Anthony Joshua v Joseph Parker: Cardiff set for world heavyweight unification bout

Anthony Joshua v Joseph Parker. Venue: Principality Stadium, Cardiff Date: Saturday, 31 March.

Hearn went on to promote the London 2012 gold medallist. On Saturday, Joshua will earn an estimated £15m and sell out a third stadium event in 11 months, taking the total of sold seats to a quarter of a million.

This has never happened in British boxing before, Hearn told BBC Sport. We should appreciate it, embrace it and have a great time.

Parker, by comparison, has not competed in front of more than 10,000 fans on any one night as a pro and this payday, rumoured to be close to £7m, will dwarf anything he has earned before.

The New Zealander, who started boxing from around the age of five, enjoyed a solid amateur career - including silver at the World Youth Championships in 2010.

Unlike Joshua, he has never been knocked down as an amateur or a professional, a fact his team have repeatedly pointed to since they began chasing this fight around a year ago.

Since then, Parker has defeated Hughie Fury on British soil and undergone surgery on both elbows to correct pain he felt while punching.

His team say the operation has helped him punch 20% harder and there is no doubt Parker will need improvements on recent displays if he is to defy bookmakers, who make Joshua a heavy favourite.

There are no excuses from my side, Parker, 26, told BBC Sport. I am 100% ready. No injury, no niggles, I back myself to be the best in the world, theres no need to be flinching.

Victory for Joshua on Saturday will see the already intense talk of a bout for all four belts against WBC champion Deontay Wilder reach new highs.

But Wilder - unbeaten in 40 fights - has refused an invitation to be ringside, a move which Hearn feels was a major PR blunder on the Americans part.

Hearn labelled Wilder a cry baby as talks for him to attend appear to have broken down when the Alabama fighter was told he could not get into the ring to lay down a challenge to Joshua should he win.

Others in the media feel Wilder did not want to be here and face questions about why he does not take on Dillian Whyte - another Hearn fighter - after the Britons impressive win over Lucas Browne last week.

And there are even some who believe Wilder will yet show up to stir a frenzied heavyweight scene a little more. AJ in six explosive rounds - Predictions.

Joshua will boast a two-inch height advantage and around a six-inch reach advantage, meaning Parker will need to work to get close. Perhaps thats why Welsh rugby mascot Shenkin the goat predicted Joshua would win in round 11.

But what do boxing aficionados think?. BBC boxing correspondent Mike Costello: It could evolve into one of Joshuas toughest tests. In the end, I think Joshua will simply be too big.

I think he is such a sponge in terms of absorbing information in his career, I think we will see an improved Joshua, and a winning one..

Former two-weight world champion Ricky Hatton: Parker has quick hands for a heavyweight and he could give Joshua problems for a few rounds. But can he do it for 12 rounds? I dont think he can.

I can see Joshua getting to him in the middle rounds and stopping him in the second half of the fight..

Ex-world lightweight champion Anthony Crolla, who fights on the undercard: I think AJ will take it inside six explosive rounds. I think Parker may have a little success but I just see AJ having the heavier artillery..

Former world cruiserweight champion Johnny Nelson: Parker is fit. I would be surprised if AJ knocks him out clean but I think there will be a stoppage or the towel comes in.

AJ needs to hurt him and establish who he is from the off.. A truly stellar undercard.

Saturdays event, under a closed roof, will be televised around the world, with huge numbers expected to watch in New Zealand and Samoa, where Parkers parents hail from.

And the undercard is stacked with eye-catching fights, none more so than WBA bantamweight world champion Ryan Burnetts title defence against Yonfrez Parejo.

Northern Irelands Burnett , 25, told BBC Sport he expects a career-best display, while his gym partner Josh Kelly, 24, says he will show how the young talent of Britain can step up when he takes on Mexicos former world champion Carlos Molina at welterweight.

Former world champion Crolla told media on Thursday he is eyeing big summer fights but vowed to respect Mexicos Edson Ramirez and Cardiffs Joe Cordina will fight at his countrys national stadium for the second time.

Cordina, 26, has recently been sparring Jorge Linares in Los Angeles and is currently living with training partner Ricky Burns.

