- Now the idea behind having a bike and the treadmill.

Finding that as I'm getting this new stroke

that's long and stretched out.

That's really cool.

It kind of feels like just a good vibe of being.

Morning, trainiacs.

You know who's got a solid day ahead of him?

Make swims and podcasts and deliveries

for new Tri Taren HQ, getting it set up.

Besides being cold, everything's starting out Taren.

(upbeat instrumental music)

Finding that as I'm getting this new stroke

that's long and stretched out,

I'm starting that catch.

Instead of like grabbing the water down here at my side,

I'm getting resistance all the way up here,

and that's putting a lot of strain up here

and those muscles just haven't been trained ever,

so I'm getting tired very quickly,

but muscularly in these swims.

I gotta work on that.

(upbeat instrumental music)

That actually wasn't too bad.

I cranked up how many seconds I held each pose for,

from 15 to 17.

I'm just starting.

I try to build up to 30,

and it seems like that strength workout has been helping.

It's feeling way easier, digging it, dead lift.

Look at this.

We just got some goodies delivered

and we gotta set it up, pronto Tonto, big time.

Woo, that's a lot of parts.

Unidentifiable as a treadmill.

Fantastic.

This is going to be a lot bigger project than I thought.

Now I can drop weights in full confidence

that they're not just going to smash this new floor.

I've been walking.

Well, there you have it.

The brick session set up, done.

Now the idea behind having the bike and the treadmill,

it's not so I can do all of my running on the treadmill.

It's actually quite the opposite of that.

The idea is so that after I have really big chunk

on my bikes, I go on the treadmill

and maybe just do 10 or 15 minutes

of like getting that blood moving

so that by the time I start coming into race season,

it's not like I've got to teach that blood

how to re-route really quickly,

going from the bike to the run.

It was big thing, it was a very big thing.

You want to keep those legs ready to do that,

a lot longer than I thought, by the way,

and I've got to hurry now because we've got a podcast

with the Ventum guys.

Since I test rode it there that day

that I came and met you in Kona,

I've been so jazzed up to get riding on that bike,

and with Alto coming on with the wheels,

it's going to be so stiff,

and I don't know if you know this,

we're getting a custom decal put on it by Bicycle Makeover,

so yeah, the last month, it's been like

every day is Christmas getting to look at that bike,

but let's take it back a little bit.

I want to hear about kind of the story

of how you guys started Ventum,

where you've come from.

Right, like if somebody loses a bolt

on the way to a race, they can go to Home Depot

for most of them, right?

It wasn't quite specific enough.

It was a YouTuber pretending to be

a scientist on the internet.

I wouldn't know anything about that.

Hot dam.

Right on.

When do you bring him to a race?

I want to meet this guy.

And there we go, podcasts ahoy with Ventum.

I wasn't taping it there, but what I said to the dudes

right after we got off the podcast

is that what I really like about Ventum,

and this is like, I'm gushy about them.

I'm going to admit it.

I'm gushy.

They aren't paying me to say this.

Hashtag not an ad.

I was just legitimately really impressed

with the ride that I went on in Kona.

They even addressed a lot of the things

that everyone said when they shared

that Bike Radar review with me in that podcast

and kind of talked about why isn't all

what you think it is in that Bike Radar review,

but the Ventum dudes are like a perfect sized company

for me to work with because they're large enough

that they're willing to take a risk on a guy like me

and partner up and do some really cool things,

but they're not so big that I'm 17 people away

and a formal request away from talking

to a manager of marketing.

I can go and hop on a podcast with Jimmy and Diaa,

and we can talk about how they're apparently

not wearing shirts because they're in Miam,

and we can talk about their dog, Finley,

and like that's really cool.

It kind of feels like just a good vibe of being,

working with their company,

not just doing work for them, if that makes sense.

I like 'em, I like 'em.

Even the swamp in Saudi Arabia is being drained.

