Youtube daily report Oct 28 2018

Hi, I'm Danii.

Welcome to my Sweet Digs, hidden in a jungle of green.

Before you come in, subscribe below.

Great, come on in.

I live in Beachwood Canyon in a two-bedroom apartment.

I live here with my boyfriend Fabio, and my two dogs.

It's about 900 square feet, and for rent we pay $2625.

I think that $2625 is,

I don't wanna say too little in case my landlord sees it.

When you look at all the other rents in our neighborhood

I feel like we plucked this sucker.

This here's the dining room.

The dining room I really love.

I love, love, love the chandelier.

The picture behind me

I got at a thrift store for like 30 bucks.

We both saw it at the same time

and we kind of immediately were just like,

"Yes! That's exactly what we need!"

And that doesn't often happen.

This room gets really great sun in the morning.

It's really great to sit right here and catch the natural light,

and read the newspaper.

I love the neighborhood, we're in Beachwood Canyon,

it's kinda just at the beginning

of the Hollywood Hills, under the Hollywood sign.

You're right in the middle of the city,

but you still feel kinda removed from it.

It's super communal, and I'm really into that.

I found the apartment kind of by chance.

I was actually interested in the apartment downstairs.

And when she finally did get back to us,

she let me know that that apartment was already rented,

but that she had one that really wasn't on the market yet.

And we could take a look,

it was bigger, it's on the second floor.

I pulled the trigger right then in there,

I was like we're gonna go for this apartment.

It's perfect.

And this is the kitchen.

We cook a lot.

We really love cooking.

We do a lot of salmon, and quinoa,

and bean-based things.

But I'm Italian and I love

cheese and pasta, so we also do a lot of that.

The last apartment that Fabio and I had was a huge kitchen.

And I learned how to flambé in that kitchen,

so it was really cool, but I know that if

I tried to do that here I would burn the whole apartment down.

So, this is the living room.

Shake it out.

My favorite thing about the space

is my least favorite thing about the space.

And that's the jungle behind me.

It really creates this sense of privacy,

and you feel like you're in this oasis,

rather than stuck in the middle of Hollywood Boulevard.

But also, it sucks away all of the sunlight.

So, it's kind of a double edged sword.

Living so close to the Hollywood sign is really interesting.

It's just like a fun fact

when you're driving your relatives up, or your friends

from out of town, you're just like,

and there's the Hollywood sign right in front of your face.

Kinda makes you feel a little surreal,

especially you know, living on the East Coast your whole life

and seeing the Hollywood sign,

and then seeing that you live right there,

it's just, it's kind of a cool experience.

But it's also a little frustrating because

on the weekends there's a slew of people

just kinda standing in the middle of the road

right where our car port is.

They just take out their selfie sticks.

I've seen people with tripods.

And they just stand there until they get there shot,

cars be damned, and it's just like, okay,

alright, that's what you deal with.

This is the guest room.

These are my dogs.

This is Fred, short for Alfredo,

and this is Noli, short for Cannoli.

Cannoli Ravioli.

As you can see they're pretty attached to me

and where one goes the other follows.

As long as it's following me.

We use this room as a guest room for whenever

we have relatives or friends staying from out of town.

We also read a lot in this room,

and we use it as a workout room as well.

We're both from the east coast,

so we have guests coming all the time.

My mom comes and stays with us, and his family does too.

In this corner we have this kinda,

it's like a vintage washing board that we found.

Fabio's the one that found it and brought it into the apartment.

And then I came home one day,

and he'd swapped it out with a Jimi Hendrix poster.

And it kinda started a battle,

and we like to pretend to go in there when no one's looking

and swap it out.

But I've hidden the Jimi Hendrix poster

and it will not be coming back.

What would you guys prefer on the wall.

A vintage washing board?

Or a Jimi Hendrix poster.

Reply in the comments.

I love to collect knick-knacks.

I also have some things that

my grandfather left me when he passed away

that I like to hang onto.

One of those things is this really cool phone

that I have over here,

that he used every single day.

I remember being a kid and sitting in his little,

like, side room where he always

watched TV, smoked his cigarettes,

and he'd always talk on this phone, and it was just

something that I just remembered a lot as a kid,

so it meant a lot when I got to take it.

This is the bathroom.

My biggest pet peeve about this apartment is that

we don't have a lot of storage space,

and one of the places we don't is the bathroom,

and the sink is a pedestal sink.

I cheated and I went to Ikea,

and I got some corner bookshelves, and I fused them together

so that they my under-sink storage.

This is the bedroom.

We originally didn't have a TV in the bedroom.

But we do have a lot of guests stay in the guest room.

So, the guest could kinda chill in the living room,

and we could do our own thing.

The dresser was the splurge in our apartment.

I thought it was such a cool piece

it's definitely unique,

nothing I've ever really seen before.

We didn't have anything in the apartment at the time,

so we really didn't have to worry about matching it to anything.

Fabio and I met at work a few years ago.

We both worked at an advertising agency,

and then we were both working on the same account together.

And we became friends for the first few years,

we got really really close.

So, after a few years of being friends we decided to…to date.

Fabio and I are pretty great about splitting the space, um, equally.

He's really nice and let me

keep the entire bedroom closet and dresser to myself, and

he uses the guest room dresser.

Between Fabio and I we have a pretty similar aesthetic.

Except for the fact that I like really

bright bold colors, and he's more of a neutral guy.

So, I think that the biggest challenge is really just kind of

finding the right medium.

In terms of what Fabio brings the apartment,

is the lighting guy.

And he always sets the mood,

he's very particular about wattage for light bulbs.

Every light bulb Fabio has picked out meticulously.

So, it's really nice, it sets the apartment,

and gives it a good tone.

My home style, I like casual I like comfort.

But I like things to be clean too.

So, we definitely have the mid-century modern vibe going on.

This place felt like home really quickly.

It really gives you this calming vibe,

and it makes you feel at home right away.

When we started to get all of our things in here,

we immediately just felt like

*deep exhale*

like a sigh of relief. Like, ah, we were home.

A RAINY BIRTHDAY IN NEW YORK 🎂🇺🇸 Joel & Lia Vlog - Duration: 17:11.

- Hi guys.

- Hi.

We are just doing a little mini intro here

because we've got so much New York footage,

but it's all a bit all over the place.

- Yeah, so we didn't want to leave it un-introduced,

so this is the introduction.

Welcome to the video.

We are Joel and Lia.

Subscribe if you haven't already.

- [Both] And enjoy the vlog.

- I said enjoy our New York as the video name.

(laughs) Enjoy our New York.

- Enjoy our New York. (laughs)

- [Joel] Guys, so we're in McDonald's, and this is a medium.

I didn't even go large.

Like I'm pretty sure it's the size of my head.

- [Lia] Yeah.

Yeah you're like, pretty much. - That's medium.

- Shocking.

- [Joel] Shocking.

Help yourself.

- [Lia] Alright.

- [Joel] I went for a buttermilk chicken sandwich

which we don't have in the UK.

- [Lia] Good morning, it's your birthday!

- It's my birthday.

- [Lia] How does it feel, the same?

- Same.

- [Lia] Yeah.

- I'm gonna wear one of the farmer hats.

- [Lia] Yeah for the video.

- For the video, and it goes white pretty good.

- [Lia] Ooh, did you just?

- It didn't hurt.

I'm 27 now.

- [Lia] Nothing hurts.

- This is Lia's card.

- [Lia] Ready.

- It's opening.

- [Lia] Um.

- [Together] Um.

- [Together] So it says.

- [Lia] What does it say?

- You're getting too old for this shit.

(laughs)

So true, so true.

- [Lia] No, do you know what?

I didn't know it wasn't a birthday card.

- No.

- [Lia] I know.

I thought it was a birthday card but yeah.

- It's not.

- [Lia] It's not, no?

- Oh, it's just a--

- [Lia] Well it turned out it was a retirement card.

(laughs)

And I had to cross it out inside.

- But it's so true, I am.

- [Lia] Too old for this shit.

- Oh yeah, happy retirement.

Birthday.

- [Together] Ooh.

- [Together] Aw.

(laughs)

Can I read some of it out?

- [Lia] Yeah.

- Joel, the most amazing business partner

in the whole world and my best mate,

I'm so happy and proud of us.

Here's to another year of success.

I love your character.

I'm the thickest bitch you've ever met, Lia.

(laughs)

And then some private jokes.

- [Lia] Just some mean jokes from this week.

- Shh.

(laughs)

- [Lia] That one is private.

Oh my god, that's-- - That is so good.

