- Hey, this is Russell Brunson

and I'm gonna do some questions today.

And the very first question I got from you guys

is all about time management,

which is interesting, I'm guessing because

a lot of you guys are wondering,

Russell, how in the world are you able

to juggle a company with over 250 employees,

plus have a beautiful wife and five kids,

and church responsibilities,

and all these other things

and not go insane?

And, a couple things.

Number one, some days I do want to go insane.

So, don't feel guilty if you're looking at this

saying, "how does he keep it all together?"

Sometimes I don't.

So I'm just like anybody else.

There's lots of ups and downs,

but as a whole I do my best

and I cram a lot into every single day.

And so the question is,

what's the secret to creating more time in your day?

What strategies do you use to manage your time

as an entrepreneur?

And so there's a lot stuff I can share,

but I just want to kind of share what I think is probably

the most important and probably the thing that sucks

the life out of more people who are trying to be business

owners than anything else.

In fact, I think especially for entrepreneurs,

people who are trying to sell things online or make money

or whatever,

one of the biggest problems we get into is

there's so much information, and then there's,

so you start reading books and courses and watching videos

and podcasts and more podcasts, and you start getting all

this overload sometimes.

We have so many things happening.

And that's the big part I think,

initially, is the information overload,

but then what's even worse is the communication overload.

What I see people doing all the time

is every single time their messenger beeps,

they're like stop, oh no.

And they're checking the Facebook Messenger,

and then oh Skype read,

then they got a phone...

then they gotta check their Voxer and then their Instagram

and then their feed, and they're,

all these amazing things that are happening all the time,

and we get so distracted that we're never able to sit

and focus.

And so what I want to talk about is,

and probably the biggest time strategy for me,

is proactive time versus reactive time.

So what that means is, if somebody calls and my phone rings,

I will never answer it unless it's my wife.

She's the only person that I actually answer the phone for

because she trumps all things.

But for anybody else, I never answer my phone calls.

I try to not ever do phone calls at all.

If you've ever tried to call me on the phone,

I'm like, Ah, I really don't do phone calls, either email me

or Vox me or something because

I like to have where I can choose.

Okay, I'm gonna answer messages between four o'clock

and five o'clock today.

So from four o'clock and five o'clock,

I'm getting in the zone and answering all my emails,

listening to all my messages, just getting it all at once

in one block, and that's it.

That gives me the rest of the day to focus on doing

whatever I want to do.

So many people, they get stuck in this reactive mode

where they're just every single thing that hits them,

they're like, "oh!"

And they're jumping here, they're jumping there,

they never actually get anything done.

So, you, as a busy entrepreneur who's trying to change

the world and trying to create products and businesses

and companies and do all of these things,

you can't be jumping off every single thing.

You have to have focus time where you're able

to actually work and the biggest thing is

breaking out your time where you no longer let people do

reactive communication where you're reacting all the time.

You have to focus on the proactive.

So, you shift things and say,

"okay, this is the time I'm gonna answer all my messages.

"If you have a question for me, you have to send it to me

"in a way that I can answer during this period of time

"because I can't shift my focus.

"I need to be able to focus on what I'm doing here."

I think that's the biggest time management thing

that help entrepreneurs.

I think most entrepreneurs,

if you want to see how you're doing in time management,

do a time study where basically you sit down

and start mapping out...

Okay, from 8 a.m. to 8:15,

what do I do?

From 8:15 to 8:30, what do I do?

And map that your entire day for two or three days

and really quickly, you realize,

"oh my gosh, I'm spending like 80-90% of my day

just reacting to messages and that's why I never

get anything done."

The reason why I'm gonna be able to move things so much

faster is I have spent the hour at the end of the day

or maybe whenever that is.

Maybe in the middle of the day for you,

whatever makes the most sense.

Just doing those things and the rest of the time,

you're just focused on destroying the next piece

of your goal and getting closer and closer

to your dreams.

That's the first question about time management.

That's the secret to creating more time in your day.

The Ace Buddyfighter Play-offs are a tournament that will determine the best Buddyfighter in Japan!

Everyone's aiming for the final tournament, and the secondary round leading into that!

At card shops all across Japan, Buddyfighters are giving it their all in the preliminary rounds so they can make it to the top!

I'll take it from here.

At Castle, there was a round robin-style tournament with all of the participating Buddyfighters.

But other shops have chosen to use different formats.

There are all kinds of tournaments!

And in addition!

There are some shops who have only begun their preliminary matches.

