As a general rule, if you can't trust a man with your daughter, you can't trust
him with your salvation.
How does this affect our views of Paul and Muhammad?
Let's find out.
Our Muslim friends assure us that Muhammad was the greatest man who ever lived.
I have no clue what sources they're reading when they say this, and I strongly suspect
that they aren't reading any sources.
They simply hear wonderful things about Muhammad from their leaders, and they assume that these
wonderful things are true, without ever bothering to investigate.
According to Muslim sources, Muhammad had sex with a nine-year-old girl.
He would brag to his followers about having sex with nine women and girls in a single day.
He allowed his followers to rape their female captives, and to beat their rebellious wives
into submission.
He told his followers that women are stupid and immoral, and that their testimony is unreliable.
He tortured a man for money.
He supported his religion through robbery.
He had people assassinated for making fun of him.
He ordered his followers to execute anyone who leaves Islam.
He bought, owned, sold, and traded black African slaves.
He referred to Ethiopians as "raisin-heads" and said that Satan looks like a black man.
Not the sort of person you'd want as your next-door neighbor.
What about Paul?
Well, before Paul became a Christian, he was violent.
He persecuted Christians and had them put in prison and sentenced to death.
But apart from his early affinity for forcing people to obey his interpretation of the Torah,
Paul just wouldn't do anything wrong.
In Philippians 3:6, he says that, according to the righteousness under the law, he was blameless.
This doesn't mean that he was sinless, but it does mean that no one could point a finger
at him and accuse him of violating God's commands.
If you really wanted to criticize Paul for something after he became a Christian,
you could reasonably say that he was extremely sarcastic at times, and that when people challenged
his status as an Apostle, he would boast about his accomplishments and about working harder
than any of the other Apostles.
People who have a problem with sarcasm and boasting (I happen to love them),
usually don't like Paul's personality.
But let's face it.
Paul isn't the sort of person you'd need to hide your nine-year-old daughter from.
Now to be fair, Muhammad did share certain positive characteristics with Paul.
They both emphasized helping the poor, for instance.
But telling your followers to help the poor doesn't magically erase the centuries of
spousal abuse, and child marriage, and rape, and robbery, and torture that Muhammad justified
through his revelations and example.
Adolf Hitler was an excellent painter.
That doesn't mean he gets a free pass on the millions of lives he destroyed.
Likewise, Muhammad abolished female infanticide.
But that admittedly positive accomplishment can never silence the centuries of blood
that's calling out to us from the ground.
Do you hear it calling?
Hi everyone.
Thanks for watching.
In case you stumbled upon this video while browsing or searching, I wanted to let you
know that it's part of a series comparing Paul and Muhammad.
So if you'd like to see the full series, be sure to click on the playlist.
If you're already in the playlist, you're about to see an important difference between
Paul and Muhammad.
When Paul sinned, he confessed his sins and repented.
Muhammad justified his sins and continued in them.

Never leave your life unturned (turned)
And it's hard sometimes, living in this jungle
Pick yourself up and start running through life
And then open your eyes and see what it's all come to
We're walking one way and we know that there's no walking back
Busting our necks and breaking our bones
Hope we're on the right track
But you never really are
Your always off in the distance
Staring at your reflection and contemplating existence
I am not here, I am there
Floating, drifting
Thinking about the words that spilled out
Of my best friends mouth that night in October
"Cold as ice, yet warm as her body"
I drift sometimes and I forget to rhyme
And I know that if my songs don't conform to your standards
You'll just click pause because you don't have the time
But I'm sorry, this is how it's meant to be
And I'm unable to express my emotions and still rhyme on the beat
But I try, and so do you
So if anything sticks, I want it to be true
And thus, I am going to end with this
The story of a man who is falling from the 54th floor of a building
On the way down he whispers to himself
"so far so good... so far so good"
But it's not how you fall that matters, no
It's how you land

All Things Are Subject to Faith with Kenneth and Gloria Copeland (Air Date 12-28-17) - Duration: 22:53.
(Singing) I know my God has made the way for
me. I know my God has made the way for me.
ANNOUNCER: Everything in this world is subject to the
faith of God. He has put all things under your feet.
Join Kenneth and Gloria Copeland today as they share
more Bible truth. Next, on the Believer's Voice of Victory.
KENNETH: Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Believer's
Voice of Victory broadcast. Father, we thank You
today. We worship You, Sir. We open our hearts, and we
open our minds for revelation from heaven. We look to the
greater One that dwells within us, the great teacher, the Holy
Spirit of the living God. GLORIA: Thank You, Lord.
