[MV EXPLAINED] j-hope - Daydream - Duration: 3:04.

While J-Hope's new song and mv is called Daydream, it doesn't really show you any daydreaming.

Just regular dreaming.

But there's a reason why he picked that title.

Because when you daydream, 115it's usually about something you want, or hope for.

- no pun intended.

Okay..a little pun intened.

But what does J-hope daydream about?

To understand the music video, we have to dive into lyrics.

He lives as a celebrity and public figure, but he's also a human being.

And being human, we all have desires.

He describes it as swimming in them.

Our daily lives are filled with us trying to fulfull our desires.

We want to be happy, have fun, fall in love.

It's what we all have in common.

And the message of the mv, is that J-hope is no different.

But as a celebrity, he doesn't have the freedom to express these desires.

That's why we see these walls close in on him.

The only time he gets to express these desires, is when he dreams.

The only place where the walls open up.

When he's off the bed, his surroundings are dark, blank.

The only source of light is the bed.

But when he's on that bed, he see's beyond the horizon.

Beyond the rules he's suppose to follow as a celebrity.

He dreams about living out his youth.

He dreams about having no weight on his shoulders.

Nothing to be concerned about.

The lyrics also address why he never expresses these things that are on his mind.

Because we won't get it.

We won't understand.

The mv constantly tells us that we're looking from the outside.

But the smart thing about this song, is that he realizes that he's also looking from the

outside.

The lyrics reference Alice in Wonderland and how she goes down the unknown of the rabbit

hole.

He realizes that he desires these things because it's something unknown to him.

The grass is always greener on the other side.

But don't make the mistake of thinking he's complaining.

He tells us he's not.

He enjoys his life.

Because this is the life J-hope chose.

The journey that he decided to go on with 6 other guys always behind him.

At the end, J-hope let's us know that while sometimes this other dream crosses his mind,

he's loves living out another.

How to Read News Headlines and Improve Your English - Learn with JenniferESL - Duration: 9:16.

Hi everyone. It's Jennifer here with a special kind of lesson.

I plan to give you some tips and a short task to help you practice your English,

particularly your grammar.

Do you think someone will ever write about you in the news?

If they did, what would you want the article to be about?

Well, we might never make the headlines, but we can still enjoy reading them. In fact,

it's an interesting and useful form of practice.

Here are five forms of language practice you can try.

You can scan the headlines in English every day on a favorite website.

Even on your busiest day, you can find one or two minutes to read the titles of the top stories.

If there are unfamiliar words, note them and then look them up when you have the time.

If a particular headline interests you, email the article to yourself. Then read it later when you have more time.

News articles can be challenging to understand, but with the help of a learner's dictionary

or an online translation tool you, can get support.

I'll list some free resources in the video description.

Learn to make predictions.

Look at the headline.

Before you read the full story,

predict what some of the details will be.

You can say or write your predictions. As you read, you'll be focused on whether your predictions were right or wrong.

Learn to summarize what you read. It's very good practice to think about what you just read and

summarize the main points.

You can say or write a few sentences to capture the basic story or argument.

Use the headlines to practice sentence structure and grammar forms. How?

Take a headline and rewrite it as a full sentence.

To do that you have to understand the grammar used by journalists.

Articles and other determiners are usually omitted.

Determiners are little words before nouns like

some, his, her...

The simple present is used for present and past events

They do this to make the actions seem more dynamic. The wording is more exciting and it catches your interest.

Helping verbs are usually omitted.

Title punctuation is used. Patterns vary.

Some news sources use sentence punctuation in the headlines, but without a period.

But many sources still use title punctuation,

capitalizing the first and last words as well as keywords like nouns, verbs,

adjectives and adverbs.

Some sources capitalize all prepositions or no prepositions.

Other sources capitalize only longer prepositions.

If you ever have to title your work, just be consistent in your practice.

Could see all three of these variations in news publications.

Here are additional patterns you'll see in the headlines.

Infinitives are used to express future actions.

The verb be is often omitted,

leaving a prepositional phrase, an adjective, or a past participle.

