There's a lot of questions when it comes to Diamond is Unbreakable.

Well, there's a lot of questions when it comes to Jojo as a whole, but this is a DIU

video.

Now to who this video is about, Shizuka Joestar.

The baby whose stand ability is Invisibility.

The questions are , who are her parents, how did she get that far out, and what exactly

is going on with this baby.

Let me highlight the last question so you see exactly where I'm coming from.

See, our first instance of a baby stand user was Mannish Boy and his stand Death 13.

Comparing Mannish Boy and Shizuka is either a huge jump or actually not that much.

Mannish Boy was a genius, and one of the most sadistic characters in the show.

Shizuka, there's not really much about her that we can distinguish beside her and her

connection to her stand.

Shizuka probably didn't have as much of an understanding of the world like Mannish

Boy, but she probably would know when a situation is bad or not.

She increases her invisibility the more that she's frightened or startled.

So technically she does use it as a defense mechanism when it comes to being frightened.

We also don't know if her invisibility only applies to stand users only.

Since it is a stand ability, maybe regular people can see her, but stand users can't.

Right there is where we continue on the second question.

How exactly would she just get out crawl away from both of her parents.

She goes invisible, but the problem with that is if babies are frightened or startled is

that they generally cry when doing so.

So a family wouldn't just open the door when there's a baby crying inside of the

home.

Parents would search around for said baby in their home, but we're not sure if they

can even see her.

But let's make the assumption that the parents didn't search for her, because they can't

search for her.

I feel like one, the parents are either gone or dead, and the baby was originally asleep

when both happened.

This feels like all the information is everywhere so let me summarize this all so far.

Mom is dead, dad is out of the picture, and the baby was asleep when the mom had died.

The mom dying came out of nowhere from what it looks like, but when thinking about all

of this I feel that it made the most sense because of episodes 12 & 13 of Diamond is

Unbreakable.

Let me show you the ending of episode 12, you see in this scene that there's a hand

sitting on the edge of the tub, but then the hand is picked up and is shown that it's

severed.

Now who is the one that keeps severing hands, killing women, and does everything generally

in a silent way.

Kira Yoshikage, so that's confirmed that he had killed her.

There's literally no other person that could've done it.

Then in the early minutes of the episode, you have a caller on Morioh Cho radio.

He can't get a hold of his girlfriend and he was getting really sad because he had proposed

to her.

The boyfriend had spent a lot of money on her engagement ring with a ruby, her birthstone.

Now if we go back to the scene in episode 12, what color is the stone on her ring.

Red, like a ruby.

Kira had killed this man's girlfriend, that's the reason why he can't get a hold of her.

This originally wasn't included in the manga, the scene with the hand in the shower.

Matter of fact, this whole scene didn't even happen either.

It's just Koichi voicing over stuff in the manga, so they added these moments for a reason.

They really want to focus on the fact that Shizuka's potential mom is dead, and her

boyfriend can't get a hold of her.

This Kira cameo didn't even happen either, so they're really highlighting on Kira.

I also want to know if there's more detail on the blu-ray for this moment.

I want to connect these two moments and say that these two could Shizuku's mom and her

mom's boyfriend, but there's no details that would say that so I'm going to drop

that easily for now.

Why would this connect to Shizuka, well this would explain how she got out.

If she's asleep while this happens, and Kira is known for being a pretty silent killer,

this would be the reason why she got out with no supervision looking after her.

Here's my thing, I want to know how exactly does Achtung Baby work.

I also want to know if Kira would kill a baby, I'd be horrified if I had seen that.

Well, he would kill Hayato with no remorse and the only thing he's worried about would

be that he could get found out.

Yeah I guess he would.

Also, she probably is invisible to everyone because I'm sure that people would do something

if they see a baby crawling in middle of a field.

I also don't believe that the guy calling is Shizuka's father, I'm pretty sure it

would be like the case with Josuke and his mom where the dad is just gone.

So who are Shizuka's parents?

Dead, well the mom is and I don't know about the dad.

It could be the caller guy, but they had cut him out after the birthstone information so

there's nothing else on him.

I doubt that both Araki and David productions would just add all these extra things while

proceeding to have the episode on Shizuka, I believe the reasoning on it was for foreshadowing.

But that's all for speculation, what's your guys

HERE�S WHAT TO EXPECT

Coronal holes on the Sun are constantly changing.

They are caused by the Sun�s magnetic fields, which arch away from areas in the Sun�s

corona that have become thin due to the lower levels of energy and gas.

When these fields do not fall back, coronal holes appear.

As a result, the Sun emits enormous amounts of solar wind (radiation).

Currently, one such hole is pointing toward Earth.

It is said that this radiation will be reaching Earth as early as the night of April 23rd

and into April 24th and may cause interruptions in technology on Earth.

This is not a rare event, however.

A couple of years ago, NASA�s Solar Dynamic Observatory (SDO) observed a hole as wide

as 50 Earths in the outermost layer of the Sun and its magnetic field.

not give up on his plan to get Congress to fund the wall, a key promise of his 2016 campaign.

But he said he would accept a delay of that fight until the fall, conservative reporters

President Donald Trump welcomed conservative media to a reception on Monday night, turning

the evening into an impromptu on-the-record briefing, according to multiple people in

attendance.

