Our Higher Self is constantly trying to remind us of what really matters in our lives and what we came to earth to
experience.
However, often we are so overwhelmed by our everyday problems, worries,
and anxieties that we lose touch with our Higher Self.
Our Higher Self has our best interests at heart, but its voice is often drowned out by the voice of the Ego.
The Ego is very concerned with material things, success and how others perceive us.
But the Higher Self is not interested in any of that.
Here are 7 things your Higher Self wants you to remember:
1.
We are exactly where we a supposed to be.
Sometimes it can feel like we have taken a wrong path in our lives.
We see the mistakes we have made and we wish we could turn back time.
However, our Higher Self wants us to remember that we are exactly where we are supposed to be.
The 'mistakes' we have made were actually lessons we needed to learn.
We should not put ourselves down for the things we feel we did wrong as they were vital steps on our journey.
These choices make us who we are today.
From these mistakes, we can learn compassion and forgiveness.
We must also forgive ourselves for our mistakes, after all, we were doing the best we could at the time.
2.
The present is the only moment we can change
The ego often dwells on the past and the things that happened there.
It also likes to spend time contemplating what might happen in the future.
But in neither of these places can we make any real change.
Once we have learned from past mistakes and asked forgiveness from those we have hurt, including ourselves,
we need to move on.
But if we move too fast, and spend our time worrying or daydreaming about the future we are also unable to make changes.
The only time we can ever change is the present moment.
So this is the place we need to work from.
Meditation and mindfulness can help us stay in the present moment more of the time.
3.
We have everything we need within us
When we quiet the ego and its fears, we begin to realize that there are amazing resources within us.
You have the strength, courage, compassion and love that you need.
By learning about yourself, you begin to understand your values and passions.
You can then grow into the person you truly want to be.
Journaling can help you discover the true self that lives within you.
When you learn to be at peace with yourself, life begins to flow more easily and your experience of life will be less
of a struggle.
4.
You are the only true judge of your self-worth
The ego is very concerned with outward appearances.
It looks for validation from others and for outward signs of success such as money, status, and fame.
Your Higher Self knows that none of these things are reflections of your true worth.
No one outside understands your purpose and your journey like you do.
This means that only you are able to judge your worth.
You need to validate yourself.
Many of the things that have true worth, such as kindness, compassion,
and generosity are not seen as valuable in our present society.
But these traits are the most valuable.
You might like to keep a record of your true accomplishments, such as kindness and creativity,
love and service to others, joy and peace.
You will never achieve your true purpose if you are continually trying to please others.
5.
Be guided by love, not fear
The ego is guided by fear.
It fears not having enough and not being enough.
Conversely, the only guide the Higher Self follows is love.
Making decisions and judgments based on fear will never lead to true happiness and peace.
When you follow the whisperings of your Higher Self, you are following the path of love.
6.
Our security lies in acceptance, not control
As human beings, we strive for security and this means we like to control life.
But we are never really able to control everything, so learning to go with the flow of life helps us to be accepting
instead of controlling.
It is our idea that things 'should' be a certain way that causes us to struggle with what is instead of accepting
reality.
Often the source of relationships problems is the need to control others to ensure that we feel secure.
True love is not judgemental.
When we accept that everyone has the right to life their lives in their own way, our relationships improve.
We are not here to judge others only to do the best we can with our own lives.
When we learn to accept life as it is, we have no need to control outside factors as our security comes from within.
7.
You do not need fixing
Your Higher Self wants you to remember that despite what you might have learned from your family or the education
system, you do not need fixing.
You are good enough just as you are.
Spiritually growth does not come from trying to 'improve' yourself.
It comes from accepting yourself as you are and then following the guidance of your Higher Self to shine your light in
the world and offer your unique gifts and perceptions.
When you accept yourself completely and show yourself unconditional love and compassion,
unhelpful patterns of thought naturally begin to fade away and you can blossom into the true nature of your being.
When we tune into the guidance of our Higher Self, we remember what our true purpose is.
We can let go of demands of the ego and live with love and compassion.
We are then free to follow the true path that will fulfill our Higher Self.

