Youtube daily report Oct 5 2017

In new episodes released on Wednesday's and Thursday's episode of SBS's "While You

Were Sleeping," Suzy's and Kim So Hyun's characters lock horns, both parties refusing

to back down in their ongoing fight.

In Wednesdays's episode of the drama, Hong Joo (Suzy) meets So Yoon (Kim So Hyun) for

the first time when she offers to let So Yoon and her mom temporarily hide at her home away

from So Yoon's abusive father.

Hong Joo and So Yoon immediately develop an almost sisterly relationship, constantly bickering

and at each other's throats.

Drama production said, "Hong Joo and So Yoon's squabbling over their 'bathroom

incident' adds an endearing entertainment to the drama.

Tune into tonight's episode to see who comes out on top."

7 Lightroom KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS that will help you edit FASTER - Duration: 5:37.

what is up everybody we are back today with another Lightroom tutorial this one

is by request if you're a new to Lightroom or if you just don't use

keyboard shortcuts you are missing out because this is a huge time-saver one of

the things that Lightroom is so good at is taking a large group of images and

being able to cull out ones you don't want to use make your selects and narrow

that down into a collection that you will edit and then pass off to a client

or for your own personal use whatever that may be I want to dive down and show

you how you can save some time with my 7 top keyboard shortcuts let's get started

so I have a set of images that I've brought into Lightroom here and

depending on how you shoot when you bring images in it could be a lot of

images it could be hundreds and so what I want to do is start culling down a

large collection into a decent size that I can work with in Lightroom the way we

do this in Lightroom is by using flag states and there are two different flag

states you can flag an image as rejected or you can flag an image as a pick and by

default when you bring your images in there all unflagged so what we need to

do is go set these for each image now the way we're gonna do that using

keyboard shortcuts is using the letter X to set is rejected in the letter P to

set is pick so if I hit the letter X on the keyboard you can see that it set

that image as rejected and actually fades it out a little bit too so you can

tell that it's actually says rejected I don't care for those images all but

however the next ones I do like so I'm going to use P to go through and mark

these as picked and so what you want to do is go through all of your images and

set these now when you've rejected an image it is not deleted it's still on

the disk you can still see it here it just enables us to go into another view

or we can hide that I'll show you how to do that in a minute one other variation

on here that you can use is to hold down the shift key so if I hold down shift

and hit the letter X what it does is it marks as rejected and it automatically

moves the selection over to the next image I don't have to arrow over and the

same with Shift P it sets it as a pick and then moves the selection over so

that's a much faster way that you can work using those two keyboard shortcuts

using the shift key in combination with X and P is a good way to work but it is

not a great way to work and the frustration that I have with that

sometimes is it forces you to work in a linear fashion in other words if you

hold down shift and I set something as a pick and it moves on to the next image

and I said that is rejected and so on so forth I'm working in the order that my

library is sort of in and so oftentimes what will happen is I'll come on an

image and I'll set is rejected or picked and then I get to the next one like oh

wait a minute I need to compare these

Lightroom has a solution for that so right now I am just

using the arrow key to move around and navigate in the view here and you might

notice that like for instance these three images are very similar so I want

to look at them all together to make my selections so what I'm gonna do here is

I'm using the arrow key if I hold down the shift key you can select multiple

images as you move the arrow over and here's where your next keyboard shortcut

comes in and you're going to hit the letter N as in Nancy on the keyboard

and what this does is it goes into survey view I like to think of this is

create a new survey view that way I can remember it's the letter N because this

one's a little tricky and what this does is it just gives me a view of just those

three images that I've selected and I can still go through here and let's say

these are pretty negligible but the first one's gonna be the pick and I'll

go ahead and hit X on these next ones and then I'm done now to go back to the

grid view you're going to use the next keyboard shortcut which is the letter G

it stands for grid so if I hit G you're going to go back to grid view so I've

gone through all of these images I've marked them as either picked or rejected

and now what it's time to do is invoke filters so we don't see those rejected

images and the way that we do this is turn filters on and you're going to hold

down command L if you're on the Mac if you're on PC it's ctrl L and what that

does is it turns the library filters on now you can see these right now there

are no filters that are set so it didn't do anything but what you can do there's

a bunch of different ways you can filter images if you only want to see star

ratings or whatever what we're gonna do is simply click on the pick flag which

is the first one that you see on the left and what that does is it narrows

all of your images down just to the ones that we picked if I only want to see the

rejects you can do a different filter for that and you can toggle that filter

view on and off with command L on the Mac see now I've turned it off or ctrl L

on the PC and then that just turns it on and off okay so I have made my final

selects and it's time to go do some post work so

we need to go into the develop module well I could grab the mouse I could

click on develop at the top of the screen but come on that doesn't save any

time we're talking keyboard shortcuts what you're gonna do is simply select

the image you want to edit click the letter D on the keyboard and that takes

you into the develop module with the selected image and once you've done your

editing and you want to go back to grid view well we already learned the

shortcut key for that it's G that takes you back to the grid before we end this

tutorial I'm going to give you a couple additional keyboard shortcuts that make

it easy to navigate around in Lightroom as most of you know Lightroom is

comprised of these seven modules up here library developed map book slideshow so

on and so forth I really only use the first three but anyway to navigate

around these you can use a keyboard shortcut this one's really fancy because

it uses three keys what you're gonna do is on the Mac you're gonna hold down

command option if you're on a PC it's ctrl alt and you're going to use the

number one two three four through seven to select your module so for instance if

I want to go over to the map module I'm going to hold down on the Mac command

option three since it's module three and I go to the map module if I want to go

to develop its command option two if I want to go back to library its command

option one so that's another little trick that you can use just to navigate

around those modules if you have any keyboard shortcuts in your workflow that

you like feel free to share them in a comment below speaking of sharing share

3 Gorgeous 2017 Fall Makeup Looks To Copy Now | Beauty In A Snap | Refinery29 - Duration: 3:04.

Hey guys! It's Mi-Anne and this is Beauty In A Snap.

One thing I really love about fall is having a

seasonal excuse to play with a lot of new makeup.

And we've been seeing a lot of new

fall-appropriate looks on the runway and the red carpet.

So we've got three fun looks today that we're going to be showing you guys.

The first of which is a cool graphic cat-eye.

My friend Laurise is going to do a blurred lipstick look.

And I'm going to be doing some sundown eyes.

Let's get started!

So first things first is this graphic cat-eye.

You're going to want to start off with your favorite liner of choice.

We're using liquid liner here just because it helps

get a very crisp, smooth, precise line.

She's going to start by creating her wing just in the outer corner of her eye.

So starting in the center of her eye and extending the wing outward.

Once her wing is perfected and crisp, she's gonna draw a line into her crease stopping

just above where her iris is.

The beauty of this look is it doesn't really matter how thin or thick your lines are.

You can always make your line bolder or you can always use a Q-tip and a little makeup

remover and clean up any smudges or mistakes.

I love this look especially if you want to amp up your daily cat-eye.

And I think it looks so gorgeous on Laura.

Next up we have this beautiful blurred lipstick look.

And I'm telling you guys, it's the easiest one out all three.

It takes less than a minute and all you need is your favorite lipstick.

First Laurise is going to put the lipstick all over her lips and blend out the edges

using her finger.

Or you can use a lip brush or an eyeshadow brush, anything you want to

do to diffuse those lines.

I really love this look because it's just a little bit different.

If you consume beauty on Instagram at all, you probably know that the lipstick looks tend

to be very crisp, very liquid lipstick lacquer-y and this is kind of the antithesis of that.

I personally think it's so beautiful.

So last but certainly not least, I'm gonna be doing some sundown eyes, which is basically

the fall version of sunset eyes.

So we're going to be using some beautiful burnt orange and maroon and burgundy shades

to create a beautiful smoky eye.

First I'm going to use from my Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette

this color called Burnt Orange.

And I'm going to deepen it up with a little bit of Red Ochre.

Then from this beautiful Marc Jacobs palette I'm going to use this metallic shade called

They Call Her.

And then to finish off the entire look, I'm gonna put a little bit mascara top and bottom.

And that's it.

And there you have it: three fun fall looks for you guys to try in the coming weeks.

Thank you guys so much for watching this episode of Beauty In A Snap

and see you guys next time!

Do I Want My Hearing Back? | ASL - Duration: 3:50.

[marker writing Rikki Poynter]

[Pokemon game sound]

Good morning!

It's getting cold here now.

It's October already, damn.

A few days ago, my friend, Jessica, uploaded a video about

whether or not she would want her hearing back, or be hearing [again].

People ask me this question a lot too so I thought I would give my answer as well.

It's a very popular question for deaf and hard of hearing people.