Authorities in Saudi Arabia want at least $6 billion dollars from the jailed Saudi Prince

al-Waleed bin Talal to secure his freedom after he was arrested in a nationwide anti-corruption

purge which mysteriously started to happen after President Donald Trump visited the Islamic

nation.

This is actually the highest sum of money ever demanded by authorities in the Gulf state

and it could involve handing over a large part of his fortune and cooperation, Kingdom

Holding Company.

Which is estimated to have a market value of just over $9 billion dollars.The 63-year-old

Al-Waleed is the 57th richest person in the world according to the Wall Street Journal,

with an estimated net worth of $18 billion.

This character has profited from the oil-rich nation of Saudi Arabia and has thought political

influence here in the US.

He has donated to various extreme left-wing charities, including The Clinton Foundation.

Along with funding multiple organizations to spread Islam in the world and mainly in

the US.

Saudi Royalty Arrests Rock Clinton-Obama Regime The unprecedented sweep of corrupt Saudi elites

implicates Clinton, Obama, Wall Street, and beyond.

In a shocking development Saturday, the Saudi Arabian government arrested prominent billionaire

Waleed bin Talal, a member of the royal Saudi family with deep ties to Barack Obama and

Hillary Clinton.

Arrests were carried out by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's recently-formed anti-corruption

committee and included bin Talal, ten senior princes, and dozens of ministers for corruption

and money laundering charges.

Bin Talal, a primary shareholder of Citigroup, News Corp., and Twitter, was arrested along

with dozens of other princes and ministers on Saturday.

Bin Talal's arrest was part of a massive sweep of Saudi elites charged with corruption

and money laundering by a newly formed anti-corruption committee headed by Crown Prince Mohammed

bin Salman.

Meanwhile, Royal princes' private planes have been grounded.

Known as "The Warren Buffet of the Gulf", bin Talal — one of the world's richest

people — is a notorious figure in American politics with deep ties to both Obama and

Clinton.

Americans privy to bin Talal and Saudi Arabia's corrupt hand in American politics may recall

a 2015 tweet from then-candidate Donald Trump that foreshadowed his arrest:

As the story of the massive Saudi royalty purge develops, Americans should anticipate

these arrests and the subsequent investigations will implicate Obama and Clinton in major

ways.

Investigations into Obama-Clinton impropriety by special counsel Robert Mueller encompass

Obama and Clinton's financial ties and dubious political alliances with both Saudi Arabia

and Russia alike.

Those following Trump's efforts to police Obama and Clinton's extensive criminality

are aware Mueller's probe implicates Clinton crony and lobbying giant Tony Podesta, brother

of Clinton campaign manager John Podesta.

Wikileaks releases of John Podesta's emails opened a Pandora's box of Democratic Party

corruption when released last fall, but Tony Podesta's nefarious and longtime lobbying

efforts with both Russia and Saudi Arabia are only now beginning to be broadly exposed

to the American public.

In August 2016, Medea Benjamin sounded the alarm as to the perils of Clinton and the

Podestas' crooked Saudi dealings, with emphasis:

If I told you that Democratic Party lobbyist Tony Podesta, whose brother John Podesta chairs

Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, is a registered foreign agent on the Saudi

government's payroll, you'd probably think I was a Trump-thumping, conspiratorial nutcase.

But it's true.

The lobby firm created by both Tony and John Podesta in 1988 receives $140,000 a month

from the Saudi government, a government that beheads nonviolent dissidents, uses torture

to extract forced confessions, doesn't allow women to drive, and bombs schools, hospitals

and residential neighborhoods in neighboring Yemen.

The Podesta Group's March 2016 filing, required under the Foreign Agents Registration Act

of 1938, shows that Tony Podesta himself oversees the Saudi account.

At the same time, Tony Podesta is also a top campaign contributor and bundler for Hillary

Clinton.

