In an under reported story that actually happened a few days before Christmas Day this year,
Attorney General Jeff Sessions and the entire Donald Trump Justice Department, decided that
it was perfectly fine for courts around the country to throw people in jail because they're
poor.
You see, back in 2016, Barrack Obama, while he was still president had his Justice Department
draft a rule that says that cities and states can no longer throw people in jail if they
are too poor to pay their court fees.
Now, if anybody has ever had to go to court, even for a routine traffic ticket, a court
fee can be as little as $250, just to go to dispute a traffic ticket.
You still have to pay $250 whether you win or lose.
And the court fees go up from there.
Some states are slightly lower than that but I can tell you from first hand experience,
in the State of Florida, if you want to dispute a traffic ticket, $250 just to have your case
heard.
Now, in the past, before Obama came up with this rule and the Justice Department enforced
it, people in southern states, mostly Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Florida, the courts were
throwing people in prison because they couldn't afford those astronomical court fees whenever
they had to appear in front of the judge.
They were not given a trial, they were not ... had their case heard about their inability
to pay by anyone, they were just locked up immediately if they were unable to pay.
Obama's Justice Department said hey, we can't do this.
We can't bring back Debtor's Prisons here in the United States.
But, according to Donald Trump, Jeff Sessions, and the entire Republican Justice Department
that we have now, they're perfectly fine with that.
Jeff Sessions rescinded that Obama era rule, which now means that courts across this country
can throw you in jail if you are unable to pay your court fees or any fines imposed by
a court or a traffic ticket or anything like that.
If you do not have enough money, if you don't meet the standards that Republicans want you
to meet, you can go to jail.
You don't get to have your case heard by a court.
You don't get to appeal it.
You go straight to jail because you are poor and that is exactly what the Republicans have
been wanting to do for years.
That's why this whole system was in place to begin with.
Get the poor people off the street so we don't have to look at them as we drive through town.
Get 'em out of here so we don't have to think about 'em.
Just put 'em in jail.
They'll be fine.
The society will be better without these poor people mooching off of us.
Yeah, it's gonna cost us a ton of money to have to feed and clothe and wash them in prison
but, at least we don't have to see them and we don't have to deal with them.
And hey, in most states, they won't be able to vote anymore because they have a criminal
record.
How great is that, ladies and gentlemen?
But, that's the Republican plan.
So, just remember that when you go to the polls in 2018 for the mid-terms.
The Republicans are not only okay with courts sending people to jail for being poor but
they actively and openly have endorsed it.

MISTRZ SWIATA STRENGTH WARS! The FACELESS World Champion Strength Wars! - Duration: 9:49.
Hey. After the final Strength Wars. I WON!!!
Now a summary of preparations for the final.
As you can see, there were many events related to the Strength Wars.
In addition to Strength Wars I participated in powerlifting competitions. I won the Polish Championship.
and European Championship Street Workout.
In December, the knee was very bad. It hurt in everyday activities.
Knee injuries caused back injuries
at night I went to the toilet and could not get back to bed. I lay 20 minutes on the ground bexause of back pain.
In the morning I wanted to go to the physiotherapist Bartek Garbaciak.
next to the car my keys fell. When I was lifiting the keys from the ground, I was hurt by the spine.
I lay on the ground in the rain. I could not move. Somehow I managed to get back home.
it was 7 days before the final of Strength Wars.
The preparations have been wasted
I changed my strength training for physiotherapy training.
and orthopedist Mariusz Puszkarz
I had a "blockage" injection 3 times in the knee. They did work well.
I felt my knee in the final.
A week earlier I gave up on pull-up and dips.
I saved my elbow.
Dips were to be the final of Strength Wars. I trained once and the weigjt was light (60kgx10).
Final exercises. The first deadlift exercise 240kgx10 it was not problem for me.
Because my PR is 300-310kgx10.
Without form, with an injury the weight was light.
I could control my opponent, breath and strength.
Second exercises Push press
The orthopedist and physiotherapist forbade me to do this exercise.
Push press is painful for me. Can cause permanent damage to health.
Only in the final Strength Wars I found out that they will be Push Press instead of dips.
Before the fight I coukd bend my elbow so
After the fight here
I could not bend anymore
I had a hard time driving a car even hold a spoon.
I did this exercise for good luck.
The goal was to control the rival repeat.
Safe lowering of the bar. I had wide grip.
I risked a shoulder injury, but I had to do it.
I threw the bar into the ground. I did not want to risk it.
I felt my pain more and more
My PR behind neck press is 150kgx8
but I,m not doing it in the front for 2 years.
The last exercise - squat
Plans were for 220kgx10. On the competition place there has been a change to 210kgx10.
Squat were hard for Anabolic Horse.
I controlled everything.
I knew that if the Anabolic Horse will not 8 reps before I fininsh the Push Press, he loses.
Squat I made for 2 parts.
because the belt bothered me. I could not breathe well.
I have not used the belt for several months.
Belt in the final bothered me.
The weight barbell was small but I had to watch out for the back.
I know I'm whining. An injury here,an injury there..
but the end result is...I've got a red shirt on.
I'm a winner, a leader, a league champion.
There were many strength events.
I had to be prepared to fight every month. There was no time for treatment.
various exercises did not let me rest
I won everything this year
almost every event had the best time or a much better time.
I won too in powerlifting and street workout
Year was successful.
Thanks for GIGASNUTRITION! League Strength Wars sponsor!

