What Would Happen If You Never Brushed Your Teeth? - Duration: 3:09.Hey there!
Welcome to Life Noggin.
You know those nights where you're lying in bed and realize you forgot to brush your
teeth and you're like, "Do I really need to get up?"
Well, skipping one night wouldn't be the end of the world but what would happen if
you never brushed your teeth?
Like, ever?
Well, it's actually a lot worse than you think.
Mouths are dirty, dark, moist places, full of breeding bacteria.
In fact, one mouth can contain more bacteria than there are people on Earth!
When we brush our teeth, we're scrubbing away that excess bacteria, but also food particles
and plaque.
When we don't brush, all that gross stuff just continually builds up in our mouths.
Our immune systems go into overdrive to try to clear it all out but they can't.
And the consequences to not brushing at all could be much worse than the cavities or gingivitis
our dentists warn us about.
But before we get to that, let's start with the basics.
Plaque is a film that coats your teeth and feeds on leftover sugars in your mouth.
It produces an enamel-eating acid that gnaws away at your teeth, leaving holes known as
cavities.
Uncontrolled plaque can also cause inflammation of the gums, aka gingivitis, discolored teeth,
oral abscesses and horrible bad breath.
When bacteria really starts to build up, you increase your risk of developing something
called periodontitis, which is the erosion of tissue, gums and bone that support your
teeth.
The mouth just can't hold the teeth anymore so they fall out.
This is the leading cause of tooth loss and if you never brushed your teeth, you'd probably
have a lot less chompers than the rest of us.
Now this may seem like your run-of-the-mill dentist schpeil but this stuff can get serious.
The bacteria in your mouth is both good and bad, but things like MRSA and Staphylococcus
aureus can thrive in there.
And if you never brush your teeth, harmful bacteria like these can worm their way under
your gums and get access to your blood.
Yikes.
Poor oral care has been also linked to serious diseases such as heart disease, COPD, pneumonia,
and endocarditis, which is an infection of the inner lining of your heart chambers or
valves.
So if you're leaving your mouth to fend for itself, you'd better watch out for these
conditions.
A few controversial studies have also claimed to have found links between bad oral hygiene
and things like dementia and erectile dysfunction!
And remember how not brushing erodes areas of your mouth?
Studies have shown that those pockets may serve as reservoirs for HPV and cancer-causing
substances.
Thankfully now, we have modern toothbrushes and floss to protect our pearly whites, but
in ancient times, people chewed on twigs to clean their teeth, then scraped the surfaces
with the frayed end.[23]
Now, you can just push a button and a handheld machine will work its way around your mouth
so you barely have to lift a finger.
So easy, right?
Don't you want to go brush your teeth now?
I know I do.
What's the longest you've ever gone without brushing your teeth?
Let me know in the comments!

Müller injured – Reserves win derby - Duration: 1:18.Saturday's 1:0 away win in Hamburg came at a cost for Bayern Munich:
Thomas Müller only played for nine minutes and not only prepared the winning goal but also sustained a muscle injury
which will keep him side-lined for approximately three weeks.
Better news came from Javier Martinez who is working hard to bounce back from his shoulder injury
in time for Wednesday's DFB cup match in Leipzig.
Juan Bernat won't be able to help Bayern in the upcoming games yet but the Spaniard
is also making good progress.
Good and bad news in other words in regards to fitness and injuries,
in terms of results the Bayern fans had plenty of reason to celebrate on the weekend.
The 1:0 away win in Hamburg was followed by another 1:0 victory on Sunday:
the reserve team's win in the Munich derby against 1860.
This is so awesome.
We had to wait a while for a game like this but
we were determined to go to and beyond the limit and that's what we did.
We just fought really hard and eventually scored.
That makes this win so beautiful.
I have a couple of friends here who are 1860 supporters
so I'm going to keep rubbing it in their face today.

Take a look inside the new electric Scania Citywide - Duration: 1:49.To have a bus with a theme as this one,
we wanted to highlight the connection between
what we do for nature through our choices and sustainability.
And when we add new materials,
which you're not used to finding in a bus,
that immediately starts a discussion.
We have already heard it.
People have...
entered the bus and they've been really surprised.
They are either laughing or like,
"What is this? They have elk hides."
And that's great because, then, hopefully,
they start to think about why.
It's a bit playful, we know.
But when we started to look into this project,
we wanted to create a meeting point
for people to have a seat and discuss different topics from this fair.
This bus will be going into traffic in Östersund
which is in the northern part of Sweden.
And up there, you can relate to wildlife,
elk, moose, those kinds of animals, and of course,
the Northern Lights.