Some things need to be cleared. It is more than one plant.

It will cost around 200billion. This project will produce a clean energy from the sun.

The sun is the new petrol in KSA.

Let's wait and see what happens next. There are many details about this topic. We might make a separate video about it.

A new scientific research published in Scientific Report in 27th, March.

This research says that scientists discovered new organ in the human body.

This discovery is a tissue that covers organs like liver, pancreas lungs and heart.

It is a very small tissue. Subhann Allah, even scientists were amazed by it.

There are two layers with water and small pockets between them.

What is the use of this tissue? To absorb and reduce shocks on organs.

Enabling third party apps could positive and negative effects. If they manage which apps can have permissions, it would be good.

Which says that this phone is 10 times better than other phones.

Dxomark is the main reference for cameras. Camera experiments are unfair for individuals and people.

The numbers are very different from P10 to P20 Pro to Pixel phone for example.

If you look at a Pixel photo and a P20 Pro photo, you will find that the Pixel photo is better in some circumstances.

How could the P20 Pro get this rating?

The experiment in P20 is undergoing, specially in P20 Pro.

P20 Pro will be the targeted device in KSA and Gulf area. I don't think the P20 will have a media momentum. P20 Pro is the star.

Launching the device will be in 2 or 3 weeks. We will see if the device is great or not.

A new leak for OnePlus 6 that shows the new phone will look like the iPhone X.

There are two main shapes for devices this year.

The first shape looks like the Galaxy S and the other looks like iPhone X.

Galaxy S9 is a rectangular 18.5:9 aspect ratio. Companies will make their devices 18:9.

iPhones have this notch. These are the possibilities of this year's design for all phones.It is very normal.

Unless any company that think out of the box just like Xiaomi Mi Mix S.

And also The Oppo.....Oppp.

Why Oppo? because they are expected to announce a new device that looks like iPhone X. There are two designs, iPhone X and Galaxy S designs.

Tablets are less famous and less used globally.

Numbers show that iPad are not sold widely.

Apple sat up the education conference to spot some light on education.

They made agreements with education facilities, which is something I appreciate and respect.

They also announced a new iPad 9.7inches that is directed to students.

It will be a idea to enhance education because it supports creativity and of course Apple Pencil among other things.

You can't buy creativity, but you can buy the Pencil for 300 SR.

The idea I want to convey is, it is a nice thing that companies market their products and showcase their contributions to education and medicine.

I have no problem with that if you market a proper product.

Why are not we seeing an Apple event to showcase their contribution to education, medicine and economic?

The same thing applies for Samsung, Xiaomi

These big companies unveil products only. Customers buy them, and companies get profit.

Why do they not pay the community back with small initiatives? It won't be hard for them and it won't cost them a lot!

These initiatives will benefit communities if they were conducted properly.

Sometimes Apple speak about medical support in their phones and watches. They did that two years ago.

But in the iPhone X and 8 conference, they didn't speak a lot about it. I don't know why.

What's your opinion? Would you like big companies to be forced to contribute to education, medicine, economic and so on?

Or do you think that these contributions are not technology companies' business? Or are you neutral and you only care about whether their devices are great?

The new iPad is 9.7inches. Specs will be displayed on the screen.

There are more leaks about the SE2. The price is very competitive, and it could have great specs.

Gaomon M106k TABLET REVIEW + Speedpaint - Duration: 7:00.

Hi guys, today I am reviewing

Gaomon M 106 k tablet for you.

I actually never

heard of them before, and I've used

Wacom's tablets

throughout my whole drawing

journey. But, when I was contacted by

Gaomon people, I decided, it would be

a nice thing to do, since we are getting

lucky, and there are several new players

on the market, except for Wacom's.

As per usual, everything you will hear in

this review is my true opinion and my

first impression. As you can see, the

tablet is packed in a soft foamy sticker

box. So it's pretty safe during the

shipping. Inside you will find an info

and "thank you" card. The tablet itself

is pretty nice to touch, heavy, solid

plastic. And the pen is similar in size

to Wacom ones. You will also find a felt

pocket with four extra nibs and a pen

cap. But I personally never use them,

I've heard about people erasing

their nibs in the first year of using

the tablet. But maybe I'm not vigorous

enough with my strokes:D My nibs just

stay okay with any tablet I use. You will also find a

USB cord for the tablet itself and a

charge cord for the pen. They are also

made of high-quality sturdy plastic.

