Britney Spears looks like a whole new woman in her latest photoshoot.

In fact, she looks so different that fans are questioning whether it's even really the

pop princess at all.

"Nooooo!"

"No, that's not what that is!"

On March 20th, 2018, People magazine reported that the singer became the new face of French

fashion brand Kenzo. Spears starred in a series of ads for La Collection Memento No.

2, photographed by Peter Lindbergh.

But, while the world seems to love Spears' transition from fashionable Instagrammer to

bonafide model, some fans have questions — mainly, is that even Spears in the campaign?

In regards to one ad in which Spears wears a cropped green sweatshirt and denim hat,

pop music experts started openly questioning if it was even her.

"Is this serious?"

Others have slammed the ads, complaining that the brand used too much photoshop on Spears'

photos.

Still, some have come to Spears' defense, praising the singer for how well the shoot

turned out.

Regardless of whether or not Spears' image was edited, she looks pretty darn good, and

her modeling gig will surely only serve to further boost Kenzo's brand.

After all, Spears was selected to model for the company because of her "icon" status,

not necessarily her appearance.

As the brand's creative director Humberto Leon explained in a press release:

"She is a legend in her field.

We will remember her for the rest of everyone's lives as an icon.

She's up there with Michael and Madonna and everyone who we consider icons."

Indeed, thanks to her recent Las Vegas residency, she's not only a legend, but she's still one

of the music industry's most successful pop singers.

"When I perform and I get on stage, it's my time to, you know, shine, and be glitzed up

and wear the rhinestones, and do the crazy hair.

And it's just our girls' prerogative to do that."

After two decades in the business, the Princess of Pop has still got it, photoshop or none.

"Work bitch!"

How to Survive a Nuclear Attack - Duration: 6:39.

[♪ INTRO]

Let's start by saying the odds of a nuclear bomb hitting anywhere near you is very unlikely.

But if you're the type of person who always wants to be prepared,

it might help to know a little bit about how explosions and radioactivity work.

So, even though you probably won't need to be hunkering down anytime in the near future,

here's a science-based guide to how to ride out a nuclear attack.

A nuclear detonation releases a massive amount of energy.

And depending on the size of the bomb and how high it is in the atmosphere when it goes off,

that energy can affect you even if you're tens of kilometers from the detonation site.

The size of nuclear bombs is measured by kilotons, or how many

thousands of tons of TNT you'd have to blow up to release the same amount of energy.

A 10 kiloton bomb is considered small,

way smaller than most of what you'd find in a nuclear arsenal today.

Instead, missiles tend to carry medium-sized bombs

capable of 100 to 350 kilotons of blast energy.

But tests have also been conducted with bombs that are way bigger,

ones measured in millions of tons of TNT instead of thousands.

These would probably be really hard for anyone to actually use, though,

because they're too heavy for long-range missiles to carry.

So small to medium blasts are what most government agencies have in mind

when they come up with emergency plans.

In the seconds after the explosion, the most immediate dangers are the heat and pressure

waves that ripple outward, which account for about 85% of the total energy of the blast.

Since light travels fastest, the first thing you'd see is a flash.

Hopefully you'd have enough early warning about an incoming missile to get to a shelter before that,

because with the light comes a wave of heat, or thermal radiation,

which can cause flash burns if it's absorbed by your clothing and skin.

Think instant, severe sunburn.

Thermal radiation can be so intense that flash burns would happen up to 3 kilometers

from a small, 10 kiloton explosion near the ground in addition to starting fires all around you.

For medium-sized bombs, a lot depends on how high in the atmosphere it is

when it detonates and just how big the bomb is.

But a 100 kiloton bomb could cause burns up to 10 kilometers or so away.

If you did see a flash and avoided the worst of the thermal radiation,

you might have a few seconds to protect yourself.

Following on the light's heels would be the shock wave created when the rapid expansion

of hot gas from the blast rams into the surrounding air molecules.

This pressure wave would be traveling at the speed of sound and could cause injuries like

ruptured eardrums, but only if you were very close to the blast.

And in that case, the heat would be a bigger concern anyways.

It's more of a problem a bit further out, because it can rock buildings and other structures.

At 5 kilometers from the blast site of a 10 kiloton bomb, for instance,

the shock wave could blow out windows with enough force to send glass flying.

