The fact to "subscribe" (like TV), providing professional videos with professional staff
Exactly like series work
So Youtube is now equal as Netflix or Amazon (by providing chanels and exclusive content for subscribers)
Youtube turns more and more to entertainment
Turs more to "spending time" contents
To my opinion, there is less culture on Youtube
Less content to learn things
And globaly, contents look the same.
Because we have to be as the same level as the others youtubers
Doing the same...
Focusing yourself in the competition, leave no so much place for creativity and creation
About the few still creatives creators on YouTube (obviously they still exist, because professional staff don't make escape creativity)
They are out of category, they have many people to work with, and so many people are following them
So for the creators with hugely less subscribers, they can't match with them
Even more if these creators (with less huge audience) won't "sold them selve" and won't join a network or any big group
In recent times, I prefers watch old videos to remember Youtube's evolution
I find it interesting because I remark the lack of liberty we can feel now as creator
I have the impression that many creators feel lost
(But maybe it's just me)
These creators are also lost in a psychological point of view
because they put a huge pressure on their shoulders about their work
or they see the total of subscribers drop,
they see no evolution in the number of views
So they ask them selves "why?"
Precisely because you have to increase total of subscribers, total of views
You should be competitive

And being more and more "marketing"
And I did it too by the past ! (because I did a small break and I studied marketing after it)
Well, I want to share this feeling of trouble in link with Youtube
I have a relation of love and hate, so I want to know if am I the only one ?
There are different solutions to this situation on YouTube :
You can accept the idea that Youtube is becoming the new TV, with actual big TV groups. And with different groups which buy social medias...
By the way, Youtube is in competition with others media service providers (Netflix, Amazon) but also others social medias.
Because Youtube is a way to meet people and it's still the same people who buy all social medias (so they look all the same)
Is entire internet looking the same ? It's a true question I asked my self
The second possibility, is to let it be
and doing our things for us (without caring about subscribers, views etc.)
But the risk is the content of creators like me, don't be promote
There is a stagnation and finally only the same people watch your videos.
It's not my personal goal, I don't create videos for myself.
The others possibilities are :
Go away from Youtube. The biggest Youtubers create their own website
Selling things next to Youtube
Maybe this kind of big youtubers can truly go away
Or some others would go to free platforms
For instance, PeerTube
Honnestly I think about this option
I want to conclude by remind you :
It's not the platform which creates the creators, the artists
I am sure different medium and medias are in development, we have just to find new ways.
For instance, people are actually very interested by podcast
Maybe the Youtube of tomorrow, is on Soundcloud, iTunes...
or some others free podcast platforms
It's a possibility.
Youtube's death don't mean the death of art
It's not the end of the culture
I just think, everything is done on YouTube, and we can't create genuine new contents on Youtube

there is in japan too, but the chips was thin and sweet
there are plenty of tasty things around the world
but the Philippines restaurant weren't that much
there was buffet, but the restaurant where you chose this and that, weren't that much
the food was italian and spanish and it was so tasty
this made me want to try more of the Philippines food
and the what makes me want to travel again
i putted my phone in it, and it helps a lot
this time i went to the sea that's why brought with me swimsuit
but when i looked in my luggage, i didn't find it
that's why i looked for a swimsuit in cebu
that why in the next day, while i was walking, i bought a swimsuit
the sea was so elegant
both fish and people was so cute

the place was filled with fish and this was so much fun
in the first day we drinked wine and we celebrated
it was a fun party
and we met another youtubers, from korea, they are so cool
surrounded with the stuff, the foreign youtubers are really amazing
one of the korean youtubers noticed me, and she called me "yuka" and i was so happy by that
and we enjoyed a lot of food

