The biggest part of being on a diet

is talking about the diet.

You know you can burn over 300 calories

just banging on about it endlessly.

So what kind of foods are you ruling out?

Ah, dunno.

You don't know?

The diet isn't really about food Jim

It's exactly about the food.

Yeah well what would you know!!

Oh, wow calm down!

Oh no, no, getting angry at

at unsupportive loved ones is a huge

part of dieting

Arguing defensively can burn over 300 calories

Lashing out at meal times 400...

I mean you'd be amazed at how many

calories you can burn by shouting at

your partner in a restaurant:

"LEAVE ME ALONE I CAN ORDER WHAT I WANT!"

So...

This diet is basically everything

that people do on diets anyway?

And it really works.

Other things that help you lose weight are:

Ordering a nutri bullet

and then never using it,

writing pointlessly in a food diary,

Oh and walking past a Burger King

every day going "Ahhhhh"

Sounds like a pretty easy diet

No its a very difficult regime.

Each morning I wake up and I sort through

all the clothes that havent fit me since

I was in the scouts.

The around lunchtime I weigh myself

for like the 9th time.

And then in the evenings I just spend

looking at Instragram photos

of people who are in better shape than me

Self Loathing is a real pound shifter

Ah... Jesus.

Oh and I joined a gym

We can go together!

Oh I'm not going to go!

Excuse me?

Joining a gym and then never going,

is a great way to lose weight.

The anxiety of the monthly extortionate fees

going to waste is a great fat burner

You're not going to lose any weight that way!

Ahhh what was I thinking!

Oh no, dont cry!

No, crying is a huge part of dieting Jim,

weeping at your lack of progress can

burn over 250 calories!

You'd be amazed at the fat content of tears.

Isn't the point of a diet

to rule out certain foods?!

Maybe, but I just eat what I want,

when I want,

all the time.

Guilt is a huge metaboliser.

You know what?

It's 5' o clock,

I'm going for pints.

so I happen to believe that when and if the president picks up that phone that's

case will be reopened like judge says and it's about time okay well you got it

out there you did 15 minutes left the more she talks the more the president

Alright and we're here in Santa Monica. I'm going to show you guys how to get strong and graceful with four of my favourite Pilates moves.

We're starting out with The Shooting Star.

So what you wanna do is bring the heels together, toes pointed, hands in Charlie's Angel.

You're gonna tap the floor, lift all the way up, really working the obliques

and the core and opening up your upper body.

Try to do this entire movement for one minute straight.

Now we're gonna head into The Oil Riggers for the triceps.

So hands right underneath the shoulders, extend that leg,

dip the chin way past the fingertips as you come down and up,

keeping the elbows right next to your shirt.

Now you wanna work them legs? We're gonna work them legs.

Go ahead and support the head and support the chest.

You're gonna slide the leg towards the knee. Lift up and flex drag all the way down.

This is your side-lying Dancer's Legs for your thighs

and also a little bit of core stabilization.

And now we're going to take it up a notch for that booty work.

So you're gonna be right here. Lift the pelvis up into the sky,

extend that leg and what I want you to do is bring the leg down and extend all the way up,

truly working the butt, working the core stabilization and of course the thighs at the same time.

So try and do each of these moves for one minute on each side

and you're going to be strong and graceful.

Think about the number of hybrid cars with all wheel drive in the B segment...

Not so many...Suzuki Swift is the only one in the market

so it's very interesting, also for the price

Let's see our first impressions...

Today I'll tell you a story about the "behind the scenes" of this job

would you believe if I told you that an SUV car manufacturer

would give me an offroader only if I did not take it off-road?

Unbelievable!

there is, however, a brand that has never pulled back

even when I told him I would do this:

that brand is Suzuki

which confirmed it at the preview of Swift 4x4 Hybrid

Swift 4WD ALLGRIP isn't capable as Jimny

but suzuki has made me try it on a path where even I was worried for the car!

you know what it's like to let a journalist drive a car to these events?

if suzuki believed so much in the strength of the swift, to the point of proposing such a path,

it means that they really believe this car is capable

With 4WD ALL GRIP AUTO, Suzuki Swift wants to mimic crossovers

except for the ground clearance, the car remains the same

recently renovated, bringing two major improvements:

first one is the space in the luggage compartment

now there's enaught space for a stroller

thanks to the new rear suspension's design

second one: it's fully equipped with technology

especially in the case of this hybrid that's full optional

and it's available in one trim level

that comes with autonomous braking, lane monitoring and adaptive cruise control

Infotainment is compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay

but sometimes lacks of computational power and that's annoying in some situations

the system slow down, something I noticed when I tested Suzuki Vitara with the same infotainment