When it comes to numbers, the media likes to use numerals or figures rather than words

because figures are easier to read.

You'll see variation with punctuation, especially with direct speech.

Sometimes single quotation marks are put around a quoted statement or a few words of direct speech.

So here's your practice task: visit a news website. I'll list some suggestions in the video description.

Scan the headlines, meaning the titles of the major stories.

Choose one headline, copy it for me, and then rewrite it

as a complete sentence, using standard grammar and punctuation.

Please choose appropriate topics for all ages as there are some young learners who will read these comments, okay?

Before we end I'd like to review how we can use the word "headline."

As a singular noun, "headline" refers to the title of a news article.

It's what you see first above the full story.

The headline is usually in a larger font and is in boldfaced letters.

You could say, "the headline caught my attention."

As a plural noun, "headlines" refers to the top stories in the news.

You'll hear these phrases:

So if a story made the headlines. it got into the news.

mosur dal (orange lentils) 100g

½ tsp panch phoron; dried red chilli; 2 bay leaves

onion 60g

Compressor - Types of Compressor - Compressor Types - Duration: 3:06.

A compressor is a mechanical device that increases the pressure of a gas or air by reducing its

volume.

Compressors are similar to pumps: both increase the pressure on a fluid and both can transport

the fluid through a pipe.

As air or gases are compressible, the compressor also reduces the volume of an air or gas.

In this video we will see the Different types of compressor.

There are mainly 5 types of compressor that are normally used in our industry.

1.

Reciprocating Compressor.

2.

Rotary Compressor.

3.

Scroll compressor.

4.

Screw Compressor.

5.

Centrifugal compressor.

Reciprocating Compressor.

Reciprocating compressors use piston driven by a crankshaft.

They can be either stationary or portable, can be single or multi-staged, and can be

driven by electric motors or internal combustion engines.

Rotary Compressor.

These compressors are not of reciprocating nature, therefore does not have any pistons

and crankshaft.

Instead, these compressors have screws, vanes, scrolls, and other devices which rotate and

thus compress air or gas.

The rotary compressor can be divided into two types.

One has blades or vanes that rotate with the shaft.

The other type has the blade which remains stationary and is part of the compressor housing

assembly.

Scroll Compressor.

A scroll compressor has one fixed scroll which remains stationary and another moving or orbiting

scroll that rotates through the use of swing link.

When this happens, the pockets of air or gas between the two scroll are slowly pushed to

the center of the two scrolls, causing the reduction of the volume of the air or gas.

Screw Compressor.

The screw compressor uses a pair of helical rotors, where it traps and compresses the

air or gas, as the rotors revolve in the cylinder.

The male rotor and the female rotor are built inside the cylinder.

Centrifugal Compressor.

Centrifugal compressor is usually used in large capacity of compression system.

In this compressor, the air or gas is moved in a circular motion that known as centrifugal

force.

An impeller which is a disk with radial blades spins rapidly inside this housing causing

the gas to gain velocity.

Hunting Halves - Found a Proof and Lots of NIFC's - Duration: 5:49.

check it out everyone got my half dollar box order and today picked it up in the

car but I just wanted to get it open and check the top for any Enders because I

can't let it just sit here next thing without at least taking a look that I

would bring you guys in just in case we had something cool as an editor we do

have a 2011 nifc right here so that's good at least see that we got that

alright let me get this half dollar box home and we'll go through it and see if

we have any silver

hey everyone it's Rob with Rob finds treasure! Back at the house... got our

half dollar box sitting here you already saw me open it in the car

checking for Enders I don't see any so but that doesn't mean anything

one of the last great boxes I ever got had no Enders now further ado though

we'll start with that nifc that we found 2011 and we'll get this hunt started

alright not a bad first roll guys we got a clean 2011 NIFC and another marked

NIFC 2011 as well but a fact that marking is on a few other rolls

alright let's get back to the hood tant roll in and another nifc marked with mr.

