GLORIA: Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Believer's
Voice of Victory. Pastor George is here, and
he's got some more prosperity good Word
to build your faith and mind and outflow and income.
GEORGE: That's right. That's right, Gloria. There is an
endless supply-- GLORIA: Increase. GEORGE: --endless
supply of prosperity information on this property. GLORIA: That's
right. Hallelujah. GEORGE: There is an intellect. They call it
intellectual property. And there's--well, I'll call it
supernatural property that-- GLORIA: Amen. Amen. GEORGE: --we
want to make available to everyone. We are-- GLORIA:
Praise God. GEORGE: --so excited. I'm so excited about
this series that we're doing because this is the 40th
anniversary of, "God's Will is Prosperity." GLORIA: Praise God.
GEORGE: I hold here in my hands the original copy that Gloria
gave to me. She signed it. I did the cover when I was in the art
department. And I'm selling this now on--no. (Laughs) You can get
a lot of money for it. No. It's precious to me. And, Gloria,
what the Lord led me to do in this 40th Anniversary was, each
day, we take a chapter. And today-- GLORIA: Okay. That'd be
good. GEORGE: And the notes--the notes from all of what we're
teaching here are available on kcm.org. All they have to do is
go to the picture of you and me, click onto it, and it'll take
them to not only these notes, but all of the notes, all 300
and--where are we--four or so days that we've been-- GLORIA:
Wow. GEORGE: --preaching on prosperity. All of those notes
are available. And so-- GLORIA: Praise God. GEORGE: --the Lord
told me to take each day and take a chapter from the book and
just cover the highlights. GLORIA: That'll be good. GEORGE:
Now, there's so much. Even before we went on the air here,
I was--I was reading something in the book. And I thought to
myself, "Wow, this is so good. There is so much information in
here that we can't cover--" GLORIA: Yeah. GEORGE: "--within
this time frame that we have." So we're covering the essence of
it. And today we're talking about a topic-- GLORIA: Is that
book still in print or out of print? GEORGE: It's in print.
And what we've done, of course, is we've made a 40th
edition--40th anniversary edition of that book, which is
available free. We'll talk about it later in the broadcast.
GLORIA: Good. I want one. Could I have one? GEORGE: Yes, you
may. And--now, we don't carry this one anymore. There are a
few copies of these left. These are-- GLORIA: Is that your copy?
GEORGE: That's my copy. This is the copy that you wrote in 1978,
and you thanked me for my help and Terri for hers. I think she
helped you editing or something. And so that's my copy. GLORIA:
Okay. GEORGE: Now, if you wanted it, you can have it. GLORIA: No.
I want you to--I probably have a copy at home. GEORGE: But if you
want it, you can have it. GLORIA: Really, I kept a copy.
GEORGE: (Laughs) And so what we're talking about today,
Gloria, is the hundredfold return. This revelation that the
Lord gave to you just really has provided for us such a place of
prosperity because it's true. And, you know, interestingly
enough, I hadn't--before I had really studied this book, I
hadn't heard too much about-- GLORIA: I need to go back and
study it again myself. GEORGE: It's so good, the hundredfold
return. And we'll look here. All of our scriptures are on the
page. GLORIA: Good. GEORGE: So we can look at these. GLORIA:
Good. GEORGE: But we'll start with this: In Mark 4:20, talking
about the Word of God growing, it says, "And these are they
which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, receive
it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some
a hundred." GLORIA: Yes, amen. GEORGE: So when that seed is
allowed to grow, to take root and to grow, then there's going
to be a day when the harvest comes. And that--the Word of God
is the seed that's being planted. And we find that if
it's planted into a good heart, if it's planted into good soil,
and it's watered, and it's allowed to grow and multiply, it
will mature to the place that it produces a massive harvest.
GLORIA: You can't dig it up, though. GEORGE: No, you can't.
No, you can't dig it up. I just remember that time that Charles
Capps gave the illustration about a farmer who went out, put
seed in the ground, went to bed, got up the next day and went
outside, and nothing happened, so he dug the seed up. GLORIA:
Tell that to-- GEORGE: Now, how ridiculous is that? How
ridiculous is it for a farmer to put seed in the ground-- GLORIA:
He is a farmer. He knew that. GEORGE: He knew what he was
talking about-- GLORIA: I bet, yeah. GEORGE: --and how crazy it
would be to go out there-- GLORIA: He was a farmer, I
should say. GEORGE: And you have to--you've got to water the
seed, you've got to speak over the seed. You have to avoid
language such as, "Well, I guess it doesn't work for me" --
GLORIA: That's right. GEORGE: --because you will get what you
say, right? GLORIA: Yes. GEORGE: You'll get--you'll get exactly
what you're saying. GLORIA: You won't get what you want. You'll
get what you say. GEORGE: That's--(Laughs) That's right.
