Lord of the Rings: Haradrim - Duration: 6:01.

In the First Age of Arda, when the race of men left the eastern lands of Hildorian, they

spread throughout middle earth, with some of those migrating into the south, later known

as the Haradrim.

Said to be tall and dark-skinned, with black hair and black eyes, their tribes settled

the lands of near harad, adapting to life in these harsh desert climates.

Further south, the people of far harad were described as half-trolls with black skin,

though, with so little known about this far away realm, it is uncertain whether they were

actually men who shared blood with trolls or were simply large and similar to half trolls

in their ferocity, In the second age, when the Kingdom of Numenor

began expanding east, colonizing the lands of Middle earth and beyond, they established

settlements along the southern coast, the greatest of which became known as the city

of Umbar.

At first, relations were cordial with the natives of harad, learning from each other

and engaging in trade.

But as the years went on, the Numenorians grew possessive, creating Lordships and demanding

tribute and subjugation from the Haradrim.

As the corruption spread from their island to the colonies, the Numenorians became cruel

and arrogant, with some coming to worship the dark lord Morgoth, offering human sacrifices

for his glory.

However when their ruler Ar-Pharazon, sailed his armada west to wage war against the valar,

the creator of the world, Eru intervened, causing the island of numenor to collapse

into the sea.

While most died in this great tragedy, some of their people remained faithful to Eru and

were sparred, sailing ships to middle earth where they founded the kingdoms of Gondor

and Arnor.

However in the south, many Numenorian colonies continued on with the same corrupt, cruel

leaders that existed before the doom of their homeland.

These men became known as the Black Numenorians, and were largely hostile towards their northern

kinsmen throughout the centuries.

Now ruling as independent Lords, the Black Numenorian sought to establish a new powerbase,

with two of their nobles, known as Herumor and Fuinur rising to prominence among the

Haradrim.

But they suffered a major setback in the year 933 of the Third Age, when King Earnil I of

Gondor launched a surprise attack against Umbar, capturing the city and extending the

territory of his kingdom.

In the year 1015, the Black Numenorians tried to win back their city by rallying the Haradrim,

and laying siege.

But the men of Gondor had the power of their mighty navy, having no problems continuing

to supply the city.

The ineffective siege went on for 35 years, until at last Gondor sent an army south to

defeat and disperse their enemy.

Yet they were not be able to hold the city forever, as Gondor eventually declined in

power, largely due to a devastating civil war, which erupted in the year 1432.

The war went on for several years but in 1437 King Eldacar was driven from the capital and

his throne taken by Castamere the Usurper.

The realm then suffered under his creul leadership for a decade until 1447, when Eldacar returned

with an army, slaying his enemy.

Yet the sons of Castamir would not submit, and so retreated first to Pelargir and then

to Umbar where they established their own independent lordship.

The descendants of Castamir never abandoned their hatred for Gondor, and supported pirates

raids against them, becoming known as the Corsairs of Umbar.

In the year 1540, the Haradrim, supported by their allies in Umbar invaded Gondor, and

were able to kill their King Aldamir, but they were eventually defeated, when the fallen

ruler's son and heir Vinyarion led an army against them in 1551.

In 1944, the Haradrim once again went to war with Gondor, allying with the Wainriders of

Rhun and the Variags of Khand, to attack from both the North and South.

And while the Wainriders won a great victory in the north, killing King Ondoher and his

sons, the Haradrim were defeated in the south, allowing the men of Gondor to finish off the

remaining Easterlings.

As the dark lord Sauron regained his power and spread his influence throughout the third

age, his emissaries convinced the Haradrim to continue their efforts against Gondor,

marching north in the year 2885.

Unfortunately, for the southrons, the horse lords of Rohan were allies of Gondor and came

to their defense, defeating the invaders.

Although they suffered a number of defeats throughout the years, by the end of the Third

Age, the Haradrim were once again rallied together in great numbers, wielding weapons

of iron and scimitars that glittered like stars as well as spiked shields of yellow

and black.

Having tamed and trained the mighty Mumakil for war, they often rode atop the great beast,

firing arrows and throwing spears towards their enemies.

Yet they also rode horses into battle, and had many infantry soldiers as well.

The men of Harad were then sent along with orc forces to take the city of Osgiliath in

3018, then joined the main force of the dark lord at the battle of the pelennor fields.

During this great battle, a fearsome chieftain of the Haradrim with a black serpent as his

standard, was slain in single combat by King Theoden of Rohan.

Though the armies of the dark lord were vast and powerful, they ultimately could not stand

against Gondor and its allies.