I feel like they will not break really

easily. The pen holder on the tablet is

similar to Wacom ones, but I feel that

material is thinner and the pen fits

inside slightly less quicker. I had to

struggle a couple of times, before

I finally understood how to quickly put

the pen inside. Since I do have Mac,

I have to download the drivers, and then

I would set pressure and buttons. But to be

honest I rarely use buttons on the

tablet itself. I rather use hot keys on

my keyboard.

As you can see, pen has a rubbery handle

and a springy nib

It was kind of a problem for me, but

I will talk about it a little bit later.

To showcase what this tablet is capable of,

I prepared a speedpaint for you. It was a

Studio Graphic portrait contest. And I've

decided to go with a classical portrait,

with a little inner joke. As you guys

probably know, nothing is more classy

than Maggie Smith. So I decided to draw

this little fantasy of professor McGonagall

and Lady Ciolet Crawley, the Dowager

Countess of Grantham contemplating

today's youth over tea, because I feel

like if those two ladies would ever meet,

it would mean problems to all of us. As

I said before, I used only Wacom tablets so

far, and I already did the comparison of

my current tablets - Bamboo and Cintiq 13 HD

in my other videos. So if you're

interested in that, please check it out

in the cards. I find, that this Gaomon

tablet is a Intuos Pro M competitor.

And I will just give you a brief

comparison. But you can easily Google

that. So Gaomon is slightly bigger

with 25 x 16 cm, and Wacom is

22.4 x 14 cm. Also pretty

similar in weight. It's 780 g for Gaomon

and 700 grams for Wacom, which

means they both are pretty portable. But

if I travel, I still prefer my Bamboo

tablet, simply because it doesn't need

to be charged and it's small. For

instance with this speedpaint I was

finishing it during my flight from

Prague to Ufa, and I had a stop in

Moscow. So I was flying for around

10 hours, and I would draw in planes and you

know, how trays in planes are so tiny,

that I could not even fit my laptop

there, so I had to put my tiny Bamboo on top of

my laptop, which was pretty uncomfortable.

But still, it did fit. But I don't think,

that Intuos or Gaomon could fit in

the plane. But you know, how often do you draw

on planes? That's probably just me. I also

found information about levels of pen

pressure. And Gaomon one has 2048 levels,

and Intuos has 8192 pen pressure levels.

But to be honest, I have

absolutely no idea what that means. To me

they both seem pretty similar. If you do

know what that means, please explain it

to me in the comments below. The pen in

Gaomon is also every chargeable one.

They claim, that after 350 hours of work

you need to recharge it for two to three

hours. I didn't do that, because it came

charged, and I don't think I've worked for

350 hours yet. It works both for lefties

and righties, which is a nice perk, and

has 16 functional keys on top and 12

buttons on the side. As I said, I don't

usually use them, but I really think, that

I will set them up, because for instance,

when I do something in 3D programs,

I really need those additional keyboards

and functional keys. When it comes to

price, the Gaomon tablet cost $71 and

Wacom is $300. So if you are wondering,

which tablet you should buy, if you are

just starting, or if you are looking for

a cheaper alternative to Wacom's,

I would definitely recommend this one,

because it's three times cheaper and

works perfectly. So I only had one

problem with a lagging nib, because at

some point instead of creating a

normal line, it would first create a

dot, and then the line. I was thinking,

that maybe it's because the nib is

springy. This problem would go away, when

I would change the USB port, it would be

totally fine. So I don't know if

it's a tablet problem or rather

something is wrong with my computer.

please let me know in the comments below.

Other things that I can recommend from

this speedpaint is a PureRef program.

I used it for references. I also followed

color tutorial by Sasha Frantseva,

because I had a problem with having too

much grey in the faces. So to get rid of

This is a typical Russian dish.

Pelmeni is really delicious, too.

