This part looks like the TV you can see the map and also a security camera, and it goes on the top right here and

So bad you've got all this beard a skull t-shirt, and he's got gold chains, and he's a bad guy

Put him in jail, and then there's this keyboard

We can take the handcuffs and put it on the bad guy

Now he's long locked up and has to go in prison

There's also this gun and this baton stick for the policeman then we can put them up on this wall right here

And we can hang the cuffs on this ball like that

You can even put the met you can even put the megaphone on here, too

Now the policeman has you scared wow the jail set is all done check it out guys

There's a bathroom toilet in there a bed, and this is the jail cell and the door can open cool

And it can also lock like that now

I can no one's getting out and this is where the policeman store is always gear. I see a microphone

Handcuffs a big gun and there's the policeman logo

And there's also lights for the policeman to see in the dark they can catch the bad guys

There's two lights on both sides, and this is the computer station look

There's the map you can see the security cameras of where the bad guys are

Wow, you can even see the front entrance and this part is the computer station

There's a security camera to the outside. There's his keyboard and even a microphone

so cool

And he's one of the strongest members of the Avengers here we go

And this last flambe it's a maze minis Batman for Superman so cool look at all the awesome heroes

We can get I see Aquaman Batman and even Superman. Let's open this up

Wow, that was so fun done a friend the Ninja Turtles got all these awesome surprise toys

Galaxy Halloween Makeup That's Out Of This World | Buzzworthy Beauty | Refinery29 - Duration: 4:09.

Hey guys!

I'm Lauren and today I'm going to show you

an out of this world galaxy-inspired makeup look.

This makeup look is perfect for Halloween

or any other occasion when you're feeling

a little out of this world.

There's so many ways you can go with this.

You can use whatever colors you want.

You can use whatever products you want.

It's just sort of layering and adding stuff

and making it look cool and galactic.

Let's get started.

I'm going to start with a

pink creamy eyeshadow by ColourPop.

These little guys are really sort of this

weird loose leaf texture that have a lot of color payoff

which is super important for this look.

That's my base layer.

Now I used pink

but you could have this in purple, blue,

whichever color you want.

You just want something to sort of give you

the base that you're going to apply more

and more on top of.

So I'm actually going to use this

Urban Decay Electric Palette.

I'm just gonna go in with the hot pink

and apply a little more pink to this look so it

really is bright and really pops.

Next I sort of have to pick what color

I'm going to go in and add dimension with.

My pick is going to be both purple and blue.

You want this look to be soft and blended,

but not fully washed together.

You want little patches of blues and pinks.

Now that we have a foundation of color,

let's add a little glitter.

Let's add a little swirly magic to it.

I'm going to start by using these amazing

liquid shadows by Stila.

So see how this is adding a little more depth,

a little more sparkle,

especially when it catches the light.

Now that was the blue.

I'm also going to go in with a pink one

that sort of has a bluish gold-like shift to it.

So I'm going to go in with one more

sparkly sort of face product and this is a

Pat McGrath highlight eyeshadow.

Now next up, I'm going to add a tiny bit

of loose glitter just to give a little bit

more dimension.

So this is actually craft glitter

so you need to be really careful and not get this too

close to your eyes because it's not meant

to go on your eyes.

So I'm just going to keep it on my cheeks

so I won't be in any danger.

Cool.

So next thing I'm going to go in and start

adding detail with different eyeliners.

So next thing I'm going to go in with is

this NYX Liquid Liner.

That's this amazing sparkly blue color

and I'm going to sort of connect my constellations

together.

Next I'm going to go in with a little liquid

gold liner from Kiko and I'm going to add

a little more dimension to my stars.

So another fun idea is finding little star-shaped glitter

like this cute little one I got from Top Shop.

And applying a few more stars.

So I'm going to go in with a little eyelash glue

except I'm not going to use it for my lashes.

I'm going to use it for my stars.

I'm going to keep my lips a little more

subtle than the rest of my face and just go

in with this matte lip cream by NYX.

What I'm going to do to bring these two looks together

is add a tiny little highlight

on the top of my upper lip.

I'm going to use this Kiko glittery topcoat

to give a little gloss to my lips and really

make them pop.

My final step in my galaxy makeup look

is actually just define my eyes how I normally would.

