Overwatch In 150 Seconds: Hanzo

Hanzo is the eldest son of the Shimada family, a clan of assassins established for centuries.

When his father, the head of the family, died,

Hanzo's life changed drastically.

Bearing responsibility as the family's new head,

Hanzo was forced to kill his brother Genji with his own sword.

Heartbroken from guilt, Hanzo abandoned his sword and clan, and now wanders around the world.

Hanzo's sword is on display at Hanamura Point B.

Every year on the anniversary of Genji's death, Hanzo breaks into his home Shimada Castle

and lights an incense to honor his brother.

But Genji, presumed to be dead, was reborn as a cyborg,

Hanzo is very disturbed by Genji's change,

and states to Genji that it is too late.

Hanzo: You are mistaken, brother. I am beyond redemption.

Together with the previous Genji episode, we told the tragedy of the two brothers.

Because of their story and concepts, Hanzo and Genji are very popular.

But in-game, compared to his brother, Hanzo's reputation is far from that.

Part of that's how difficult of a team comp he creates.

But, given the right team, I believe Hanzo to be a strong hero.

Hanzo, the very icon of trolling.

North Korea's new SLBM launch - Duration: 3:59.

South Korean military acknowledged the North's projectile was a new type, one that shows

significant progress.

For more on this we have our defense ministry correspondent Kim Hyun-bin here with us in

the studio.

I understand initially, Seoul's defense officials didn't know what to make of the launched missile.

Good evening Daniel.

As you mentioned there were some confusion at first.

The Joint Chiefs of Staff initially said that it was a Rodong or a possible upgraded Musudan

missile.

Experts believe that the JCS conducted its analysis based only on the missile's radar

signature and its range.

However, South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff corrected its stance on Monday that the mid-range

missile North Korea fired over the weekend, the Pukguksong-2, appears to be an upgraded

version of its submarine-launched ballistic missile.

Last August, North Korea launched the Pukguksong-1 from a submarine and it flew over 500 kilometers.

Experts say it could carry a payload of about 650 kilograms with a maximum range of two

thousand kilometers, putting all U.S. bases stationed in Japan in reach.

However experts believe the most recent launch is a more advanced version.

"This is an upgraded version of the SLBM on land.

North Korea has also developed a launch pad that can conduct a cold launch, which is used

to launch missiles from submarines."

It was reported the Pukguksong-2... used a solid fuel launch technique.

There are some noteworthy differences between solid fuel and liquid fuel.

That's right.

South Korea's defense ministry also backed up North Korea's claim that the missile used

a solid fuel engine.

For a better perspective let's take a look at the comparison chart.

Compared to liquid fuel, solid fuel engines take less time to fill and the fuel can be

stored for a long period of time in the missile.

They also say that when this type of missile is attached to a mobile launch pad, North

Korea could launch it at any time and from any place, making it harder for Seoul and

Washington to detect the missile before launch.

Let's hear what an expert had to say.

"There is a reason North Korea prefers solid fuel.

Liquid fuel is difficult to inject and takes a long time.

Solid fuel engines are more combat proficient and it would be hard for Seoul to use the

Kill Chain system to launch a pre-emptive strike on a solid fuel missile."

How would you compare this one to other ballistic missiles in the regime's arsenal?

Well, Daniel, for a better understanding of what the North has, let's take a look at another

chart.

Here you see three different types of missiles.

The Scud-C, which has a range of 500 kilometers, can target all units in South Korea when fired

from the border.

Now the Rodong missile has a range of 13-hundred kilometers, enabling it to target U.S. bases

in Japan, including the U.S. infiltration base in Okinawa.

The IRBM Musudan has a range of three thousand kilometers, and it would be used to target

the U.S. naval base in Guam.

There needs to be a further analysis of the Pukguksong-2... because this was its first

launch, but some experts say that when launched at a 70 degree angle it could have a range

similar to that of the Musudan, which is three-thousand kilometers.

Many reports indicate the new type is a greater threat to South Korea and even the U.S.

That's right.

It can be launched both from both land and sea.

