to mention in the show before the one I did earlier the five minute show that

was about Z classic so um from Monday this is in repent and land you guys

remember ran he hosts the CNBC crypto currency show in South Africa and he was

talking about Bitcoin dominance going down and you know we've all heard that

before but I had the reply and your RAM is a good guy he likes to stir things up

a bit though and this is what I wrote times are checking he said times are

changing that you know business bitcoins dominance is going down Oh times are

changing and I said times are changing this is the same this same thing

happened in the spring during the now forgotten it cerium hype

the big difference is that the strong handed long-term thinkers who did not

panic then and fall for the hype are now Bitcoin millionaires so again we've been

through this before the people who didn't fall for it last time who just

held onto their Bitcoin are doing really really well so I link to that below and

I that was supposed to be in my last video but I totally left that out

because that I'd go through this when I read off you're pretty fast sometimes

anyway we're back at like 16,000 16,000 dollars for Bitcoin right now I believe

so whatever you know you could worry about Bitcoin dominance you can worry

about whatever you want to Bitcoin is doing just fine and dandy it's sixteen

thousand dollars it's I mean if you if you would have said that during the

spring etherium pump people would have said you're out of your mind

and this is only like seven months ago okay so something I forgot from the show

that I did earlier the Z classic oriented show that I did from the

airport because Z classic is forking into this Bitcoin prior or be private

crypto dividend this is really big news and you're not really hearing about it

and many other places I covered it really intensely in that previous video

you gotta watch that and I say some things in that video that I usually

don't talk about and I'm gonna say something in this video that I usually

don't say either um but but it has to be said about this situation first of all

the thing that I forgot is that this crypto dividend is the first fork with a

community already in place from an established altcoin

so we're they're forming this be be private now usually when these crypto

dividends are formed there's no community already like when they form be

gold it wasn't like there was a magical be gold community it already existed

beforehand but by forming be private from from Z classic and and

then everyone in Bitcoin also getting the be private you've got to establish Z

classic on community already there and that really adds a unique aspect to the

the possible marketing of it and just how pop have a word will be spread I

mean they've already got a community that's going to be height because this

is taking the place be private is taking the place of Z classic I know it seems a

previous video all right and I know some people are gonna say well bit core or

how to commute okay that's let's not it's neither here nor there let's not

worry about big Court right now um anyway uh yeah check out that link below

and here I have to say a full I have to give full transparency here so I have a

lot of Bitcoin I mean everyone knows that and I want more Bitcoin and I also

have be - I have some be cash left because you know I had so much Bitcoin I

got a lot of freebie cash anyway after I made the video earlier today about Z

classic after I made the video about Z custom because in the video I say a

couple of things but after I made the video about Z classic I actually used

some of my leftover B cash and I traded it in for Z classic so I now have Z

classic so that has to have to put that out there right now and it has surged so

much today that I've already I've already covered some of the initial

expenses if you want to say that yeah anyway I can't afford to being a

speculator okay in that sense I said in the in the previous video that this is a

good speculation and when I call something a speculation I it's something

that if you have a lot of Bitcoin already or if

you have a lot of money not Bitcoin because I didn't use Bitcoin unless I

used be cash on this okay but if you're well off in the cryptocurrency world or

you're just a well-off person and you can afford to lose everything that you

put into a speculation well this is a good speculation because this Z classic

could go up by quite a lot and I in the video earlier today I go over the the

logical reasons why it could go up because this is a crypto dividend this

is it's it's a very unique situation here so again the goal is to get more

Bitcoin from crypto dividends that has always been my goal this is a detour on

that road because again I got the freebie cash but I have now turned the

be cast instead of directly turning some of my be cash into into Bitcoin I have

turned some of it into Z classic which I will then turn into Bitcoin eventually

and hey it might not work out a there's there's definitely a risk so do not try

this at home but again if you are I mean I'm I'm in a different situation than a

lot of people and but I do have to put that out there because I have a lot of

Bitcoin I mean that's this is known this is known of trying to get more you never