So I'm actually going to go in with this

bright blue mascara by L'Oréal

and apply a little liquid liner.

To finish my galaxy look off,

I'm going to hit it with a little setting spray.

There you have it:

my finished galaxy makeup look.

I used a ton of products and went crazy with

the glitter but you don't have to.

You can use whatever products you have

around the house or find in a drugstore

or a costume store.

And make this really your own.

So have fun with it.

Learning to Model Other Minds (OpenAI) | Two Minute Papers #199 - Duration: 4:45.

Dear Fellow Scholars, this is Two Minute Papers with Károly Zsolnai-Fehér.

This work doesn't have a ton of viewable footage, but I think it is an absolutely amazing piece

of craftsmanship, so in the first half of this video, we'll roll some footage from earlier

episodes, and in the second half, you'll see the new stuff.

In this series, we often talk about reinforcement learning, which is a learning technique where

an agent chooses an optimal series of actions in an environment to maximize a score.

Playing computer games is a good example of a clearly defined score that is to be maximized.

As long as we can say that the higher the score, the better the learning, the concept

will work for helicopter control, choosing the best spot for wifi connectivity or a large

variety of different tasks.

However, what about environments where multiple agents or players are present?

Not all games are single player focused, and not all helicopters have to fly alone.

So what about that?

To deal with cases like this, scientists at OpenAI and the University of Oxford came up

with a work by the name "Learning with Opponent-Learning Awareness", LOLA in short, or lola.

I have to say that the naming game at OpenAI has been quite strong lately.

This is about multiplayer reinforcement learning, if you will.

This new agent does not only care about maximizing its own score but also inserts a new term

into the equation which is about anticipating the actions of other players in the environment.

It is not only possible to do this, but they also show that it can be done in an effective

way, and, the best part is that it also gives rise to classical strategies that game theory

practitioners will immediately recognize.

For instance, it can learn tit for tat, which is a strategy that mirrors the other player's

actions.

This means that if the other player is cooperative, it will remain cooperative, but if it gets

screwed over, it will also try to screw others over.

You'll see in a moment why this is a big deal.

The prisoner's dilemma is a game where two criminals are caught and are independently

interrogated, and have to choose whether they snitch on the other one or not.

If any one snitches out, there will be hell to pay for the other one.

If they both defect, they both serve a fair amount time in prison.

The score to be minimized is therefore this time spent in prison.

The optimal solution of this game is when both criminals remain silent, and this strategy

is something that we call the Nash equilibrium.

In other words, this is the best set of actions if we consider the options of the other actor

as well and expect that they do the same for us.

And now, the first cool result is that if we run the prisoner's dilemma with two of

these new LOLA agents, they quickly find the Nash equilibrium.

This is great.

But wait, we have talked about this tit for tat thing, so what's the big deal with that?

There is an iterated version of the prisoner's dilemma game, where this snitching or cooperating

game is replayed many many times.

It is an ideal benchmark because an advanced agent would know that we cooperated the last

time, so it is likely that we can partner up this time around too!

And now comes the even cooler thing!

This is where the tit for tat strategy emerges - these LOLA agents know that if the previous

time, they cooperated, they will immediately give each other another chance, and again,

get away with the least amount of prison time.

As you can see here, the results vastly outperform other naive agents, and from the scores it

seems that previous techniques enter a snitching revenge war against each other and both will

serve plenty of time in prison.

Other games are also benchmarked against naive, uncooperative agents, vastly outperforming

them.

Hello and welcome to this WrestleTalk News flash update!

I'm Oli Davis, and, as you can probably tell, I'm filming this from home.

Because all the year's biggest wrestling news stories decided to happen all at once,

over the course of several hours last night.

After reports of a contagious illness spreading amongst the Raw roster, with Bo Dallas, Bray

Wyatt and JoJo Offerman missing the last two weeks of live event dates, WWE broke on their

website: "Due to medical issues impacting two WWE

Superstars scheduled to appear at WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs, streaming live

on WWE Network this Sunday, the special event will now feature Kurt Angle competing in a

WWE ring for the first time in more than 11 years, as he replaces Roman Reigns.

In addition, former WWE Champion AJ Styles will replace Bray Wyatt and face "The Demon"

Finn Bálor."