This Swift is great because it's a 4WD Hybrid

So let's talk about 4WD ALLGRIP AUTO that operates in 3 modes

on road you'll travel with 90% of torque at the front

snow mode gives you 60/40 and on low grip surfaces, like ice, torque is distributed 50/50

it's not the most sophisticated 4WD but it works, and if you don't believe it, Panda 4X4 has proven this point in several occasions

permanent viscous coupling it's perfect for small cars

because it's cheap, light and effective

Let's talk about the hybrid: an electric motor coupled to a naturally aspired 1.2 liters engine with 90 hp and 120 Nm of torque

electric motor is actually the ISG

and it's not capable of increasing car's power but help with 50 Nm of torque

if you want to know how, I'll explain you at the and of the video

In real driving condition, Swift will "force" you to drive quietly

you will miss the turbo but consumption will be low, and that's perfect for the city

If you want to feel the power of this engine you'll need to drive at higher revs

ISG will assist you also on highways

and Swift was able to face a mountain trip with four people on board and their luggage

this trip gave me the opportunity to appreciate a chassis with reduced roll and good suspensions

with shock absorbers capable of handling cities' roads with potholes

Be carefull: Swift is not meant for heavy offroad

but we faced some of those in the test path

and reduced suspension travel was an issue

Overall interior quality has improved

but you'll notice some cheap materials and old fashioned seats

Pro: steering wheel and upper dashboard Cons: car doors and lower sections of the dashboard

All in all, materials are not a big issue, especially if you consider that Swift starts from 13.990€

this one costs 19.190€ and includes 4WD, Hybrid, full optional with active safety and adaptive cruise control

and you can buy it at the promotional price of 16.150€

At first I was skeptical about a 4WD Hybrid car with naturally aspired engine

but, after testing it, I consider Swift 4WD Hybrid a clever car

If you like performances you should wait for Swift Sport

This is a car for people who want to save money on fuel

but you can enjoy it if you find a dirt road or a path with several thigth bends

Swift is cheap but rich in equipment and 4WD makes you feel safer

Some competitors show a better design and better interiors

but i prefer essence to design

So, I have a few Vaseline hacks

that will jazz up your look in a jiffy!

Want to shine this festive season?

No problem.

Mix Vaseline with your favourite bronzer or simply use

just Vaseline

for shiny , glossy, super moisturised hands and legs.

I always mess up my manicures

To avoid that just rub Vaseline

on the skin around your nails.

Paint your nails and then wipe off the Vaseline

and any polish mistakes along with it.

Waterproof mascara can be quiet a task.

To avoid that

apply Vaseline to Q-tips

and remove stubborn mascara.

Ever had a case of bloated fingers

where your rings can't come out?

Don't panic.

Rub some Vaseline with water

onto the area. Leave it for a couple of minutes

and voila!

You are scot free.

That too with moisturised fingers!

Ever run out of makeup remover

without a safety

in your vanity?

Don't worry.

Just take some Vaseline

onto a cotton pad

and wipe off all your makeup.

If you're a person with bad under eyes,

Vaseline is the ultimate hack.

Take some lemon juice, mix it with Vaseline

Dab it under your eyes

One hour later

you are now moisturised and ready!

What if you don't have time to wax?

Then, the razor becomes your saviour!

Hallelujah!

But, what if the razor is rusted?

Then your hair would stay

and people would be disgusted.

But, to stop that

all you have to do is,

take some Vaseline, put it on your razor

and use it like a crusting.

Who said only doughnut can have crusting?

And another awesome hack is

after shaving

you can apply Vaseline onto your dry skin

for extra moisturization.

If you know what I mean.

No matter what the season,

my cuticles always need that extra moisturization.

Rubbing some Vaseline onto your cuticles will not only

fix that but it will also make it appear like

you walked out with a fresh new manicure.

I don't know about you guys,

but my baby hair can be quiet rebellious.

So, when I can't seem to get them under control,

all I do is, take a little bit of Vaseline onto my finger tips

and run it through my unruly mane!

Painting my nails is always a last minute thing.

But I can't remember how many times I have been stuck

with a gorgeous colour

but a bottle that just won't open!

Well, all you have to do is,

rub some Vaseline along the bottle

where the cap begins

and voila!

So, you are running out of blush

and it's the last minute.

Just quickly create your own DIY blush!

You can apply a little bit of Vaseline on your cheekbones

and tap a little bit of eyeshadow powder.