So while one brother runs the campaign, the other brother funds it with earnings that

come, in part, from the Saudis.

Those familiar with the Citibank cabal that assigned Obama's cabinet prior to his election

would also recognize bin Talal's name, for his and Citibank's instrumental role the

Obama administration's decimation of the middle class.

Pam Martens warned us back in 2012, additional emphasis added:

Citigroup was showing serious strains in 2007 but the meltdown came the week of November

17, 2008.

On Monday, the firm called a Town Hall meeting with employees and announced the sacking of

52,000 workers.

On Tuesday, November 18, Citigroup announced it had lost 53 per cent of an internal hedge

fund's money in a month's time and that it was bringing $17 billion of off-balance

sheet assets back onto its balance sheet.

The next day brought the unwelcome tidings that a law firm was alleging that Citigroup

peddled the MAT Five Fund as "safe" and "secure" then watched it lose 80 per cent

of its value.

On Thursday, Saudi Prince Walid bin Talal, a major shareholder, stepped forward to reassure

the public that Citigroup was "undervalued" and he was buying more shares.

The next day the stock dropped another 20 percent to close at $3.77.

All told, Citigroup lost 60 per cent of its market value that week and 87 percent for

the year to date.

Now here is where you need to pay close attention.

Just one month prior to the stock meltdown, the U.S. government through its Troubled Asset

Relief Program (TARP) had injected $25 billion into Citigroup on October 28, 2008.

With a market cap of $20.5 billion on Friday, November 21, 2008, the U.S. taxpayer effectively

owned this company lock, stock and barrel.

The Treasury and the Fed knew exactly whose interests they were protecting.

Just 11 months earlier, Citigroup had publicized a capital raising of $12.5 billion in convertible

preferred stock in a private placement — meaning the full details were not released to the

public.

The press release said the investors included Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal and Sandy

Weill and the Weill Family Foundation.

Bin Talal also owns the Four Seasons, the four highest floors of Mandalay Bay hotel

in Las Vegas.

He is one of many within the atrociously corrupt elements of the Saudi regime and other gulf

tyrannies that has raised eyebrows with their recent multi-million dollar donations to the

Clinton Foundation.

What's Happening

Given the media moguls arrested in the Saudi sting and the American media's allegiance

to the Clinton-Obama regime, little is being reported on the implications the arrests have

on current events in American politics.

Orders for the arrests came from the new anti-corruption committee headed by Crown Prince Mohammed

bin Salman.

Bin Salman, 31, is seen by some as a principled young leader troubled by the convoluted international

corruption he inherited within his government.

Given his struggle with the corrupt and commingled opposition causing strife in his and our respective

countries, Trump may have sought common ground on a recent visit.

Bin Salaman's rise may allow Saudi to accelerate a recent plan to reduce the kingdom's reliance

on oil, which includes the partial privatization of state oil company Aramco.

Trump has recently pitched for Aramco to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange, a move

that would boost the Saudi Arabian economy.

This may also be a sign bin Salaman is involved a coordinated effort to confront the corrupt

individuals with the Saudi government who participated in pay-to-play schemes with American

foundations tied directly to high-level U.S. politicians, including Obama and Clinton.

Given the high profile nature of the Saudi royalty arrests, pressure increases on American

law enforcement in Trump's administration to follow through with indictments and arrests

of the Obama-Clinton regime officials involved.

As speculation bubbles around looming indictments of Tony Podesta, John Podesta, Hillary Clinton,

and others, charges against bin Talal and other Saudi royalty may well be related to

money laundering and bribery schemes that implicate the Uranium One parties and transactions

within the Obama-Clinton regime already being investigated.

We have more natural gas in our nation than Saudi Arabia has oil.

We could singlehandedly be as rich as Saudi Arabia.

But the likes of hacks such as Al Gore, who profit out of the ignorance and sheer stupidity

of others have made it so we can't even touch our reserves.

