months, get your- get a GED if you ain't have one,

oh, and get two trades and you come home in 24 months.

And this was my second gun charge, so I was facing 10 years, so when they told me 24 months,

it was like, well, you know, Imma take that and hurry up and come back home, and get back

to what I was doing.

I didn't have my mom in mind.

I didn't have my brothers in mind, my nieces and my nephew, I didn't have nobody in mind

but myself.

But, when I got up there, and I got to be round the people who got life, you know, round

the people who went to jail just for drugs like a simple rock.

And they got life.

Like, I met a man who got life because he ran a stop sign running from the police, it

was aggravated flight, they gave him life.

When I got around them people, that changed my whole perspective.

It made me think about my momma more, and me talking to my momma and hearing her cry

on the phone, cause my brothers, they done went to jail too.

And that hurt her and I watched all that hurt.

I was small going, you know, visiting my brother in bootcamps and stuff with my momma, I watched

my momma cry when I was small.

And it took for me to go away and...and, you know, for me to see that I'm causing the

same hurt that my brother caused.

And, I mean, I really had to sit down and analyze myself and analyze my life and, you

know, see how I'm affecting my momma, by me constantly going to jail.

And I never used to tell her that…"I ain't coming back here no more," you know, I never

used to say that because it was conditioned in my mind that it might happen again, and,

you know, I'm not really tripping, because I know what I'm doing.

But I mean I grew up, I grew up and I'd go to like, you know, I'd turn myself into

a man, I paid attention to most stuff, I paid attention to my momma, and I took advantage

of, of the time I spent up there, cause like I said I was just, all I was told to do was

get two trades and a GED, I already had a high school diploma, so all I had to do was

get two trades, so I was told what to do, but I mean, when I got up there, I felt that

I owed myself more than two trades; I felt I owed my momma more than two trades.

And they had a lot of stuff up there that I could have took advantage of: and I did.

Because I felt like I had to show my momma, I couldn't tell her that, "I'm not coming

back," because I hadn't been before.

So I couldn't just tell her, "I'm not coming back."

So when I went up there, I took it upon myself to show her, you know, every time I accomplished

something new, I'd call her and let her know, "ma, I just got a certification in

this, I just got a certification in that," just to let her know that, you know, I'm

trying to better myself for you.

Because, I mean, in the time I was gone I didn't have nobody to help my momma.

And she, and you know, she kind of ill, because when I was gone, my brother was in jail, he

still in jail.

And she was ill when I was gone.

And like I said I didn't think about none of that when I was doing what I was doing.

But I mean, when I got from there, everything been going good because something I learned

up there is to try to find the good in every situation.

And keep more people in mind who you really don't see when you're doing what you're

doing.

Always keep your loved ones in mind.

Like, mothers done spoke up here, but, you know, I'm a son speaking up here, and I

witnessed the hurt that it caused my momma.

So that's something that drived me everyday cause I don't want to bring her back to

that hurt.

I don't wanna keep going in and out of the system, in and out the system, I'm still

in it cause I'm on probation, but, I'm making the best of a bad situation.

And for the ones, you know, we gone have more people go through the system, we gone have

loved ones go through the system, and that's something that I want to encourage, to make

the best out of bad situation cause had I been sent anywhere else, besides Angola, besides

the Rancher Program, I would have been doing the same thing I was doing.

Smoking, trying to sell drugs...trying to just, you know, keep and sneaking and not

worry about change, but the position I was put in, I was put in a position to help myself,

I was put in a position that noticed the hurt that I was causing, I was put in a position

to deal with my consequences.

I mean, and I really took advantage of that, and that's really the message of my story.

It's to make the best out of a bad situation.

I mean, now me and my momma closer.

Now I know certain things to do that she don't much have to tell me to do.

I know what I'm supposed to do as a man.

Because I turned into a man in Angola because I was a little boy when I went.

I went I was like, what, 19?