A 100 kiloton bomb could do that for 10 kilometers, give or take.

So, the typical advice is if you see a flash of bright light,

stop whatever you're doing and duck for cover,

or at least lie face down and cover as much skin as you can.

Of course, any bomb produces heat and shock waves.

What sets nuclear explosions apart is that they also release ionizing radiation,

energy strong enough to knock electrons out of atoms,

which means it can also damage DNA and other molecules in cells.

This can lead to illnesses like cancer in the long-term,

but the short-term danger is acute radiation syndrome.

That's what it's called when radiation kills the stem cells that would normally be

responsible for replenishing vital cells in your gut, blood, and immune system.

The effects of a bomb's ionizing radiation can extend much further because of fallout:

the radioactive material lifted by the mushroom cloud, which then rains down after the explosion.

One of the tricky things with fallout is that it's hard to tell where it'll go.

Winds can carry it for hundreds of kilometers,

and the local landscape can also influence where it ends up.

So if you were anywhere near the source of the blast, even tens of kilometers away,

that fallout means you would really want to get to a good shelter, and fast.

The severity would depend on how much radiation you were exposed to

and how long you were exposed to it, which is why getting inside is so key.

Several different kinds of radiation are emitted from fallout,

some of which are more dangerous than others.

Beta particles, for example, can burn skin, but they can be stopped by clothing.

Gamma rays, on the other hand, can penetrate walls.

So the best way to limit your exposure would

be to find a basement in a large building made of dense materials, like brick or concrete.

A few meters of concrete or earth could completely shield you from gamma rays,

which is why the basement would be your best option.

But if you couldn't get to a basement, your next best bet

would be to move to the center of a building to put as much

distance and protection as possible between you and the fallout.

You'd also want to remove any contaminated clothing as soon as you could

and seal them into a bag.

They could have fallout on them, even if you can't see it.

It would be even better if you could take a shower with soap,

but you'd want to be gentle about it.

Scrubbing so hard that your skin became irritated or broken could let radioactive particles

inside your body, which kind of defeats the purpose of showering.

And you'd definitely want to wash your hair, but pass on the conditioner.

Conditioners smooth hair by binding together the loose dead skin cells hair is made of.

But in the process, they could trap any fallout particles that might have landed on your head,

which also defeats the purpose of showering.

Finally, you would need to be prepared to wait,

and do what's called sheltering in place.

That's because radiation levels are highest right after the blast,

more than half of all radiation from fallout comes in the first hour,

and after one day, 80% of the risk is gone.

If you'd only managed to make it to a poor-quality shelter, it might be worth it to move to

a good quality shelter if one was close enough, like, less than five minutes away.

But you'd run the risk of more radiation exposure if you ventured outside,

so it would be a gamble.

Once you were in a good shelter, you'd really want to stay there for at least a day, more

likely two, before heading for somewhere that's not contaminated.

Which means it would be helpful to have a few days' supply of food and water,

some soap and clothes, and a radio stashed wherever you'd most likely shelter.

Of course, if you're the kind of person preparing for a nuclear attack,

you probably already have an emergency disaster kit packed.

And again, the odds that you'll need to use this information are really low.

But now you know it, just in case.

How To NOT Get ANGRY When Someone Hurts Your Feelings - Duration: 5:32.

Heya playa, has someone ever done something that you felt was worthy of criticism?

Whether it's calling you a name, making fun of you, teasing you about something and you

just wanted to call them out on it without looking like a jerk or being mean to them?

I know how tough it can be sometimes to explain and express how we feel without it blowing

up in our face so I do want to share a few techniques as to how you can approach a conversation

without being a jerk.

For those of you that are new here, my name is Josh and every single Monday through Friday

I make videos sharing tips, ideas and stories teaching you how to be your best self.

And sometimes the hardest challenge we can face is dealing with other people, am I right?

They will say things and do things that will completely push our buttons and make us feel

like we don't even care how we respond, we just want to tell them off.

And in that moment you might feel like that's exactly what they need to hear.

It doesn't matter if they actually learn from what you have to say, they just deserve to

be told off so that they can know that they're doing something wrong.

Have you ever tried to justify reacting like that before?

