There are some rare qualities that modern people have, and one of them is integrity.

Integrity is a combination of a strong will and honesty.

It also incorporates genuine character from within, and It is just difficult to find the

person with real integrity because of chaotic universe that drives people here and there.

However, there are still people who have such integrity, and you can see it through these

15 traits.

#1 - Trustworthy

It is not all about a character that other people can rely on.

It is also about the ability that the person can have when they are cornered.

People who are in difficult situation usually cannot be trusted, and they are people who

are lacking of integrity.

#2 - Accountable

Yes, people with true integrity will not pass the blame into other people.

If they really do make mistakes, they will clarify on how they made the mistake.

They also will admit it and they will be responsible for their action.

#3 - Reliable

People with true integrity will act their words.

They are reliable people that others can rely on.

The reason is simply because they always do things they have been assigned to.

#4 - Sharing the spotlight

It goes without saying that people with true integrity do not want to take the fame by

themselves.

They realize that things that happen to them are also caused by others helping them.

They remember that, and they share their joy to others too.

#5 - Humble

Some people really cannot hold their ego when they talk about themselves.

However, people with true integrity can control that, so that they will respond in a nice

and humble way.

You never know themselves from themselves.

You will hear about those people from others.

#6 - Finding solution

They are aware that debate is sometimes not important, and it only wastes a good time

that everyone can enjoy.

However, they do not always avoid debate.

They also offer solution and suggestion that construct a better reality.

#7 - Genuine

People full of integrity cannot be swayed around with things that can change their mind.

However, it is worth noting that not all people can stay grounded when they are faced with

multiple interests.

#8 - Generous

It is not all about the money or material things.

It is all about giving that you think valuable such as time and energy.

People with great integrity will share their valuable things to others who need them.

#9 - Lending a hand

Yes, people with great integrity also like to help others.

They also help others even without being asked.

They are like empaths who know others without even saying things.

#10 - Kind

Being kind is like mandatory character that all people should have.

However, those with high integrity push their kindness into advanced level.

They help community instead of a single person.

#11 - Raising others

They just like parents who want to see their children grow healthy and perfect.

They raise other people without them realizing it, and it gives a great peace of mind.

#12 - Valuing time

We all know that time is the most valuable thing.

People with full integrity know how to use their time well, and they will regret for

wasting it even for a second.

#13 - Intuitive

They can strengthen the relationship between people, and ask them to produce something

new and amazing.

They have visionary mind, and it keeps them going.

#14 - Believing others

It is difficult to trust and believe others because no one can do the job better than

you do.

However, people with high integrity really can help others.

The eyes of people are different, and people blessed with integrity can spot the best thing

that they probably miss.

They know the true potential of someone, and they also try to raise them through it.

IF IT IS COMMON ENOUGH TO HAVE A NAME IT IS PROBABLY

SOMETHING DONE OFTEN.

AT LEAST DURING THE REIGN OF VLADIMIR PUTIN.

THAT IS A

SECOND POSSIBLE EXPLANATION.

THEY CAN ALL BE TWINS OR ALL RUSSIANS LOOK ALIKE.

APPARENTLY SO BECAUSE IN THIS DISTRICT PUTIN GOT ñ YES YOU ALL

THINK ALIKE WHEN THEY SEND IN THE BUSES FROM THE GOVERNMENT TO

VOTE OVER AND OVER AGAIN IN THAT

DISTRICT.

AND THE ANSWER TO THAT IN RUSSIA IS ALMOST ALWAYS NO, I DO NOT

WANT TO CAST DOUBT ON PUTIN'S "VICTORY."

AND THIS IS HOW YOU STEAL AN ELECTION, AT LEAST IN THIS

CASE HE WAS STEALING AN ELECTION IN HIS OWN COUNTRY.

Hello Everyone..

Welcome to Priya's Kitchen..

Today I am going to share one easy and delicious recipe with vermicelli, that is Vermicelli Pulihora.

today I am going to use rice vermicelli, it tastes better than normal semolina vermicelli.

Let's start the process..

for this let me show you how to boil the vermicelli

Add 1 Tablespoon of Oil to the Hot Boiling Water

add 1 Cup of Vermicelli

today I am taking Rice Vermicelli, you can use normal vermicelli also.

mix it once and cook the vermicelli till it is 90% done

do not overcook the vermicelli, otherwise they stick to each other

so its been 10 minutes, let's check our vermicelli

see its done..

it should be like this...