- Thank you so much.

- That's alright, darling.

Hope you can't wait for today.

- Can't wait for today,

and I don't know how I've got two others.

I think this is from one of me aunties

and maybe my parents bring me that one.

- [Lia] Amazing.

- I know my auntie watches these videos.

So lets just see.

Aww, thanks so much.

- [Lia] Aww.

- Auntie Pottie, Uncle John and Sammy

and Josh and Greg and Isla.

And I got 10 pounds and I haven't seen 10 pounds.

- [Lia] How long?

- In like, well just two weeks but still.

- [Lia] I have not seen English money.

- Oh I miss English money.

Thank you guys, that is so kind.

- [Lia] Can I touch it?

- Yeah, touch it.

- [Lia] Oh my god, it feels so nice.

- Doesn't it feel cleaner as well than American money?

- Yeah, yeah, a lot cleaner.

Wow it's double

- [Together] Card within a card.

- [Lia] Saves on postage.

(laughs)

- Oh, I won't read the long message inside.

- [Lia] No, no.

This is our flat.

It's a bit smaller than our last place.

Let's see how tragic I look today.

(laughs)

Oh my god.

I don't know if I'm happy with that being on the internet.

Last one.

- Last one.

A second card from my mom.

- [Lia] Another one.

- A poem for a brilliant son.

- [Lia] Aww.

- A dramatic greeting.

- [Lia] Let's have a poem.

- You're a son to be proud of.

You always make us smile.

You've entertained us down the years

in your own unique style.

- [Lia] Yeah!

- So heres hoping that this birthday is your idea of fun,

'cause only the very best will do

for a totally brilliant son.

- [Lia] Aww.

- They do this sometimes where they get me an emotional card

and then a funny card.

So there we go.

- [Lia] Hit both sides.

- My mom wrote this one, and then my dad wrote this one.

- [Lia] Aww.

- Aww, very nice.

- [Lia] Very nice.

- Thank you mom and dad.

- [Lia] No worries.

- It's as if you're here on my birthday.

You wouldn't get this with your other sons would you?

(laughs)

Just thank God that you had a son that's

- [Together] a YouTuber.

- I really am craving Insomnia Cookies,

but they don't deliver to Brooklyn.

- Brooklyn.

- Brooklyn.

So I've Googled best cookies in Brooklyn.

- [Lia] Yeah.

- And I'm just a bit underwhelmed with,

I just want Insomnia cookies.

- Yeah, yeah.

- But they don't deliver to Brooklyn.

- No, and we can't go out and get them 'cause it's pissing.

- The weather is disgusting today out of all days.

- Of all the days it, - I wanted to go to

Central Park today, but.

- Is throwing it down.

- Yeah, literally.

- It's ridiculous.

- Oh well.

What can you do?

- [Lia] What have you just done, Joel?

- Just put an order in at Martha's Country Bakery

for gooey, chewy, cookies.

(laughs)

- [Lia] We've gone completely off the rails.

- Yeah.

- [Lia] She just rang the bell and was like Happy Birthday.

We buzzed her in.

She was so sweet.

- [Joel] They've put in a cupcake.

- [Lia] Oh, have they?

- Yeah.

- As a bonus.

- Happy Birthday.

- [Lia] Aww, she's so sweet.

- We need to thank them.

- [Lia] We need to tag them.

Oh my gosh. - Martha's Country Bakery.

- [Lia] And we're playing S Club 7 right now.

Still a little picky.

- Oh my gosh.

- [Lia] Oh my gosh.

- So chocolate and those are peanut butter.

Oh my gosh.

- [Lia] Oh my gosh.

- Turn them over.

- [Lia] Are they warm?

- They're not hugely warm.

- [Together] We got a microwave?

- [Lia] Oh my god, please say we got a microwave.

Oh no.

("Work from Home" by Fifth Harmony)

(hums with beat)

- [Together] Mic drop.

- [Together] Catch.

(laughs)

- [Joel] Water.

We just left the house to go to gym,

and Lia's left her lid. - Just left my bottle lid.

That's the kind of person I am,

I just walk out with what I need.

- [Joel] We can't even get in.

- [Lia] I know, and now we're locked out.

- [Joel] How do keys work in this country?

- [Lia] Oh no.

- [Joel] There we go.

- [Lia] Okay.

Three, two, one, there it is.

- [Joel] As you can see we still haven't unpacked.

- Yeah, we're not planning on it.

(laughs)

Why did I think it would be cold, of course it's hot rain.

- It is hot rain.

- [Together] Of course it is.

- In New York hot rain. - Why did I duck for that

(laughs) when I didn't need to.

I could have just walk normally.

- [Together] Ooh.

- Well here we are.

We're walking to our gym.

We're gonna hope that we can get in

'cause last night we couldn't.

- We spoke to the Airbnb man, - It didn't work.

and he said rotate the fob at a different angle.

- Yeah he was like hold it at a different angle.

I'm like, what sort of fob doesn't work at all angles?

- I know.

It's really peculiar. - Anyway this is the building.

- What a birthday.

- What a birthday, 27.

I've had cookies for breakfast.

I'm off to the gym.

We've had a dance.

- Not a dance.

- I Skyped my mum.

- Fantastic.

- After all of that, I just realized

I forgot my water bottle.

- Ridiculous.

- I filled it up especially.

- We're gonna have to use it.

- Okay, do it at the right angle.

If this doesn't work.

(laughs)

- This is what he said to do. (lock clicks)

- [Together] It worked.

- [Joel] It is the angle.

- Skinny legends.

- [Joel] Oh, 'cause there's water fountains, as well.

Oh my god, sick.

- Mirror selfie.

- Mirror selfie.

This is amazing.

- [Together] Skinny legends.

- We can work out.

- [Together] Yes.

- We need music on, pumping.

- [Joel] Pumping music.

- There's no music in here.

- Hidey ho.

(upbeat music)

That should do, 20 minutes.

- 20 minutes, better than nothing.

- Got a live stream to do now.

We just thought we'd show you, this is our apartment.

Here we are, it's quite a nice entrance, isn't it?

It's this one here.

- Step into my crib.

- [Joel] Step into my crib.

- Follow me.

- [Joel] Okay.

- But don't expect to see inside the fridge

- [Joel] No.

'cause there's nothing in there.

- [Joel] And the fridge stinks.

- Exactly.

- [Joel] It really smells.

- Welcome to my crib.

- [Joel] The other way.

American locks go the opposite way.

It's really weird.

You have to like twist it as if you're locking it.

Towards the lock.

- That's towards we have to swap.

(lock clicks)

Well done.

- [Joel] You were right.

- [Lia] We're in.

- [Joel] American lock goes the other way.

(soft music)

- [Lia] You, you, G, you, you, you goo.

- Sushi!

- [Lia] We've come to a sushi place.

We don't really understand the menu.

- No, it works a bit differently,

and I don't really understand it.

- [Lia] Yeah.

- Pencils.

- [Lia] Ticking.

- Yeah.

(exciting music)

- [Lia] What are these guys looking at?

- We are looking at halva.

I have never heard of it.

- [Lia] Oh halva, halva.

- Halva.

- [Lia] Halva.

- Let's see.

That's nice.

Very weird.

Never ever heard of it.

Yum.

- [Lia] Dad loves it in the fridge.

- Does he?

- [Lia] Yeah, he loves it.

Imagine that for Halloween.

Wow, they're amazing.

What's your business called?

- Right here, and we're on Etsy and we ship all over.

- [Lia] Yeah, I love Etsy.

Is this like your full time thing?

- Full time.

- [Lia] That's incredible.

- 31 years I've been doing it.

I use to have really long red hair,

- [Lia] Yeah.

- so my hair was always my thing.

- [Lia] Yeah.

- And so I've been doing it for 31 years.

- [Lia] It's amazing.

- 32 years, it's hard to believe.

- [Lia] What was the first thing you ever made?

- I started with the masks.

I did masks.

I sold them during,

we have a gay parade here.

- [Lia] What parade?

- A gay parade.

- [Lia] Oh the gay parade, yeah, yeah.

- So you can pick your mask color,

your cone color, your feather color.

So I did that and then I did so well in college.

I said I gotta sell something else.

- [Lia] Yeah.

- So I had the hair and.

- [Lia] And it just sort of progressed.

- Yes, so I've been doing it since the 80s.

- [Lia] Wow.

- Yeah.

I use to have a store but I can't afford a store anymore.

- [Lia] Aww okay.

- So now, I do this one year,

this is one week every month.

- [Lia] Okay.