So Roman is out of the main event, Kurt Angle is making his in-ring WWE return for the first

time in over a decade, Bray Wyatt has been pulled from his Finn Balor match and he'll

face his Bullet Club leader successor AJ Styles.

It turns out backstage viruses can make a WWE pay-per-view more exciting than several

months of TV booking.

The illness was originally reported by Justin LaBar to be viral meningitis, which WWE began

testing talent for, but Wrestling Inc claim they've since discovered the outbreak is

the mumps.

WWE told ESPN: "We have confirmed that three of our performers have been diagnosed with

a viral infection.

As a precautionary measure, we are ensuring in-ring performers and staff are tested and

immunized in accordance with recommended medical guidelines."

The third person, in addition to Roman and Bray, is thought to be the reported Patient

Zero Bo Dallas.

PWInsider claim "some have been diagnosed with the illness while others have been pulled

as a preventive measure."

Pro Wrestling Sheet's sources say WWE's creative team only learned that Bray and Roman

might now be able to compete "late in the week" and came up with "a plethora of

replacement options".

Kurt and AJ were seen as the best ones - but although they are both incredibly exciting,

and WWE have found themselves in a very unfortunate situation, this is a match and a return that

deserve considerably bigger builds.

And anyway, you've got a perfectly good Curtis Axel hanging right there for a Shield

aligning face turn!

Or Samoa Joe.

Samoa Joe would've been better.

As for the Battle of the Bullet Club leaders, Bryan Alvarez has tweeted:

"As of now, Finn and AJ are getting a good amount of time Sunday"

And "he's still scheduled to work as Demon Finn"

So does that mean we're getting Sister AJ?

Of course the most important thing here is that everyone who's currently unwell has

a speedy and safe recovery.

In much less important news, but one deeply annoying on a personal level, is that mine

and Luke's TLC predictions are now somewhat out of date - as they were recorded yesterday.

Now, we're going to Miyajima

to see the sacred island.

It's next to Hiroshima.

We're on the ferry, and we're going to the sacred island!

Now we're going to the hotel

And we can see deers running freely!

We're arriving at the hotel,

Which is a really traditional one.

This is a Ryokan, a traditional japanese hotel

Doesn't taste really good...!

Not Enough Followers · Inktober Day 21 - Duration: 3:48.

Alright you guys, it's day 21!

For this drawing, I kind of wanted to make life easier for myself.

I didn't have a huge heap of time or energy, I didn't want to have to deal with loads

of details or messing about with getting my washes right for the perfect tones and shading.

So I decided I'd do some quite simple, minimal architecture, it also helps to break up the

usual house style I've been drawing.

This house is being haunted by secrets, I decided to make it like a modern dungeon.

There's something going on in there.

but we'll never know what.

And the topic we'll be covering today is social media.

Not getting recognition online, and letting your lack of followers affect how you feel

about your work.

I got this question from a few people but in the words of commenter Timeless One; 'How

do you deal with the self-criticism where you feel bothered by the number of followers

you have and do you have any advice for gaining recognition?'

First off, I totally get it.

It might not seem like it now but I've definitely had times where I've let the numbers get

me down.

Especially on instagram which is the platform Timeless One was talking about.

I feel like we all know the instagram growth tips; post every day or as often as possible,

use relevant hashtags, be active and genuine and engaging and comment on other peoples

content as well as commenting back to people who comment on yours.

But when you have say 60 or 100 or 200 instagram followers, it feels like it's just gonna

stay at that number forever.

You make a good post, do all the things you're supposed to to optimise its popularity, you

gain like 13 new followers which is great, and the next day you've lost 12 and you're

back to square one.

I really can't give you tips on how to grow faster other than what I just said.

I've been in that boat, and slowly but surely in the background, things start to grow, one

follower at a time, it's just so slow that you don't really notice.

Another thing you could try is to get featured on art showcasing instagram accounts, just

follow their rules to enter, I tried this but…

I never got featured.

And that was disheartening.

So if you don't get featured, no matter how many times you try, just know that you're

not the only one.

It's really annoying but my main advice on this one is to be patient.

When you're checking the numbers every day, it's gonna consume you.

Focus on your art, focus on creating the best content you can, the kind of stuff that when

you're done making it you're like wow, people would be lucky to get to see this.