KENNETH: And we look to You, Holy Spirit, to reveal things to
us today about living the life of faith, faith in God, faith in
the name of the Lord Jesus, faith in Jesus Himself. And we
thank You and praise You. And, Lord Jesus, we give You all, all
of the glory, all of the praise, all, all, all. GLORIA: Praise
You. KENNETH: You are all. You are everything to us. Thank You,
Sir. We pray it all in that wonderful name, the name of
Jesus. Amen. Glory to God. We're talking about--(Clears Throat)
Excuse me. We're talking about faith, yeah, but--yesterday, we
were talking about, "Why you talk about it so much? Why you
teach on it so much? Why do you preach on it so much?" Well, we
listed these yesterday, and I'm going to add another one to it
today. I told you about six things yesterday: Can't be saved
without it, can't live the Christian life without it
because the just shall live by faith, can't walk the Christian
life without it because we walk by faith and not by sight, you
can't fight the Christian fight without it because we fight the
good fight of faith. Number five, it's impossible to please
God without it. Number six, you can't overcome the world without
it. "This is the victory that overcometh the world, even our
faith." Now, let's add--the seventh one is--let's look over
in the book of Ephesians, Gloria, in that 6th chapter and
in the--let's begin reading in the 13th verse. "Wherefore take
unto you the whole armor of God, that you may be able to
withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand
therefore." Thank You, Father. Praise You, Father. "Stand
therefore, having your loins girt about with truth," or the
Word of God, "having on the breastplate of righteousness;
your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of
peace." You know, the apostle Paul said, "I'm not ashamed of
the gospel, for it is the power of God unto salvation." So he's
saying here, "You walk in power," this armor. GLORIA:
That's right. KENNETH: "Above all--" Do you see that, Gloria,
where it says that? GLORIA: Above all. KENNETH: Above all.
GLORIA: I think that means above all. KENNETH: If the Bible says,
"above all," it's above all. "Above all, taking the shield of
faith, wherewith you shall be able to quench all the fiery
darts of the wicked." You can't--you can't quench the
fiery darts of the wicked. That's against your mind without
faith. GLORIA: That is--that's a victory statement right there.
KENNETH: It is a victory statement. Now, why is it above
all? Okay. You can't preach the Gospel without faith. You can't
have your loins girt about with truth if you don't mix truth
with faith. That doesn't work. We found that in the book of
Hebrews. Amen? Didn't we see that in Hebrews where it said
they didn't mix it with faith, so they fell in the wilderness?
The Gospel was preached to them the same as to us, but they
didn't mix it with faith. So-- GLORIA: Now, that's saying to me
that faith is the most important thing. KENNETH: That's the
reason it said, "above all," because faith makes it all work.
GLORIA: That's right. KENNETH: Prayer doesn't make faith work.
Faith makes prayer work. GLORIA: That's right. KENNETH: Now, the
breastplate of righteousness, how do you receive the
righteousness of God? The Scripture said it is a free
gift, but it is by the faith of Jesus Christ. You have to--you
have to be--receive righteousness by faith because
your mind will tell you, "You're not righteous. Who do you think
you are?" I remember the first church that I preached that we'd
been made the righteousness of God in Christ made some of the
folk mad. But some of them were just as glad as the others were
mad. GLORIA: Yeah. KENNETH: But their--one of the reasons why
and because--you know, I'm--I'm--in their eyes, I'm
just a young preacher just getting started, and they've
been studying this book for many years, and, "He's going to come
in here and tell me I'm righteous, and the Scripture
says 'There's none righteous, no, not one.'" Well, if they'd
just gone down two verses, it'd have said they'd been made the
righteousness of God. GLORIA: Yeah. KENNETH: But anyway... By
faith--see, you have to, by faith, "Let this mind be in you,
which was also in Christ Jesus: who thought it not robbery to be
called equal with God." Now, it takes faith to believe that.
GLORIA: Mm-hmm. KENNETH: The grounds for faith is not how you
feel. The grounds for faith is not what I said. The grounds for
faith is not what Gloria said. It's not what Brother Hagin
said. It's not what Creflo said. It's not what Jerry Savelle
said. It's not what Jesse Duplantis said. No, no, no, no,
no. It's not what Bill Winston said. It's not what Billy Graham
said. It's what the Bible said. GLORIA: That's right. KENNETH:
That's the grounds for faith. Hoo-hoo-hoo. GLORIA: And we have
a Bible. KENNETH: Yes, amen. GLORIA: Hallelujah. KENNETH: We
go to the Scripture. And Jesus said it works. That means it
works. If it didn't work, it wasn't Jesus that lied, and it
wasn't the Word that failed. No, it was--it was us
not--most--well, I--that'd be too early to get into that.
Anyway, "Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith you
shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And
take the helmet of salvation--" Well, now, hey, you can't be
saved without faith. GLORIA: That's right. KENNETH: And
that's the reason it's above all. That shield-- GLORIA:
Everything works by faith. KENNETH: Now, you don't ever
want to leave the house undressed. Ha-ha-ha. No, no, no.
Put that armor on. GLORIA: That's right. KENNETH: Put that
armor on. Now, I want you to notice something else about this
armor. "--taking the shield, be able to quench all the fiery
darts of the wicked. Take the helmet of salvation, and the
sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God." The Word of
God, more powerful than any two-edged sword. It is the
sword. But now notice this, "Praying," this is prayer armor.
