The masks have now �fallen off� well and truly in Spirit energetically and so in linking
with the human, this will no longer suffice to cope and manage!
This is so very huge!
I am talking energetically in the last 24hours and from recent energies leading up to this,
please refer past posts � Pts 1-4.
The message is: �Just be you, your energy power and strength is enough..no need to over
exert your energy anymore.
As it is not sufficing energetically now�.
A lot has happened since the last BB post, so much so that sharing about this has not
happened as I usually do, as each of us has needed to be in our own spaces going through
all we have/are needing to.
So much is going on with self and family or those close with us and our connections and
our own connection.
So while I am still in my own �zone� going through all I need to, here is a brief outline
further of what is occurring that I am going through and working through with others close
to me:
We are Creating a *NEW* Light path and like �stepping off the old black tar sticky path�.
A path of the old we knew so well and this new light path is being formed/created bit
by bit as we shift and change from the old to the new
This is very new in all senses and many ways
The new �unknown� territory that we are creating moment by moment in each new situation
with all we have gone through (remember previous BB posts are a time-line leading up to this
post).
So much of the Ancient/Ancestry energy is being healed and with this is the human experience
and then also our Spirits experience and then linking the two with a connection to the Divine
and Gaia as well.
Fear of stepping into one�s own Power or Self-Empowerment in the human as well as spirit
and linking the two is so very BIG right now.
As so many have detached or drifted off into the upper realms, I know I did for many years,
stemming from childhood.
To cope and manage and at a time where there was no understanding of energies and who I
was and all I needed to endure through personal experiences to bring me to who and where I
am right now.
As just like you too�with all you have endured and experienced up until right now, this very
moment.
As we detached and/or put a �mask� on to cope.
Well those �masks� have energetically fallen off in Spirit and the truth is being
revealed as to what is going on within and deeper within ourselves!
We are now facing our Inner Fear of owning our own Power!
Gregg Prescott wrote of this not long ago: �What we�re going to see are people losing
it and it wouldn�t surprise me to see some people in the spiritual community lose it
who haven�t done their work and/or are not grounding themselves�.
The inner truth of coming home to our power.
Where we do not over ride others energies�as a lot is to do with past �wars� where
we needed to �fight for our survival�.
This is about bringing our strength, confidence and belief in ourselves.
And very very importantly GROUNDING ONESELF IN OVER AND OVER is VITAL with this.

Hackers today aren't like they were in those 80's and 90's movies.
"You want me to hack the planet?"
Now, cybercriminals can be state-sponsored, breaking into servers and disrupting national
elections.
James Comey: One of the lessons they may draw from this is that they were successful, because
they introduced chaos and division.
They can be a nefarious collective, blackmailing a multinational billion-dollar corporation
by threatening to release piles of its sensitive data.
Or they can be agents looking to expose the C.I.A.'s own hacking capabilities.
These elite professionals are always finding new ways to gain entry to government, industrial
and financial networks.
Luckily, as hackers get more sophisticated, so are the safeguards protecting sensitive
data.
So here's the situation…
Since 2005, more than 5,400 data breaches in the U.S. have been disclosed, the biggest
being the Adobe hack in 2013 with 152 million records being compromised.
Individuals aren't the only ones at risk.
The U.S. has been battling an escalating cyber-war with countries like China and Russia for years.
In 2016 multiple U.S. agencies concluded Russia was behind the hacks of 20,000 Democratic
National Committee emails that were then posted online, hoping to influence the election in
Donald Trump's favor.
A conclusion Russian President Vladimir Putin denies.
If proper precautions are taken, not all hack attacks have unhappy endings.
In May, 2014, 110 million payment card numbers were stolen from Target, but those numbers
were useless because the PIN codes were encrypted, and the banks immediately canceled all the
compromised accounts.
Now Here's the argument...
Cybersecurity is both worse and better than it's ever been.
The sheer size, scope, and frequency of attacks from hackers is skyrocketing.
But the safeguards protecting individuals and corporations are always being improved.
The massive 2014 hack of JP Morgan didn't result in financial losses for its customers,
who were covered by consumer-protection laws.
But it did spur JPMorgan to build a vast cyber security operation staffed with former military
officers.
And the U.S. eventually identified and indicted the hackers.
However, keeping data secure requires constantly updating technology, and expensive human monitors
watching for any sign of trouble.
High security comes with a high price tag.