However, North Korea currently has only a single two-thousand ton Shimpo-class submarine

that can launch it.

Still, military officials I've talked to say the regime is working on developing a three-thousand

ton sub within the next few years.

This would be a grave threat to both South Korea and the U.S. because it's hard to detect

a submarine underwarter.

Sailors I've spoken with say it's really looking for a needle in a haystack.

A potentially serious threat indeed.

DHS Says Wall Will Cost Nearly $22 Billion and Take Nearly 4 Years to Build.

President Donald Trump�s campaign promise to build a wall along the United States-Mexico

border has already started to become a reality as the Department of Homeland Security conducted

an analysis of the cost and time commitment needed to construct it.

The border wall, which will actually be comprised of several fences and walls, was estimated

to cost as much as $21.6 billion with a timeline of three and a-half years, according to the

DHS analysis reported on by Reuters.

With 654 miles of the southern border already fenced or walled off, the project would focus

on securing the remainder of the perimeter in three phases.

The first phase would include a 26-mile wall near San Diego, El Paso, Texas, and Texas�

Rio Grande Valley.

The second phase would stretch 151 miles connecting the Rio Grande Valley with Laredo, Texas,

Tucson, Arizona, El Paso, Texas; and Big Bend, Texas.

The final and largest phase would secure the remaining 1,080 miles of the open border,

although the exact locations were not specified.

While neither DHS or the White House were prepared to give formal statements regarding

the report, Trump told a group of law enforcement officials on Wednesday that �the wall is

getting designed right now.�

Although critics have slammed Trump�s proposal due to the cost being much higher than he

or his colleagues originally estimated, the fact that the DHS has conducted a detailed

analysis of the project means that construction is right around the corner.

The faster we can put up the wall, the faster we will start seeing the quantifiable � and

even unquantifiable � benefits.

In addition, the DHS report also accounted for the cost of acquiring private land, which

likely was not considered when Trump initially proposed the idea.

Bernstein Research, an investment research group that tracks material costs, determined

the cost could be driven up to $25 billion due to uncertainties surrounding the endeavor,

according to TheBlaze, such as eminent domain issues, but regardless of the details, there�s

no denying Trump has a construction history of completing projects under budget.

There is no arguing the fact that pressures are mounting on multiple levels.

We feel it personally in our bodies, we see it out pictured in our families and communities,

we experience it in our business contacts and in every aspect of our daily lives.

We most certainly see the pressures play out nationally as well as globally.

We even see it mirrored in the Earth�s crust as the internal pressures mount for Gaia resulting

in earthquakes and increased volcanic rumblings.

The app called Quakes show there have been 993 reported quakes during this timeframe.

Green is minor, yellow and orange moderate, red severe.

All of this chaos we see can be used in a positive way to support healing ourselves,

our families, our communities, our world and our planet.

Remember the teaching: �As above, so below; as within, so without.�

Instead of focusing on the outer details currently playing out, USE the energy in a very conscious,

supportive, present way.

TURN OFF THE TV!

Choose to give your attention and your energy to that which promotes bringing people with

a diversity of ideas, beliefs and opinions together instead of focusing on that which

encourages and creates separation.

As you use this energy to locate those places within yourself held as separation, you bring

healing to your being.

Any experience other than peace, trust, love and joy point to where you are still aligning

and resonating with the old fear/control based paradigm.

As you bring healing to and into yourself personally, you actually heal Gaia and ALL

of creation!

As the pressures continue to increase� and make no mistake about it, they will continue

to increase, notice:

Where in your body are you feeling tense and tight?

Set your intention to bring love and healing to ALL creation through bringing love and

healing to your body.

Some suggestions for doing this:

Get a massage Reflexology on your feet and hands

Take a hot bath with Epsom salt and baking soda

Stretch Do yoga

Exercise Acupuncture or acupressure

Essential oils, flower essences or herbs Chiropractic care

These are just a few suggestions but you get the idea

What are you feeling emotionally?

Be honest with yourself!

It�s ok to experience fear, frustration, anger and grief.

Just resist the temptation to insist on keeping them, continually cycling and recycling them

through your mind.