You won't get what you want, but you get what you say. GLORIA:
You don't get-- GEORGE: What you want, but you get what you say.
That's another Gloria-ism. GLORIA: Mm-hmm. GEORGE: You
know, I was looking through a lot of our study notes the other
day, Gloria, and I thought to myself--and I'm saying this out
loud to remember it, but I'm going to--I'm going to put
together a document for you of all of your Gloria-isms. GLORIA:
Okay. GEORGE: Because we've captured them over all of these
years. GLORIA: That'd be interesting. GEORGE: We started
doing this together in 2010. GLORIA: Was it? GEORGE: So after
these eight years, now, that we've done this, we have--
GLORIA: Eight years? GEORGE: --we have compiled quite a
number of your Gloria-isms. So I'll get those together for you.
But the Word of God will produce according to how you hear it,
how you receive it, and how you grow it. GLORIA: That's right.
GEORGE: And it's the same thing-- GLORIA: I like that.
GEORGE: It's the same thing with the harvest. The harvest of the
seed--and all of these thoughts, I got these from you. "The
harvest of the seed will come by believing and doing God's Word
and by constantly confessing it with your mouth." See, we keep
coming back to the place of confession-- GLORIA: Yeah.
GEORGE: --how important it is-- GLORIA: That's the bottom line
to everything. GEORGE: --for us to speak words of life and not
words of death. GLORIA: Of course, if you believe it in
your heart-- GEORGE: Yeah. GLORIA: --it comes out your
mouth. GEORGE: It comes out your mouth. It's there. "Some years
will show no fruit of the Word because they have allowed other
things to come in and to choke the Word. Others will bring
forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixtyfold, some a hundred
because they watered the Word and they let it produce in their
lives." And you said, "Even though all the blessings of God
belong to us, they will not become manifested in our lives
without exercising faith to receive them." So we have to
exercise our faith to receive them. GLORIA: Look at my Mark
11--my Mark 4 chapter. GEORGE: (Laughs) I just get so tickled
looking at that Bible and seeing the wealth of information that
is in there. GLORIA: Mm-hmm. GEORGE: So go to page two,
Gloria, of our notes. GLORIA: Okay, page two. GEORGE: And now
we're talking about this hundredfold return. And let's
begin here. And it's written on your page, Mark 10:28. It says,
"Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and
we have followed you. And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say
unto you, There is no man that has left house, or brethren, or
sister, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for
my sake, and the gospel's, but he shall receive a hundredfold
now in this time, houses, brethren, sisters, mothers,
children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world
to come eternal life." And what you've said in your book here
was, "Where in the natural world are you offered such an
investment, the hundredfold return?" GLORIA: And, you know,
that didn't stutter, did it? It was plain. GEORGE: It was very
plain. GLORIA: Very plain. GEORGE: Very plain. And I
remember, Gloria, when the Lord first gave you this revelation
about the hundredfold return. It was back there around 1977,
'78-- GLORIA: Yeah. GEORGE: --when He was showing you this
scripture. And what you said was, "After I let the
Word--after I let what the Word offers us in the hundredfold
return become a reality to me, the Lord led me to continually
give thanks for it every time I thought about it," every time it
comes to your mind. GLORIA: I'm glad I kept that up. No telling
how much-- GEORGE: Well--and that's why-- GLORIA: --the
return would have been. GEORGE: I'll tell you, that's why it's
so important to go back over these things-- GLORIA: That's
right. GEORGE: --and to talk about them continually. I am--I
am a pastor. I operate out of the office of the pastor. I
preach several times a week, mainly on Sunday. And I was
praying one day, and the Lord spoke to me and said, you know,
"'Pastor' is primarily a reminder." GLORIA: Hmm. GEORGE:
I just remind people. GLORIA: Did that make you feel good
right then? GEORGE: Well, that's--but that's--I
continually go back to the things that I was brought up on
in the Word. GLORIA: Yeah, that's true. GEORGE: I'll go
back and I'll listen to--I was listening to a CD the other day
of Brother Copeland teaching on developing a righteousness
consciousness. See, these are things we have to continually
remind ourselves about. And over these 40 years, you've said,
"Let the Word--" that the Word offers us this hundredfold
return. And the Lord led you to continually give thanks for that
hundredfold return. So Terri and I do that. We'll be out driving
somewhere and, in the middle of just whatever we may be driving
and not even talking, and all of a sudden, one of us says, "Thank
God for the hundredfold return." GLORIA: That's good. GEORGE: And
we thank Him for the hundredfold return. GLORIA: Yes, amen.