And some shops haven't even started yet.

In other words, even Buddyfighters who have failed to qualify at Castle can...

They can participate in the Preliminary rounds again by going to a different card shop!

There are still many more chances to win, chu!

The fierce battles will continue to rage on!

And if he heard rumors of a skilled Buddyfighter, or someone with deck that might be useful as a reference,

he raced to their side to learn from them.

He became the kind of person who could humbly and respectfully ask anybody for help.

He was really doing his best, huh.

It seems his resolve was genuine.

The change in him surprised even me.

It made me happy, too.

Over time, my brother became beloved by many people.

At first he was embarrassed by the attention, but soon he got used to it.

More importantly, my brother had a grand ambition! And that was...

To defeat Masato Rikuo!

He lost to Masato in the ABC Cup tournament, but this time he would win!

To fulfill that goal, and for that reason only, my brother participated in Castle's Shop Preliminaries. However...

Behind the Scenes of Haunted Mansion Holiday's Gingerbread House at Disneyland - Duration: 1:49.

Hi! I'm Tim Wollweber.

I'm the Graphic Designer and Art Director for the gingerbread house for Haunted Mansion Holiday.

Every year we have to come up with a new idea for the Haunted Mansion Holiday gingerbread house. We will cut it out of wood, put it together.

After the frame is built, it comes to my team. If it has any animation, special effects, lighting, anything like that,

we work on it for a few weeks and then we turn it over to our central bakery.

Expert baker's start putting all the great

gingerbread and icing and fondant that really bring it to life.

The gingerbread house can take anywhere from five to seven months each year.

So this year for the 2018

Haunted Mansion Holiday gingerbread house, we wanted to do it a little different and get the gingerbread house off the table. Using my arachnophobia,

we made a giant

gingerbread

spider that is coming down from the rafters and

going to basically devour the house on the table.

People asked me if it's edible. Yes it is.

You can smell the gingerbread in that room,

and you know, every so often there's a leftover shingle or two that will take a nibble on.

The shingles are all tiny coffins

that have been laid all over the top, and the spiders glowing green eyes are little Mickey heads.

I would say overall my favorite scene would be the graveyard.

I mean it is the largest scene, of course in the entire Haunted Mansion and it's kind of a

sensory overload between Pumpkin Mountain and the three Ice Angels.

I just love all that weird stuff.

We've been here now for 18 seasons. It's just a huge deal for me.

I just love that I get to do that, and I get to help out every year with this.

How To Get More Done In A Day - Time Management On Steroids - Duration: 3:47.

- Hey, this is Russell Brunson

and I'm gonna do some questions today.

And the very first question I got from you guys

is all about time management,

which is interesting, I'm guessing because

a lot of you guys are wondering,

Russell, how in the world are you able

to juggle a company with over 250 employees,

plus have a beautiful wife and five kids,

and church responsibilities,

and all these other things

and not go insane?

And, a couple things.

Number one, some days I do want to go insane.

So, don't feel guilty if you're looking at this

saying, "how does he keep it all together?"

Sometimes I don't.

So I'm just like anybody else.

There's lots of ups and downs,

but as a whole I do my best

and I cram a lot into every single day.

And so the question is,

what's the secret to creating more time in your day?

What strategies do you use to manage your time

as an entrepreneur?

And so there's a lot stuff I can share,

but I just want to kind of share what I think is probably

the most important and probably the thing that sucks

the life out of more people who are trying to be business

owners than anything else.

In fact, I think especially for entrepreneurs,

people who are trying to sell things online or make money

or whatever,

one of the biggest problems we get into is

there's so much information, and then there's,

so you start reading books and courses and watching videos

and podcasts and more podcasts, and you start getting all

this overload sometimes.

We have so many things happening.

And that's the big part I think,

initially, is the information overload,

but then what's even worse is the communication overload.

What I see people doing all the time

is every single time their messenger beeps,

they're like stop, oh no.

And they're checking the Facebook Messenger,

and then oh Skype read,

then they got a phone...

then they gotta check their Voxer and then their Instagram

and then their feed, and they're,

all these amazing things that are happening all the time,

and we get so distracted that we're never able to sit

and focus.

And so what I want to talk about is,

and probably the biggest time strategy for me,

is proactive time versus reactive time.

So what that means is, if somebody calls and my phone rings,

I will never answer it unless it's my wife.

She's the only person that I actually answer the phone for

because she trumps all things.

But for anybody else, I never answer my phone calls.

I try to not ever do phone calls at all.