When the One Ring of power was destroyed and Sauron finally defeated.

His armies surrendered or fled.

Many of the men of Harad who remained in the North chose to submit to King Elessar of the

Reunited kingdom, while others further south remained hostile to Gondor.

When Prince Harry proposed to American "commoner" and Meghan Markle, it appeared as though fairytales

do come true.

A regular girl with a messy family dynamic and recluse father was flung into royalty

and would soon become a princess.

It seemed like a real Cinderella story until the fairytale came to a screeching halt after

her secret came out, banning her from marrying the Prince.

Now, Markle must face the royal family matriarch, the Queen of England, who doesn't seem too

happy about what she's been hiding.

The picture of perfection and elegance that this couple has portrayed over the last few

weeks as they flaunt their love for each other from the states to the Royal Palace, has now

been shattered as it seems like it was a front for something else.

The American actress does what she's apparently pretty good at and that's pretending to

be someone she isn't.

As it turns out, Markle may not be able to wed Prince Harry in the Church of England,

which officiates royal weddings.

Prince Harry has planned to tie the knot with Markle in May, however, there could be some

hiccups along the way before that can happen.

The untraditional pair has done things differently than the royal tradition, starting with Harry

marrying a divorced American actress.

In 2011, Markle married Jewish film director, Trevor Engelson.

They divorced about two years later in 2013.

Having been married before is frowned upon in the royal family and will take some special

permission for the pair to wed in the Spring of 2018, including from the Queen of England

herself and a special license from the Archbishop of Canterbury.

PEOPLE Magazine reports:

For centuries, divorce was frowned upon by the Church of England and members of the British

royal family were forbidden — or at the very least, strongly discouraged — from

marrying someone who was divorced.

The history-shaking controversy surrounding Edward's abdication, as fans of The Crown

will attest, has never been forgotten by Queen Elizabeth, who was just 10 when her uncle

stepped aside — paving the way for her own ascension to the throne.

Edward married Simpson in 1937 in exile in France.

But times have changed.

In 2002, the General Synod – the governing body of the Church of England – voted to

recognize "that some marriages regrettably do fail."

They added, "there are exceptional circumstances in which a divorced person may be married

in church during the lifetime of a former spouse."

Any decision "as to whether or not to solemnize such a marriage in church after divorce rests

with the minister."

However, being a divorcee isn't the only hurtle Markle is facing in marrying her prince.

Religion plays a part as well and since she seems to assume the faith of whoever she's

with, she's going to have to state what she believes on her own.

It's unknown what her religion is or if she has one since she married her first husband

in a Jewish ceremony but attended a private Catholic school growing up.

If she's in fact Catholic, this could be a problem in marrying Harry in the Church

of England.

PEOPLE Magazine explains:

In order to remain in the line of succession, members of the royal family cannot be Catholic.

The vast majority are members of the Church of England, with the Queen serving as the

head of the church.

And until 2013, laws forbade members of the family from marrying someone who is Catholic.

It was a restriction couples could work around: Peter Phillips's wife, Autumn, converted

from Catholicism before their May 2008 wedding.

If she hadn't, Phillips — the Queen's eldest grandchild, who is 13th in line to

the throne — would have lost his place in the line of succession.

However, in 2013, Britain modernized their laws.

Now, those in the immediate line of succession can marry anyone they like, regardless of

religion (provided they have permission from the monarch if they're one of the first

six in line to the throne).

The rules regarding gender were also changed so that a first-born daughter would inherit

the throne, irrespective of whether a boy followed.

Under the previous primogeniture rule, any boy would take priority over an older sister.

Unlike with Charles and Camilla, PEOPLE understands that the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby

has no issue with conducting the ceremony for Harry and Markle – if he's asked.

"Following the guidelines of the Church of England, the Archbishop wouldn't have

any problem with officiating with their wedding if it got to that point," says a source

close to the Archbishop.

Well, that's a big relief to Markle who is shaking things up in the royal family by

doing things a lot differently than how they have been done for decades.

It looks like she may get her fairytale no matter who or what factor tries to prevent

her from that end goal.

However, she still needs to impress the queen and that seems to be her most difficult task

yet.

Meanwhile, she's still planning her wedding to Harry and the pair are said to be tying

the knot in a far more "casual" affair than Prince William's wedding to

Kate Middleton.

DONALD Trump has been briefed on the Hawaii

false missile alert as White House spokeswoman Lindsay Walters labelled the crisis a "state

exercise" leading to suggestions it could have been planned, it has emerged.

Ms Walters' comments contradict the regret displayed by Hawaii Governor David Ige, who

apologised for the false alert that left locals terrified.