You put this on and pray. Now, let me--let me--ha-ha-ha. Thank
You, Lord. I--Yes, thank You. I wondered how You's going to do
that. Now, notice back in the 12th verse, "We wrestle not
against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against
powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and
against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto
you the whole armor of God--" Now then, slip right back over
to the 1st chapter of Ephesians, the 16th verse, "I cease not to
give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;
that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may
give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the
knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being
enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of his calling,
that you may know what the riches of the glory of his
inheritance is in the saints, and that you may know what is
the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe,
according to the working of his mighty power, which he wrought
or worked in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and
set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, far
above--" GLORIA: Hallelujah. KENNETH: "--all
principalities--" What did He just say we wrestle with? We
wrestle with principalities. "--and power--" We wrestle with
powers. "--and every--and dominion." We wrestle against
the rulers of the darkness. That's dominion, the rulers of
darkness of this world. "--and every name that's named, not
only in this world, but also in that which is to come: and hath
put all these things--" all things, all things, all things,
all things, all things," A-L-L, all things. Now, notice this--
GLORIA: Now, that--to me, that says that all things are subject
to faith. KENNETH: Everything. GLORIA: Everything. KENNETH:
Everything. GLORIA: Life, death. KENNETH: Yeah. GLORIA: Hmm.
KENNETH: Now, "Every principality, power, might,
dominion, every name that's named, not only in this world,
but also in that which is to come: and hath put all things--"
Notice in the King James, when you see a word in italics, it
means it was added by the translators. So they had the
privilege of putting it in there. We have the privilege of
taking it out. So let's read it without it. "And hath put all
under his feet." GLORIA: Yes, amen. KENNETH: All. "--all is
under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all to the
church, which is his body, the fullness of him that filleth all
in all." Verse 6, "And hath raised us up together, and made
us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus." GLORIA:
With all things-- KENNETH: We are sitting-- GLORIA: --under
our feet. KENNETH: Yes, yes, yes. But without faith, you
can't get into any of it. GLORIA: Yep, that's right.
KENNETH: You got that when you were born again. You made Jesus
Christ the Lord of your life, at that moment, you were made the
righteousness of God in Him. GLORIA: Praise God. Thank You,
Lord. KENNETH: You're as righteous as you're ever going
to get. Now, don't confuse righteousness with holiness. You
know, religion thinks they're both the same thing, but they're
not. Righteousness was the rebirth of your spirit in right,
absolute, through grace. Ha-ha. Hey, huh? GLORIA: And it's your
breastplate. KENNETH: Saved by grace through faith. I'm working
on something here. Faith, faith, through faith, through
faith--grace, but through faith. GLORIA: Mm-hmm. KENNETH: Now,
the moment you accepted Him as Lord, you sat down on the right
hand of Jesus, who is on the right hand of God, in the same
authority-- GLORIA: Thank You, Lord. KENNETH: --He said, "All
authority--" King James says "power," but it's the word for
"authority." "All authority's been given unto me both in
heaven and earth. Therefore, you go, you take my name, you
preach, you lay hands on the sick, you cast out the devils."
GLORIA: "You sit with me." KENNETH: Yeah. Yeah! That's
good. "Sit here with me until I--Sit here with me until I make
your enemies your footstool." GLORIA: That's right. Praise
God. Glory to God. KENNETH: Oh, Gloria, that's just massive,
isn't it? GLORIA: It is. It's awesome. KENNETH: Now think
about--whoa, whoa, whoa. Errrk! Back up just a little bit.
Clunk-clunk-krr. Put it in reverse and back up here just a
second. When you receive Jesus as your Lord and your Savior,
what happened? "Well, Brother Copeland, I was born again."
That's exactly right. Now, let's just step right over here two
books to the book of Colossians, in the 1st chapter, Verse 9,
"For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not
cease to pray for you, and desire that you might be filled
with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual
understanding." Doesn't that sound like what He prayed for
the church at Ephesus? Yeah. GLORIA: Mm-hmm. KENNETH: Now,
"That you might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing,
being fruitful in every good work, increasing in the
knowledge of God; strengthened with all might." The word
translated "might" is dunamis, which is the same word--this is
not "power and authority." No, no. "How God anointed Jesus
Christ of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and dunamis." And Jesus
said, "Go to Jerusalem. Go there. Receive the Holy Ghost,
and you shall receive--" GLORIA: Power. KENNETH: "--dunamis."
GLORIA: Mm-hmm. KENNETH: All right. Now, "--according to his
glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with
joyfulness; giving thanks unto the Father, which has made us
meet," or able, "to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints
in light," that we talked about in Ephesians 1, ho-ho-ho. "--who
hath--" Notice, "H-A-T-H," hath? GLORIA: Mm-hmm. KENNETH: That's
past tense. GLORIA: That's right. KENNETH: "--who hath
delivered us from the power--" That's not power. That's
authority. GLORIA: Praise God. KENNETH: That's the Greek word
"authority." "--who has delivered us from the authority
of darkness," glory to God, "and translated us
into the kingdom of God's dear Son: in whom
we have redemption through his blood,
even the forgiveness of sin: who is the image of the invisible
God, the firstborn of every creature." Ha-ha-ha. GLORIA:
Hallelujah. KENNETH: Hallelujah. Hey, you tell me why--why faith
is up there, right up front, right up top, right up first of
all. GLORIA: We've been delivered, and we've been
translated. KENNETH: Yes, we have. GLORIA: Glory to God.