All because of the myth that is "Global Warming" or as it's called now, "Climate

Change."

I have always believed that interests from abroad have paid off our politicians so well

that they serve as voice pieces for asinine myths in order to keep The United States of

America in debt and at the mercy of nations such as China and Saudi Arabia.

It's how they come into a job making 150k a year and come out 20 years later with a

net worth of over 100 million.

Today, we have to be focus !

TO understand the situation, We must have to ride 800Km

We have to go to Novigrad, in croatia

We have to sleep right there

it's almost 7:00, we pack our stuff, and let's go !

We reful the bikes, and we stop in a coffee in order to take a breakfast.

It's going to be long today, we need power !

We have to spend the most of our time on the road,

so we go to a supermarket just in front of us to buy something to lunch, later on the road.

it's time to cross the border, on going to Slovenia

We are not too far from Bled now

there is something i didn't talk about yet..

Weather is very hot here ! This is totally different from few days ago, in Switzerland

It's more than 35°C here in slovenia

The city of Bled as a big lake, so we're going to stop right there and swim a bit on it !

Damn dude ! i lost my underpants !

i'm holding it with my foot !

we had to pass at Velika Planina, in the north of slovenia

but we can't loose to much time because we're late on the road book

after talking beetween us, we decide to go to Velika

We go to the north of Slovenia, in the "Haute Carniole'' place

this didn't had too much kilometers on our plan, but i din't expect the were no roads to go right there !

With the africa twin i'm ok on it, but this is different for Antoine ...

When we arrived at the top, we had to continue without the bikes because it's not allowed

We decide to take the road again in direction of Croatia. Time is running, we have to continue !

end of the day is coming, and we have a lot kilometers to do again

We almost missed the right road

WE stopped to refuel the bikes, and it's our last reful before crossing the border

damn .. 1.02 euros /L, i'm going to drink this and pee on my tank when i'll need gasoline !

Damn..18 euros to refuel the bike...

i'll bring a tanker next time !

36 km before arriving to the border of croatia

and after this is the coast road !

i think we have about 200km on the coast road in croatia

we don't stop anymore

i think we're going to arrive at 10:00PM

it could be awesome if we have cool roads like this

Road number 8. It goes all along the sea coast in Croatia

It's about 8:00PM and there is nobody on the road....

We're going to ride it, and loving it !

It's more than 8:00PM but temperature is still about 30°C here in Croatia !

Dude.. this road is absolutely amazing !

Everything is perfect ! Ground, landscape, colors in the sky ...

it's absolutely crazy !

We could stop here and just watch all this amazing landscape until the night's falling

and then going to home

but we can't stop... this amazing road is just perfect to ride, this is like you couldn't stop anymore !

Here in Croatia, we are under a heat wave

Days are brushing against the 50°C

just imagine

After the restaurant, we wen to the beach in order to swim a bit under the stars

we were completely naked on the water

We went to sleep at 00:00AM, after a looong day of motorycle, with more than 800km of roads ! Mission complete !

The blonde announced the news beneath one of her photos.

Toff showcased her svelte silhouette in head-to-toe ski gear while standing right in front of the Swiss mountains.

Thankfully, there wasnt a creepy crawly in sight, only a glass of rosé and fondue.

She captioned the image: Filming something so fun for @thismorning – I'm so excited I could burst #ToffOnTour. The Devon-born beauty didnt say the exact role she would taking on, but by the looks of it shes doing some sort of travel segment.

But Toff wouldnt be the first Im A Celebrity babe to turn presenter.

Last years winner Scarlett Moffatt went from starring on Gogglebox to hosting primetime show Ant & Decs Saturday Night Takeaway and Im a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

And the year before in 2015, Im a Celebrity winner Vicky Pattison controversially landed a spot on Loose Women and shes fronting new MTV bod transformation show Ex On Beach: Body SOS.

Homemade Christmas gifts - Duration: 9:01.