stop trying to get more pound that like button

always try to get increased value your wealth in Bitcoin so yeah I'll keep

everybody updated on this on the Z classic situation which is really a be

private situation and again people want free crypto dividends okay be private is

an interesting crypto dividend you gotta admit you can buy one Bitcoin and get

one free be private or you can buy one Z classic and get one free be private so

again and this is if they go through with the for two because there's risk

maybe they won't go through the work we had we have seen you know

there's a lot of big talkers out there in the crypto dividend space and only be

gold to be cash have done it so far but anyway so you have those two options of

get how are you gonna get your one be private you know which route will most

people likely choose okay they're not gonna buy a whole Bitcoin to get a be

private don't get up don't be like what the heck I want a free Bitcoin crypto

dividend why don't I just buy the Z classic thingamajig and it's really

cheap right now it's $20 $10 a it was it was $10 earlier today they got the 30

bucks which is I can't amazing anyway anyway Zee classic is the shortcut to

getting a Bitcoin crypto dividend also keep in mind that there are only one

point eight million Zee classics in existence okay so if there's only one

point eight million Zee classics and people all of a sudden want to get this

crypto dividend that's coming from it well they're not that many Zee classics

to buy we're supplying a demand thing here another thing to take into account

is that Zee classic is basically just Zee cash okay I'm not gonna get into the

details Zee cash sells for a five hundred seventy one dollars right now

crypto dividends of Bitcoin at you know these a lot these theorized ones that

people were talking about all these cheap Chinese knockoffs they they make

fun of them because they're all coming from China well if you look at the

futures markets for all of the proposed ones out there all of them are over 1%

of a Bitcoin in the futures market so we're talking $160 here so I mean I I'm

throwing out all these numbers because this be private I mean it could be $160

it could be $571 it could be a lot more then Z classic is right now so that is

why I think this is a good and interesting speculation why I think

people are buying Z classic right now because it's it's 15 bucks and they're

gonna be able to get something for three that might be $160 or might be

more than that and again the Z classic developers are

saying that be private is a replacement of Z classic it's it's a replacement of

Z classic okay and so it has and Z classic already has a purpose okay Z

classic so B prime B private isn't just being made up like you know super BTC

what is the what is the purpose of super BTC I mean it might do well for all I

know but what's really is they give all these little gimmicks well be private is

the replacement of Z classic which uses all the Z cache technology

table obviously I think this is a really really interesting concept what Rhett is

doing over there with Z classic obviously I think it's very intriguing

all these other alt coins that currently exist try to get forked on the Bitcoin

6% on the futures market they got something going on because they're

putting the banner ads out there alright so then there's another there's another

one that I just heard of today my buddy in Argentina where I might be soon you

never know he he informed me a B Adam not like my name Adam but like a t om

but you know I like the name it sounds like my first name a little bit and they

have a tweet that's out there and I've retweeted it I'll link to it below

they've got something going on with coin ami like I think you're gonna be able to

extract from coin ami your B Adam that's pretty wild if it's I mean and and coin

ami actually tweeted this out I think it was the real coin ami Twitter account

it's linked or below hey man we got all sorts of things going on so crypto

dividends I mean I predicted it back in August this was gonna be a huge thing

it's it's definitely taking on a life of its own beyond altcoins um again these

are all alt coins I'm not saying in the end of the day there's only one Bitcoin

okay people Z classic and altcoin be private and all

#1 - Emotional conflict

When there is a conflict, you will notice that abusive narcissist try to put blames

on you.

Of course, it is usually not directly stated.

to put you down.

Instead of fixing the problems, they are attacking you constantly until you feel guilty.

#2 - Striking at right moment

There are some stages before narcissists show their nature.

Typically, they will withdraw any conversation that will not be beneficial for them.

Typically, the conversation is a demand taling about solution of problem.

After that, they will drive the conversation as if the fault is the other person when he,

or she, is not aware.

#3 - Victimizing themselves

Narcissist typically does not want to show a form of revenge.

Instead, they want to be seen as victim.

That way, they become central attention which eventually will take you into a disadvantageous

position.

They usually tell lies to achieve that, and other people usually fall in their traps.

#4 - Pay attention to emotional outcomes

It is worth noting that conflict usually involves emotional feeling.

Narcissists are actually indifferent considering the fact that they will not care about their

partners' feeling.

With that being said, they actually only want to stand on their grounds of distorted reality.

