GRANDSTANDING, APPARENTLY THIS RECENT SITUATION IS JUST AN
EXAMPLE BECAUSE YOU CAN GO BACK AND SEE OTHER EXAMPLES LIKE WHEN
SHE TOOK CREDIT FOR THIS FBI BUILDING.
HERE IS THE ACTUAL SPEECH SHE GAVE THAT SHE WAS ALLUDING TO.

HAS BEEN BUILT, AND THE FBI APPROACHES MY OFFICE.
CONGRESSWOMAN WILSON THE RIBBON-CUTTING IS SCHEDULED IN
FOUR SHORT WEEKS, THE DEDICATION IS ON THE GOVERNMENT'S CALENDAR
AND CANNOT BE CHANGED.
ONE PROBLEM, THE FBI WANTS TO NAME

HE WENT INTO ATTACK MODE, AND IN
TWO DAYS HE PULLED IT OUT OF COMMITTEE, BROUGHT IT TO THE
FLOOR FOR A VOTE, REPRESENTATIVES PRESENTED IT, WE
ALL VOTED AND I DASHED IT OVER TO THE SENATE AND PUT THE
SENATORS ON NOTICE, PUT IT ON YOUR RADAR.
SENATOR NELSON AND
SENATOR RUBIO, WHO I BELIEVE HAVE REPRESENTED OF HERE TODAY,
THEY HOTLINED IT TO THE SENATE FLOOR IN JUST TWO DAYS, AND
GUESS WHAT?
THE PRESIDENT SIGNED THE BILL INTO LAW THIS PAST
TUESDAY, APRIL 7, 2015, WITH A BANG, BANG, BANG.
IT'S A MIRACLE
TO SAY THE LEAST, BUT IT SPEAKS TO THE RESPECT THAT OUR CONGRESS
HAS FOR THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION, THE MEN AND WOMEN
WHO PUT THEIR LIVES ON THE LINE EVERYTHING A DAY. AND TODAY WE
ARE PROVIDING A BOOST --
>>IT GOES ON LIKE THAT BUT WHAT YOU SEE IS THAT SHE IS TALKING
ABOUT THE PROCESS, AT THIS DEDICATION, OF GETTING SOME
ADDITIONAL FUNDING, AND TO THE EXTENT THAT SHE IS
GRANDSTANDING, SHE'S ALSO GIVING CREDIT TO BASICALLY EVERYONE
ELSE ALONG THE WAY.

EVERYTHING AND TRY TO DISCREDIT HER, SAYING YOU CAN'T BELIEVE
SHE REPRESENTS THIS WIDOW WHO HAS COME OUT AND CONFIRMED THAT
TRUMP SAID WHAT HE SAID, TRUMP'S OWN PEOPLE HAVE CONFIRMED HE
SAID IT, AND THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO MUDDY THE WATERS AND
CONFUSE YOU ABOUT THE WHOLE THING.
>>JUST AS A TESTAMENT TO THE ANECDOTE SHE WAS GIVING, JAMES
COMEY WAS AT THAT CEREMONY AS WELL, AND IN HIS PREPARED
REMARKS HE DISCUSSED THE IMPORTANCE OF IT HAVING A NAME
FOR THE DEDICATION AND HOW QUICKLY THE CONGRESSWOMAN WAS
ABLE TO PROVIDE THE INITIAL BOOST TO GET THAT TO HAPPEN, IT
WAS A BIG DEAL FOR THEM.
IT WASN'T OUT OF LEFT FIELD, IT WAS
PART OF THEIR PREPARED REMARKS.
GOES BACK TO THE FACT THAT THIS
IS A REFLECTION OF, AND I KNOW THIS IS AN EASY GO TO BUT IT'S
ALSO TRUE, OF WHAT TRUMP'S M.O. IS, TO CASH IN ON OTHER PEOPLE
AND MAKE THEM SUBJUGATE THEMSELVES.
AT EVERY EVENT KELLY
SAYS NOT A SINGLE WORD, HE JUST POINTS TO THE PRESIDENT AND
CLAPS AND EVERYONE CHEERS AND HE WALKS AWAY.
HE HAD TO GIVE THIS
SPEECH, JUST LIKE TILLERSON HAD TO DO IT THREE WEEKS AGO, I
DIDN'T SAY HE WAS A MORON.
>>AND THEN EVENTUALLY HE CASTS THEM OFF.
>>HE BURNS THEIR CREDIBILITY DOWN AND MOVES ON, THAT'S
OUR AFFECTION OF HIS OVERALL APPROACH.
>>I WISH THERE HADN'T BEEN THIS WEIRD TENSION IN THE NEWS BUT I
THINK IT'S IMPORTANT ESPECIALLY FOR TRUMP SUPPORTERS TO
UNDERSTAND THAT, FORGET ABOUT THE JOHN KELLY AND THE WILSON
THING, THE DISRESPECT GIVEN ROUTINELY FROM DONALD TRUMP TO
THE GOLDSTAR FAMILIES AND ALL THAT, THAT IS IMPORTANT, I DON'T
KNOW THAT IT WILL PENETRATE AND HIS SUPPORTERS WILL BE AFFECTED
BY IT, HE'S BEEN ROUTINELY DISRESPECTFUL TO THE MILITARY
FOR MANY YEARS AT THIS POINT, BUT HOPEFULLY ONCE THIS HAS BEEN
RESOLVED WE CAN GET BACK TO THE REAL STORY WHICH IS WHAT
ACTUALLY HAPPENED IN AFRICA, HOW WE GOT TO THAT SITUATION.