GEORGE: And then the Lord talked to you about that. And you said,
"I would say any faith words of praise that came into my spirit
in regard to continually thanking God for the hundredfold
return." GLORIA: Praise God. GEORGE: The hundredfold return
is a benefit. "Forget not all of My benefits." GLORIA: That's
right. That's right. GEORGE: It is a benefit to the believer to
have such a promise of an investment in your life of the
hundredfold return. We need to be exercising our faith on that
all the time. GLORIA: That's good. Let's stir ourselves up.
GEORGE: We have to stir ourselves up. GLORIA: Yeah.
GEORGE: We have to stir ourselves up on reaping the
harvest that belongs to us, and stir ourselves up on bringing in
that hundredfold return. And you'll remember the story about
Isaac. And there was a great famine in the land. This is
Genesis--this is--where am I? Deuteronomy--Genesis 26, I
believe. And I don't have that on my notes. I'm just thinking
about it right now, but--well, let me just turn there because
I'm thinking about that. Genesis 26, there was a great famine in
the land. And Isaac was getting ready to leave the land of
Egypt. And the Lord said to him, "Don't go. Stay." And so he
stayed in that land. And this is Genesis 26. I don't even have it
on your notes. GLORIA: There you go. GEORGE: So Isaac stayed
there. And it says, in Genesis 26:12, "Isaac sowed in that
famine land--" GLORIA: Mm-hmm. GEORGE: "--and received in the
same year a hundredfold: and the Lord blessed him. The man waxed
great, he went forward, he grew until he became very great: and
he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and a great
store of servants." The hundredfold return works no
matter what's going on. GLORIA: That's the key. That's what that
shows you right there-- GEORGE: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. GLORIA: --that
it's not--it's not dependent on circumstances-- GEORGE: Right.
GLORIA: --natural circumstance. GEORGE: Natural circumstances.
And it was completely--it is completely a kingdom operation
in our lives, that as we continually thank God for that
hundredfold return, we will see it work. This--I have in my
Bible here, in Verse 13, where it says, "The man waxed great--"
GLORIA: Yeah. GEORGE: "--he went forward, he grew until he became
very great--" The New Living Translation of that, Gloria,
says, "He became a rich man, and his wealth continued to grow."
GLORIA: Now, what scripture was that? GEORGE: That was--that was
Genesis 26:13-- GLORIA: In the New Living? GEORGE: --in the
New--in the New Living Translation. "He became a rich
man, and his wealth continued to grow." GLORIA: Oh, that's good,
isn't it? GEORGE: That's what belonged to Isaac. And God is no
respecter of persons. That's what belongs to you and me.
That's what is ours. GLORIA: That's right. That's right.
GEORGE: The hundredfold return, that hundredfold return is
working for me all the time. And I remember in your book it talks
about this. And I remember back in those days you were preaching
about it-- GLORIA: Yeah. GEORGE: --all the time. And-- GLORIA:
Did I speak on it that much? I didn't remember. GEORGE: You
did. You were teaching on it quite a bit. It was a revelation
that the Lord gave you. And you would--I remember you would get
a revelation, then you'd preach on it. We'd go to a convention,
you would hear Gloria preaching on that revelation. GLORIA: And,
surprisingly enough, not everyone was glad to hear it.
GEORGE: And, well, I'll tell you-- GLORIA: (Laughs) GEORGE:
--well, that's--well, that's true. And--but it says--notice
that it says, "with persecutions." GLORIA: Yeah, it
does. That's part of it. GEORGE: It--that's part--that's part of
it. And you were in--you were in Hawaii, and you'd tell this
story in your book in great detail. We were reading it
before we went on the air. But in great detail, you were
talking about this. And you had just finished a series of
meetings in Hawaii. You and Kenneth were there. And you came
down for breakfast. GLORIA: That's right. GEORGE: And this
particular hotel-- GLORIA: There was a long line. GEORGE: --there
was a long line. And this particular--I'm familiar with
that hotel-- GLORIA: The long line. GEORGE: --the long lines
because it's a beautiful place for breakfast. GLORIA: Mm-hmm.