- And then Etsy, I do very well on Etsy.

- [Lia] I'll check it out.

- Yeah.

- [Lia] Thank you so much.

- Do you live in the neighborhood?

- [Lia] No just visiting, living in Brooklyn.

- Okay, oh good.

- I can smell like garlic and it's making me so,

it's making me drool, if I'm honest.

Oh it's like, so buttery.

It's like those garlic knots that are really doughy.

Oh my god look at it.

Oh, dreamy.

Oh, look!

- [Joel] That's Joel and Lia.

- That's me and that's you.

Aww, I love this avocado.

This is so sweet.

So someone has tweeted us a hilarious picture.

Which I just cannot stop laughing at.

We joked about our calendar with us photoshopped

onto a different bodies.

It's so funny.

Oh my gosh.

- [Joel] Have a defined end of the workday.

It might fluctuate or you might have to work overtime,

but this mental separation can make a huge difference.

- [Lia] Another one, another one, another one.

- [Together] More, more, more.

- Look it's just my idea of heaven.

So I'm seeing a lot of like British-y things.

Just came across some shortbread

and some Earl Grey and some Lady Grey tea.

And I was wondering,

why don't they just stick to the American stuff?

Just a thought.

- It's lots of stuff that I want

but I know I don't need.

- [Lia] Yeah, that's literally--

- So just restraining myself from buying things.

- [Lia] Yeah.

- What's this, Lip Shit?

- [Lia] Lip Shit.

- [Together] What is Lip Shit?

- [Joel] Instant British accent.

- [Lia] Oh you're joking?

- Lip balm, you spray it in your mouth, you sound richer,

sound smarter, even look more attractive.

- [Lia] Let's have a look.

That's amazing.

- How do people sell this?

- Joel forgot to put his Fitbit on today.

You know his watch that counts his steps

so he just had a massive, go ahead.

We were like great, great one Joel.

- Great. - You forgot to put

your Fitbit on.

- Great, great Joel. - Well, guess what.

- I've told mom.

- This market just goes on and on and on.

It's just never ending.

Joel what is it, Artist and Fleas?

- Artists and Fleas is a market,

and they've got one in Williamsburg,

and that's where we met Josh who was selling hats.

- [Lia] Cheers.

- Cheers, skinny legend.

I didn't eat anything. (glasses clink)

- With my tea, my Jasmine tea, cheers.

- [Lia] Cheers you skinny legends.

- And I've got another drink.

- [Lia] Cheers, darling.

- Cheers.

- [Lia] I'll just zoom in on your face as you eat it.

- It's from my housemates message and a photo.

- [Lia] Okay.

- It's someone, oh.

- [Lia] Oh what, darling?

- Some mum has a wished me happy birthday

and my housemates sent me a message of it

saying you lucky thing with a winky face.

(laughs)

- We've arrived at Joe's Pizza.

- And I just saw someone I know, of course I did.

- No, of course she did.

- No, she didn't. - It wasn't them.

It wasn't them. - Look where we are.

- [Together] Joe's Pizza!

- Apparently this is where Superman, not Superman,

- Yeah, Spider-Man. - Spider-Man delivers pizza

from in Spider-Man.

- Yeah because he is a delivery boy.

- Yeah, so.

- Joe's Pizza, just like this guy here.

- Yeah.

(repetitive beeping)

- [Joel] Thank you.

If you beep at people they get out of your way.

- They get out of the way.

- [Joel] Wow.

- [Lia] Oh what are we looking at then?

- [Joel] Where did Mina go?

- [Lia] Mina's in the queue.

- [Joel] Oh she's in the queue.

- [Mina] I love the mozzarella, as well.

- [Lia] What's this?

- [Mina] Mushroom.

- [Joel] So we've got our pizza, but there's nowhere to sit.

- [Lia] Nowhere.

- So, it's full as you can see.

But look at the wall over there.

And it's got photos of all the famous people.

So good.

Girls are just leading me to where we're going.

I have no idea where they're taking me.

This is a surprise they planned.

I'm starting to think maybe it's a Broadway show

'cause we're in Time Square near Broadway.

But yeah, they're just leading us.

It is raining.

I haven't put my umbrella up

even though I've got it right here.

But yeah, we will see.

I don't know what it's going to be.

- [Lia] Junior's Cheesecake!

Let's go!

Where is it, around here?

- So many people have said

that that's what we should do.

- [Lia] Yeah.

- To get Juniors Cheesecake so we're gonna do it.

- [Lia] We've got time.

- We've got time before whatever the surprise is.

- [Lia] Exactly.

Oh my gosh!

It's huge! - Who knew this was so big.

- I just thought it was a little bakery.

This is mental.

Oh my gosh, Mina's all the way over there.

Checking with the host if we can get a table.

I think that table's got our name on it over there.

Okay, so false alarm we actually

haven't got enough time to sit in,

so we're gonna just get a take away

and go and stand somewhere in the rain.

I'm happy for any.

- I just want to try any.

What do you want, Mina?

- [Mina] Red velvet.

- That's the red velvet.

Oh no, that's raspberry strawberry cheesecake.

Whoa.

- Wow, look how much topping's on that?

- [Together] Oh no!

- [Lina] You need another one.

- [Joel] You need to get another one.

- [Lia] Oh there's some napkins here.

Yeah, I would just get a new one though, Mina.

- [Joel] Oh, Mina!

- [Lia] Mina's dropped her fork.

- Yeah.

They've got a theater shop, look at that.

- [Lia] Let's see.

- [Joel] Broadway Theater Shop.

- [Lia] Oh my god, we definitely go in there

and have a look.

- [Joel] Yeah, definitely.

[Lia] Do it for the gram.

- [Joel] Get the gram.

- [Lia] Get the gram.

Can't wait to try this.

- [Joel] Go for it.

- [Lia] Ready?

- [Joel] Yeah.

- [Lia] Let's go!

- [Together] Ooh!

- [Lia] Right, out of seven?

- I think a six.

- [Lia] Six out of seven?

- Yeah, it's nearly gone.

Have the last bit.

- [Lia] It's so yummy.

- [Joel] It's so good.

- Those little pranksters! - So they've just brought me

to The Play That Goes Wrong,

which I have wanted to see for so long.

I've not seen it in London.

It's been there for like five years or something.

- [Lia] Yeah.

- Oh, you guys! - Oh my gosh.

- Thanks so much.

How did you keep that a secret for so long?

- We just did. - I told you we we're

going to the museum of--

- We just kept telling him - The sex museum.

we were going to a sex museum.

- Well let's get in there guys.

- Let's get in and let's get the tickets.

- Oh I'm sorry, did I hit you in the face?

(laughs) - Yeah, it was quite funny.

It was quite funny.

- [Lia] I just whacked Lia.

- Well I hope you enjoyed that.

Here we are again, the magic of media.

- The magic of editing.

We hope you've enjoyed that.

- Yeah. - As we said please,

like and subscribe if you like us.

- Yeah, we post videos,

- [Together] Thrice weekly.

- And we will see you next time.

Kaido's Dragon Form Before and After Chapter 922 - Duration: 0:47.

let's talk about his Dragon Form.

It looks great, in terms of art it really does look amazing.

I would hang as a painting in my room.

But in terms of fighting, it does not.

And due to him being very big he is an easy target.

I think being that big in size is helpful when you are dealing with weaklings because

you can take a lot of them out in a single attack.

But it will not work against strong people.

the 12v battery is compatible between all these tools

PARKSIDE does not specify that, but it is compatible

some tests

the reference has changed from PAP 12 A2 (before it was PAP 12 A1) but it remains compatible

the chargers are compatible

impact tips

with the screwdriver function can use "conventional" bits, but you risk to damage them or broken

there are special bits for impact screwdrivers (more resistant bits)

selections of tips in description

screw 8 cm / screwdriver / speed 1

fashion: classic screwdriver

screw 8 cm / impact driver / speed 1

screw 8 cm / impact driver / speed 2

screw 12 cm / screwdriver / speed 1

screw 12 cm / impact driver / speed 2

no conclusion !!

I will not conclude because I have to do more tests!

screwdriver mode: good power

shock screwdriver mode: I have to do other tests because I found it bad

compared to a conventional screwdriver, it will have the defect of not having a power selector

on the other hand it has the advantage of having a screwdriver function shock but I find it bad impact screwdriver

the "classic" screwdriver function is better than the impact screwdriver function when it should be less powerful ...

mans sufficient or better than the Screw-on function

thank you for leaving your opinion! it can help me understand! Thank you and see you soon ! ++

How To Find Motivated Sellers - Duration: 10:52.