The answer is complicated.

Yes, sometimes, life would be easier, but at the same time,

no, I don't really want my hearing back.

I don't think I would want to be hearing again.

My hearing was better a long time ago, but it pretty much sucks now.

If I was hearing again, or if my hearing was better, what would I be doing now?

I don't know.

If I was doing YouTube, what would I even talk about?

Okay, stuff like politics, feminism, Pokemon.

But would I care about captions and accessibility?

I don't know.

If I wasn't deaf, I don't know if I would still care about

captions and accessibility on YouTube and the Internet like I do now.

I would probably still be some sort of activist.

I was some sort of activist in the past with politics and stuff.

I can't really imagine what my identity would be if I was hearing again,

or if my hearing was better.

Yes, communication would be easier.

I wouldn't need or want to fight to get myself interpreters or captions.

Looking at you, YouTube events.

Not all of you. Just a few. Like two.

I would be able to understand videos on YouTube and the Internet.

But would I have the same friends I do now?

I don't know.

This is all kind of weird to imagine.

No, I probably wouldn't take a "hearing pill".

If I did, then I'd have to start life all over again.

I don't know what I'd be doing.

I would be confused.

I still have some residual hearing in my left ear, but my right ear pretty much has nothing.

Sometimes, it's frustrating, annoying, and stressful, but if I took a "hearing pill",

it would just make things easier for hearing people.

It would teach the world or make it think that it doesn't have to be accessible.

Stop trying to fix deaf and hard of hearing people.

Alright, so that hopefully answers your question.

If you want to follow me on social media, all links to that will be down below.

If you want to support my work via Patreon and/or Kofi, links to that will be down below.

I upload every Monday and Thursday, and I will see you later. Bye!

What is up guys, I am finally back and yea I know It has been a while since I uploaded my last video

2 years ago I upgraded my microphone and bought the cheapest DSLR you could buy on the market

and yea I has been a totally different game but on our way to further improve the quality of my videos

videos I decided to buy a camera capable of recording a 4k footage

so you can really see the details which are necesary for high quality content.

For the last 2 months I have been also trying to improve my edithing and shooting skills

so I hope you will enjoy and feel the difference in the upcoming videos.

For this year, I am really looking forward to finish and post all projects I have currently in my mind.

And on that part I have a question for you guys

Would you rather watch just the tutorial and diy projects videos without any extra solidworks tutorial videos

or you also want to learn how the idea came into my head and how I transfer it into the 3D model?

I would really appreciate if you can answer a quick poll here in the top right corner.

I will try to take into consideration every answer I get

because I really want you too enjoy every single second of any of my videos as well as I do.

Charlotte's Compass | Series 2: Fatima - Duration: 9:04.

Fatima, thank you for, how do you say, having me here.

That's right.

We are here in a theatre.

In a theatre, yes.

And are you going be in the show later?

No, I'm not going to dance but later there is going to be the third evening of a festival I'm organising

called "Generation A", held here at the Paris-Villette theatre. It's a five-day festival which showcases young

African choreographers who do contemporary dance.

Wow. Do you have African roots?

My father is Senegalese, so part of my family on my father's side still live in Senegal.

But you weren't born there?

No, I was born in Geneva. My mother is Swiss and my family has been Swiss for six or seven generations.

Oh wow.

Where I used to live, which was not the in Geneva but the outskirts, was not very diverse.

To give you an example, I think the first time I ever met a black person was in middle school, at around 13-14.

Oh okay.

Until then, the people coming from elsewhere were mostly coming from Mediterranean countries

like Portugal, Spain, Italy, from where there was a big migration at that time.

So during primary school, your friends were simply your friends and no one was saying "I'm white, you're black".

I was brought up with this idea that there is no difference, which is a nice idea in theory, but it's not exactly true.

So I told myself that my situation was absolutely normal and that in the end, even though I have a very connoted

name - N'Doye in Senegal is like Martin in France, it's very widespread - I built myself around the idea that

I could've been named Stéphanie, that I was still a bit white. The question of identity or at least colour, that came later in my life, at around 18-20 years old.

You left for Paris at 20.

Yeah, yeah.

So how was Paris in the beginning?

When I got here, I met a lot of people who came from elsewhere, which had not been the case in Switzerland,

even though "elsewhere" wasn't far, even though people came from Nantes, Bordeaux, Marseille.

Do you find Paris to be a multicultural city?

Yes, undoubtedly, yes.

And this was a big difference for your. Did it open your mind a bit?

It mostly relieved me.

Oh, right.

I'm going to tell you a story.

I believe that I am quite courteous, not only because in Switzerland people are polite,

but because growing up in an environment where everyone had a different skin colour, I feel I often had to

defend myself, or reassure people by saying "I'm black but I'm still nice" and I feel that's why I am polite.

I really think it comes from that.

I remember as a teen, even though I did not formulate it that way back then, but when I put babysitting ads up at

the bakery, I used to specify "Call Fatima" because I was worried that people would expect someone else when

they opened the door, that they would expect someone white and I was not who they thought I would be.

And so the show, you wrote it.

Yeah.

It's called "When I was white".

Yes, that's right.

So, tell me, what is it about?

It's a show I created six years ago and toured for a few years until two years ago.

What happened during my years in Paris is that I found my father who lived in Senegal whom I hadn't seen in 22 years.

I went to Senegal and I rediscovered my father but also an entire family and an entire culture, a whole world.

More importantly, I discovered there, even though I had already gone on holiday in other countries in Africa, doing safaris in Kenya for instance,

I realised I was strangely white within my family. This raised other questions.

Having grown up in an environment where I always feared I was too black, all of a sudden it was the other way around.

The fact that you're so independent - having left for Paris at 20 years old, going to Senegal, creating your own show - is really interesting.

Since I've been in Paris, I met many girls who talk about feminism. What is feminism for you?

How do you understand it?

Not as something that would be a big collective movement, that's for sure; that's not where I find myself.

For example, at the moment what I am doing is organising this contemporary dance festival with young African artists.

For me it was important to look for female dancers for it. Although it's also difficult in other countries, being a female contemporary dancer in Nigeria, Cameroon or

Burkina Faso, it's really something else, especially when you are older than 25 because you usually have kids,

as it's difficult to have kids there whereas here we have more choice with regards to that.

And I wanted to do a show in which men and women were involved in the same way.

In the end, we didn't manage to get as many women as men.

Although it's true that there are a lot of things to do, everyone has their own battles.

Mine never stands within a defined community. I'm neither Black Panthers nor feminist because it's not where I find myself.

I never feel at ease in communities that exclude others.

And so for you, what is success?

First off to be free, I think that's a success.

It's an extraordinary chance to be able to choose your life, the way you live your life.

My aims in life are simply to continue; continue to do what I love, which can mean very different things and not to worry about choosing one thing over the other.

Before I used to ask myself, "Should I do dance? Should I do theatre?" and now I'm doing a festival, very well.

You do what pleases you.

It seems to me to be an unimaginable luxury. Then again I was born in a place that allowed me to go to school...

Have an education. People say that with kids you can do two things. One, give them an education and two, give

them love. After that, happiness comes.

You had the chance of having someone who loved you and a great education, so life is very different.

I agree. And I agree that education is really important. Well, I mean education in a broad sense, it's also having

the opportunity to go and see what's happening at your neighbour's even if it's super close.

It's having the opportunity, and I can't believe that we're not told this earlier in life, but being told:

"Open wide your eyes and ears, because there is a lot to learn just by doing that".

That's perfect. Thank you so much.

My pleasure.

Thank you so much. It's the perfect sentence to end things.

Great, thank you, Charlotte.

I want to go over to the map module I'm going to hold down on the Mac command

option three since it's module three and I go to the map module if I want to go

to develop its command option two if I want to go back to library its command

option one so that's another little trick that you can use just to navigate

around those modules if you have any keyboard shortcuts in your workflow that

you like feel free to share them in a comment below speaking of sharing share

this video with somebody who might find it useful and hit that like button until

the next video I'll see you guys then later

The Real Secret to Sex Appeal for Women Who Need to Makeover Their Style - Duration: 17:09.

The Real Secret to Sex Appeal for Women Who Need to Makeover Their Style.

So you want to have sex appeal like maybe Beyoncé?

Well the secret to that kind of sex appeal is going to come at the cost of doing a lot

of crunches, a lot of lunges, and choosing a peat protein shake over an In-N-Out burger.

And many of us are not willing to make that trade.

We love In-N-Out burgers.

However, is there a secret to sex appeal that will work with your current body shape and

your current age bracket?

Of course there is.

You just have to learn to get out of your comfort zone a little bit.

And that really is what a makeover is all about.

Redrawing the boundary lines of your comfort zone.