Now switch off the flame and drain all the water

Now lets prepare the Tempering for our Pulihora.. for that heat 2 Tablespoons of Oil in pan

add 1 teaspoon of Mustard Seeds

1 Tablespoon of Chana Dal

and 1 teaspoon of Urad Dal

fry them

add 2 Tablespoons of Peanuts

15 to 20 No.s of Cashew Nuts

fry them

add 3 No.s of Whole Red Chillies

4 to 5 No.s of Slit Green Chillies

some Curry Leaves

fry them

so all our ingredients got fried nicely

now add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder

just a pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)

Salt to taste

mix it once

now add Lemon Juice

I have taken 2 medium sized lemons

you can increase the lemon juice if the sourness is not enough

switch off the flame

mix it

add our cooked vermicelli

mix it nicely till all the ingredients combines very well

so I have mixed the Vermicelli very well

Let this cool down for 5 to 10 minutes, and then we can serve our Vermicelli Pulihora

So our yummy n delicious vermicelli pulihora is ready

serve this at room temparature.. it tastes excellent..

It is perfect for kids lunch box also.

Recognize The Light-Worker Within By Tackling These 3 Light-Worker Blocks

What Is A Light-Worker? A Light-worker is anyone who devotes their

life to being a bright light in the world. They understand that their actions (no matter

how big or small) have the potential to raise the vibration of the planet.

A Light-worker soul is awake, conscious that their presence matters and that they are part

of something that is bigger than them. Light-workers are not just tie-dye wearing hippies and healers

with dreads far from it.

They are teachers and chefs, writers and singers, producers and cleaners, mothers and mediums.

They�re at the country club and the nightclub, in the cafe and cr�che, the boardroom and

the art room.

In spite of often being treated indifferently, they do not give up. They keep coming back

with a lot of positivity to offer to the world. This is because they know that the world and

its people need it the most.

Light-workers are always aligned with the people that they are destined to assist. It�s

a where the student calls out for the teacher, and the teacher appears. This also happens

the other way around too.

These are the three things you need to keep in mind to become a true light-worker:

Don�t Give Up Easily: Life becomes a harsh training ground for a Light-worker so that

they can be of the highest service to mankind. Many Light-workers have lived a lot of life

in a short period of time.

Their lives are beautifully decorated with loss, sadness, illness, depression, anxiety

and fear so that they can live and teach how to navigate through the uncertainty of life

and be living proof of walking the talk. Light-workers are the flame carriers.

They hold the light energy of this planet in balance and have come to Earth in order

to help shift it into a higher level of consciousness. Light-workers are souls that have agreed to

come to this planet in order to fulfil this duty. They have agreed to carry this flame

inside of their soul in order to illuminate and enlighten the world.

Some Light-workers take on the role of being a spiritual teacher, psychic or energy healer,

whereas as others do their work with more subtlety. When a Light-worker enters the physical

world, they often struggle to manage their flame within.

Often, a Light-worker forgets their purpose and their flame is dimmed or extinguished

altogether.

Appreciate Your Energy: It is through this dim flame that the Light-worker goes on their

own healing journey of self-discovery. When their flame is out, the Light-worker has to

dwell in their own shadows in order to learn how to reignite their flame.

All callings are different for Light-workers; however their ultimate objective is to help

people dig through their own shadows in order to find their light.

Know Your Purpose: Often a Light-worker is responsible for balancing out the energy of

fear with the energy of love on this planet. They do this by helping others to awaken their

inner soul and energy they also do this by healing others by their words, empathy and

hand.

I guess, we need these people now more than ever because all of us are so lost in all

the unnecessary things that sometimes we don�t even know how the person sitting beside us

feels.

Now back as a unit, we're Gun-MinXHee-do!

Gun-Min hyung and I recently joined the program 'THE UNIT'

Actually, on the first day of camp training, Hee-do didn't know I also got in

Because I didn't get through the first boot evaluation

I got accepted later but I kept it as a secret from Hee-do

So Hee-do didn't know I would be there

Also, Hee-do just happened to be absent

on the first day of camp training because of his schedule

and he came that night

I joined camp training and was practicing with other teammates without Hee-do

I was passing by the hallway after practicing and met Hee-do

Hee-do was like "Hyung! Why are you here?"

Why are you coming out from there..?

I was sooo surprised

Because I was standing there so naturally

I joined the camp training late that night

and I heard from someone that a few more people passed the boot evaluation and B.I.G member was one of them

It amazed me how I was never in the same team with Gun-Min all throughout The Unit

The first mission was the 'My Turn' mission

and onstage, Gun-Min made so many mistakes

Gun-Min was picked number 1 by The Unit male members

as the member who practices the most

yet he made so many mistakes on the stage

Ha... that guy.. practices so much but makes mistakes on the real stage..'

was what I thought

Hee-do...