We Russians are very superstitious.

For example, when we travel.

Before we go anywhere we have to sit down somewhere. On a sofa or a chair.

Before you leave, you check everything together. Have I got my passport, money...

all the most important things; only then can we leave. It's unlucky otherwise.

Just have a sit down before you leave. If you didn't, it would be really unlucky.

And one more thing. Russians always prepare a lot of food,

just in case someone comes by. That way they can join us because we have enough food.

But when they come in they have to...

Then they have to take their shoes off, because that's unlucky too.

We came to the Netherlands in 1994 because of our studies.

We studied together at Moscow University.

We were given the opportunity to continue our studies here.

When I was a student, my first job was in Efteling.

I worked in a restaurant.

The restaurant was called De Likkebaerd.

I don't know if it's still there, I don't think so.

I really enjoyed it.

Nice colleagues.

I learnt a lot.

Back then, I hardly spoke any Dutch.

But I really learnt a lot then.

I loved Efteling at first sight.

This was the world I wanted to show my children.

Yes, we immediately wanted to go to Efteling as often as possible.

Both of them were born here and from that moment on we went...

to Efteling every month.

We loved it so much there.

Now both of them have season tickets.

Yes, my brother and I said straight away that we wanted season tickets.

And whenever our family comes over from Russia, we go to Efteling.

And they really look forward to it.

That is what inspired me to start my Efteling Fan account on Instagram: World of Efteling.

I post photos every day and I do it in English too,

so people who live abroad can also read it.

I can show you on Instagram.

One of my best memories is here in the Efteling Museum.

I moved to Russia together with my family, my mother, father and brother...

when I was about nine.

I went to live with my grandparents for a year.

In the Urals. In a small, poor village,

while my parents were building a future for us in Moscow.

From the first day, my grandma really meant everything to me.

She did everything for me – she was my second mum.

And almost every time, I told my grandpa and grandma that if they came to the Netherlands...

I would take them to Efteling, the World of Wonders.

I want to open up this world for you and show you the magic.

My parents soon decided to return to the Netherlands after all.

My grandpa and grandma thought, well we'll simply come to visit you in the Netherlands

because we miss you.

So then we actually did go to Efteling together.

It was a dream come true for all of us

and for my grandpa and grandma... going to Efteling with their grandchildren.

My best memory of them is actually here in the Efteling Museum.

My best memory with my grandpa and grandma is in the room next to this one.

There was an exhibition for the 50th birthday of Big Mouth 'Holle Bolle Gijs'.

It was a new exhibition at that time.

There was a very long table with...

lots of cakes, cupcakes and snacks.

They were all pretend.

We were all sitting at the table

and I don't know why but my grandma started acting silly.

We were all in hysterics.

I think we were there for a few minutes and we almost cried with laughter.

Luckily, I've got some photos of it.

I look at them often when I'm here in the Efteling Museum.

Shortly after that, we received a telephone call that grandma had died.

And...

I'm so happy that I have that memory.

So when I come to the museum I...

I'm crying now but they're just...

tears of joy because I can remember it.

I'm so happy about that.

I don't have a fixed route in Efteling.

I try and let myself be surprised by what the day will bring.

If I feel like starting at Baron 1898, I start there, or otherwise at De Vliegende Hollander.

The most important thing in Efteling is that...

I forget reality for a moment.

As soon as I step through the gates of Efteling, I'm there and nowhere else.

Reality is far away and I leave all the problems behind me.

I couldn't imagine what would happen if Efteling should disappear.

A routine would literally disappear from my life.

I try and go to Efteling as much as possible.

But I try not to go too often because I don't want it to feel as if it's normal.

Besides taking photos for my Efteling Instagram account World of Efteling...

I often also make short videos.

And I just want to make a short video about this moment now.

His ship changed into a ghost ship...

and mysteriously, nothing was ever heard of it again.

"You shall also sail until the end of time".

Yes, it was wonderful again.

Just like being in the 17th century.

I was wearing a beautiful dress, I was in beautiful rooms and that is perhaps also the reason...