And this time, we're going to redraw that boundary line so that it includes that sex

appeal on the corner of sexy and sassy.

So the first boundary line that needs to be drawn is the fabrics that you use in your

wardrobe.

So we need to redraw that boundary line.

You're going to need to add fabrics like mesh, shear materials, and lace.

Now don't worry, this doesn't mean that your work wardrobe should look like a Victoria's

Secret store.

Okay?

But they do include some similar fabrics, such as the lace, and the sheer, and the mesh.

I will admit that.

However, imagine this.

You will have your work outfit as a black pantsuit.

And instead of a kind of traditional, kind of boring top, you use some of the options

that I've told you.

So instead you wear like a lace turtleneck with it.

The reason that all of these fabrics have sex appeal is that there is just a hint of

skin with them.

Okay?

It's not a full on everything's hanging out.

It's a hint of skin, which each one of these options I presented to you.

Now see this one here, it's still very conservative.

I mean it's a turtleneck for crying out loud, right?

So look at it.

Under it you have a simple black, a simple tank top, or a camisole underneath.

And you see there's just a hint of skin around the neckline and on the arms as well.

And for those of you that are so uncomfortable with that, there's many people that don't

like to show off their arms.

Remember, you're wearing this under a jacket, so that's going to be covered up.

But again, you have this lace fabric that's very feminine and this hint of skin.

Okay?

And that's the secret to using these fabrics to add extra sex appeal to your wardrobe.

You can also use mesh.

So look at that.

Instantly this outfit looks a lot trendy simply because of the fabric that we used.

Again, just like with the turtleneck option, it has the camisole underneath, and there

is just the hint of skin again, around the neckline of it.

Again, look it just dressed up the outfit so much more.

Made it a lot trendier.

A lot more interesting.

And then last but not least, the sheer option.

Again, under this you would wear a tank top or a camisole.

And it's still very conservative.

Look, it has a bow tie at the neckline.

It has a very high neckline.

It's still very conservative, but it has this little hint of skin or a hint of it has

a little bit of see through going on.

But it's not really seeing through to anything because remember you have a tank top or camisole

underneath.

And again, those of you that going, 'I wouldn't want to wear this to show my arms.'

You're wearing a jack over it.

Nobody will see your arms anyway.

Okay?

So you don't have to discount options like this because you go, 'Oh, I can't wear

something sleeveless.'

Actually, you probably can.

So again, to add sex appeal to your wardrobe, you're going to want to look at those three

fabrics that I just gave you in the video.

There you go.

Your comfort zone has already been expanded in the fabrics that you consider.

And are sprinkling throughout your wardrobe.

The next way to expand your comfort zone and add sex appeal is in the tops that you choose.

And so for this section, you really have to open your mind to all of the options that

are available to you.

Many of you, if you go shopping online or in person at a physical brick and mortar store,

there are whole sections of the store that you don't even consider.

Don't even go browse through because you go, 'I can't wear that.'

There's plenty of tops you see and then go, 'That's not going to work for me.'

So instead of going that's not going to work for me, you need to ask how can I make

this work for me.

And I'm going to give you those options.

So you can go into other areas of the store like the exercise section.

Look at the cute Yoga tank tops and t-shirts that they have.

Venture into the teen department and see what sort of trends that they have there.

Teen departments now have many, many larger sizes.

So if there are some of you thinking that, 'I can't.

They don't carry my size there.'

You'd be surprised if you haven't been there for a while of the range of sizes that

are available there.

Okay?

So the reason this is a way to add sex appeal is because by opening your mind to the possibilities,

you now can have sassy sort of tops.

So look at this one here that sassy "naturally sassy".

So again, this may not be appropriate at the law firm.

You walking around with a tank top saying "naturally sassy", however you may be

able to get away with it at other work places.

Or imagine this tank top without the lettering on it.

And it's just a simple, loose, gray Yoga style tank top.

Still very stylish.

And again, those of you going, 'That shows way too much skin.

I can't wear that at work.

I would be totally uncomfortable.

I can't wear that.'

Guess what?

There's this thing called layering.

You can wear a jacket or a cardigan over it.

Okay?

So you would still be able to wear these things that are very sassy, but you're just going

to layer with them.

So same thing with sexy.

This is a sexy camisole.

You can see it has this beautiful lace detail around the neckline, and it has the spaghetti

straps.

And gain, many of you may have saw this top and go, 'I can't wear spaghetti straps.'

Again, ask how can I make this work for me?

So through layering we know, okay well, you can wear it with the regular bra where your

bra strap shows.

And then wear a jacket or a cardigan over it.

Nobody even sees that you're wearing a regular bra with it.

Okay?

And if you would have discounted this top, you would have completely missed out on having

this top with that beautiful neckline that looks stunning on you simply because you discounted

it because of the spaghetti straps.

Again, open your mind and go how can I make this work for me?

Okay?

For many of us, that's going to be through layering.

And the last one is trendy.

And I can hear you.

I hear the boos.

For those of you watching the video now but don't like Justin Bieber.

I actually like Justin Bieber.

Okay?

And so this is a very fun top.

It's trendy.

And many of you can wear it because it's interesting.

So even if you don't like Justin Bieber, you would wear it and it will be ironic and

funny.

And people would laugh when they see this shirt.

But the thing is you would be wearing something interesting and different than most people.

Okay?

And it adds that little element of mystery, which is a key ingredient or like an "it"

factor in creating sex appeal.

So you can choose these trendy sort of tops.

Like I said, it may be in the teen section of the store.

You could venture in there, and you could make these things work for you and funny and

show off your personality.

That's sex appeal.

Okay?

And these are how you can add sex appeal without doing a million crunches.

Okay?

So let's go through an example.

This is a gorgeous, blue, suede tank top.

Again, many of you would have seen this in a store and automatically didn't even consider

buying it.

Okay?

However, layering you can do it.

So you can wear it under a blazer.

Great piece for layering.

You can wear a cardigan over it.

Looks great with that.

So again, if you did not open your mind to these possibilities, you would have missed

out on this great layering piece.

So it's gorgeous one, because of the beautiful blue color.

But secondly because of the fabric that's used.

It says this beautiful suede fabric looks great under a jacket, looks great under a

cardigan.

And again, you found a way to take this and make it work for you.

So again, this section of the tops that you choose to add sex appeal is all about just

opening your mind to the different possibilities that are out there for you.

So your comfort zone, it keeps getting bigger and bigger.

So we expanded it first with the fabrics that you used.

Next, we looked at the tops that you used.

And lastly, we are going to expand your comfort zone by creating an hourglass silhouette.

Okay?

So even if you don't have an hourglass silhouette, we're going to fake it until you make it,

right?

And even if you never make it.

We're going to fake it.

Hourglass silhouette is just sexy.

We all know that.

I don't have to convince you all watching this video here.

What I do have to kind of convince you of is that you can fake it even if you don't

have it.

And the way that you're going to help to fake that is with the use of belts.

So there's many ways that you can do this.

One, is that you can belt dresses.

So dresses that you have that you currently wear to work or to church or whatever.

How can you add a belt to it to again, makes it look like it has a little bit more of a

waist?

It creates more of an hourglass silhouette.

I know I have bought dress that look awful.

You would think it looks awful if you just saw it on a regular hanger.

But I didn't buy for that purpose.

I bought it because I thought, 'I'm going to add a belt to that, and it's going to

be fierce.'

And I get complements on it all the time.

When I get home and I might take off the belt, and I'm just walking around in the dress

I'm like, 'This dress really does not look good.'

But it's because it was bought to be belted like that.

And so items that you currently have in your wardrobe or when you go shopping for dress,

open up your mind and go, 'Hey, can I add a belt to it?'

It's going to create that hourglass silhouette.

Add a little bit of sex appeal.

Again, The Real Secret to Sex Appeal for Women Who Need to Makeover Their Style for those

of us that don't want to do lunges until we collapse.

Next, is you can belt cardigans.

You can see here she's wearing a dress.

We already talked about belting a dress.

But it has a cardigan over it.

And you wear the belt over it again, to create more of an hourglass shape or to create some

curves even if you don't have them or you don't have them in the right places.

Okay?

And you see just wearing the cardigan over—or the belt over the cardigan.

And lastly, through the use of wide belts.

So there are belts that are pretty wide that you can wear over a skirt like shown here

in the picture.

So you have this skirt and you tuck in the top into the wide belt.

So for those of you, you don't have to wear a big, gold wide belt like you're Wonder

Woman.

You don't have to do that.

You can just get a brown belt or a black one or something like that.

A wide belt.

And wear it in that similar fashion.

But again, it's going to do the same thing.

Create that hourglass silhouette.