She said: "The President has been briefed on the state of Hawaii's emergency management

exercise.

This was purely a state exercise."

Earlier, Mr Ige had labelled the day one that "most of us will never forget" that resulted

in Hawaiians thinking their "worst nightmares might actually be happening" in a news conference.

He stated: "Today is a day that most of us will never forget, a day that many in our

community thought our worst nightmares might actually be happening, a day when many frantically

tried to think about the things they would do if a ballistic missile launch would happen.

"I know firsthand that what happened today was totally unacceptable and many in our community

were deeply affected by this and I'm sorry for that pain and confusion anyone might have

experienced.

"I'm too very angry and disappointed this happened."

The Governor added that routine alerts in the country would be suspended until "appropriate

changes" were made.

He declared: "Routine activities will be suspended until we can implement appropriate

changes.

"We have already implemented some of the changes to ensure that more than one person

is involved with that.

"We definitely learned that some of the notifications, some of the sirens did not

work and we need to understand what that is.

"On a going forward basis, we do intend to continue the monthly siren tests and other

tests as we have done in the past.

"We believe that it is imperative that we continue to exercise the alert system.

"We recognise that this false alarm is a terrible thing to happen and we have implemented

changes already to ensure that it doesn't happen again.

"We will further refine the processes as we go forward to make sure that we can put

in better safeguards to prohibit this from happening."

The person responsible for issuing the alert was identified after Hawaii Emergency Management

Agency Administrator Vern Miyagi admitted it was his "responsibility" and declared

the body will work to ensure it "never happens again".

He went on: "It's my responsibility so this would be my fault."

An automated warning telling Hawaiians to "seek immediate shelter" was sent out

to phones yesterday, prompting some to scramble for cover in storm drains and others to huddle

in basements.

The message read: "Emergency alert.

"Ballistic missile threat inbound to Hawaii.

Seek immediate shelter.

This is not a drill."

A second message delivered nearly 40 minutes later, said there was no threat or danger.

PRESIDENT Trump's hardline stance on North Korea's menacing has left Kim Jong-un's

regime "off-balance" and less likely to attack the US than previously thought, according

to one of South Korea's most decorated generals.

The US leader and Kim Jong-un have been embroiled in a war of words since Trump took office

last year, with an exchange of insults and threats putting the world on the brink of

war.

After a year which saw the North Korean regime develop nuclear weapons that could reach the

US mainland, as well as conduct its most powerful nuclear bomb test ever, war seemed an ever-likely

prospect – but it appears to have had the opposite effect.

Speaking in London at an event hosted by British think tank Policy Exchange, Lieutenant General

In-Bum Chun explained that Trump's volatile nature has North Koreans fearing he could,

at any point, reach for his nuclear button – which the President has already claimed

is "much bigger and more powerful" than North Korea's.

LG Chun said: "Right now, they're a little off balance because of Mr Trump.

They're not going to risk it yet.

"Just yesterday my president said President Trump deserves 'huge credit' for bringing

North Korea to the table.

"For now, he's put us in a direction where negotiations have started."

However, he said the time in which the US and North Korean could still end the crisis

diplomatically is fast running out.

He added: "If they want to do a deal with the Americans, they need to do it now.

They don't seem to see that the window is closing.

President Trump said on Wednesday the United States was willing to speak to North Korea

"under the right circumstances," although it was far from clear whether this would pay

dividends.

South Korea said Trump had also said in a phone call with its President Moon Jae-in

that there would be no military action while North-South talks were going on and that a

Wall Street Journal article saying he was contemplating a military strike against North

Korea was "completely wrong."

"Who knows where it leads?" Trump told reporters at the White House after his call with Moon

to discuss Tuesday's North-South talks, the first since 2015.

Despite claiming war is less inevitable than previously thought, LG Chun still thinks South

Korea should be ready.

He warned: "I hope tensions will lessen & that the Olympics will be a good door to

a peaceful resolution.

That is what my heart wants but my head tells me we have a long way to go.

"We have to be ready - as a military man of 39 years, I know that if you want peace, you

must prepare for war."

Now I come to tell you that our work begins, the work of men and women

That is following Jesus

That is following the Lord through a Christian life

Every Christian following is marked by a call

We cannot take up the project of God without his call

The Lord calls each of us, and can do so as he called Samuel in the 1st reading of today

Samuel, Samuel because he was ignorant and had not yet known God

he was called by the Lord

Or in the Gospel today when 2 men went to Jesus because they felt called by the testimony of John the Baptist

Or Simon Peter who is called after Jesus looks at him

And he was called in a new way, from Simon to Peter

A change of life. This is the call

Are you called, to be a holy lay person or a holy religious?