I was a little boy, I was 19 or 20, I was a little boy; I was doing little boy things.

But now that I come home, I'm able to do, you know, things as the man I am.

And I mean, my momma appreciating my time home now, and I don't gotta sit there and

watch her cry.

They even throw my brother in jail, I'm still there to be with her, and help her out,

to where that hurt not as much as it would be as if I came back home and ran the streets.

Cause if I came back home and ran the streets, she's have to deal with that hurt, worrying

about me, and she'd have to deal with the hurt of my brother still being in jail.

But now I'm kinda able to cushion that and help out and I'm encouraging my brother,

you know, to kinda change his ways, and you know, I'm able to teach- I'm able to teach

the ones I love because of what I went through.

And I always tell him, "I went through it so you wouldn't have to do it."

That's to the ones who didn't go to jail.

And that's really why I'm telling my story.

I want to encourage everybody and everybody who got a loved one who going through the

system: I want you to let them know that: you gonna be put in a bad situation; that's

life.

But do your best to try to make good out that situation.

It's gone be hard, but I mean, it's possible though.

Thank y'all.

Top Reasons Why Your Business Needs Pinterest - Pinterest Business Tips - Profitable Strategy - Duration: 13:16.

you

morning to you my name is Dallas Gordon once again econ cash Queen comm your

e-commerce business coach and marketing success strategist if you have been

struggling with your traffic in sales I am help here to help you to get noticed

to get traffic and to get bank I'm also a mine preneur of three and a success

motivator because I love helping individuals reach their highest

potential and develop into their best self guys so why does your business need

Pinterest why so like I was saying guys with the algorithm changes on Facebook

or in on other social media platforms it is so important to diversify I see

everybody is hitting the panic button because we were in facebook ads we post

our links on Facebook we have our Facebook groups we have our Facebook

pages everything is about Facebook right so we are hitting the panic button about

these algorithms because these algorithms are not loyal now I want to

ask you a question why would okay you have to remember that Facebook is a

business just like you and I why would they be loyal you know to some of us

small business owners Facebook they are a monetized platform and you have to pay

to play and you got to think a lot of the Giants are playing on that platform

such as Amazon such as Walmart --n platforms like that are spending

billions of dollars in advertising so whatever is best for Facebook's pockets

on as a business as well as from a social standpoint because it is number

one supposedly be a social platform that's what Facebook is going to do so I

know that some people don't really you guys can feel free to ask me any

questions you want in the comments I'll be checking them out I know some people

don't really get with Pinterest like that and the reason that they don't is

because they don't understand the platform okay it's so important that you

diversify your marketing strategies you got to diversify you have

change it up a little bit right and some people don't do Pinterest because they

don't understand Pinterest so let me kind of break it down so you do any of

you actually use Pinterest do you enjoy using Pinterest do you pin your images

I want to hear hello yes I use Pinterest go ahead and pop that into the comments

okay so if you use Pinterest what do you do on Pinterest you scroll to see what

you can find you you look for ideas maybe you're redecorating your home

maybe you have a project to do with a child maybe you want to put together an

outfit for an event but you scroll for ideas

right exactly unita and that's a lot of people write and say for instance e7

says somewhat engineer says she loves Pinterest because of me and that's a

good thing lady so um you use Pinterest because you scroll for ideas and you're

able to save them later it is your big virtual pinball right your big virtual

bullets important right so that's why we use Pinterest now imagine you go to

Pinterest you're redecorating your house you're looking for that perfect chair

lounge chair so you're scrolling you're trying to

find the right color so you find the perfect chair you haven't been able to

find that chair anywhere guys right so what do you do you click the image you

get to the website you see the chair is on sale you get excited and whether you

do you buy three steps you come you see and you buy now imagine being on the

other side of the magic imagine you being that business that posted that

chair and all you had to do was pin that chair and do nothing else and guess what

happens somebody comes in they see your chair they click through they buy your

chair so that's what's so powerful about the Pinterest platform without ads it is