G's initial that's three NIFC's let's keep looking

alright guys roll over twelve look what we got here it's a little beat up but we

got a 1981 s proof yeah it's scratched up pretty good but

you know what it's still the proof went ahead and used the hand sanitizer

anything with a little rubbing alcohol we'll take off the Sharpie ink no

problem off coins not damaging them so now we've got an 81 s proof of three

NIFC's yeah that's pretty beat-up isn't it oh well let's get back to the hunt

Roll number 15 another marked nifc 2005 put a little bit of hand sanitizer

on it give it a second to soak in make it look like new again

it's that easy I don't know why someone would mark coins that some would

consider keeper coins in so you mark the ones that sub collectors keep and they

remove it so you don't know if you had your box back I'll take it

let's keep looking yeah just kind of an odd role figured that this might be

another NIFC since it's marked and it is and then look at Power Lunch Tuesdays all you got

to bring in there's a Bicentennial or a half-dollar I guess huh alright let's

get back to the roll number eighteen and got kind of an odd thing here might just

be a discolored coin but we got to look at anyway together just in case

yeah 1994 that things been through hell and back

you guys ever look at a coin like this and wonder when that happened how it

happened and where it happened I do all the time

roll 19 another marked NIFC and this one's uh really discolored I'll have to

put a little hand sanitizer and remove the ink and see what it looks like

afterwards I'll be right back the ink came off for the most part but

we're not gonna keep it it's too beyond repair and really it adds no value and

most nifc's unless they're in AU condition which unless they're uncirculated it

really almost never in AU condition anyway but definitely looks like that

one down there you have no chance of getting anything other than face value

for it so definitely no reason to hold on to it let's get back to the hunt roll

27 another marked nifc 2005 we'll get it cleaned up with the NIFC's... like I

said it's feeling more and more like an nifc box and no Silver's but we're just

over halfway so you never know roll 29 where do you know another marked

NIFC let's keep looking 41 another nifc 2003 that makes 8 of those but no

silver oh well maybe there's a little bit of luck left well we finished that

box a half's and really nothing to show for it except for a 81 as proof in

pretty bad condition and 8n is seized so can't always get a great box I was

hoping for at least one silver we got none but we got a proof and 8 NIFC's so

it's not like a total loss he's just not a total win I know there was a lot to

President Trump is a "take no prisoners" kind of man.

When he chooses to support a cause, he is 100% all in!

In this particular case, President Trump is showing his appreciation for veterans, as

well as the military, by hosting the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) at the White House.

Townhall reported:

President Donald Trump — along with the First Lady, Vice President Pence and his wife

— welcomed 50 wounded service members and veterans to the White House…to kick off

the ninth annual Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Soldier Ride in Washington, D.C.

The four-day cycling event is meant to help wounded service members and veterans overcome

the physical, mental and emotional wounds of war and regain confidence in themselves.

Trump praised the "incredible tradition" for honoring America's "real heroes"

who have sacrificed it all to "keep our people safe and our democracy secure."

"You've earned our freedom with your sweat and your blood.

We salute you, we salute your service," Trump told the warriors.

"I call them America's winners, because they're winners," he added

Trump said he was proud to carry on the tradition of welcoming the event's participants to

the White House – an honor he said he should have for "about seven more years."

The crowd erupted in applause.

Former President Obama's shameful treatment of our men and women in the armed forces stands

in sharp contrast to the way our current president, Donald Trump strives to honor them in every

way he can.

What a huge difference between socialist democrat Obama and constitutional republican Trump!

While Obama showed his contempt for veterans by reducing their pay and retirement pensions

so he could "redistribute" the money to illegal immigrants, Trump is showing his appreciation

for them by revamping the Veterans Administration and his hosting of the Wounded Warrior Project

at the White House.

Trump is the kind of president patriotic Americans want.

Americans know if our armed forces are going to remain a top notch military organization,

they need someone like Trump on their side to make sure they have what they need and

will show them their sacrifices are deeply appreciated.

Obama debased and demoralized our military.

Trump will raise them back up to the status they deserve as the greatest fighting force

this world has ever seen!