If your friends or partners do not care about the outcome of any separation – remember

that narcissist wants to have power over you – you should be aware for inconvenient experience

in the future.

All in all, that's the tactics we can use to unmask any narcissists around you.

This is a fried rice dish made especially for me By the folks here at indochin and this is a noodle dish

I also have these four squash soups these juices look very yummy as well

And check this out It's Saigon, famous beer here in Vietnam

And this is another famous one, 3 3 3

And since it's the nighttime I felt like drinking some Brews itadakimasu

I'll start things off with this squash soup And take a look I thought it would be a cream soup

But it isn't... it looks like you can even eat the lid as well

It's so hot and steamy and so delish

It also comes with these limes and Chili Peppers

Squeeze And drop a few in

And it's ready to eat

You can also see bits of squash in it I think it's squash and chicken

Just got a spicy kick to it but

Yoooooo~~~~~ that's crazy hot stuff tho~

They're saying that this is super spicy

The flavor reminds me of Tom yum

yum The sweetness from the squash really Mellows out the spiciness

this squash is sweet

Goes Down Easy

And this is a fried rice that the people at this restaurant Made especially for me

It's crazy heavy right now And they say it's 10 portions worth

The rice isn't sticky

yum... It's got a very similar flavor to The fried rice that we have back in Japan

very yummy it's very similar to an eggy fried rice

This dish is very super heavy They're telling me it's a crab dish

These noodles Look Alot Like 'harusame'

That's kind of sweet flavor and very tasty It's also packed full of veggies

rice paper

It's chewy and delish

And this is a pear wrapped in beef

I love stuff like this It's fattyy meat wrapped around a sweet tasting fruit

Maybe this rice paper would be better If I dipped it in this

its sweet and (inaudible) yum

These noodles are so yummy Nothing beats eating a dish where it originated

This is soy sauce but it is a very sweet kind of soy sauce

Sweet and tasty

The white rice paper is so very chewy and yummy

Yummny

There's crab eat in this It's so yummy

This is a passion fruit juice

I totally thought it would taste very tart But it isn't it's very sweet instead

(peeps your English translator ~Aphexx~ is using voice dictation software.... there will definitely be mistakes please chill )

I noticed that the camera battery cut out And I just swapped it out

I will now give this 333 beer a try

did it wrong

This has a bitterness to it

But they both have fruity notes to them

Since I'm running out of battery and it's also getting super late I've decided to have people help me eat this

the fried rice and these noodles Are way bigger than they appear

No matter how many scoops I take out of them It just doesn't change size at all

these dishes really pack tightly but they're super delish

I've finished off the noodles Now it's time for the fried rice

Vietnamese dishes were so yummy It was my first time tasting all of them

And they went down so easy And were very tasty

And they were all quite Hefty And took quite a long time to eat

They were yummy though Up until now I've only had creamy squash soups

But the spicy one was very yummy And really stimulated the appetite

I especially love that pear wrapped in beef It was flavored perfectly

the Vietnamese dishes here at indochin We're so very yummy

or that desire is a desire no the object of desire just changes the directions of

