It also makes them a good place to tell stories because they will listen.

Unfortunately, it also has dark sides that people may not know.

For instance, empathy often get in our way to moral reasoning and philanthropic service.

Empathy makes us too emotionally attached into people and things that near and dear

to us, even people that we don't even know before.

Of course it can be useful, but it's also very dangerous.

If you often feel empathy towards others, you might be able to relate into some of these

lists.

So, here are some of the difficulties of being an empath that people rarely see.

THIS WAS IN HENRY COUNTY TO BE EXACT.

POLICE NOT ONLY ARRESTED HIM, HE WAS CHARGED WITH A NUMBER OF

MISDEMEANORS INCLUDING DISORDERLY CONDUCT, AND SIMPLE

ASSAULT.

WHAT DID YOU DO EXACTLY?

IT TURNS OUT HE ATTEMPTED TO

REENTER THE GATED COMMUNITY HE

LIVES IN WHILE HE WAS DRUNK.

HE APPARENTLY DID NOT HAVE A KEY TO GET BACK INTO THE GATES AND

HE TRIED COMMUNICATING WITH A SECURITY GUARD WHO WAS THERE.

HIS LAWYER SAYS THE SECURITY GUARD WAS ASLEEP AND IT WAS HARD

TO GET HIM TO WAKE UP BUT A VERBAL ALTERCATION ENSUED.

WE DON'T HAVE VERY MANY DETAILS AS TO WHAT WAS SAID BUT

NONETHELESS LET ME GIVE YOU THE DETAILS THAT WE HAVE AT THIS

MOMENT.

AT SOME POINT THEY ACTUALLY CALLED T.I.'S WIFE'S TO CONFIRM

THAT HE DOES IN FACT LIVE IN

THIS GATED COMMUNITY AND SHE DID CONFIRM IT AND SAID LET HIM AND

IMMEDIATELY AT THE GUARD REFUSED TO DO SO.

POLICE WERE CALLED AND HE WAS ARRESTED.

RUSSIA is readying an "invincible" missile that Donald Trump is currently unable to defend

against, as the prospects of an all-out conflict between Moscow and Washington mount.

Vladimir Putin is understood to have carried out three tests on a hypersonic glide vehicle

known as "Avangard" that is capable of carrying a nuclear warhead, according to sources

familiar with US intelligence reports.

The Russian leader boasted earlier this year his military might was "invincible".

The first two tests were a success while the third in October last year was seen as a failure.

Mr Putin is expected to carry out a fourth test over the summer.

The director of the Missile Defence Project at the Centre for Strategic and International

Studies, Thomas Karako, starkly warned the weapon could "attack the gaps" in US military

defences.

He stated: "These kinds of boost glide vehicles attack the gaps in our missile defence system.

"There's no time like the present to modify our current missile defence posture.

"It is unfortunate that we have let Russia come this far."

The horrifying weapon is designed to sit on top of an intercontinental ballistic missile

- Russian SS-19s are understood to have carried the glide vehicle.

Avangard is incredibly precise and conducts itself at a frighteningly quick speed, the

sources added.

Russia is believed to have been developing the weapon for over 30 years.

The glide vehicle can travel five times the speed of sound which equates to roughly one

mile per second.

But Vladimir Putin has previously claimed the highly capable hardware can travel at

20 times the speed of sound and strikes "like a fireball".

He added: "I want to tell all those who have fuelled the arms race over the last 15 years,

sought to win unilateral advantages over Russia, introduced unlawful sanctions aimed to contain

our country's development: You have failed to contain Russia."

The leader sent a frightening message to Washington by iterating Moscow's capabilities were

"not a bluff".

Air Force General John Hyten, commander of US Strategic Command, previously told the

Senate Armed Services Committee the US has no defences against a hypersonic weapon.

Does Your Farmed Salmon Contain Tire Chemicals? 4 Dangers You Should Know

Salmon is known to be one of the sea's most nutrient dense foods (and it doesn't hurt that it's so dang tasty).

Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, protein and B-vitamins, this versatile fish has been shown to promote whole body wellness.

From joint health to cancer prevention, the benefits are vast.

However, there's a dark side to salmon — one that may expose you to toxic chemicals.

How the heck does a tire chemical relate to my salmon?.

You may have heard some of the controversy surrounding farmed salmon, and unfortunately, a lot of what you hear is true.

In today's modern world, millions of Americans are eating farm-raised salmon on a regular basis.

While these people believe they're doing their family a health-boosting favor, they are actually being exposed to harmful toxins.

Throw in issues surrounding imported fish (which is the case for approximately 80 percent of the fish Americans eat), and for each mouthful of farmed salmon you eat, you'll be chomping on everything from pesticides to dioxins.