Making a Strip-Built Kayak - Fitting Out - E19 - Duration: 7:43.Hi I'm Nick Schade at Guillemot Kayaks, welcome episode number 19 of my series on making the
strip built Petrel Play kayak.
In the previous episode I spent a lot of time varnishing.
In this episode I'll do the final steps to get the boat ready for the water and that
is fitting it out with, a seat, bulkhead, hatch, skeg, deck lines etc.
There is a tube running from the skeg control slot beside the cockpit to the skeg box near
the stern.
The skeg is operated via a cable running through that tube.
I slide the cable in from the control slot back to the box.
I then secure the skeg fin to the cable with a set screw.
The skeg fin is hooked on to the pivot pin inside the skeg box.
I slip the control knob on to the cable and then feed the cable into the control tube.
There is a small hole in the side of the control tube to accept the set screw in the knob.
I start tightening the set screw until I feel it engage in the hole.
Before I tighten the set screw completely, I slide the knob all the way forward and then
move the fin to the fully retracted position.
With both the knob and the fin in the same position I can tighten the set screw.
The system is a little stiff the first few times but it loosens up with use.
I had placed some masking film inside the cockpit to protect against varnish drips.
Its time it came out.
I like to make my bulkheads out of 3" minicel foam.
It is lightweight, resilient and doesn't need to be cut perfectly to fit snuggly.
It just gets wrestled in place.
After cutting out the bulkhead, I took a little time to round over the corners a bit.
This creates a groove around the perimeter which I will fill with caulk.
Caulk can be messy stuff, so I find it useful to run masking tape beside the foam.
Masking film extends the protected area because 3M 5200 caulk is really messy.
I carefully squeeze a bead into the seam between the bulkhead and kayak.
I highly recommend wearing gloves because this stuff is super messy.
A finger is the best tool to press the extremely messy caulk into the seam.
If you make a mess, which you will, denatured alcohol will clean it off.
Peel the masking film and tape off before the caulk cures.
Be careful not to make a mess.
I drill a couple holes up under the coaming lip for bolts to hold nylon cable clamp loops
for back band support.
The back band is secured to the cheek plates with bolts threaded into T-nuts.
The stainless steel t-nuts a secured in place with some epoxy.
The bolts I use are flat headed and they lie fairly flush into finish washers.
After securing the back band on both sides I run shock cords up through the loops at
the back to hold the back band in place.
A water knot is an interlaced overhand knot that is very good for hold shock cord.
I use the same water knot for grab loops.
I form an over hand knot in one end, and then retrace that knot backwards with the other
end.
Pulled tight it makes a comfortable ball to grab.
These deck lines will just be shock cord.
The cord is threaded through the recessed fittings in a cross pattern.
A length of heat shrink tubing will protect and hide the joining of the cord ends.
I could use another water knot here, but I like the clean look of a couple stainless
steel hog rings hidden in the heat shrink.
Hog rings are stiff wire that is squeezed tight around the cord.
This creates a very secure joint.
I use two just to be sure.
The ends are then trimmed off and the heat shrink is slid over the connection before
using a heat gun to shrink the tubing down.
The seat will be secured in place with contact cement.
You only have one shot with contact cement so you need to be sure you know exactly where
you're putting the seat.
Spread the glue evenly on the bottom of the boat.
Here I'm using a chip brush, but a foam one may be used instead.
The brush will be trash when you're done.
More glue goes on the bottom of the seat in a smooth uniform layer.
After the glue has been applied to both mating surfaces, it needs to sit for a while until
it is dry to the touch.
The two glued surfaces will grab the moment they contact each other, so be sure to align
everything perfectly before pushing the seat down in place.
Press down to assure there is good contact everywhere.
The hatch cover is secured with nylon straps that are bolted to the deck through the holes
drilled earlier.
Self-adhesive closed cell weather stripping makes an effective gasket to keep water out
of the compartment.
I cut a ramp at the starting end with a sharp brand-new razor blade.
The weather stripping is pressed in place all the way around the perimeter of the hatch.
At the finish end, I run the strip up the ramp cut earlier.
Trimming this off flush like a scarf creates an unbroken gasket.
A length of parachute cord tied to the hatch and a loop inside prevents the cover from
accidentally floating away.
These side release buckles create a tight secure closure.
And that closes the build phase of this project.
But that doesn't mean the kayak is done.
No kayak is truly complete until it has been launched and paddled around a bit.
So, for the next and final episode of this series I will be launching the kayak and bringing
out to play in its intended habitat.
As this series is wrapping up I hope you learned a lot about what it takes to make a kayak.
I have a lot more information to share.
If you would like to see more small boat builds in the future, please let me know.
The most concrete feedback you can give me is to help fund the production of future videos.
I have set up a Patreon site to accept your funding support.
Please consider a small contribution, otherwise your subscriptions and likes are always welcome.
Please post a comment if you have any questions about any part of the build process.
Until the next episode, thanks for watching and happy paddling.

Time Traveler At Area 51 Claims He Is From 55000 Years in the Future - Duration: 2:03.Time Traveler At Area 51 Claims He Is From 55000 Years in the Future
S-4/Area 51 deep inside the Papoose Mountain in Nevada.
Down on the fifth level, only accessible by one elevator scientists were suited up to
meet an alien, an extraterrestrial being housed in an underground lab.
This extraterrestrial or alien was called J-Rod named after it pointed to the letter
J on a computer keyboard and then at the hyphen.
It talked telepathically to the scientists telling them that the letter J- meant
15 in hieroglyphics similar to Egyptian hieroglyphics, the number of light years away his planet
was.
Telepathically, the alien told the scientist they had come to obtain samples of human genomes,
to correct serious problems with their civilization.
Emigrate While You Still Can!
Learn More...
It was later revealed the alien was not an alien at all but a human, a time traveller
from 55,000 years in the future nearing the end of mankind, with a technology so advanced
that it was incomprehensible for us to understand.
Area 51 is a US Air Force base in southern Nevada, rumored to be where the US government
hides alien visitors.
The intense secrecy surrounding Area 51, the very existence of which the US Government
barely acknowledges, has led it to become the frequent subject of conspiracy theories
and UFO folklore.