JUST WHAT HAPPENED THAT NIGHT, BUT WHY THAT SITUATION
DEVELOPED.
LAST NIGHT I BELIEVE RACHEL MADDOW TALKED ABOUT SOME
OF THE POLICY DECISIONS THAT MIGHT HAVE LED TO THAT, HAVING
TO DO WITH CHAD AND SOME OF THAT, BUT THAT'S AN INTERESTING
SITUATION.
THE REASON WE HAVE THIS TENTED IS BECAUSE TRUMP
REFUSED TO GO ON RECORD ABOUT WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED ON THE
GROUND, AND IT MIGHT WELL BE, I SAW THIS EDITORIAL, DON'T MAKE
THIS SITUATION INTO TRUMP'S BENGHAZI -- BUT I THINK THIS IS
EXACTLY LIKE BENGHAZI.
NOT WHAT BENGHAZI BECAME, BUT WHAT IT
WAS, A MILITARY SITUATION THAT
GOT OUT OF CONTROL, THERE IS NO
HUGE CONSPIRACY, THERE'S JUST IRRESPONSIBILITY AND POOR
DECISION-MAKING.
AND TRUMP MADE IT SO MUCH WORSE BECAUSE HE REFUSED TO BE
FORTHCOMING.
>> WHEN THIS WAS FIRST HAPPENING I THOUGHT, I HOPE THE PRESIDENT
WILL ASK ABOUT WHY OUR TROOPS ARE THERE AND WHAT THE MISSION
WAS ABOUT.
THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED, IT ENDED UP BEING A
WHOLE QUESTION OF HOW COME YOU WAITED SO LONG TO CALL THE
FAMILIES, IT TURNED INTO WHAT WE'VE JUST BEEN TALKING ABOUT.
BUT THE SPECIFICS ALSO OF HOW TRUMP HAS TARNISHED, AND HOW
KELLY AND THIS ADMINISTRATION, HAVE TARNISHED THIS
CONGRESSWOMAN, HOW SHE WAS LISTENING IN ON THE CALL.
THERE'S A SENSE THAT EVERYONE IS SITTING AROUND AND SHE'S
LISTENING IN ON THE EXTENSION --

WIDOW PUT IT ON SPEAKERPHONE, SORRY, SHE GETS TO DO THAT.
>> SHE WAS DRIVING TO PICK UP THE CORPSE OF HER DEAD SON, AND
THE CONGRESSWOMAN WAS ACCOMPANYING HER, AND THE CALL
CAME IN AND IT WAS ON THE SPEAKERPHONE, THERE'S NOTHING
DAMNING ABOUT THAT SCENARIO, AND IT EXPLAINS THE RELATIONSHIP
BETWEEN THE CONGRESSWOMAN AND THE FAMILY AND THE FALLEN
SOLDIER.
BUT THE FACT THAT IT HAS BEEN POLITICIZED, TO USE THE
OVERUSED WORD, BUT IT'S APPROPRIATE -- BUT ALSO THAT IT
HAS BEEN USED TO SOMEHOW TARNISH THIS PROUD FAMILY AND THIS
CONGRESSWOMAN, IS ABHORRENT TO ME.
>>THIS WHOLE SITUATION IS IMPORTANT BUT I AGREE, AT SOME
POINT THE REAL STORY, EVEN OUTSIDE OF THIS INCIDENT, IT'S
THE CONTEXTUAL BATTLE GOING ON IN THIS REGION, I BELIEVE TODAY,
I FORGET WHO IT WAS, A SENATOR, MAYBE LINDSEY GRAHAM, TALKING
ABOUT HOW THE WAR HAS SHIFTED TO AFRICA, IT'S COMPLICATED,
MULTIPLE COUNTRIES BORDERING NIGER HAVING TERRORIST GROUPS
THAT ARE ALIGNED WITH ISIS, PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THAT,
THERE HAS TO BE A CONVERSATION ABOUT THE NUMBER OF TROOPS
THERE, HOW DO WE ACCESS IF IT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL, ARE WE
SIMPLY GOING TO LEAVE THEM FOR YEARS ON END?
HOW MANY TROOPS
ARE THERE, IS IT 100 OR 1000, THAT SEEMS IMPORTANT.
AND WE ARE
STILL WAITING FOR INFORMATION TO COME OUT ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR
INCIDENT, IT WILL COME OUT, THERE IS AN INVESTIGATION
ONGOING, BUT IN PARTICULAR THE PRIVATE CONTRACTOR THAT SENT THE
RESCUE, THE HELICOPTER, IF IT WAS THEIR FAULT FOR LEAVING
BEHIND A SOLDIER WE NEED TO KNOW THAT, AND WE HAVE BEEN LONG
OVERDUE FOR A LARGER CONVERSATION ABOUT THE ROLE OF
PRIVATE MILITARY CONTRACTORS IN OUR OPERATIONS, AND MAYBE
THIS COULD LEAD TO THAT.