Just to clear that seven-letter word up, dioxins are industrial byproducts.

Not exactly the "seasoning" you want on your next filet, eh?.

And, it gets worse.

Based on toxicology tests, it's been found that farmed salmon is actually one of the most toxic foods in the world.

In fact, when compared to wild salmon, farm-raised salmon contains PCB levels that are eight times higher.

Although there's a list of toxic contaminants that are causing concern, one chemical is particularly harmful.

Known as ethoxyquin, this rubber stabilizer was developed by….

… you guessed it, Monsanto!.

Used during the production of tires, this chemical is also a known pesticide and preservative.

Found in fish and pet food, this chemical is believed to cause a number of health implications.

Dangers associated with ethoxyquin found in farmed fish.

Based on the toxicity of ethoxyquin, the EU set limits regarding its use in the production of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and meat.

However, since this food additive was never intended for use in fish.

In turn, this has resulted in the unregulated use of ethoxyquin.

This means that there are currently no limits in regards to how much of this chemical can be used in seafood production.

In one study, it was found that upon consuming 300 grams of farmed salmon, this intake would contribute to approximately 15 percent of your acceptable daily intake of ethoxyquin (for those weighing around 130 pounds).

In addition, this amount of farmed salmon would also expose you to 75 percent of your acceptable daily intake of BHT — another toxic additive.

This has led to increasing concerns surrounding the following four dangers.

Increased risk of DNA damage.

Unfortunately, ethoxyquin has been shown to cause DNA damage in humans.

In one important study, researchers were interested in the adverse effects of this chemical in people.

After treating cells with ethoxyquin doses for one hour (ranging from one to 250 microM), they found that human lymphocytes were damaged in a dose-dependent manner.

Can pass through the blood-brain barrier.

The blood-brain barrier is a membrane that regulates the movement of molecules, ions, and cells between the brain and the blood.

In turn, it helps protect the brain from foreign, potentially harmful substances.

However, Victoria Bohne and her colleagues have shown that this chemical can cross this barrier.

This is concerning as ethoxyquin is possibly carcinogenic.

It accumulates in fatty tissue.

Detected in breast milk and in the fatty tissue of humans, experts agree that this toxin may accumulate in our body.

This study found that when feeding mice varying levels of ethoxyquin for 14 weeks, residue levels were found in the liver and brain.

Those in the higher feeding group (0.5 percent of the powdered feed) showcased levels that were twofold when compared to the control group.

May increase risk of cancer.

As stated above, it is believed that this chemical is carcinogenic.

In the 1980s, dog breeders were concerned that dangerous additives were threatening the well-being of their animals.

Not only was ethoxyquin believed to cause reproductive issues and autoimmune disorders, but this chemical was also believed to increase the risk of cancers in both dogs and cats.

Although less is known about cancer risk in humans, this is an issue in itself.

It is recommended that you consume only authentic wild-caught Alaskan sockeye salmon.

Another option is consuming smaller fish with a shorter life cycle (reducing the health effects of bioaccumulation).

Both sardines and anchovies are both ideal choices.

It is time that we reconnect with our food.

Don't be shy to ask questions about where your food is coming from and how it was produced.

On that note, I want to leave you with a startling fact in the hopes that you will rethink your current food choices.

As stated by PETA, nearly 40 percent of farmed fish die before aquafarm operators are ready to slaughter them.

REENTER THE GATED COMMUNITY HE

LIVES IN WHILE HE WAS DRUNK.

HE APPARENTLY DID NOT HAVE A KEY TO GET BACK INTO THE GATES AND

HE TRIED COMMUNICATING WITH A SECURITY GUARD WHO WAS THERE.

HIS LAWYER SAYS THE SECURITY GUARD WAS ASLEEP AND IT WAS HARD

TO GET HIM TO WAKE UP BUT A VERBAL ALTERCATION ENSUED.

WE DON'T HAVE VERY MANY DETAILS AS TO WHAT WAS SAID BUT

NONETHELESS LET ME GIVE YOU THE DETAILS THAT WE HAVE AT THIS

MOMENT.

AT SOME POINT THEY ACTUALLY CALLED T.I.'S WIFE'S TO CONFIRM

THAT HE DOES IN FACT LIVE IN

THIS GATED COMMUNITY AND SHE DID CONFIRM IT AND SAID LET HIM AND

IMMEDIATELY AT THE GUARD REFUSED TO DO SO.

POLICE WERE CALLED AND HE WAS ARRESTED.

IF YOU ARE GOING INTO YOUR OWN GATED COMMUNITY, IT DEPENDS

Empathy is a valuable asset for persons.

It keeps the persons to be aware of surrounding.

It also makes them a good place to tell stories because they will listen.

Unfortunately, it also has dark sides that people may not know.