Never really thinking about the consequences of your actions but just thinking about the

harm or the anger you wanted to inflict on that other person?

Anger can be a natural response to things sometimes but anger is not equivalent to saying

or doing something mean.

And that's where we have to recognize that there's a disconnect.

There are many different ways to express that anger so why do we always end up choosing

the most negative behaviors.

Being passive aggressive, name-calling, criticizing someone, being physically violent.

Why do we choose that path?

Connecting our anger with negative behaviors can feel therapeutic but there are plenty

of good behaviors that we can also connect our anger to that feel just as therapeutic.

For example in the practice of mindfulness, having some kind of reminder whether it's

a bell, a sound, a word, whatever it is to help bring you back to the present moment

can help you feel more calm, more rational and more able to approach the situations that

you encounter.

For example, let's say someone calls you a name or makes fun of you.

That feeling of anger that you're encountering could be the trigger that you need to close

your eyes, start breathing and really come back to your present self.

Plenty of research shows that when we experience negative emotions if we allow ourselves to

be calm for about 90 seconds it gives the chemicals in our brain some time to dial down

and to relax itself so we can approach that situation with a more open mind.

So if someone calls you a name or says something that you don't like, your initial response

might be to lash back out at them, to just let your emotions take over and generally

go in a negative way.

But if you give yourself time to breathe.

If you really collect your thoughts and your mind in that moment, your response after those

90 seconds is not going to be that negative one.

You might even feel like a response is not necessary in that moment.

Why continue to engage in this banter with this person who's clearly either having a

bad day or doesn't know how to express themselves without taking it out on someone else.

Another thing we tend to jump to when we don't want to be outwardly and visibly mean is to

be passive aggressive.

It's to say something under our breath.

It's to make a little snide comment just to dig at them.

Just to get them back for something that they did or something that happened that we didn't

feel comfortable with.

Being passive aggressive doesn't really help us accomplish anything though.

It doesn't allow us to process our emotions better, it doesn't create a safer and more

open environment where we can share our thoughts and feelings.

Instead, it actually does the opposite.

Let's say someone tells you that you're just not good enough to do something.

That little dig can drive a deep hole inside of you to the point where you don't know how

to respond.

Your initial reaction might be to lash back out.

To say something negative right back at them without really even thinking about how it

made you feel.

It's hard to stop ourselves and say "Hang on, why did they say this?

What are they aiming to accomplish and why does it affect me so deeply?".

So in order for us to get a better understanding as to why they said it, we might even want

to ask them to say "Hey, you made this comment and it didn't really make me feel good.

Why did you feel the need to say it?" and hopefully they can give us an honest answer.

And if they don't, ok, we move on from that and we really try to focus on ourselves.

Why did that little comment dig at us so deeply?

Why are we determining our own self-value and self-worth by the other person opinion?

In those moments, if we can let those triggering actions be a reason for us to stop, start

to breathe and to bring ourselves back to a point of center, it'll be a lot easier to

approach the situation and think about it a little bit more rationally rather than to

passively aggressively respond to them?

And I'm not saying it's easy to do.

To be able to respond in a way that you feel is positive for your own mental health is

gonna take time and practice to get there.

But I do believe each and every single one of us has the capability to process our own

feelings.

Your feelings should always be mentionable and manageable and finding the right way to

kind of balance that without negatively responding which doesn't end up helping us ultimately

is the best thing to do.

It's the Magical Time for Network Marketing - Duration: 3:11.

See the thing that most people don't understand about Network Marketing right

now is how early it is. It's super, super, super early. Yeah, we're doing almost

200 billion dollars in combined revenue around the world. Yeah, there's a

hundred million people involved, you know, part-time or full-time around the world.

Mostly part-time, but it's so early. We've been around and we've gone through

evolution, but here's what's happening now. One, the products are growing up. Lazy

products are not really working in the marketplace. So, the products are getting

better and better and services getting better and better and better. Two, the

companies are taking their games to another level.