Welcome back my friend.

Kris Krohn here and today, we're going to be talking about how to find motivated sellers.

Ultimately, we're looking for really good deals and good deals...

Real estate is a business of people.

So we are looking for people that have a problem that needs solving, that has a reason to get

rid of the property and I am going to be sharing with you the most powerful shortcut that I

can find for finding the very best deals (snaps) that fast.

So, I want to introduce to you if you haven't already to my friend, Burton.

He is in town from California.

Hi, everyone.

Burton's with props dream.

And what Burton does is he represents a software that they've been collecting data with for

the last 14 years that essentially finds the very best deals, puts it all into a single

system and helps teal it up for you.

This is the ultimate tool for the real estate investor who wants access immediately to the

very best deals.

So, today, what we're going to do is we're going to use this system and we're actually

going to see if we can pinpoint out of all the listings in an entire market the very

best deals.

Correct.

Alright.

So, Burton.

Burton has actually done a filter where are already loaded up.

Now, this is for Salt Lake City.

But you can do this wherever you live because this is a nationwide data.

That's right.

And let's talk about the filter that we've just kind of set up and...

So, this search we did in Salt Lake City and the filter that we are looking for is we were

looking for MLS listings, minimum 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom that are one market.

Either as active or failed.

So, we are getting rid of anything potentially sold.

And we've been also looking for is that the property is up to in a value of...

I'm sorry, that was listed at up to a quarter million dollars.

And the property itself is sitting on at least a minimum of a 20% in equity.

So check it out.

You guys know my system and the way I like to buy real estate, right?

I am buying single family homes, I want that 20% equity that I want to be looking at.

I wish to start with a minimum 3 beds, 1 bath but that doesn't mean I couldn't buy 4 bedrooms,

3 baths or something like that.

Again, for me, the most important thing is once we go to the median, we enter the level

of risk.

Because that market is going to turn.

And anything over the median is going to filling those with bumps and bruises.

Everything under the median?

We ride them out pretty easy.

That's why in 2008, I wasn't panicking.

I was growing my real estate portfolio hand over fist.

And I want to share with you how to the the same.

So, that's the criteria that we bumped in here.

And now out of thousands and thousands and thousands and tens of thousands of listings,

it has brought us all the way down to?

206 results that fit Kris's criteria.

Okay, now check it out for a moment.

I don't know if you understand this.

But out of thousands and tens of thousands, these are the 206 that I care about.

Doesn't mean that I am going to get 206 but this is where I want to spend my time.

And this is not going to take a lot of time because I've got this.

Like for example, check this out.

Let's pull up one of this right here.

So, this is a listing.

216 north, 900 west.

This is in Salt Lake.

So we know who the owner is.

Who owns the property.

We see the property characteristics.

Side information.

Last sale information which again, includes his mortgage information, terms of his mortgage.

What is the MLM of the house?

So, right now, our system is calculated based his mortgage information that he got in 2007.

$77,000.

We also want to...

Out system will check any activity that has happen after the initial mortgage purpose

which nothing has.

So, basically, he owes $77,000 approximately.

Right.

But we've reverse calculated it based on the time frame his loan calculated.

And re-calculate that he's currently sitting on about $61,000 on a mortgage balance.

So, this is saying that his house maybe has a value of $128,000?

Correct.

That is our estimated value calculator.

Utilizes a very patterned algorithm.

So we do is take light properties, they're sell records and average amount for you.

However, we give you the ability to run your own, right?

So as we see here, he does owe balance of 61,000.

But we have our comparables and near by listings for you to look further and to rent.

Beginning with the first box comps.

These are the country recorded comps.

We normally default it to half a mile.

But we you have the ability and you know your market better to extend that buy a mile to

miles.

So here.

if we do a mile, we're now pulling more comps.

We have 17 comps that we can now filter through.

So we can now say, finding the ones that are 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.

so, within a one mile radius, we have...

Actually let me limit that, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.

We have 9 properties that sold within the past year of that considered comps.

And our system is averaging the comps value at 243.

A lot higher than what are our S value is.

And not only do we give you access to comps but we also give you access to the 150 most

recent MLS listings within a one mile radius of the property.

So, you can now see what brokers are doing, what properties are active at what price,

what property is sold at what price and potentially what properties have failed because of maybe

the price is being to high.

Now, for those that're new to the game of real estate.

What Burton has just explained is how this amazing software that has taken basically

dozens and dozens, or even hundreds of hours of work at literally performed it in a matter

of seconds.

For those of you that don't necessarily speak real estate, which just happened here is crazy

exciting because we got a property here that is worth one hundred and forty-nish dollars.

The person owes, you know, under $70,000 dollars on it.

It's roughly half paid off.

And this is a person whose actively trying to sell their home.

That information gives us ammunition to help us understand information about him.

But here's what I want to do right now, Burton.

We want to really get hands of information who we can track down.

So, we've got 206 possible homes that could be great deals with equity.

How do we actually do this...What you call as skip trace which is: How do we actually

find their information?

Because the county only provides so much information.

If I want cellphones or emails, how do I actually get that information?

-Perfect.

Great question.

So, now that we narrow down our results.

The first thing you want to do is highlight every single one of them and add them to a

list.

Now, this list is pretty much list that you get to create.

It's a marketing list.

So, I'll call this the Kris list.

I like that.

The Kris List.

You can also call it the Money List.

It's going to be good.

Alright.

So, once we save your properties, they're going to go into your portfolio called the

property's page.

So, this is where we're going to monitor all groups that you've created.

Motivated seller, motivated buyers.

This port will let you analyze them even further, delete anyone's that are not really good leads.

But once we have our groups...

Because I don't...

Listen, I'm not lazy but I don't want to call 206 people.

I want to call like the winning 4.

Absolutely.

Let's find it out.

Alright.

So, let's assume we've narrowed down the 206.

We've done our analyzing.

Now, with the next step is skip tracing.

So, in our context, the 3rd section.

We have the feature called append jobs.

And what this does, it allows you to take a selected group.

In this case we're going to choose Kris's List.

So, here are all the addresses that we narrowed down.

All of our leads.

Now, we're going to select them.

And we're going to go ahead and proceed.

Alright.

So, here we go.

So now, it's going to ask what type of information we like per address.

Our system gives you the ability to ask to up to one landline 2 cellphones or 2 emails.

Yes please.

And it's 10 cents per piece.

So, for me, I want as much information as you can possibly give per address.

We also give you the ability to exclude any numbers that are on the national do not call

list.

So, if you do want results, you can take a risk and not scrub the list.

But you will be held liable for that.

For safety reasons, I just...

I always scrub the list.

So now, what it's telling me is all of this context selected, 36 of them have been removed.

Either because there's not enough information.

They're duplicates.

Meaning, they're the same people within a 169 I've selected.

Or we've ran the job previously on the past.

So, we won't charge you again.

So now, I place my order and I can call this a new thing.

I can call this the Kris List with contact info.

Once I paste my boarder, you're order will be processing.

In this process, depending on how larger list can or will be, we'll take anywhere between

15 minutes to several hours.

Again, depending on how larger list is.

But once our list is done, just to give you an idea.

You will get emails and phone numbers auto populated for you.

Oh my gosh.

That is incredible.

Emails, phone numbers...

So this is again, this is our processing.

Nothing has been implied yet.

But once a job is completed emails and phone numbers will be applied for you.

So, we just have to wait a few more minutes.

Oh man, that sound incredible.

So now, it cost some money to actually to be able to do that right?

If you want to actually scrubbing it and get some contact information.

So, how much was that?

It's 10 cents an item.

So, basically 10 cents phone number or is 10 cents for an email address.

Correct.

And guys I am telling you.

What I am looking for above all, I am looking for cellphones.

Because what I am going to do is I am going to text the person and I am going to say,

"Hey, I saw your listing, I am interested in making an offer.

I don't have a realtor.

Can I go direct through you?"

And guess what they're going to say?

All they long, "Yes."

Why?

Because they have to pay 6% of realtor fees and you just saved them 10 to 15 thousand

dollars.

Literally, you could just get the property for maybe 10 or 15 grand less.

Depending on it's price point.

And just because you're now working directly with the seller and you're leaving realtors

out of it.

Guys, this is a huge powerful negotiating tool.

And again, in a matter of minutes or hours, we got an access to the most relevant information

for getting the very best deals.

Friends, if you want to know how to access this, I've worked to with props dream.

I've asked them as a favor to our entire community.

We don't want to pay with a charge with the rest of the world.