Hi everyone welcome back to my kitchen today, and this is gonna be
Mind-blowing today, I'm gonna share with you
how to make this delicious pumpkin hummus
That we made our pita chips to go along with and we're gonna make it in a brand new toy. I've got myself a ninja
Intellisense kitchen system that is gonna blow your mind this thing is incredible and amazing, and I can't wait to share it with you
So let's go make some pumpkin hummus, and see how this all comes together
Okay, we're gonna get started making our pumpkin hummus, which is like the perfect party dip for autumn or anytime
I mean pumpkins available all year long, but you know when the weather gets cooler
I mean today is absolutely delicious where I live, and I'm so excited cuz I actually feel like fall
Can you tell in my voice? I mean really seriously people? She's giddy. I am it is not a joke
We're gonna make this pumpkin hummus, and we're gonna make it in my brand-new toy, and I can't wait to share it with you
I'm gonna talk about that in a minute because first I have to go over the ingredients, so I'm gonna take a deep breath
Release it. I'm gonna calm down, and I'm gonna go over the ingredients I
have one can of
Garbanzo beans chickpeas chichi beans whatever you call them where you're from
I've drained them and that is all I didn't rinse them one. This is a 15 ounce can
Again a 15 ounce can of pumpkin puree if you have your own homemade pumpkin puree
You're gonna want about a cup and a half to 2 cups depending
But you know what I do have some in the freezer
but I just reached in my pantry because I have a ton of canned pumpkin that I got on clearance at Aldi and
Why not use it we're also gonna need about three cloves of garlic
Between a quarter and a half a cup of tahini
This is sesame seed paste if you don't have tahini. Don't worry. You can use almond butter or peanut
Butter or cashew butter or you can leave it out it doesn't matter
It's not gonna be a big deal, and I have the juice of one lemon and we're going to be
Flavoring this up with some of my homemade zatar seasoning blend if you missed that video

Do now is I'm just gonna kind of pull all this stuff over here

Let me tell you this
Okay, this is the food processor
That comes with it. It comes with the sharp blade, and it comes with what they're calling a dough blade
So this is you can knead dough you can make cookie batter in this up to you
It comes with
Your blender carafe it comes with all sorts of
Safety functions like if you want to take the lid off you can do that, but you're not going to be able to do it
It snaps on here, and there's a release button on the top. It's got a pour spout. I mean this thing has it all I
Was so impressed when I open this up so this all comes in the box
It also comes with
a drink
Blade with a cup and just an FYI we also have the Nutri ninja drink blender which we purchased ourselves
This fits on there as well, so your cups will fit on this too, so if you have that

It also comes with this lid if you want to take it with you like you make your green juice in the morning or something
But the coolest thing ever
Aside from this being a blender and a food processor
There's going to blow your mind people

Well I'm gonna get this on here the right way
this is a veggie spiralizer it comes with two separate blades one first spaghetti and one for fettuccine and
You can spiral eyes to your heart's content

Because we're gonna be making some veggie noodles
It comes with a cleaning brush, and it comes with a whole bunch of information. I have sitting on my desk
But this is so cool you put the veggies in up here and use the plunger
It's just super super awesome. I'll be making lots of things using this whole system
And I'll make sure that you know it when I use it of course you're gonna see it, but this comes all apart
It's all dishwasher safe
It's super easy to use like I said there's all sorts of safety features in here, and I have some learning to do
But I'm excited about that and once again. We'd like to thank ninja for sending this to me
Because it's like Christmas for me people. It's just like Christmas
I have to say and I don't when I say people I'm not being disrespectful. I'm just excited. Okay, so just indulge me
All right, so here. I can't pull the handle up here unless I release the button

Then when you line everything up, so let's get on making our pumpkin hummus
So I'm just gonna. This is an 8 cup food processor Bowl. This is a cup
smaller than my current food processor, but I don't care because
This is I think this actually has more power
Let's put our pumpkin in here, that's the three cloves of garlic
The juice of one lemon
Our tahini or almond butter or peanut butter or nothing you know like I said, you can leave that out
It's not gonna hurt anything and we're gonna season this up
I'm gonna hit this with about a teaspoon of
our homemade
zatar seasoning mix and this had this sumac and the paprika and it had 12 different herbs and spices in it so
kind of like the kernel
All right
Make sure you get this lined up, just right
Put that on there okay now, I don't know this pick up on the camera

You push this on and it goes through this whole thing and then it's like magic this isn't like an LED screen

Touch screen, it's awesome. I'm gonna hit dips. There's a whole bunch of presets, okay?
And it's just gonna do the magic
Awesome right you don't have to use the presets. You can also just hit though and it was
And you can hit stop you can hit pause and and you just keep pushing pulse

And then you can hit the stop button it's super easy
And you know I might say this isn't as noisy as my other food processor either

But oh boy does it ever all right my favorite hummus is the roasted red pepper one?
But this pumpkin one is really really delicious and these pumpkin spiced pepitas
Have a little sweetness to them so they add a little something extra another depth and layer flavor to the mix