For instance, empathy often get in our way to moral reasoning and philanthropic service.

Empathy makes us too emotionally attached into people and things that near and dear

to us, even people that we don't even know before.

Of course it can be useful, but it's also very dangerous.

If you often feel empathy towards others, you might be able to relate into some of these

lists.

So, here are some of the difficulties of being an empath that people rarely see.

#1 - Unable to handle emotion

Empaths listen so many problems and they also offer the most suitable for them.

Unfortunately, it can be a burden that cannot be controlled.

Dealing with emotional problem is mentally exhausting.

The information from other people is sometimes too complicated to make sense.

However, some of them only use the empaths for counseling.

You can imagine that they do not have time for themselves which eventually leads to low

life satisfaction.

#5 - Difficult to fall in love

Empaths rarely fall in love because it makes their live complicated.

Moreover, after listening to series of stories from broken-hearted people, they keep their

feelings to themselves.

Not all people actually can persuade empaths to be in relationship.

However, it does not mean it is impossible.

#6 - They have burden

Sometimes, it is just impossible to solve people's problem in single siting.

In fact, it even takes days to eventually makes problem solved.

Throughout the duration, the empaths have burden which they cannot get off their mind.

A Flip Through My Strathmore Sketchbook Recent Drawings by Jacob Sheetz - Duration: 6:31.

Hello and today we're to take a look at some of my recent drawings

I've done my little sketchbook, and I've got one over here. That is just some

Torn out sheet of paper

This is on the Strathmore sketch it is

100 sheets

5.5 by 8.5 inches and

This is a fine tooth surface sketch paper

it works pretty good for

Archival type of stuff it's not

Really intended for that, but I'm not too worried when I'm doing drawings in here because it the last quite a while. But anyways

We'll get into first page

did this one about a

Week ago. I just used a sharpie marker for this

And

Tell me what you think think of these like, what do you see in these?

No, when I see it, I to me, it looks like some kind of Sun spiral or something

I'm not sure where that is over there

It looks like something that's like has heat coming off of it

Not really sure just my crazy abstract stuff and

Lots of stippling

This one here is just the drawing I did of a guitar

Did that one these are all in order the first one I did before this one here

But this one I did a the next day

Just using a sharpie

I like using a sharpie in this sketchbook because it really takes the marker really well and like Stokes the marker up really good

So I don't

Press a lot when I'm drawing and I'm able to use some shading as you can see here and the guitar

I just go across the relief a for the sharpie and I can get that look. They usually can't get unless using a ballpoint pen

Like this one my favorite or if you're using a

graphite pencil

But this one was enjoined

that I started because I thought about the time when I just had a guitar and

I was like god, it's awesome and abstract

And this is of some

Strange war looking scene where there's it was like the

Titanic looking ship over here

like a clock tower tree

Smoking everything and that's a the letters a the word war right there

Like leaves something seems like a little tank. There's like floating away

But uh, yeah, I like doing these were things like tearing apart the practicing doing those a lot. Yeah

It sounded pretty fun to do. It's kind of my artistic style and developing

And this is just of some

strange fish looking thing

Because I saw a video

about a week ago if some person that drew some like sea turtle or something and

someone a good draw something that was

Related to the ocean or water or something like that

And I just started, you know got my Sharpie started doing random stuff a lot of times

I don't know to draw so I'll just like make some random lines in the paper then those branch out from there

just add some things and uh

Yeah, so that's what it turned out to be

It's really weird-looking fish. But uh, I guess that's what you get when you know, you're doing abstract. So

That's what I've done so far this week in that one

And then this one was done with ballpoint pen and

It's of

Don't know if anybody seen the movie Gladiator. I think a lot of people have

but I just use the big ballpoint pen for this and

What I'm drawing is I I just I'll take the pen

I'm just gonna scribble all over the place where I think things should go I'll kind of block things in look everything

put in place and then

After that also going I had more details keep building it up and building it up more and keep layering the ink on it

The first part of us to scribble in all over the place and after that I'll add some cross hatching in

to add more detail and I

Think I'm improving quite a bit at a at this style

I'm not sure for the style. Some houses are developed or not. But I was always struggling really hard to draw anything free-handed

So one day I was kind of aggravated with it

And I was pretty upset trying so hard and so I just grabbed a ballpoint pen

I sort of scribbled all over the paper and ended up drawing a portrait

But uh, yeah, I did this one

April 30th, so that's already been two weeks ago. I did this one that went by quick. Um

Yeah, this is just on it's on a cardstock paper the the paper them using is a slightly rough surface

And the reason I'm doing that is because when I'm drawing on it, but the kind of scribbling everywhere to get

Some different details in I

Seem to be able to draw better

When you know with the ballpoint pen I'm doing portraits

If the surface is slightly bumpy

I'm not sure why it's like I had this really strange way of remembering it better of where I'm at in the drawing

by touch

It's complicated I ought to think of both head and get back with you guys on it. Later

to try and explain it better but uh

that's the only way to think of explaining it right now, but

those are the drawings I've done recently in the past couple of weeks and

I've got some more I'll show everyone later

I Just Finished Reading Puddin' [CC] 📚 - Duration: 4:29.