Make it sexier even if you don't have that hourglass silhouette.

So there's that trick there to help create that.

So again, let's take this simple work outfit, basic black dress, black high heels.

The dress has a little bit of shape to it.

But instantly look, if you add a belt to it, the belt makes the dress have this great hourglass

silhouette, and look the dress looks trendier, it looks more stylish, it looks more fashionable

just by adding this belt to the outfit.

So again, that's how you up the sex appeal factor because it adds this "it" factor

that makes it a little bit mysterious.

Like who is this well dressed woman?

So this is a great way to add sex appeal.

So we're going to go through a few examples to make sure you really got all the information

that was here in the video.

So let's add some sex appeal to a typical work outfit.

So here we have a basic work outfit.

A button up white blouse, a gray pencil skirt, and black high heels.

So let's use fabrics to up the sex appeal of this work outfit.

And so the fabric that we chose to the that is a lace.

So you can see here, this lace top—again, very conservative.

You can wear this to the law firm.

Okay?

All it has is lace around the sleeve and the neckline.

And you can see it's still perfectly conservative but it is a little bit more feminine.

It does add a little bit of added sex appeal because what is it?

That hint of skin is showing there so instantly when we took this outfit, made it have more

sex appeal.

So here we go, let's add some sex appeal to a typical work outfit one more time.

So here we are.

Here's that work outfit.

Now we're going to go tops.

Let's add that sex appeal.

Look at that here, we're adding a sassy top.

"In memory of when I cared."

So many of you would have gone to the store.

You would have seen this online and just have chuckled to yourself, 'Ha, that's funny.'

And then just moved on, and not realized that hey, you can actually do something with it.

So you can wear this with the pencil skirt.

You just tuck it in.

Very cute outfit, but again, you might not be able to get away with that at every work

place.

And if you're not too cool about showing off your arms, you might not want to wear

this to work.

However, what did I tell you before?

You layer it, right?

So here's what you do.

You add that cardigan to it.

Now you can wear it to work.

And it's super sassy, super fun, full of sex appeal.

That outfit has that "it" factor that I was talking about before.

It just shows off your personality.

You'll probably get some good laughs too by wearing that.

And again, you will find those tops maybe not in the area that you typically shop in

because you think you can't wear them.

You can.

All you have to do is layer them.

So again, let's add some sex appeal to a typical work outfit.

One final example.

Okay?

You guys are really going to have it after this.

So here's that outfit again.

Now let's go, okay.

Let's make an hourglass silhouette using belts.

So we're going to swap that.

We have that cardigan we used before.

That beautiful burgundy cardigan.

And then you're going to belt around it.

Remember we showed that early in the video with a leopard print belt.

Well one, hello, it's leopard.

Sexy.

Right?

With the leopard print belt.

But then belt it around the cardigan.

More of that hourglass silhouette.

Okay?

And you would still wear the white blouse underneath it, and instantly sex appeal.

Simple additions to your wardrobe, which is simple ways of styling it to add that extra

bit of sex appeal.

So there you have it.

I gave you your three secrets to create some sex appeal.

So it was that hourglass silhouette with belts.

It was in the top choices.

Remember you may have to venture into other areas of the store.

Expand what you would normally consider.

And then in your fabric choices, remember I talked about using mesh, using lace, using

sheer materials that have a hint of skin to help create that added sex appeal.

And there is one additional way to get that extra sex appeal.

Hire Beyoncé's personal trainer.

That's the last and final way that you can create some added sex appeal.

So hopefully you've learned, 'I got to expand my comfort zone.'

And I gave you the ways to do that.

Okay?

If you're interested in expanding your comfort zone even more, you're going to want to

check out the video series on YouTube called, "Poptarts".

Okay?

That series is all about learning how to tart up your wardrobe.

So for that one, you're going to learn to tart it up a little bit by looking at style

icons from pop music.

So we do look at Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, and Britney Spears to find ways

to tart it up a little bit and bring the sexy back to our wardrobe.

And this applies to whether you're a mom of three or a grandmother of three.

You will be able to use some of the tips shown in that video series because I feel like there

is always room for a little tart.

So to learn how to tart it up, just go look at that video series and that playlist.

14 Celebs Who HAVE ISSUES With Taylor Swift! - Duration: 8:24.

14 Celebs Who Have Issues With Taylor Swift

14.

Miley Cyrus- Even though Taylor Swift made an appearance in the Hannah Montana movie,

it was strictly business.

Back in 2015, Cyrus revealed in The New York Times that she wasn't interested in joining

Taylor's squad of famous friends because none of her friends were famous.

She stated that she just liked real people living real lives because she was inspired

by it.

Cyrus also shared her opinion on Swift's action regarding the bad blood music video

in a Marie Claire issue.

Cyrus said that she didn't understand the whole violence thing and asked if that was

a good thing.

Miley went on to say, "And I'm a bad role model because I'm running around with my

boobs out?

I'm not sure how boobs are worse than guns."

Good point Miley!

13.

Joe Jonas- Back in 2008, this Jonas brother broke up with the singer in the worst way

possible, over a 27-second phone call.

While many sympathized with Swift over her heartbreak, Jonas defended himself by saying

that phone calls can only last as long as the person on the receiving end is willing

to talk, hinting that Swift possibly hung up on him.

Since then, the two weren't spotted together until 2015, when Jonas started dating Gigi

Hadid who is a friend of Swift's.

While the two double date, things seem to go well until Hadid and Jonas broke up later

that year.

But despite their breakup, it didn't appear to affect Jonas and Swift's platonic acquaintance.

12.

Demi Lovato- Back in February 2016, Demi Lovato took to Twitter to express her grief after

the New York Supreme Court ruled Kesha had to stay under Dr. Luke's contract.

Lovato tweeted multiple times about women empowerment, even though Swift made a hefty

donation to Kesha for legal fees, it seemed like Lovato was still unamused.

Demi tweeted "Take something to Capitol Hill or actually speak out about something

and then I'll be impressed."

Even though Demi later clarified on Twitter that she wasn't personally attacking Swift,

the two still don't see eye to eye especially after Lovato sided with Kim Kardashian after

she attempted to expose Swift.

11.

Katy Perry- The bad blood dated all the way back in 2012, and both singers were initially

friends, but after the two both dated John Mayer things seemed to get rocky.

However, the big brawl happened over tour dancers after three of T-Swift's backup

dancers left the tour prematurely to work on Katy's Prismatic tour.

In 2014, Swift told Rolling Stone magazine that Perry tried to sabotage an entire area

tour and that she tried to hire a lot of people from under her.

Swift went on to say that she now avoids her entirely to prevent conflict in which Perry

responded to Swift's comment by tweeting "Watch out for the Regina George in sheep's

clothing."

10.

Rihanna- Back in September 2015, RiRi made it evident that she didn't want any part

of Taylor's Squad, stating that she harbored no bad feelings, but said that their brands

are different and their audiences aren't the same.

Rihanna went on to say that Swift is a role model and that she isn't because she is

known for racy music and revealing fashion choices.

Then a year later, RiRi found herself in the middle of a feud between Swift and Calvin

Harris after Swift declared that she wrote the song "This is What You Came For."

Although Rihanna has yet to comment publicly, RiRi was pissed over the whole situation and

how terribly it was handled.

9.

Harry Styles- The pair's drama has been ongoing since 2012 after the duo had a short-lived

romance.

At the 2013 VMA's, Swift won best Female Video for her song "I Knew You Were Trouble,"

and proceeded to thank the source of inspiration.

Then in 2015, the two unexpectedly run into each other at L.A. with a video of Swift not

acknowledging him.

Styles released his song "Perfect" later that year in which James Corden asked Styles

who was the subject of the song when he guest starred on the show.

Even though the One Direction star refused to give out any names, I think we can all

agree who that song was about.

8.

John Mayer- Swift and Mayer got together from 2009 to 2010, while she was only nineteen

and he was twenty-three.

Their relationship was a subject of controversy due to their age gap, and after their relationship

had ended, Swift released the song "Dear John" that spoke of her heartbreak.

Mayer revealed in 2012 that he felt embarrassed of the song because he felt that he didn't

deserve it and that it was a lousy gesture on her part to do so.

Since then, the two never publicly came forward to talk about the incident, and even though

they aren't exactly on friendly terms, things will probably always be weird between them.

7.

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler- The two friends and comedians hosted the Golden Globe's

back in 2013, in which the two make a comment about Swift's fast paced dating and joked

that she needed to steer clear from Michael J. Fox's son.

The singer revealed her feelings about the joke in a 2013 Vanity Fair spread, stating

there's a special place in hell for women who don't help other women.