GEORGE: It overlooks Waikiki. You can see Diamond Head.
GLORIA: Yeah. GEORGE: I mean, it's a beautiful place. So I
guess Kenneth sent you down there early to--because he
finished packing and you went down to stand in line. GLORIA:
We were leaving that day. GEORGE: You were leaving that
day, and you wanted to get a--you wanted to get a-- GLORIA:
A good table. GEORGE: --a nice table where it overlooked the
water. And you're standing there waiting in line, and all of a
sudden--you're the next one in line. And all of a sudden, a guy
cuts in front of you. GLORIA: Somebody cut in front of me.
GEORGE: How dare he cut in front of you? GLORIA: Got my table.
GEORGE: To get your table. And he did--they took the--they took
him over to the nice area where you could overlook the water.
And then the waitress took you back around. And I remember it
was an L-shaped area, and you kept going back and back and
back until you had no view whatsoever. GLORIA: I know I
don't remember the view part. GEORGE: Yeah. Kenneth got down
there by that time, and he was-- GLORIA: He didn't like it a bit.
GEORGE: He didn't like that guy. GLORIA: That guy got right in
front of me. GEORGE: Cut right in front of you. Kenneth did not
like that, and he had to definitely get ahold of his
flesh because--anyway, he wanted to--he wanted to seek
restitution right there and then. GLORIA: That's right.
(Laughs) GEORGE: But the Lord led you back there to that--and
that's the Lord leading you. GLORIA: Yeah. GEORGE: And you
went to sit-- GLORIA: Well, I was kind of forced into that
position. GEORGE: Yeah, yeah. GLORIA: That wasn't what I
wanted. GEORGE: That wasn't what you wanted. But this is the
interesting part about it-- GLORIA: Yeah. GEORGE: --is you
went back there, and you started--you told me before we
went on the air, you went to sit down. And all of a sudden, I
guess you saw something that you wanted a view of. So you--
GLORIA: Moved around. GEORGE: --moved around, and you sat down
and you sat down right next to a woman. GLORIA: Next to that
woman. GEORGE: And that woman turned around and she gave
you--now, the thing about the woman there, we were--we were
just reading about this. In a few moments, the lady came--the
lady came to the table. "I had met her for a moment the day of
a luncheon. She said--as she took a ring from her finger, she
said, 'God told me to give this to you.'" And you said, "I
didn't look at the ring, but only at the woman. She seemed
upset, and I thought she was doing something that she didn't
want to do." And you said, "Why don't you pray about it a little
bit longer?" She said, "I wouldn't want you to regret
giving me that ring." She said, "Oh, no, that isn't it." She
said, "I have just never had anything like this happen to me
before. I have been impressed for several days to give you
this ring, but I didn't know for sure that it was the Lord. Last
night while Kenneth was speaking, it got stronger. So I
prayed, 'Lord, if you want me to give Gloria Copeland this ring,
have her sit next to me at the breakfast this morning.'"
GLORIA: And I started to sit down and then I got up and--
GEORGE: You came around. GLORIA: --went around and sat right next
to her. GEORGE: And you sat down-- GLORIA: Yeah. GEORGE:
--and the woman handed you the ring. And there it is. Go ahead
and hold that up there for me, Gloria, so we can--we can get a
good closeup of the ring. There it is. Look at that. Isn't that
unusual? GLORIA: Yeah. And then what I got out of that was,
that's my hundredfold return ring. And like the hundredfold
return, it's always working, coming to me in Jesus' name.
GEORGE: Wow, wow. See, you had--in the book, I was just
reading here that you had sowed a ring the year before. You had
sowed a diamond ring. GLORIA: I--yeah, and I don't remember
the details of that, but I think-- GEORGE: But you had
sowed a diamond ring. And this was your hundredfold return that
came back to you. And the thing that--the thing that's so
unusual about the ring is that it's constantly moving. And the
revelation that you brought out to us was that "The hundredfold
is continually working for me." GLORIA: Coming to me in Jesus'
name. GEORGE: It's coming to me. It's continually--it's
continually--it's constantly working for me. GLORIA: That's
right. GEORGE: And so, Gloria, Terri and I took that word.
GLORIA: Hallelujah. GEORGE: And we say that all the time.