Tragedy into Triumph - Inky Johnson Inspirational & Motivational Video - Duration: 9:54.
I come into my junior year and I'm about to get exactly what I want
About to get this thing called NFL
And I'm ten games away from this dream
That I wanted my whole life right this thing that I've been working for my whole life my whole life is dedicated to this
One game
I'm up Saturday mornings four o'clock five o'clock in the morning two miles to a fire station two miles back home I'm in the park
9:30 10:00 at night doing
Everything in my life surrounded the game of football I'm sitting at home at night I'm throwing balls up to the ceiling and I'm catching
them different type of ways trying to see if a receiver wants to check me if I want to catch an intercept like everything revolved
around this game and I finally get in the position in my life to where now I'm ten games away from it I've got the
paperwork that states I'm about to be an NFL draft pick
NFL on top of the paper Inky Johnson projected top thirty automatic
Multi-millionaire now all you have to do the hard part's over just play the next ten football games Ink you've made it
And I go out in a silly game against Air Force, two minutes left and I go to make a tackle
that I can make with my eyes closed
And I hit this guy and as soon as I hit him I knew it was a
problem but i didn't think it would be this type of problem
Like you know
How when things happen like I didn't expect that but I don't think it's gonna be anything too crazy
And when I hit him every breath from my body left my body goes completely limp
I fall to the ground I blacked out my eyes open I'm still not you know too concerned because it's football
I told pastor I never thought about a career-ending injury, you have injuries within the game
When my eyes open guys run over Ink let's rock man let's go let's finish them off and I'm like I can't
Like what do you mean you can't you are our starting corner get up you can nurse your injury after the game man
Like no I can't they said what do you mean you can't I can't move
It's a shock neck to my toes I can't feel anything
Shock leaves it stays in my right arm in hand I'm like maybe I got a bad stinger
They put me on the spine board wheeling me off the field
Doctor says to me as he's walking beside me I don't know how you're still alive son you don't have any pulse. We get to
the ambulance my father standing there I'm like pops I laid it on him right I put it on him right my dad's like yeah
but I think you got the worst part of this one Ink
Doctor say we're gonna take you over run a couple of tests bring you back into the room everything will be cool
They run the tests they bring me back into the room mom comes in kisses praise
Son you'll be fine she's going to walk out doctors rush in head boy says hey man got to rush him back to surgery he's about
to die
And I look at him and I want to ask him like man you can't use another word like use a synonym brother
Why you gotta say die like you sure die man
And he could tell from how I'm looking at him that I'm questioning him
He says to me you've ruptured a subclavian artery in your chest you're bleeding internally
If we don't perform his surgery tonight I guarantee you you won't be here in the morning
From seven years old to 20 years old bowled down to one moment
The sacrifice, the dedication, the commitment
Came down to one moment
And the next morning when I woke up from that surgery
The NFL on my scale of life
Was that big
SEC championship
That big
Cornerback
That big, I was embarrassed
I'm sitting there and people coming into my room like Inky man
I'm sorry about what happened to you
And I'm saying to myself
Man Ink you really messed it up this time
Like man that's really the only thing you wanted huh
Like you just thought because you grew up in this so-called hood
Two bedroom home, 14 people
Like the only thing you really wanted was the NFL that's it
I'm like man you limited God to that
Like life holds no substance no value like efficient but not effective. I did things right but I never did the right thing
And now the thing I place my identity in now it is gone That's why I laugh at people when they say man if I
could just get this i'll be
Man if I could just get this position I'll be whoo. Man if I could just get this amount of money I'll be I'm like
But what happens even if you get it or you don't get it. What happens when God says yes and no
Like do you have the ability to accept what you don't understand
Can you still see God's plan when it didn't go the way that you thought it would go
Can you handle when things get off course I'm sitting there and I'm thinking like man I'm eight games away and God is
redirecting me and I'm like God just let me get to the NFL then redirect me
Like let me get the contract then redirect me so that I can help my family and Gods like no
son I need you to really go that way and I'm like you sure like man I need to go this way
He's like no I need you to go this way I got something better it now i might take a little longer to manifest
but I got something even sweeter
Like I got something more fulfilling I got something more rewarding I got something son that's gonna carry you for the rest of your life
Like it's an amazing thing I knew this was what I was supposed to be doing when
One day
I'm backstage and I got the same feeling that I got when I used to be in the tunnel before I was running out in
Neyland Stadium
I said thank you God
And so now I live my life a certain type of way according to what God has done
I live my life a certain type of way
according to the power that I know the lord possess I live my life a certain type like when I go to the lord in
prayer I go bold
And every time I go bold I'm so thankful that that's not me and my lord's first time communicating
And people have the nerve to ask me all the time Inky why wouldn't you change what happened to you you got a paralyzed right
arm and hand
I'm like if you only knew and if you only saw the works that God has done in people's lives around me what he's done
in me yea it's great it's cool but what God has done in the people's lives around me like you can't put a price on that
Like at a certain point like what is it really about
Like and I know the initial
reaction when we go through things is to say man why does this have to happen to me and that's an honest reaction
Because sometimes good people go through some crazy stuff
And some of the things we go through I'm just be real there's not a scripture for it
It's not you can't go, hey go to roman's 2:2 they're like what
There's not
But this is what I've understood in life some people don't need you to preach a sermon they need you to live one
And so when they see you living it
They can connect and identify with that
The only thing I ask of you
As talented as brilliant as powerful as beautiful as you are
Never allow life to make you forget why you started in the first place
Meaning that first time you said man I'm riding with Christ let's go
That first feeling you got like that first
interaction that first connection you got like when you first got it it's like when people say at the beginning everybody is excited
Everybody is on fire but at a certain point you hit something along the journey and it's going to test that level of commitment
At a certain point you're gonna hit something is gonna test that level of faith and my definition of commitment was always
Staying true to what I said I would do long after the mood that I've said it in has left
Like am I gonna stay true to my beliefs and my
core and my
essence of who I am as an individual even if I get a paralyzed right arm and hand am I gonna stay true to even
if my career that I thought I was gonna have
disappears am I gonna stay true to it even if one day I'm in a football game the thing I love to do
The thing I have been practicing my whole life and then one moment it gets wiped out am I gonna stay true to it
Because depending upon if I'm gonna stay true to it a lot of other people's belief in their christian journey is predicated upon that in
my belief and my christian journey. In other words I've seen a lot of other people say Inky I want to give my life to
Christ not because of something that happened with me but because of something I've seen happen to you
And so when ESPN comes to me and says Ink you would be in the NFL right now like if you only knew
If you only knew my father got saved because of my injury
If you only knew
My three boys that went first round to the NFL all of them got saved if you only knew
If you only knew my mother the level of affect like if you only knew
Like I just seen God do some things through the injury and I'm like man every day I wake up I just try
to stay out of His way
I'm gonna leave you with this
We already know what to do when God says yes
We already know what to do when we get blessed. We already know what to do when our prayers get answered
But the question that I have for you and it's rhetorical what will you do when God says no

The Best Politicians of the Year? - VisualPolitik EN - Duration: 13:35.
2017 is coming to an end.
Gone is a year full of emotions in which our community has grown and grown as we would've
never expected.
So here, once again, and on behalf of the entire team:
Thank you so much for joining us every week!
Having said that, with this video we wanted to end this year with what we hope will be
the start of a tradition…
So, without further ado, here are the 2017 VISUALPOLITIK awards.
First of all, a note.
We decided to give out 4 awards, because it's 4 of us who make the VisualPolitik team.
So lets get into them.
Due to his growing leadership and strong defense of civil rights, one of the VisualPolitik
awards is for Justin Trudeau.
It can't be denied that the Canadian Prime Minister has been one of the great protagonists
of 2017...
Yes, we can say that this has been a particularly busy year for Trudeau, a year in which this
young politician has become, in the eyes of the world, something like the anti-Trump:
In the last 12 months, only in 2017, his actions in the field of human rights has been quite
extensive.
How about some examples?
Well, the prime minister kicked off the year with the "Welcome to Canada" campaign, which
aimed to welcome refugees... and we could say that he's really done it… making the
European Union look pretty bad due to their lack of commitment on this issue;
In 2017 he also gave honorary citizenship of Canada to the Nobel Peace Prize winner,
Malala Yousafzai, a Pakistani activist who fights for women's rights, and who has been
brutally persecuted and attacked by the Taliban;
He has also worked hard (as we saw in a video on this channel) on his integration and recognition
of the indigenous people agenda;
And last but not least, in a historic speech he made before Parliament last November, Trudeau
officially apologized, on behalf of the federal government, for the repression that the government
exercised against members of the LGBT community until the 90s.
But, that's not all...
Throughout this year, Trudeau's government also reaffirmed its intention to legalize
the recreational use of marijuana.
He has even announced that the government will increase its number of residency permits
so that new immigrants can enter the country in search of a better future.
Not much else you could ask for in a single year…
But... some of you may be thinking... okay, okay, lots of civil rights stuff… but Simon,
couldn't this just be a distraction from their economy because it isn't really working?
Well no because, in economic matters, things aren't going badly:
The Canadian economy expects to close 2017 with 3% growth with its lowest unemployment
rate in 10 years.
Along these same lines, in 2017 Trudeau ratified his free trade agreement with the European
Union; and has remained firm with Donald Trump regarding gas.
He also now has his sights on Asia, especially China.
It's true though that things are going slower than expected, but even so there's a very
good chance that Canada will end up becoming a great bridge between the American and Chinese
economies.
Yes, that's right, folks, while we may not completely agree with Justin Trudeau's agenda,
we do think that he is contributing to the construction of a better and freer world for
all.
So from us, Congratulations, Justin!
The next VisualPolitik award is for [drumroll] Tsai Ing-Wen, the President of Taiwan!
And, this prize is a bit special, and somewhat different... because with it we won't recognize
political successes but the will and ability to resist.
Allow me to explain...
We decided to give this award to Tsai Ing-Wen for two main reasons:
First, for being the first female president of Taiwan and for being a symbol to other
East Asian societies.
Second, for her firm will to defend Taiwan's democracy and freedom in the face of Beijing's
desire for reunification.
Because... let's not forget that this country has one of the most flourishing and alive
democracies in the region and China, as you may know… is a dictatorship.
The fact is that 2017 has been a difficult year for the island and for its president.
China has unleashed a political and economic war against Taiwan, the likes of which has
not been seen for years.
This all resulted in President Tsai's refusal to commit to the so-called "1992 Consensus"
- an agreement under which China is recognized as a single entity.
And of course, if something's clear, it is that all this economic and political pressure
poses a huge problem for this country - 40% of its exports depend on mainland China.
However, dear friends, far from surrendering, Tsai Ing-Wen's government has reinforced
its political strategy to seek and consolidate alternatives to China, mainly opening up to
the Southeast Asian, Australian and New Zealand markets.
This is known as the 'New Southbound Policy'
And so far, results have been quite good:
Trade with these countries is growing strong, at rates of 7%; the Taiwanese economy has
regained some vigor and investors have regained confidence in this country.
This has resulted in quite a bit of pressure on China.
So, well, even though we don't like some things about this government, such as their
slowness when facing reforms, we really believe that their spirit of resistance to China's
pressure justifies this choice.
Yes, friction with Beijing may not be most convenient for the island's interests, but
I think we need to make two things clear:
First, when we talk about resistance, we're talking about protecting one of the most democratic
and liberal regimes in Asia; and second, according to polls, this policy is clearly backed by
the Taiwanese society.
Due to all of this, Tsai-Ing Wen, gets one of this years VisualPolitik awards
Let's continue.
The next award doesn't go just for one politician but to an entire political party.
And this is the Czech Pirate Party.
And so now you might be wondering… well... why?
What did the Czech Pirates do to be named one of the politicians of the year?
Well, they came third in the Czech Parliamentary elections this year becoming the second most
voted for pirate party on the planet... only surpassed by the Icelandic Pirate Party.
The first question to be answer here is…
What do the PIRATE PARTY stand for?
Well, the pirate ideology, or, as they like to call it, the pirate movement, was born
in Sweden in the year 2005.
They wanted to protect online privacy and to reform copyright laws.
This is why they are called the pirate party.
According to them, copyright laws are needless barriers for entrepreneurs and only help for
big corporations stay on top.
OK, OK!
And hold on just a second because I know what you are thinking now…
Does this mean we, at VisualPolitik, are against copyright and intellectual property law?
Far from it!
But the truth is… this pirate movement has changed a lot since 2005.
Now their manifesto covers far more than what it started with, from economy to foreign policy.
In fact, there is a big difference between the pirate parties of different countries.
Just like a Swedish socialdemocrat has nothing to do with a Spanish socialdemocrat, an Icelandic
pirate is seldom similar to a Czech pirate.
So what do the Czech Pirates stand for?
First of all, tech lovers as they are, they want to implement eGovernment solutions in
the way Estonia did.
It makes absolutely no sense that today, in the 21st century, you need to wait in line
for more than 4 hours in an administrative office in order to report that you changed
your residence.
This happens today in the Czech Republic.
And I live here, and I've done it, and it's a huge pain in the arse.
And this kind of bureaucracy madness is not only time consuming but also, a big share
of the government budget.
Estonia has saved millions thanks to this reforms, and they should be a model for other
countries.
Plus, the Czech pirates stand for freedom of movement, freedom of speech and fiscal
responsibility.
During their campaign, they avoided the temptation of promising more spending or giving grants
to anyone.
Which was especially alluring in an election full of populist candidates.
And, on the top of all that… they want to legalize weed!
With this program, the Czech pirates came in third in one of the Czech Repuplcs most
notable elections in history.
Usually, in most of the countries there are 2 or 3 main political force, but not anymore
in the Czech Republic.
First place went to the ANO BUDE LIP party and their leader, ANDREJ BABIŠ… but he
only obtained less than 30% of the vote.
Right after him is the center-right ODS party who made little more than 10%.
And below those, with almost the same percentage, there were the PIRATES.
This pirates surpassed other charismatic and radical politicians like the communist party
and Mr. Tomio Okamura, an anti-immigration candidate.
Just as a funny note here, My Okamura, is actually originally from Japan.
So when you walk down the streets of Prague during the elections times, you see big billboards
with the picture of a Japanese dude, saying "Say NO to immigration".
It was quite a laugh.
So, in other words, the Czech Pirates have obtained surprising results with a solid and
rational manifesto.
Some of their proposals are better than others.
But in general, they deserve our applause,,, So "Gratulujeme našim přátelům z Pirátské
strany!
"
Last but not least, the fourth awarded is…because he couldn't be out of the list…
Emmanuel Macron.
What can we say about Mr. Macron?
He is one of the biggest surprises of the year.
First of all, he had to create his own political party from 0.
Yep, you heard that right.
He started his political career as the Finance Minister inside of the Socialdemocrat Government
of MANUEL VALLS.
But he was not affiliated with that party.
He was an independent, hired because of his achievements working in the finance industry.
And make no mistake!
He had not an easy job.
France has been in crisis for years.
As we said in this other video, this country used to be one of the World's biggest economies
but, now, its companies find it hard to compete in the international market.
Part of this is due to their economic policies.
The truth is… for decades, France followed the ideology of Charles de Gaulle.
A man who led the country's economy as if it was an army.
De Gaulle was obsessed with protecting French companies from the outside world...
But the World is rather different today.
And…
Macron wants a 180 degree shift on this French economic theory.
His manifesto was solid and rational.
He didn't promise any of those things which are impossible to achieve once you are in
office.
And… despite all of this…
He won by a landslide victory!
And that's not only the presidential elections the parliamentary ones too!
And if this wasn't impressive enough he also did it against Marine Le Pen, the champion
of European populism.
Prior to the foundation of Mr. Macron's party, EN MARCHE!, pollsters said Le Pen had
the victory guaranteed.
But…
Macron proved them wrong.
Now we just ask him not to disappoint us during 2018.
In the meantime…
Congratulations, Emmanuel!
Well, these were the 2017 VISUALPOLITIK awards.
But before we say goodbye, we want to wish a happy 2018 to all the people who follow
us week after week, people who are already part of this community and who have made it
possible for this channel to exist.
Thanks to all of you, and have a great 2018.