Which means people from all the globe who love Lolita fashion and create Lolita

Fashion came together to share their styles.

And this time we asked people about Cool Japan culture,

and what things Japanese people and international people want

you to enjoy when you come to Japan. So, let's go and find out -

There is this term called "Cool Japan" Culture.

What part of "Cool Japan" culture should foreigners from abroad enjoy.

Well of course, since we do this event...

we want many people to enjoy the Gothic and Lolita fashion brands.

But you're welcome to enjoy other parts of Japanese pop culture.

When we released our fashion brand and style,

we got lots of recognition from abroad.

And we realized that the things we like, are also loved by people across the globe.

Everyone has a different starting point

but if you love Japanese culture, the Cool Japan path is open to you.

I can see lots of items here, but tell me your brand name please.

What type of brand is it?

Its a brand that fuses MODE style with Gothic and creates original prints.

What's "Cool Japan" culture to you?

I think Anime and such stand out among the things we export but...

I think we express "cool Japan" in fashion quite well.

Abroad people wear simple easy to wear clothes.

But in contrast, Japanese people

wear more fancy clothes that they like, even on the trains.

Even though we have a modest national trait,

we know to express ourselves in a high level. That's cool Japan culture.

What is "cool Japan" culture to you?

It's a mix of the Alice animation and fashion, isn't it?

I think it is loved by people of that genre too.

I am the designer of the brand Listen Flavor from Harajuku, Takeshita Street.

We have kawaii and cool fashion styles in our brand lines.

Today we have lots of Lolita fashion lovers coming, so I picked mostly cute items.

What item can you recommend today?

A new item from the Emily the Strange collaboration we are doing...

What is Cool Japan culture to you?

It's a culture that young people in Harajuku have created.

I think that's Cool Japan culture.

It's not a new term. This culture has been created and accumulated since the 70s.

What we get now is the kawaii culture result.

That in itself is Cool Japan culture for our brand Listen Flavor.

Harajuku Culture is Cool Japan Culture.

Japanese "kawaii" is different from the "cute" that exists all over the world.

Kawaii is something that you can only express in Japanese culture.

And I think that's part of the Cool Japan culture. The kawaii side of Cool Japan.

- So where are you from? - I'm from Switzerland!

And you have your own Lolita fashion brand store here?

Yes, it's called Fluffy Tori.

What's your theme, your overall theme of your brand?

So basically right now we have a lot of Sweet Lolita, but we are also branching

into Gothic and Classic.

There is also the word called Cool Japan culture, do you know what it means?

What Cool Japan culture is popular in Swiss right now?

We have a lot of anime conventions that do all of that, and so...

Video games from Japan and also cosplay is very popular in Switzerland.

And also a lot of the animes and everything.

Is there a big culture for Japanese culture in Swiss?

I wouldn't say it's really big, but it's a subculture, and

they have a lot of very dedicated people, within the subcultures.

So, we have a lot of anime conventions specifically toward them.

it started off with anime, then I went towards manga,

and then I went towards music. And from music, I actually started

going into the culture, and more and more I wanted to find out about Japan

[MV EXPLAINED] j-hope - Daydream - Duration: 3:04.

While J-Hope's new song and mv is called Daydream, it doesn't really show you any daydreaming.

Just regular dreaming.

But there's a reason why he picked that title.

Because when you daydream, 115it's usually about something you want, or hope for.

- no pun intended.

Okay..a little pun intened.

But what does J-hope daydream about?

To understand the music video, we have to dive into lyrics.

He lives as a celebrity and public figure, but he's also a human being.

And being human, we all have desires.

He describes it as swimming in them.

Our daily lives are filled with us trying to fulfull our desires.

We want to be happy, have fun, fall in love.

It's what we all have in common.

And the message of the mv, is that J-hope is no different.

But as a celebrity, he doesn't have the freedom to express these desires.

That's why we see these walls close in on him.

The only time he gets to express these desires, is when he dreams.

The only place where the walls open up.

When he's off the bed, his surroundings are dark, blank.