Experience them as they arise, allow them to pass through your being, then LET THEM

GO!!

Adding to the suggestions above, you can:

Call a friend Snuggle with a loved one

Cuddle your furry, four legged buddy Cry

Scream Go outside and be in nature

Read something inspirational Engage in ceremony

Attend a community gathering Dance

What are you thinking?

Our thoughts trap us, imprison us within the matrix of control and fear based paradigms.

To return to what is loving and supportive, you can always:

Meditate, pray, sit in silence and focus on your breath

Listen to music Turn off the TV

Put down you cell phone, computer, tablet or iPad

Hum�.

Yes, hum!

Humming quiets the monkey mind and stimulates your heart chakra

Picture the 8 corners of a room (4 corners of the ceiling and 4 corners of the floor).

In order to have a thought, you�d have to drop one of the corners.

Just recognize when a thought has crept in and pick back up the corner you dropped.

We are birthing a new paradigm, a new Earth, a new way of living and interacting with each

other that is based on LOVE.

This, just like bringing any new life into existence, will get messy.

Messy is OK.

There is always discomfort and pain with bringing in the new.

Pain and discomfort accompany the messiness.

Accept it all as part of the process because there is no escaping the painful, messy discomfort.

Open to the experience you are participating in.

You are participating whether you realize it or not so why not make it a conscious,

positive, unifying, loving participation.

Breathe, relax into this process, and push�..

Love is crowning!

Independent counsel questions Samsung chief again over bribery allegations - Duration: 2:10.

The special prosecutorial team investigating the massive corruption scandal gripping Korea...

summoned Samsung Electronics Vice Chair Lee Jae-yong for the second time.

Our Hwang Hojun has the updates from the independent counsel office.

Swarms of reporters and protesters packed the entrance to the building where the team's

office is located,... all trying to get a glimpse... or at least shout things... at

the so-called prince of Samsung... who was protected by an ample police presence.

Lee Jae-yong arrived on Monday morning, but answered no questions,... offering only a

single comment before taking the elevator.

"I will again faithfully tell the truth during the special prosecutors' interrogation today."

In all, three high-level Samsung executives are being questioned as suspects this evening,

including Vice Chairman Lee... as well as Park Sang-jin and Hwang Sung-soo.

In the team's afternoon briefing, the independent counsel spokesperson, Lee Kyu-chul, was unusually

cautious on giving details about the vice chairman's interrogation.

However, he did confirm that the team will review whether to seek arrest warrants once

all the questioning is done.

"We will examine everything regarding the suspects, as if we're back at square one,

and then decide whether to arrest them or not."

Samsung is alleged to have given huge donations to entities controlled by President Park's

now-jailed confidant Choi Soon-sil, in return for favors, such as political support for

the controversial merger of two Samsung units, Samsung C&T and Cheil Worldwide,... a move

seen to have cemented Lee Jae-yong's succession as head of the group.

Lee was first questioned a month ago... when the team grilled him for 22 hours straight.

The prosecutors then requested a warrant for his arrest on charges of bribery, embezzlement,

and perjury, but that was rejected.

And according to observers, that's exactly why the independent counsel team is being

extra cautious, because if a second warrant request is turned down, the probe would be

dealt a serious blow... with only about two weeks to go until the team's initial mandate

expires at the end of this month.

Korea's acting president guarantees safe business environment for foreign investors - Duration: 2:20.

Seoul's acting president Hwang Kyo-ahn sat down with a group of foreign investors.

The PM sought to offer extra reassurance in the wake of Pyongyang's provocation.

Song Ji-sun shares with us his remarks.

Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn said Seoul is prepared to guarantee foreign investors a

safe business environment, with strong security and efforts to reinforce Seoul's economic

fundamentals.

He said that Seoul operates a 24-7 monitoring system against volatile market conditions...

and that the government's deregulation drive, with its advanced information and communications

technology assets, will help the economy regain momentum.

Prime Minister Hwang also condemned North Korea's latest missile test,... pledging close

coordination with the international community to counter Pyongyang's provocations.