6 Signs You're Just Too Sick to Exercise
1.
You Feel Dizzy
Popular lifestyle magazine, Cosmopolitan recalls a tennis match when top-seeded competitor,
Serena Williams, seemed disoriented and was off her game.
Turns out she had a viral illness.
The illness caused her difficulty in simple tasks, like bouncing a tennis ball.
She was eventually removed from the match after the doctor was called in.
If you're feeling light-headed or dizzy, it's not going to help to force your body
into performing, even if the stakes are high.
Also, the last thing you want is to have a 200-pound barbell over your head while having
a dizzy spell.

Persistent Cough
Many individuals think they can work off their illness, which can lead to whatever ails you
becoming much worse, says Men's Health magazine.
If you have congestion in your lungs, or a dry, hacking cough, take a day off from the
gym.
Besides, who wants a dude hacking his lungs out at the gym, especially when you're sharing
the same equipment?
As the mag points out, "You can't sweat your way back to health".
Recovery will speed up if you give your body a bit of a break so it can fight off the illness.
Unless you're running from a bull, perhaps it's best to allow yourself some chill time.
3.
You Have a Fever
Again, it's a very bad idea to lift weights or perform other strenuous exercises when
you're battling the flu, according to Men's Health magazine.
You may feel like you're recovering and that it's a cop-out to skip a lifting session,
but you could still be running a temperature.
The magazine points out that working out with a fever can add to your risk of becoming dehydrated,
which in a worst case scenario can lead to heart failure.
4.
You've Had a Recent Asthma Attack
WebMD suggests staying far away from the weight room if you've had a recent flare-up of
a respiratory illness, such as asthma.
The health source suggests taking a few days off from the gym, or at least getting the
green light from your doctor.
Even with the okay from a physician, you should still take precautions not to overdo it too
early.
WebMD says you should warm up for at least 10 minutes before beginning low-to-moderate
exercise (indoor swimming is a good choice in this situation).
It's also good to spread out your exercise routine, and stop if you feel any shortness
of breath coming on.
5.
Your Body Aches
Sure, sometimes a workout can cause some soreness in your muscles.
However, if you're experiencing other symptoms, such as congestion or shivers, then it's
time to take a break from high intensity workouts, says the Washington Post.
Body aches often come with "big-kahuna" colds that can knock you on your backside—especially
if you're not careful and don't give your body a chance to recover, said the newspaper.
6.
Rest Days Are Important
Also, if you're very sore all the time from working out (when you've been lifting weights
for weeks or months and even if you're not sick), then you may want to tone it down a
bit.
Consistency is key, not by breaking yourself.
And rest and recovery is a vital part of building muscle, endurance, and tone.
Remember, missing a day or two at the gym is not going to destroy your workout goals.
However, working out with flu symptoms could knock you out of commission for much longer.

6 Signs You're Just Too Sick to Exercise

Easily Restore Your Headlights! | 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse | Chemical Guys Car Care - Duration: 2:49.
What's up guys, welcome back to the Detail Garage.
Today, we have a quick tip on how to get your headlights looking right.
This is a 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse, you probably recognize where it is from but the headlights
have oxidized and the clear coat is failing so we are going to bring back that shine and
clarity by polishing it.
We don't have a lot of time, we are going to be using Headlight Restorer Polish.
This is a one step polish that simple breaks down the layer of oxidation to reveal fresh
plastic which shows off the clarity.
We are going to use a drill to save some time.
I've already washed the car and I'll clean up the headlight again using some quick detail
spray.
Using some Hybrid V7 Quick Detail Spray which is one of my favorite quick detailers.
Wiping off the headlight to remove the particles of dirt or anything else that could affect
the polishing process.
We are also going to tape off around the headlight to prevent damaging the paint and rubber around
the headlight.
Now that the headlight has been masked off, this is
going to protect the surrounding area.
Lets get the drill which I have already attached a three inch rotary backing plate with the
Good Screw Adapter.
Using Headlight Restorer Polish, shake it up as always.
Since we are working on a small area we are only going to use three drops.
We will work it until it has gone translucent or basically clear then buff it off to check
our work.
Blotch it out as if we were polishing paint and on the lowest speed setting or as slow
as we can get this to spin we will spread this out.
Then on the highest speed setting we can break down the polish.
Well guys after taking the tape off and wiping away the excess we can see that in just one
step the headlight looks great.
I've removed the light layer of oxidation as well as the failing clear coat.
Now you can see it has a factory finish.
To check out this product for yourself head over to our website.
If you like this car or this video be sure to give it a thumbs up.
We'll see you next time right here in the Detail Garage.