Branding wise, service, support technology. Three the distributors in Network

Marketing are deciding to become professionals. There's more people today

that consider themselves Network Marketing professionals than any other

time. And I personally believe that this generation, this one right now. When I

mean generation, people are getting involved in this profession

right now. This is going to be the generation that creates the most wealth

per distributor that gets involved. More than people got involved before because

the profession kind of wasn't ready and more than the future. Because in the

future, more people, it's going to be more popular. It's gonna be more widely

accepted. It's gonna be more understood, but today it's this perfect blend of

professionalism, upscale, improved practices, improved standards and

training and mindset and strategy, but still virgin territory. It's literally

like there's beachfront property that is unclaimed. That a person could just come

in and say they put their their flag into the beach and say I'm gonna be a

Network Marketing professional and they get to own that beach and it's

appreciation from that point forward. But there's gonna come a time when that

beachfront property is going to run out and people

are gonna have to move back one row and back one row and they're not going

to get as much return as they're gonna get right this moment. This is a magical

time for Network Marketing, but those who see it, those who take advantage of it,

those who take action during this time and I really think this time is five or

ten years. The next five or ten years. More wealth being created per capita

inside of the Network Marketing profession than any ten-year period in

its entire life. Hundreds of years from now. Still they'll look back at this

little moment as the perfect moment to get involved, but they have to see it and

they have to take action.

Gameplay Capture - How To Separate Game, VOIP & Mic Audio - Duration: 9:20.

Hi my name is Chris and this is Battle(non)sense

When you record your gameplay,

then the audio of the game, microphone and Discord,

Teamspeak or whatever Voice Over IP solution you use to talk to your friends,

usually get mashed up in a single audio track.

If you record your gameplay just for yourself, then this is not necessarily an issue.

But if you want to share it with others, or use it on your YouTube channel,

then you might want to just record the audio of the game,

or you want to be able to manipulate these audio sources individually

so that you then can adjust the volume or use filters like noise reduction.

I've been using a setup for a very long time now,

which I briefly mentioned in my 'ShadowPlay Alternatives' video.

So today I will show you how you can achieve that in 4 simple steps,

without spending a single cent on additional audio hardware or software.

That said, if you like the software that we are going to use here,

then you should consider to make a small donation to support the creator of VoiceMeeter.

Now what do you need to separate these audio sources.

Step 1 go to vb-audio.com

click on Audio apps and download the VB-cable driver

Then click on the VoiceMeeter tab and download VoiceMeeter

Step 2 Extract the VoiceMeeter setup zip file

Run the VoiceMeeter setup

And install the audio device software

Then extract the vbcable zip file

And move it to a save place on your hard drive

Like near the installation directory of VoiceMeeter

Then right click on the vbcable setup

Select run as admin

Install the driver

And then reboot your system

Step 3 Now right click on the speaker symbol

Select playback devices

Find VoiceMeeter Input

Select it

And click on 'Set Default'

Now all applications will send their audio to VoiceMeeter

Next go to the Windows Start Menu

Type in 'voice'

And click on VoiceMeeter

In case that you increased the text size in Windows,

you might get a very large VoiceMeeter window

To fix that you right click on VoiceMeeter

Then right click on the VoiceMeeter entry at the top of the list

Select properties

Go to compatibility

And tell VoiceMeeter to ignore the windows DPI value

Then close and re-open VoiceMeeter for the changes to become active

Since all applications send their audio to VoiceMeeter now,

you must ensure that it is always running,

or you will not get any audio at all.

To do that you click on menu

And select 'System Tray (Run at Startup)'

Now you must tell VoiceMeeter what it should do with the audio that it receives.

So you click on A1 and select the Speakers of your sound card.

In case that you also use the digital out, or any other output on your sound card,

you can select that for A2.

So now the audio of all applications goes to Virtual Input of VoiceMeeter,

which then sends that audio to the Speakers and the digital output of my sound card.

But we don't want all applications to use that Virtual Input,

we want that our Voice Over IP tools like Discord, Teamspeak and Skype

use the Virtual Audio Cable, so that we get separate tracks for the Game Audio and Voice Over IP.

To achieve that you go to the audio settings inside your Voice over IP software

select your microphone as input device

and 'CABLE Input' as 'output device'

Now discord will send its audio to the 'CABLE Input' device,

which means that you can use that as a separate audio track.

But we still want to hear what our friends have to say.

So, you have to come back to VoiceMeeter

And select 'CABLE Output' as an Input device

Now the audio from our Voice Over IP software as well as the audio from any other application,

is sent to hardware out A1 and A2.