Memories from Europe - last trip, iwona Blecharczyk - Duration: 18:42.presents
My last route in Europe
Hello! I've barely entered here with steering
but I guess someone is having a break by the gas pump
I won't wait for them cause I don't have time
Today it's my last route
Last with a blade, last in Europe
And just as before every other route, I have to refill
I will carry a 62m blade as usual
It's rather impossible to refill later with such a blade
Actually, there is one Shell station when we can refill but it would be a waste of time
So now I'll refill
It will be a 900km route
So let's start
That would be all, you don't refuel trucks under the cap
because in the summer the temperature rises
and the fuel expands
I'm going to pay now
Now it's time to settle the bill
So of course, to use a fuel card
I need to know the counter status
I always take a picture so I don't need to write it down on a piece of paper
And I always have the refill location when I need it
And now of course I need the card
This is an Euro Shell card
I have PIN number, counter status... I can go
Let's go
So I've refilled, now I will need to legalize my tachograph
And load...
I refilled just one tak as you have seen because the secons one was full
So just one side
My last blade has been loaded, it's 62m long
17 tons
The whole set is 66,5m long
and weighs 44 tons
Now it's time for break and we're starting in the night
Route: Cuxhaven - Burgholz
Distance - 913km
Time: 3 nights
Parkings on the route where a 66,5m set can enter and leave (if not already taken): 9
This is the route from the permit
It's a part of the permit
Here you can see the exact route
No matter what happens, we can't leave it
Here are the dimensions of my truck
This is my length at the moment, after extending
Length, width, height...
And here's a standard dimension
I left to check all the lights just in case
It looks different in the night than during the day
In the night it can turn out that a light doesn't work
And tonight we have a serious police control
First convoy has been controlled for over 50 minutes
So I check everything
The control is a routine for us
on every entry and exit from the highway
And we'll start
Where's the pilot?
He went to check if the service station is free so we can stay for a pause!
Entering a parking and leaving it are always very dangerous maneuvers for us
That's why the pilot left us 5km befire the exit to check if there's no other convoy on the parking
This Shell is the best service station in Germany
with the best entry for us
and for all the oversize loads
Ok, Krzysiek, you'll pass
You pass well so far
All is OK
On route again!
2nd night
There's always a little traffic jam while leaving A7 to A2
This time we mixed with another convoy
PAUSE
You know what, I have to admit that I've had a nostalgic moment
I have my pause now
before the last night
I took all my hard drives out
These are all my hard drives
with videos from all my routes in Europe
I connected one of them and I watch the videos
And I really miss these travels
that I've lived for these 3 years passed on the road
Mostly on the routes to Spain
but it was also the time when I was driving with a frigo
all around Europe
I've done some kilometers, but take a look
Spain
France
Belgium
Switzerland
Italy
Portugal
Great Britain
Ireland
The Netherlands
Germany
Czech Republic
Denmark
Sweden
Norway
Ok, I'm closing my computer so...
I have to prepare and go
Last night
From the pilot's perspective
So that's how my last european route looked like
and a bit of memories
Thank you very much for watching
And I wish you good luck
Bye
I forgot one more thing
If you want to know what saving can you have thanks to the Euro Shell card
Watch the video mad by an expert
See you!

