today we're going to be talking about
the company lularoe and this is a review
of lularoe review 2018 now why am I
talking about lularoe and who is lularoe
well let's say before we get into
talking about lularoe I always tell
people if you're going to be starting a
business I always suggest that you set
up a corporation once you set up the
corporation then all of your sales
revenue should be paid to the
corporation and the reason why is gonna
do three things for you one it's going
to minimize your tax exposure okay
number two it's gonna help build up your
business credit and your business bank
rate as well as your financial
statements and number three is going to
eliminate that personal guarantee so
that way you're not only protecting your
personal assets you're also protecting
your credit okay because as your
corporation grows you'll be able to
start using your bank statements and
financial statements to be able to get
qualified for funding for your business
now once you have the corporation set up
you have to set up your business bank
account or a corporate bank account some
people call a business checking account
or a corporate checking account but you
need to set this up again because you
want all sales revenue to be paid to the
corporation and again it creates D it
helps build up the business credit it
builds up the business bank rating it
builds up your business financial
statements as well as your business bank
statements again helping to eliminate
that need to use your personal credit
okay now we're talking about Lu LaRue
right now what is lularoe okay Lulu Lulu
row whichever you want however you want
to pronounce now lularoe is a united
states-based
designer and sell our women's clothing
that uses a multi-level marketing model
to distribute their products now why am
I talking about them though
well what just recently happened in the
news is that lularoe sided with a
company that they that's one of their
distributors because this company was
making fun of kids with Down syndrome
and so the DAO Syndrome Foundation they
dropped lularoe because they decided to
go with this guy and support this guy
and his clothing so that's the big thing
that's in the news now so I think that's
going to be a big controversial for them
for their company lularoe is because
people are very sensitive about who they
sponsor and they were supporting lularoe
because they sponsored what Dallas
syndrome kids you know
so they supported kids with disabilities
basically okay now that Dow census
dropped them because they decided to
side with a vendor that's making fun of
kids with Down syndrome it started to
become complicated
not only that lularoe does have some
other legal issues but a lot of people's
a lot of women they still support them
but why okay so we understand your
multi-level base business okay and so
every one wants to be in a business for
themselves so I just put together this
program so you can see exactly how much
does it really cost to be a
representative of lularoe
okay now what is the lularoe
soaked and cost to start up Wow let's
look at this the cost to purchase the
lularoe startup kit is approximately
five to six thousand dollars
ouch that's a lot of money just to start
up a business but okay so you know it
hey if you notice something that's very
profitable and it works and you know
that you'll be able to generate revenue
and be profitable with it why not
I never kick it you know there's other
business out there Frank
other franchises cost ten fifteen
hundred McDonald's what $1,000,000 per
franchise so hey why not so it costs
between five to six thousand dollars to
start it for a starter kit with a
lularoe
okay and so it says your initial
inventory will cost you about 4,900 and
you would need to have a budget of about
five hundred dollars for miscellaneous
start-up costs like hangars extra closet
space business cards and web sizes etc
alright so there you go now what is the
lularoe startup kit what's in it okay
let's see what you get you get a very