Why Don't Sheep Shrink In The Rain? - Duration: 2:08.
If you put a wool sweater through the laundry, it shrinks.
So why don't sheep, which are, you know, basically made of wool, why don't they shrink
in the rain?
The answer comes down to friction.
Like all mammal hair, wool fibers are covered in overlapping scales that run the length
of each fiber.
These scales make it easier for the fiber to slide in one direction than the other,
which is why, if you grab a strand of your hair and pull it through your fingers, you'll
find it moves more smoothly going toward the tip than toward the root end.
When a wool - or human hair - sweater gets thrown into the washing machine and tossed
around, this one-way resistance becomes a problem, because, as each fiber rubs against
its neighbors, its scales act like little ratchets, only allowing it/the fiber to move
in one direction.
The water makes things worse, both by causing the fibers to swell, which brings them into
closer contact, and by softening the scales, which makes them floppy enough to get caught
on neighboring fibers more easily, but not so floppy that they can give way and allow
the fibers to move past each other.
Heat also exacerbates the ratchet effect, probably by making the hairs more bendy, which
brings them into greater contact, the same way cooked spaghetti noodles touch in more
places than hard, uncooked ones.
Throughout the course of the wash and dry cycle, the millions of tiny ratchets on the
thousands of individual fibers in the wool sweater draw the fabric into a tighter and
and tighter configuration, shrinking the overall size of the sweater.
When sheep get caught in the rain, the fibers in their thick coats swell and their scales
soften too, but their wool doesn't get tossed around enough for the ratchet effect to cause
it to tighten...unless those sheep get really RAMbunctious.

reHello, my friends, this is the second edition of our NaVigator.
Today I'll tell you how to save money on accommodation in Kiev, where to eat, and how much money you should bring with you.
I am at the Central Railroad Station, and this is probably the first place you will see in Kiev.
The train leaves!
In my opinion, train is the most affordable and convenient way, but you can travel to the capital by different modes of transportation.
For example: by bus, by car, by plane, you can also try to swim across Dnipro, it's up to you.
If I were rich, I'd fly to the Major by personal jet...
My friends, in this video I'll talk about the cheapest alternatives, because I prefer cheap traveling,
so I can buy a lot of cool stuff, especially during a Major you will be able to buy something in the Secret Shop.
Kiev is considered one of the cheapest European capitals.
For $100 you will receive 2665 UAH.
I've exchanged only $100, but I feel like I used midas on a creep at 6th minute.
This money is enough for all five days in Kiev, and I'll have enough left for the Juggenaut Arcana.
Of course the first thing to worry about when you arrive is accommodation.
Before the arrival I booked a hostel, so now we will travel there.
Of course I could take an Uber ride for 40 UAH, but I choose a faster and cheaper solution, it's 4 UAH underground.
For 20 UAH you receive 5 tokens for 5 trips.
3 lines of underground cross all ten districts of the city.
Right now we are at Vokzalna station, our hostel is at Olimpiiska station,
to get there we need to travel 3 stations via red line, and change for blue line at Khreshchatyk,
after two more stations we will get there, 15 minutes in total.
Since we are traveling by underground, I decided to change our route to show you one of the Kiev sights.
Look at this Dnipro view, it's amazing, traveling isn't always boring, it can be entertaining and picturesque.
Dnipro river divides Kiev into two parts, on the right bank are sights and main transport connections,
while on the left bank are residential districts.
If you look at the map, the right bank is situated on the left.
Why is that? A lot of tourists think that way, when they accidentally confuse them.
But to be honest it's simple, you must face estuary of the river
and your back should be directed towards source of the river, then it all becomes clear.
On the right hand side there will be old city with all the sights, and on the left side there will be residential districts.
That's some geography for you.
I see that you messed up, can't you see the difference between left and right banks?
Don't you remember your school lessons? Come on, after this video you will never mess up again.
By the way, I am at Arsenalna station, this is the deepest station in the world.
Wikipedia says that it's 105.5 meters deep.
I was curious, so I decided to test how long it takes to get to the surface, let's go.
4 minutes and 26 seconds, it's definitely not the best time in the underground.
Well, enough of experiments for today, let's go to the hostel, it's time to settle in.
I searched for the accommodation at booking.com, I considered the price and location.
I succeeded to find a nice place not far from the Palace Ukraine, the daily price is 130 UAH.
In my opinion it's a great price for living in the center of the capital.
The hostel is 5 in minutes walk from Olimpiiska Station and 10 minutes walk from the Palace Ukraine, so it's rather convenient.
As you can see it's located in a usual residential house, there is no advertising here.
It's the 2nd entrance, they told me to call apartment 41, that's what I'm going to do.
Let me in... Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Well, here we are, let's settle in.
This is our room.
The hostel has several rooms, we got this one.
No one lives here today, only us.
Here is my bed with an orthopedic mattress, it's quite comfortable.
The hostel doesn't differ much from others, conditions are the same as in other hostels: a bed, a shower, a kitchen and so on.
What else do gamers need? Sleep, eat and play some Dota.
Let's check the bathroom and the kitchen.
There's a bathtub, sink, washing machine, and also a gas geyser that provides the house with hot water all year round.
Which is good, let's go to the kitchen.
The kitchen features everything you might need: a fridge, a TV, a microwave oven, a stove.
You can cook something if you want, some soup or sandwiches.
If you're going to Kiev, you can stay in this place, it's called "Hostel Olimpiyskiy".

