It's been 7 years in aviation and I've never been there

And on this reserve month, out of luck, I got it
I started in the US and now all the way to Australia, on the other side of the world
So you can see that in a month you can go around the world literally
Since it's AM flight
Tomorrow I have a rest day
So I want to wake up early tomorrow so I can sleep in the afternoon
Those were my 2 days off

I'm asked a lot on how I balance rest with flying
There's no magic formula
So for example today knowing that I have AM departure
I forced myself awake so I can tire my body and go to bed in the afternoon
It'll never be the same
Even if you sleep before a night flight will always be hard on your body
But I try to minimize the effects of that
You've realised by now that this month I got a lot of night flights
Now onto that process you all guys know by heart by now

The blister is nicely absorbed, it is no more painful.
I can pretty good walk with it.

You may be living under the assumption that if your sexual partner is deceased, they will
no longer be in a position to increase their biological fitness.
After all, one cannot continue to be sexually active once one is dead.
Right?
Many frog species exhibit something called explosive breeding.
This entails a short breeding season wherein there is intense male:male competition for
female mates.
Often, many males will attempt to court the same female, since the ladies are only sexually
available for a short window of time.
Adult frogs are terrestrial, but they have sex and lay eggs in the water, so the tadpoles
are free to swim until they're ready to return to land.
The unfortunate part for many females is that when vastly outnumbered by a crazy mob of
sex-crazed males they are easily crushed or drowned.
Males are so intent of depositing their sperm that in many cases they neglect to realize
they are killing their partner in the process.
This loss of life during explosive breeding is an unfortunate reality for females of the
Amazonian frog Rhinellla probosciea.
Because of this, males have evolved a 'functional necrophilia' strategy, whereby they promote
extraction of the eggs from the abdomens of dead females and then fertilize them in a
post-mortem fashion.
Males will sit on top of a dead females' back, and rhythmically gyrate her body in
order to encourage extrusion of her eggs.
Once the eggs are out, he can then fertilize them with no requirement for the female to
be anything but the dead cadaver that she is.
This strategy may sound appalling, but - when push to shove- it does function to increase
the reproductive success of both the males and females engaging in it.
Sure, such intense competition over a short space of time can certainly lead to extreme
measures, but it may actually be their ONLY chance at passing on their genetic blueprints.

3 Weight GAINING Mistakes | How to Start Gaining Weight - Duration: 3:52.
Hard-gainers live quite a difficult life.
They have aspirations for a more muscular physique but have less helpful information
available than any other group.
They're often ridiculed for their size without much backlash.
They're supposedly "lucky" that they have to gain weight rather than lose, even
though their struggle is often more challenging.
But much like everyone, mistakes are bound to happen on their fitness endeavors.
Let's take a look at some common weight GAINING mistakes.
Number 1, You're just winging it.
The overarching goal of any hardgainer is to eat more.
But often the goal is approached completely unstructured, relying simply on putting more
food on their plate or taking a few more bites.
But if they were to actually calculate their calories, chances are that it's still well
under what's needed for gaining weight.
In this case, it's time to take some initiative.
Track your calories as detailed as you can with apps like MyFitnessPal.
Aim for sufficient amount of protein, but not overly high.
Too much protein can increase satiety, making you feel full quicker.
A big no-no for gaining weight, but it's still important to have enough to feed your
growing muscles.
Gradually increase calories instead of bombarding yourself with a bunch right off the bat.
Most importantly, remain consistent.
If you know you're undereating one day, then make sure to make up for it by eating
more another.
Another common mistake is setting a poor eating environment.
If you constantly put yourself a significant distance away from food, it'll clearly be
tough to eat regularly.
It's especially difficult for those that work in fast-paced workplaces or get very
little down-time.
But it's always best to have something to eat nearby.
One idea is to prepare calorie-dense meals to take to work and setting aside some downtime
to eat.
If you're in a busy office job with little downtime, then maybe having snacks in your
desk drawer can do wonders in pushing you further towards your calorie needs.
But of course, you shouldn't just grab any random candy bar.
Aim for calorie and nutrient-dense snacks like dried nuts, fruit bars, protein bars,
dark chocolate, or peanut butter sandwiches.
Have a variety to counteract boredom.