Hi, YouTube, it's Kathy, and I just realized that it's late enough in the year that I can,

in theory, film after work, but only if I rush home, and don't check to see if I look

like a hot mess first, which I assume I do because work was about a million degrees today.

And, of course, because I'm Canadian, that a million degrees Celsius, so that's about

a billion degrees Fahrenheit.

But it turns out I like filming videos when I have a very short window, so that's what

we're doing today, and I'm going to talk about Puddin', because I just finished listening

to it on the bus.

Puddin', if you're not aware, is the sequel to Dumplin' by Julie Murphy, and all I knew

about this book going into it was it was a companion to Dumplin' but it didn't have the

same main character.

To my surprise, not only did we get the main character of Millicent Michalchuk, or Millie,

who I found was a freaking great character in the first book, this was actually a dual

narrative, and the second perspective was Callie Reyes.

Now, if you haven't read the first book, or it's been a while since you've read it, let me remind you.

Millie was in the group of girls that entered the pageant with Willow Dean.

This is a group of girls who entered the beauty pageant who wouldn't be "the natural contenders" for it.

My sarcasm can come out in full force in this video, and that's great.

Millie, like Willow Dean, is a fellow fat girl, has an amazing personality, and loves to stand out.

Callie, on the other hand, was the popular girl that Willow Dean's best friend Ellen

befriended and kind of left her in the dust for for a while.

So although both of these protagonists were in that same pageant together, this is the

school year after, and it has basically nothing to do with the pageant.

Synopsis done; let's get into my thoughts, but I'm going to try to keep it spoiler free.

Firstly, I absolutely love that this was a dual narration because I really love

that style, but what is interesting about it is it wasn't a dual narration where you

know the characters are going to fall in love - at least, not romantic love.

One of the sides of the book talks heavily about sisterhood, but comes short of actually

being a sisterhood, and what's so interesting about that, to me, is on the other side, they

are a sisterhood, but nobody has to put out those words exactly in that way.

To me, this is remarkable because it kind of mimics how I think of being an ally.

Being an ally - it's not something you should call yourself.

Other people should think of you as one.

So although one group is "rah, rah, rah sisterhood," the other group was actually there for each other.

There is a mosquito bite the size of a dime on my foot; awesome.

Don't you just love late spring?

Having the split narration be between two characters from completely different social

circles, at least initially, is great because we get to dive more in depth to those characters

we met in the first book.

And it was remarkable how often there were relateable things between the two characters.

For instance, Millie is used to people basing their first impressions of her based on what

she looks like, but that she doesn't realize is that also happens to Callie.

Callie is biracial and looks much more Mexican than the rest of her very white-looking family.

In fact, since her sister Claudia went away to university, now at home, it's her very

white mom, her very white step-dad, and her very white little sister, so sometimes people

will make confused comments thinking that she is babysitting her little sister and is actually the nanny.

I really love that both of these girls were experiencing their high school love lives in very real ways.

Sure, one has more experience than the other, but they both have that sense of getting to

know another person and, just, kind of the flutters therein.

And although men are not at the forefront of this story, the men that are included have

excellent representation.

We have a bigger boy, be have a boy of colour, we have a token white, rich, asshole.

We have a divorced dad who is just the best.

And unlike a lot of YA, the parents in this book are present.

I love that there's also diversity in the side characters; that's where we get some LGBT diversity.

So if you're wondering if this book is worth the hype, I say yes, and you should pick it up.

Of course, you can take my recommendation with a grain of salt, because I literally

just finished listening to it, didn't write down any notes, and I'm just yelling at my

camera while the sun falls from the sky.

Okay, that was way more dramatic than what's actually happening.

I mean the sun is going to set and I'm losing daylight.

It's going to get very expensive to bribe all those judges, so the sickos do many more crimes to block me at an earlier stage. There is a 30 day deadline to file the notice of appeal. I beat the clock and I have a right to submit a fee waiver application in place of the filing fee as per DCCA Rule 24. I qualify. But even if I'm denied, there's a process; 1st Mott decides, then appeals court, if still denied, I get a bill. But these liars and crooks will not file my filing, saying they don't have to follow the court's rule and making up their own rules. They say the IFP review process has to finish before they will file my notice, which means that I will be cheated out of timely filing and they will say I missed the deadline