What is up this is Millionaire Case Study and episode 63.
What's up gang? I'm back here in the States if you saw
the last episode I was out in Israel and I'm not quite home yet not here not in
Arizona but still here in the States I'm here in Oregon. First time ever visiting
Oregon as a matter of fact here in this beautiful AirBnB. Been doing a lot of
AirBnB-ing last few days and this is probably my favorite AirBnB that I've
ever been in which is awesome because like five days ago I was in my other
favorite AirBnB I'd ever been in. So just want to catch up where things have
gone since last episode. Man it's just been freaking awesome so two main things
and I'm gonna keep this episode super short when I got back to the States
I went to Phoenix for this Daymond John event so that's the only the that's the
main thing one a document here is went to the Daymond John event had a ton of
fun got to hang out a little bit with Daymond John even one-on-one and ask him
a question as somebody that writes for press. I write for Entrepreneur Magazine
and so that was fun having Daymond John kind of as the face next to my face in
my social media branding. I think was super awesome I gave away some tickets
to the event. I just want to document that I did that
because I think it helped with a little bit of boosting my brand. Now the main
thing I want to talk about in this episode is just to announce like how
things feel like they're clicking and coming into place so a few weeks ago I
did this this webinar with one of my existing clients to help his team his
network marketing team understand social media and I have been blown away by how
many people have come forward wanting me to do helped them with their social
media just like I did with my existing client. So since just last and by the way
today is the 12th of June and just since last episode I think I've signed at
least five people onto my social media services. The biggest thing is just out
of nowhere where I wasn't really planning on it one of them decided to do
one-on-one coaching with me with my full pricing package at 10k for the six
months and I have somebody else that came on coaching and so the main thing I
want to announce here on episode 63 is this month the month of June is now
officially the highest earning month of revenue that has come in than any month
I've ever had in my life and we're still at least half way more for the month to
go. So at this point again I'm dreading around the 20k mark in revenue which is
just such an insane thing on a couple accounts the first thing is that's a
goal that was on when I first was serious about dreaming and having a
vision and goals something I dreamed up in 2012, that's the place I
wanted to get to. But the other thing that's interesting about this is how
normal it's feeling and its felt I'm here in Oregon on this vacation what kind of
vacation I actually came here over the weekend to run my first official
marathon that's a whole story in and of itself if you haven't seen the I made a
post about it on Facebook maybe I'll link it somewhere here in the
description on how that way but I'm here in Oregon and while I'm here not even
working as hard as I could be if I was home just focusing on my business. All
those business is just coming around and it's things that I've worked on and
worked towards and it feels so cool that it's actually just coming together right
now. It's a cool feeling that I've hit my first ever month above 20k and who knows
maybe it's gonna get even further I'm gonna push for 30. I mean I still have
half the month so why not but it's just crazy to think again because that's
something that I've always wanted and always dreamed for but what's also crazy
cool is when things I feel like life gives you lessons and then it tests you
and then it tests your limits and if it's too much it will have some way to
open it up like I remember having issues with my car that were so minor and
freaking out and then as I mentioned in last step episode
my car breaks down and I had this feeling of you know what I'm gonna
figure it out and I remember Becca my wife asked me when the car broke down so
are you gonna I guess we're gonna go into debt and to get another car and I
was like no I'm not gonna pull out a loan or I guess we're gonna get a loan on a
our next car, I was like no I'm not gonna get a loan. And the crazy thing is
when that happened I didn't have this cash, I didn't have this money, didn't
even see exactly how it was going to come but I just made the decision. No I
don't want to go into debt. That was a decision we made when we went out of
debt last year to do everything in our power to not go back in to stay out of
debt. And it was almost like life had like was testing us, testing me and
saying okay before you freaked out over your car having issues now let's throw
this curveball at you or you say you don't want to get out here don't want to
go back in the debt now let's give you this option and see if you do. And I was
kind of surprised how much I wasn't freaking out at the time and it's just
so insane to be on the other side of it in such a few short days to now just
since last episode literally bringing in my business around 20k it's crazy in an
awesome way and I love how normal it feels right now because I think last
month I doubled the month before and right now I'm more than double than I
was last month and the month is just about half over so that's the only
that's the main thing I wanted to talk about and that's in this episode I
want to keep it under 10 minutes and just let you know where things are at
and I think you might sense like there's this weird in a good way sense of calm
that I have like. I would imagine like coming up on this on this benchmark even
looking at episodes 1 2 3 4 like the earlier episodes of millionaire case
study I would have thought that I would be like freaking out and being like holy
shit it's actually happening but I have the sense of yeah this is normal and if
I'm gonna get to the million then I need to have a lot more normal weeks like I
just had and even more so to make that happen I just
feel like I'm on the track I'm on the path I'm gonna wrap it up right here
from Oregon. I'm gonna spend about four more days here with my wife Becca just
explore the state go see Multnomah Falls and just have a good time and
trust that business and things will work out and I'll just crush it when I get