From what I heard, when I was making mistakes

Gun-Min - Hee-do cried so much Hee-do - Only because something was in my eye. That tore me up a bit

After the shooting

the staffs came over and told me that Hee-do was crying outside

so I went over and cheered him up

Again, I only cried because something was in my eyes

Such a dishonest man

The human body has a built-in mechanism for telling us when we need to drink water – the

feeling of being thirsty.

Unfortunately, with an alarming two out of three individuals living with some form of

chronic dehydration, many people have simply become numb to the sensation.

If you are among the majority and have an ongoing water deficit, there are some other

less-obvious signals which indicate that your body is parched.

15 Really Bad Signs You Aren't Drinking Enough Water.

1.

Chronic Fatigue.

Blood and other bodily fluids are comprised mainly of water.

When you get dehydrated, your blood becomes thicker and your heart has to expend more

energy to keep oxygen and nutrients moving throughout the circulatory system.

If you feel tired every day and there doesn't seem to be a cause, drinking more water could

be the solution.

2.

Cholesterol Imbalance.

Dehydration signals your body to increase its production of cholesterol in order to

thicken cellular walls and preserve the fluid contained in them.

As a result of this defensive process, blood-cholesterol levels also increase and can easily become

imbalanced.

3.

High or Low Blood Pressure.

The decrease in overall blood volume caused by dehydration may manifest as consistently

low blood pressure.

Over time, the increase in blood-cholesterol can cause arterial build-up and eventually

plaques which increase blood pressure to potentially unsafe levels.

4.

Impaired Memory and Concentration.

Slackened blood flow caused by chronic dehydration robs your brain of the oxygen and nutrients

it needs to perform at peak capacity.

As a result, you may find that your memory and concentration become severely impaired.

5.

Light-Headedness, Dizziness or Vertigo.

Living in a constant state of dehydration can cause you to experience frequent dizzy

spells and light-headedness due to lack of blood flow and oxygen to the brain.

In severe cases, vertigo and nausea may result.

6.

Frequent Headaches.

Both lack of oxygen and increase in blood pressure are the perfect recipe for frequent

headaches.

If you notice that you seem to be getting them more often, try drinking more water on

a daily basis to ease the strain on your brain.

7.

Constipation or Poor Digestion.

In order to properly process the foods you eat, your intestines need a steady supply

of water.

Without adequate fluids, digestion can slow down causing constipation, gas and bloating,

or even the passing of seemingly undigested food.

8.

Craving Sweet or Salty Foods.

Your liver requires water in order to break down fat cells and use the energy stored there

When you get dehydrated and your liver can't perform this important function, you'll

Vermicelli Pulihora Recipe | How to make Semiya Pulihora | Semiya Lemon Pulihora Recipe - Duration: 3:36.

Hello Everyone..

Welcome to Priya's Kitchen..

Today I am going to share one easy and delicious recipe with vermicelli, that is Vermicelli Pulihora.

today I am going to use rice vermicelli, it tastes better than normal semolina vermicelli.

Let's start the process..

for this let me show you how to boil the vermicelli

Add 1 Tablespoon of Oil to the Hot Boiling Water

add 1 Cup of Vermicelli

today I am taking Rice Vermicelli, you can use normal vermicelli also.

mix it once and cook the vermicelli till it is 90% done

do not overcook the vermicelli, otherwise they stick to each other

so its been 10 minutes, let's check our vermicelli

see its done..

it should be like this...

Now switch off the flame and drain all the water

Now lets prepare the Tempering for our Pulihora.. for that heat 2 Tablespoons of Oil in pan

add 1 teaspoon of Mustard Seeds

1 Tablespoon of Chana Dal

and 1 teaspoon of Urad Dal

fry them

add 2 Tablespoons of Peanuts

15 to 20 No.s of Cashew Nuts

fry them

add 3 No.s of Whole Red Chillies

4 to 5 No.s of Slit Green Chillies

some Curry Leaves

fry them

so all our ingredients got fried nicely

now add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder

just a pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)

Salt to taste

mix it once

now add Lemon Juice

I have taken 2 medium sized lemons

you can increase the lemon juice if the sourness is not enough

switch off the flame

mix it

add our cooked vermicelli

mix it nicely till all the ingredients combines very well

so I have mixed the Vermicelli very well

Let this cool down for 5 to 10 minutes, and then we can serve our Vermicelli Pulihora

So our yummy n delicious vermicelli pulihora is ready

serve this at room temparature.. it tastes excellent..

It is perfect for kids lunch box also.

How to Export Audacity to MP3 - Duration: 4:06.

Hi.

