Welcome to How To Cook That I'm Ann Reardon and today we are making an indulgent dessert
wrapped in a dark chocolate leather.
Inside we have got a crunchy chocolate hazelnut base topped with a raspberry gel, a velvety
milk chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries.
To make the base we need some butter, brown sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, plain flour
and some hazelnut meal.
Place the butter and the brown sugar into the bowl of an electric mixer and beat that
on high speed until it looks like wet sand.
Turn the mixer to low and add the cocoa powder, if you don't have a stand mixer you can just
use a hand mixer for this instead.
Add in the flour and all the recipes for this are written out for you on the howtocookthat.net
website and I'll link to that below for you ... and add in your hazelnut meal there as
well and mix that all together.
You'll need to mix it for a few minutes until it becomes like crumbly but moist crumbs.
All mixed in really well.
Pour the crumbs into the base of a lined springform tin.
And then use a spoon spread it out and you want to push it down using the back of your
spoon so it compacts all those crumbs into one piece like big biscuity base.
Then you want to bake that in the oven for about 15 minutes or until you can smell that
yummy cooked cookie smell.
For the raspberry gel we need raspberries, sugar and gelatin sheets.
Place the sheets of gelatin into the cold water and leave them to soak and absorb some
of that water.
And then add the sugar to the raspberries.
Heat that over high heat until the raspberries just start to fall apart.
Pour it into a fine sieve, doing your best not to splash it everywhere.
And then use a spoon to push the juices through, leaving the seeds behind in the sieve.
Grab the gelatin out of the water and give it a good squeeze to get as much of the water
out of it as you can.
Add it into the hot raspberries and stir that well, it should just melt really quickly into
the liquid.
Pour that into a silicone cake tin and place it in the freezer which will make it a bit
more solid and easier to handle when we want to add it to the dessert.
For the chocolate leather you're going to need cocoa powder, rice flour, vanilla and
some water and we will also need some sugar to sweeten it a bit later.
Add all of that into a saucepan.
Place it over the heat and whisk it continually until it starts to bubble and thicken and
the steam fogs up your camera lens!
Add in some sugar to that and mix it around, you just want enough sugar to make it sweet.
I'm not making mine very sweet because you've got the sweetness in the mousse but feel free
to add more sugar if you want to.
Tip half of that onto some baking paper and spread it in an even thin layer.
It needs to be very thin.
Repeat that with the other half and then bake them in the oven until they dry out.
I've got it on a low oven and it took about half and hour for mine to dry out.
Check it as you go and if you're peeling it back and you can still see like a chocolate
paste underneath, it's not ready and it needs a bit longer.
Just pop it back in the oven.
It should just peel off.
Take you chocolate leather and add it on top the base around the outside edge of your tin.
Now you want it to look a little bit creased and crumpled not totally smooth so give it
some texture in the way that you're arranging it.
Remove the raspberry gel from the freezer, take it out of that mold and place it into
the base.
I found just bending it up a bit and pushing it towards the edge made it fit really well.
For the mousse you're going to need milk chocolate, cream, egg yolks, sugar, water more cream
and water to soak the gelatin.
Place the gelatin in the water and leave that.
And then whip the larger amount of cream until it forms some soft peaks.
Put the water, sugar and egg yolks into a bowl that is sitting over a saucepan.
You should have just a little bit of boiling water in the bottom of the saucepan, the water
should not be touching the bottom of the bowl.
And then just keep that water bubbling away and whisk your mixture on top.
You can just whisk it by hand or you can use electric mixers it's up to you and you want
to keep going until that egg mixture is hot and frothy.
Now take your chocolate and melt that and then set that to one side and take your remaining
cream and heat that up in the microwave until it's just starting to boil.
So now you should have your melted chocolate, your egg yolk mixture, whipped cream and the
gelatin sheets that were soaked, just get those out and squeeze out the water of them
and add them to the hot cream.
Once they are melted pour that into the melted chocolate and stir well together so that you
are making like a ganache.
When that is looking smooth, pour it into the egg yolk mixture and gently mix it through.
You want to do it gently because we want to keep as much air in this mixture as we can
because that is what is going to make our mousse light and fluffy and velvety.
Pour that into the whipped cream and gently fold that in too.
Now what you want to do is pour that into your tin, now if you have any gaps in your
leather you'll see like here that it's going to start to go through.
So try and avoid having gaps but if you do, don't worry we can fix it up afterwards.
Once it's been in the fridge for a couple of hours it will be set and you can remove
the tin and clean off any of the mousse that went through.
Add some fresh raspberries around the top edge.
And then slice and serve.
The chocolate leather on this dessert gives it a really modern look and the flavours combine
really well to make it one of those desserts that you that you don't want to stop at just
one slice.