To be a priest? Why not?

To be a monk. Or maybe you are called to the life of marriage?

To the life of husband or wife

This is the call of the Lord, he does so in different ways. The work of this week is to be attentive.

To be attentive as to how the Lord is calling you.

Through the word, reading the Sacred Scripture

the prayer- intimate dialogue with the Lord

Through others- the testimony

Through the small things each day

We have to be attentive to the things that the Lord wants from us.

He calls us out of love, not because we are good- we do this or that

Simply because he loves us and he expects from us an answer out of love

Brothers and sister never forget that we are born to serve

Peace and all Good. God bless you.

I'm afraid of what they'll think of me they'll think I'm a failure I just don't

think I have what it takes there's so many other people out there

doing this in the whole world I don't think it's a part of me doing it says

talented be the system I shouldn't even try skill just hurts too much I want to

do this too I feel useless I still to the town I don't have time from never

make it because people can't see goodness I started last week I give up

we often say these things when we compare yourself to others but we

shouldn't compare yourself to others because we're all completely different

people we've come from many different walks of life so it's best to just be

who you are be happy with what you have reflect on your past in a positive way

take the good things and mold them into a part of yourself to where you can be

the best version of yourself possible and if you have pain then that channel

lenders are that you create make something powerful use that pain to your

advantage but don't give up just because others may be good at something just

keep going forward keep moving forward and try your best

think positive and something else I wanted to talk about was how negative

thoughts can take over your mind and you constantly think of negatives just every

negative outcome I used to have those thought patterns to where you'd have an

idea that would pop in your mind and the first thing that comes to your mind is

why should I do that on the skilled enough what are other people going to

think of me am I good enough should I follow through

with this if I tell people my goals are they gonna make fun of me many times

when we worry about what others think of us we ourselves are judgmental to others

around us so we must change our mindset to be more positive and accepting we

also must learn to talk less and listen more often life the best things learned

or when we begin to listen instead of speaking so much the take would bothers

you anger anxiety stress channel then to something positive all the time wasted

worrying about negative thoughts could be time spent doing positive things just

keep moving forward and doing your best you'll look back in the future

and think of where you are now when you ask yourself why did I stress about that

so much this seems so easy so simple to fix why didn't I just keep moving

forward and stop thinking about things that I cannot change things are

completely out of my power we can't control everything we have a life

everything that happens around us but one thing we can control is our thoughts

your thoughts are what make you who you are your thoughts will determine the

outcome of your life so if you're thinking negative you will get negative

people in your life you'll have negative things happen to you not everything can

be positive all the time we have to accept ourselves and let go of regret we

can't waste so much time worrying about things that we can't change in our past

the past has already happened just keep going the past doesn't make you exactly

who you are today sure can affect some things but don't let it overcome you

control everything just be yourself and when you're around other people

don't worry about what they think sure there may be some people that don't like

you people to think you're strange different weird

so what move on what do you have to lose most people that have no positive impact

in your life get rid of them find positive people go out and do things

that you enjoy connect with people that have the same interest as you but those

that are very negative and want to bring you down and do so because they see your

positivity your productivity they want to bring you down to their level because

they're jealous they're jealous because they don't have that commitment and work

ethic to put in the work to be the person that you're striving to be but

just remember never give up stay focused be yourself and do not let

anyone tell you that you cannot be or do what you want in life there is no reason

to give up keep moving forward and believe in yourself

for some of us our self is all we have with the world is your canvas don't

stand there staring fearing the pain of failure because the pain of giving up

will last forever

PLANTS UPDATE | Minecraft PvZ - Duration: 2:26.

Hello guys and welcome back to plants vs zombies the plants update I've added 8 plants the

plants that I've added is citron snapdragon laser bean endurian iceberg lettuce tall nut

and coconut cannon lets see what they does first one is citron it shoot a plasma ball

next one is snapdragon it shoots fire in a 3x2 area next one is laser bean it shoots

laser next one is endurian it is a defence + spikeweed next one is iceberg lettuce its

function is to frezz zombies next one is tall nut well it is like wall nut except taller

and have more hp next one is coconut cannon to activate it just go near it and press shift

there you go I've also put a little bit of animation when it shoot like this the plant

that I think is currently over killing the zombies is citron I mean it doesnt have to

be overkill but I dont know why I think its because the ray casting see overkill should've

shoot 2 I've also added zombie waves it will come every 5 minuts I'm probably gonna give

an update to make the zombies spawning faster and faster and faster thats it for today goodbye