In my experience, hardgainers tend to gravitate toward exercises like jogging or rowing.
Although they're great for heart health and endurance, they do very little, if anything,
in terms of muscle growth and weight gain.
That's where resistance training comes in.
All types of resistance training have shown to induce anabolic patterns for growth, from
increasing testosterone and stimulating muscle protein synthesis.
A calorie surplus plus resistance training will ensure that the additional nutrients
are put into good use for building muscle.
More muscle means more motivation and more consistency.
Otherwise, without resistance training, almost of your surplus calories will simply be stored
as fat.
So, go ahead and skip a few jogging sessions for a heavy leg day instead.
The weight scale AND the mirror will be thanking you for that.
I'm sure this is only scratching the surface for some of you more in-tuned hard gainers,
but I hope these tips can at least help some of you fresh beginners that need just a little
bit more direction.

unboxing video of 4k Ultra HD 12 megapixel action camera as from
packaging you can tell it's from Amazon and I bought it in rupees 5500 so
without wasting the time let's open the package and see what we get inside it so
it comes with nice packaging there are lots of things written over here so
basically move our gear is not the company name it's only the sellers name
and I want to tell you that it doesn't comes with any type of warranty so be
careful with it over here it's written it's comes with 2 inch screen and some
accessories like waterproof case handlebar my own helmet side mount they
see adapter and USB cable on the backside of this box what are the
specification of camera is written so it's Ultra HD plus waterproof you can
suit your videos in 4k at 24 fps 2.7 K at 30fps 1 0 80 results at 60 or 30fps
and 720 pixels at 120 and all 30fps you can manually set it in your settings it
comes with Wi-Fi facility that allows you to fetch videos or livestream on
your mobile app the app for Android and iOS can be downloaded by the scanning
these QR codes as I already told you that it comes with 2 inch LCD and most
important thing is it's a pole multiple language you will get the camera without
SD card so you have to borrow SD card for it and it comes with a 900 mAh
battery it allows you to record your videos around between 70 to 90 minutes
so let's open the box and see what's inside it
there are lots of things over here and I will cover it in the last part of this
video now here comes the camera it looks cool and very light let's open the
quarter proof case and see what's inside it
so here we have the camera there is a very small cavity for battery and the
battery is also very small in size although it is of 900 M H we can't
expect more than this give me a second to clean my decks they have four buttons
in the camera and there are power inputs and HDMI ports with a SD card slot let's
power on the camera it seems to be good with camera quality but it doesn't comes
with internal memory the front button is used to change the modes here we are in
the setting mode as you can see the resolution setting you can choose as per
your requirement there are lots of setting options in this action camera
for different modes I am NOT going to discuss all of these settings in this

the memory card here I am inserting 16gb memory card into it and let's record
something
so the camera quality is not that much good so here's a question comes is it
worth it to buy this camera my answer is straight and it's no a big
no I just totally misguided by someone and I don't want you to buy this if you
want a action camera then you should go with as you can four thousand dollars

New Lego Compatible Alien Indominus Rex Escape Speed Build Or Indominus Rex Breakout Unboxing - Duration: 16:58.
Wow guys today we're gonna go ahead and put together this Lego indominus rex
break ow this is actually called alien t-rex
breakout but it is identical to the indominus rex Lego breakup set so as you