KENNETH: Now, we--we nailed these--we nailed this--this
together. Let's drive the nail through the board and clench it
on the back. GLORIA: Okay. KENNETH: Why faith first? You
ready for this? Go back to the book of Romans, and let's take a
look at Chapter 4, Romans 4:16. "Therefore it is of faith, that
it might be by--" GLORIA: Grace. KENNETH: "--grace." Now, grace
is the right standing with God. Grace is God's overwhelming
desire to treat you and me as if sin had never happened. Glory to
God. That's why the blood. That's--that--oh, listen. Now,
what are we talking about here, Gloria? We're answering the
question, why it is impossible to please God without faith?
GLORIA: Yeah. That's right. KENNETH: Because look at this
now, "It is of faith, so that it might be by grace." GLORIA:
Faith. KENNETH: We're-- "Faith, so that--" GLORIA: Yeah. Faith
opens the door to favor, to grace. KENNETH: Yeah, it
receives it. GLORIA: The blessing. Mm-hmm. KENNETH: Yeah,
it takes it. GLORIA: Mm-hmm. KENNETH: The grace is there.
GLORIA: If you hear that good--those good scriptures that
belong to you and say, "Well, that won't work for me," it
won't work for you. KENNETH: No. You--but faith will cause it to
work for you because God's no respecter of persons. And all
the promises of God in Christ Jesus are "Yes" and "Amen."
There's not one promise in there where He'll say, "Well, you'll
have to wait awhile." There's not one--you will not find that
anywhere in the New Testament. No apostle said it. No prophet
said it. No--I--it's not in there, okay, that God, "Well,
you know, sometimes He says, 'Yes,' and sometimes He says,
'No,' and sometimes He says, 'Well, wait awhile.'" Where'd
you get that? "Uh, I don't know." Well, that's where it
comes from. It come out of the--out of the etheric
somewhere of, "I don't know." I don't know whether that's a word
or not, but it should be. Ha-ha. GLORIA: It's a good one.
KENNETH: Yeah, it's a good word. So, anyhow, no, that's man's
natural mind making up excuses for why God didn't do something.
You know, sweetheart, it's not God that didn't do something.
It's you and me that don't receive it. We're either so
spiritually dense we didn't hear it, which that's been my case a
lot where you just--and finally, just one day, it kind of hits
you in your head, and you thought, "Why didn't I see that
at--over the last 45 years I've been reading this?" Revealed
knowledge is what the Spirit of God reveals to your spirit,
bypassing your physical senses. But, baby, if you don't ever
spend any time in the Word, if all you--if all you're doing is
just, you know, a little promise here and a little promise there,
and, you know, you go to a "passed away" church where
everything's passed away, well, it's all passed away to you.
GLORIA: Forget it. KENNETH: Yeah, well, you're not going
to-- GLORIA: It's history. KENNETH: And I'm not--hey,
listen to me. Sweet people, listen. There's darling, sweet
people that actually believe that that's true, but it's not
New Testament. It's religion. It is based on the natural mind
through, in some cases, a hurt heart. You got a pastor that
doesn't know why. "I mean, we prayed and we prayed, and it
didn't come to pass. And I don't know, I just--" You know, and
you get in there at the funeral, and then you preach something so
stupid that it should never have even come out your mouth. "Well,
God giveth and God taketh away." "Well, Brother Copeland, that's
Bible." Yeah, it was Bible. Job said it. But he was wrong when
he said it, and God chastised him for it. And--huh? "Well, I
just don't understand it." I know you don't understand, but
that's your and my fault, not God's, not if you have one of
these. "Well, how am I going to find out?" Well, baby, hey, I
just read to you from two different places here. Oh, you
got your shouting--you got your shouting shoes on? Ephesians 1,
"I cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my
prayers; that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of
glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation
in the knowledge of him: the eyes of your understanding being
enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of his calling,
and you may know what the riches of his glory is in the
inheritance of the saints, and his exceeding greatness of his
power toward us who believe." GLORIA: Amen. KENNETH: Pray
that. Pray it for yourself. Pray it for your family. Pray it for
your pastor. Pray it every day, day in, day out, day in. Put
your name in there. "The eyes of understanding may be
enlightened, that Kenneth and Gloria may know what is the hope
of his calling." GLORIA: Yes, amen. KENNETH: Dear, Lord, I've
learned a little bit, just a little bit. The more I--the more
I find out, the more I learn, the more I figure out and know
how much I don't know. "Man, I know this much, and there's that
much I don't know yet." GLORIA: You know, it's gigantic. Grace
and faith working together is gigantic. KENNETH: It's the
biggest thing there is, Gloria. It's the biggest thing there is.
GLORIA: That's true. KENNETH: And we're out of time. GLORIA:
Oh, no. KENNETH: We'll be back in just a moment.
ANNOUNCER: We hope you enjoyed today's teaching from Kenneth
Copeland Ministries. And remember Jesus is Lord.