The County Seat 2017 Review - Duration: 28:51.
Hi everybody welcome to our year end wrap up
with The County Seat I'm your host Chad Booth.
Joining us later in the show will be Lincoln
Shurtz and Adam Trupp from the Utah Assoc. of
Counties. Rather than do a lot of philosophizing
about the great stories of the year or the most
important ones we are just going to recap them
quickly and point towards next year. Let's start
with the most recent, Medicaid Expansion.
through what was entailed in this waiver and
what it said it would cover I was surprised there
were a lot of things that I would not have
anticipated being a coverable Medicaid
expense. How broad is this Dr. Shiozawa?
It's broad in the sense that it is directed to
specific population. When we think of Medicaid
in one circumstance we can say well it's going
to help those people that are poor say a women
who is pregnant or someone who has children
and they can just get general coverage. But
what this waiver does is specifically focus on a
specific population those people in the
homeless situation who have drug and mental
health problems and who have problems with
the justice system. So when they are involved
in that whether it's through the judiciary system
the mental health courts or how they find their
way into that particular category then these
dollars are then focused specific treatments to
help them. Let's say they are like substance
abuse maybe putting the into either outpatient
or inpatient treatment programs. The
residential treatment program I'll just see how
other groups are going to get funding for many
many beds they did not have before to bring
these patients ins they don't go directly from
the jail back onto the street. Or from mental
health courts out into some hotel with an ankle
bracelet but rather into a treatment program
that can give them not only treatment whether
physical or medical assisted treatment
counseling and then also getting them back into
better health and maybe even into a job so
really stabilizing here.
treatment beds and jail beds and making sure
they are expanded or capable facilities with the
jail and I noticed even some kind of elements of
police training. How that fix into the mix does
are they all crucial to make work?
It's going to be hard to have this program
succeed first of all until we know how it is going
to work but without enforcement downtown in
the Rio Grande area to protect not only those
people that are homeless but those citizens
around them and to prevent that vulnerable
population from being preyed upon by the drug
dealers. We are going to have to have more
police and then for those people who really are
drug abusers or violating the law then they have
to to into jail and we have to have under the JRI
for example the Justice Reinvestment Initiative
we have to have funding for that which we did
not get before because we never expanded
Medicaid. And then to get them from there
into residential treatment or outpatient
treatment into programs all three of these
various factors are important. So when you
look at ate judicial system what's it supposed to
accomplish. Well public safety right,
accountability and rehabilitation and if you take
away one of those three aspects you are going
to have a failure in that system and we have to
have that rehabilitation we have been pretty
good with accountability and we are pretty
good with public safety now let's get into the
rehabilitation portion.
So there you have our first topic Medicaid
expansion so to talk about the importance and
relevance of the counties we have Adam Trupp
who is the CEO of the Utah Assoc. of Counties
and their legislative director of affairs Lincoln
Shurtz. All right why was Medicaid expansion
such a big deal this year?
Well it was a long fought effort a very complex
effort of trying to get a state proposal through
the federal government to try and address
specific needs that are identified in our state to
deal with people who have substance abuse
disorders mental health issues who are involved
in the criminal justice system or who are trying
to avoid involvement in the criminal justice
system and by making the expansion possible
that was made and approved by the federal
government we have created the opportunity
for many more people to get the treatment
and medical care that they do need.
And trying to contextualize the politics of all this
right at the same time we are trying to get
expansion through the state of Utah to cover
this JRI population you have the Trump
administration who is trying to pull back the
affordable care act and so navigating those
politics has been not easy for the speaker and
for Representative Dunnigan who did an
amazing job in getting the Trump
administration to approve this waiver which
many thought was going to be accomplishable
with the current political dynamic about ACA.
And yet just a year ago you had an
administration that was very willing and a state
legislature that was going wait and hold on.
And then the administration 18 months ago
who took 18 months and did nothing with the
waiver so pretty interesting times.
Correct and it gave the state of Utah the
opportunity to say this is what we would like to
have in our state and now the administration is
able to say okay show us if it works we will give
your that leeway and let's see if that works and
meets the needs in your state.
Yes, a great win for states' rights if you are of
that ilk.
There you go that is a good way to end the first
segment we will be back and our next question
and topic for importance opioids and lawsuits.
Back with The County Seat in just a minute.
Welcome back to The County Seat this is our
yearend review. You know of the things that
caught most attention there are several
problems that are all tied into one base
problem and that is the explosion of opioid
abuse. In all forms. We decided that was one
of our top stories of the year and we are going
to talk about a recent phenomenon of taking on
the drug companies that started this problem.
Yes, it is completely different. The paradigm
has completely changed. You know people
think of drugs they think of the dirty side of
town. What we are seeing is it is not
necessarily the case anymore. It used to be
drugs come in a baggy what about the drugs
that come in a bottle you cannot divorce the
two. We are literally seeing soccer moms,
clergy, business men, and high school kids,
grade school kids getting hooked on opioids,
quietly at home and not talking about it
because they do not want to deal with the
stigma of shame that may come with that
quietly dying at home. Something I have never
seen before. That is how pervasive this is. That
is the difference now we are no longer dealing
with the seedy side of town. We are dealing
with the home.
Commissioner Lee talk to me for a minute
about what Utah County has done as you have
been a headline maker as far as what is
happening with this and I was very surprised
but gratified when I read the headline.
Yes, in looking at this, this is not something that
is behind the scenes as mentioned here. These
are faces that we see we all know them it's in
our neighborhoods it's in our families it's there
all the time and we cannot just duck away from
this. As elected officials we have taken an
sworn oath to protect and defend and that
means to the citizens of our counties as well as
we look at that in a realistic manner we have to
stand up to some of these issues and say here
we are we are going to make a stand on it is not
something we are just going to hide behind and
say maybe some other day. That is a big point.
want to jump to that quickly. They are saying
out there that opioids are safe and effective
that they treat chronic and non-cancer pain.
They also say that the existence of scientific
evidence that opioids are affective for long term
use. It is a narrative that is not correct and as
elected officials and as we are looking at this it
does not just affect the people we have it
within our sheriff's department where we are
looking at the jails we deal with it on a regular
basis. Our Wasatch mental health issues the
drug and alcohol abuse all of the substance that
we are trying to alleviate they are their
constantly. It affects the county on its bottom
line with the budgeting because we have to go
after and deal with these issues. There are in
our emergency rooms we have every day more
than 1000 people treated in the emergency
rooms for misuse of prescription drugs. Not for
the proper use but misuse of prescription drugs.
These need to be addressed we are not
necessarily going out there and saying we want
to have everybody always feel pain all the time
but it's the misuse and then the leading as it
gets into the drug abuses and the drug
overdoses that are a big concern for us and we
have that standing in the county where we are
directly affected by that and we are leading out
and we are saying we need to pursue legal
actions to turn the tide of this or to at least
address it.
Let's take a shot at the opioids and the lawsuit
on first blush this looks like suing opioid
companies seems like I want to blame
somebody but I guess there is a rationale to
this.
There definitely is and again I am not going to
try and go into the proof of all the legal cases
right now but the fact is that there are facts and
there are theories by the counties across the
country that have brought these lawsuits that
are essentially akin to the tobacco lawsuits from
years ago and based on many of the same kinds
of claims and that is a manufacturer of a
product mislead the public and mislead
individual to believe that this was a good thing
to use and that it was not addictive and that
there were not significant health problems that
you would face and as the result of that many
people followed the advice from the makers
and from their doctors and that is how we end
up in a situation we are in now. Now in the
long run does that play out so that counties can
recover money for the costs of service that they
provided as a result of those situations? We do
not know but there is certainly a claim that is
justified so we will see what happens and I am
hopeful that counties will join in to figure out
whether or not they do have an interest in
continuing.
Does that open up a flood gate for individuals to
pursue the same line as some kind of class
action?
I think there is likelihood there will be a class
action lawsuit. The question is jurisdiction. Is
this going to be handled in state court or is this
going to be handled in federal court? And by
Utah counties coming forward and putting
forward claims the hope is it will be handled in
state court vs. a federal class action case. So
that is part of the reason and the logic behind
doing something locally as you can have more
control from the state court process than you
would otherwise have through a federal court
process.
And again this is an issue of local government,
local interests and let's find out what the facts
show. Let's find out as we move forward
whether there is a claim or people are just
trying to find someone to blame.
And now question this epidemic has plagued
the budgets of counties as we provide services
to try and remedy what is going on.
I.E. Medicaid expansion.
Absolutely.
Okay we will take a break and back with The
County Seat with our next topic.
Welcome back to The County Seat we are
continuing our review of the most important
stories of the year perhaps the one that has
gotten the most air time and editorial time the
most coverage time was the declaration of the
Bears Ears National Monument. Now from the
time the year started to the time that it ended
there were many things that have happened
and it's happened in an incredibly short period
of time. Now over our course of conversation is
focused on reduction of monuments but let's
look back and remember what the conflict was
before the monument.
Now that Bears Ears National
Monument is a reality, there are
many questions San Juan County
residents have about what to
expect in the years to come.
While no one knows exactly, there
is a 20 year case study we can
examine: the Grand Staircase
Escalante National Monument.20
years ago, Clare Ramsay was a
Garfield County Commissioner. We
asked him what they promised the
day after the declaration.
Well that everything would remain
the same that we wouldn't lose
any rights or privileges that we
had at that time, of course
everything changed immediately.
The way of life, the culture has
changed, access has changed. The
things that we were building and
the things that we were
preserving have been taken away
or starting to be destroyed
because of the monument.
Four main areas of local
community impact came into play
with the creation of Grand
Staircase: Transportation,
grazing, water, and use of
resources, all have changed.
The roads were a big issue, we
began immediately fighting over
them. In fact, it was from the
pressure from Garfield County
Commissioners that forced
the Monument people to even put
roads into the monument
management plan.
To date Garfield County reports
they have lost nearly 50 percent
of the county road miles within
the monument. For Kane the loss
is worse.
I actually did a count in the
beginning and we have actually
lost 80% of our roads that we
claim as county roads.
For decades people have relied on
resources in the surrounding
hills for things they need.
Those resources are now off
limits as well.
As I remember, there is about two
areas on the Monument where you
can still gather wood. So that
was affected directly and
immediately. There is areas there
that people mined just decorative
rocks, flat rocks for patios and
such and those things were shut
down.
Kane County is no longer allowed
to use gravel from inside the
monument to maintain roads, and
Escalante City had to abandon a
nearby source for clay to line
their landfill.
It was determined no material
could be taken off the monument,
so Escalante had to find another
clay source. It cost Escalante
City a significant amount of
money to haul that clay to
Escalante city.
Perhaps the biggest impact is in
grazing, the one thing that was
specifically promised to remain.
They will tell you that our AUMs
have not been cut, and that is
true, but can we run the same
number of acres of AUMs on our
allotments? No we can't because
of the infestation of pinion
juniper, of weeds.
The physical conditions on the
monument are deteriorating due to
neglect.
Residents in Garfield and Kane
County feel that the promises to
work in conjunction with the
communities failed to materialize
and that the special concessions
listed in the proclamation have
been circumvented. It is their
fear that the same awaits their
neighbors to the east.
From the County Seat, Im Malia
Okay, Bears Ears probably as far as headlines go
that biggest headline grabber of the entire year
here in the State of Utah and in the region as
well. So why does this whole controversy end
up being so important to rural counties?
It's important to rural counties because there
has been a feeling from leadership in those
counties from the citizens in those counties that
they were not heard in the past by the
administration for years and in fact that they
felt that now they were as a result of Interior
Secretary Zinke coming down to the area and
talking to people about Bears Ears and Grand
Staircase that they were now being heard and
they had a voice with their federal government
and with the leadership. I think that is the
biggest reason that it is important to rural
counties. The reality is the change and impact
on the land that is there from the change is not
that significant despite the claims that the land
is being sold or given away to the highest bidder
which is dishonest. The Fact is that what we
still have is protective federal lands with more
access provided. So those two reason I think
are important but the biggest one is the feeling
that people in small communities and
populations are heard by the administration.
Is there really a big philosophical difference of
the protection stance of a monument vs.
multiple use of regular BLM land? Does that
really pay out in day to day life?
Not in day to day life. There is a philosophical
difference like monument status vs. multiple
use status it is much more controlled and more
limited as a monument. But the reality is if you
look at how we are able to access public lands
for multiple uses especially for any resource
extraction there is no question it is still
extremely burdensome still extremely difficult.
Heavily regulated the fear mongering out there
that this was all of the sudden going to become
private land for development is just a fallacy
just to gin up the opposition vs. recognizing still
public land still highly regulated and still going
to be there for the public use.
But isn't it going to improve like grazing
problems and restrictions and some
transportation issues that will have an impact
right?
Certainly I think it will I think that is the hope
for many people that live in those rural
communities no question about it. That would
be a positive on many levels. On the flip side of
that the fact that there was monument
protection did not mean that the federal
government was putting a lot more time and
money and staff in making sure the land was
properly taken care of it simply meant it had a
different designation and peoples uses were
limited more that is not going to change the
lack of staffing change does not change no
matter what the status is.
Great, very good we will be on to our final topic
right after this commercial break.
Welcome back to The County Seat. We have
been going through the half hour looking at the
most important issues of the year and we are
going to take a look at the last one which we
already know is going to be an issue again this
year. Its medical marijuana this has gone
through a lot of iterations and has been a
dialogue that probably has no end in Utah until
we come to a final sentiment of how to deal
with it lets check this out.
The marijuana plant is made up of over 100
individual components called Cannabinoids.
The primary ones are Cannabidiols {CBD} and
Tetrahydrocannabinols or {THC} [This is the one
that has psychotropic qualities.
According to the National Institute of Health,
the human body also produces and uses its own
cannabinoid chemicals.
Currently there is medical interest in THC and
CBD. THC has proven to increase appetite and
reduce nausea. The FDA-approved THC-based
medications are used for these purposes. THC
may also decrease pain, inflammation, and
muscle control problems. But it does have
potentially harmful side effects
CBD is a cannabinoid that does not affect the
mind or behavior. But preliminary research
indicates that it may be useful in reducing pain
and inflammation, controlling epileptic seizures,
and possibly even treating mental illness and
addictions.
Other areas that show promise are in
attacking certain cancer and tumors including
brain tumors, combating autoimmune
diseases, multiple sclerosis and Alzheimer's
disease.
We have come quite a distance on medical
marijuana it's been discussed every year for
years and what is changing how year ended up
different this year and the year before on this
issue.
I think you have to look at public sentiment as
the main driver of why things have changed. In
Utah I do not know if I would thought 5 years
ago that it would be polling at 60-70% approval
rating in terms of medical marijuana and that is
where things are at today. So when you see
public sentiment change you have seen literally
every surrounding state adopt either
recreational or medical marijuana I think the
dynamics around the entire issue have begun
the change. The citizens' initiative that is going
to likely make its way to the ballot certainly
changes the dynamics of the discussion it will
be fascinating to see how the legislature
responds to that recognizing you got this
initiative hanging out there that is polling at
70% public is going to vote for it unless they do
something. How much preemption can the
state legislature do to really keep control of this
issue, vs how much is going to be done by
initiative will be the issue du jour for much of
the legislature.
Do you think the legislature will be as motivated
by this as they were by count my vote? They
are going to be motivated what is also
interesting is that you have Senator Shiozawa
who the leader of much of this conversation
about how do we handle this how do we handle
it in a scientific and medically appropriate way
has now resigned from the legislature to take a
position with HHS. Health and Human services
federally so with his absence who is going to fill
the vacuum in terms of the policy discussion.
Senator Mark Madsen is no longer in the
legislature so a lot of space to fill.
I guess Senator Vickers is all that is left.
Senator Vickers who is a pharmacist by trade is
there and certainly has a perspective on this
issue as a licensed pharmacist in the state and
like I said there is a lot of space to fill in terms of
politics it will be fascinating to watch this one
play out during the session.
You think people really understand what the
initiative is about or do you think it is just
popular sentiment?
Heavens no, it's largely based on the Madsen
bill what was that 2 or 3 years ago. I would
argue that very few people have actually read
the initiative to see what it contains.
Well okay that is the top four stories and
gentlemen thank you for joining us and Happy
New Year to you.
You too.
Will you come back in a couple of weeks and
talk about the legislature?
We will look a little more tired but we will be
back after the legislature concludes.
Absolutely.
Thank you so much and thank you for joining us
happy new year everybody and we will see you
next year on The County Seat.