We want to pay a whole lot less.

And I've also negotiated on your behalf that I want free trial for you.

Which means all you have to do is click the link in the description below.

And you can actually get on the free trial right now.

And you can actually hop on and start getting out there and find the good deals.

I'm going to tell you, this is a place every other known software out there that anyone's

been using over the years to find good deals.

It's now on one place.

It's cheaper at your finger tips.

And if you're looking for a good deals, it's not only available, we've negotiated it Burton

and the team to get it to you for free.

So, click the link, get on it right now and start finding that deal that has $50,000 so

you could make your life better.

Arsenal fans respond to Fabregas' answer when asked if he would return to club - Duration: 2:46.

Cesc Fabregas has confirmed he would be open to returning to Arsenal after his contract with Chelsea expires at the end of this season

The Spaniard featured in eight campaigns at Arsenal before sealing a dream move back to Barcelona in 2011

But after just three seasons at La Liga giants Fabregas left and secured a transfer to Chelsea

At 31 years of age the midfielder is now in the last year of his deal with Chelsea, and he has no plans to stop playing at the highest level

"In seven months my contract ends with Chelsea," Fabregas informed Marca. "It will be 16 seasons playing at the highest level, over 750 games, a lot of training, travelling

"I feel young and strong but maybe I can't do 60 games a season. With my style I think I can keep playing for longer and obviously I want to keep playing for many years

"   When asked if he would be open to an Arsenal return, Fabregas answered: "Of course

"  "Arsenal will always be in my heart and I will never forget them so why not return

You never know."  For the most part, Gunners fans loved what Fabregas had to say about returning to the club

One supporter tweeted: "Please come back cesc4official our real captain!! Sign him again Arsenal

"  Another fan posted: "Fabregas, to have you back would be unreal. Still to this day my all time favourite AFC player!"  However, there were some fans who didn't take to the news so well

One tweeted: "We don't want him. We've got Özil"  Another posted: "Thing is, I wouldn't mind if he came back after Barca

But, for going to Chelsea I'm not sure I'd have him now. I don't think he's needed"

I didn't expect this.

Oh man! - No!

Most participants are attended with a private army of supporters...

... but this dude is here on his own.

Do you have a family?

- Yes, I have children and, uh, they ask a lot of attention

Are you working as a musician or singer?

- No, no, no. I am a psychiatric nurse.

So singing is a hobby to you?

- Yes. A serious hobby.

Yes, amazing! - Yes, great!

He's standing there all alone! - Yes, what a great performance man!

You just sang to my heart.

I think it was so incredibly beautiful.

What you're capable of... that is something you want to show everyone, right?

Do you know how many people you inspire with your voice...

... how many people believe that it is really possible to perform here, because of you...

... and that everyone will turn.

The most beautiful voices belong here.

And now, after this, what do you wanna do? What are your plans?

Yes, I don't really know.

I really didn't expect this.

Oh man. - No!

You're so humble, so modest. Not normal.

Uh, yeah, again, I really didn't expect this...

... and, uh, I actually didn't tell people to come here, my children, ...

Ahhhhh.... - Why not?

Because I thought, if daddy fails...

- Ahhhhh.

Do you know how proud they would be... Do you know how proud they would be...

I hope so.

But yeah, if they see it on TV, I'll walk away for a little while...

I'll say, you can look together..

He's crying on stage like a little girl..

- I'm going to tell you...

... bin Laden didn't even hide as good as you.

No, but you know, if I need to tell you what you did right...

... there's no time for that.

- Ilse!

Yes!

- Thank you! - Thank you!

Tutu for Girls, parties and costumes - Duration: 11:34.

Hello friends, welcome to your channel Arte In Your Hands for today we are going to share

a simple project, this month, is the month of children or the month of the witches

as we say here in Colombia or as they call it in other countries halloween

We were looking for a tutu because We wanted to disguise a girl

unicorn that is very fashionable then we went to look for a tutu and there are some

very simple and very economical but also when we were looking for a little more

elaborated were too expensive so we decided to do it ourselves

I invite you to join me perform this tutu I hope you like it

put it into practice and give us your "Like" share it and subscribe

also if they have not done it there yet the little red button also remembers

activate the bell to get you all our notifications and if

you want to accompany this tutu with the unicorn diadem we make you

I also invite you to visit the video here in the description I'm going to

leave the link so you can do it, not being more then welcome!

and for this simple project we need then spring or elastic

approximately 2 centimeters, needle, scissors and the tull that is the

protagonist to make this tutu, this tull let's choose three tones that are

white, fuchsia and lilac then here is I've already cut them all have a thickness

of 10 centimeters and the length in this tutu is 75 centimeters if the girl is

bigger or smaller that measurement varies to that of the 75

centimeters vary this is for a girl approximately 10 years or so

that if it's smaller then it's less long there are about 65 or 60

centimeters or if it's bigger then it's no longer 75 but it can be

about 90 cents if you have in tell the age and size of the girl the

elastic is the same you have to take the measure to the contour of the waist and

considering that then also is the amount of elastic

the minimum they buy a meter take the measure and the remainder they keep it

for another project, here the first thing that let's do is start joining

the elastic will adjust so that we stay strong

well here then it is already perfectly so stay strong and now we're going

to start taking the pieces each It measures 75 centimeters from here here 75

10 centimeters wide what we are going to to do is to fold it in the center that we

be even and we will put it over

of the spring and let's do as a kind of ring and this ring we're going

to start going through there the same tull what let's braid it can

we are adjusting it

that it fits well darned well in the top that's what makes the

tutu when you do not have it totally already ready to be well filled well pompous

then this is a tull illusion is smooth it's very good to work it these are

very cute they are frosty but they are thicker heats your hands a lot

then be careful with going to get wet then to work on this project then equal

75 centimeters long and is wide he's going to put it on the elastic doing

the cavity and then can enter

as I tell you how thick it is then it's a little harder to

work but the result is worth it then we are organizing

as we are working on him is giving way

and one white in purple or purple and now let's introduce one pink

strong or fuchsia or whatever the color that deciding here I'm just

giving an idea

I always try that the spring does not lose its form the idea is that always

is right and it's up to us to make an effort in working the tull this is thick

because the one that is thinner with this It is easy to work

and we repeat then another one of color white then again in lilac and then

the fuchsia

so until you finish the whole short you have to white is much easier

because I found it thinner

but this being so frosty are very cute

well here then I already have advance how are we going with the project, look what's going

the same sequence

I keep doing the same for work repetitive

what are we going putting the tulle

and I really do not know how they say in other countries in Colombia it is called tulle

illusion tulle, frosty blue with what they also make many mosquito nets (mosquito nets) or ornaments

for babies' rooms but now we already find it that many colors

decorations that makes it very cute

and now with the fashion of the tutus then it's coming

prints too

and so we do we keep working until finish

look here is the union when we made all this tissue in

he is not going to notice he is not going to see forever

that is very tight, very pegadito one piece of the other so that it is more

pompous to make it more full and the skirt will look much more and much more

big much more

remember to always make the ring and for here I introduce the fingers and sack

and this same process we do already finish

well here I am placing then already the last piece

if suddenly in a moment they get to see what

they lack that they have space because of soon it is not as full as they want

very carefully begin to go running the pieces

and they start doing all the fabric with a correct tint

the idea is not to put another tone run we fit well assorted

the spaces and then there yes no more than ever in the same sequence

at least in this one we did fuchsia white and lilac fuchsia white for

that he always plays the game and that pretty as it looks

so then it is now you can take them some photos to see how it is already

the approach well as it looks we already put it as a skirt or as a tutu

I hope the project likes it put into practice that is helpful and

see you in a next video here in your channel Art in Your Hands

Udo Dirkschneider: interview prior to Russian tour | Moscow, 2018 (Eng., subtitled) - Duration: 22:24.

Hello, this is Udo Dirkschneider and I say hello to all the listeners and the viewers of Mediator!

And I'm looking forward to come to Russia on tour and hopefully will see you there!

I wanted to start with the question: I know that you once said that you

think that rock and roll should always be sang in English language. Why do you

think is that? Is that, like, for historical reasons or there is anything else?

No, you mean that you think that I always sing in English, the rock-n-roll

music in English? Or what you mean? NoI just once watched your interview and I

found it quite interesting, because the interviewer asked you about singing in

English. And you said that you think that it is the concept of rock-n-roll.

Yeah maybe! I mean, I don't know! I mean, I never... I was trying some

stuff in in German, , but with a different band, you know, in Germany. And it's quite difficult.