powered on itself now you can run ads on Pinterest but the platform is powered by

its users and by its users you don't have to talk to nobody you

don't have to do a live broadcast hello Janine do you see the vision here

you come you see you bye it is so straightforward it is one of

the largest platforms with ready to buy users ever in the world it's because the

process is so easy on Facebook by the time you get to the end of the day you

sweating scheduling polls you gotta broadcast yourself you got to

keep up with a million groups you got to keep up with your own groups you got to

keep up with your Facebook fan page you got to possibly run ads from for

more visibility right yes yes definitely I'm Aneta definitely hire someone to set

up your account for you and some people do specialize in managing Pinterest

accounts right so this is an awesome awesome opportunity okay for you to jump

in and capitalize let me tell you something my number one traffic from my

business comes and my businesses come from Pinterest come from a simple action

and it can actually be automated and I pinned a link below guys to my clinic

that I'm having on January 27th at 10:00 a.m. plus it includes a 7-day support

group where we are covering advanced pinterest strategies all the secrets

we're covering automation automating your Pinterest account putting it on

autopilot okay what apps are using how to use them optimization how to optimize

those boards in keywords and number three guys is collaboration how to

collaborate with other Penner's join hubs and group boards how you can

utilize it it's gonna be only 90 minutes you're going to get the replay then

you're gonna be put in the support group for seven days where you can get

hands-on support so that's below at the ITIL why Pinterest - clinic 1 and guess

what it's on sale right now with you get it now for only 37 bucks you can't beat

that it's going to go up to 65 into Friday

before the class so jump on it so imagine your being on the other side of

the driver's seat in Pinterest the other side maybe I said that wrong not the

driver's seat maybe the other side of the passenger seat and you're driving

that baby and you're getting traffic to your website huh and Janee says put in

good keywords that people will search for exactly I'm gonna be sharing with

you tools I use to research those keywords and this tool is actually a

free tool that I'm gonna be teaching you about to research those keywords guys so

that you can put them in your titles and your board descriptions okay and that

way you can optimize your Pinterest pins and boards there is a system to it okay

but it's very easy to do so it's super exciting okay so let's talk about some

of the benefits of Pinterest we have free marketing free marketing you can

get so far for free on Pinterest at no point at this point do you need to run

an ad no I don't know how that's gonna change okay as the platform continues to

grow because it's huge I don't know how that's gonna change so get yourself

established now and at least set up your account it's free to upgrade to a

business account at this point it's free to access your analytics join now while

it's free okay you have free marketing that you don't have to pay for right and

I call Pinterest the cash cow Pinterest is definitely bad okay I have over a

billion eyes on my Pinterest boards every single day that's a lot of people

guys that's a lot of users that's a lot of traffic that you could be sending to

your product sending to your services sending to your offers for completely

free it's a no-brainer to me guys it is a no-brainer your business needs to

diversify you need not put all of your marketing eggs

in one basket thanks for that love you got a diversify so that you can stay

ahead of the trend marketing trends are going to come and marketing trends are

gonna go I'm talking to you guys about a marketing strategy that's free okay

that is a no-brainer that are that your users have already been conditioned to

buy so a little bit about the platform guys it's mainly woman on the platform

there are men as well okay and they love baking stuffs they love home stuff and

they love fashion okay and Pinterest has a lot of analytics that will show you in