The only source of light is the bed.

But when he's on that bed, he see's beyond the horizon.

Beyond the rules he's suppose to follow as a celebrity.

He dreams about living out his youth.

He dreams about having no weight on his shoulders.

Nothing to be concerned about.

The lyrics also address why he never expresses these things that are on his mind.

Because we won't get it.

We won't understand.

The mv constantly tells us that we're looking from the outside.

But the smart thing about this song, is that he realizes that he's also looking from the

outside.

The lyrics reference Alice in Wonderland and how she goes down the unknown of the rabbit

hole.

He realizes that he desires these things because it's something unknown to him.

The grass is always greener on the other side.

But don't make the mistake of thinking he's complaining.

He tells us he's not.

He enjoys his life.

Because this is the life J-hope chose.

The journey that he decided to go on with 6 other guys always behind him.

At the end, J-hope let's us know that while sometimes this other dream crosses his mind,

he's loves living out another.

AFTER EFFECTS AMV TUTORIAL - 3D - Duration: 15:43.

Hi! Welcome to my advanced 3d scene tutorial. This is highly requested sooo

here's my first-ever voiceover tutorial

So first we're gonna add a new shape layer and I'm gonna add an ellipse path

with a fill and a stroke

and next I'm gonna make the size a little bit bigger

(UHMM thats more than a little bit bigger)

increase the stroke

and I'm going to change the fill color

to do is move the layer behind

we're going to make it 3d and change the x rotation to 90

next I'm going to move it down a bit so it's like the character is standing on the circle

but I'm gonna make the character 3d as

well and reposition so that nothing is going to be cut off

next with a null object, we're going to connect our two layers to it

we're going to add some position keyframes and separate the dimensions

move them to the side

now what I'm going to do is move the layer behind

and now I'm just adjusting the keyframes!

TMW THE BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS INSTRUMENTAL COMES ON ;)

sorry for the awful sound balance on this video there's a reason I'm not a vlogger lmfao

next I'm going to add some rotation keyframes

I know, I'm not narrating the keyframe part because I do my keyframes CRAZILY

I really have no specific method it's just trial and error

again I'm going to easy ease them and adjust

now that I'm happy with how my keyframes look I'm gonna add this lace circle :)

I'll have a link to it in the description-

I'm going to add a tint effect

and swap the colors ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

rotate it 90 make it 3D (x rotation) just like we did with the circle

and connect it to the null object

now we're going to add a new text. since this is not a text tutorial,

I'm just going to use it as a sample it's not supposed to look good, it's just supposed to be a

placeholder...

now I'm going to make the text 3D and move it to the side.

we're gonna make it move the opposite way that we made our character move

I'm just going to add some position keyframes.

This part is kind of hard to explain you just have to

watch and follow along and I hope it'll make sense

LOL IT WONT... I'm already preparing for "what the heck are u doing" comments

next we're gonna make a new solid doesn't matter what color you pick...

because next we're going to add a gradient ramp effect

choose whatever colors you want

now once we've decided for the color of our shape, we're going to make it 3d

do 90 degrees X rotation again move it to the bottom below the circles.

create a new null object and connect the text and the shape layer we just created to it

here comes the part which is really hard to explain I'm just going to play the

music and pause the video if you need to see what I'm doing

I am the queen of confusing tutorials!! B)

this song is a mashup of Gimme More's instrumentals and step on up by Ariana Grande and ILOVEIT

all right now that we're done adjusting I'm going to increase the size of the bottom shape layer

I'm also going to increase the size of the stroke

next I'm going to make a new shape layer

how many flipping times do I say going to in this video.

We're going to try and draw something like an arch shape using the pen tool

eventually you'll make it into a doorway shape

it may take a few tries

I'm gonna make it 3d and connect it to the null object I'm also gonna adjust

its position. one of the things that actually takes the most time with 3d is

adjusting things. the little details can make all the difference!