While Fey and Poehler didn't understand why Swift didn't brush off the playful comments,

the duo joked about the whole incident at the 2014 Golden Globes after Fey congratulated

Poehler and stated that she loved her and that there was a special place in hell for

her.

6.

Kendall Jenner- Even though Kendall was originally part of Taylor's squad, the two seem to

be turning into frenemies after Jenner reunited with Harry Styles, a guy both the girls dated.

Then Kendall's older sister Kim attempted to take down Taylor, in which Kendall sided

with her big sister.

While it remains unclear as to what their current friend status is, Kendall and Taylor

haven't been spotted together in recent years.

So, it's safe to say that these two are likely not friends and there is probably a

lot of ongoing behind the scenes drama that most of us don't want to get into.

5.

Nicki Minaj-Some unexpected drama happened back in July 2015 after the rapper felt disappointed

when she wasn't nominated for the MTV Video Music Awards and tweeted about how difficult

it was for a non-white, pop star to be a recipient.

Swift thought she was being subtweeted and answered back, "I've done nothing but

loved and supported you, it's unlike you to pit women against each other.

Maybe one of the men took your slot."

A very confused Nicki fired back that she didn't mention Taylor's name at all or

referred to her.

Swift quickly apologized after she thought she was being called out.

4.

Camilla Belle- Back in 2008, Joe Jonas broke up with Swift via phone call, and according

to Swift, Belle was the main reason.

In retaliation, Swift released the song titled, "Better Than Revenge," which subtly refers

to Belle in the lyrics.

Even though Belle and Jonas split in 2009, Belle still harbored negative feelings about

Swift's song and sided with Katy Perry during her and Swift's feud.

Belle also tweeted some Swift shade after the Kim Kardashian incident.

It is unclear if these two will ever patch things up, but it'll be hard to do since

it has been a few years.

3.

Kim Kardashian- Who could forget when the reality star attempted to expose Swift after

Taylor argued that her husband Kanye West misled her when they talked about his song

"Famous."

Kim stated that she had video as proof of her rapper husband asking for Swift's approval.

She later posted the video on Snapchat and tweeted that Swift was a snake.

Kim also revealed before releasing the video, Taylor's attorney sent them a letter stating

that the video better not be released and should be destroyed.

Well, you know how things ended up, and even though there are two sides to every story,

there's only one way that it went down.

2.

Calvin Harris- Everyone thought Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift was the ultimate musical

power couple when they first started dating and it was a great run until they split in

June 2016.

Following the breakup, Swift was seen photographed canoodling with actor Tom Hiddleston in which

Harris unfollowed Swift, blocked her and deleted all photos of them together.

Then days later, the DJ took to Instagram and answers fan question about their split

and stated that Swift controlled the media.

Even though the two are unclear about their intentions with one another, it seems like

a big mess with many twists.

Sometimes, heartbreak can lead to tangled situations.

1.

Kanye West- Everyone who follows entertainment news is aware of the ongoing feud between

West and Swift.

Back in 2009 at the VMA's the rapper stole Swift's moment, which earned him a lot of

backlash.

The pair seemed to patch things up and were even spotted together at the Grammy's together

in 2015, and the rapper even sent T-Swift his signature cube roses a congratulatory

gesture.

Things seemed calm, until the release of his "Famous" video in which his wife got involved

and released a Snapchat video attempting to expose Swift and you guys know the rest.

While the drama remains ongoing, these two could possibly make up again.

What do you guys think?

Switching Diets: VEGAN vs. CARNIVORE - Duration: 15:54.

I'm about to have bacon for the first time.

Damn it

I now understand where all the bacon comments come from

to the vegan (facebook) posts

- So it tastes good. -Yeah - Would you have it again?

I have few hours of being a meat-eater, so yes.

Hi, I'm Marinka Essel and this week I'm doing something a little bit different than usual.

- I'm Challenging my boyfriend here to switch diets with me - so I am mostly carnivore I eat meat all the time

- and you... - I'm vegan if you did not know. So what is going to happen is that he's gonna be vegan and

I will eat meat

- for the first time in a year - and you're gonna have to go to McDonald's

Which I never got to. I'm scared. I'm really scared

This is super exciting and so one entire week we are eating

Different diets. - What are you most afraid about?

that I'll gain weight or something or I'll just get sick and just

Get pimples or my skin gets messed up or my body in general freaks out. That's what I'm the most scared about

What are you most excited about?

I don't remember how meat tastes...

so I'm excited to try a steak

So today's Sunday and tomorrow morning on Monday we will begin the diet switch and things like

Breakfast for example he doesn't eat breakfast so obviously I'm not going to eat breakfast

He gets to eat my cereal, so I don't know what's gonna happen because I'm gonna starve until lunch and somehow to survive

With just coffee, but so everything's gonna change

Let's do it!

So I'm starting my first breakfast. I haven't eaten breakfast my whole life, but now I got to do it

Almond milk not real milk

Yeah

- I feel like a squirrel - what?

- Where are the marshmallows? - Marshmallows? - You got like Lucky Charms? - It has coconut flakes isn't that good enough?

- I've been having just black coffee for an eternity. - How's the creamer? - I hate it

This is my first vegan meal aside from breakfast

- Is this first time ever are you having tofu? - The first time I've ever had tofu like this

The consistency is really weird it's like

It's like a crispy marshmallow in hot sauce

So how was your lunch?

You didn't eat very much

no, I'm disgusted and my stomach has started to hurt I

Found something crunchy from inside

Or something I feel like maybe was a bone or something

That's just disgusting I'd rather just have the rice.

I'm starving. I'm really hungry. It's been approximately six hours.

Don't know how I am going to survive.

- So how are you feeling - I'm feeling awful and

It's already been four hours since I had lunch, and I'm still sick. I feel like I'm still digesting the chicken.

Here we have our very first attempt at my meal. I'm a veggies ready some jalapenos onions mushrooms garlic

Got macaroni ready vegan butter cream substitute

And I have some vegan cheese

Ready to go and here is the finished

product

Wow that's honestly

Vegan or not that's one of the best Mac and cheeses

I've ever had if you could serve this to me and not told me it was vegan

I would had no idea these my dinner. I'm having meatballs and spaghetti

So it's day three of my vegan diet I've been eating mostly leftovers not great

So finally I decided to make something new I'm starting with dishes that I'm really familiar with so obviously mac and cheese Chinese food

I've had a ton of so it's not that foreign to me next thing. I've tried to create is a chili

so

You can see there. It's not cooked yet. I'm gonna throw it in the slow cooker, and that should be ready for dinner

It's gonna be really great. I have three kinds of beans some jalapenos onions lots of great stuff in there, but

That's not ready yet, so a lunch

Couple of noodles

Day four morning so what you just saw was clips from day one and day three and

I'm miserable

- What about you? - I'm I'm tired, I mean like I don't feel miserable, but it's a lot of work

Yes a vegan you kinda have to prep the most of your foods first

especially if you are too lazy to read the labels or you're too paranoid to buy anything from the store because

Everything seems to say that oh it might have remains of milk or something or like if you were to order takeaway like

Like there's nothing on the menu for you except like one thing

I didn't realize how much planning would have to go into it because when you are

Thinking vegan you have to actually plan out all of your meals before I could just kind of figure it out as I went where

I want for dinner I find something in the cabinet, but now I have to think it cook plan

So what we will do next is that I'm gonna cook for you, and you look for me, then I was trying to

Do the meals that I used to cook when I still have meat in my diet and?

You were just trying to make

Dishes that you used to eat into the vegan versions like vegan mac'n' cheese

so for example today at dinner we will prepare the food for each other especially you will get a better idea of

What eating vegan is when an actual vegan prepares your food and you can see the..

That you get all the the carbs protein fat, and whatever your meal should be consisting off

I'm really excited for that because I've also been feeling weak. I feel like the food

I've been eating has just been empty foods. I've been having instant lunch and

Mac and cheese, but not very very much stuff in it yes

I'm also really excited to cook for you because I think the food you've been having has been not very good

I want to give you some good

oh

Yeah

Steak

It's day five of eating meat

First of all I've been constipated almost entire week so the week has not really been going well for me.

He didn't know that all candy is not vegan.

- So we're looking for.. - No gummy bears!

But luckily we have skittles

- No the need to be vegan..

I can't believe that I'm in McDonald's

I just ordered a big mac

Here we are in front of McDonald's it's day five. We're in the rain now

It's difficult times

- I have a big mac. It's raining, can we go somewhere.

- It's really rainy!

Is really good

Yeah, I'm disappointed in myself. Yes, I haven't had real junk food in a long time because I'm super healthy - why are you disappointed?

because it tastes good, and I feel like I could go get another one I

Did I cooked a beautiful steak for you, entrecote

a big bite -

- This is really good steak - You like it?