THERE IS A BIG MOVE, ERIC PRINCE, THE BLACKWATER HEAD,

WAR, HE'S PUSHING FOR THE PRIVATIZATION OF ALL OF THESE
WARS.
THAT WE CONTRACT ALL OF THESE DIFFERENT THINGS OUT.
THAT
NOW IS THE TIME TO PRIVATELY CONTRACT ALL OF THESE DIFFERENT
SKIRMISHES AND WAR THEATERS OUT. AND THIS IS THE MINISTRATION TO
HELP HIM DO IT.
IF EVER THERE WAS A TIME IN THIS COUNTRY WHEN
WE WOULD HAND OVER THE KEYS TO OUR MILITARY TO PRIVATE
CONTRACTORS, IT IS NOW.
SO KEEP YOUR EYE ON THAT BALL IS THIS
ENTIRE DEBATE CONTINUES.

Wake Up And Envision The New Earth!

Billions of planets, infinite number of stars and solar systems and here we are all alone
on Mother Earth.
The evidence of life else ware is abundant.
Artists usually draw what they see and also use their imagination.
Cave dwellers have etched figures of space men, Rocket ships, and other forms of �alien�
life.
For example, there is a small Sculpture of a being with a reptilian head and a human
body nursing a baby.
The Great Spirits abundance is all around us.
The myriad faces and forms of the human body are infinite.
The idea of space people has been shown to us on TV and movies for the last seventy years
or more.
The Earth is teeming with life, who is to say that there is not any other �intelligent�
life out there?
Let us hope they are more intelligent then we are!
I grew up watching The Twilight Zone, Star Trek, and Star Wars.
Rod Sterling had a fantastic grasp of what is really happening �out there� and on
Earth.
I saw my first UFO when I was 12 years old.
I was staying over my friend�s house for a sleep over pajama party.
We were in her den, it was late afternoon, and a totally silent cigar shaped ship went
right by her window on the ground floor of her house.
We immediately ran out side to see if we could see it again but no luck.
Late that night I woke up and went into her living room from the den where everyone else
was asleep.
I sat in the quiet of the night, no one else woke up.
I knew that something had awakened me and I knew it had to do with the ship we had seen
that afternoon.
The experience paved the way for a few more sightings I have witnessed over the years.
The possibilities of life are eternal.
The probabilities of life are vast.
We are not alone in the Universe.
The Great Spirit created all life forms on every planet.
The evidence of DNA tampering is abundant in the history of our planet.
The cuneiform tablets of Sumeria speak of the Annunaki genetically engineering us throughout
our history.
Above and beyond all of this, the Great Spirit and Cosmic Law has been the �Prime Directive.�
No one can break the law with out having to pay for it in a similar experience.
All this can be spared through God�s Grace.
From one earnest thought of the possibilities of other life forms, look to what is being
revealed to us through the media and also people�s personal testimonies that their
stories are real.