If you are not scared of VoiceMeter Bananas more complex UI,

then you can do one very cool thing with that version of this software.

Here you can say that you do not want to hear the audio of the Voice Over IP software on

your surround sound system which, is connected to A2,

the digital out of the soundcard.

This means that when you talk to your friends on discord then you will only hear them through

the speakers of your headset,

but not on the surround sound system

which might be playing some music.

So that is all that you have to do to provide your recording software with separate sources

for the audio of your game, VoiceOver IP and your microphone.

One thing that you must be aware of is that driver updates

might change your default playback device.

Should this happen then you might not get any audio at all,

or in case that your monitor supports it,

you might suddenly have your PC use the speakers built into your monitor.

When this happens then you only have to go to your playback devices,

select VoiceMeeter input

and make it your default audio device again.

Step 4

Now that windows provides all these different audio sources,

we just have to tell our recording software what it should do with them.

In DxTory you go to audio

And change the first audio device to 'Voice Meeter Input'

Which is the audio of the game

Then you add a 2nd audio stream where you select 'cable input',

which is the audio of your Voice Over IP software

And lastly you add a 3rd track

which is your microphone

So now all your recordings will come with 3 different audio tracks,

that you can then easily manipulate in the video editing software of your choice.

The setup process is very similar in other tools like Bandicam or Action!

However not all screen capture tools allow you to have more than 2 audio tracks.

Shadowplay does not even allow you to select the primary audio device.

So due to the limitations of these tools

you will probably only use them when you want to record just the audio of the game with no chatter.

The software that I used to capture gameplay is OBS.

To setup these 3 different audio tracks there you go to settings and then audio

For the desktop audio device, you select 'VoiceMeeter Input'

For the desktop audio device 2, you select 'CABLE Input'

And for the mic you select your microphone

Then right click on the audio sources inside the mixer

and rename them.

Then right click again and select Advanced Audio Properties

In here you then set Game Audio to track 1

Voice over IP to track 2

And your Mic to track 3

Now go back to the settings again

Select Output

and change the output mode from 'simple' to 'advanced'.

Then click on the audio tab and enter the names of the audio tracks

You can also change the bitrate here if you want to.

Now you must tell OBS to record these audio tracks

So you go to recording and enable audio tracks 1, 2 and 3.

I use the ts or transport stream recording format because the recorded video file will

then survive a crash of the game, your system or OBS.

Also Adobe Premiere can handle ts files with multiple audio tracks.

But I won't dive deeper into the video recording settings in this video here,

as that is a very big subject where the best configuration will strongly depend on your personal needs

and your hardware.

However, you might want to check out the video I linked to in the description down below,

where I explain how I use a 2nd graphics card as NVENC encoder,

to reduce the impact that recording with OBS has on the performance of the game.

What I do want to talk about a bit,

is what you can do when the GameCapture source

can't hook into the process of the game that you want to capture

which means that it can't record the game then.

Destiny 2 actively blocks any and all external tools,

so you just can't record that game when it runs in exclusive full screen mode.

But for any other game, you can try to select the process directly inside the properties

of the Game Capture source.

If it still doesn't work, then you should try to run OBS as admin.

I actually changed the OBS shortcut properties to always run it as admin,

as that usually prevents that issue from happening on my system.

If the GameCapture source still can't capture your game, then you should check if you have

any other tools running in the background which provide an in-game overlay.

Like MSI Afterburner or the stand-alone version of RTSS.

You might also want to try and disable the overlays provided in origin, steam or uplay.

So that's it, you can now either record all 3 audio sources separately

and manipulate them in the video editing software of your choice,

or can record just the audio of the game without any chatter.