All the food that I have had this week has been really bad because I'm trying to make it

But this is actually excellent. I could see myself eating this more

- Can you believe that there's no any meat in it? - Nope

tastes like chicken! - I'm about to eat pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw I

- I need to find out how to veganize this - do you like it yeah?

- This is the last lunch

the last lunch

I'm just gonna drown these in soy sauce

- Now these ones are pretty good. - So if all fish go extinct. Would you see yourself still eating sushi?

If all Fish went extinct. I never eat sushi again

Last meal

I worked really hard on that smiley face

And so what do you eat bacon and mashed potatoes something super simple this thing I guess

This is alfafa and mashed potatoes with dill and

Let's dig in for me the last meals not too difficult

I could keep eating and stuff week has been pretty easy for me one thing that was interesting for me. Is there's a lot more

flavors in vegan food that i just never had

Well now you can just get the experience and from there and still have your meat if you really have to

Actually did not eat a single salad all week

Yeah, so that was it and the week is finally over it's over

What did you think of the last few days the last few days were okay?

And actually pretty exciting as my stomach was finally able to digest the food that I was eating instead of just getting sick, so

Having steak having bacon those were really exciting

experiments and

I'm not going to deny it

They tasted amazing

So what you think of bacon

Understand the hype, but I came to the conclusion that I

Could just eat

bacon flavored bacon chips instead if I ever were craving that same flavour

same crispy bacon ever again

It was good, but not so good that I

Would slaughter a pig because of it well, I'll try your bacon chips now your vegan bacon chips and see how they are

I don't know if they even exist But in case they do that's the option I would go for

This week Really made me feel more compassionate about my vegan diet, and I'm happy that I tried this

I'm really happy that I tried eating it for one week after being a vegan for an entire year now

So now I know if I do have a craving towards meat its

Most likely a false idea of my old habits

That and it's not gonna be true or nice experience most likely and will make me sick

so if you ever decide to transition from vegan to carnivore, prepare to work for it

This is what happens if you do that so

Would you do it again? No, I would not do this again

My main reason of doing this was to challenge you to do vegan diet and

to sacrifice myself back to me or something I guess that's why I did it I

Really enjoyed it, and I think now I'll be more likely to eat vegan dishes

Before I was just if you just said vegan I didn't want I assumed it was bad. I assumed it wouldn't taste good

But now I actually had a lot of new flavors. They were really really good, and I won't be so scared of vegan cooking now

What are you going to eat for your first meal after going back to your old habits

So when I bought you that steak actually i bought two and one is for me to have tonight's

First meal I am so excited

Especially because when I cook the steak for you. I smell it I can see all the flavors. I was just

Crying inside so now I have a steak to make for myself

But I'm gonna have it with vegan mashed potatoes and some asparagus probably because those were actually super good

I would probably be more likely to eat dishes without meat in them, but I don't think I could do it full-time

Maybe. But not right now

Yeah, if you were the transitioning to a vegan it takes time

And I know people who have done it cold Turkey and went straight to it

But so you're saying they had it with turkey

Cold turkey

Actually, I know this very person that I'm talking about had a Thanksgiving

Then decided to go vegan right after Thanksgiving

Cold turkey cold turkey

Yeah and

I don't know like he is vegan now, but what I did was transitioned slowly first i eft out fish

And then I became a vegetarian and then eventually I was no longer in eating any animal produce

That's where I'm going back. Yeah

I think it would be much much easier to go step by step

Going all at once is really really hard because basically your whole cabinet. Oh fridge is gone. You have to start from scratch

Thank you so much for watching this video

It was so much fun to make and I'm so happy that you accepted the challenge of going vegan for one week

It was super impressive, and I think we did well. Thank you

Yeah, it was actually really fun, and I recommend everybody give it a try

It's only a week, or you can even be bold and do two weeks, but it's good to try out something new

Exactly so if you have any questions or comments. Let me know and at the end of this video

I have a couple of other videos such as soon's about going vegan and things like that so you might want to check those out

give a like and

How Professor Diania McRae, CPA Passed the CPA Exam - Duration: 1:00.

- Hi, my name is Diana McRae, and as a coordinator

for a community college accounting program,

I thought some of my students are going

to be transferring to four year colleges,

they are going to eventually be sitting

for the CPA exam.

I might need to see what it's all about.

I knew that I would have to have a program

that would keep me on track

because my husband and I were primary caregivers

for an uncle and I was transitioning

to a four year university.

So on paper, it was not the most propitious time

to be starting to study for the CPA exam.

I had used a different program in graduate school,

and I wasn't really impressed with their study material.

But with Roger, it was like everything that I needed I got.

I'm pleased to say that I passed all four parts

the first time I took them,

and I could not have accomplished it without all of you.

I had a wonderful experience with Roger CPA.

From the representatives to the customer service,

you guys are the best.

Cauliflower Fried "Rice" | Ketogenic Recipe - Duration: 8:35.

Hey guys, this Cauliflower Fried "Rice" recipe is for all those on a low carb diet

especially Grandma Liz who even though she is on a Keto diet,

watches video after video of non-ketogenic recipes on this channel.

Even if you are not on a low carb diet, this Cauliflower Fried "Rice" is so tasty!

You can have it as a meal on its own because it's quite filling.

I serve it as a side dish when I don't want to serve Nigerian Salad.

It's so yummy.

Here are the ingredients you will need.

The accurate list will be in the description box below the video.

The red, green and yellow pepper you see here are the exact quantities I used.

The quantities you use depend on how busy you want the Cauliflower Fried "Rice" to look.

So it's up to you.

Due to the fine suede texture of mushrooms,

dirt sticks on them easily and they never wash off.

So I am not happy with just washing them,

I have to peel them as well.

Who else peels mushrooms?

Chop half of the onion and all the garlic like this.

Grind the seasonings and herbs ...

Black pepper ...

Thyme ...

Oregano

Cumin

And salt

You can buy all these strange ingredients in very big supermarkets in Nigeria.

Cut the chicken breast into short thin strips.

Put in a bowl ...

Add the seasoning and herbs.

Mix very well.

Blend the onion and garlic.

I should have blended this earlier really.

lol

Add that to the chicken.

Mix till everything is well incorporated.

Cover with a plastic film and put in the fridge to marinate for at least one hour.

While that is chilling in the fridge, we "rice" the cauliflower.

The fastest way to "rice" cauliflower for me is by using a grater.

It does a great job.

I only rice the florets, I do not add the stalk.

Chop the vegetables like this.

After about 1 hour, bring out the chicken from the fridge ...

And heat it in a pan till pale.

You need to stir it quickly at the beginning,

separating the pieces of chicken in the process so they do not stick together.

Stir for about 7 minutes or till the pieces of chicken are pale all over.

Set aside.

I will be frying everything in 3 batches.

So I'll be adding one third of each of the ingredients in each batch.

Pour this amount of carrot oil into the pan.

This is one of the recipes I use carrot oil for.

If you are on a strict keto diet you may want to use coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil.

When hot, add one third of the chicken.

And stir-fry till golden all over.

Add the mushroom and fry for 1 minute.

Then add each of the remaining vegetables.

Stir-fry for 1 minute.

Finally, add one third of the "riced" cauliflower, and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add some salt.

Stir and ...

... pour into a dish.

Repeat the process for the other 2 batches.

And that's it!

Eat Cauliflower Fried "Rice" on its own or as a side dish to another meal.

Byeee See you soon!

Speed up your English...x5! - Duration: 12:41.

Hi everyone.

I'm English Jade and I teach English over here at EngVid.

But did you also know that I'm an accent and clear speech teacher?

And I have a really important question for you: I want to know if your accent is your

weakness.

If it is, be sure to watch until the end of todays lesson because that's when I'm going

to tell you all about my accent training course, Clear Accent, which teaches you how to speak

in a really clear and natural way.

But first of all, we've got to do today's lesson, so let's get started.

Hi, everyone.

In this lesson I'm going to teach you how you can speed up your English times five,

and I'm also going to teach Ratty, here, Ratty the kangaroo how he can speak much faster

because since...

Since he's moved over from Australia he's realized that he speaks too slowly, so that's

why we're doing this lesson today.

You'll get some tips to speed up your English.

All right, so we've got some question phrases in this column, and here we've got what those

question phrases sound like when native speakers are talking in a relaxed way, and here in

this column we've got the IPA transcription.

Don't be afraid of this.

Ratty... Ratty doesn't know how to read this, so I'm going to explain it as I go, but this column

here is important because this tells us exactly the way to say it, whereas using just the

English letters I can't write down the exact thing that I'm saying because we don't have

letters for all the sounds.

