please go back to John Brennan sure what he said about the present I saw that I

heard it that blew me away I'm astonished that a former director of the

Obama holdovers they are and they are going to be investigating the Obama

administration this is what makes it work in public crazy this is the kind of

nonsense so they try to blow a fast ball past the American public and we're

supposed to just stand there and say oh okay you're doing something I've told on

the show earlier look the inspector general's office is where the truth goes

to die and now you've got an outsider Obama appointee from Utah he may be a

said the Democrats national security concerns are overblown I've read the

memo along with several of my colleagues and my estimation having had exposure

and experience with both FISA and title three wiretap that there are no law

enforcement sensitive sources or methods that we would be compromised here in a

letter the Justice Department expressed its own reservations calling any release

of the memo unprecedented and reckless the FBI and Justice Department want a

review before it goes public let us see it first at this point nobody in the

Senate or the White House or the Department of Justice or FBI has seen

this document though the Senators can't read the document the Minority Leader

weighed in today it's this memo on and on and on conspiracy theories with

virtually no fact some Republicans were pressed on the wisdom of releasing the

memo when the public begins to question the integrity of

the Department and the FBI and and conclude in the absence of other

information that somehow politics has taken over rather than the law that's a

very serious matter and we need to get that cleared up one one means or another

House Intelligence Committee would not comment on reports the memo identifies

McCabe Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and Comey Brett Catherine on

Tuesday Republican Senator Ron Johnson made a comment on this show that raised

a lot of eyebrows to me and then the reaction to it and today somewhat

sounded like he changed his tune we have an informant that's talking about a

group they were holding secret meetings off-site there's there's so much smoke

here there's so much suspicion let's stop there a secret society the secret

meetings off side of the Justice Department correct and you have an

informant saying that yes this text message seems to be the comment about

secret society was in jest do you agree that it appears to be it was in jest

it's real possibility saying it's a possibility Kevin what are you hearing

about the dust-up over those two words secret society

well we've confirmed the text message was sent one day after the election and

page rights to struck quote are you even going to give out your calendar seems

kind of depressing maybe it should just be the first meeting of the secret

society Fox News is told this is the only reference in the 384 pages of FBI

texts provided to Congress last week but for some context three weeks later in

December 2016 the five month gap of missing text begins and no one on the

hill knows what they show and whether they back up senator Johnson's

whistleblower who claims senior FBI officials held these off-site meetings

so we'll see when those newly recovered text messages are provided to Congress

according to this letter from the Republican chairman of the Senate

senior FBI leadership during the Clinton email case and whether there was an

Chocolate Egg & Confetti Cake Explosion: Easter Showstopper! - Duration: 6:22.

This episode is super fun: we're gonna make a Confetti Easter Egg Surprise!! With...

Dani of The Social Kitchen! Dani makes the most beautiful...anything related to food and

events and any occasion. -Today we're making just a vanilla delicious bundt cake,

actually! -We're going to spruce it up by adding sprinkles both in the batter and

on top. What makes this cake such a great Easter

occasion? -Well because it's a bundt cake, I fill

the center with Easter eggs! -Oh my god, so you could--it could be like a hidden

easter egg surprise? -Yeah, of course! -Or it could be overflowing Easter madness! *laugher*

-I like the second one more! - Yeah, let's go with that!

I think you eat with your eyes, actually, so I think the more delicious it looks, the more

it's gonna taste good. -Absolutely. -I think everyone should be able to do it.

It shouldn't be so complicated, it just shouldn't. -Totally agreed. So on that

note... -Let's go! -Okay! Alrighty, so we're gonna start with the cake batter. You'll

want to get out your kitchen scale and measure 270 grams self-raising flour, 270

grams sugar, and 270 grams butter. Yep, all the same quantities. Cream together the

butter and sugar.

So I want this light and fluffy.

Once it hits the desired consistency, add in the eggs. Five eggs total. Then add in

Then add in

some of your flour and pour in one teaspoon of vanilla extract. Now Dani

adds in the rest of the flour, a little bit at a time. -I like to just think of

the batter as like light and fluffy, so you can't really batter it out with

the spatula! So you just slow, steady, calm. *laughter* -So you don't want to over-mix? -Yeah. And then!

The fun part! [sprinkles] I like bright colored ones because then it shows better in the batter, but

you literally just add it into the mixture.

You can add chocolate chips to this mix as well, it could be delicious. So about

half a cup. Ish. You can always add more. And then you just literally mix it in!

-I'm gonna use a bundt cake tin. -Why are using that? -Do you know something, I like it

because it allows the heat to go around the cake and it bakes better, I think.

-And what I'm gonna do is fill the center with eggs! -Chocolate Easter eggs, she

means... not raw eggs! It is so fun, just wait for it. So grease your bundt pan and

then add the batter to that. -People are a bit too serious when it comes to baking.

I think you can actually be a bit calmer, and I don't think, you know.... everyone's so

serious...you have to measure everything out. I think as long as the

batter doesn't look like it's gonna be sloppy then I think you're fine. I always

add a little bit more flour if you feel like it is a bit sloppy.