Every Day I Get Back Up And Move Forward! - Study Motivation - Duration: 12:33.getting better isn't a hack or a trick or a one change that you need to make
getting better is a campaign it's a campaign it's a daily a weekly it's an
hourly fight an incessant fight that doesn't stop against weakness and
against temptation and against laziness it's a campaign of discipline the
campaign of hard work and dedication it's waking up early and going to bed
late and grinding out every second in between every single day so you want to
get better you want to self-improve stop looking for a shortcut and go find your
alarm clock and find your discipline and fling your guts and your passion and
your drive and find it you will and then and then you will find your freedom you
know what we complain about compared to what our grandparents and
great-grandparents call me but I don't know I mean it's really hard to complain
about theoretical issues compared to actual slavery compared to actual Great
Depression I love when kids are like the economy's bad I'm like you're an idiot
like do you understand the historical nature of where we live today and what's
going on again I don't want to dwell on it too much the Internet has changed
everything it is fundamentally created opportunity for everybody the problem is
people don't want to put in the work you know but if you really believe
passionately what you're doing just dis then you know keep going you know keep
pushing on keep pushing on and until you either succeed or at least you but you
know you realize that you know it's just it's just not gonna happen
and and and then if it if you don't succeed pick yourself up and and you
know try again and and ultimately you know if you you know if you're that
determined you will succeed in life and
and if you don't you'll have a have a lot of fun trying I want I want you all
to stay true to the most real most sincere most authentic parts of
yourselves I want you to ask those basic questions who do you want to be what
inspires you how do you want to give back and then I want you to take a deep
breath and trust yourselves to chart your own course and make your mark on
the world maybe it feels like you're supposed to go to law school but what
you really want to do is teach little kids maybe your parents are expecting
you to come back home after you graduate but you're feeling a pull to travel the
world I want you to listen to those thoughts I want you to act with both
your mind but also your heart and no matter what path you choose I
want you to make sure it's you choosing it and not someone else are you making
decisions based on the financial rewards are you making decisions based on how
easy the work will be I mean I remember in college you know they would give you
this book where they all the students would rate the classes and they would
rate things like how easy the class was and how you know how much do you they
like the professor and you know the first year I picked all my classes based
on it workload and I picked everything a low workload you know and pretty bored
didn't work very hard which was fine but nothing was dynamic and nothing really
excited me and I thank goodness learned that and so the second year I picked all
my classes by professor rating regardless of the workload so every
class I had I had these dynamic amazing incredible human beings passing on their
knowledge and you were excited to work hard for them you know and so again what
the question is what are the filters we were using and so if you're only chasing
the mighty dollar then you will have jobs that'll pay you a little more than
the last but are you enjoying yourself and I talked to a guy recently who was
in a he's in bad shape like he really hates his life and he's
really depressed he doesn't know what to do and so we were going through all his
old jobs you know and I said give me a job that you've loved and he hadn't
every single job he's chosen out of college he picked because of the the
money and if something offered him more somewhere else he took it you know
regardless and and and and the amazing thing is he plateaued because if you're
only chasing the result if you're only chasing the thing that makes it easy
right then eventually you will get bored or they'll get bored of you right and
you plateau in other words chasing the whole mighty dollar if that's your only
thing it eventually flattens out whereas if you're chasing the thing that excites
you the human beings to be around the work that excites you the stuff that you
know you know you you can get passionate about you know the the irony is is
you'll actually make way way more you can never perfect what we do there is no
way I've never met anyone who goes that's perfection I mean to an audience
outside of your work people can think that that's the only way they'd ever
want to see that part played or that moment done whatever but as an actor and
this isn't Mach humidity I think it's just it just goes for all art forms
really the whole point is perfection is unachievable so it's that constant
pursuit of the unobtainable which is kind of magic really you know and and
and you keep us kind of motivated to try better you know it's the bakit thing you
know fail again fail better a person's strengths are often their biggest
weaknesses and so that also means that their weaknesses can be their strengths
so me I am weak in all those ways that I listed I am
but I don't accept that I don't accept that I am what I am and that that is
what I'm doomed to be no I don't accept that I'm fighting
I'm always fighting and struggling and I'm scrapping and kicking and clawing at
those weaknesses to change them to stop them
some days I win
some days I do but each and every day I get back up and
I move forward with my fists clenched toward the battle toward the struggle
and I fight with everything I've got to overcome those weaknesses and those
shortfalls and those flaws as I strive to be just a little bit better today
than I was yesterday there is another level the only reason you keep sitting
there isn't as you feel so exhausted about where you are but life the
universe or God is just testing you because there is another level if this
is good giant jump to excellence Giants start good poor to good to excellence
there's a level where all your dreams are realized there's a level that you've
always dreamed that it is real it has not gone away but it takes that extra
burst when you think there's nothing left there's no way you've tried
everything ten million times and you keep going it's almost like God is
saying if you keep hitting this wall enough times I will see that you will
not stop that you will fill that level of determination faith and courage and
then the door opens and you get to that next level but most people don't know is
the next level is just 2 millimeters above and it's called outstanding ladies and gentlemen
outstanding what's it called what's it called what's it called outstanding
magnificent unstoppable extraordinary not excellent it's a different level
it's a level where you are not one of the best you are the best you know
what's amazing you only have to be two millimeters more than everybody else and
you get everything you get the joy the laughter the fun the family the
passion the economics the freedom of spirit it's all there what Jerry Maguire
called the quad baby all of it and it's just two millimeters above and most
excellent people give up because they're exhausted and there's some people go the
harder I hit it the more I hit it sooner or later it's going down I'm not
stopping when you actually sit down at 6:00 p.m. to study and you open that
book up instead of thinking okay how do I get this done faster so that I can go
watch some TV or play some video games no you sit down and you say oh this is a
fascinating thing here that I'm studying about life this is so much more
rewarding and has so much more value than watching TV or playing a video game
and look I watched a lot during my school years and I want
playing a lot of video games during my school years so I know how that goes
I mean those things can be exciting in the short term but there's so much value
and richness in the studying you got to connect yourself to that right it's not
like adults or just telling you to study for study's sake that's a stupid reason
you can connect inside to your own original motivations I just feel like if
you can figure out the thing that makes you tick find that thing and the thing I
would say I guess is a lot of young people I find are under such pressure
there's a kind of sense of it's all or nothing which i think is really unfair
meaning I don't know if it's the media and the way things are presented or if
it's because there's so much success that is that is celebrated in society
but there is a sense I've heard enough that I feel like I haven't thought of
this till now that it is a kind of theme that that young people feel like if they
don't know what they're born to do that there's somehow broken and I think that
it needs to be looked at differently which is that it means if you don't know
that thing it means that every door is there's the possibility that that's a
beautiful thing so I just feel like I would say don't stress yourself out in
my experience stepping up in the in developing yourself involves a lot of
great wins and thrills and euphoria but it also involves a lot of harsh looking
at yourself like really looking at yourself in the mirror and questioning
yourself so you know you want to believe I'm awesome and fuel your certainty and
go hard but I think that you also want to take very very harsh looks at
yourself that can be very painful you want to do that at times and you want to
get out into nature or into isolation or out with your friends that will
challenge you and think about you know who you are where you you know where
you're going what you become because again you're motoring along and if you
go a little bit this way you wind up over here if you're a little bit this
way you wind up up here if you're a little bit this way you wind up over
here and so you need those periods of examination to learn how to recognize
your own strengths and weaknesses this is in fact the vital part of preparation
for a big match and for anything in life we always try
to study our opponents we always try to try to study the battlefield we always
try to study all the circumstances surrounding our venture endeavor but
very often we forget to study ourself and this is very important because any
choice of a ground for battle or you know type of strategy we want to employ
depends on our recognition of our strengths and weaknesses and this is a
process of constant re-evaluation because life is changing very fast and
our opponents looking at our success studying it and trying to be to be smart
and outsmart us eventually and we can look at the history and just to find a
number of situations were the the inability to recognize strengths and
weaknesses led to an eventual disaster

Tim's success story - European Bartender School - Duration: 1:24.My name is Tim, I did the course in Amsterdam
and I just moved here, it was a quick decision.
My life has been super busy, I've loved every second of it, though.
I've been doing a cocktail catering job
and then for almost a year, I've worked at a sports bar,
it was a lot about speed and efficiency.
And then, since recently, I've moved to a speakeasy cocktail bar
called Door 74, is in the city center of Amsterdam.
And I've been doing some competitions on the side as well,
just to get some experience and that has been going pretty well, too!
So, I've competed in Diageo World Class,
where I've made the Dutch top 10, where I've made the finals;
I competed in a competition that took me to Ireland, just this week.
My EBS experience has started out with meeting a lot of people from all over the world
It was a really intense experience, but I've loved every second of it.
And if I could do it all over again, I'd definitely would.