"We promise to guarantee a safe business environment based on strong security conditions by adopting

a thorough system of countermeasures with our allies in case of a North Korean provocation."

Prime Minister Hwang encouraged foreign investors to have faith in the South Korean economy,

vowing further benefits and tax deductions, especially when they invest in new technology.

"The South Korean government will make all necessary efforts to develop a favorable environment

for business and help foreign companies bear greater fruit here so that they can contribute

to Seoul's economic growth through job creation."

South Korea's foreign investment topped 20-billion dollars for a second consecutive year last

year... and accounts for one-fifth of Seoul's exports.

Prime Minister Hwang also vowed to expand South Korea's free trade deals with ASEAN

and China... and to seal more pacts with Israel and Ecuador... so that foreign investors can

use South Korea as a bridge to enter the larger global market.

Seoul, Washington and Tokyo requested an emergency UNSC meeting to discuss the hermit kingdom's

ballistic missile launch.

At this point it's hard to define the intent behind the provocative act, so our Connie

Kim turned to some expert analysis.

Two U.S. experts have weighed in on North Korea's latest missile launch, which happened

just three weeks after President Donald Trump came into office.

Ken Gause, a senior North Korea analyst at U.S. think tank CNA Corporation, characterized

the Sunday launch as a purposely restrained message,... and said North Korea was testing

Washington to see the nature of the U.S. response and whether it would represent a shift in

strategy from the Obama administration.

However, Robert Manning, a senior analyst at the Atlantic Council, another U.S. think

tank, said it would be a mistake to see Pyongyang's missile and nuclear tests as mere provocations.

He characterized the launch, and the North's efforts to develop missiles and nuclear weapons

over the past 35 years, as a North Korean version of Eisenhower's "massive retaliation"

nuclear strategy of the 1950s to compensate for shortcomings in conventional military

capabilities.

Washington hasn't yet taken any individual action since Sunday's launch, but South Korea,

the United States and Japan have requested an emergency UN Security Council meeting to

discuss North Korea's ballistic missile launch.

In addition, U.S. lawmaker Cory Gardner, the chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee

on East Asia and Pacific Affairs,... has called for a secondary boycott of Chinese companies

that do business with North Korea.

Existing UN Security Council resolutions on North Korea ban any kind of launches using

ballistic missile technology.

On top of that, China's foreign ministry has expressed its objections to the launch.

"China opposes North Korea's violation of U.N. resolutions by carrying out the relevant

launches.

At the present condition, the relevant parties should not anything mutually provocative that

might worsen tensions on the Korean Peninsula."

"Regardless of the motive, the launch is being considered as a grave provocation and North

Korea is expected to draw international condemnation at a closed-door meeting of the UN Security

Council slated for Monday in New York.

N. Korea says test of new ballistic missile was successful - Duration: 2:12.

North Korea announced its latest missile launch was the first successful test of a new medium-to-long-range

ballistic missile... capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.

Its state-run media also claims Kim Jong-un oversaw the test.

Kwon Jang-ho has our top story.

The birth of a powerful new form of nuclear attack -- that's what North Korea's leader

Kim Jong-un called the successful test of its new ballistic missile.

The regime's state-run Korean Central News Agency announced the missile, fired on Sunday,

was a new type of intermediate-range ballistic missile... called the Pukguksong-2.

It said the missile was capable of carrying a nuclear warhead and uses a new type of high-thrust

engine.

The regime also released footage showing that the missile was fired from a mobile launcher

and performed a "cold launch," in which the missile is ejected before its engine turns

on and the missile takes flight.

After it was fired, the missile flew for 500 kilometers before falling into the East Sea.

North Korean reports also say Kim Jong-un ordered and personally oversaw the missile's

development.

He is also said to have met with the scientists and soldiers afterward... to congratulate

them on a missile that was "100-percent" made with the North Korean people's wisdom, strength

and skill.

The South Korean government condemned the latest launch, underlining the significance

of yet another provocation.

"North Korea has sent a message that they have no intention of folding their nuclear

ambitions and will continue their provocations.

It once again stresses the seriousness of the military and security threat we are under."