When Valve announced that the major will be held in the Palace "Ukraine",
some esports personalities complained about this place being behind the times,
with a low number of seats that are not really comofortable.

This venue has already hosted a few Starladder events and everything was great.

In general, the average price for one meal in Kiev is about 70 UAH.

Trade Wars Begin Trump Announces 20% Tariff On Canadian Softwood Lumber Imports

Speaking during a first of its kind meeting dedicated only to members of the U.S. conservative
media, including Breitbart News, OANN and Daily Caller, President Trump told reporters
to expect a 20% tariff on softwood lumber coming into Canada.
�We�re going to be putting a 20 per cent tax on softwood lumber coming in � tariff
on softwood coming into the United States from Canada,� tweeted Charlie Spiering of
Breitbart Media.
Trey Yingst of OANN tweeted that according to Trump �Canada has treated us very unfairly�
and also threatened a tax on Canada�s dairy industry.
According to the WSJ, Wilbur Ross said the tariff will be applied retroactively and imposed
on Canadian exports to the U.S. of about $5 billion a year.
He said the dispute centers on Canadian provinces that have been allegedly allowing loggers
to cut down trees at reduced rates and sell them at low prices.
"The determination that Canada improperly subsidizes its exports is preliminary, and
the Commerce Department will need to make a final decision.
In addition, the U.S. International Trade Commission will need to find that the U.S.
industry has suffered injury.
But even a preliminary decision has immediate real-world consequences, by discouraging importers
from buying lumber from Canada."
Or, as a WSJ associate editor put it, "Blame the Chinese, but tax the Canadians:"
�We tried to negotiate a settlement but we were unable,� Mr. Ross said, adding that
previous administrations have also been unsuccessful in resolving the dispute.
Speaking to the FT, Wilbur Ross said that the US would impose tariffs ranging from 3
per cent to 24% on five Canadian lumber exporters.
The Canadian companies are Canfor, J.D. Irving, Resolute FP Canada, Tolko Marketing and Sales
and West Fraser Mills.
�This has been another long-standing dispute with Canada,� said Ross.
�These duties will be applied retroactively, 90 days backward, because they were on notice
that this was forthcoming and they didn�t change the practice of dumping subsidized
lumber.�
Ross also told the FT that the Canadian provinces that own the forests from where softwood lumber
is sourced were subsidizing logging activities, which allowed Canada to then dump the lumber
in the US at below-market prices.
�It is around $5bn a year worth of lumber that comes in this way.
And the Canadians have roughly a 31.5 per cent market share of the whole US softwood
lumber (market),� Mr Ross added.
The Trump administration had already notified Canada of its intent to impose the tariffs,
a measure which comes as Trump approaches his 100th day in office on Saturday and is
another example of his intent to take a more protectionist approach to trade policy.
The tariffs have been anticipated since last week when Trump launched a barrage of criticism
against Canada�s dairy, energy and lumber sectors.
As Global News adds, the expected announcement from the U.S. Commerce Department on countervailing
duties, a type of import tax meant to counter a subsidized export, is just the latest in
the ongoing Canada-U.S. softwood row, which stretches back to the 1980s.
Previously, President Trump said the Canadian system of protectionist dairy quotas is harming
U.S. farmers, and that he�ll press Canada for changes to its dairy system as part of
North American Free Trade Agreement talks.
Last week, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said the U.S. has a $400m dairy surplus with Canada
adding �it�s not Canada that�s the challenge here.�
The dispute largely stems from the fact most Canadian lumber is harvested on government-owned
land while American lumber comes mainly from private land.
The American lumber lobby has long accused Canadian governments of allowing companies
to cut wood for less than market prices, which they say is an unfair subsidy.
The announcement is also the latest escalation in US trade wars under the new administration,
and comes just hours after China warned it would retaliate if the US imposed tariffs
on its steel imports.
In separate comments, Breitbart's Charlie Spireling reports that when asked about Assad�s
existing stockpile of chemical weapons, Trump responded �Wait and see if he uses them
again, OK?"
Trump also discussed the North Korean situations, and said �this should have been done by
Obama and it should have been don by every president since, really, Clinton.� Asked
about Kim Jong-un�s military capacity, Trump replies: �I�m not so sure he�s so strong
like he says he is, I�m not so sure at all.�
There was immediate selling in the Loonie.
Which just broke to the weakest in 4 months against the US dollar.
And with lumber prices already at 13-year highs, one can only imagine what this will
do to the price of houses in America.
Canadians have had a tough time of it recently: they are getting inundated with illegal immigrants
(thanks to Trudeau's welcome) and not benefitting from the wholesale emigration north that so
many liberals promised if Trump was elected; housing has become unaffordable due to Chinese
hot money flows encouraged by the government; the Canadian energy industry is hosed because
of US shale production-driven low prices; and now the US imposes trade tariffs on another
of their biggest exports.