✅ First-person view camera connection (FPV) to micro Drone, as is done - Duration: 12:34.
In today's video, we will learn how to connect the camera FPV, to fly
Drone our first hand. We will learn to connect.
To download the application to operate the receiver and all the features of
our camera. These cameras help us to
our Drone not perish, we can fly long distances and will
feel the immersion in virtual reality.
Although not virtual reality, it is reality because we're flying a drone, only that we are
monitoring from our oculi with a screen. How do you use them in
Racing Drones?
We change the option oculi, here already and we can connect our oculi
see him. It really works very well. Let's see the optimal characteristics for
our micro Drone and how to install?
Come up with the video. For this we need a micro FPV,
receiver and antenna and cable for connection to the cell phone as
We will monitor everything from our cell phone and there will be able
Record. The micro works 5.8 gigahertz frequency should be the
same frequency as the receiver's buy. This camera has a
advantage is that it brings including the transmitter, it is important, to bring
including the transmitter if you buy clunky camera and transmitter separately.
This antenna get to see is a circular polarization antenna is the most
appropriate. I do not know if you remember, to control the
Drone, we are in the frequency 2.4 gigas.
Is optimal we use is 5.8 so that no time is to be
cause interference so close. We will transmit power 25 thousand
Watts, will have a range of roughly 200 meters without problem.
Has 40 channels, has less than 4 grams, weighs 3.8 grams. Making it ideal
for our Drone. The opening angle of view is 150 degrees ie
almost reaches 180 degrees as a GoPro, it brings a micro switch where we can
be changing channels, selecting one of the 40 channels.
Similarly, we can take between video mode NTSC or PAL.
To give you an idea of size is much smaller than a coin and
brings the connector, so that it can be welded to our Drone. This is the receiver, a receiver very
small too. I found it very useful, giga hertz 5.8 works should
match and we must review before some channels do not match.
It has 40 channels, it has 150. Check that the channels match
that they can understand. Bring your omnidirectional antenna with SMA connector and
connector cell. Let's first try out the system and
then connect to Drone. Connector on the camera, I made an edit to
poderme connect to the battery provisionally is temporary.
This way I can connect me. We are already connected and now I connect to the
battery. For the rector we connect our antenna.
This connection is important, it has the same type of connector on both sides but
there is one that has an arrow, that arrow is the one to go to this side.
If you connect to the upside if we connect we are here and is another to cell is not going to
function. It is the one with the arrow will go connected to the receiver.
Hence we see that we left. In the cell, we enter Play Store
FPV seek, we will find the application that has worked well for me.
We go down, we go down, it is called PoKeFPV and have installed, open it. do not
It will work in very old cell. If your phone is very old will
and be all the time and it will not work.
What should we do? we must connect. We connect our port.
There is connected, it has been scanned, the first thing we must do to look
if anyone at that point, at that time is not synchronizing
nothing. Let's connect our camera, what I did was put the battery
Normal a shunt to connect the Drone and can connect
the camera. The problem is that I really adds weight
then it will not work very well. I make the connection and already we managed to see.
We do interference with your fingers why is intermittent.
If you have not found anything, if rain is still, press the red button
receiver, oppress and keep a moment
and he starts scanning, it is making a tour of all channels
It has 250 channels until you find the camera. You should be on the
camera. He is doing the scan, you will find some things and you are looking for
What is it that is currently running, then I think I found it.
No need to start looking here and another channel channel. There already see, and what he found.
I can start recording, I can see it in Oculus mode, ie this I will place
as glasses, placed here already he installed glasses and
I can see it in three dimensions functioning as glasses.
We will return it to the screen mode, I want you to see how you react fast, I will
pointing upwards towards one side to the other, completely in real time.
That's why we handle a Drone without any problem, because it reacts very
all right. Those are the FPV cameras, if you put a regular camera as a GoPro
and put it to pass is not going to work.
This is low resolution will not have High Definition for anything, sacrifice
resolution to deliver real-time display. Let's see how
It is fast, move it to the left, there is no delay. That we did
of estarla moving and she will react faster, is called latency.
This latency is very important, is the most important camera that has low
latency. These are very good.
Having a dynamic range of colors, shadows and to detect obstacles when we are
our great high speed driving. The opening is important, 150 degrees.
How can account has a fisheye, that's very good and
important polarization of the antenna is circular, as we have
there. They're watching, let's see how it works well. We see here is in light,
We had to shade and should focus very quickly.
Zuki there's the rest. How are we going to do to install it on the Drone? first I want
warn that the drone works very well here in Bogotá, we're
2600 meters, where the atmospheric pressure is low and
remember that the more up there, it is more difficult for aircraft to fly.
I do not know if you have seen, for example Everest, no helicopters
They can redeem those who are ascending the mountain, because as it is
so thin air as high as we are going to miss oxygen and layers
more air are not as tight. Is not achieved then there is enough
air density so that the propellers are pushability.
At sea level the Drone works much better here in Bogotá as we are
high we will have difficulty when
put extra weight he is alone calibrated to
works fine, but when we put weight will fail our
thrust force. What should we do? for example I'm flying in Villavicencio that is
467 meters high. Below 1,000 meters high operating without
no problem. At sea level to 500 meters high will power
support the camera without problem. That is, if we are to gain weight
the camera, we must reduce weight in the Drone.
We can take one centimeter on each side of the structure, ie the
propellers are slightly closer. Remember the last video when
build these balsa sticks were nine centimeters can leave
7. We will work with that we reduce weight.
I used electrical tape is a slightly heavier tape can
use a tape that weighs less. This edge here, these edges here
we can take away, we can reduce them, we are not going to need and that balso
is very easy to work can pulirle these corners so that we
remains more rounded. That should do in cities
are above 500 meters, to reduce weight that can withstand the
camera. It would be nice to comment me what city are watching me and if they know
What is the height that is above sea level their city. Villavicencio
I did this, was to adapt the battery that connected the Drone by and
connect this camera is increasing but how do we weight
I remove it? As here by the back between
battery, let's place, connect it. The red wire is the
positive and the black, negative. Knowing that we will corroborate. stay
Red is positive seeing right front, this is the blue part, the
red and minus the left side. Make a very quick action.
Exactly there to see him reach 3.8 volts is not important
battery, ie I can connect positive and negative here here
and I will have voltage to operate me with a small point
Welding can accommodate these two cables, we have connection point for
our camera. How do we set the camera to the Drone? I got this tape double
a bit thick face, sticking on both sides.
What we do is stick the camera, here and place it on one side and the
as top hits, and here we have this form. we have our
aerial camera with a double sided tape, which is a little thick and so we
It is perfect. Put it in the back so that it is level, so
henceforth as there are integrated will be unbalanced. I'll put the battery
I made double connector to avoid having to weld, it is better for you
you do welding. Here and connect the Drone and can also connect my
camera. The camera is known to be
connected because the two LEDs light up red. With this clever back cell,
We connect the receiver back to the application and normally
we store the last frequency. We can realize that tells us that
100 percent and here we can see how it works, it works really
perfect. Right turn, reacts with no latency and turn left. With this
we will be able to fly our Drone, which no longer generates interference me because I'm not
clutching hand, what happened to me a while ago. I hope you have been useful this video
and see you in the next. I share it. Bye.
Now, we are ready to go it flying.