says like seriously soft lotion it is amazing I get like really really dry hands in
the winter and the fall time and this takes care of it. I've kept it on my
nightstand like literally the entire year and I absolutely love it
in the cooler months like the end of fall and throughout the entire winter I
love a good cup of hot chocolate so I'm not a coffee drinker but I love hot
chocolate.
so this year my favorite favorite favorite hot chocolate company
has been the President's Choice decadent chocolate basically if you've ever had these
President's Choice decadent chocolate chip cookies it is that same thing but
in like hot chocolate version I have been drinking this the entire winter
season my entire family's been drinking from it because it's absolutely amazing
to them as well and definitely definitely gonna be buying more of this
next year because it is my new favorite
and the final product may look a little
bit familiar to you and it is this water bottle it looks like the famous swell
water bottles that literally everybody has but I do not have 60 bucks to waste
on a water bottle so I went to a local store and got the dry wear version looks
exactly like it but it's literally 30 bucks cheaper how much should I pay for
I think I paid 15 bucks for something like that versus 60 bucks for swell so I
love it what it does basically if you do not know it is a water bottle that is
made from metal in the inside I can see you I don't know how it works
I don't know it's like metal on the inside so basically you put like hot
chocolate or coffee and it keeps it hot if you put like iced tea or water and it
keeps it cold so I'm using this a lot on campus because when I make coffee or hot
chocolate for school by the time I get to school it's cold
same thing with cold water it gets hot but if I put it in this then it stays on
whatever temperature I make it out and it's way easier to drink and enjoy all
right you guys I have eight products I love throughout the year 2017 I hope you
guys having those amazing year and it's not going to help 2018 is that much
better if you aren't able to make all your resolutions for 2017 I hope the
2018 one or more successful for you guys and I love you guys as we win the back
we'll be having those amazing year ever and I'll see you guys in the new year

Foreign ministers of Russia and U.S. agree to not accept N. Korea as nuclear state - Duration: 1:47.
The United States and Russia have spoken with one voice on North Korea,... saying they will
not accept the regime as a nuclear power.
But the U.S. isn't interested in Moscow's offer to play the mediator between Washington
and Pyongyang.
Park Ji-won reports.
U.S. State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert said Wednesday that top diplomats from
the U.S. and Russia have agreed that they will not recognize Pyongyang as a nuclear
power.
The agreement was made during a phone call the previous day,... with both sides expressing
concerns over the North's nuclear program.
The two countries' foreign ministers also agreed to work together to resolve the issue
through diplomatic channels.
However,... regarding Russia's offer to play the role of mediator to get the U.S. and North
Korea back to the negotiating table,... Washington, in effect,... turned down the proposal, saying
it quote "has the ability to communicate with North Korea through a variety of diplomatic
channels."
This is according to a Voice of America report, quoting a State Department official.
Previously, U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson also said the U.S. has three to four direct
communication channels with the North Korean regime.
The U.S. stressed that Pyongyang needs to understand that there is a different path
that it can choose, although it is up to the regime to change its course.
Meanwhile, the U.S. also urged China to sever all economic ties with the North,... including
expelling all North Korean workers,... and to use its unique leverage over the North
to bring the regime back to the negotiation table.

Powerful coming out story!!! LOVE IS LOVE - Duration: 4:33.
(lively electronic music)
- I was 15 and I started dating a girl
that lived down the street from me.
It was my first time ever dating someone
and being official.
I was pretty pumped.
I got a hickey.
My dad saw it and was livid.
I love her.
It's a girl and I'm gonna be with her
and this is how it is.
It went terribly.
I guess she told some people and so they came to me
and asked me, are you and her gay together?
I can either cower away or I can own it,
so I'm gonna own it.
I said, yeah, what about it?
Love is not necessarily between a man and a woman.
The problem was back woods thinking,
that if you were truly a Christian, you were on my side.
And if not, you were legalistic and you needed
to reread what God was really about.
Judge not.
God being love meant God was nice and God was chill
with what you were cool with.
By 18 and 19 and 20, I was super wild and in serial
relationships with women.
When I got to nursing school, I met the girl
that I ended up being engaged to.
I kinda slowed down a little bit for her
because she had two kids.
And, then at 22 I got invited to a Bible study.
I expected them to bring up my lifestyle really early,
and then would use that as justification
for not coming back, so I agreed to go.
Different women in the circle were talking
about different experiences they had.
I have nothing like that,
and it bugged me.
I could not stop thinking,
what if all that's true?
Are you sure this is who you are?
I couldn't stop questioning.
I need to feel okay.
Because I don't feel okay anymore.
(mysterious music)
I Googled verses on homosexuality.
Those who practice homosexuality, which was me,
and also drunkards and a bunch of other things
that I would've been,
I realized that I was in the will I
enter the kingdom of God lineup.
And it scared me
really really bad.
And then I read verse 11.
And it says and such were some of you,
but you are washed.
You are sanctified, you are justified.
I realized that there are people in the same place
and they were saved and they were changed,
and that God could do that for me too
and that I needed that.
I could hold onto my sin
and reject God,
or I could turn to Him.
All the debt that I'd wracked up living like I lived
didn't have to be mine
if I could trust Him.
So that was it.
I knew what I wasn't gonna do
because it was right there, it was black and white.
I'd twisted those Scriptures before, I'd argued them down.
I'd say judge not to them like that mattered,
and then that day it was like my eyes were really opened.
I was amazed at the grace He'd shown me.
(calming music)
People say to me all the time I was born this way.
I said okay, me too.
You're not born with right affections.
That's why Jesus had to come.
You feeling a desire for sin
just proves you need grace like me.
It's not gay or straight, it's lost or saved.
God calls us not to heterosexuality but the holiness.
Even though the world would paint a totally
different story about what sexuality is and isn't,
God's word is clear and He can save and He does
and He will.