ah I already put the set together so this did not come with a box or anything
it came with about 20 bags of Legos 856 pieces the details the descriptions on
how to put this together are quite a bit more detailed than Lego I mean here you
could see you got this is one of the pages but ah it does fit together really
nice and tight by leg like Lego and this is made by I must be a Chinese name
because I can't even pronounce that it says kids fun yes 8850 see
guys that was a huge but like I said it is identical pretty much to the
indominus rex breakout set that Lego came out with a year ago because I put
that one together too so let's check out the features starting
here in the front we've got the sliding gate that slide together and lock in
there in a jagged position and then you could pull them apart and you could go
ahead right through there
just oh okay maybe not maybe that might be it so it is just a tiny bit too tight
to fit the Dino but the Dino does fit in there nice and the dinosaur they give
you is identical to ah the Jurassic world build but they gave a different
colors and they gave these crazy spikes down the back of it so that that is it's
really cool I mean I like this one it's got like pink teeth so this would
probably be like blood after a date somebody is what it looks like to me so
with the spikes down its back it looks like a mix of like an indominus rex and
dragon okay well anyways going back to the set so you got the sliding doors
antennae you got camera here you've got light with all kinds of noodle controls
you can move around there going to the side here you've got these lights here
that you could turn around on both sides we have pretty much identical to the one
dominus rex break up one pull all the way down to lower the food
to the ground nice windows here the coloring is different too they use a
purple off-white and yellow where's the Jurassic world one use the
blue and white color scheme and here is a good look at the back of it and then
like just like the Jurassic world one you have this little work area here with
a syringe radio you've got some weapons here on the wall up top there you have a
place for the helicopter and then just like the Lego set over here you've got
the breakaway so this piece will just break the way here so the indominus
could just like charge right through the wall here break through and eat whoever
gets in his path mmm and then just like the original one this
just snap apart and become a bigger set so once you snap it apart here you've
got a nice huge set I mean you could get this set way bigger especially if you
use something as like a back wall I mean you could actually make this set
I guess the front gate sort of there - anyways you got a big huge
here you can fit several dinos inside okay you're not going to have wall wall
here but it's really good for imaginative play you can pretend and
then looking at inside let's go ahead and check stuff on the inside you've got
like a tranquilizer gun they're like glass enclosure where the office less
like mooks dawn on the lego set that's the inside of it so like I said it's
pretty much identical to the indominus rex breakout one because I put that one
together
fit together rude so there we go once you get it fit together
it is pretty secure you can pick up the set and carry it around with you if you
do put a big Lego bacon from the bottom it'll be a lot more secure okay so if
you've got a big base piece you can make this set a lot more secure this is a
base piece that is 32 by 32 so you snap it the set all around and then it's a
lot more secure you can carry it around easily and it's gonna hold together a
lot better for you because you are built on top of big base piece so like I said
even you know with the set like that you could still fit probably to the big
dinos inside which it's really hard to do that on any Lego set because these
guys are huge and then on top of that you get an awesome helicopter and guys I
bought this set on eBay this was called I believe that alien Tyrannosaurus Rex
escape but it really is the indominus rex aw I guess they just don't want to
12:04 copyright but it is a lot cheaper also than the Lego said I believe it was
$67 so right now it's about a third of the Lego set and you know it's pretty
identical then here's the helicopter the cockpit here lifts off you got room for
one driver they're spinning rotors spinning tail rotor so uh that's really
cool too and that could land there on top of the building and then you also
have this little four-wheel drive vehicle that's got like a light like a
little firing this little year like and then it comes up four characters but
the character is a definitely the you want to replace these guys as quick
as possible and then like I said before the indominus is probably the coolest
part of the set its head will rotate 360 degrees it locks into different
positions as you could hear there the mouth locks into different positions the
arms move the leg will lock into different positions and it's got the
cool spike system down its back
okay guys one word of advice if you get a chance build this on a big bass piece
because I transferred it now and I had some pieces fall apart but once you get
this set on a base piece it makes this set like five times stronger I mean Here
I am bouncing the whole set up and down and nothing is happening to it so it
makes it incredibly stronger if you could if you buy a big extra bass piece
and build the set on top of it okay doesn't fit perfect as you can see here
I'm overlapping it just a little bit here and a little bit there blah I mean
the incredible strength it gives to the set it is well worth you know having it
look a little bit different get another really cool thing is if you
have the smaller dinos like I have the smaller indominus rex here and i also
have a lot of smaller t-rex's this set is a lot funner to play with smaller
dinos because they could actually walk in the door walk all around there have
like different battles I've got like a velociraptor here to triceratop
Dilophosaurus so these guys could all have battles the cool thing
the big guys do fit in there like I showed you two of them could fit in
there but the smaller ones make it a lot funner to play with so guys if you can't
if you can't afford the big Lego set this is a very good off like I wanna say
step down because it's it's secure as the LEGO pieces salt I really like this
set a lot and then these guys could fight together here the picture or this
guy could be like in here and the gate accidentally opens up charging out and
he attacks the t-rex he rips his head off the indominus hybrid dragon whatever
alien he is it's doing
so you could have a lot of fun with this set guys I'd like it a lot it was fun to
build the instructions a little bit more complex but it's an awesome set and I'll
put a link below the video here you could get some of these are awesome like
hybrid LEGO sets like the off-brand ones you can get them on Amazon so if you