So we'll use the two columns, and together we'll speed up your English times five.

Does that sound good?

Ratty says it sounds good.

Okay, let's start with: "How's it going?

How's it going?"

If I want to say it really slowly, which I don't, I would say: "How is it going?"

Take me all day to say that.

But when a native speaker says it, it's: -"How-zit goin?

How-zit goin?

How-zit goin?

How-zit goin?

How-zit goin?"

-"It's going good."

-"How-zit goin?"

If we look at the transcription here: "How-zit", "How is it" becomes two sounds: "How's it going?"

If we look here, where's the "g"?

It's not: "How's it going?" because it takes me more time and care to say the "g".

When I'm just speaking in a relaxed way, I say: "How's it goin?"

And also to notice here is that the "s": "How's" becomes a "z".

"How-zit goin?

How-zit goin?"

And where the "s" would be here at the end of: "How's", it joins the next syllable, it

joins "it", "zit": "How-zit goin?

How-zit goin?"

Does that sound good?

He says it's good.

He's a little bit faster.

Let's look at the next example: -"How's your mum?

How's your mum?

How is your mum?

How's your mum?"

-"She's good, she's in Australia.

She's having a good time there."

-"How's your mum?

Howz yuh-mum?

Howz yuh-mum?"

So what changes in this sentence?

"How is your mum?"

First thing that stands out is "your" becomes "yuh": "yuh mum".

"How is yuh mum?

Howz yuh-mum?"

We've got a similar thing happening here with the "s" becomes a "z": "Howz", "Howz".

"Howz yuh-mum?"

Next example: "How's Tom?

How's Tom?"

"z" instead of "s": "Howz Tom?"

And this symbol here is the "?" symbol.

It looks like a backwards "a", and I should point out this symbol as well.

We've seen it in the previous examples.

This is: "?", "owl", "owl", "owl".

"Howz Tom?" ? is a diphthong.

A diphthong means when two vowel sounds blend one into the other, so this symbol here isn't

two separate sounds.

It's one sound changing into another quickly: "Howz Tom?"

Okay, I need to move you to my other arm.

Is that all right?

Said: "It's good."

Next: "How do you get there?

How do you get there?"

If I'm speaking really slowly...

Really, really slowly like Ratty speaks: "How do you get there?"

Ain't got time to listen to that.

-"How-jew get there?

How-jew get there?

How-jew get there?"

-"By plane?"

-"How-jew get there?"

What happens in this sentence is: "How do you get there?"

five sounds, five syllables: "How do you get there?" but a native speaker says: "How-jew

get there?"

Four syllables.

"How-jew get there?

How-jew get there?"

When we look at the transcription: "How-jew get there?

How-jew get there?"

We like this word here in the IPA transcription because it looks the same.

That's really, really helpful when you're learning IPA to look at the parts you do know

and the parts you can already read.

It helps you guess the rest.

Because sometimes when you look at IPA when you're beginning, and not just when you're

beginning because it's hard, you'll think: "What's all this crazy writing?

I don't understand."

So instead of looking at what you don't understand, concentrate on what you do understand, and

try to guess the other parts.

"How-jew get there?", "Ja", right, this is confusing.

Okay?

This is the sound "ja" as in "Jade", "ja", and this we write...

My name is written with this letter in normal English writing, but in IPA this is: "ya",

"ya".

It's confusing.

"How-jew get there?

How-jew get there?"

This is you: "How-jew get there?"

Okay, next example: "How did it go?

How did it go?"

But we say it five times faster: "How-dit go?

How-dit go?

How-dit go?

Did it go well?

How-dit go?"

And what happens in that example is: "How did it go?" four syllables becomes three:

"How-dit go?"

And what also happens is that the "did", "du" in "did" joins "it": "How-dit go?

How-dit go?

How-dit go?

How-dit go?"

And because when we're saying it fast, this sounds like one word now: "How did it" sounds

like one word, so I've put them together.

"How-dit go?

How-dit go?"

These ones sound like one word, tiny, tiny space: "How-dit go?"

Last example: "How do you do it?

How do you do it?

How do you do it, Ratty?"

Ratty knows now: "How-jah-do-it?

How-jah-do-it?

How-jah-do-it, Ratty?

How-jah-do-it?", "How do you do it?" five syllables, but when we say it five times faster:

"How-jah-do-it?"

Now we've got four syllables: "How-jah-do-it?

How-jah-do-it?"

He's got his...

Needs to go to the toilet.

"How-jah-do-it?"

Remember this?

Letter in my name: "Jade": "How-jah-do-it?

How-jah-do-it?"

But that example we can say two ways.

"How-jah-do-it?"

We can also say: "Howd-yah-do it?

Howd-yah-do it?

Howd-yah-do it?"

You have to really, really listen to hear the difference.

"How-jah-do-it?

Howd-yah-do it?

How-jah-do-it?

Howd-yah-do it?

How-jah-do-it?

Howd-yah-do it?"

Okay?

"Howd, howd-yah-do it?"

Remember I mentioned before like in my name: "Jade", "ja", "ya", "ja", "ya", so I can take

the same question: "How do you do it?" and depending on the speaker, that can change,

we can pronounce it in different ways, with a very, very tiny difference.

"How-jah-do-it?

Howd-yah-do it?

How-jah-do-it?

Howd-yah-do it?" Okay?

What I've also got is more videos like this where you can learn to speak fast like a native speaker.

What I'd like you to do now is go and watch those, too, so that you can speak fast like

Ratty the kangaroo.

Thank you and I'll see you again soon. Bye.

Hello again! I hope you enjoyed today's lesson.

Now I want to tell you a little bit about my accent training course.

My course is called Clear Accent and it teaches you how to speak in a clear and natural way

and I made it for people who already know that their accent is their weakness.

And if your accent is your weakness, that means you don't feel good about the way you

speak or sound, and it also means that you have all kinds of communication difficulties

in your daily life.

So, for example, people ask you to repeat yourself again and again, or, speaking on

the phone is a big struggle for you and you'd rather avoid it.

So if you know already that your accent is your weakness, I'm going to train you as if

you were a professional actor.

And I'm going to give you really practical training that's going to be challenging for

you (and by the way it's challenging for native speakers at the beginning) because I really

want you to practice and develop your speech so that you feel good about the way you speak and sound.

So, if that sounds like you, and you would like to turn your accent weakness into a strength,

be sure to check out my Clear Accent course.

The link is in the video description and you can also click here.

And until next time, I'll see you later. Bye!

Crazy Cupcakes: One Easy Cupcake Recipe with Endless Flavor Variations! - Duration: 10:28.

Hi Bold Bakers!

Do you remember my crazy cookie dough?

One dough that made loads of different flavors of cookies.

I also made a crazy bread dough.

Now these things were a huge success, so I thought to myself, why not share another one

with you, this time, crazy cupcakes.

So let's get started.

So before we get started, the recipe for these cupcakes can be found on BiggerBolderBaking.com,

along with all my other recipes, so make sure you go over there and check it out.

And if you haven't already done so, make sure you tap that subscribe button so you

don't miss out on any of my upcoming videos.

Okay, let's start with our cupcakes.

Now I am using a stand mixer, but you can also use a hand mixer, and the best thing

is, you can actually even make these by hand, just make sure that your butter is nice and

soft at room temperature.

Into your mixer, add in your room temperature butter, then all you want to do is turn on

your machine to medium speed and just loosen up that butter until it's nice and soft.

So after around two minutes, you want to go ahead and pour in your sugar.

Now we're just gonna let this whip up until it's really light and fluffy.

This is an important stage to making these cupcakes.

So this method is called creaming, and I like to do this on a high speed so you get a lot

of air in there, and it gives you lovely light cupcakes.

Okay that's looking good, now we're gonna go ahead and add in the eggs, one by one.

So this recipe is kind of like cupcakes 101, the reason you want to add in the eggs one

at time is because you want to make sure it's fully incorporated into the mix, then you

can add in the other one.

If you add them all in at the same time, it can curdle your mixture, and you don't want

that.

So high speed, one at a time.

Okay, so all our eggs are in there, it's looking light and fluffy, so now I'm just

gonna turn off my machine, and add in the rest of my ingredients.

So go ahead and add in your flour, a little bit of baking powder to make them rise, and

then a small amount of milk, just to give you a nice, light cake.

So now at this stage you know my rule, we never want to beat in flour to a mixture because

it ends up toughening our cakes and our cupcakes.

So turn your machine on to just a low speed, until you fold in all of that flour, and then

stop.

So now if you don't eat eggs, don't worry, you can still make these cupcakes, you can

add in any of my substitutions from my chart, like mashed banana, apple, tofu, you've

got lots of different options there and you can still make lovely cupcakes.