If you want more details , I invite you to check out my old videos down below on the description box
And do not worry because everything that I have used on this video will be on the description box too :-)
As the lace closure was too light for my skin tone , despite to bleach the lace before to sew in , I have decided to dye it with some tea and hot water for 5 min
To fix the lace , I am going to apply the "Labell hair'up resist" before my hairline

I'm a Witch! || #Sbooktacular TBR [CC] - Duration: 7:31.Hi, everyone! My name is Camille, and today I'm sharing with you my TBR for the
Sbooktacular read-a-thon!! I just want everyone to know right now that I
completely failed at the spookathan that was last week. I even started to
vlog it, but there just wasn't anything to vlog. I ended up vlogging more food
than I did books, and I think I read about 40 pages over the entirety of the
week, so that didn't work! So I need to redeem myself this week! I was already
planning to do a personal pre-halloween read-a-thon during the next week
anyway, and now there just happens to be an official event that I just found out
about, so I might as well participate in that! What drew me to participate in this
particular read-a-thon instead of just doing my own thing like I originally
planned is the way that they assigned reading challenges--I will leave a link
to the original announcement video so that you can check that out in case I
don't describe this very well--but basically, there's a map. Everyone starts
at the same place, and you follow the trail, and each time you get to a fork in
the road, those are different challenges that you have to choose between, and so
you take your fork, and as you keep going, you reach another fork, and you have to
to choose a challenge and choose a path and bleh--you keep going until you reach
your seventh book. The place where you end up is the team that you're in! I'm
not really planning to do that; they're doing something with points and whatnot.
I'm not really planning to participate in that because I'm not really sure
what's going on, and I don't have time to deal with that, but I'm a witch! I also
have a little mug of vegetable soup because it's finally getting a little
nippy outside here in Mississippi! Did you know that Campbell's feels the need
to have two different vegetable soups? An original vegetable soup and a vegetarian
vegetable soup. Is it really worth it to make two
different vegetable soups just for a different broth? Are they really making
that much money off of the specifically vegetarian vegetable soup and the
non-vegetarian vegetable soup? I don't know. I think it's strange. Anyway, let's
get into my TBR! The very first challenge is the one that everyone starts with at
the very beginning of the path, and that is to read any book that you want, and I
chose Smoke Gets in Your Eyes by Caitlin Doughty. This is basically about her
experience working at a Crematory! I've had this on my TBR for quite some time,
and I figured I would start off my Halloween reads with some nonfiction to
get some real spookiness in my life! The first fork in the road is past or future.
I chose past, and for that, I'll be reading Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter
by Seth Grahame-smith! I saw this film with my dad, and I think it's an
absolutely brilliant film! I saw it when it premiered, I got my own copy on a DVD,
and I've watched it multiple times ever since. it's a fantastic film, a really
good story, and he does such a great job of intertwining the fantasy fiction and
real history. I think I read somewhere that this was a dual graduate final
project for both his history degree and his English degree, so he just kind of
combined them and turned this in for both of them, I believe is what happened XD
So then following my fork, the next split in the road is magic or non-human, and I
chose non-human, and for this I'll be reading Syrenthia Falls by Alexander Brown.
This is about werewolves. I guess this could honestly go for either
magic or non-human because technically they are human because werewolves are
half-human, whaaaaa? We'd probably have to have a whole debate on humanity to
decide whether this should properly fit into non-human or magic, but either way,
this is kind of a chunky book, so that does kind of concern me. If I'm feeling
too intimidated by it and I don't feel up to reading it, then I'll probably read
the e-book by Kim that I bought recently from the channel Kim here. I'll leave a link
to her in the description box down below because she is lovely and I really want
to read her book as well, but as much as I love
Kim, this is slightly higher priority simply because I've had it for like two
years and haven't read it. Sorry, Kim, next time! The next fork in the road that
my path leads to is red spine or black cover. This one again kind of fits in
both categories, but I'm choosing red spine because the red spine is very
vibrant and the front only has some black, but I'm also choosing this for red
spine because it's kind of over killing the red spine challenge because it also
has red print! It's very dark--it's more of a maroon/burgundy--so I'm not sure if
it's gonna show up on camera, but the print is actually red, and I think that's
so interesting cause--I didn't even say the title! This is Girl of Nightmares by
Kendare *Blake, and I'm pretty sure that this is actually a sequel... yes, her sequel
to Anna Dressed in Blood. I have not read and Anna Dressed in Blood. I did not know
that this was a sequel when I bought it, so hopefully I won't be too confused! The
next challenge that my path leads to is not a fork in the road, this is a set
challenge, and that is to read something after sunset! So for this, I chose
something short because I have very little capacity for staying up late, so I
chose a manga, and this is The Girl from the Other Side. I honestly have no idea
what this is about, I just saw it in the bookstore, and I think that the cover is
beautiful! I'm pretty sure this is like an unlikely
friendship story between a human child and a demon or something, but I'm not
totally sure. Next I have the choice between reading something with a "dark" in
the title--like the word "dark"--or to read the first book in a series, and I don't
even think I own any books with the word dark in the title, so I chose the first
book of a series, and that is Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.
I'm sure all of you have heard
of this. This is one of the booktube classics that has been around for a
while. The hype for it has kind of died down, as far as I've seen, but I still
haven't read it, and it's been on my bookshelf for a while, so hopefully I get
to this one! the final chosen challenge for the path
that I picked is to read a fantasy, and I chose Feet of Clay by Terry Pratchett.
This is the next book in the series by him that I'm currently,
I believe it's the Men at Arms series within the Discworld series--his series
are so meta, and I don't follow it completely, but my friend has been
lending me these books in the order I'm supposed to read them, so I'm just
trusting him this is what I'm supposed to read next! And with that being my
final challenge, that puts me in the witch team! Again, I'm not really sure
what that means, but maybe it'll be more clear as the read-a-thon goes along.
Those are all of the books that I am planning to read in the Sbooktacular
read-a-thon. I have never participated in a read-a-thon during the school year
before, other than last week when I tried to do the spookathan, and we--well, you
didn't see how badly that turned out, but I did! Not only will the be during
school, but I'm also gonna be out of town this weekend to see the Broadway
musical RENT with my boyfriend. Not on Broadway, mind you. They are touring, and
they will be at my boyfriend's University. I have convinced him to
participate with me, so hopefully that will help us keep each other accountable
to do some reading this weekend! And because the challenges and your TBR are
chosen in a pathway, you're supposed to read them in the order that you chose
them of the path, so we'll see how that goes. I might break the rules, and I might
jump around. Alright, everyone, that's all I have for today! Thank you all so so
much for watching! If you're participating in the Sbooktacular
read-a-thon, please leave a link to your TBR in the *comments* down below so that I
can see what you're planning to read and what team you're on! I hope that you all
have a super wonderful day, and don't forget that progress is more important
than perfection <3