Hi friends welcome to Parul Ka Zaika

Today I am going to make Paneer

Please don't forget to press the subscribe and bell icon button

Lets see the ingredients requried

1 teaspoon of asafoetida

1 litre of full cream milk

1 lemon juice

1 tablespoon of curd

And water

To start with boil the milk

In a bowl mix curd and lemon juice

Yogurt is used so that the Cottage Cheese/Paneer becomes soft

Keep adding in small quantities the mixture of curd and lemon juice in the milk

And simaltaneoualy stir with a spoon

As soon as the milk begins to whey stop adding the prepared lemon-curd mixture

When the milk starts wheying put cold water

So that the cottage cheese does not get very hard and then filter it

Press from all sides with a spoon so that the cottage cheese gets set well

Once it sets well on one side

Then turn it over to the other side and again press it well

Once cottage gets set well

Then place a small lid on the cottage cheese and keep some weight on the lid

So that the remaining water gets squeezed out

Press the cottage cheese with your finger and check

If the cottage cheese comes back to its original shape it means that its ready

Soft cottage cheese/ Paneer is ready

One can prepare 200 grams of cottage cheese out of 1 litre of milk

And one can also use the filtered water to knead any dough

Or one can also use it to make soups and curies to make them ever more healthier

Finally cut the paneer / cottage cheese in smaller pieces as per reqirement

Cottage Cheese / Paneer is absolutely ready

Lets see the ingredients required to make Palak Paneer

250 gm Palak

1 finely chopped tomato

1 finely chopped onion

2 green chillies

10-12 finely chopped garlic buds

2 inch ginger (finely chopped)

1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder

Salt as per taste

Pinch of sodium bicarbonate

1 teaspoon coriander cumin powder

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

Punjabi garam masala

200 gm paneer

50 gm fresh cream

10-12 cashews

And butter

Water for blanching

Blanch spinach for 2-3 minutes

Put 2 green chillies

Sodium bicarbonate

And sugar. Let it boil

For blanching spinach sugar and sodium bicarbonate has been used

So that the color spinach remains green

After blanching of spinach move it in ice cold water

After spinach gets cold grind it

Also add cashews

Some fresh cream

For grinding

Make a smooth paste

After making smooth paste start preparing the veggies for Palak Paneer

Take some butter in a pan

Add cumin seeds

And garlic

Saute for 1 minute

Add ginger and onion

Saute again for 2 minutes

Add tomatoes and saute again

Next add spinach paste

Add masalas

Red chilli powder

Cumin coriander powder

Garam masala

Salt

Next rub some fenugreek seeds in between your palms and add in the pan. Saute the mixture.

After masalas blend well add cottage cheese

Mix the cottage cheese well

Next cover the pan and let the mixture cook for 5 minutes

So that the masalas blend well with cottage cheese too

Palak Paneer is ready to serve

Let's see the ingredients required to make Crispy Bhindi

250 grams of lady finger

2 tablespoons of gram flour

1 tablespoon of rice flour

1 teaspoon of red chilli powder

1 teaspoon of coriander cumin powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon celery seeds

1 teaspoon powdered hot spices

1 teaspoon dried mango powder

Salt as per taste

Oil

To start with cut the lady fingers

First cut both ends of the lady fingers

Then cut the lady fingers from the centre and then half slice them and remove all the seeds from inside

Do this for all the lady fingers to be fried and put all the cut lady fingers in a bowl

In the bowl add gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, turmeric

Garam masala, celery seeds, roasted cumin seeds powder, dry mango powder and mix well

Add salt as per taste. Salt is added at the end so that the lady fingers retain water and it becomes crispy after frying

Next start frying the lady fingers in small quantities

After frying the lady fingers (bhindi) remove on a plate covered with soft tissue so that it removes the excess oil

Similarly fry the remaining Lady fingers (bhindi)

Crispy Bhindi (Lady Fingers) is ready to serve

Howl by Howl's moving castle Cosplay "Hikari Green" | Eng Sub - Duration: 10:21.