Around 50 attendees from the likes of Breitbart, the Washington Free Beacon, Daily Caller,

Christian Broadcast Network, Catholic-focused The Eternal Word Television Network, as well

conservative radio hosts like Laura Ingraham, Larry O'Connor and John Fredericks mingled

with senior administration officials and the president over light snacks, fruit and candy

The Turkish man who gave Mike Flynn a $600,000 lobbying deal just before President Donald

Trump picked him to be national security adviser has business ties to Russia, including a 2009

aviation financing deal negotiated with Vladimir Putin, according to court records.

The man, Ekim Alptekin, has in recent years helped to coordinate Turkish lobbying in Washington

with Dmitri "David" Zaikin, a Soviet-born former executive in Russian energy and mining

companies who also has had dealings with Putin's government, according to three people with

direct knowledge of the activities.

This unusual arrangement, in which Alptekin and Zaikin have helped steer Turkish lobbying

through various groups since at least 2015, raises questions about both the agenda of

the two men and the source of the funds used to pay the lobbyists.

Although Turkey is a NATO ally, its president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has grown increasingly

authoritarian and friendly with Putin.

And the hiring of Flynn by Alptekin came at a time when Flynn was working for Trump's

campaign and Putin's government was under investigation for interfering with the U.S.

election.

Flynn's lawyer, Robert Kelner, declined to comment.

In a filing with the Justice Department, Flynn said he relied on assurances from Alptekin

that he was not directly or indirectly funded by a foreign government.

But shifting explanations and a web of business ties raise questions

about

President Donald Trump is expected to propose slashing the corporate tax rate to 15 percent

on Wednesday, as the White House unveils its first stab at a tax plan, according to two

sources familiar with the administration's deliberations.

Cutting the corporate rate to such a low level would allow Trump to follow through on a campaign

promise that has been months in the making – even if policy experts argue that getting

to that rate is impossible to do without imposing a new levy like a consumption tax, or blowing

a hole in the deficit.

Trump has been saying since early February that the administration's release of a tax

plan was just weeks away.

A tax cut to 15 percent for corporations is likely to receive a mixed reaction from Congress,

which must approve any overhaul of the tax code.

Some Republican lawmakers will be thrilled to bring the corporate rate that low as a

plan approved by lawmakers.

The White House expects to negotiate up from there, the official said.

Now, that the 100th day of the administration is fast approaching, White House officials

are feeling pressure to show off their accomplishments.

A tax plan — even one with broad brushstrokes — is a way for them to signal that the administration

is moving ahead with its legislative agenda, despite its failure to repeal and replace

Obamacare.

The proposal is also intended to show that the White House, and not Capitol Hill lawmakers,

will be taking the lead on developing any

tax overhaul.

Board Report April 2017: Region II - Duration: 5:21.

Hello!

I'm Linsay Darnall Jr.

And I'm Richard McCowin.

We are your Region II Representatives.

There will be State Association Conferences happening soon, both of us are looking forward to them.

These conferences are opportunities for you to make motions about your state's future.

Could be about deaf people's interests, deaf children, election for new officers,

and to select delegates for the 2018 NAD Conference.

Both of us are eager to work with you all.

I plan to attend the conferences in Nebraska and Indiana as I will be providing a workshop.

And I will go to Illinois and Iowa so I will see you there.

Currently, there are various legislative bills in our region.

You have been doing a good job keeping an eye on these bills, we encourage you to continue!

If you need some support, please feel to ask us.

One of the best ways to do this kind of work is through exchanging ideas.

We all can observe and learn with better ideas.

Improve from others.

Continue to work.

This will make progress for Region II for deaf people's successful rights

in regards to jobs, education, and access.

Now, as a board member, I have two responsibilities.

I serve as the Board Liaison for Certified Deaf Interpreters (CDI) Task Force.

The purpose of that task force is to improve how to work with deaf interpreters.

I also serve as the Board Liaison for the NAD Interpreter Section.

The section consists of people who joined the section to support interpreter issues and help make progress.

As for me, I am the Board Liaison for the NAD Youth Strategy Team (YST),

which focus on ages of 18 – 30 years old.

We are developing a survey to identify how to recruit or inspire young people to connect with the NAD.

I also am on the Organization committee which is responsible to figuring out the structure of the NAD.

We're looking on ways to improve on its effectiveness and how to make it more efficient to serve you better.

So, that's what we have worked so far.

Of course, there is more work ahead of us.

Also, we are also excited about the next board meeting which will happen at

the NAD Leadership Training Conference (NLTC) in Oklahoma City this October.

The best part is the regional mini-conference that will happen during NLTC.

You will have an opportunity to make motions and be prepared for the NAD Conference next year in 2018.

Hi, I'm Melissa.

It's time for my monthly video report and you may wonder where I am

we met for our quarterly NAD Board meeting, in Hartford, Connecticut.

On Thursday, we visited the Willie Ross School for the Deaf in Massachusetts.

Then in the afternoon, based on the NAD Board's commitment to receiving training on various topics

at every board meeting from various outside presenters

we had the honor of having Ivy Velez and Andrea Wohl share about mental health.

Ivy and Andrea explained the "Wrap Around" concept to help us understand children's needs.

They shared how they identify children's needs and how they work with the State

to ensure the success of every child.

We learned a lot that afternoon.

Then on Friday, the NAD Board discussed ways to improve the Council of Representatives meeting and

reviewed feedback that was received from the community about #NAD2016.

We are looking forward to implementing those changes for #NAD2018,

we are excited to share those updates with you soon.

Finally, on Saturday, the NAD Board hosted a community event, "ASL Storytelling"

to highlight the 200th anniversary of the American School for the Deaf (ASD).

Everyone enjoyed the stories shared by community and some Board members.

It's important to preserve ASL and continue to pass it on to others.