Sunday's launch was the first of 2017 and it coincides with U.S. President Donald Trump's

meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in the U.S. over the weekend.

Analysts are broadly interpreting the launch as a show of force to the two nations.

"It's been four months since the North's last missile launch, but this is another reminder

that the regime is continuing its nuclear weapons development,... despite the continued

pressure from the international community.

Today, I have a question about niching down.

How long should you niche down?

How long should you specialize down?

This question is from Jeff and he says, "Hi, John.

My name is Jeff and I'm a big fan of your YouTube channel.

I'm just a noob beginner.

I'm on Codeacademy every day and I'm studying their front-end dev track."

That's cool.

Good job.

"I'm planning on attending Hack Reactor's boot camp within the next 15 months.

I really want to be a kickass JavaScript dev; MEAN stack and all that stuff."

That's good.

You got some goals here.

All right.

"Can you tell me what are a few lucrative specialties for JavaScript devs?

Once I get enough experience, I want to niche down like you've talked about before on your

channel.

Also, how many years of job experience will it take me to get to the point where I can

niche down?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated."

Okay.

I'm actually going to answer this question and one that wasn't asked.

How long before you can niche down?

That one I can answer real quick and then I'm going to talk about how long to niche

down into a particular niche because that one has been asked a lot.

First of all, when you should niche down?

When should you specialize?

Right away, from the very beginning, pick some kind of niche or some kind of specialty.

In fact, that's where it's most critical and the reason why is simple, is because when

you're starting out, you've got a lot of noise.

You've got a lot of people competing.

Everyone is sort of doing their thing.

How are you going to cut through that noise?

How are you going to get your name out there?

How are you going to get people to notice you?

You got to be doing something different.

You got to specialize.

You're the small fish in the big pond.

What you want to do is you want to become the big fish in a small pond, and the way

that you do that is that you pick something from the get-go that you're going to be known

for, that you're going to specialize in, that you can be.

I've sort of altered this.

Now, I sort of give this advice now and say that if you want to pick something that you

could be the number one best in the world at, what could you be the number one best

in the world at?

That might be a combination.

It might be a very, very thin slice where you're like some kind of JavaScript framework

developer and some way that you present it or however you slice it down.

I'm not going to go into all of the details of exactly how to do that because there's

a lot to that, but if you're interested, you can check out my course in How to Market Yourself

As a Software Developer where I do go into details of building a personal brand and how

to go about doing that and really focusing on your specialty.

Essentially, what you want to do is, right away, pick that out.

Right away you want to get started and pick a specialty, and it's so, so critical from

the very beginning.

It doesn't matter if you're not an expert yet like you can chart your journey on your

way to becoming an expert.

If you pick a thin enough slice to become an expert in that thing it's not so difficult.

Let me give you an example.

I don't know why this example just came into my brain, but I guess because I'm on

a Facebook group with a bunch of people doing ketogenic diets and they always post cheesecakes

on there because that's like one of the treat things you can do on a high-fat, you can make

it very low carb.

What if you knew nothing about ketogenic diets and you knew nothing about cheesecakes and

you decided to become an expert in ketogenic cheesecakes, low-carb cheesecakes.

How long would it take you to gain that expertise?

I don't know if there is someone.

I don't know if there is a site called ketogeniccheesecake.com.

Someone register that and become the expert there, but you know what I'm saying?

I'm taking this out of the software development realm so you can understand, is that you could

have no experience and you could just walk into that field, and you could do all the

research.

Someone else is experienced in this stuff, but you can compile all of that information

and you can become the expert in that.

In a couple of months' time you could have more information about ketogenic cheesecakes

and you could go and you could do talks about it, and you could create a recipe book and

you could create a YouTube channel about it and you could have a blog about it, and you

could write a book about it and be the world's expert in this subject because no one else

has taken it on.

You could have that expertise in a few months' worth of time, honestly, because you would

just compile all the data that's out there.

You don't have to invent it.

The same opportunity exists in the software development world.

It's in every single space as long as you cut that and you slice that down far enough.

Let's say that someone already did ketogenic cheesecakes.