Hello, I'm Hikari Green the cosplayer

Last year I established my own fashion brand

At the same time I am working in the financial industry

Nice to meet you, I'm Hikari, I'm cosplayer

and I was establishing my own fashion brand last year

and but the same time I'm working in an American investment bank

Today I want to do cosplay of Howl

I really hope you like it. Let's start

For the circle lens, I'm using twin loop One Day

Since the color is pretty bright, and the rims aren't too dark so I like it.

I always use this circle lens when I do cross dressing.

For the base, I'm using Paul & Joe

To be honest, this is the same base as my daily makeup.

For me, as you can see the makeup this time

I am not really good at doing thick makeup

but Paul & Joe is very natural looking

I like how it doesn't look like I've got makeup on

For the Lunasol, this is the same as I don't have such strong skin

so I get rashes

For Lunasol it doesn't give that much of damage to the skin,

so I try to add it on naturally.

For the concealer, since I have quite some dark circles under the eyes,

and I was looking for something that would hide the dark circles

and using the ones from Covermark.

I have added quite thick.

So for under the eyes and the nostrils,

adding to both sides to cover the color

Since I had pimples today, I'm adding some to the pimples

Highlighter from MAC

It's quite a popular cosmetic, but when you add it on

it's not so flashy, but it gives enough of the feature of the face so I like it

I add it on to the T-zone. Here, hear and

and add some here as well.

For the eyebrow I am using Excel

This one I am using the same as the daily makeup

The color is a little light.

I am using some light brown color

Using bright colors to match with the blond

and add eyebrows mascara to match the blond color

A lot of times with cross dressing makeup

a lot of people try to add steep angle to make it narrow between the eyes and the eyebrows,

since I have a rather sweet face,

so if I do that, it will be unbalanced.

So making the distance between the eyes and the eyebrows wide,

Make the eyebrows a bit droopy and give a bit of wing

Since Howl is a sweet character, so if I make it too thick,

it will look too strong

for that I am drawing it thin

For the eyebrow mascara I'm using heavy rotation.

Since it gives good color, I really like this

so I use it daily as well

I'm adding thick to the inner corner

After doing the eye makeup, I look at the balance of the eyes,

and draw the eyeliner thick again.

For the first one I drew it a bit thin

but made it a bit thick to make it look masculine

and drawing again with a steep angle

but as you can see, I haven't drawn such a hard eyeliner

For the Lunasol eye shadow, I'm adding the light one overall,

Taking the slightly light brown

spreading it wide from around the center

and add the dark brown to the edges

This one I go slowly and check my face

and see if it is ok or not.

For the black eyeliner, I'm using Heroin Make in black

For this one I'm going around the eyes, as if tracing lightly above the eyes

and add a little bit to the edge of the eyes

I think this is quite a light makeup in cross dressing

but if I make it too thick,

the expression of the face will be gone

so for me, I intentionally draw it lightly.

For the shape of the eyes, since Howl has a rather sweet face

and since my original face doesn't have strong features,

so to match that, I try not to change the shape of the face much.

Furofushi eyeliner in brown

Drawing the double eyeliner

If I use black, it becomes too dark

but if I use a lighter color, I can't see it in the photo

so I draw it really thin with Furofushi brown

Pulling it just a bit above the eyes along the shape of the eyes

Not too high, not too low.

I don't know. About this wide

Since it's cross dressing, I'm adding it pretty thick to the edges,

and try to give some masculine look

At that time, I would look at the final face

I would check the lighting for these parts,

and add eye shadow here again.

The reason for using Jill's eyelash curler is because it's cute

When I use cute cosmetics, I would say I get excited

When I am using it, I feel it's going up pretty well

I actually have quite some thick eyelashes

Since the eyelashes are thick, I have to pull it up couple of times from the root

Instead of doing it three times, I would pull it from the root

When I have time, I would use the one that curls the lashes with heat

I would hold it down using it

The mascara from Clinique

For the top part, if I do it too flashy, it will become too feminine

so I would go thick on the bottom

to make the shape of the top part be more vivid.

I am using Love Drops for the eye bags liner

There may be some people who doesn't use this when cross dressing

I use it every time because I like it

Since I think Howl is a character who laughs a lot

and when you laugh, the eye bags stand out

That is why I draw it thoroughly

The contouring I use CANMAKE

I apply it here, here and here

I will wear the wig

I will wear a long wig which I cropped myself

Since my skin tone is a bit light,

To match the skin tone, I have chosen one which is not too bright nor too dark

To make sure the wig doesn't float, and to make the front line beautiful

I'm adding glue.