If you've ever tried to call me on the phone,

I'm like, Ah, I really don't do phone calls, either email me

or Vox me or something because

I like to have where I can choose.

Okay, I'm gonna answer messages between four o'clock

and five o'clock today.

So from four o'clock and five o'clock,

I'm getting in the zone and answering all my emails,

listening to all my messages, just getting it all at once

in one block, and that's it.

That gives me the rest of the day to focus on doing

whatever I want to do.

So many people, they get stuck in this reactive mode

where they're just every single thing that hits them,

they're like, "oh!"

And they're jumping here, they're jumping there,

they never actually get anything done.

So, you, as a busy entrepreneur who's trying to change

the world and trying to create products and businesses

and companies and do all of these things,

you can't be jumping off every single thing.

You have to have focus time where you're able

to actually work and the biggest thing is

breaking out your time where you no longer let people do

reactive communication where you're reacting all the time.

You have to focus on the proactive.

So, you shift things and say,

"okay, this is the time I'm gonna answer all my messages.

"If you have a question for me, you have to send it to me

"in a way that I can answer during this period of time

"because I can't shift my focus.

"I need to be able to focus on what I'm doing here."

I think that's the biggest time management thing

that help entrepreneurs.

I think most entrepreneurs,

if you want to see how you're doing in time management,

do a time study where basically you sit down

and start mapping out...

Okay, from 8 a.m. to 8:15,

what do I do?

From 8:15 to 8:30, what do I do?

And map that your entire day for two or three days

and really quickly, you realize,

Why Not to Put Smaller Wheels on Your Car - Duration: 5:17.

Rev up your engines, ashton the man says can I put smaller wheels

on my car, well you can do whatever you want, here's the thing, cars were designed for a

certain size wheel, you start changing that it's going to ride different, the speedometer

is going to read different but if you put smaller wheels on a car, realize that what

you'll have is, you'll have a vehicle that accelerates faster but it has a lower top

end, it won't go as fast in the long run, if you want something that goes 0-30 a lot

faster go ahead and put smaller wheels on it, but realize the bottom might drag and

it's going to corner weird, that's why the original minis that they made in England had

little tiny wheels on it, because they wanted to go faster for a lower speed, their top

speed was garbage they didn't go that fast, but they used them for rally dirt racing where

they never went that fast anyways, you can if you want you know,

resale value, theirs a reason that they have low resale value,

engines ford ever made, I got a customer with an old one and he's beefed it up, it's an

old foxbody and man that thing is fast, it scares me, whenever I work on it of course

I want to take it out and see how fast it is, but it's so fast that it scares me especially

in an older vehicle like that, that the suspension is a little bit iffy and it's got so much

horsepower it's kind of scary, those are reliable engines that as long as you change the oil

thinking about getting one my friend had one for 5 years and 300,000 miles and it still

runs like new, well your friend is one lucky character, now

if you're going to buy a VW passat and you're happy with a manual transmission, it can be

a good car, yes but they have one of the worst automatic transmission ever made, bar none,

they cost a fortune to repair and they break all the time,

but if you don't mind driving a standard they can be decent cars, but don't buy an automatic,

I would never buy one of those that had the v6 engines in it, the v6 engines didn't have

enough horsepower, they broke more often, they had more internal failures than the v8's

did, and just didn't have enough power to move them around with,

and really back then the v6's didn't get that much different gas mileage than the v8's did,

their not like the modern ones that are completely modded, you could get a v6 engine in those

days that maybe put out 170 horsepower, you can get a v6 today that puts out 375 horsepower,

their completely different engines, back then you had to go v8 if you wanted something that's

going to last, Jerry says help I got a 2007 town and country

minivan and the instrument cluster is turning off and on crazy, what's the deal with this

help, ok it's a 12 year old chrysler product, chrysler

products aren't that well made to begin with, but the dashes were one of those poorer things

they made, especially if you live where I do in Houston where it's hot and humid,

the circuit boards are made out of plastic and then they have stuff soldered and the

solder on the board generally comes apart and they start doing stuff like that,

now taking the dash apart on that thing is actually a pretty simple thing it's not that

hard to do, you could do it yourself and then you could see if the circuit board is coming

apart some guys will get a soldering gun and they'll solder it back together or they'll

just say, well that one is done I'll go to a junkyard

and get a used one and look at it and see if it looks ok and try that, but that's the

main problem with those things, the circuit boards start to come apart because of cheap

manufacturing, so if you never want to miss another one of