Senator Bernie Sanders on Sunday refreshed his attack on Donald Trump�s tax cuts, criticizing
the measures for making cuts to middle class Americans temporary but those to corporations
permanent.
Sanders� criticism came as a report claimed Trump had said to wealthy guests at a dinner
at Mar-a-Lago on Friday evening, �You all just got a lot richer�.
The senator, speaking to CNN�s State of the Union, said: �At the end of 10 years,
83% of the the benefits go to the top 1%, 60% of the benefits go to the top one-tenth
of 1%, meanwhile well over 80 million Americans will be paying more in taxes, 13 million will
lose their healthcare and we will have an additional $1.4tn deficit�
Trump�s comments, reported by CBS News, were said to be directed to friends dining
nearby at the exclusive club that has become known as the �Winter White House.� Earlier
in the day Friday he signed the sweeping $1.5tn tax cut bill into law before leaving Washington
for the holiday break.
Trump spoke at length during the signing, thanking congressional Republicans.
He predicted the measures would be �a tremendous thing for the American people�.
�It�s going to be fantastic for the economy.
It�s going to keep companies from leaving our shores and opening up in other countries.�
Companies, he said, would go �wild� about this.
But his reported comments to guests at Mar-a-Lago, where initiation fees cost $200,000 and carries
annual membership fees of $14,000, are certain to grate opponents who reject Trump�s characterization
of the tax bill as a break for the middle class.
Critics of the measures argue the cuts disproportionately benefit the most affluent Americans.
Trump has said the tax bill is �not good� for him personally, though by some estimates
Trump could enjoy a $15m tax break.
However, Trump�s refusal to release his tax returns makes this hard to gauge accurately.
In his comments Sunday, Sanders flatly rejected Trump�s tax claims: �His tax plan was
going to benefit the middle class, but the bulk of the benefits go to the rich and to
large corporations.�
�He was going to take on the drug companies but he appoints the guy to health and human
services who comes from the drug companies etc, etc.�
Asked to characterize Republican electoral losses in Virginia and Alabama, Sanders described
them as a referendum on both Trump�s leadership.
�This is a man who said one thing during the campaign, but his actions are very different.
He said he wanted to �drain the swamp,� but now it looks like the swamp now has more
billionaires in his administration than any in American history.�
Sanders added that the electoral results should also give party leadership in the House and
Senate reason for grave concern.
�What we�re seeing in Alabama, what we�re seeing in Virginia, New Jersey and in states
all across this country, are large voter turnouts, are people standing up and fighting back and
demanding that we have a government that represents all of us, not just the 1%.
�If I were the Republicans, I would worry very much about 2018,� Sanders added.
Asked by CBS News about Trump�s reported comments on Friday, the White House reiterated
the tax cuts would help the middle class.
Picking up on Sander�s theme on Sunday, retiring Arizona senator Jeff Flake, a frequent
critic of the president, told ABC�s This Week he believed Republican electoral losses
signaled his party�s death throes.
�When you look at some of the audiences cheering for Republicans, sometimes, you look
out there and you say, �those are the spasms of a dying party.��
Flake repeated his call for a fundamental re-evaluation of what his party stands for,
including its lack of social and racial diversity.
�We�re appealing to older white men and there are just a limited number of them, and
anger and resentment are not a governing philosophy.�
He added that he hoped that former Trump administration chief strategist Steve Bannon would be marginalized
in that process.
�The last thing we need is to push that ultra-nationalist, ethno-nationalist, protectionist
kind of element of the party.
That�s not good for us,� he added.
The senator said he would not rule out challenging Trump in the next presidential election, predicting
that if the president continues on his current path, a �huge swath of voters� will be
�looking for something else�.
Asked if he might run against the Republican incumbent, Flake said �That�s not in my
plans� but �I don�t rule anything out.�Early Saturday, Trump placed a video conference
call with soldiers deployed overseas.
According to pool reports, he complimented the military on �how well we�re doing�
in the fight against terrorism.
�We�re winning.�

Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon has attacked President Donald Trump�s
daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner as the �railhead of all bad decisions�
in the White House.
Bannon picked apart the problems of the White House and derided the couple as �Javanka�
in a wide-ranging interview with Vanity Fair published Thursday.
He said Ivanka was a �fount of bad advice during the campaign,� and claimed he once
called her to her face �the queen of leaks.�
Vanity Fair also reported Bannon considers Kushner an elitist with no political experience
who is in over his head and is out of touch with Trump�s constituency.
�He doesn�t know anything about the hobbits or the deplorables,� Bannon said.
�The railhead of all bad decisions is the same railhead: Javanka.�He said it was Kushner
who encouraged Trump to fire FBI director James Comey.
�It�s the dumbest political decision in modern political history, bar none,� Bannon
insisted, calling it a �self-inflicted wound of massive proportions.�
Bannon didn�t exactly gush about his old boss, either.
�The Trump presidency that we fought for, and won, is over,� he told writer Gabriel
Sherman, and reportedly told a friend last month that he believes the president has �lost
a step.� He joked to Vanity Fair that Trump is �like an 11-year-old child.�
Bannon has reportedly said in private conversations that he believes Trump only has a 30 percent
chance of finishing his term because he may be impeached or removed from office under
the 25th Amendment.
Bannon doesn�t let himself off easy, either.
�I realize in hindsight I was just a staffer, and I�m not a good staffer,� he said.
�I had influence, I had a lot of influence, but just influence.� Now, outside of the
White House and back at Breitbart, Bannon said, he feels more powerful.
�I have power.
I can actually drive things in a certain direction,� he said.