Sjokz talks the uniqueness of the EU LCS broadcast, bittersweet EU storylines, and fan appreciation - Duration: 5:07.
I would say something that is unique about the EU LCS broadcast that I've always thought
was very important is kind of the involvement of players in the broadcast itself outside
of playing, like, a very heavy involvement in long interviews and sitting on the analyst
desk and analyzing the games, and just leveraging what they have.
And it works well for them because it's good for building their brand, and it's great for
us because people would--although, of course, they love their Deficios and their Quickshots
of the world, they would much rather listen to a pro player who is informative and has
something to say and who they can learn from.
And I think the fact that we've continuously leveraged those players is something that's
unique to us.
Ooh, that's an interesting one.
It'd have to be a bit... yeah, there's a there's a bunch of bittersweet ones because I feel
like we had a lot of good players--like, the oldschool mid-laners like Froggen, who we
had recently visiting us, who went to America.
And we kind of lost that strength when we had a big history of strong EU mid-laners.
We have the story of Peke, which I think is a fantastic story, who has done so well and
now sadly--I said bittersweet--is not doing too well with his team.
I love the Unicorns of Love, just their story.
Today I was in the studio, and their fans are just so incredibly passionate.
I think pink is also a good color to make things happen with, but everyone's dressed
up like unicorns and have made these costumes, and they're incredibly passionate.
And even though some people are annoyed by "UNICORNS!" guy, I still think it's a cool
thing that there's so much fan presence with it, and I think it would be a great storyline
if now that they're in their best split, that they've ever played, if they were champions
or if they...
I think that would be majestic if that happened.

I am so, so, so excited for going to Brazil for MSI.
And the structure that it is now, I do the analyst desk the normal year, so to say, in
EU LCS, and then for international events, I switch to the player interviews.
And I love those moments because--woah, good things happening--because they're very energetic
and unique, and it's people you don't get to talk to often and just a setting of being
in Brazil and, knowing from catching some of the CBLOL broadcast, like the crowd is
insane.
They have an incredible passion for League of Legends and just, yeah, I've never been

and on other forms of social media because I do want to have a good connection with the
people that know me and that follow me for a reason.

it's a very conscious wall.
I know how far I go, and I know how far I share.
But there is--and I have to say that sometimes I transgress and sometimes I'm like, "Oh dear,
that was oversharing.

But I'm learning along the way.
But it's definitely--by being in this business for so long and how important branding is
as well, sometimes I spend a bit too much time on social media.
So yeah.
Because I've been open, I think the fans have also been very open towards me, and I get
a lot of love.
And sadly, as much as in the public eye, even though you get a lot of love, you tend to
focus on the negative, which you actually shouldn't, because most of it is worthless,
you know.
Most of it is worthless.
There is, of course, always valuable feedback, but you really have to weed through.
But I think I've been very blessed in that I've always been very personally approached
by fans also at events and stuff like that, who've taken the time personally to talk to
me and thank me for my work and thank me for the things I've done.
And then I thank them back.
So that's definitely heartwarming.
I think people already know that I don't sleep very well.
And that is pinned on my Twitter for a reason because I used to get so many remarks about it.
And it does annoy me when people go, "Wow, you look tired."
It's like, I know it's coming from a place of care, but it's still a bit sometimes like,

But it's something that I've been struggling with for so, so long.
And I think people know that right now, I have had insomnia since I was three, four
years old and night terrors.
So it's definitely something that I live with, and I appreciate when people say, "Hey, have

But I've probably tried it, so... for everyone that is struggling with it as well, I, you
know, want to give them a big hug and say it's all going to be all right.
Because once a week comes that night of full sleep that you're like, "Yes, nine hours!