your destination but doesn't change the process of life as such and the essence

of life is in its process isn't it where you got in the end is not the point

really in many ways right now the essence of life is how you're

experiencing it right now so once quality of life if we are changing

or if you wanting to experience life in a little better way or in a much better

way whatever

changing the objects of desire is not going to make so much of a difference

it's the way we handle the process which is going to make them difference

but even if life becomes very pleasant and beautiful experience it has to

happen that every human being but even if it happens still you will see there

is something within you which doesn't want to settle for just joyful life

either you're very happy and after some time even that doesn't seem to be enough

because happiness is missing right now the whole life seems to be pursuit of

happiness if you joy then you will see it's not

enough in fact if you're very happy you will do many more things than when

you're unhappy isn't it so because now you're charged and now there's nothing

pulling you back you have all the enthusiasm to go about and do lots of

things so there is something that this life is longing for it's not a desire

it's its destination it is not something a desire that you created or I created

it is just longing to go towards a certain destination the only choice that

we have is either to move towards this destination consciously or unconsciously

anyway we are moving whether to go towards it's consciously or

unconsciously if we are dragged towards something unconsciously even if we are

dragged towards heaven we will suffer the dragging isn't it yes

now we grab you and we'll drag you out you don't know where you're being

dragged you will suffer this we will take you and put you on a beautiful

beach but that's later but right now all along from here to there you are going

to suffer it terribly isn't it so if you walk towards anything or if

life drags you towards a certain direction and you are unconscious about

it you will suffer the process immensely so if you look at it consciously if you

go towards it consciously then the process becomes beautiful that's all the

choice we have really and we once we are conscious we naturally haste in the

process whatever we are unconscious off and that level we suffer you must

understand this say right now you're driving on the street you're completely

unconscious of who is coming behind you who is coming in front of you now you

are going to get into one kind of physical suffering because you are

unaware of the physical reality physical suffering will come something

is going to break isn't it now you are unaware of what is happening

in your body another kind of suffering will come you are unaware of what's

happening in your mind another kind of suffering will come you are unaware of

what's happening in your family another kind of suffering will come

similarly wherever you are unaware that level of suffering will come to you is

it so this is holiday you're getting that series

personality means you have to do a lot to keep it up isn't it yes most of the

activity that you're doing to keep up your person is unconscious but you're

doing enormous activity to maintain a certain personality isn't it if that

activity gets lowered suddenly awareness gets heightened because awareness is not

something that you do the very life is awareness the very basis of life is

awareness you know that you're alive only because you are aware isn't it if

all awareness disappears at least on this level we can call it death

so spirituality is not something that you do if you stop doing all your

nonsense your spiritual unnecessary nonsense if you stop spirituality is you

know it's not something that you have to do and make it happen or create it it's

not so but still why if that is so why am i doing my pranayama in the morning

even me never thought they made us do it

I'm sorry the result that's because there is no

brakes and your activity what you do within yourself you have no brakes on it

so we are creating a certain physical mental and energy situation where

everything gets diverted from your activity slowly the practice establishes

a situation where the life energies raised to a certain pitch and intensity

that slowly the activity becomes insignificant it's still dead it's still

happening you've seen the same shown your meditation you just sit activity is

still happening but it's insignificant the same activity which was so

significant has become insignificant we have not stopped it we have not done

anything to hold it down but somehow it has become not so important you see this

happening when you just sit and meditate in shown you everything is happening but

it's no more important it's lost its significance it's lost its impact upon

you it's lost its influence upon you it doesn't mouth you anymore

all the activity of the mind stops molding you you are no more being molded

by that activity this this whole distortion that we have done to life in

the form of creating our person see when you create your personality because it's

created mostly unconsciously just a small part of it may be conscious the

rest of it is all unconscious when you create you run your personality

somewhere in one way it means somewhere you thought creator has not done a good

enough job on you if it needs improvement definitely he did not do a

America or he talks about the deserts in Africa he is always in bad temper he the