For me it's like: the sound in English. But I never was doing any song

with U.D.O. and Accept in German. For me it was always in English,

you know. I don't know why. Maybe it can be interesting one day to do one song in

German, I don't know. But the most, in general, let's say, the rock-n-roll music is English. That's so.

Yeah, so it's just like historically… It's a… yeah! I mean, maybe Rammstein, they are lucky, you know, they sing in German and

everybody all over the world, they don't have any problems with that. But

this only happened with one band. And I think if you wanna

go international, especially when I started with Accept – it was

like: if you wanna become international it was only one choice. You can sing in

English, you know. That's why I keep going on with English. Yeah. And you have

recently released with U.D.O. the new album called the Steel Factory. And this

is the name, which is not the same as the name of any of the songs on the album, so

I was wondering why did you I want to call it this way? Yeah, I mean, we were always

using the song title, you know. And this time we said: nah, we want to do something

different, you know. So and then we started thinking about what kind of title we can

use for the album. And there were lots of things coming, you know,

Metal Factory, I don't know, Metal Forever, no, I don't know, there were so many things! And then we were talking: yeah, they always called me coming from the steel town in Solingen,

and them making knives and tools - all that stuff - they called me a German tank and that, we were talking about

this. and then we came up with steel, steel – Steel Factory! So, and in a way

we are the factory producing steel music. You know, or metal music,

if you want. You can call it also… it was very near to calling it Metal Factory, you know.

But Steel factory it's better. How do you usually write songs as a

collective? Are you constantly in this creative flow or you kind of gather

together, do something and then kind of go on holidays util the next thing? There are two things.I mean, always when I am on tour,

if I see something, if I am watching news on the TV or something like that

I always write something down. Like, tons of hook lines,

the titles, modes of songs. I have seen… if you're travelling around the

world and you're watching TV you have so many ideas already

to write lyrics. That I just write them down very quickly. And so

when it comes to the point that we start composing, so the first thing that I need

is the music. And then the first thing that I do is trying to make a melody.

Maybe sometimes with some stupid words, but just I need a melody, you know.

Sometimes I also have some melodies – lalalalala – just on my phone if I have an idea. And then for

me it's important that the melody fits together with the music. So and then I

see: this hook line fits as a chorus for the song and then I can

start writing the lyrics for the song. It's not so easy to explain. But it's like also, you

know, on this album specially and I think it was a good thing to do this,

this time it was 14 days in the rehearsal room, studio, small studio and

there was jamming, everybody came up with their ideas and it was really like working

face to face. And the two albums before was more like working over the computer.

You know, it was about sending some links, "can you listen to my idea?", "can you do this?"

It was ew. And then this time we said: okay, now we wanna do it completely

different. And then we were going for nearly 2 weeks to rehearsal room

and we really started working face to face. It was I think a really good thing and

I think you can hear it on the album. And do you like, usually – you just completed the album,

do you have a lot of material, which just did not get into the album?

Yeah, it's always, you know, let's say for this album once we were in the studio,

started jamming, having ideas - it was like around 30-35. And then very

quickly I said: this idea – nah, we are not using it. And then in the end

it was 25 whatever. Also we said: meh, this is not the right feeling and

then we ended up with 16 songs. But we never – I cannot really remember using any of the songs

we – puff – throw away. It's not a finished song, it's just an idea. And if you put this

away, there is something wrong with it, you know. It's always good when

you start working on the new album that you start also from the zero, you

know, and come up with new ideas. Otherwise I don't think that would be good idea to get the thrown

away songs to start again to work on them. You know, if something is wrong,

forget it – bye-bye – and start with new stuff. And this time

you are working with 2 new members – I am sure everyone asks you about that –

your son and then you have Andrey Smirnov. Yes.

So what was their impact of this and like how did it feel working with them?

Let's say the whole music is done by all of us. So it's not like that

everybody have only this idea and they do it. On all the

except Rose in the Desert and The Way – I did them together with Andrey

alone, but the rest of the songs are by all 4 members – Fitty, my son, Andrey

and me were working on all the songs. The only thing that I did alone was

writing the lyrics. So everybody was involved in that. And that was also

the point why we were doing face to face composing. But when people

change they obviously bring different atmosphere. You haven't

worked with your son before, right? No, I mean for him it was the first time.

He was recording the drum for the album. But he came up also with some very

interesting stuff. I mean, the good thing is he is 24 years old, you

know, that's a completely different generation, he listens to

the music I don't listen to. And of course there were some interesting ideas

coming out. So that's why I think that the basic on this album

of course is classic metal – I call it classic metal – but you know the little things

on there are modern stuff and also with Andrey, he's coming up with a lot of

Russian atmosphere, the melodies, oriental, Mongolian stuff. So

the mix of it is making the album very interesting I think. And also I

Fitty Wienhold. He said that he is leaving, so he's not

going to be with you anymore. And I wanted ask if he's gonna be anyhow involved

in the future in the future or he's just completely out? I would say this way. Fitty...

It was not easy for him, but he made a decision he does not want to tour anymore.

He retired of touring. So everybody have to think about their own

lives, you know. And he wants to be more with the family, he doesn't wanna be away

that long from a family and also he is starting a

completely new business that has nothing to do with music. And yeah, I will miss him,

but definitely if we start working on the new album and he is coming up with some

songs' ideas he is more than welcome, you know. There were no bad things going

on, it was his own thing, you know. And in

a way you have to respect it. He is 62 years old, has a family. For me – okay,

I have also in a way a family, but my son is 24, my daughter is 30 years old, so

in a way I'm free, you know. I don't have to be close at home or whatever. And for me it's

like, music is – uh yeah say it – music is my life. So I don't wanna stop and I am not tired of touring. So, but everybody...

If he feels like this, you have to respect it, but of course I will

miss him after 22 years on stage together. It was a long time. And he was also

very – how do you call it – he was a very present person on stage, you know. That I think… I found a new

bass player. He is young, 29 years old and in a way he is like Fitty when Fitty was young. You

know, he is really present on stage, for a long time already

professionally working. So yeah, I am really looking forward. It was… I don't

know maybe I was lucky to finally find him. It's like also a lucky thing

with a second guitar player.

This time I took more time to also let's say to find the second guitar player

for U.D.O. With the last tour I was not really lucky: you know, he was

not really a team player, the last one that we had for America,

he was more rock-n-roll style and everything, with like: I am already the biggest, I'm the best. He did some strange things, you know. He came up to me in the night in America and said:

why Andrey is playing all the solos, I can do that better. That was already for me like: hmmm, you know.

And yeah. So I mean this time after American tour I said: okay guys, sorry but it does not work with us. And then I was asking Stefan Kaufmann

to help us out through the festivals over the summer, so that was for me the point to

have time enough to find the right one. So this guy is 26 years old –

young! And I'd say unknown definitely, maybe somewhere in the area where he is living

he is quite known, but as a guitar player not generally internationally. He is

really like… you can say, he's burning inside. He really wants to do this.

And yeah, so I am looking forward to work with these two guys. And I know you usually play rather long

gigs, you usually perform for quite a long time. I think it's quite a

challenging thing to do, like the longer you actually perform, it's

takes more powers. So I was wondering how do you feel about that? And also I

noticed that nowadays there is this kind of tendency for acceleration, and I know

that a lot of young musicians they tend to kind of make it shorter and

shorter and shorter. And I mean, I understand it of course depends on your

physical abilities as well, but... Yeah,

I mean in a way of course, when I… In the beginning of the career of course it was more rock-n-roll and

everything, you know, parties nearly every night and stuff like that. But if you… I can

only speak for myself, then I find, okay this is not possible, if

you have to do sometimes 5-6-7 shows in a row… yeah, I try always to stay healthy. I never take

any drugs. And I'm not like an alcoholic. And yeah I saw so many things in this business, you know.

People taking drugs, how they look, and also alcohol problems and all that stuff.

And it was always for me: I don't wanna end up like this.

And yeah, for me it's like – I think I am lucky with my health, you know,

and also a lot of people asking me: how do you do it with you voice? I do nothing.

The only thing that I did was I stopped smoking 15 years ago. I was smoking 3 packs

a day, that was a lot. And then I was like: eh, I don't wanna do this anymore.

And yeah I try to stay as healthy as possible.

You know, I really wanna do this, I don't know, maybe for another 10 years.

I don't know – as long as everything works, as I'm healthy. And the most important thing

for me is that I still have fun to do this.