If you're happy with your art, and you're putting it out there as a kind of gift to

people, rather than putting it out there for validation, you can adopt a kind of take it

or leave it attitude, where the people that follow you are the ones that really care,

and you're building a community, not just a following you know.

So work on making art that you're proud of regardless of the attention it gets.

Build a relationship with the people that do appreciate what you're doing, and if

you're not putting time and effort into optimising your social media presence then

you'll have to do some research on that too.

Navigating social media is hard work but there are whole Youtube channels and websites and

all sorts out there that are dedicated to teaching you about just that.

Use the info that's out there and put in the work.

Exercises for a Baby with Low Tone #10: Propping on Straight Arms - Duration: 2:14.

Hello!

My name is Amy Sturkey.

I am here with my co-instructor Myla.

I am a pediatric physical therapist.

Myla has low tone, so she is helping me teach exercises for a child who has low tone.

I have tried a couple of different activities to try to get her to be on her stomach.

This is the one that she has tolerated the best.

So, I am just using my leg as the bolster, as a place to help support her trunk.

I have got her up on her arms.

Whoop.

There you go.

You can see we have some weight bearing over her arms.

Her hands, as I look at her, are in front of her shoulders.

So, I don't have great weight bearing yet.

I'd love to get her a little further forward.

So there I've got her shoulders over her hands.

So, I feel like I have great weight bearing through her arms now.

I don't have enough hands, so her legs are all off to the side.

I'm not going to worry about that right now.

I've got her on her arms with her shoulders over her hands.

I can start rocking her forward and back and rocking her side to side over those arms.

Nice job sweet pea.

This is a simple way to work on upper extremity weight bearing, weight bearing on her arms.

I've modified it a little, to make it a little bit easier, to help challenge her for the

next step.

Because we are going to want to her...She is rolling to get everywhere, but she is not

quite crawling everywhere yet...It will help work toward those skills.

I hope this is a simple idea that you can do at home.

And she thinks, I am done too!

Pro-Trump Voters Will Be Hardest Hit By His Policies - Duration: 4:19.

Donald Trump thought he was being clever when he decided to issue an executive order ending

the subsidy payments to insurance companies required under the Affordable Care Act.

He thought he was being clever because he was going to sabotage Obamacare from the inside,

and then let it fail, and let American citizens get pissed off.

Well, here's something I'm sure Donald Trump didn't quite think about.

As it turns out, the people that are going to be hardest hit by this decision are people

that live in states that voted for Donald Trump.

70% of the people who purchase health insurance through the health insurance exchanges set

up by the Affordable Care Act, that people will be affected by this executive order ... 70%

live in states that voted for Donald Trump in 2016.

We're talking about four million American citizens that are going to see their premiums

rise that voted for Donald Trump.

Four million of his loyal followers, potentially a few million more, are going to be among

the hardest hit by the President's decision.

Nine out of the top ten states that rely on these subsidies to be able to afford health

insurance for their citizens ... Nine of them voted for Donald Trump.

The one that didn't was Massachusetts.

And we're talking about states all over the country.

Kentucky, Florida, Mississippi, Arkansas ... These states are about to get shellacked with higher

premiums because of a decision made solely by Donald Trump out of spite.

They're going to suffer because the man that they thought was a good pick for president

is so obsessed with President Obama and what Obama did that he can't function as a human

being anymore, let alone as a president.

But that's what happens, folks.

All of these Republican voters out there who said, "You know what?

I want something different.

I want to go with the anti-establishment Republican.

I want to go with the business man.

Let's run government like a business."

How's that working out for you at this point?

How's it going to work out for you when these low income Americans who rely on these subsidies

have to pay higher premiums?

And then you're about to turn around and get slapped with higher income taxes because the

Republican tax plan is going to raise your taxes as well.

People in red states rely more on federal government assistance than people in blue

states.

That is a simple fact.

Every study that's looked at it has shown us that.

And they're about to get destroyed by this Republican administration, by this Republican

Congress and Republican Senate, and they don't even realize it.

At the end of the day, when these people are up for re-election and they're back in their

home states having to talk to these people whose lives have been destroyed by their own

policies, they're going to turn around and somehow blame it on the Democrats.

And most of these people are actually going to believe it.

Why?

Because they don't pay attention.