inventory so huh they're giving you some
more and more items okay what is the
average lularoe consultant income how
much money are you possibly gonna make
after you to invest at this five to six
thousand dollars let's look at this now
it disappears or how many parties you
are willing to host each month uh you
having people in your house here all
around your kids you well okay if it
works you know girlfriend parties okay
whatever but you know I apologize for
being like bias on this but hey or non
buyers on this or whatever but anyway
excuse me that has nothing to do with
the presentation but you know so average
item sale purporting is about 20 items
average loulou profit per item is 15
dollars an average profit per party is
about 300 so to make back your original
investment you perhaps have at least 20
parties 20 parties Wow to make back your
6 grand hmm so let's see how long would
it take to pay back your lularoe startup
kit investment you host one party per
week pay off investment about four
months host two parties per week pay off
an investment approximately two months
post three parties per week pay off
investment in about seven weeks
so Lulu Commission's or profit more than
approximately between thirty five sixty
percent profits per item so hmm you got
a pretty good profit margin there now
here's the thing that a lot of women
that that are invited into the Facebook
groups about Lulu is the high pressured
sells you either buy now amidst the
opportunity and to my understanding this
is something that's frustrating a lot of
women because they may be interested and
the product itself but they may not be
wanting to become a sales representative
you know and I understand these women
hey if I spent five six thousand dollars
in a business I'm a hustle my ass off to
try to get that money back so I
understand why you're hustling because
you trying to make money to put food on
the table you know you probably them
borrowing it from somebody you probably
maxed out a credit card to get this
business off the ground you're still
struggling with the marketing aspect of
it so it's a lot of things that you may
be starting to learn about business you
didn't know about this business that's
now becomes a struggle and you find out
is not as easy to sell because everybody
else is selling these same type of
products you know so you're in the mix
of all this noise everybody selling the
same thing and you're trying to figure
out well how do I stand out now one of
the ways that people representatives of
this lularoe
clothing what they do and they like I
said they create these Facebook groups
okay however what would happen if
Facebook said okay you guys cannot hold
Lulla Roux groups anymore what would
happen to your business
gone right because you dependent only on
a Facebook so you need to learn more
about internet marketing okay you need
to understand there's more engines out
there to market your business because
you are in business now that would be
able to give you the upper hand because
everybody is running a Facebook they're
creating the Facebook group so now
you're running with the crowd you don't
want to run with the crowd you want to
stand out from the crowd to be able to
be successful in your lularoe business
okay
so understanding by you being an
affiliate marketing of Lulu you're also
building their brand you're not building
your business you're an affiliate of
their so you're building their name
you're building their business and I
always tell people why focus on building
somebody else's business
somebody else's brand granted that you
are selling those products but I'll tell
you a secret you can get those same
products set up your own online store
your own online store and sell those
same type of products all it is is the
name you can white label your own brand
build your own brand same products just
with your name on it so instead of you
constantly building somebody else right
because what if Lulu says hey we looked
at yourselves we see that they're down
we see that you're not as active we
don't want you to be a part is no more
now you don't invested six thousand
dollars and you can't sell your product
under that name what do you do
that's the
it's important for you to learn internet
marketing as well as affiliate marketing
so that you can become the independent
thinker so thinking outside the box and
Lulu told me I could not sell their
branded clothing anymore what am I to do
so that's very important that's what you
need to learn okay so I need you to
really pay attention to that what do I
do if Lulu said hey we don't want you
selling our brand of clothing anymore
what do I do
that's the reason so important to learn
internet marketing affiliate marketing
so that you would always have the upper
hand to be able to sell any type of
product in any type of business okay now
another thing that a lot of these um
representatives are Lulu they're not
taught how to make an email list and the
reason that you want to email list is
because you may be promoting your
product online okay but where do you
send them to they may not be wanting to
buy at that moment but they may have an
interest so or they may be wanting to be
a part of this business where do you
send them to so understanding how to
build an email list and communicate with
them to say hey you know we have these
here new products and by the way you
know we do have opportunities if you
want to take advantage of this to be a
representative of Lulu so you need to
understand how to build an email list
and how to communicate with that email
list so instead of just jumping out
there being high pressure buy my stuff
buy my stuff buy my stuff people don't
know
you you don't have a brand so you're
building Lula Ruud brand you're not
building your own brand and you need to
learn how to build your own brand that
way people can start to trust you so no
matter whether you sell in Lulu or
Target or Walmart people are buying into
you because they trust your judgment
they trust your brand so these are the
steps that you need in order to be
successful in this lularoe business like
I said there they have some legal issues
now you put representing Lulu do you
want those legal issues too do you want
to be identified
along with those legal issues this is
the reason that you need to learn how to
build your own brand so as you move
forward as a business owner
most women are the ones that represent
Lulu that sells these products and stuff
like that of Lulu so as a woman business
owner do you want to just sell Lulu and
build their brand build their business
or do you want to start to branch out
and build your own brand so not only are
you selling just uh Lulu clothing you
can start selling other people's
clothing under your own brand and just
having Lulu as another stream of income
so building your brand and say hey I do
sell Lulu but I have these other brands
too that you may be interested that's
the reason the email list building is so
important because again with this
negative information out there with
loup-garou with people like what I like
the clothing but I don't like what the
company represents so you're gonna miss
out on an opportunity to sell to that
person because you only represent Lulu
so you need to start building your own
brand reaching out to other outlets to
represent their clothing so that you can
say hey this
is Lulu but we do have other options
that have the same similarities as Lulu
so if you don't want to represent them
for what they represent want to buy
their products because of what they
represent we do have alternatives for
you and you can put that in your email
that way they know how this person is
really trying not just to sell me on
Lulu
but they're trying to just iron my
business and show that they're not only
in it just to build somebody else's
company but they're trying to build the
trust to build their own brand okay so

just wanted to give you some facts and
for those that may turn away from you
it's because of the high pressure cells

sales I understand you're trying to get
your money back
you know your initial investment and
started looking profitable but at the
same time the high pressured cells is
what turning a lot of your possible of
representatives off so again this is