YouTube channel let's go okay guys first up is to buddy now I know that you guys

have heard me speak at least once or twice about - buddy - buddy is a

phenomenal app it's a browser app that you can there's a mobile version - I on

your phones but I think the phones are only for the Apple phones not the

Android phones yet but I'm sure they're coming out with an Android eventually

the reality is though - buddy guys has been an essential part of the process in

me growing my channel how so it provides several key tools that I use daily as

I'm putting out videos what tools you might ask okay so first and foremost

guys what we're gonna be looking at is the keyword search tool keyword search

tool it's an amazing tool guys this tool allows us to actually go in to any

search on YouTube whether you are looking for a specific topic whether

you're looking at a specific niche you can throw that in there and just use a

keyword tool planner and see you know how does this work how does this play

out how does it feel am I getting top search results with

this is this something that's regularly searched in Google in YouTube it's such

a powerful tool guys powerful powerful powerful tool now it's not just the

keyword searches that I use regularly it's also the title search and it's an

amazing feature that - buddy hats you can actually go into

your YouTube search bar type in any search that you want and you guys will

see this tomorrow when I do my live reviews of websites often I'll use this

tool and you'll see it pop up it'll generate rankings on your your search

that you pop in and then you use those rankings to decide on titles and topics

it's a very very powerful tool and it's been extremely helpful in me crafting

tools descriptions and tags that are gonna result in my video being seen more

often now I know that's something that everybody out there is wondering about

what's the algorithm how do you play the algorithm I'm not big on playing the

algorithm but I'm also not being I'm not big on being ignorant with the tools

that are available to you okay this is a powerful tool that allows you the

ability to go in quickly to type in a search play around a little bit and see

which search is gonna produce the best results for you now who says that the

app really knows what's right and what's wrong with with YouTube being so locked

down in their algorithm nobody really but I can give you this almost everybody

I know that uses this tool see success in one form or another through the tool

okay so you've got your keyword planner you've got your search planner on top of

this though guys the ability to engage easily with your community is so

powerful in this I know that when I'm going through my comments I'm making a

point especially as a small channel and I

advise all you small channels out there as well make the time to engage with

your community now often as you'll find as you get more and more videos that

there were up to 85 videos on this channel now it becomes more difficult

for me to keep track of older videos that are getting comments which still

happens from time to time so how do I do that to buddy is the key to that

I can actually go into my comment section and tell it show me all the

comments that I have not replied to and right away BAM I get a list of comments

that are usually from videos that are a couple days if not a couple weeks old at

this point it allows me the ability to stay on top of this and ensure that I am

replying to every single person that comes into the channel and takes the

time to leave a comment very powerful way to grow your community guys I highly

recommend that you were honest and using this tool if it's not something that you

regularly got now doesn't have a freezer version like I said absolutely it does

have a free version it is available for you guys but it also has many perks that

are available to you if you have a paid version now it's all explained on the

website so I'm gonna put the link down in the comments below you guys can go

check it out see what the tool is about plug it in to your own browser see how

first tool that I recommend is to buddy next up okay if two buddy is my

community and search power engine then morning fame is my goal setting tracking

progress animal okay now it's not the two buddy doesn't have milestones

it definitely has milestones in it they give you fun little certificates with it

but the reality is it shows me the data really well here's where you are here's

where you've gone but it doesn't really show me where to go it doesn't give me

fixed targets which is where morning Fame comes in and blows me away guys now

morning Thane currently is an invite-only app so if you don't know

somebody that's using the tool currently you cannot be invited to use the tool

good news for you I'm using the tool I'm gonna invite you guys in the link is

down below just click on it you can go in you can play around with it but the

beautiful thing about this app is you go in and them right away it links with

your channel and your it starts it SS okay

not only by channel so how are you performing as a channel as a whole but

each video is broken down into several different things so the first one is

your channel trending upwards is it getting views what's the average watch

time what are your engagements what's your

engagement rates Oh percentage of engagements versus views

what's your gain subscribers for each video and it breaks us down channel as a

whole how are you doing it's a quick snapshot damn I look over here at it

okay Bam Bam Bam I'm looking for checkmarks

I'm looking for medals they use really simple logos to let you know how you're

doing if you're seeing sleeper marks big Z's across the spring you know you've

got something that you've got to work on so just have a glance it allows me to go