Le manque d'activité physique et la mauvaise alimentation - Duration: 7:16.
On our quest to simplify and improve our lifestyle
we built an artificial environment that
turned out to be harmful to our health.
If we take a look at the overall state of health of quebeckers
we can say that we have made some mistakes.
In the last decades, we created a sedentary society
We focussed a lot on confort and we developed
means and products that made our lives easier
and that gave us more free time:
the cars, appliances, snowblowers, prepared foods;
in short, inventions and creations that replaced
movement, physical activity and physical effort.
However, in spite of our efforts to make our lives easier
and free up time,
today, we are more and more stressed and sick
and we often complain about not having enough time.
Today, most jobs are automated
machines have replaced humans in most industries
Manual labour, physical labour are becoming rare
Most quebeckers work sitting in offices
or have jobs where movement is not required much.
The human body is meant to move
and the lack of physical activity makes it sick
both physically and mentally.
We are sitting down way too much.
We spend hours in the car, we sit at work and
we sit at home watching TV.
Sitting down for extended periods of time
has a negative impact on our health
we get sick
For example, the risks of diabetes and colon cancer
go up
The risk of developing cardiovascular disorders goes up
The metabolism slows down causing weight gain
and a state of chronic fatigue and lethargy.
We have back problems because the abdominal muscles
are to weak to support our weight and all the pressure is
on the spine, and these are just a few examples.
According to Statistics Canada, less than 40% of
Quebecker adults are active.
Being active means performing physical activities
at a moderate or at a high intensity for at least 60 mins
per day.
Why are we so sedentary?
I think that there are several reasons.
We don't understand the importance of physical activity.
Lack of time, we don't have the time to go train at a gym
We cannot afford a gym membership.
We are too tired after work. We just want to get home,
drink a beer, warm up some pizza and watch Netflix.
Due to our physical appearance, we are ashamed
to go to the gym.
We don't like exercising.
We don't know how to train and a private trainer
is too expansive.
We don't have a training partner and we
don't want to go alone.
It's too cold to go for a walk or run outside.
We don't like running.
We have injuries.
It's too late, I'm too fat already, all hope is lost.
These are just a few examples.
Besides being sedentary, we also eat unhealthy.
An article in La Presse, showed the results of a survey
on nutrition.
This was a Statistic Canada survey
conducted across the country.
The results showed that in Quebec, almost
half of the calories consumed came from
ultra-trasnformed foods such as:
frozen pizzas, soft drinks, bakery products, cold cuts
Why are we eating so poorly?
I think that there are several reasons.
We are misinformed.
We trusted past dietary guides that, in my opinion
were supporting the food industry
rather than the health of the population.
Therefore, we don't know what's good and what's bad.
We eat out too often.
We don't have enough time to cook and
it's faster to warm up a pizza.
We eat too many milk products and too much meat.
We don't know how to cook.
Prepared foods taste better.
That's because they are full of sugar, fat, salt
and artificial flavouring.
Compared to prepared food, home cooked meals
have no taste.
We think that eating healthy is expansive.
We don't like vegetables but we like poutine.
So, a sedentary life and a bad diet.
What are the consequences?
I think that the consequences are obvious.
We just need to look around us.
I conducted a little research in September
One Monday morning, I went to Côte Vertu subway
station, I went downstairs where the turnstiles are
and I stayed there from 0730 to 0900.
My goal was to count the number of overweight people.
I divided my paper in 3 categories: sex, age
and the person' "level" of overweigh, from 1 to 3
With 1 being big, 2 bigger and 3 biggest.
Soon, I realized that I wasn't going to
be able to count them all.
There were a lot of people passing in the same time,
there was a lot of traffic and
there were a lot of subjects to count.
So, after one hour and a half,
I managed to count 498 people.
I think that I managed to count about 2/3 of the subjects.
I counted 268 women and 230 men
It sadden me to see so many overweight young adults
10% of quebeckers suffer from diabetes.
that's around 840 000 people
Cancer is the leading cause of death in Quebec.
especially lung cancer
The other most popular cancer types are
prostate cancer and breast cancer.
Several studies have shown that
prostate cancer and breast cancer are directly related
to a diet rich in milk products.
milk, cheese, yogurt and others.
According to Statistics Canada, one in two Canadians
will suffer from cancer.
The obesity rate continues to grow
according to Statistics Canada, almost 60% of
Canadians are overweight
and in Quebec, one out of five people is obese.
which gives us about 1 680 000 people.
I am very worried for us!
The fact that they built that huge hospital in Montreal
should really worry us.
Another thing that I discovered in several cases
is that there are many people suffering
from diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol
and overweight people that would rather
continue to eat their favorite food
the food that made them sick.
They rather take pills for the rest of their lives
instead of changing their nutritional habits
and of engaging in physical activities.
So, what are we going to do?
We'll talk about it in the next videos
In the meanwhile you can leave me your comments and
questions in the section below and if you want
you can check out he references that I used
for this video
I am Adrian Moldoveanu, see you next time!