Hi everyone!

In this video I'm going to show you how to make this homemade Christmas gift.

It's a set of wooden Christmas ornaments.

You need a wood burning tool, wood slices, examples of what you want to burn, a pencil

or pen, tape, graphite transfer paper, scissors and

ribbon.

Cut a small piece of tranfer paper and place it with the darkest side down onto the wood

slice.

Position the image you want to transfer on top of it and hold it in place with tape or

your fingers.

Trace your image onto the wood slice, by going over the lines with a pencil or pen.

Of course you can just sketch directly onto your wood slices if you want to.

When you can clearly see your design on the wood, go ahead and do the same thing for your

other designs.

You can reuse your transfer paper a few times.

When it doesn't transfer well anymore, you'll need to get a new piece.

Mine already came with holes, but if your wood slices don't have holes in them,

it might be best to drill those first as it makes it easier to see where your image needs to go.

I used coloring page images, as they're simple and that's just what I wanted for these ornaments!

You can find wood slices in craft stores or in the home decor section of certain stores.

Especially this time of year they're easy to find.

Now it's time to start burning the designs into the wood!

Use the fine, standard tip that comes with any wood burner.

Don't worry, this craft is suitable for complete beginners, no experience with wood burning

is needed!

Keep one wood slice aside to practice on and to check on the temperature of your wood burning

tool.

When your wood burning tool is warm enough for you to not have to press hard to get an

obvious brown or dark line, trace your image.

Go slowly, but don't rest the tip in the same spot for too long!

It looks nice if you color some areas in.

You can use a shading tip for this purpose, but I'm keeping it simple and I'm just using

the same tip for everything.

For shading, just do what you would do when using a pencil.

There are several ways to get things to look darker.

You can go over the same area a few times, you can just work more slowly and let the

tip rest on the surface for a little bit longer,

so it burns longer ,or you could just press harder.

But if you press harder, there will be more of a depth difference.

Do the same thing for every wood slice.

You can go very detailed or not detailed at all.

For mine, I chose to not go too detailed as I would like you to be

able to see what's on the wood slices from a distance.

Aren't they so cute and pretty?

They make a great last minute gift and the person who receives them will

know you put effort and love into them!

Finish your ornaments by adding a piece of red ribbon.

For a fun way to wrap these I'm using a transparant Christmas ornament that comes in two parts.

A small piece of raphia and a gift tag will add a finishing touch.

Almost exactly one month ago, Brielle Biermann tweeted that Kim Zolciak was pregnant with

baby #7.

It was a strange, weird claim.

At the time, we theorized that she was pranking her mother to get revenge for her mom's Snapchat

antics, but Brielle didn't exactly explain herself ... until now.

As it turns out,

So, back in November, Brielle Biermann took to Twitter and shared that her mother was

pregnant with what would be her seventh child.

She deleted the tweet without explanation and Kim clarified that she was not, in fact,

pregnant.

At the time, we guessed that perhaps Brielle was getting back at her mother for sharing

a Snapchat video of Brielle flashing her boob.

It had been part of a conversation (with Khloe Kardashian), and clearly not something that

Brielle had wanted to go public.

But we were just speculating.

Now, Brielle Biermann tells TooFab the reason why she tweeted that goofy claim about her

mom.

"My mom posted a video of me on her Snapchat that really irritated me, so I was sitting

downstairs with two of my best friends, and I was like, you know what, I'm gonna tweet

that she's expecting."

We told you so.

"I didn't think it would take off as quick as it did, but within 10 minutes, it was everywhere."

Well, yeah.

Kim Zolciak's easily one of the most famous Real Housewives.

And, again, this would have been her seventh child.

you can practice throughout the whole holiday season

or just keep it with yo,u because it's a nice one:

it's easy, it's cheesy and I love it.

The challenge is: spread the love!

I don't think I need to explain this to anyone,

so I will just leave you with it.