The American Trinity: The Three Values that Make America Great - Duration: 5:35.
Race and ethnicity have defined every nation on earth.
Except one: the United States of America.
It is defined by values.
So, to understand America, you have to understand American values.
They are: 1. "E Pluribus Unum"
2. "Liberty"
3. "In God We Trust."
I call this "The American Trinity."
I made up the name, but I didn't make up the values.
They are on every American coin.
The first, E Pluribus Unum, is Latin, meaning, "Out of many, one."
When first adopted as an American motto shortly after the American founding in 1776, it referred
to the thirteen American colonies becoming one nation.
Over time, however, most Americans understood the motto to mean one people from many backgrounds.
To quote The E Pluribus Unum Project, funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities,
"Over the years, E Pluribus Unum has also served as a reminder of America's bold attempt
to make one unified nation of people from many different backgrounds and beliefs."
In other words, America doesn't care about your national or ethnic origins.
This explains why people who immigrate to America assimilate faster and more fully than
immigrants to any other country.
Most of those who have immigrated to Europe, from, for example, Turkey – as millions have –
are not considered fully German by fellow Germans or fully Swedish by fellow
Swedes or fully Spanish by fellow Spaniards.
This is even true of the children and grandchildren of those immigrants.
And, just as important, few of those immigrants – or their children or grandchildren –
will ever feel fully German, Swedish, or Spanish.
But a Turk who immigrates to the United States will be regarded as fully American
– as American as any other American – the moment he or she becomes a citizen.
And they – and certainly their children – will feel fully American.
Of course, America has not always lived up to this "e pluribus unum" ideal.
But the ideal was always there.
And it was applied to virtually every immigrant to America.
The second component of the American Trinity is liberty.
Now, you might ask, "Didn't the French Revolution also enshrine liberty as a central
national value?
Wasn't its motto "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity"?
The answer is yes.
America is hardly the only country to enshrine liberty; it is the only country to enshrine
"Liberty," "E Pluribus Unum," and "In God We Trust."
What's the difference?
The difference is this: The moment you affirm equality, as the French Revolution did, you
will lose liberty.
It is a basic American value that all human beings are born equal, and all must be equal
before the law.
But ending up equal – that's a French and European value.
And if you want people to end up equal, you must deprive them of liberty.
Which is exactly what happened right after the French Revolution and in every other society
that made equality its national goal.
America gives people the liberty to end up wherever their abilities, work ethic, and
luck take them – meaning unequal.
Therefore, professional athletes will make more money than teachers or doctors.
That may be unfortunate, but that is what liberty allows.
If you want equality, you will tell people how much they can earn – and that means
the end of liberty.
And third, In God We Trust.
Unlike almost every other country, America never had a state religion.
But it was founded on the principle that God – specifically, the God of the Bible –
is the source of moral values.
As the Declaration of Independence put it, all people "are endowed by their Creator
with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
In other words, rights come from God, not from men.
If rights are given by men, men can take them away.
The American Trinity is the reason America became the world's freest
and most prosperous country.
But many Americans want to, in the words of former President Barack Obama,
"fundamentally transform" it.
They wish to replace American values with European values – equality of result and
an ever-expanding state, which greatly reduce individual freedom; the celebration of ethnic
and racial identity, which is the opposite of E Pluribus Unum; and the removal of God
as the source of morality and rights.
Which set of values Americans adopt will determine whether America remains free, prosperous,
and the force for good in the world that it has been.
With the exception of the Civil War, this is the greatest internal battle
in American history.

and i bought a lot of souvenirs and foods from Philippines, and i'm looking forward to try it
the filipino banana chips was so tasty
usually the taste of the banana chips is normal

cebu island 's chips is so unique

and this what made it so tasty
i don't know why it's so thin, how can they cut it so thin like that ?
it was so thin like a potato chips
crispy and tasty
i'll be so happy if i can buy this from japan as well
and the dried fruits was so tasty as well
it's so expensive here in japan
but it was cheap in cebu island, and i was so happy because i like it
and there is also the coconuts chips that both kumamiki and saaya like it
the coconuts chips is so tasty
there is in japan too, but the chips was thin and sweet
there are plenty of tasty things around the world
but the Philippines restaurant weren't that much
there was buffet, but the restaurant where you chose this and that, weren't that much
the food was italian and spanish and it was so tasty
this made me want to try more of the Philippines food
and the what makes me want to travel again
i putted my phone in it, and it helps a lot
this time i went to the sea that's why brought with me swimsuit
but when i looked in my luggage, i didn't find it
that's why i looked for a swimsuit in cebu
that why in the next day, while i was walking, i bought a swimsuit
the sea was so elegant
both fish and people was so cute
fish and people cute ? that's so weird
the place was filled with fish and this was so much fun
in the first day we drinked wine and we celebrated
it was a fun party
and we met another youtubers, from korea, they are so cool
surrounded with the stuff, the foreign youtubers are really amazing
one of the korean youtubers noticed me, and she called me "yuka" and i was so happy by that
and we enjoyed a lot of food
and i want to do my best to learn english

Real Madrid SWEAT on Chelsea help as Antonio Conte lawyers begin £9m contract talks - Duration: 3:12.
Real Madrid are all set to axe Lopetegui after a dire run of results. The Bernabeu club are five games without a win and broke their club record of going 481 minutes without scoring in the 2-1 loss to Levante
Lopetegui is expected to manage Real in Tuesday's Champions League game with Plzen but will then be given the boot
And while Jose Mourinho has been linked with a shock return to Madrid, reports in Italy claim work is underway to get Conte on board
However, Real face a tricky task to prise the Italian away from his Chelsea contract
Conte, 47, was relieved of his duties as Chelsea manager in the summer - despite leading the club to FA Cup glory
He was sacked with 12 months and £9m remaining on his Blues deal. Real would have to negotiate terms to break that contract were they to appoint Conte - meaning negotiations between the player and both clubs are set to get underway
That is according to Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport. They claim Real Madrid president Florentino Perez wants Conte 'at all costs'
Lawyers are now supposedly set to get to work to relieve the former Juventus and Italy manager of his Chelsea terms
Chelsea themselves had to undergo the same process during the summer when approaching Napoli for their sacked boss Maurizio Sarri
Despite Sarri being replaced by Carlo Ancelotti, Chelsea had to effectively break the Italian's contract with Napoli - at a reported cost of £4
4m. Conte's situation would be largely the same and Real will have to hope Chelsea play ball over the negotiations
As for Mourinho, he has been linked with the Real post although plenty of pieces must fall into place before he returns to the Bernabeu bench
The United manager has overseen a mini recovery after a demanding spell earlier in the autumn