Oil filter 204
I use K&N with nut to use common wrench
I use Suprotec Mototec4 to protect engine
Special wrench to remove OEM filter
Pressure-gauge to control oil pressure
Oil should be changed after 1000km first time and every 10000km after
First, warm up the engine
Set the bike in vertical position, so that the drain bolt is at the lowest point
Remove oil filler cap
Next, remove drain bolt
Use special gloves because of hot oil
Remove oil filter
Lubricate o-ring on the new oil filter
Oil filter is tightened with 17Nm torque
Drain bolt is tightened with 43Nm torque
Copper wather on the drain bolt should be changed
Fill the engine with oil
Oil quantity is 2.7L with oil filter changing
I pour 2.5 L first, because there will be 100g of Suprotec Mototec4
Mototec4 should be stirred well
For 900cc engine the whole can should be used
Now start the engine for several minutes, kill it and wait for 2 minutes to check the oil level
Oil level is checked when the bike is in vertical position
In this case I have to add a bit oil
Now the level is almost maximum
There is a control bolt to check the oil pressure
The engine should be warmed up
When the engine is cold, the engine oil will have a higher viscosity, causing the engine oil pressure to increase
On 5000r/min the pressure should be 2.3bar (230kPa, 33.4psi)

Hi! I'm Kanes and in this series I would like to teach you how to "code" in html.
HTML, HyperTextMarkupLanguage is the core language of all web pages.
HTML is NOT a programming language.
It can't do math and complex things.
In HTML, we only create the shape of our page.
Ok, Let' create a new file
You can save it wherever you want.
In Documents, I'm going to create a new folder and name it HTML.
In this folder, i will save my document with the title of index.html
The .html extension allows our browser to format this file as a web page.
The first line we ALWAYS have to write in our html is <!DOCTYPE html>
This line will tell the browser to use the latest version of html.
By the way, i'm using Ubuntu 16.04, Atom and Firefox, but you can use whatever OS, text editor and browser you want.
The next tag we have to write in html is, <html>
Like most of the html tags, we have to close it with </html>
The html tag is the root of our page
<text> is called a starting tag and </text> is a closing tag.
The only difference between them is that the closing tag have a "/".
The next tag is <head> and we will close it with </head>.
Then, the <body> tag.
The "head" tag contains the meta information, while the "body" contains all the visible elements.
We say that all the elements that are between two tags are nested between those tags.
Here, for example, the "head" and "body" are nested between our html tags.
Let's create a title tag in the head.
Note that we had to close the title tag.
p stands for paragraph, so this is a paragraph tag.
Again, what it is in the head, won't be displayed on the page
While what it is in the body will be displayed.
And we can say that the title is nested between the head tags.
And that the paragraph is nested between the body tags.
Attributes can provide extra information about our elements.
For example, we can add a language attribute to our page.
The language is not always required, but it is a good practice to always add it.
The first two letters, in lowercase, represent the language
If there is a dialect, we put a dash(-) and then the two letters that represents the dialect, in uppercase.
If we want the UK dialect, we can just replace US with UK.
If we have a language without a dialect, we write just the two lowercase letters that represents the language.
Let's style our paragraph.
For styling, we use the style=" " attribute.
We can add a color, a font, and a font-size.
Remember to use a semicolon( ; ) between the arguments, like i did.
Let's save it (ctr+s) and open it in our browser.
As you can see, our styling worked! :D
Ok, so as you can see, our browser displayed exactly what we wanted and not everything that we wrote there.