What is Miaufilms about, what is it? How did it all began?
Because I really can't remember, so I need you to tell me.
It all began in 2015 when we did "THE MINIMAL POSSIBILITY".
A short film about Vanessa, a girl who feels guilty
the morning after she left her friend Tania in a dangerous situation, in a "carrete".
For those of you who don't know, in Chile "carrete" means "party".
So she's got a moral hangover and two representations of her consciousness appear,
her angel and her demon, and they harass her with her guilt.
In fact, THE MINIMAL POSSIBILITY was just a video we made for a class,
and we were so sad to let those characters go that we decided to make more short films about them.
So we did MATRIOSKAS DREAM,
which, in case you don't know, is our short film from last year, that was pretty succesful.
It explores the world of Tania, Vanessa's friend,
and tells the story of how she sees her boyfriend die and she has to go through her mourning after that.
MATRIOSKAS DREAM was actually inspired by a dream, and it was a musical dream.
So it looks a lot like a video-clip and it's very oniric.
And this time we wanted to do something more chronological and more centered in the story.
So now that we already talked about Tania and Vanessa, we want to show you what happened that night,
before THE MINIMAL POSSIBILITY.
What happened to these two girls? Why does she feel so guilty? What did she do to the poor Tania?
- What happened to Tania? - Poor. Girl.
Vanessa and Tania have a feminist punk band in the city of Valparaíso.
Vanessa is the lead singer and Tania plays the drums.
Basically, UNHOLY FRIENDS shows a night in their lifes and tells the story of how they went in a lot of trouble.
And why the events from THE MINIMAL POSSIBILITY took place.
All of this happens at night, in a very underground scene, with their punk show at a bar, and all the streets of Valparaíso.
And all the dirt.
- I don't want to spoil the film. - No, that would be boring.

Throw in 2-3 pieces of cane sugar,
take one star anise
and add a few water drops.
Caramelize sugar on sand
sugar has melted and absorbed star anise flavor
now we can add coffee,
fill it with 2 ounces of home temperature water
and take the cezve back on sand.
We need around 1 tablespoon of fresh ground coffee for on cup.
You also need to stir the mixture,
before you take the coffee to the sand.
The cezve should stay on stove or sand for several minutes.
After that, the foam starts rising.
When it happens, slowly put the cezve up.
You can repeat it, if you want to make your coffee stronger
Pour the coffee into a cup,
The drink is ready

Can I taste it?
- Yes, sure!

- Feel the flavor first, then make a couple of sips.
The coffee had a bright smell of star anise, and the texture was really thick!
Wow, I feel that the coffee is strong,
because... it has spent a lot of time in cezve on sand
But the sugar makes it taste softer
And... you know I have read that star anise is really good against cough
So, when you catch cold or fall ill, you can drink it,
not before sleep, though.
It will keep you energized.
.. and satisfied! Ha-ha!

Why Don't Sheep Shrink In The Rain? - Duration: 2:08.If you put a wool sweater through the laundry, it shrinks.
So why don't sheep, which are, you know, basically made of wool, why don't they shrink
in the rain?
The answer comes down to friction.
Like all mammal hair, wool fibers are covered in overlapping scales that run the length
of each fiber.
These scales make it easier for the fiber to slide in one direction than the other,
which is why, if you grab a strand of your hair and pull it through your fingers, you'll
find it moves more smoothly going toward the tip than toward the root end.
When a wool - or human hair - sweater gets thrown into the washing machine and tossed
around, this one-way resistance becomes a problem, because, as each fiber rubs against
its neighbors, its scales act like little ratchets, only allowing it/the fiber to move
in one direction.
The water makes things worse, both by causing the fibers to swell, which brings them into
closer contact, and by softening the scales, which makes them floppy enough to get caught
on neighboring fibers more easily, but not so floppy that they can give way and allow
the fibers to move past each other.
Heat also exacerbates the ratchet effect, probably by making the hairs more bendy, which
brings them into greater contact, the same way cooked spaghetti noodles touch in more
places than hard, uncooked ones.
Throughout the course of the wash and dry cycle, the millions of tiny ratchets on the
thousands of individual fibers in the wool sweater draw the fabric into a tighter and
and tighter configuration, shrinking the overall size of the sweater.
When sheep get caught in the rain, the fibers in their thick coats swell and their scales
soften too, but their wool doesn't get tossed around enough for the ratchet effect to cause
it to tighten...unless those sheep get really RAMbunctious.