Day 15 Kegels: How to do kegels using MELT roller and doing arm work - Duration: 1:01.
So it's the 15th day of kegels and I have my foam roller.
It's the MELT roller.
And we are going to use that as our base of support
to add a little bit of instability.
And we're going to also add some arm work.
So I'm going to lower myself down onto my roller.
So I'm a little bit wobbly.
I'm going to have to stabilize myself.
Then I'm going add some arm movement
on my inhale and my exhale,
in coordination with my pelvic floor
expanding and contracting.
So you're going to inhale. (inhaling)
Pelvic floor expands and lengthens.
Exhale (exhaling).
Pelvic floor engages and draws up.

And you want to repeat that,
and any of the other exercises you've seen,
for about 30 seconds each day.

📝 Tule - Fearless pt. II (feat.
Chris Linton) Lyrics
Over the edge Feel like I'm floating through the air
The pain I felt is paid for, all is said and done
I am restricted, fixed upon the web I need to kick the habit that my mind is breathing
in
Break out I've got to see (Break out I've got to see)
Spent all my life holding all off it closely I played it innocent
A feel of discontent I finally facing it all
Fearless
Fearless Fearless
Fearless Fearless
(Fearless)
Burning the brige that keeps us I'm here and I'm feeling fearless
Exaggerated that's what you assume The stories over now I must conclude
I am conflicted, watching where I step Still, hanging in the balance
Not the life I want to live I want to take it all, standing tall

New Dinotrux Rock Slide Revenge Indominus Rex VS Ty Rux Jurassic World Dinosaur Trucks Unboxing - Duration: 24:21.
I'm super excited today we have a brand new dinotrux playset this is the rock
slide revenge under the dinotrux playset this one looks the biggest then you've
New Dinotrux Rock Slide Revenge Indominus Rex VS Ty Rux Jurassic World Dinosaur Trucks Unboxing
says lift elevator escape destruction then it says Revit must escape d-structs
trap and you could also connect it with other dinotrux playsets which so far
I've got all of them so I'm gonna have to go ahead and connect them up and show
them to you but let's go ahead and open this the terminus friend says this gate
from Jurassic Park he's working together with these candid dinotrux
escape and dominance and d-structs go dozer
although these trucks got those or who can save it come sky yeah she saved him
go turn turn can tongue turn make it oh good tunt ah go roll it on who could
save tunt on oh you comes rolled on yay ten tons free
go Garbi oh these trucks got him who can save them go tie rocks
it's time rocks to the rescue oh yeah Garvey's free go rev because rev can he
escape oh I gotta go to tool who's gonna save rev X Tortola breves free yeah all
the dyno trucks have escaped from the terrible dominance rex and ok let's see
what was in here guys super excited you I never knew why they haven't made a 3d
structs they got the big guy rocks they made a big destructor truck so I mean
this is the closest you're gonna come to a big destructor
so here is d-structs head we're gonna have to go ahead and put the stickers on
it and here is all the other pieces and we're gonna have to go ahead and put
these together and have a lot of fun with this set then it also comes with
some stickers that you set up on it okay let's go ahead and put this together and
have some fun Wow guys here is the dinotrux
rock slide revenge put together it is it awesome set let's go ahead and take a
look at some of the options okay to start off with you have an elevator here
which the dinotrux characters take off that locks up into three different
positions and then when you get to the top
see it locks in there securely and then the characters are going to go down the
slide this thing swings around here and throws them here they hit it
well we'll take a look at the other side let's take a look at how they go down
first so first let's take a look from here okay so the goal is to escape from
d-structs once you hit this a certain amount of times his mouth will close see
that and then you're stuck and then if you have one of the characters come and
hit him from top his mouth will open so let's try it
then it also had the door here that opens your characters could come out of
the mountain there and the coolest part is all of these sets join together two
other sets I have reviews of all the other set well let me show you so here
is a combination of three other sets so basically you could have them once they
passed d-structs there you could have them drive up to gather some ore here
you could have them come here and get fixed
and here's another off also like exploding set so if you want to check
out these full sets go to the end of this video there's a trucks toys and
take a closer look at them Wow we have a lot of dinotrux toys here we are gonna
have a lot of fun guys also odd guys I have unboxed all of these Vicki's toys
here and done awesome like Dino battles with Jurassic world and Jurassic Park
dinosaurs so go ahead and check out the dino trucks playlist at the end of this
video Wow we're gonna have a lot of fun let's
get started okay it's great to see you again we're gonna have some all subdued
dinotrux toys to add to our collection and I will show you all these awesome
toys in this huge dino trucks surprise box of toys the four new ones we're
gonna be looking at our dino trucks green ty-rux dino trucks battering rams
Gaia we have shadow ty rocks from dino trucks
and dyno trucks rekha cool so we'll take a look at those four and then we'll go
ahead and take a look at all these awesome dyno trucks toys wow that's
gonna be fun okay so the first one we're gonna start with is the battering rams
Gaea she looks really cool she's got some really heavy armor here on her neck
and her head and of course her head is a battering ram now so that's cool let's
take a look at the back first this is battering ram skaia
class of grayness or opponent will live to regret going into battle with
battering rams skaia cool can bust through walls of metal
Anaka whole packs of scrap ders forged metal armor plates can withstand any
attack pointed helmet perfect for ramming action cool let's go in head and
check her out I like that so this one I think is said yeah to pull the tail so
when you pull the tail actually you just have to move the tail and she lowers her
head for battering ram action and then BAM off she goes she could slam right
through walls or take out big groups of scrap ders that is really cool
and take a look at her here you can see I mean she's really armored except for
her head sticking out the top right there
so she does have tank treads but she really rolls on these four wheels here
so she rolls along really nice and smooth okay let's see who was neck okay
our next one whose shadow time rocks cool let's check out his bio on the back
says shadow tie-rocks class t trucks undercover t trucks custom jet black
paint job created by tor tools sneaks around in the dark of night for daring
rescues mighty wrecking ball tailed transforms into fierce claw cool let's
check him out oh so so shadow ty-rux is really cool I'll show you some other
bigger shadow ty-rux is a half so he has this ball here oops sorry I was way off
target he has this ball here ball chain that moves back and forth but the other
shadow ty-rux actually has the bigger one he actually has like this crane
thing that he could use to pick stuff up ah cool is that so that's the bigger
shadow tie-rocks which I will show you guys in a moment here is a look at the
front at the other side rolls really nice and smooth i has tank treads bought
it rolls on wheels just like the other dino trucks characters cool and then our
next one is this awesome green tie rocks by the way all of these are diecast
metal so they are pretty durable oh they put a sticker right over his bio okay I
got most of it uncovered it says green tie rocks class tie rocks with baby tore
tools on the rampage tie rocks is painted a bright shade of green bright
coloring can draw attention away from other trucks can blend into unusual
environments makes kya and ton ton laughs hysterically haha
that's awesome he does look kind of funny when he's colored green I think if
I was skya and tour tool I will laugh hysterically
- sorry that was skya and tonton I was
historic hysterically - because he does look really funny I mean check him out I
mean his regular color is red that's the color we are all used to seeing ty-rux
be and then he's painted green I mean he looks almost like a clown so this one
his mouth moves up and down he moves up and down the ball here swings back and
forth guys you could buy a lot of these dinotrux
toys still on Amazon I'll put a link below the video where you could go ahead
and check them out so he does move up and down swings the ball you could move
his arms and are the normal price for these is about six bucks but you're
probably gonna pay more because they're hard to find that stores now and once
again four wheels rolls along really nice and smooth
and then our fourth one is reka she looks really cool let's check out her
bio it says rekha class and Cleo dump tuck thrill-seeking in Cleo dumb roams
with crew called the dumps retractable grinding tail for smashing rocks mega
tires for jumping ramps and grinding cliffs with her two daredevil bro bros
drago and scoot awesome songs like ton ton would like kerekes ton ton likes
taking all those risks also so let's check her out
it says move tail okay so if you move oh ok so it says move tail so if you move
her tail she her dump moves back and forth so she does look a lot like Ton
Ton except like a gold color instead of like a
move so she is female dump truck big battering ram tail she is full of this
is probably some type of or and she does have tires she moves along really nice
and smooth so here is the four that we opened today and now let's go ahead and
take a look at the box of these awesome dinotrux toys wow this is a good
addition to a lot of other ones we already have the first toy we have is a
giant talking roll guy so if you push her she lifts her head and makes
different sounds and she also rolls and then the next one is a talking dozer
oh how cool is that and then we have a giant talking Garbi if you are you load
balls into its mouth here and when you pull up the back is shoot the balls off
the backside and then of course their best one a huge time roughs toy when you
push it let's get building names tie-rocks but you can go each eye
and then he has a giant swinging and then we have a giant skaia ah place that
this one I has a working book here that goes up and down her mouth opens and
closes you could lean her former to create a ramp for the Dino truck toys to
go flying down and flying up into the air so this set is a lot of fun and then
we have a talking shadow time raptors
this one has like like a claw on the back you can use to pick stuff up and
then saw this guy's and then we have a giant
d-structs place that if you do it on certain amount of time his mouth will
snap shut
ah we have a talking taco trucks puppet tie-rocks
we got a giant talking rabbit with a spinning bit up here you could change
out two different bit and he has a tape measure ton another talkin tie-rocks boy
we've got a big rolling ton ton if you roll him his back loops of the Don and
his head
also pull back d-structs if you pull him back he'll run and also his mouth will
move up and down I also have reviews of all their story sets and a lot of die
cast figures let's see who we've got okay first we got the die cast Garbi die
cast Ton Ton we've got a big die cast ty-rux
another smaller die cast ty-rux and still another die cast ty-rux
we've got to die cast d-structs and then we have two more die cast ty-rux figures
so we actually have five die cast ty-rux sniggers some are different this one's a
really nice shiny one that came with one of the sets and then we have a die cast
skya we've got a die cast dozer a die cast rolled on a die cast Ton Ton
we've looked like four diecast rabbits
another die cast Ton Ton so we got two of those tore tool we've got three die
cast tore tools the reason I have so many
doubles and triples is some of these come in sets so that is pretty cool and
then a scrap scrap adaptil well actually this is uh I believe this is scarf
dactyl I apologize this is Scarpa dactyl so this guy is
we've got three scrap ters here this one actually rolls and then we have a
diecast Waldo and a couple other miscellaneous diecast ones so you can
see here I got a huge pile these are all my diecast dinotrux figures so I got a
lot of them besides the big coffee at once
so like I said if you go to the end of this video I've got full reviews of all
of these unboxing them and also fun story lines where they have to protect
themselves from huge drastic world dinosaurs and it's a lot of fun ok guys