Plane makes U-turn following discovery of wrong passenger on-board - Duration: 1:19.
After flying for about eight hours, a Tokyo-bound flight, All Nippon Airways, has returned to Los Angeles, for carrying a wrong passenger, Punch reports.
The crew reportedly discovered that one of the passengers had boarded the wrong plane, thus causing the pilot to turn the aircraft around.
NAIJ. com gathers that the aircraft had to return to Los Angeles International Airport at 7:33 p. m, after departing at 11:36 a. The development was tweeted live as it unfolded by top American model, Chrissy Teigen, who was on-board the flight.
She wondered why the aircraft was turning around, hours into the journey. The airline has issued a statement saying that security procedures were what warranted the decision by the pilot to turn around.
ANA admitted that it had failed in the flight, even as it stated that it took pride in customer service. The airline is now trying to find out how the passenger boarded the wrong flight.

Meghan Markles estranged sister hits back at Prince Harry Prince Harry revealed i Kingdom Showbiz - Duration: 3:45.
Prince Harry details about his first Christmas with the Suits actress as he guest edited the Radio 4 Today programme on Wednesday.
The newly engaged prince told listeners that Meghan Markle - who is the first fiancee to be invited to spend Christmas with the royals - has quickly adjusted to his family's traditions.
'The family loved having her there. We had an amazing time staying with my brother and sister-in-law and running around with the kids.
'She's done an absolutely amazing job, she's getting in there and it's the family that I suppose she's never had' said Prince Harry.
Meghan Markle's estranged sister Samantha Grant has taken offence to his comments as took to social media on Wednesday evening to set the record stright.
Samantha insisted that Meghan in fact grew up surrounded by a 'very normal' family, with her disgruntled sister going on to accuse the Suits actress of being 'too busy'.
Samantha, who is Meghan's half-sister from her father Thomas Markle's first marriage, wrote on : 'Actually she has a large family who were always there with her and for her.
'Our household was very normal and when dad and Doria divorced, we all made it so it was like she had two houses.
'No one was estranged, she was just too busy. Read my book complete with facts and photos.'
Samantha then tweeted: 'Meg's family (our family) is complete with sister, brother, aunts, uncles, cousins, and the glue of our family, our amazing completely self-sacrificing father.
'She always had this family... Marrying merely extends it.' Repeating her stance the 52 year old insisted: 'She has a large family. She always did. Our dad is amazing and completely self sacrificing. We made it so that she had two houses. How fun it was!'
Samantha caused controversy when she announced she was planning on publishing a tell-all book about Meghan.

Special committee on unification policy reform advises gov't to be more open to N. Korean policies - Duration: 0:51.
A special policy reform committee tasked with advising South Korea's Unification Ministry
has announced the results of its three month probe into the previous conservative administration's
policies towards North Korea.
The committee said the closure of the joint Kaesong Industrial Complex was unilaterally
decided by former President Park Geun-hye... without any prior consultations with relevant
ministries or the South Korean firms operating there.
Seoul shut down the factory zone in February 2016 in response to Pyongyang's nuclear test
the month before.
The nine member committee panel also advised the government to separate humanitarian aid
and joint economic cooperation from politics and military exercises.
The committee advised the ministry to set-up a task force to help deal with enacting unification
policies into law.

flip out screen, super useful the quality is amazing it's the first camera I've ever
had that takes and films in 1080p so I absolutely love this camera
this next
product is something that my mom got me last January and it is a one-question
a day journal it is super super cool it just asks you like really cool questions
every single day for a year and is a five-year journal so I can use this for
five years and it's super super cool the questions are really fun like one of
them is what is the desktop background on your computer
another one is what is your usual breakfast just like really fun things to
get you writing because writing is super good for you and it's healthy for your
brain so that is something that I loved doing this year
one food product I have adored this year is boom chicka pop, and as you can tell it
is destroyed because I've been eating it non-stop it tastes absolutely amazing I
actually got this like pretty much every single week because it's like 70 calories
tastes amazing is actually super healthy It's basically like sweet and salty
flavored popcorn tastes amazing it is amazing it's healthy for you and I
cannot stop eating it so this has been one of my favorite
snacks of the year
next product is the argan oil and Moroccan oil shampoo from
OGX is absolutely amazing my hair has never
been like this well clean because I clean it but it's never been this
healthy like it makes my hair so super healthy when I got my hair cut a few
months ago I asked my hairdresser what's the best shampoo to get and this is what
he was using on me so it was a little bit more expensive cuz it's like hairdresser
quality but it is so worth the money I've been using it like pretty much all year and I
love it
anybody who knows me personally knows that I have a literal candle
obsession so I decided to very very difficult for me but I decided to choose
my two favorite candles of the entire year and tell you guys about them the very
first one is the bergamot and suede from Bath and Body Works
it smells like I don't know like an ocean breeze type of thing but like
really perfumed it's like a really really nice Oceanside scent and the
other one is the mahogany teekwood from Bath & Body Works it smells like a
fireplace it smells like the woods like nature it's just that I love these two
scents these are literally literally the two I would light almost every single day
every single night so these are my two favorite candles of 2017
the next
product is a hand lotion I have been loving this year it is the Coco shae
from Bath and Body Works I first got this in I think February and then I
ran out so I got another bottle on Black Friday so like November 24 so
that's like about a month and a half I think and I love it it is so so soft and
says like seriously soft lotion it is amazing I get like really really dry hands in
the winter and the fall time and this takes care of it.