I know I'm going to sound corny here...

but it makes or breaks your edit

you want it so that it'll be revealed when you zoom out :)

so I'm moving the position back

make a new rectangle and add stroke

I'm going to increase the width and the height too

and connect it to the null object

now we're gonna use the X rotation and

rotate it 90 degrees. we're gonna move it down to the floor

and move it back so that it lines up with the arch we just drew

you should get a cool effect like this!

when you're happy with how the position is you may

notice that there are some places that need to be adjusted

unfortunately this always happens in 3d and the only thing that you can do is

just keep experimenting, moving around your shape until it looks how you

want. it's still not perfect but it'll do for now

you may need to readjust its position again

*insert timelapse meme here*

now that we're happy with how it looks we're going to duplicate the arch layer

and move it back now we should have two arches

hawt effect right there

now I'm going to add my second picture

I'm going to move the position back a bit and connect it to the null object.

adjust its position until you're happy with how it looks

now we're going to add another rectangle path.

now we're going to add another rectangular shape

this time instead of rotating the X rotation we're going to connect it to

the null object make it 3d and move it back

this will make a wall on one side of the arch.

you don't have to do this I just

personally wanted to.

also going to decrease the opacity

I think that this can be improved if you added a grid or maybe some shape layer

effects on it.

ignore this I'm just going to rename all the layers since it's

probably getting a little confusing I'm sorry for not doing that from the

beginning we're gonna duplicate the first floor (COMMAND D)

and move it to a new position

some adjustments may need to be made until you're happy with how your 3d

scene looks

to make this move a little more interesting I'm going to add some z-rotation

I'm also going to change the Y position

do your best and follow along

now that I think about it this is kind of more like a watch me edit since idk how to make tutorials.

now we're going to select all of our layers and add motion blur

select all our layers again and precompose them.

make sure you turn the motion blur button on

and now we're ready to render. add to render queue

ignore the other two renders I did they're not important

leave all the settings as is and now we're done!!

with messenger platform 2.3 and what it means for you is is marketers dream come

true in a way in terms of messenger marketing for sure because let me just

scroll down and you can see it on my screen ready the Facebook Auto populates

the email address for the user so they don't have to type their email addresses

that means you can carry on the conversation ask for the email addresses

which is provided by Facebook itself and they don't have to type anything they

can just click on and have this frictionless very nice conversation with

your bot and it's just a better user experience they don't have to feel

anything you know their names you know their email addresses you know their

time zone and yeah I'm just super excited to have this addition so here

again it's also for phone numbers but I only deal with email addresses basically

Facebook Auto populates in this so two called quick reply so that you can just

hit the button and their email addresses is added so that I want to do now is the

showcase this for you so let me just go up here I prepared a little flow which I

have a live event coming up in a bit so I have the link prepared and as you

can see it's a reference link or we can say that it's a deep link which means

that it points to a certain part of the messenger like it would be on a blog

post pointing to a certain part and it skips the welcome message in a way so if

I just hit enter I will be redirected to that message directly and you can set up

as many links as you want and usually set up for every live event I

did every little course or content I want to give out and people can join in

the messenger with this information and I know that about them so everyone who

uses this link and I'm going to share this link with you can see live this

this webinar live training funnel and what it does sort of my internet is a

little bit slow here know is that basically gives you this information

about the user so you have this pre history with the user and you can carry

on the conversation from that point on so it's just another thing that you can

use with messenger marketing to showcase these things all right so it's loading

holy email address right so if I just click on the button it sends this reply

and the bot answers I add a little bit of time delay here so make it a little

bit more human-like and I already send an email to them and what you see here

is auto populated it in the time zone so here you can see it's 2:00 p.m. Eastern

Time the 8th of March and that's a different time and in in my time zone

which is UTC plus 7 now it's already done Friday and 2 a.m. so the users

don't have to think about the time zones and that's very powerful and I'm going

to show you this video actually and how I you can set this up for you for your

messenger bot as well in the course in this life training and I send the video

as a bonus so this is really powerful and yeah you can just have a call to

action you can carry on the conversation there are so many ways you can go at it

you can have follow-ups prepping them for the for your event and helping them