After adding the wig, I would spray a normal hair mist spray

After making the hair wet, I would adjust it with a hair iron.

The wig will set it's shape the moment the hair cools down after I add the hair iron

so I would set the shape the second I add the hair iron

and wait for it to cool down

The wax is used for parts which are floating to make it sharp

Add the pierce earring and the makeup is done

For the Howl's makeup

The key is, even though it is cross dressing

it's actually a bit sweet

When it is a harsh character, I would put some eye shadow to the outer corner

and pull up the whole face to make it sharp

but for Howl, even though he is a man, there is a sweet feminine look

That was the difficult part

For me, basically my original face isn't really

fit so much for cross dressing

so I would change my original face

too see whether it became close to Howl

And moreover the eyebrows

is not made too sharp

and trying to utilize the good part of my face

I would think and wish that my face was much cooler to match with cross dressing

but I try to think I can use my face to fit into the cross dressing.

Neurotransmitters are stored in the axon terminals of a neuron in small sac-like structures called

synaptic vesicles.

When an action potential travels down the neuron and reaches the axon terminal, it causes

depolarization of the neuron.

This change in membrane potential causes voltage-gated ion channels, which are ion channels that

open in response to changes in membrane potential, to open and allow calcium to enter the cell.

Calcium seems to be involved with mobilizing vesicles to prepare them for neurotransmitter

release.

One way this occurs is through an interaction between calcium and a protein called synapsin,

which attaches vesicles to the cytoskeleton of the cell.

Calcium activates an enzyme that causes synapsin to separate from the vesicles, mobilizing

them for release.

After mobilization, a family of proteins called SNARE proteins are involved with getting the

vesicle ready to fuse with the cell membrane of the neuron.

Synaptobrevin (also called VAMP) is a SNARE protein found in the membrane of vesicles,

while syntaxin and SNAP-25 are two SNARE proteins found in the cell membrane.

These three proteins are thought to form a complex, which helps to bring vesicles in

contact with the cell membrane, allowing the two membranes to fuse together.

This process is thought to be facilitated by another protein called munc18.

The role of munc18 in vesicle fusion is not completely understood, but it seems to bind

to syntaxin and be necessary for fusion to occur.

Another protein found in synaptic vesicles known as synaptotagmin is thought to act as

a calcium sensor, which aims to promote vesicle fusion only when calcium levels in the cell

are high.

When the vesicle fuses with the cell membrane, it empties its contents into the synaptic

cleft.

After neurotransmitter release, the SNARE complex is disassembled with the help of proteins

called NSF and SNAP, and the vesicle is recycled so it can be used again.

Vlog Pâques - Duration: 6:32.

Hi guys! Today we are Sunday

I'm going to pick up some groceries that I'm missing

to finish the midday meal

I'm not missing a lot but need to be done

It is quarter past nine o'clock so let's go

Just out of the store

I take what I need to bake a number cake

because we celebrate my mom birthday

I'm going to do this with red fruits

and vanilla

We'll see how to do that

Today I plan, because

We don't eat lamb or veal so

I'm going to cook 2 roasted chicken

some tagliatelle

and some french bean

We do very simple

it's forty past nine o'clock

I'm going to put quickly the chicken in the oven

and I'm going to bake the 2 cakes

to be in advance and get time to assemble them

It's with the camera that we realize that there are many holes on the road

We are going to pay attention that you do not fall

I'm preparing some stuff for my nephews and nieces, just to keep them busy

They will have to decorate: a rabbit to be painted with their hands

an other one to create

Little tip : If as me, you do not know how to draw, the handles of scissors make very beautiful bunny ears

I lay my table the previous evening when we have a dinner planned. Like that I concentrate on my other tasks!

Are you all so sick of getting exploited? Let me share with you the one and only

essential lesson you must learn to stop the injustice and finally get paid for

your music. Coming up!