If get the feeling: we I'm tired of touring in a way like Fitty

maybe was feeling it, living as a night liner and travelling over the

world and all that stuff. If I get the feeling that I don't have

fun anymore, then definitely I stop. That is really,

you know, you cannot do this without fun, it's not like you can go

and be: ohh another show, I'm so tired of this! No! That means of course in a way after all these

years you have in a way a routine, you know. So all you handling, all these touring

and stuff. But the most important thing definitely is that you still

have fun to do this. That's the thing for me, you know. I still have fun to do this.

And earlier in summer you finished the tour with another your project, Direschneider,

where you were singing Accept songs. Yes. And there was sort of

farewell tour, from what I understand. At least you said that you did not want

to perform any more Accept songs for a while. I wanted to ask what's gonna happen with

this project after that? It is… over. Yeah, it's over. Yeah, so we have one more show to do in

Mallorca, this is also the last show for Fitty. And, yeah with

with Dirkschneider I mean it was not planned to do this for this long time. We did it for nearly 3 years, nearly 300 shows.

It was just planned in the beginning to do – we wanted to do a little break with U.D.O.

and then we said okay – you, know the people were always asking: aw, why are

you not playing more Accept songs and this and this and this. And then

the idea was coming up: we said – maybe we do 10-15 special shows all over

Europe in the main cities as Dirkschneider and we only play Accept songs.

And the whole thing was exploding. You know, it was like: er, what's going on?! So and then I

said… that was a big discussion and also I was not

really sure to do this for that long time. You know I said: ooh. That – I will be honest –

that was a big success and also for me you know that

shows me what lots of people wanna hear. The original voice. So! But now,

I mean, this is now enough you know I mean enough. I mean, we played nearly all most

interesting songs of Accept. On this tour that's what I did. You know, but I

say at the moment, if you wanna hear Accept songs, then go to Accept's gig. They are

still on tour, Mark is doing his best on the songs. You know, okay, he's not

the original voice, but you can hear the songs. And then people say: yeah, but what

happens if they maybe split up and you still continue? I say, okay, this is a

little door. If they split up and I'm still continue with touring, then maybe

I'll play some of the Accept songs again – why not. But at the moment it's for me a no.

I'll only play our U.D.O.'s songs. And now we have 16 U.D.O.'s albums – it's already hard to put a set list together, you know.

But yeah. And also to be honest I

I wanna go a little bit away from all this comparing: you know, who is playing

the songs better, the Accept songs. I mean, come on, finish this. There was so many

stupid things written, you know… And like… Ah, no. Forget it. And the last tour you did a different set list…

Yes. And you had these songs, which are less popular, maybe less popular in terms of you

played them less live or maybe you did not even play them live before. Yes. And that's

interesting, because I very often hear the point of view that some

musicians prefer to only include the songs, which are known by other people,

like widely, so that the audience would react in a certain more

or less predictable way. But you did something completely opposite. I mean,

I understand you still included some hits but what do you think about this idea? Yeah, I mean it was like

a lot of people came up with: oh, can you do another tour with Dirkschneider? And then I said, yeah, okay, but I have to change a set list.

And in a way maybe I got the right feeling for it – which songs I have to put there – for example, Can't Stand the Night or Russian Roulette.

Russian Roulette we were playing only once on a tour, Can't Stand the Night we never played live – and also Another Second to Be for example as a song. And okay, for me

it was I'd say in a way easy. If I after couple of shows maybe find out

out that it's not the right song maybe I can change quickly, you know.

But I think that I was right, the people really enjoyed it and were like: wow!

This kind of songs, you know! So, that means in a way I did

some songs I never played with Accept, and I think that people enjoyed it and were pretty happy. But you were not

worried that they would not react as much as they could if that was it that's

worried that they would not react as much as they could? It was let's say… Of course, if you do a hit parade, you know, it's like

a party through the whole show. And this was a little bit more like –

people were more listening to it. There was more music going on. And

it was also good. I mean of course in the end we played the famous songs like

Metal Heart, Fast As a Shark, Balls to the Wall. But it was interesting

for some song to see it was people was like really listened to the you know to

that was also interesting, you know. You don't need always two hours of oooooh - keep going, you know.

So okay, on festivals it's more like... when we came to

summer festivals this year we said okay now we have to play

the hit parade again. Festivals is party jam, you know. Then the last

show will be now in Mallorca and there will be again 2 or 3 songs

from the 2nd Dirkschneider tour again, as we have to play nearly 2 hours. And

there will be – I don't know, a lot of people was asking me, how is the feeling when

you do this for the last time – I said, I don't know, we will see. Yeah, you haven't played it last yet.

So let's see what's coming up, yeah!

When Showing The Property GOES WRONG!!!! Wholesale Real Estate - Duration: 9:55.

Alright guys, so we're out here at a property out in Englewood in

Chicago guys were waiting. It's me and Candance here. Hey guys

We're waiting on

Que and Bleu to pop-up right now. Those are a couple of my clients. We're gonna be going into this property

They they have a cash buyers scheduled to come out here in about 20 minutes guys

So we're gonna go in I'm gonna get some footage of the inside of this property

So you all can see it as well

And we're going to chat with Que and Bleu in a little bit in here as well guys. Stay tuned

Back here we go

All right guys

We're kind of out in the hood y'all to be a hundred percent honest

So, you know, I'm not trying to be on the to on blast just camera and stuff on people getting paranoid out here

Shoes on the front porch. You see that. it's real out here y'all. It's a real out here in the field

Anyway, this is the property guys

we are outside waiting on the buyer to pull up and

Yeah, we're gonna continue in a little bit

Let's get it so this is the front of the property

As you can see what's going on around here

You kinda see some of the community

So a nice quiet street, Not too much going on around here

So it's not too bad guys oh

Yeah this backyard is gonna need some work for sure

It's the top lock or the bottom lock? Should be bottom

You sure

I'm bout to call her

alright guys, so

We've been out here for about 20 minutes trying to get up into this property man do struggling out here man

the lady says that

She locked the top lock

The she liked the top lock and climbed out the window and we don't have a

Key to the top lock and that window is apparently locked because we damn sure can't open it. I have no idea

What's going on guys?

We out here trying to make it happen. I don't know

Okay, we just gonna have to deal with it and keep it going

Can we do we got our buyer out of here the buyers about to lead?

The buyers straight up about to pull off. There's some other random bar. Just pull it up

What's interesting?

Hi John, so we finally got into this property, uh, finally took long enough, but the

One of the family members came hopped in the window

Popped through that window somehow

And got us into the place guys. So long story short we in here got some nice fresh windows up in here

It's really really not much work that needs to be done apparently

This is the window that we were trying to go through the same

Look like he's kind of broken off the wall though, but it's easily fixable. I'm just gonna slide through here. So you all can

Check out this property. We got up here. Oh

Snaps another another set of stairs. That's the basement right there. That's the upstairs we've got okay

whoa

It's tragic

Okay, so we've got the wall broken down over here. But this is a easy fix just a little wall right there

And if I'm not mistaken

Yep, there's some finishing materials here for the walls is right in here. Okay?

So not too bad guys. She's not too bad

We finally got up in here guys. I thought it was a bust. But it I work out. It's very bright up here

This floor is real tricky. I'm not about to go up a hand got me my stuff not today

Not about to fall through no wall today

Yeah, do I trust this yeah, I guess so so I'm sailing I'm not going about to judge me like

This is gonna be a quick flip

I'm sure we're gonna be able to buy up in here real real quick guys. We out here at the property

No that random buyer that drove up. We waiting for him to come back. We may have a deal already

Okay, so if the people if this guy if he's willing to put down like twenty-five thirty thousand dollars what we may try to

Do is have them create a?

Finance and situation have a person be able to pay the rest of that off all the time get that passive income coming in

purchase the first property with the thirty thousand dollars and then just be

Renting it out to him pretty much until he pays it off the rest of the way creative financing guys. That's what I said

Hey, we may have a deal today. Stay tuned

Anyway, though. All right guys, so we outside the property just got done checking it out

We waiting on this guy to pull it back up, but he kind of dragging right now

So we're probably about to be leaving from here and we're gonna try to do some open houses this weekend

but I just want it for my audience to be able to actually meet these two gentlemen right here and actually a

And actually learn a little bit

About how they were able to come across this deal what they plan to do with it and stuff like that

So let's just kind of dive in so guys

How did y'all end up coming across this property fellas?

Actually, we came to this property through one of our house, okay?