okay instead of me having to interpret all of the data really dig down deep

into the analytics because most small youtubers don't have time to dedicate

all day to be ripping apart their analytics so morning fame provides you

that ability provides you a quick snapshot of BAM here's where you

currently stand for the health you channel the growth of your channel the

wealth of your channel what do you do next where is your target and this is

where I love it the most guys you know that I aim for target and move towards

it I hit it I set another target but often those targets are arbitrary I'm

not sure which metric I should actually be aiming for moving forward stop

mourning thing fixes this it honestly provides you a key target that says this

is really where you want to be aiming have the current size and growth rate of

your channel this is the mark that you want to be aiming for right now and it

allows you daily to be in there to wrestling with it and okay great so if

this is where I currently stand this is where I'm having success these are the

areas I really need to focus on to hit that next level of growth such a

powerful tool now it doesn't only stop at the traction of your site how well is

it currently doing it provides you strategy the more you use the tool so

this is not a paid feature this is a if you use morning Fame for a certain

period of time it's gonna show you oh look here's more information just for

using the app even better it goes into here's a workshop so here are different

specific actions that you can take and velocity how quickly is your channel

growing now I am amazed at this tool only for this reason now we could go I

picked this up opera off of Roberto Blake channel and it was amazing to see

when I pumped in oh this is so great it gives me a key metric for me to measure

and go after it's so valuable but as I started to move towards it and use this

tool you guys it took me the two months to hit 4,000

watch hours on the channel which seemed like a ton but after using this channel

and focusing specifically on what this channel reckon or what this tool

recommended for my channel I've gone from 4,000 watched hours in less than a

week to over 5,000 watch hours I tagged on another thousand watch hours in one

week guys this tool is so powerful I highly recommend it and again it is in

phyto invite-only so if you're not currently using morning fame and you

haven't heard me say this but those of you who have been around a while you

know that I think community is so core and key to what's going on

I mentioned it briefly with two buddy in engaging with the community on your

videos making sure that you're replying properly however this doesn't go far

enough for me as far as understanding the niche understanding those around me

that are already seeing success and building best practices off of what they

are doing what tool do I recommend for that social blade again integrated app

extension for your browser you simply go into the channel and you'll see this one

tomorrow as well any channel that you go into will let you know where they're at

it gives them a grade and lets you know how they're doing with subscribers how

they're doing with their video ranking it gives you an estimate as to what

their monthly average knew might be and it also shows you their sub growth and

keywords that they typically use it can break that down by video for you as well

why is this so vital I think it's vital for this reason if you are recognizing

other key players in neasha you want to see the similar

success that they've had it allows you to go to their channel and learn from

their best practices now clearly I'm not talking about going in and just copy and

pasting whatever it is there that's not gonna work for you but what is gonna

work for you is reviewing what key words are using see how they use keywords and

then formulating strategy around that concept that's a powerful tool that

knowledge of how are people that are experts at YouTube already professional

youtubers using keywords in order to get their videos ranked properly and

appropriately every single video the social blade is the key to that guys so

again all of these tools to buddy morning fame social blade I'll put the

Pam Spera: The better you feel the more you can contribute, in a good way, to family and

friends.

You can't give what you don't have, so if you don't feel good, you can't give good.

They care about the patients who come in and that's very obvious.

Dr. Chad Wills: The part that she was missing was some rehabilitation.

Her spine needed some rehab and it's treating those regions to get her a better structure

and posture.

Thereby giving her more longer term relief, other than just some temporary relief and

bandaid measures.

Pam Spera: What I would say about the chiropractor biophysics is that it is a commitment, particularly

anything that's dealing with restructuring the body, be it physical spine or the muscles.

Repetition is real important and, for me, making a commitment to taking care of yourself

is very, very important because we really don't own anything in our life, but we have

our body and we need to take care of it the best we can.

Man, this place is awesome!

I never bought so much from a bee shop before

this place right here.

but we're at this bee place, right, it's a bee farm and

at first I was like, "Eh, bee farm, okay cool."

Wasn't gonna film it as I said.

I actually am kind of regretting I didn't film the beginning

of it but,

this is actually pretty awesome.

There's like, first and foremost the bee shop,

the Buzz Shop, I believe it's called, which you'll

see all the videos of us tasting and sampling,

and I've never been to any kind of shop and gone,

"This is awesome."

There wasn't one sample that I didn't, it was like I

was like gonna buy the whole shop.

So, you gotta come here actually and down here

downstairs, you walk down the stairs; so up there

you walk down the stairs, you come down here.

There's a dive shop just here.

We're right on the edge of the water and you could

literally just chill out here.

This guy's snorkelling just over there.

Pretty amazing, the sun's about to set and there's clouds.

Just hits you in the face with that sunset; pretty amazing.