It 's a recurring annoyance: You or your band get contacted

to perform or play somewhere and they start off with: "You will get great

exposure" "You will get the chance to sell your music and your merchandise at the event"

But then it comes: there's no budget to pay the musicians blah blah blah

And mind you, I'm not talking about charity events here

Well you can't blame them really. Concert organizers and venue owners know

there's a whole line of musicians who are willing to do just about anything for some exposure

and who still think that by performing for free they will get noticed and ultimately

famous. Stick around to find out why that just won't happen

Same thing when you get contacted by online marketeers, managers, record label owners

and other music industry bobo's. They keep exploiting musicians

They keep telling us why we need their services. For a hefty fee or a large piece of the pie

So you can focus on just making music. It's your passion right?

You do what you do best and they do what they do best. And you don't need a large cut

because you are not making music for the money, right?

And we keep falling for those sales pitches and we believe all their BS

So in the end you can't really blame them. But this can stop!

There's basically one solution. One thing we can do about it.

And that is to say no.

Just say no. It's really that simple!

If every one of us just said no to playing for free. Or no to a bad record deal

They would have no choice to pay us our fair share, right?

Saying no can be hard though, I know.

I'm still learning to say no. But stick around.

I got five quick tips that will make saying no a lot easier. Here they come

Number one: when it comes to making a deal education and knowledge are key

Learn what a record label does, what managers do, what event organizers do

It's not rocket surgery

And it's all part of being a modern-day musician anyway

Look up how much they're usually paid and THEN ask yourself the question:

IF you don't want to do this work yourself, which by the way

you are totally capable of. What is it worth to you?

You want to sign a publishing deal and sign away half of your rights?

You want to hire a marketeer to promote your music?

Fine! Just know what you're signing. It will make it a lot easier to say no

and to negotiate a fair deal

Number two: realize that concerts where the acts

play for free usually suck. They're badly organized, have uninterested crowds

You get no exposure and the sound is usually crap

making the little exposure you do get, something to be avoided

Three: let go of the myth of the starving artist

It's a stubborn misconception.

You do NOT need to be poor to make great art or to be creative

History has shown that creativity comes to all socio-economic layers

Charging money for music is okay. It is just a means

a means to make more music.

We don't make music to make money, but we make money to make music

Number four: realize that if you're doing a lot of free gigs

It can come back to haunt you. You'll be known as a musician who

doesn't charge much, so isn't worth much either

They just won't take you seriously and it makes it a lot harder to suddenly

start asking to get paid.

An organizer of any decent event, where there's actually budget to pay the musicians,

will reason like this:

Oh these guys ask a thousand bucks each to perform? They must be great!

and these guys here are okay with getting paid in peanuts?

Well they must be...

Yes, it's that simple.

and number five: realize how much work you have put in to be able to play music

Let's not even take into account the countless rehearsals and practice sessions

Those are basically your education and are considered dues

you have to pay to achieve a certain skill

Also not taking into account: writing, composing, arranging and recording your songs

Let's just look at a typical timetable of a concert day:

Get your gear ready. Load up the van. Drive to the gig

Arrive and wait till it's your time to set up. Set up all the gear and soundcheck

Find something to eat and some more waiting

Great! Get on stage and actually play some music. Get all the gear off the stage and

load up the van. Drive home. Remove the gear from the van and put it into storage

Finally get to bed. So two hours of actually playing music out of those 14.

Here's a way to make a deal: I'll actually play the music for free!

Just pay me for the other 12 hours, deal?

Get it in your mind you're not asking for a handout here.

Just payment for services rendered. They wouldn't dare to ask

the caterers, the electricians, the sound engineers, the security or the bartenders

to work for free at that same concert, now would they?

although I'd like to see them try

And finally as a bonus motivation to say no: if you can't say no for yourself

because you're, I don't know, insecure, whatever

Just do it for your fellow musicians

Because only if we all stick together things can change

Now, next time someone asks you to play for free, won't you be a little insulted?

Good! You should be. It makes it easier to say no.

You might even feel the urge to yell: Just pay me!

But don't do that. Instead just take a fes breaths

and turn them down in a polite way