How much do Flow Artists make? - Duration: 7:09.
Hey gang!
Drex here from DrexFactor.com.
So...a couple years ago I remember running across a blog post by the cellist Zoe Keating.
In it she laid out in fairly explicit detail where her income for the past year and come
from and how much it amounted to.
Even though I'd long since put my own professional music career on the backburner, it was still
really cool to see how she was earning a living and adapting to the digital landscape.
In the spirit of that, I'm going to do the same thing this year and share with you all
exactly how much this professional flow artist really makes.
Before we dive in, I just want to take a moment to give a shout out to the friends of the
channel!
Big thanks to Dark Monk, Emazing Lights, Flowtoys, Spinballs, and Ultra Poi for helping to make
the videos on this channel possible.
You can visit them all on the web by following the links down in the description of this
video.
Now, before we dive in I want to share a few caveats about the information I'm sharing.
The first is that I've had a lot of clients this year for a variety of different services.
I'm not going to share any of their names but I will share dates and amounts of payments.
The reason for this is that I want to underscore that live as a professional artist of any
sort is a very unstable one.
Sometimes you have more work than you can handle and sometimes you're eating ramen
and hoping for the phone to ring.
Second is that this is not by any means intended to be representative of the income of what
every professional flow artist makes.
For one thing I know of several artists whose income level is equal to or exceeds my own
who do it completely with performances.
I've made a few very specific choices in how I intended to focus my time this year
and the amounts that I've made through different channels reflects these choices.
Just because I'm making a specific amount through either Patreon or performance doesn't
mean that that's the maximum you could make if you wanted to try your hand at either one.
Third, I am a full-time flow artist.
I do not have a separate job from this so the number you're seeing is a reflection
of full time hustle.
It would be very, very hard to put these same numbers together by trying to do any of these
income streams part time.
Finally, I also know that making this kind of information available to the general public
is one of those things that is going to be an invitation for a wide variety of criticism.
I make no claims to be the best businessman, the best fundraiser, the best performer, the
best anything in the flow arts.
The one and only statement I'm making in creating this video is that I thought it was
cool to see Zoe Keating do this sort of thing and it made me inspired to see if anybody
in the flow world would also like to see data of this sort.
Are you better at this stuff than I am?
Outstanding!
Please share your numbers to that myself and others can learn from them.
So with that in mind I'm going to summarize what I made and go through it item by item
from smallest contribution to greatest.
I started off this year by shutting down my online store for making poi.
I made a video on why if you want to know, but suffice it to say that took away a major
source of my income.
I had a small amount of stock left over and I tried at least one experiment this year
in stocking the same kind of hippie cargo pants that I wear so often in my videos.
I managed to sell almost all my old stock but the pants themselves didn't sell very
well at all.
All told I made about $400 off my online store this year.
Next were festivals.
Since I was no longer vending poi, I raised my prices this year for my travel stipend
requests to offset the loss of income.
I knew it meant I'd travel to fewer festivals and I was totally okay with that.
Despite me increasing my rates, I still made it to five festivals this year.
My profit off of teaching at those events came to a total of $558 once you take out
the cost of airfare.
This was about 2% of my income.
Next up is my income through ad revenue on my YouTube videos.
I've been a YouTube partner for several years now, but this was definitely my biggest
year of income through the platform.
Not all my views on the platform get monetized.
I average about 97,000 views per month on YouTube but only 31,000 of those are monetized.
There's a very, very long explanation as to why but that would be better explained
in another video.
I made $1300 off YouTube in 2017 with an average of $140 per month, which I'm really happy
about.
I used to have a hard time making $50 per month so I'm going to call that progress.
This was 5% of my income.
Next up is affiliate income.
What exactly is that?
Well, when I shut down my online poi shop I switched over to a different income model.
I didn't want to make poi any more, so instead I created partnerships with companies that
did.
Basically, I have a unique code: "drexfact0r" with a zero instead of an "o."
And you can use this code at a bunch of different companies that do sell poi such as Flowtoys,
Lanternsmith, Ultrapoi, and Emazinglights.
If you use that code at checkout it tells them that the sale was my referral and thus
I get a cut and you also get a small discount on your order.
The company gets some promo, I get some income, and you get a recommendation from someone
you trust plus a discount.
Everybody wins with this system.
All told, I made about $1700 off of affiliate sales this year for about 6% of my income.
Next is a category that's a new income stream for me--paid tutorials.
I'll admit that in this category I'm being a little bit loose in how I'm defining it.
I've had people this year pay me to create custom tutorials for their own projects as
well as now using an online platform to sell my own structured courses.
These two things aren't really the same thing because in many cases the tutorials
I was paid to create were then distributed for free to the general public, but there
were a couple categories where I had to have some wiggle room or I'd have wound up with
way too many categories to have to talk about.
I made $3200 off of paid tutorials this year and it's something I'm going to be spending
a lot of time on in the coming year, too.
These made up 12% of my income.