So there you go, that's it, simple, easy cupcake batter, now this is where things get

really crazy, you can take this and make any flavor of cupcake that you want, and I mean

anything.

I'm gonna show you some of my top favorites now, we're gonna start out with my personal

favorite, a flavor that I think should never be overlooked, it is a birthday cake cupcake.

So now this mix makes 12 cupcakes, now to flavor each one you want to take a quarter

cup of your cupcake mix which is around a generous four tablespoons, just go ahead and

add that into your little bowl.

So now birthday cake has a very distinct flavor, it has a little bit of vanilla and almond

extract.

Now if you don't have almond extract, you can always leave it out, but I always recommend

putting in a little bit of vanilla.

So in you go, some vanilla first, and then a little bit of almond extract, and then of

course, you cannot have birthday cake without loads of sprinkles, so in go my sprinkles,

perfect.

Then all you want to do is mix it up until it's all folded in.

Just look at that, how simple it was to make a Funfetti cupcake, now you can make just

one or you can multiply the recipe to make as many as you want.

So now I'm just gonna set this aside and we're gonna move onto our next exciting

flavor, it is a classic, and I absolutely love it, it's a lemon and blueberry cupcake.

So just like before, add a quarter cup of your batter into a small bowl.

Next I'm going to zest over some fresh lemon, who does not love fresh lemon?

And then scatter in a few blueberries.

Now with the blueberries, you can use fresh or frozen, that is totally up to you.

Then, mix it all together.

Already this smells amazing.

So now just in case you actually haven't seen my crazy cookie dough video, you have

to check it out, it is one simple cookie dough that makes loads of different flavors, double

chocolate, best-ever chocolate chip, Funfetti, so many cookies, I know if you like this video,

you're going to love it.

And there you go, another cupcake flavor in no time at all.

Absolutely lovely.

So now I'm gonna set this aside and we're gonna move on to our next cupcake, and this

one will really show you how crazy this recipe is, we're going to make a carrot cake cupcake.

So our cupcake batter goes into our little bowl, next I'm going to add in some freshly

grated carrot.

Now for my carrot cake, I love raisins in my carrot cake, you don't like them, you

can leave them out.

But I'm definitely adding a few in there.

Perfect.

And then, chopped walnuts.

Not everybody's cup of tea, I love them.

It gives nice texture, so I'm gonna add a few in there too.

You don't like them, leave them out.

And then of course a little bit of cinnamon, because carrot cake has to have cinnamon.

And then just mix all these ingredients together.

So now you can see by now why I call this crazy batter.

You can add anything you like into it.

Your favorite flavors, come up with your own combinations, whatever you like.

It's only going to make these cupcakes better.

Perfect.

So there you go, one lovely carrot cake cupcake ready to go.

Now I'm gonna set this guy aside, and we're gonna move onto our next flavor, this one

is a huge fan favorite around here on Bigger Bolder Baking, it is a cookie and cream cupcake.

So just like before, go ahead and add your little quarter cup of cupcake batter into

your bowl.

Into our cupcake batter we're gonna add in crushed Oreos.

Now I love Oreos, as you know, you've seen me use them a million times on Bigger Bolder

Baking, but you can use any type of cookie you want, remember, get creative.

That's what Bigger Bolder Baking is all about.

Once they're in there, just go in with your spoon and mix them in.

Now after doing a few flavors, I'm sure that your creative wheels are turning, and

you can think of so many different flavors and I'm excited to see what you come up

with.

Because the ones that I'm showing you are just suggestions, you make whatever you like.

Okay, so set this guy aside and we're gonna move on to our next flavor, it's an oldie

but a goodie, it's a chocolate and peanut butter cupcake.

So you know the drill now at this stage, into this we're going to add in our cupcake batter,

and then we're gonna add in some cocoa powder.

Now I like to use unsweetened, dark cocoa powder.

And then just go ahead and stir that in.

Now if you're wondering where the peanut butter is coming in, it's going to be actually

in the frosting, so if you don't like peanut butter, you can use a different frosting.

What this is making here is just a regular chocolate cupcake.

Perfect.

Now I'm gonna set this guy aside, just like the others, and we're gonna get started

on our next flavor, this one was hugely requested, it is a red velvet cupcake.

So now the beauty of this flavor is that it's very similar to the chocolate cupcake.

So into our bowl we add in our batter, we add in a little bit of cocoa powder, and then

we add in some red food dye.

Now I'm using my homemade food dye, which is really easy to make, it's made with beets,

or you can use a good quality store bought one.

And then all you want to do is just stir these together.

Now add in as much color as you want to get the desired color that you're looking for.

A lot of people don't know that red velvet is actually a cocoa based cake, it's not

a red cake, it's cocoa based, that's why you get that lovely dark rich color and flavor,

perfect, look at that.

So now I know my Bold Bakers are really creative and here's a fun thing you can do, you can

make the whole batch chocolate, and then divide it, add food coloring to one side, and then

not to the other, so you get red velvet and chocolate cupcakes out of one batch.

Okay, so that's our red velvet cupcake, now we're gonna pop these guys into our

cupcake tin.

Line your tin with cupcake liners, and then go ahead and add in all over your batters.

Now I like a really big cupcake, so go ahead and fill these until they're three quarters,

if not a little bit more full, because you want nice, big height from our cupcakes.

Lovely.

This is such a fun idea for a party or even a sleepover, where everybody gets to make

their own flavor.

Okay, these are looking fantastic, now these guys are ready to be baked off.

Bake your cupcakes off at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 180 degrees Celsius, for roughly 16-18

minutes or until firm on top.

The cupcakes turned out even better than I could've imagined, and I love how they're

all different colors and flavors.

Now you can tell when your cupcake is done if you push down in the middle and it's

firm, that means it is perfectly baked.

Now I'm gonna set these guys aside and let them go totally cold before we decorate them.

So now decorating, this is my favorite part, I'm gonna use two different types of frosting,

my buttercream frosting, and my cream cheese frosting.

Both fantastic recipes, make sure you check them out if you haven't already done so,

but you can decorate yours any way you like.

I'm gonna start out by decorating my red velvet cupcake.

Now traditionally, you would have cream cheese frosting, which is what I have, and I'm

gonna pipe a big swirl on top, gorgeous.

And here I just have a few crumbs of red velvet.

I'm just gonna sprinkle those on top of a little bit of extra color, to make it look

really pretty.

Gorgeous.

So next we're going to move onto chocolate, now I said this was chocolate and peanut butter,

so this is where the peanut butter comes in, I added it into my buttercream frosting, and

I'm gonna go ahead and pipe and nice, generous swirl on top.

I don't know about you guys, but the frosting to me is as good as the cake, so I like lots

of it.

Perfect.

Then I'm gonna sprinkle over a chopped up peanut butter cup.

Just so you get that extra chocolate peanut butter thing going on.

Gorgeous, look at that.

Beautiful.

So next up, our lemon and blueberry cupcake.

Now I'm gonna top this guy off with some of my homemade buttercream frosting, and then

for extra flavor and just to make it look even prettier, I'm going to zest over some

fresh lemon, and then finish it off with a few fresh blueberries on top.

Just look at that, it's so pretty!

Almost too pretty to eat.

Okay, now let's decorate our birthday cake cupcake.

So here I have some buttercream that I colored with a little bit of green coloring, and I'm

gonna pipe that on top, and of course finish it off with some sprinkles.

Now for my little Oreo cupcake, I'm gonna go double Oreo, I put some in the frosting,

and I'm just gonna pipe a big swirl on top, and then just so you know for sure it's

an Oreo cupcake, I'm gonna place an Oreo in on top.

Fantastic.

I think that says it all, doesn't it?

And then last but not least, our carrot cake cupcake.

Now traditionally it is always served with a lovely cream cheese frosting, so that's

what I have here, gonna pipe a nice big amount top, lovely.

Then I have some crushed walnuts, nice.

And then just for extra color and so you can tell what it is, I have a little bit of grated

carrot that I'm just gonna sprinkle on top.

Beautiful!

Just looking at these cupcakes just goes to show you how crazy this recipe is.

Whether you love chocolate, red velvet or Funfetti, there is a cupcake here for everyone.

Okay, I know I can try any of these but I think I'm gonna try the chocolate and peanut

butter.

Oh, my gosh.

This is my favorite cupcake recipe, and I'll tell you why.

It is really light and moist.

It's not dense and it's so easy to make, and best of all, as you saw, you can flavor

it any way that you want.

Mm.

I really hope you try out this crazy cupcakes, and actually of my other crazy videos, and

I'll see you back here really soon for more Bigger Bolder Baking.

Mm. *
