We are at the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. We are going to visit the Kanheri caves

that are over 2000 years old.

Can you see the monkeys behind us?

There is a camera crew.

These are the crew members who came with us.

There are more than 100 caves inside this mountain.

It is said this is the largest number of caves inside one single mountain.

The camera guys are here with us because they are shooting a video

about our trip here in Mumbai for Holiday Inn.

We are going to enjoy the sense of sight here,

with a spectacular, historical landscape.

It has been said that these caves have existed for over 2000 years.

Before, 2000 years ago, people in this place lived in caves not houses.

Look at this ancient sculpture! This is marvellous.

Big pineapple jelly ~easy and interesting recipe~ - Duration: 5:36.

Hello! This is 食の贅沢/Food Luxury!

Today, I'm making pineapple jelly!

I make it using a can (canned pineapple).

This recipe is easy(^^)

And it's interesting!

Because I make it using a can, It's big and fan(^^)

If you take it to house party, many people will be happy!

So I'm making a pineapple jelly using a can!

Let's make it!

Open the can.

Open it cleanly because I use it later.

The can looks awful (><)

Keep the canning liquid.

Take the pineapple out from the can.

Next, let's make the jelly!

Canned liquid (syrup)

Blend it.

Boil it on low heat.

The jelly is shaped like a can(^^)

And you can make it without chopping the pineapple(^^)

When it is boiling, add a sugar.

Mix it.

Turn off the heat after boiled it.

I'm going to use a can(^^)

Add the liquid in a can.

Add a pineapple.

※add the liquid　→ add a pineapple

Add the liquid little by little.

※ If you add the liquid at once, it becomes uneven(><)

It's interesting(^^)

I laugh making it(^^)

I'm going to chop it after chilled.

So I made pineapple jelly used a can.

I could make it easier than I thought (^^)

OPC Director Strycek: Connoisseur's Choice – Development of Opel Insignia GSi - Duration: 3:13.

Hello Opel Friends!

When we dreamed about developing a sporty mid-size car, our thoughts centered around 'more'.

It simply had to be more and up-to-date.

The result, of course, is our Insignia GSi.

We wanted it to be efficient, sharp and precise. And we have achieved that objective.

And a fourth 'must': the car has to be fast!

The best prerequisite for our driving machine was clearly the lightweight architecture of

the new Insignia: we are over 160 kilograms lighter than the predecessor variant of our OPC.

This is pure physics: 160 kilos less – I notice that when accelerating, I notice that during cornering speed and

of course when decelerating. The Brembo brakes have superb response. They're really a dream.

This "initial bite", as we call it, is fascinating.

Compared to the normal Insignia, we lowered this car by 10 millimeters…

… and of course our state-of-the-art mechatronic FlexRide chassis, which we offer with three modes.

And when I'm out on public roads, I like to let the eight-speed automatic transmission take over

I drive in "Tour" mode, cruise along and enjoy a really well-balanced car.

And if I want even more driving fun, I simply switch from "Tour" mode to "Sport" mode.

The steering and throttle response change. The chassis is stiffer: pure driving fun!

Fuel consumption in l/100 km (combined): 8,6; CO2 emissions (combined) in g/km: 197.

For the ultimate driving feeling, we have also developed a new performance seat – which

carries the seal of approval from back specialists AGR – with unbelievable lateral support

but also an extremely high comfort level for longer journeys.

Just like we developed our latest OPC models here in our test center on the Nürburgring,

we also put the finishing touches on the GSi here and honed and fine-tuned it on the Nürburgring Nordschleife.

Of course the Insignia GSi has all-wheel drive; the system that works with torque vectoring

counteracts the understeer tendency. So the GSi keeps a mighty grip on the asphalt.

Tire choice was very important to us and we drove many thousands of kilometers with various designs,

combinations and manufacturers. Ultimately we decided on the 20-inch Michelin Pilot Sport 4S model.

And when I look at the tire after the many laps on the Nordschleife, then this was the right choice and

the right decision for the Insignia GSi.

With this overall package, I am up to 12 seconds faster on the Nürburgring Nordschleife than with

the first-generation Insignia OPC.

That is pure efficiency. The Insignia GSi. Wow!

After His Wife Passed Away, Elderly Man Committed To Staying By Her Side 'Until The End

Fifty years ago, Fred Gilland fell in love with a girl named Janice.

It was that rare kind of attraction you hear about in fictional stories, but few of us

ever experience.

Fred fell for her at first sight and never recovered.

They had many good times together but when Janice was fifty-seven, she lost her sight

completely, beginning a string of health complications.

The next nine years were difficult for her until she succumbed and passed away in 2009.

Fred's heart was completely broken.

He felt lost, having no desire to live on.

Afterall, what's the point when the light of your world is put out?

Selfishness is not in Fred's nature, though, and it didn't last long.

He realized that if he wanted to honor his wife, he would have to carry on.

There was a promise he remembered making to her the day of their wedding:

He would stay by Janice's side until the end, and Fred's end had not come yet.

She wouldn't have wanted him to let himself go over her.

She was a strong, dedicated woman who loved her family unconditionally and Fred loved

her more than anything.

So to prove it, for the past seven years, Fred has been visiting his wife's grave

every single day.

He comes with a folding chair and sits at her gravestone, recounting stories and memories

from their time together.

He feels so much better since he started this tradition.

Sometimes, other people who are visiting their own loved ones' resting spots will see Fred

sitting with his wife.