I'm Max Dalton, and in this video I'm going to talk through how to export an MP3 file

from Audacity.

Audacity is a powerful, free, open-source audio recording and editing software.

The application is popular with everyone from amateurs through to professionals for recording

and editing everything from podcasts to songs.

However, some pieces are missing in a freshly installed copy of Audacity as a result of

licensing issues; one of these features that doesn't work is the ability to export an MP3.

You can test the ability to export an MP3 in Audacity by opening an audio file, and

then clicking "File," "Export," and "Export as MP3."

If a dialog box pops up titled Locate LAME, you won't be able to export an MP3 file from

Audacity until you until you install the LAME MP3 encoder.

The LAME MP3 encoder is free and easy to install.

In this video, I'll focus on how to download and install the LAME installer file for Windows.

And now, let's walk through how to install the LAME MP3 encoder so you can export MP3

files from Audacity.

Step 1.

Open your Web browser and navigate to https://lame.buanzo.org.

You'll arrive at the LAME home page.

Step 2.

Click to choose the download link associated with your operating system in the Please See

Below for Operating System Selection Links section.

In this example, I'll click "Windows Downloads."

You'll be taken to the section that contains the link to download the installer package

for the operating system you selected.

Step 3.

Click the link to the right of Recommended Installer Package.

In this example, I'll click the link to the right of Recommended Installer Package for

Windows.

A Save As dialog box appears.

Save the LAME installer file to the preferred location on your computer.

Step 4.

Navigate to the location where you saved the LAME installer file, and then double-click

to launch the installer.

Click "Yes" if a screen appears asking if you want to let this application make changes

to your computer.

The LAME Setup Wizard dialog box appears.

Step 5.

Click "Next" on the first screen in the dialog box to begin in the installation, and then

click "Next" on the following screen to accept the licensing agreement.

You'll land on a screen asking you to choose a destination location for the LAME MP3 encoder.

Step 6.

Click "Next" if you want to install LAME at the default location, or click "Browse" to

choose a new location.

The Ready to Install screen appears.

Step 7.

Click "Install" on the Ready to Install screen.

A progress bar will appear on the screen (probably very briefly), before another screen appears

that prompts you to click "Finish" to complete the setup.

Click "Finish."

The LAME Wizard Setup dialog box closes.

Step 8.

Close Audacity if you currently have it open, and then re-launch the application.

Step 9.

Open an audio file you can test exporting as an MP3, and then click "File," "Export,"

and "Export as MP3."

The Export Audio dialog box will now appear.

You can configure the settings associated with your MP3 file in the Format Options section.

After configuring your settings, entering your file name and choosing a location, click

"Save."

The Edit Metadata Tags screen appears.

Step 10.

Enter any relevant input associated with metadata you want to apply to your file, click "Add"

to add the metadata, and then click "OK."

The MP3 file will be saved to the defined location.

Congratulations!

You now know how to install the LAME MP3 encoder so you can export MP3s from Audacity.

Quick Tip - How to Evenly Sand Wooden Dowels - Duration: 5:07.

Quick tip..................

Some of you may know this. Some of you may not.

This is for those who do not.

I've got half inch holes...

made with a half inch drill bit...

to put half inch dowels in.

The holes are pretty well a half inch.

The dowel is pretty much exactly a half inch.

I'm gonna half to trim some of this down to get it to fit....

in there snugly, but without splitting any wood.

So how do I sand this dowel down evenly?

And... relatively quickly?

Here is how we gonna do it.

I happen to have a shopsmith

with horizontal boring capabilities.

Also the same thing that's used for the lathe and all that good stuff.

You can stand this up and make a drill press out of it and do the

same thing. You can do the same thing on your drill press.

It's just at a different angle.

Why do all that when I can just set it up here and turn it?

With me having the shopsmith.

You could probably also do this with smaller dowels,

or if your hand drill.......

is.... If the chuck is large enough to accommodate this half inch dowel.

If you're using a smaller dowel, you shouldn't have any problems.

I'm gonna make this end.....

a little bit smaller in diameter

than this middle part here.

Simply to give it a smaller end, mabe more pointed end.

More narrow in diameter. So....

it will fit down in them holes better.

Just sayin so ya know a little bit about what I'm doin. Ya know what I mean?

I'm starting off with 80 grit...

just to get more waste removed at one time.

I may go on up to 220 after that.

Don't need a lot cause they're gonna be glued inside and....

and who knows, having it a little rough may help the glue to hold.

I don't know... may work the same as with the pens... I don't know.

Be careful.

See what I mean?

Make sure your chuck is locked down on this good and tight.

A little bit of glue.

Let's see what happens here.