moment he saw me just one thing he was angry another thing he was somehow hit

by the whole thing the distortions then who is responsible for this terrible

atrocity as usually know everybody will suddenly interested in geography that is

to DSM then he repeated again who is responsible for this atrocity he thinks

it's an atrocity we thought it was appropriate then somebody made up their

mind and stood up and said we really don't know but it should be his parents

so for this atrocity that you call as myself it's not your parents this is you

only you can commit this atrocity of distorting yourself into such a tiny

possibility when an unbounded possibility was what you were offered

with life you were offered an unbounded possibility

you made a such a bad distortion and made yourself into such a tiny

possibility if you stop creating this caricature because this caricature

cannot exist one day without your support you need to support it all the

your personality that's how suddenly it collapses only

street like this if you could operate with people like this all the time that

you have no personality but looking at this person at this

life miserable in so many ways not one way you have to live with them but these

people have the grouse against you they are going to make your life so bad isn't

it now can I change my personality every

day won't it confuse people not at all they would enjoy you most isn't it some

and will it bring down your deficiency of work definitely not it is not because

the compulsion of the situation you've gotten stuck with my personality it is

just that the whole construction of the personality has happened in an awareness

that's why you're stuck with one personality

now you said we have one kind of personality at home another the children

another with you know work and outside if you look at it it may not be true you

may be functioning in different capacities the requirement of how you

function may be different but still the basic personality may be same everywhere

the underlying personality is still the same you can change that also and it

will be so much fun for you to change that it will be absolute fun for you to

change that because you can experience a whole new person all the time after all

it's your creation so why should it be limited to just one way you God had

fixed a personality for you that's all there is but when you have built it like

you change your clothes every day in different ways isn't it but most people

cannot even change that isn't it they've gotten used to certain thing and that's

all it is isn't it so I think we should have done

something today everybody should dress in a completely different way income not

your usual kind of clothes you're wearing pants all the time today you

wear a sari income just loosen yourself up a little bit you know it's important

the reason why what is the very essence of life is missing in people's life is

because it becomes different

and spiritual people are stiffer than anybody else

they're so stiff still doesn't answer your question there can be changes in

the behavior but your personality remains the same it remains the same

that's what I'm saying you have stuck to one personality just the actions are

different because the situations are different but the person is same isn't

it so the person is same because what your personality is has become you you

are completely identified with it there is no distinction between you and your

personality isn't it you have become that the mask has gotten

stuck to your face now you can't take away the mask if this mask has to come

off we need something to loosen the glue which is gotten stuck to this it is

identity so now we are creating various situations where your identity dissolves

in a certain way meditation or any kind of yoga practice whatever it is just to

loosen the identities so that there's a little more flexibility about it maybe

the whole of it has not come off but at least you can adjust it a little bit

it's a mask being totally stuck at least licky you are able to take a breather

that much break it is giving you but if you work a little more with this you can

take it and keep it off now people when they come to advanced programs three

days or seven days there in samyama our boss banana the person that you are you

just simply forget who you are you don't know who you are it'll become like that

because the situation created is so intense and so different everything that

you know as normal is broken after sometime you don't know who is here

after the program is yo go over and you come back you just wonder is it me who

went through all that

most people can't believe that they actually went through samyama and came

simply because it's created like that the whole situation not only the

meditation process the situation also is created in such a way that it doesn't

assist your personality in any way the whole thing is to take off all the

supports because your personality cannot exist for a moment without your support

if you involve yourself in any intense activity it could loosen up a little bit

but that is Happy's art for example let's say you go and play a game those

moments of total involvement you may lose your personality but that is a

habit our way of attempting it now we are looking at how to approach it

scientifically how to dismantle them all the scaffolding that is holding it up if

you have noticed this people who are very very committed and enjoying the

process of working they always have more flexible personalities than people who

are working towards a goal is it so have you noticed this because just the

involvement with the work total involvement those moments the

personality becomes little loose but people who are working towards a goal

that they want this to happen those people have strong personalities

always the fundamental basis for your personality the building blocks for your

personalities likes and dislikes I like this I don't like this a complex system

of likes and dislikes is what your personality is isn't it so what's the

difference between you on the next person your likes and dislikes are

different isn't it now the basis of yoga is just this to help you beyond these

likes and dislikes whether we're talking responsibility or inevitability or

whatever else we are talking fundamentally it is to destroy the

process of like and dislike see existing in the world with likes and

dislikes is a very foolish way to exist but unfortunately the logical mind

thinks I'll do what I like this is my freedom the very basis of your bondage

is in your likes and dislikes but your mind makes you believe doing what you

like is your freedom isn't it all the time everywhere in the world people

believe doing what I like is freedom please look at it carefully the very

fundamental basis of your bondage is in like and dislike to operate sensibly

here even in the physical realm I'm saying even to operate with your work or

family whatever likes and dislikes make you do stupid things I like this person

I don't like this person now I cannot function from what is needed in this

moment isn't it isn't it so now I don't like this person even if this person is

doing something wonderful I cannot see it anymore do you see this happening to

yourself I like this person even if they are doing terrible things I cannot see

it anymore isn't it so because the moment you get

trapped in this like and dislike you have no discretion you lost your

disposition your intelligence is forsaken your awareness is simply

impossible once you try get trapped in likes and dislikes the moment you say I

like this getting identified with it is very normal it's a natural process you

How Good Are Manchester City? | By The Numbers - Duration: 4:38.

The next game to be played will mark the half-way point in this season's Premier League and

it's fair to say that Manchester City have not just set the pace, they've redefined

what pace means.