They're not paying a bit of attention, because if they were, they never would've voted for

these idiots in the first place.

I firmly believe that if we had everybody in this country start paying attention, do

a little reading, turn off the Fox News for five minutes ... I firmly believe that the

Republican population in DC would dwindle down to about two or three because at the

end of the day, the people who are out there putting Republicans in office, it's not just

the millionaires and billionaires.

It's the people living off government assistance who think that Republicans have their best

interests at heart.

People who think one day they're going to make it into that top one percent, and that's

why we need those tax cuts, because once they get there, they're going to want low taxes.

But they don't realize that Republican policies are not only keeping them in poverty, they're

trying to push them into an early grave.

Cry out to Jesus - Duration: 4:19.

Jesus is alive and he answers the prayers of those that cry out to Him in

their distress. Many times in my life the Lord has answered my prayer when I was

in deep trouble. Countless times I called out to Jesus when I was in fear of death

or in sickness or in an accident. At one time I was traveling in a remote area

with my family, towing a camping trailer with

my truck and the front wheel of the truck burst. I just said:"Lord help!" and

the next thing the truck left the road, it jackknifed and rolled. Both the truck

and the camper were totally destroyed . We were six souls in that truck and we

crawled out of the truck hardly scathed, just a few scratches and bruises. The

people that drove behind us and saw the accident happening were looking for dead

bodies. There were none. We were all alive. Jesus kept us I just cried out to Him

and said:"Lord help !" He helped and He kept us alive.

I was once poisoned. Somebody put poison in my coffee and I cried out to Jesus

and He kept me alive. The next day when I got to work and that person who had

poisoned me saw me alive he ran away. He couldn't believe that I was still alive.

I was a pilot. I flew my own aircraft and many times Jesus kept me alive in

terrible weather conditions. I recall one day I was flying and the

weather closed in on me. The next thing I was right in the middle

of a thunderstorm, with lightning striking all around me. It

was pitch dark and I cried out to the Lord, and the next thing a small path

opened, and I could fly along that path out of the storm to safety. Almost twenty

years ago I had a heart attack and I died. I left my body and I was going down

a deep black hole, I was on my way to hell, but I cried out to Jesus and He

allowed me to come back to come and testify to the whole world that Jesus

Christ is alive. Many times I was in severe trouble, sometimes of my own

making, but I cried out to the Lord and He delivered me. Jesus is alive. He is God

and He cares for us. He is compassionate and He answers the prayers of those who

call out to Him, and therefore I'm here today to bring glory and thanks to Jesus,

and to encourage you to cry out to Jesus because he will answer you.

He will deliver you but you must give Him thanks, glory and honor. Our God is an

awesome God! Jesus Christ is Lord. He is alive. He is Almighty and He saves those

who cry out to Him. Cry out to Jesus, He will answer you and He will deliver you.

May Jesus bless you. Jesus Christ is alive and hell is real.

Exercises for a Baby with Low Tone #10: Propping on Straight Arms - Duration: 2:14.

Hello!

My name is Amy Sturkey.

I am here with my co-instructor Myla.

I am a pediatric physical therapist.

Myla has low tone, so she is helping me teach exercises for a child who has low tone.

I have tried a couple of different activities to try to get her to be on her stomach.

This is the one that she has tolerated the best.

So, I am just using my leg as the bolster, as a place to help support her trunk.

I have got her up on her arms.

Whoop.

There you go.

You can see we have some weight bearing over her arms.

Her hands, as I look at her, are in front of her shoulders.

So, I don't have great weight bearing yet.

I'd love to get her a little further forward.

So there I've got her shoulders over her hands.

So, I feel like I have great weight bearing through her arms now.

I don't have enough hands, so her legs are all off to the side.

I'm not going to worry about that right now.

I've got her on her arms with her shoulders over her hands.

I can start rocking her forward and back and rocking her side to side over those arms.

Nice job sweet pea.

This is a simple way to work on upper extremity weight bearing, weight bearing on her arms.

I've modified it a little, to make it a little bit easier, to help challenge her for the

next step.

Because we are going to want to her...She is rolling to get everywhere, but she is not

quite crawling everywhere yet...It will help work toward those skills.

I hope this is a simple idea that you can do at home.

And she thinks, I am done too!