Maybe there is.

I didn't think there was.

You could slice it then and you could say, "Okay.

Well, I can't be the best in the world by ketogenic cheesecakes because someone else

did this, but I can about chocolate ketogenic cheesecakes."

You think I'm kidding here but I'm not kidding.

I'm not kidding because there are some people that were like, "Well, shit.

I just like the chocolate ones."

"This guy is an expert in the chocolate ones.

He has every single recipe for every single chocolate ones and he's experimented with

them.

This is great.

This is awesome.

This is Christmas.

This is Disneyworld for me."

I know that seems like a ridiculous example and it is to some degree, but it would still

work.

You could still make a lot of money from this.

Think about this, how you would apply this in software development, especially starting

out as a beginner.

What is that thing?

What can you do?

What is something that people struggle with it?

You can go so deep that you can become an expert in and you can have that.

You can be the number one best in the world at this thing and not because you're the one

who is inventing all this stuff, but you're compiling all this stuff together.

You could have the best resources collection.

That's a good place to start out, is before you have the knowledge, to compile all that

knowledge together from other experts and you interview the experts.

There's a lot of ways to do this to crack this nut.

Now, I'm going to kind of bridge this into the other thing I wanted to talk about a little

bit here, which is how long to niche down because these are related.

When you cut a very, very little niche, one thing that you may find is that you do hit

maximum market capitalization on that niche.

What I mean by that is that if you pick it sufficiently small enough, there may be a

very small amount of people.

You may have a small audience and you may achieve number one in the world status of

this very, very thin slice, of the chocolate ketogenic cheesecake person.

At that point, you want to expand out and find related niches, right?

Now, again, I'm going to use this ridiculous example, but let's say that you had to slice

down all the way to the chocolate ketogenic cheesecake guru.

Now, you're gaining a big audience.

You're gaining a big following.

You've maximized that market.

You are that guy or gal.

Now, maybe you can expand out to just ketogenic cheesecake.

Maybe now you could dethrone the number one person or they've given up and you've got

enough momentum and you can do that, and then maybe you're like, "You know what?

I'm going after cheesecake.

I'm not even going after ketogenic—I'm going after cheesecake," because you've grown.

You've got a million subscribers on YouTube that all want your ketogenic cheesecakes and

you're like, "You know what?

Let's take it to the next step.

Let's just be the cheesecake guru.

Let's be the cheesecake god.

Let's do that."

You could do that.

The same thing.

Again, I'm using this other example but you could apply this to your specific expertise

in software development and you can expand that out.

That's if you think about it, if you look at what I've done with Simple Programmer and

with Soft Skills.

I've kind of done that.

Now, I wasn't as intentional as I'm telling you now.

I didn't have this big plan.

I didn't know about the money in cheesecakes, but I'm in a pretty large space now but I

am the number one in the world.

Arguably, I don't think there's anyone that's even close to being the number in the world

at what I do, which is I teach software developer soft skills.

Name me someone else.

I've been able to—it's a fairly big pond because I have a huge audience.

It applies to a lot of developers, a lot of people, personal development, personal growth

for software developers.

Not that there's no one in the space, but had I started there with this very broad,

you've seen these videos.

I do a lot different topics.

Had I started there, I would have had a very, very difficult time to getting traction.

I did start with smaller niches and I expanded out, and that's what you want to do.

Definitely start small.

Again, if I was starting over, I would have started way smaller of a very, very, very

focused niche that I didn't do that when I actually did because I didn't know what

I was talking about.

I'm telling you and I'm saying from experience as a beginner starting out, pick a niche.

Do it right away.

Make it very, very, very small and then later expand it out as you keep on moving from pond

to pond where you're always going to be the big fish in that pond.

That's the key.

You got to find the right jumping point when you jump to the next pond.

What's the next pond for me?

Well, the next pond for me will probably be to extend to maybe all of IT professionals

or maybe to just go straight mainstream and say, "Okay.

I'm going to take personal development and take it to the mainstream," like there's bigger

ponds for me.

I'm not ready to jump to that pond yet, but when the time presents itself, I will.