And this way you can

even control the intensity of the blush.

Hate the water stain after throwing an amazing party?

Not to worry.

I have got you sorted.

Just apply Vaseline overnight and wipe it away!

If you have an earache from too much loud music,

just soak a cotton ball into Vaseline

and plug it into your ears.

That should fix you right up.

Post-party headaches are not a problem anymore.

Mix Vaseline with eucalyptus oil

and apply it on your forehead for a soothing relief.

If you love colouring your hair,

here is a tip for you.

To stop the colour from spreading onto your skin,

all you have to do is, take Vaseline

and put it from earlobe to earlobe

along your hairline.

Plus point: it's moisturising!

If you feel that your skin is looking a little dull

then all you have to do is,

take your foundation, add a little bit of Vaseline

to give your skin a luminous, moisturised effect.

Do you want to repurpose your eyeshadow?

All you need to do is,

scrape a little bit of your eyeshadow into Vaseline

and you'll get a customised, moisturising lipstain.

I have just the perfect hack for you all.

Grab your jar of Vaseline

and all you want to do is,

dab it on the highest points of your face.

How to Install SKSE 64 in Skyrim Special Edition - Duration: 3:00.

What's up, everyone!

You saw the title, so let's dive right into how to install SKSE 64 for Skyrim Special Edition.

First thing you need to do is head on over to the SKSE web page at skse.silverlock.org,

and grab the right SKSE file.

We want the 64-bit version, not the old 32-bit version.

This is probably where 90% of users who have problems with installing this make a mistake

– they simply grab the wrong file.

Just right-click and save the file somewhere convenient.

Once it's done downloading, you'll need to extract the SKSE files from the archive

using 7Zip or similar.

If you're having difficulty extracting the files, head on over to the 7zip web site at

7-zip.org, download the 64-bit installer for 7zip , and use that to extract the files.

It's what I've used since I was still a little milk drinker, and it's never let

me down.

Open up the SKSE64 folder that was extracted, and move everything except the "src" folder

into your Skyrim Special Edition directory.

Mine is installed on a secondary hard drive, so yours will most likely be somewhere else.

By default, it will be on your C:\

drive here.

If you get a prompt to overwrite anything, just go ahead and allow it.

Once copied over, you're done installing.

The only thing you need to do differently now is to use the SKSE_Loader rather than

the normal SkyrimSELauncher when launching the game.

If you want some convenience, you can right-click the SKSE_Loader and create a shortcut to it

on your desktop or pin it to your start menu or taskbar.

If you want to use the Skyrim SE icon on it, just right-click on your new shortcut, go

to properties, and click on the "Change Icon" button.

Click on the "Browse" button, look for the SkyrimSE or SkyrimSELauncher executables,

pick one, then click on "Open."

The icon should already be selected, so just click on the "OK" buttons to finish up.

Your icon should now be different.

For Mod Organizer users, be sure to add the SKSE_Loader as an application, and use that

when launching the game; otherwise, you won't be able to load SKSE when launching the game.

That's it. You should now be able to run mods that require SKSE with Skyrim Special Edition.

If you're still having trouble, be sure to double check that you grabbed the right

file from the SKSE website, that you installed it properly, and that you're using the SKSE_Loader

to start the game.

hey guys this is Stix how you guys doing it has been brought to my attention that

you know people are beginning to wonder what happened to me or you know if I'm

still making videos or if I don't like you guys anymore that's not true I love

everybody but um the thing is that was um it I

have not made a video in quite a while mainly because um well I'm having

difficulty with my own kind of writing I my own kind of editing that I try to

work past and try to do because I've never done it before until this year but

um I enjoyed what I'm doing but I haven't had a chance to make much else

because of two reasons I haven't gone to a lot of places that I think people

would find interesting except for me and the other thing is um it's just that

you know I'm still having trouble I put my own scripts or my stories what I want

to show you guys that I want to show you guys some cool stuff fun stuff and I

want to make it interesting for you guys to tune in so I'm still I'm still

working on I have a couple of things in mind that I want to show you guys and

when they're ready I hope you guys will still tune in to see where I've been I want to

go to other places and do more things yes they'll still involve the dolls the

girls amora and Miku Alice is still involved in a few of them and I have

other things in the future that I'm working on but they're still kind of far

off I mean nothing happens like tomorrow it won't happen till next month or the

month after so I'm working on it but I hope you guys will stay with me for the

ride because I enjoy you guys's those who enjoy it i I want to hear I like to

hear more comments from people if you have a chance to spread my videos around

let people know what's going on and I plan to put out something very very soon