Some like dazzles that like one of its first batches and needs

the right way and see them somehow senses be out there kind of getting it like

as far as

laser things the right way

So we came across it we came to and we looked at it. These are their cells we see in great condition

It was man and we immediately got it under contract because I right away. It was easy

So this is one of these do we do first the right way and detect a few times - yeah

Like four to five times. Yes

Make sure you follow up. Okay. Okay. Okay, so and then so then what we are able to get into the contract for again

25 for 25

All right, and I know on by running my comps that

We could offer other to me Father. Okay, what did y'all get y'all come from?

So--but, so that's what we did was we got a realtor. Okay, right, right

So we bid on that ship with you. So good the relationship we never did

We sit them up the property he gave us the market update in the last six months

We knew that all if the house was on the street sold for a hundred and three thousand

Right way, right right, right the same criteria. That's what we're doing now

So we knew that we could offer them offer her to rather twenty five

Okay, yeah

Notice how looking forward to having somebody come through to hopefully be able to get this property closed for y'all or whatever this weekend

So guys I'm gonna be back over here if need be

I'ma be back over here this weekend. I'm about to send this property out to some of my cash buyers

I'm working hand in hand with these guys to try to actually get these deals knocked out guys

We now hear playing no games, you know

This is just the beginning of me actually, like getting out in the field with some of my clients

But it definitely will not be the end

We're gonna be on here actually checking out a couple more properties that these fellas got under contract. They've been knocking it out char

They got like oh five properties

Right, yeah, this is definitely gonna be the first of many guys so stay tuned y'all gonna be seeing

Exactly yes, so eight like Lake Lake Basin for real stay tuned for these

IRL videos these in real life videos

I'm gonna have these fellas and some of the other clients that's in my my wholesale coaching

Claude Puel not on board in Leicester helicopter crash - Blog news - Duration: 2:46.

Leicester City manager Claude Puel has labeled Saturday's helicopter crash outside the King Power Stadium as "a tragedy for the club

" An aircraft belonging to chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha came down in a car park shortly after takeoff at about 8:30 p

m.local time, around an hour after Puel's side claimed a 1-1 draw against West Ham in the Premier League

There have been unconfirmed reports that Srivaddhanaprabha was on board and it is unclear at this stage whether there are any survivors

Leicestershire Police confirmed the Air Accident Investigation Branch is leading an investigation, while the club are assisting the police and emergency services, with a more detailed statement to follow once further details have been established

Some speculation on Saturday suggested Puel himself might have been on board but the 57-year-old confirmed he was safe in a telephone conversation with Jacques Vendroux of Radio France, in quotes reported on the Franceinfo website

"It's a tragedy for the club," he said."I think very strongly about the victims and their families

"I wanted to reassure everyone who cares about me, I'm terribly sad but I'm fine." Srivaddhanaprabha bought Leicester in August 2010 and was named chairman in February 2011

The Thai businessman oversaw the Foxes' remarkable Premier League triumph in 2015-16

As the wait for further news about the crash continued on Sunday, dozens of fans gathered at the King Power Stadium to lay floral tributes

Leicester's scheduled FA Women's Championship fixture against Manchester United has been postponed

Wood Burning/Painting For Inktober - Duration: 6:56.

Hey, guys! it's Lolly Bee and today I'm going to be doing something a little different today. So let's get started!

So I recently joined a collaboration channel called the "Art Warriors" and I will put a link in the description

so you guys can check it out 'cuz there's some really awesome artists on there.

And our focus this month was traditional art because of inktober,

so I really couldn't pass up the chance to work with one of my favorite traditional mediums, which is wood burning

So here I have my wood burner it is a walnut hollow wood burner,

I got it at Hobby Lobby probably for around $20. Wood-burning is a relatively inexpensive hobby

I really like this one because I can gauge the temperature with the little knobby thing (Laughter)

And on it I have a little rounded point nib

The wood plaque I have here is actually from Walmart believe it or not

They sell their wood less expensive than most craft stores

and so that's where I get my my wooden supplies unless I'm buying in bulk.

I used a template off of Pinterest for this piece and just a free font app for the words.

The pencil I used for transferring was a pro art in 8B

Transferring can be done many different ways. But this is the way I do it because it's just simple for me (laughter)

The tracing paper I used for this was also from Hobby Lobby, not sponsored, (laughter) and it's studio 71.

It's extremely sturdy, so I definitely recommend it.

So a small rundown on this art medium is, yes,

it's kind of dangerous and it does get extremely hot. But if anybody could do any damage with this thing, it would be me (laughter)

I'm extremely clumsy, and I've dropped it on carpet before,

but I've never caught anything on fire or hurt myself with it

So just, you know, use common sense and try not to drop it like me (laughter)

Also in a few seconds here. It's gonna speed up,

but I will just say that wood burning takes

extreme patience that I actually don't have (laughter)

Wood burning can be very difficult for me because it's a very slow tedious process. I think this took me about an hour.

So if you have a lot of patience then this art medium is perfect for you, but if not,

and you're like me, then I really try to use it as a way to teach myself patience (laughter)

Also, I know the cute fall decorations look very Pinteresty or YouTubery, I don't know what you call it, but

I was actually just trying to put something there

that would keep me from moving the plaque just far in a way cuz I was doing it in a very weird angle

So...yeah, the decorations have ulterior motive (laughter)

So I guess you could say one of my signature things that I do when I wood burn is I paint

some sort of aspect of the piece and

Today, I actually decided to paint almost all of it, I guess

So for starters, I used an Artist's Loft I-don't-know-how-to-pronounce-it blue (laughter)

Artist loft I think is a Hobby Lobby brand?

And I used an Artist's Loft

paint brush as well, which was quite a coincidence actually because I don't always match the the paint with the

paintbrush, so today I guess I just got lucky (laughter)

I wanted to create a sort of Aztec

feeling with the paint that I put in the background

and so I used the edges of my brush and made those mini strokes and then kind of blended them with water

just a little bit.

After that, I wasn't quite satisfied with it, so I decided to paint the horse as well.

I'm not sure if that was altogether the best decision, but I don't think I ruined it either (laughter)

So I used an Art Studio Brown. It doesn't list what specific color, but it's

kind of light and I also used this brush...

I don't know where I got this brush and it doesn't have a name but it's an angled tip in size 8.

Yeah, my supplies are a little hodgepodge and

not technically like all these expensive professional brands...

So I never know quite when I'm getting my hands on, but, uh, I think I do okay for the fact that it's

low-quality stuff (laughter)

So this was the final product

I went back afterwards and darkened up the brown and paint look better and forgot to video it,

but anyway

I hope you enjoyed this video and maybe it inspired you to try out a new medium!

if you have any questions about this particular medium, please don't hesitate to ask me! I've been

working with it for a couple of years so I know

some things about it (laughter). If there's a particular medium you'd like to see me try please let me know in the comments!

As always, thanks for watching, and I will see you again in another video! Bye!!!

Vlog #1: "the biggest crap of my life" - Duration: 2:30.

High school was a time when we all done goofed up. (For example,) when I was misdiagnosed

with ADHD and was put on Ritalin and I didn't NEED

Ritalin, a lot of fucked up shit happened as a result of that, but

The main thing that I'm going to talk about is the funny stuff when at first I was just high all the time on legalized speed

I walked into this class. There was a lot of stuff that happened in this class, but (anyway) that was my six-hour block period whatever class

And I walked up to the teacher, a pretty serious guy; pretty stoic. I'm like, hey, I gotta use the bathroom. Can I...?

Go do that. He's like yeah just be back before the bell rings. We've only got six freaking minutes

between classes and that was-- It's taken me already half of that to get there

And I had to poop. I was just like [exasperated sigh]

Okay. Alright. Thank you and I went off to, uh

take care of that.

And then, I took a long time because, you know, that happens... to people.

I.. was freaking out because I don't want to be late to class and I was also high on legalized speed

So I was freaking out more than I probably should have been

Uh, to give you some perspective

The bathroom was across the hall-- a very long hall--- from my classroom, pretty much. So I just ran.

So the hallway was empty at this point. It was long after the bell had rung, and I ran I threw open the door

which was unlocked (duh) so I just threw open the door

Um. And there was a student teacher talking. I didn't care because 1) it was a student teacher and 2) I was high on legalized speed

And I immediately just kind of yell over him

To the teacher. I am so sorry. I just took the biggest crap of my life.

The class is, like, bursting on into laughter and I'm like

going on about what juicy it was and like really

disgusting details and he stops me and he's just like he's saying my name and then he's like [weakly] "just just just

Go take your seat."

I feel like I might've given that man a heart attack that day.

Don't do drugs, kids. *clicks tongue twice in sync with finger guns*