Eighteen games in and unbeaten, Manchester City are playing lovely football with ruthless

results.

It's not just the tally of 17 wins and one draw that's impressive either: Pep Guardiola

has coaxed consistently great performances from his players, with Kevin De Bruyne, Raheem

Sterling, and Leroy Sane among those who are lighting up the league.

To get a measure of how good City are, currently, we looked back at the last five complete seasons,

and this one to 18 games completed.

No, it's not an all-time comparison, but in terms of accurate, available data and comparing

like for like, as much as that's ever possible, it's a reasonable sample size.

Manchester City this season are scoring 3.1 goals per game, and 2.9 non-penalty goals

per game: that's 0.4 better for both that the next best side, City's 2013/14 vintage.

The Citizens appear in the top 11 four times; Liverpool are next best with three sides in

the top 11, despite not having won the title in this period.

What of creativity?

While Manchester City 2017/18 only come sixth overall for chances created, including assists,

big chances are a different story.

A big chance is essentially one where it's considered easier to score than not such as

a one-on-one or a shot from very close to goal.

And in terms of big chances, City are creating 3.2 per game, almost one big chance per game

better than the next best sides, of which there are a few.

They might have a way to go before they match the best for chances per game, City again

City have played 632.3 successful passes per game this season, almost 100 more than the

next best team in the last six seasons, which is this season's Arsenal.

No side in the last five full seasons and this one have had a better passing accuracy

percentage, and no side has had more possession.

City are averaging 71.1% possession this season.

That's over 6% better than the next best side, City last season.

Their domination of the ball is extraordinary.

Manchester City are good this season, very good.

You don't need an Excel sheet to tell you that.

But to understand how good, it is worth comparing.

Looking at this season and the last five completed seasons, Manchester City's 2017/18 side

are the best for goals per game, non-penalty goals per game, big chances created per game,

successful passes completed per game, passing accuracy, and possession.

That they have achieved all this with a young squad playing beautiful football just makes

it all the better.

trip tips to Karimun Jawa.

So do you know where Karimun Jawa island is?

Actually this island hasn't been widely known..

Unlike Bali that is famous worldwide.

Actually I didn't know anything about Karimun Jawa island before.

But I got the chance to travel in the island for a week.

I want to share about

my experience

travelling in the island with minimum preparation.

Actually I worry that watching this video makes many people want to travel there.

It won't be good for the island if it's overly commercialized.

Because it hasn't been widely known now,

you'll really feel the natural atmosphere of this island.

This is the map of Indonesia.

And this is the city of Surabaya.

At the top of Central Java there's Semarang city.

Jepara is right here, and if you see above it,

there are many small islands.

This one's called Karimun Jawa island.

The island..

it looks big on the map but actually it's quite small.

It only reaches about 30 Km.

There are several ways to get there.

Especially from Surabaya,

to get to the island..

there are several ways,

You can travel by plane to Semarang,

then from Semarang you go to Jepara by taxi,

and then you can go to the island by ship.

But I..

I bought a plane ticket directly from Surabaya to Karimun Jawa island.

I knew that from Eunsil Noona, thank you Noona~

From Juanda Airport (at Surabaya) it takes about an hour and ten minutes.

Because it's a small plane, it only carries few passengers.

It's my first time to go on a small plane like this.

It can carry only 13 passengers.

Foreigners must bring their passport with them,

but locals can bring the copy of their passport.

Because I'm a foreigner I have to show my passport.

The departure schedule changes every months.

You should check it first.

I go in November and will leave in December.

And there are 3 flights in a week, on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

But in December there are only two flights, on Monday and Tuesday.

The flight costs about Rp 400.000 to go to the island

and Rp 300.000 to go back.

so in total I spend Rp 700.000

If you fly with this small plane you will get different experience

There are no flight attendants,

The pilot operates the plane with the door opened.

And I got some food, they gave me bread and drinking water,

I didn't expect this before, but I like it.

Now I'm arriving at the Karimun Jawa airport.

I took the plane, it's called Airfast..

that cute orange plane.

It was more comfortable than I thought,

and it felt just like going by a car.

It can carry up to 15 passengers but there were only 5.

There are no flight attendants,

I spent my time freely like I was on a car.