the background what people are clicking on the most they will give you all that

information so if you study your analytics it's super easy to grow your

business account so kind of like to tell you what my day-to-day looks like on

Pinterest you know I use automation tools and apps as well but I'm pretty

much yes they're definitely sharpest chakras woman are those shoppers that

you want I am penny penny takes two seconds I'm

researching keywords and I'm creating boards

I'm also joining root boards and collaborating with other pinners to give

my pins more steam and that's what we're going to be talking about in our

Pinterest group coaching clinic so do you guys have any questions about

Pinterest why can work for your business how it can work for your business and I

mean I don't care what kind of business that you have it doesn't matter okay we

have people order Pinterest like Office Depot staples selling office supplies in

doing it creatively there are so many ways that you can present your pins on

Pinterest to spark interests to get eyes on your

pins and we're going to be talking about all of those tips and tricks inside of

the clinic so I want you guys to click below

grab your early bird spot for $37 price is going up to 67 the Friday before

coming in on the replay this replay is gonna be up here for about 24 hours

them for you okay so do not miss out on this wonderful opportunity to capitalize

on traffic that's already been kind of like curious oh it's already been

curated for you these buyers have already been prepared for you you don't

have to take them through a process all you have to do is present your stuff

My World Scout Jamboree Journey 07 - Christmas in January - Poppy Presents - Duration: 1:35.

Hi. Welcome back my Jamboree vlogs. so I recently just came back from our first

camp away as a Unit and I had so much fun. We talked about our badge ideas and

what we're going to call ourself as a Unit, but we haven't still quite decided on that yet

But we also talked about respect and we made posters about our fundraising

ideas and stuff like that but my favorite part is probably gotta be that

we had a Christmas party in January and it was so much fun

cos we got to decorate this hall all the bunting and we even had Santa

costumes and a Christmas tree, and we made a sign that said Merry

Christmas and everything and we also had a Christmas dinner and it was so

nice it was like the most amazing thing ever but we also did like a run in the

snow as well around where we were staying and that was so much fun and we

also did like exercises and stuff and I had the most amazing time - it was so great.

I would also like to thank Maxim Brewery for donating me these beers to

raffle off along with this Hamper for Valentine Day so I'm gonna be selling

those tickets soon as well. But I'm also doing really well my abseil fundraising

and I've almost raised half the money thanks to like friends and family and online

fundraising as well. So, if you've enjoyed this video please remember to like and

subscribe and join me next time when I'll be back with more Jamboree vlogs.

Bye!!!

M 8.0 earthquake in Alaska - Duration: 2:54.

Tectonic Summary

The January 23, 2018 M 7.9 earthquake southeast of Kodiak Island in the Gulf of

Alaska occurred as the result of strike slip faulting within the shallow

lithosphere of the Pacific plate.

Focal mechanism solutions indicate faulting occurred on a steeply dipping fault

striking either west-southwest (left lateral) or north-northwest (right lateral).

At the location of the earthquake, the Pacific plate is converging with the North

America plate at a rate of approximately 59 mm/yr towards the north-northwest.

The Pacific plate subducts beneath the North America plate at the Alaska-Aleutians

Trench, about 90 km to the northwest of today's earthquake.

The location and mechanism of the January 23rd earthquake are consistent with it

occurring on a fault system within the Pacific plate before it subducts,

rather than on the plate boundary between the Pacific and North America plates

further to the northwest.

While commonly plotted as points on maps,

earthquakes of this size are more appropriately described as slip over a larger

fault area.

Strike-slip-faulting events of the size of the January 23,

2018 earthquake are typically about 230x30 km (length x width).

Large earthquakes are common in the Pacific-North America plate boundary region

south of Alaska.

Over the preceding century, 11 other M7+ earthquakes have occurred within 600 km of

the January 23, 2018 earthquake.

Most of these have occurred on the subduction zone interface between the two

plates, to the north and northwest of today's earthquake,

including the M 9.2 Great Alaska earthquake of March 1964.

The hypocenter of the 1964 event was located about 550 km to the north of the

January 23rd earthquake, and the rupture of that event broke much of the shallow

subduction zone interface over several hundreds of kilometers.

To the southeast of the Alaska Trench, two large (M 7.9 and M 7.8) strike slip

earthquakes occurred in November 1987 and March 1988, respectively,

several hundreds of kilometers to the east of the January 23, 2018 earthquake.

These two earthquakes are not known to have caused any casualties or damage.