After two devastating hurricanes, U.S. Virgin Islands' 'hurt is very real,' says state senator - Duration: 6:03.
HARI SREENIVASAN: But first: what life is like in the U.S. Virgin Islands one month
after Hurricane Maria struck.
William Brangham has an update.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: Given what happened when recent hurricanes hit Texas, Florida and Puerto
Rico, it's easy to lose sight of the U.S. Virgin Islands; 100,000 American citizens
live there.
They were hit by two Category 5 storms in the span of two weeks.
Progress is being made, but there's a long way to go.
On Saint John, for example, power is largely still out for everyone.
Electricity is quite limited on Saint Thomas and Saint Croix as well.
Many structures, including two hospitals, schools and police stations, were destroyed.
For a look at the latest, we talked by phone earlier today with a state senator on the
island, Janette Millin Young.
Senator, thank you very much for being here.
I wonder if you could just start off by just giving us a sense of what daily life is like
there now.
JANETTE MILLIN YOUNG, Virgin Islands State Senator: Daily life continues to be a struggle
for many people here in the United States Virgin Islands.
If you would be here, the optics would tell you a little different, because we have started
to -- it seems like it's normal because we're in traffic.
The plants and the trees, everything is turning green again, but the lives of most people
is still a struggle.
And for that reason, so many have left.
You just noted how many schools have been closed.
And the Department of Education has condemned a few.
That means that parents have to find a way to take their children to school, especially
our seniors that have to meet certain requirements.
So we have lost a lot of people.
I don't have a sense of how many people.
And that is a question that I will definitely be asking on the floor when we have committee
hearings, because we're not getting information, especially as senators.
So if the senators are not being informed, imagine what the average person is not being
informed as well.
And so that presents another problem, because while you have your own despair, because you
don't have your roof, you don't have current, you don't have many basic necessities, the
lack of information then becomes another part of the struggle.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: I just want to remind people, so you guys had to deal with Irma, which tore
some roofs off and stripped the trees bare.
JANETTE MILLIN YOUNG: Yes.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: And then you have another storm coming in right as you're trying to
clean up from the first.
JANETTE MILLIN YOUNG: Yes.
And, you know, I will tell you, from my personal perspective, because I worked for the gubernatorial
administration back in '95, when we had Hurricane Marilyn.
And so, when that hurricane hit, I think it was maybe a Category 3, but it's still devastating.
We did so much to clean up this place.
The airport was open in three days.
We cleaned up the main streets to make sure that commerce was going.
And now we are not.
And so I understand we had two Category 5's, but we didn't do enough after the first, so
much less after the second.
And so that has really crippled us.
The economy is tanking.
And we need to get commerce going.
Many of the stores are still cash-only.
We have a lot of people unemployed because you had all these hotels close.
So that means it displaced about 1,000 people.
Well, that represents families, doesn't it?
So the economy has taken a real blow, and we really need to get this going.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: Can you tell us a little bit about what is the situation with regards
to electricity?
JANETTE MILLIN YOUNG: The electricity, as you yourself mentioned -- I was on Saint John
yesterday.
They still are really struggling there.
There's no power.
And whoever is open is open with generators.
So, the generator companies are actually doing really good, because we're not moving fast
enough.
I will say, in defense of the work that is being done, we do have about 500 line men.
We have line men coming from all over the country, and we're really appreciative of
that.
It should have happened sooner.
And I won't say that I'm not grateful, because I am super, super grateful, because so many
in the United States have come down either through FEMA, law enforcement, line men.
But we need to operate as if it is a small place, because it is a small place.
We should have been further along, despite the fact that it was Category 5 hurricanes
that hit us.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: So, who do you put that responsibility on?
I know FEMA is the one that's in charge of the response.
Do you feel like they haven't been doing enough?
Or where do you apportion blame in this?
JANETTE MILLIN YOUNG: Well, I have to say that it comes from the top.
The senators are not at the table when it comes to emergency management.
We're policy-makers, and we approve funding, but we are not at the table for emergency
response.
And when you ask certain federal officials, they will tell you, well, the state didn't
make this request.
I know that I have asked for many things to happen, but I don't see them.
And sometimes we can get caught up politically, when we shouldn't, because we have lives at
stake.
WILLIAM BRANGHAM: I understand you were in Washington, D.C., recently speaking to some
senior leadership here in the Senate and the House.
Did you get a sense that they were hearing you?
JANETTE MILLIN YOUNG: I got a very good sense that they were listening to what our plight
was, despite the fact that the media, the national media, has not been paying a whole
lot of attention to us.
You hear marathons and you hear relief efforts for Puerto Rico.
I'm half Puerto Rican myself, so I'm happy that people are responding to Puerto Rico.
But I am a public servant for the United States Virgin Islands, so it hurts every single time
I hear what is happening in Puerto Rico, and no one mentions what's happening in the United
States Virgin Islands.
Once again, I thank you for the attention being placed here, because our hurt is very
real.