From Surabaya it takes an hour and ten minutes.

I will spend my time travelling here for a week.

And for the accommodations in the island..

there's a city center in the south..

usually people choose to stay at the area.

I'll stay at this place.

It's near the airport.

Actually I didn't know that this place is far from the city center.

It takes about 40 minutes by motorcycle to get to the city center.

But I can get more quality time there.

Because it's in the northern part,

I can travel to the place where there aren't many tourists.

That's because the famous destinations are in the southern part.

But the disadvantage is that there's no phone signal..

I can't use my phone here.

And if you want to eat at the restaurant you have to go to the city center.

So it's recommended to stay

at the city center area.

And the transportation..

Actually I wanted to rent a car because..

it's rainy season now, so..

I think a car would be more comfortable

But I couldn't find any rented car, so I rent a motorcycle.

And I think renting a motorcycle is a good choice.

The roads on this island is good enough,

and there aren't many cars here because most people ride motorcycles.

So riding motorcycles is comfortable,

and if you want to go to some beaches,

it's off-road

so going by motorcycles is easier than by cars.

I recommend you to use motorcycle,

the rental fee is 75000 rupiahs,

while for cars the fee is 250000 rupiahs.

it's a lot more expensive, right?

And for the fuel I refill 1 litle a day.

I refill it every two days.

Because it's more comfortable,

I recommend you to rent motorcycles instead of cars.

And because there are no helmets,

you can wear hats or long sleeves

if you don't want to get tanned. My skin's already got darker.

Well but I don't care~

I will show you my favorite place in this island.

The most beautiful beach is this one!

It's called Batu Topeng Beach.

There's Sunset Beach in the middle, and there's also 'Drunken Monkey Bar' there,

It's really a beautiful place.

There wasn't any other visitor when I was there..

so I could walk around comfortably,

and next to it is another beach called Ujung Gelam beach,

we can watch the sunset at this place,

this place can be reached on foot from Sunset beach, so..

you can just walk here,

and my second favorite place

Annora beach, you can go kayaking there.

And also snorkeling.

For the kayak it costs 50000 rupiahs

You can use it all day long,

and for the snorkeling equipment the rental fee is Rp 35000 for one person.

You can rent snorkeling equipemnt and kayak here.

You can go to the sea by kayak while bringing snorkeling equipment

and you can go snorkeling then,

The man will tell you

to wear the snorkeling equipment on the kayak,

then you can see beautiful corals underwater.

I really recommend this place, Annora Beach

My next favorite beach is..

Bunga Jabe beach that's located near the airport.

It's quite small,

There will be a lady who prepares foods for you.

You can comfortably enjoy the beach.

There's another place in the northern part of the island that I want to recommend

Asari Beach.

This place is really beautiful and the food tastes great. (Roasted chicken is the best!)

If you see the map, there's a house on the beach.

And another house is located farther on the sea. So there are two house here,

it looks like it's floating but it's actually not.

And you can go fishing here.

we can go snorkeling on the farther house.

I walk alone and go snorkeling here

it feels like swimming in a giant aquarium.

in today's illustrator vector tutorial by Satori graphics we learn how to make

illustrator vector buttons in an easy to follow step-by-step method

what is that people welcome back to satori graphics the home of graphic

design content or right here on YouTube the first thing we need to do is to

select a gradient of fill without a stroke in the color palette and then

take the ellipse tool hold down shift and click and drag to make a perfect

circle if you open the gradient window here you can adjust your gradient to

whatever you feel looks best for your vector button design next in today's

illustrator vector tutorial we need to make another circle but this time with

the white field only

then open up the aligned window and select both circles you can now align

them perfectly like so add a gradient a fill to the white circle and then in the

gradient window change the gradient to a dark gray to a light gray

set a direction to minus 45 degrees for a vector button design then in the color

palette add the same gradient of the stroke the direction of the gradient

stroke needs to be 120 degrees and then we can increase the stroke way like so

you can select both circles in a resize them in place if you all don't shift and

the alt/option key at the same time

vector button and then in the transparency window change the blend

mode to overlay copy the layer with command or ctrl C and then paste it in

place with command or ctrl F you can then duplicate it over to the other

button