Period Talk - 3 Reasons I'm Grateful For My Period - Duration: 7:20.Hi guys it's Ritta with rawritta.com Today I'm sharing with you three reasons
why I am grateful for my period and you should also be grateful for your period
whether you've suffered from period loss of period or never have lost year period
and you should still always be grateful for it but for the ones of you who lost
their period and might have gotten their period back you'll know exactly why it's
so important to be grateful for your period effortlessly because you you've
in that process you've learned to appreciate it more so long story short I
used to suffer from anuria and I do - or Thor Exia and exercise addiction and
honestly the day I got my period back was the most the best day of my life it
felt like at that time the biggest goal come true because honestly at that time
my biggest goal in the world was just to get my period back and one thing that
helped me get my period back was to stop stressing about it which brings me to
another goal because I used to stress myself out so much about when I was
gonna give me my period back how I was gonna get my period back and if it was
even possible and all these things that was all stress that I added on top of
the stress that I already had from my exercise addiction and from restricting
calories and certain foods and stuff like that so this only prolongs your
recovery this only makes the recovery period you know just more miserable so I
one of the things I always recommend is to stop stressing and obsessing over
your period you don't want to go from one obsession to another but that's a
whole other story now I want to get started with
reason number one that I'm grateful for my period and the first thing is that
I'm grateful for is that it's a sign that my body trusts me the fact that I
am I I have a regular cycle now it my body might mine and my body's I guess
relationship is healthy I've developed such a healthy relationship with my body
that it is trusting me it's it's doing all the things that it needs to do and
it's just functioning right and yeah it's for me one thing that I had to do
was develop and were not developed in order for me to develop a healthy
relationship with my body was to actually just love and accept it the way
it is and I know that sounds simple but once I started once I learned to love
and accept my body the way it is it was hard to mistreat my body again it was
it's like when you start treating your body well and loving it
it's it's really hard for you to not a feed it right it's hard for you to not
nourish it right it's hard for you to punish it so that that's one thing that
really helped me stop this habit it was to just start loving and accepting my
body so reason number two I'm grateful for my period is that I feel like a
woman again a lot of times I hear a lot of women and
I'm not the only one but when we don't have our period at least you know I
didn't feel like a woman I feel like I lost something that was part of being a
woman which is obviously my period and now that I have it back I'm so grateful
that I can actually feel like a woman I feel like my hormone levels are are
healthy it's also my period is as a sign of is a
marker of fertility so now I can have kids if I want to and I'm just grateful
that I have that feminine like I just feel feminine now that I have my period
so the last reason that I'm grateful for my period is that I have learned so much
from my body I'm like it has taught me so much my period has taught me so much
about my body I feel more in tune with my body I feel like it's so much easier
to listen to my body a lot of signs that it gives me now I understand them better
than I ever did before and if I had I not lost my period I would have probably
not been so interested in learning so much about my myself and when you learn
when you know yourself very well starting with your own body you feel
very empowered you feel very strong both physically and mentally you feel more
confident when you know yourself better so like I was saying it is easier for me
to listen to my body now and I've learned for example that when I'm going
through a lot of stress my period comes like a couple days later and that's
assigned for me to slow down next for next month I need to be working on
managing my stress levels and also when a lot of times when women have you know
brown spottings in the beginning of their period that actually means that
it's leftover blood from your previous period that just not never got pushed
out it's like it's basically oxidized blood that stayed in you and never came
out and also it's also a sign of low levels and you know those are just some
examples that I've learned about my own body and I've learned so much more but
like I was saying I feel more confident and I feel more in tune with my body and
and I love that those are the three reasons I am grateful for my period
there are so many more reasons but those are the main three reasons that I am
grateful for my period now I would love to know if you have managed to overcome
amenorrhea or if you're still working on getting your period back please comment
below ask me any questions you have I want to help you as much as I can and
like this video make sure that you subscribe and also make sure that you
share it with your friends other than that thank you so much for watching I
will see you next time

Rapid Cycling: I Want Off This Roller Coaster - Duration: 3:44.Hey guys! It's Hannah.
Rapid cycling and bipolar disorder.
So the definition of it is four or more episodes -
of depressive, hypomanic, manic – that occur within a 12 month period.
And why I really want to talk about this today is because I'm actually going through rapid cycling.
I have had like kind of a lot on my plate this year, relatively speaking.
A lot of stress that has really triggered me into one of these episodes.
And I'm curious to hear what rapid cycling looks like for you
because everybody has such a different experience.
And I'm going to share mine.
So for those of you who don't know, I'm actually a rapid cycler.
So this is something that I have to prepare for every couple of years.
And what it looks like for me is – well bipolar is already a rollercoaster.
And rapid cycling is basically that rollercoaster goes 10 times faster.
Every day is different.
And I find myself in more hypomanic episodes than I actually do in depressive episodes;
which is really exhausting.
You feel everything and nothing at the same time.
I'm really out of sync.
I'm irritable but I'm not explosive but I'm definitely off my game.
I'm out of routine.
You know, usually, I try to get up at 6 a.m. in the morning.
Work out. Prepare for the day.
But when you go to bed at 4 a.m. and you only sleep two hours, that's really difficult to do.
My eating habits are way off.
I mean I eat dinner, no joke, at like 10:00 p.m., 11 p.m. at night
because I lose track of time.
And I'm trying to distract my mind and keep myself busy.
So I'm all over the place.
Like scattered!
Managing rapid cycling?
Well, like I said, I prepare in the off-season
because the fact is is I live with bipolar 2 disorder and this is inevitable.
Of course, open communication with my doctors.
And I kind of have to distract myself, in a good way.
And isolation at this time isn't the best thing for me, but it kind of is.
And, in my experience with rapid cycling, I do this through creativity.
I am writing more than I've ever written; fiction, non-fiction, journaling.
And, also, I have taken on a creative project to kind of focus my mind in a good way.
I'm building a table. Yeah! With vintage love letters.
I know. I know. Stop! You're like, "Oh my god! That's the greatest idea ever."
And I'm really excited for it.
It's just kind of a healthy way to distract my mind.
I do the best I can to manage it.
And actually, right now during this period of time,
for everything that I have on my plate, I'm in control.
But I'm very aware that, in the future, these types of episodes might be way more severe.
And I'm not gonna beat myself down for going through one of these periods
because it is what it is.
And a lot of people go through this.
Because it's really difficult for me to explain to other people, like my friends,
what rapid cycling is like.
That's why this community is so important;
so I can share with you guys and you can share with me.
And also, please share this video so that other people can share their experience.
I look forward to all those comments and maybe response videos.
And I will see you next week. Bye.