Next is the very unhelpful category Other.
This was basically where I stuck everything that didn't have any kind of plan behind
it or that was a one-off deal that was unlikely to be repeated.
Some examples of things that wound up in this category include the workshops that I taught
in the East Bay after Burning Man, a few private lessons that I taught, coaching others on
the search engine optimization tricks that have helped my YouTube channel grow, and many
many others.
All told these added up to about $3400 of income.
Roughly 13% of the total.
Coming in at the second largest source of my income for 2017 was performance gigs.
These could be anything from corporate events to private birthday parties and the like.
I did a lot less performance in 2017 than I did in 2016.
Partially because I was focused more on my YouTube content and partially because I didn't
actively seek many of these opportunities out.
The months when I got the most gigs were April, May, and November.
My most lucrative month was January and my least lucrative month was July.
On average I made $300 per gig.
My total for the year was $7900 or about 29% of my income.
And last but least--coming in at the biggest share of my income for 2017 was my income
through Patreon!
This subscription service has been an absolute godsend for me, subsidizing my work on YouTube
and allowing me the freedom to create projects purely for the sake of creating them.
I started out the year with just under $600 of monthly income through the platform and
as of this month am earning over $800 per month.
All told, Patreon accounts for just over $8,000 or 31% of my income for the year.
If you've been keeping track, that means that my total for 2017 came to roughly $26,400
give or take.
There are a couple items yet to come in before the end of the year that I'm including estimated
income on, so the amount may change a little but only by a couple hundred dollars or so
at most.
So...that's what this professional flow artist made in 2017.
Want to dive deeper into the numbers?
I've got a short packet I've made available on my website that includes a lot of this
data--privacy protected, of course.
If you'd like to check it out, please click on the link in the description.
Let me know if this was at all helpful or informative.
And if you're also a full-time flow artist, I'd love it if you'd share this information
yourself so we can compare notes.
It's really easy to get embarrassed or scared to talk about money but honestly I think having
more information out there is never a bad thing.
Thanks so much for watching.

my channel grow!

Best Musician Earplugs // Best Budget Earplugs for Music (TheMusicVlogger) - Duration: 5:59.
*clapping to sync audio
Hey guys, how's it going? it's TheMusicVlogger back with another video and today
We have two products we're looking at; more specifically one product... I believe two separate colors
This company reached out to me, and they decided to send me some high fidelity earplugs and as you guys know
I've made videos about that in the past - uhh high fidelity earplugs and these videos did really well
And so I looked at this product page
These are way cheaper than the ones I reviewed, but they look identical like they look like the same thing
Let's just crack right into these
*opening package like a child
Open I'll tell you that just rip it. It's almost Christmas time
Okay, no way I?
Thought that was just like
No way that comes with three separate earplug sets
Okay, so on their product page it shows three
But I thought that was just like a display of the colors this actually comes with three sets of earplugs here. Oh
I see what it is. Okay, so there's three actual sizes, so that's the small one right there
Imagine that this is okay. This is the medium one
Now what I am noticing about these earplugs specifically is that they seem to be more silicone based
like they're
Entirely squishy where the other ones seem to have like some plastic in there. Maybe that made them a little more firm
Okay
Close almost fit
I'm still hearing everything
Decently so I think that's not quite block them off
But that's the medium, and then here is the large so if you're someone who has smaller ears
These are gonna be the earplugs for you. I haven't actually seen a pair of high fidelity ear plugs that comes with
multiple
Sizes that's crazy Wow okay, so the large actually has a cosmetic difference, and I think maybe
What you're supposed to do is pop out that little filter. That's in there and
It seems like you just remove it and put it into the size that you need okay, yeah
Still live
Okay, so it passed the shake test and also passed the comfort test. I mean once these are in your ear
They really feel identical to the more expensive earplugs. Let's put these aside and look at this other color, okay
yeah, so this is black and
Three different sizes again
And these are white
These earplugs are Wow okay and so for less than $20 you can get a set of three earplugs
You know of three different sizes, so you're sure that it's gonna fit you well if you're someone with small ears
This is definitely the ear plug to get and
Those acoustic filters looks like they just will pop right out and go into the one you need them to that's really cool
Same deal with these I think this is the exact same case the more expensive ear plugs come in this like
Jar, that holds it. It's real small. It's nice. I have it on my on my notebook as many of you know so black and
blue
with an assortment of different sizes
and if we have instructions
English
Okay, just like I expected the acoustic filters are supposed to get transferred into the size
That is proper for your ears, and it gives you actually pretty detailed instructions on how to do that
And it seems like it actually was written by someone who knows English. Okay? Wow. I am thoroughly impressed
As far as testing durability of these we're not gonna know for a couple months. I am gonna wear them. I'm gonna try them
But I guess if you want to know how durable these are you're gonna have to subscribe and come back for some future videos so
With that there is a button that you can hit if you don't like this video
It's specifically for the haters out there, but if you are wanting to show me some support
There's a button right next to it. You just slide your finger over hit that one
That's the like button also the subscribing bell are up there. Those are good buttons to hit
I think they give you superpowers or let you breathe under what oil is it breathe was it breathing underwater
Okay, breathes underwater, but that's it. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. I'll talk to you guys later and peace
Did you get good shots