So now I'm gonna put in the oven 180 degrees Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit. So I

put it in for 30 minutes and I always check I put a knife in and make sure it

comes out clean and if not then I put it in for like another 5-10 minutes.

Put some Philadelphia and some butter. That's 125 grams butter and 125 grams

cream cheese. -I cover it so that we keep the icing sugar in and it doesn't go

everywhere. -That's the best tip! -It's funny because you don't think about them as being tips. Because it's just

second nature. -She's slowly incorporating about 500

grams of icing sugar, also known as confectioner's sugar, and then adds 1

teaspoon of vanilla extract.

-So this feels good, so I'm gonna leave it as it is,

but if it's too hard, add a bit of milk, just a splash

because it goes a long way, or if it's a too and soft then just add

a bit more icing sugar. It's not so difficult.

-Oh my god it's good. -That's delicious. -Mmhmm.

Now that our frosting is all ready, get those sprinkles out! -I love to make my

own mix actually, because it's just more special and it's like unicorn stuff!

I love it! So I'd literally just buy a random mix of sprinkles and I mix

them all together. That's as easy as it can be! What I like to do is always to

take a little bit of icing and put it underneath to kind of like secure it so

it doesn't slide around the plate. Don't take it seriously, just spread it around

and kind of like schmear like you would cream cheese on a bagel.

If you don't feel confident with a spatula or a knife

you can always use a fork and just like a hedgehog,

you kind of just ... *shows* And I mean, how wrong can you go?

Smooth right back over! Then, I'm going to fill the

center with these Easter eggs. -After she adds enough eggs so they're totally

overflowing out of the bundt cake hole, she adds on those sprinkles.

To make a cake stand, you just take a bowl turned upside down and put the cake on top.

You know what you can do, you can help...help? Help who? I don't know! *laughter*

You can get everyone to help you around the table; you can have the cake ready iced and then you can have

everyone sprinkling, putting the eggs on. -Dani, tell these fine folks where they

Billions Season 3 Episode 1 Review: Tie Goes to the Runner - Duration: 4:22.

What's up everyone I'm Melissa Elise and you're watching Melissa Elise TV welcome

to my billion season three episode one tie goes to the runner review let's jump in

It's pretty clear that chuck is still riding the high from his role in axes

arrest but the new AG makes an appearance just to make sure that the

Southern District understands its priorities besides the new AG this

episode was full of people in new positions we actually get to see Taylor

in action as CIO in Axe Caps new headquarters and Axe himself is in a

new apartment in the city and though no one has actually said the word divorce

yet it's pretty clear that Axe and Lara are separated I have to say I wasn't

expecting lera to leave axe I understand her anger at him lying to her again and

not coming home before his arrest last season and I wasn't thinking that they

would be all lovey-dovey again or even on okay terms but still I didn't expect

them to be living apart with the very real threat of divorce looming overhead

if they haven't already gotten divorced but that might be the least of axes

worries right now the big question of this season is not only where does axe

stand in the case against him but where does axe cap stand and at the beginning

of this episode the company and its employees are floundering after Oliver

Dake freezes all of Bobby's assets and with no money to trade that doesn't

leave a lot of options for axe or his company so there's really two big ideas

in this episode one of which is introduced by another character in a new

position Ari Spyros who is axe caps new head of compliance

I suppose if there was anyone I expected to jump ship or switch teams it would be

Ari though it's not like axe can pay him very much if at all right now

hence Ari introduces the first big idea which is to have an axe agreed to stop

trading axe responds like you had expected to but he has a change of heart

before the end mainly because of Wendy's promptings

Speaking of Wendy, she and Chuck

seem to be doing good I'm sure I'll say this multiple times in

the season but I'm not really a big fan of Wendy and Chuck together and I'm

still holding out hope that we'll find out what's really behind Axe and

Wendy's relationship anyway I think I actually have to amend what I said

before because there's actually three big ideas in this episode in addition to

Axe giving up trading to get his money back there's also the idea dinner with

all the big hedge fund players which I pretty much assumed that Taylor was

gonna end up going instead of Axe because now he can't be seen as having a

hand in the trading side of the business we'll see if axe actually keeps to that

or not but Axe's focus or idea in this episode was to shape how the story is

told going forward and preventing it from being one that says that Axe Cap is

a crooked shop and that he built his empire by cheating this episode kinda

has me scared for axe for the first time he's never been this vulnerable but I'm

glad that he and Wendy are working together more and I love the whole team

of Axe Wendy Wags Dollar Bill and Taylor Axe Cap will definitely survive because

of them I'll also add that Dake seems a little out of his element so far last

season he acted like he was stronger and bigger and badder than Chuck but now he

looks like he's giving into Chuck's charm and manipulation partly out of

necessity they have to work together but also because he is out of his element

and Bryan is not buying his act of having it all together so in answer to

last week's question of the week I think this season could end in a draw I don't

see axe going away or doing any real time and Bryan might try to bring down

Chuck and Dake down but the AG has a reason not to let that happen and so does Foley

but this week I want to know what you guys thought of episode 1 did you like

it did you think this was a good start to the season