할로윈 고양이 뱀파이어 메이크업 / Halloween Make Up of Vampire Cat! - Duration: 4:20.Hi guys
It's Kyung-Ah from Ryu's Penna
Today, for Halloween, I prepared a make up clip
I'm not good on beauty but,
This make up!
LOL
My face is a little bit cat type
So, I prepared a vampire cat-like make up.
I used different bold colors than usual.
Before I start, for people who see me the first time, the like and subscribe button is on the bottom
Please click it for me
Well then, shall we start our make up?
Go Go~
Since the make up I'm going to do is red, the lens I matched is light brown
After the base, I put on sun cream
Since my skin is sensitive and the complex type, I use wet and smooth creams
Next is color correcting primer
When you do cat make up, a bright skin tone is important
Instead of a foundation too bright, toning up with color correcting is more natural
Before the foundation, I'll hide the dark circle part with coral orange lip stick
This helps brightening the dark circle's darkness and blue tone
This is a useful way when you don't have an orange color correcter
Next, I'm going do my foundation. Since I toned up many with color correcting
I'll put on A03 color, which goes well with the skin tone
Even it's Halloween, make up floating around won't look pretty
Now I'll make a double chin and do my shedding
Try to get rid of the chin fat, and shed the whole face like your cutting it around
Personally, I don't like this because of the powder flying around.
Next is making a nose with middle tone shedding
To look more like a cat, I'm going to make the end of my nostrils round
I'll give some shadow on my philtrum
I'll draw my eyebrow orange to match my hair color
Even if it's different with your hair color, I think orange matches good with Halloween.
I filled the brow with orange and I'll fill the rest with brown.
And I'll match my mascara color
Now I'll do my eye make-up with the shadow palette
I'll color in my eyelids with a similar color to the shedding color
Next, I'll draw the darkest red color under my eyelid line
I'll paste the ones left on the brush and blend the rest with my hand
Then, I'll draw the dark red-brown belong the eyelid line
For this time also, paste the ones left on the brush on the under tail
I'll make the front part of the under bright with those colors
For the last, touching the middle part with white pearls finishes the shadow
Before other parts, I'll put tint on my lips a little bit
I usually color it in first like this
Now, I'll draw the thin eyeline belong my eyelash line
For a clearer eye shape, I used black
After that, I draw a fake eyelash only on the under part
My eyelash extension is left but for more richness, I added mascara
Don't forget the under
Now I'll blend the tint I did ago with my hand
Then you can put the lip on that doesn't erase well
After that I'll color the inner part on more time
After blending, I'll draw a burgundy lip color on the middle line and the inside
If you follow the wrinkle line, it helps a natural gradation
I wanted more volume, so I added another line in the middle
And blended it
This is the end of the vampire cat make up even for daily look!
It's not that excessive as other costumes
With some masks or hair bands like this makes a more Halloween look
Well guys
This is the end of my Halloween make up!
I tried this and that, and I'm not sure if it looks different than usual
Thanks for watching to this clip to the end
♥♥♥Click the like and subscribe button please if you haven't♥♥♥
See ya in the next clip!
Bye!

HUNTER.FM NEEDS HELP! - Duration: 6:15.Hello, this is Raylan, creator and administrator of Hunter.FM!
I'm recording this video to update you on the situation of Hunter.FM on YouTube.
Please, i request that you watch this video until the end
Give like in this video, this is very important!
As some of you already know, the channel has become the target of Sony Music Entertainment.
Almost 3 months ago we received two strikes on the channel on two livestream of Hunter.FM
The most popular POP MUSIC 2017 and the POP2K HITS
The strike was issued because we are playing songs, which are owned by Sony
This happened because the network that gave us support with the necessary licenses,
to play the songs protected by copyright, unfortunately ended its activities.
During this time that we stayed off YouTube, I tried to make a deal with Sony Music
but not only with them, I tried also with Warner and Universal Music
by also playing music owned by these record labels.
Note that if it was not for Sony, any of the others could also issued a strike.
So it's important to have agreements with these 3 major labels.
But unfortunately we did not have a positive return, and in many cases, we had no return.
Look, the Hunter.FM has almost 10 years online, before going to YouTube Hunter was already operating on the official website: hunter.fm
in which we are there until today
Our goal has always been to touch and spread the latest hits
At its release, Hunter.FM was immediately a success on the internet, because of this feature.
So in recent months, almost 1 year hehe, we saw on YouTube a new opportunity
and we start with the same goal, and the result was INCREDIBLE
On YouTube we were able to create a form of entertainment in live radio format
that makes sense to the pop music audience
we join the radio with video clip, entertainment by the chat and real interaction through the TOP 5
The community loved the idea of Hunter.FM on YouTube
this way, our live broadcast here by the official channel, reached more than 8 million people in the first few months online
Due to the high popularity in the platform, in the category of music, the livestream of Hunter.FM was the number one in the ranking of "YouTube Live Brazil"
being recommended several times on the YouTube homepage. You are GREAT!
THANK YOU!
According to the various messages that are sent to us, you like Hunter.FM because it always promotes new pop music
so that they become hits in the future, and that's what we believe Hunter.FM is interesting for record labels
Several listeners from Hunter.FM listen to keep up to date with the latest releases from their favorite artists.
many of you say "the Hunter.FM is the best radio to promote new pop songs on the internet".
Doing one of the most common works of the traditional Top 40 style radio, which is to play new songs to make them popular
in the case of Hunter.FM, we are doing this on all the digital platforms that the Internet offers, promoting a huge dissemination of the artists.
Our intentions are the best possible.
We believe that Hunter.FM is a great opportunity to promote the new releases of the record labels
an additional power for the songs to become better known.
There are many messages sent to us requesting permanence of the Hunter.FM in YouTube of official form.