GLORIA: Good. GEORGE: "The hundredfold return is constantly
coming to me. It's constantly working on my behalf." GLORIA:
Yes. GEORGE: I talk about it in church sometimes. GLORIA: That's
good. GEORGE: When I'm doing the offering, I'll tell the people
that the hundredfold return is working for you all the time.
GLORIA: That's good to remind people of that. GEORGE: You can
be sitting in church listening to a message, and your
hundredfold return is working for you. GLORIA: That's right.
GEORGE: It's out there working for you. But the important thing
is you have to call that in. You've got to call in the
hundredfold return. And then, in your book--and this is the last
thing we'll cover about the hundredfold return. But in your
book, there is a prophecy that Charles Capps gave in 1978. It
was in Honolulu, February 1st, 1978. And Brother Charles gave
this. And the whole prophecy is in the book of Gloria's, but
it's there on--it's there--there it is at the bottom of the page,
the one you're holding right there. GLORIA: Oh, this one?
Okay. GEORGE: Yeah. And listen to this: "There is a financial
inversion in the world system. It has been held in reservoirs
of wicked men for days on end. Those reservoirs shall be tapped
and shall be drained into the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It will
be done in the time allotted by the Lord. Whatever the Lord says
shall come to pass, that the wealth of the wicked--" GLORIA:
Yes. GEORGE: "--shall be laid up for the righteous." GLORIA:
Praise God. GEORGE: "The people that have withheld their money
from the Gospel by inspiration of the enemy will be drawn to
the kingdom and converted, and their wealth will be poured into
the Gospel." Now, "But it shall be, saith the Lord, that the
Word of the Lord shall rise within men, men of God of low
esteem in the financial world, that shall claim the Word of God
to be their very own and walk in the light of it as has been set
forth in the Word, and give." Now, listen to this: "They shall
begin to give small at first because that's all they have.
But then it will increase. And through the hundredfold return,
so shall it be that the reservoirs that have been
held--that have held the riches in days past, so shall it return
into the hands of the giver. Because of the hundredfold
return shall the reservoirs be lost from the wicked and shall
be turned to the Gospel." GLORIA: Praise God. GEORGE: So
the hundredfold return, Gloria, is not just for us individually.
But the hundredfold return also unlocks the door of the
reservoirs that the wicked have-- GLORIA: Yeah. GEORGE:
--held up for all of these years. It's going to come
through the hundredfold return. GLORIA: Praise God. GEORGE:
So every time we sow seed, every time we give, we claim the
hundredfold return. GLORIA: Yes, yes, yes, yes. Don't let it
slip. GEORGE: Don't let it slip. I believe that for those of you
that have heard this message before, and you've let it slip,
remind yourself again, "The hundredfold return is working
for me right now." GLORIA: Yeah. GEORGE: "The hundredfold return
is coming to me right now." GLORIA: That's right. GEORGE:
And those of you that have never known it before, just know this,
that every seed you sow, there is a potential of a hundredfold
return coming back to you. GLORIA: A benefit. GEORGE: A
benefit. GLORIA: Yeah. GEORGE: And it says--the scripture that
we read in Mark, it talks about it, "now in this time." GLORIA:
Now in this time. So it's always current. GEORGE: It's always
current. It's always working. GLORIA: It's working. GEORGE:
It's always belonging to us. And that's--that is what is ours.
And, Gloria, I started teaching about something recently, and
Kenneth has been teaching it, too. We've kind of been teaching
side by side on this one. But we've reminded ourselves about
our heavenly account-- GLORIA: Yeah. GEORGE: --making deposits
and withdrawals into our heavenly account. So I've been
teaching that to our church during offering times, that we
have a heavenly account and that we can make withdrawals from
that account. GLORIA: Praise God. GEORGE: And I believe that
there is interest accruing to our account. GLORIA: Amen.
GEORGE: There's a hundredfold available in our account, and we
can withdraw it any time we need it-- GLORIA: I receive that.
GEORGE: --any time--any time that it's necessary. GLORIA:
Praise God. GEORGE: So, Gloria, we have a hundredfold return
that is available to us, and I thank you for bringing that
revelation to the Body of Christ. GLORIA: And it's always
working-- GEORGE: It's always-- GLORIA: --coming to me-- GEORGE:
--always working. GLORIA: --in the name of Jesus. GEORGE: Amen.
GLORIA: Hallelujah. GEORGE: Amen. GLORIA: Always working,
coming to you. Don't let your seed just lie dormant. Call it
in. GEORGE: Amen. GLORIA: George and I'll be right back.