Sheridan Smith celebrates curves in plunging bikini: 'I'm so happy'
The Cilla actress is currently enjoying a sun-soaked break in Mexico, and shes keeping her loyal fans updated every step of the way.
Giving her 164K followers a treat, Sheridan Smiths Instagram featured a video of the starlet posing in her bikini top.
Wearing dark shades and oversized hooped earrings, the 36-year-old let out a breath of smoke as she held the camera above her. Allowing her cleavage to take pride of place, the blonde dared to bare in the low-cut design.
With her intricate floral arm tattoo on full display, the starlet opted to go sans make-up as she filmed herself.
She captioned the video: So happy. In another shot, Sheridan showed off her fun side as she floated in a pool on an inflatable donut.
Having donned a strapless blue bandeau cover-up, the Brit beauty tousled her blonde locks as she flashed a winning smile.
"I hate letting anyone down, but I think the public understood" Sheridan Smith She cheekily captioned the post: What an absolute donut! Boiling already and its only 9.30am here.
Love from Mexico. True to form, fans were quick to respond to Sheridans vacation updates. One admirer raved: You are one hot lady, alongside three fire symbols.
In agreement, a third said: Wow! You look amazingly beautiful. Sheridan has ended 2017 on a high, with the release of her self-titled debut record.
In December last year, she was faced with tragedy when her beloved dad Colin died after a battle with cancer.
Having suffered with anxiety throughout his illness, Smith pulled out of performing in the West End production Funny Girl, in which she played the lead role.
Speaking about the tough decision, Sheridan said on The Jonathan Ross Show: It was the worst thing, I hate it and I always think, The show must go on.
I hate letting anyone down, but I think the public understood in a way that you cant choose when these things happen..

Julianne Hough Recalls Being Called Fat While Filming a Movie - Duration: 3:53.
Even Julianne Hough was fat-shamed at one point.
Seriously.
The 29-year-old former Dancing With the Stars pro-turned-judge and actress, known for her
tiny and fit frame, revealed to Redbook magazine that people used to call her fat.
"I was very self-accepting growing up, then something switched in middle school," she
said.
"I would compare myself to everyone...and later I did a film where I basically was told
I was fat every day, yet I was the skinniest I'd ever been.
Now, when I'm self-conscious, I'll do something completely crazy or goofy to get out of my
own head—something fun that reminds me of the freedom I felt as a kid before all that
happened."
Julianne, who made her comments in an interview posted on Thursday for Redbook's February
2018 issue (out on January 2), did not reveal which movie she was talking about.
She made her film debut at age 11, playing a Hogwarts schoolgirl in the first Harry Potter
movie, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, which was released in 2001.
It was filmed in England, where Julianne and brother Derek Houghlived with fellow Dancing
With the Stars pro Mark Ballas and his parents at the time.
Julianne's next film role came in 2010—at age 22, she played a dancer in the Christina
Aguilera and Cher dance drama film Burlesque.
The movie was filmed in late 2009 while she was on a break from Dancing With the Stars.
"Right now, I'm using a trainer.
It's funny, I've never had an issue with my weight, because I've always danced," she told
Self magazine in 2010.
"I could eat whatever I wanted—obviously in moderation—never gain a pound and always
have a ripped body.
Then I stopped dancing, I did Burlesque, I was busy, I was writing, I was doing a bunch
of things, so I never prioritized time to work out, and I still ate whatever I wanted,
so I actually gained 15-20 pounds like that.
That's the most I've ever weighed in my entire life."
"For me, I was like holy crap, what is going on?" she said.
"It was really tough because I was still doing red carpets and people would comment, be like,
you know, 'Julianne looks really different, I wonder if she's had work done.'
No, it's just my face is fat.
It's kind of funny.
Then I was like, you know what, I really want to get back to Julianne, how I know I feel
the best.
It's not so much about how I look, it's more like I just feel like Julianne again.
I feel healthy, I feel fit, I feel confident, you know what I mean?
I literally lost like, 15 pounds in two to three weeks.
It was pretty intense."
Julianne went on to star in films such as Footloose, Rock of Ages, Safe Haven and Dirty
Grandpa, as well as FOX's hit Grease Live! musical, and recently filmed the movie Bigger,
in which she plays pin-up model-turned-fitness pioneer Betty Weider.
The drama is set for release next year.
Julianne told Redbook she changed her fitness regimen to prepare for the role.
"Women in that era had bigger hips and bigger busts," she said.
"I don't naturally have that hourglass shape—I'm more elongated and square, to be honest.
Basically, I cut down on my cardio and was lifting a lot of weights.
And if I wanted an extra bit of ice cream that day, I would eat it and it would go right
to my hips."
"I was FaceTiming with [husband] Brooks [Laich] this morning, and I was like, 'Look.
My butt's bigger, my boobs are bigger, my waist is smaller,'" she said.
"It's kind of nice!"