and show how important you listeners are.
We need to "make noise" on the internet, on the record labels' social networks, so they can notice how much you want Hunter.FM back on YouTube.
Show that the intentions of Hunter are the best possible, we want to spread the news of pop music through the radio.
So, if you want the return of Hunter.FM on YouTube, here in the description are the link of the social networks of the 3 main record companies that we need the support.

This is day one of the Fall For Yoga challenge
I will be sharing how to do side angle pose with a bind in this tutorial (utthita parsvakonasana)
I will show you several different ways of how to do extended side angle pose and
ultimately
I will share with you how to get your arms into that bind while you're in side angle pose
Before we get started if you aren't yet subscribed to this channel hit that subscribe button down below the video or two free yoga classes
Every single week plus the rest of this yoga challenge as well
You'll also want to head on over to Alyssa Yogiano's channel as well
She will be posting days 2 4 & 5 on her channel
So you'll definitely want to be subscribed to both of us in order to
Participate and get the full benefit of all of these awesome poses that we'll be sharing with you, so if you're ready
Let's get started!
So, to come into side angle pose with a bind
You'll come into your side angle pose first so step your feet out wide
You'll want them to be a little wider than the distance of your own leg
from here turn your
Left toes in at a 45 degree angle and turn your right toes all the way out
Turning the whole leg out from the hip
Once your feet are settled look down and be sure that your right heel is
Tracking in line with your left arch
So you want you'll want to see an imaginary line from the right heel all the way to the left arch
Imagine that you're standing on a tightrope as opposed to standing on railroad tracks
So your feet want to be in line with each other
once your feet are settled here place your arms out to the side bend your right leg and
Look down and do another check of your right leg, so you want to make sure that the right knee is tracking
Directly above the right ankle so if it's not if it's forward of the right ankle, so you'll need to adjust accordingly
You'll also want to make sure that your right knee is tracking directly in line with your second and third toes of your right foot
So you'll want to look down and from here out of your peripheral vision
They'll want to see that big toe if your knee is forward of the big toe and you can't see it
You could cause some damage and your knee joints you want to be very careful
So be sure that the knee is in line with the second and third toes as well as tracking above the ankle
So once your legs are now settled keep that left leg nice and straight and energized
Keep lunging forward into your right leg you should start to feel a burn in your quads
Reach your arms out to the side palms facing down to start
This is warrior two and we'll come through warrior two into side angle pose
So reach the torso just moving the torso keeping the legs where they are
Until you can't reach any further you can place the hand behind the foot on the pinky toe side
of the foot and then reach the left arm up and over on the diagonal try not to lose your
Legs here as you're holding your extended side angle pose
So you want to keep bending through that right leg and keep straightening the left
Energetically reaching up through the arm
And then you want to also make sure that you're not
Hunching over that right leg you want to keep length in your torso in both sides of your body as much as you can
This is why a lot of the times for beginners especially we place the forearm on the thigh
Instead of placing the hand on the floor
Or you can use a block so you can place your hand on a block at any height depending on your
Flexibility and your proportions because if you are crunching too much into this hip while you're an extended side angle pose
You could cause a lot of blockage and tightness in the hip joint so you want to be mindful of that as well
To come to the bind you can place the hand on the big toe side of the foot
When you first come into side angle pose this opens the shoulders a bit more from here
You can take your left arm and place it behind you and also take your right arm
And you'll want to wrap it underneath the right thigh
so you'll need to get the shoulder closer down towards the knee and shin and then twist your arm back and
Place it near the small of your back behind you your left arm is also in that
general region
So you'll want to try and take hold of your left hand or your left wrist
With your right hand or if you can't reach you can also take hold of the fingertips clasp them together
Whatever you can and while you're here hold and breathe you can also use a strap for this
Strap or a yoga belt to help you gain the flexibility to bring your hands together ultimately
Meeting at the back of your body
You'll want to hold and breathe
keep bending into that right leg and keep the back leg nice and straight and
Energized even though you're tightly bound and your arms are wrapped around that right leg
You'll still want to keep as much length and your torso as possible without hunching over the leg too much
also
Try and keep the shoulders
Open try not to hunch forward towards the ground you'll want to keep that chest nice and open then you can look up
Towards the ceiling this also requires a bit of balance so if you cannot look up towards the ceiling quite yet
That's totally fine
You can always look forward or down towards the floor whatever works for you
And then you can work your way up towards bringing your key raise up to the ceiling
Once you're done on
clasp your hands from each other
Place your right hand down onto the floor you can turn into a lunge here
And then you can come back into a downward facing dog and rest in a child's pose before you come into the other side
Thank you so much for watching. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial if you liked it