They come over and talk to him for awhile, see how he's doing, and often even pray

with him.

He enjoys those people and likes when they do that.

His life has become a fairly simple routine as of late.

After he visits Janice's grave, he goes back home to watch tv.

The static lines of resolution burn away hours until he decides to revisit the grave of his

love.

He spends a precious hour to an hour and a half with her, then repeats the process, despite

what the weather may be.

Fred remembers another thing he loved about his wife, her voice.

He hopes that she has the opportunity to meet Elvis and sing with him.

He says he knows that if Elvis gets a little taste of her singing voice, the King of Rock

'N Roll will certainly ask that she sing a number for him.

Fred wants couples today to know that there is no special secret to a long-lasting relationship

as close as his was.

The fact of the matter is that you have to be strong and work through your troubles together;

no matter how difficult things get.

In the end, and struggle you go through will be worth it to be with your special person.

How Slight Risks of Injectable Under Eye Fillers are Further Reduced with Experience and Technique - Duration: 9:04.

Thank you for your question.

You submitted your question with several photos.

And you state in your question that you've been booked for Restylane injection by a dermatologist

and that you went for a second opinion from another dermatologist and that dermatologist

told you that the risk for blindness from Restylane injection from this area, the tear

trough, is important.

As well as further describing that because of the thin skin and fat cheeks as described

in your question that you would end up looking like you had swelling or edema.

And so, there was no benefit from this doctor's opinion, the second opinion.

And you state in your question that you can't afford fat grafting and so you want to know

what you can do.

Well, I can certainly share with you my perspective on this type of issue.

A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial

plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

I have been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years.

Helping people with the under eye area whether it's surgical for under eye bags as well

as the use of injectable fillers for the tear trough or under eye hollows has become a very

significant part of my practice and I have a lot of experience with this as well as dealing

with the complications of injectable fillers as well as surgery in this area.

Having an eye surgery background and understanding eye anatomy is relevant in this discussion,

first to address the risk of blindness.

So to begin with, there is a risk of blindness which has basically been described by the

placement of injectable fillers in this area as well as other several facial areas in the

medical literature.

And unfortunately is something that doctors do report periodically with some consistency.

But the risk is not only very low, it's also very much has been associated with the

technique.

And as much as doctors get kind of sensitive about who has a better technique, I can tell

you that there are methods that lower the risk significantly.

So in my practice, when I place filler in the tear trough area, I routinely use something

called blunt cannulas.

And essentially, one of the anatomic issues with the placement of filler that results

in blindness is often the result of a filler being injected directly into a vessel that

will go back into the space where the vessels go into the eye.

So when you use a blunt cannula instead of a needle, you're actually avoiding that

potential penetration of the vessel, not impossible but much less probable.

So I would not dissuade you from doing this because of the risk of blindness.

Now, as far as this doctor's opinion about the potential for an edematous or swollen

look, there's a certain degree of potential of that occurring.

We have seen many patients who had similar situations where in the valiant attempt to

help under eye hollows and to hide under eye bags, the person can look more swollen and

look like their bags are bigger.

But at the same time, there are certain ways to actually minimize that potential as long

as there's clarity about the kind of outcome.

So if you have, on physical exam, very prominent under eye bags, well, then you're more likely

to be a better candidate for lower eyelid blepharoplasty.

But if you have a minimal to moderate amount of fat prolapse and you have a relative hollow,

then fillers can be placed at the tear trough area and to soften and blend that area without

making you look swollen or edematous.

Again, it's the art of the procedure, the art of placement.

It's the art of choice and the type of filler.

And so that's where different doctors bring different ideas to the table.

As far as your concern about not being able to afford fat grafting, well, this can be

in a way, in my perspective, a blessing in disguise.

I think that the fat grafting in the tear trough area, in my opinion, is not as predictable

and often results in irregularities and lumps.

So I actually dissuade you from doing fat grafting.

I would say meet with doctors.

And I think that if you really want to be cautious about the relative risk of blindness,

well it kind of stands to reason to go to somebody with an eye surgery background and

who understands eye anatomy.

This is where an oculofacial specialist, someone who is Board-certified or trained in ophthalmology

and then trained in oculoplastic surgery may be the type of doctor you will feel a little

bit more comfortable with if this fear of blindness is there.

Again, it's also about the doctor's experience and style and what methods they use.

As I said, I use blunt cannulas and I am really a cosmetic surgeon.

I routinely do this procedure and with that comes experience.

And so, you have an opportunity now to maybe meet with another doctor who is more specialized

in the eye area to maybe help you manage some of your concerns.

I would say respectfully, I disagree with the second opinion that you received and maybe

again, try someone who you will be more comfortable with this idea.

And as is the case for many things in this arena, you have to have a good meeting of

the minds between the doctor and the patient.

And for me, as a physician doing this for my patients, this is kind of a getting to

know the patient process where I see the patient, I follow-up in 2 weeks, I evaluate the results,

I compare the before and afters and my patients and I get to have a longstanding relationship

so that I am able to do things with some consistency for them.

with a multilayered radar-tracking umbrella to cover its entire performance envelope.

Here are the different missiles:

1. Very-long-range 40N6 (400 km) 2. Long-range 48N6 (250 km)

3. Medium-range 9M96E2 (120 km) 4. Short-range 9M96E (40 km)

The S-400's radar has a range of 600 kilometers and is capable of discriminating even objects

moving on the ground, such as cars and military vehicles.

It can track 300 targets simultaneously and engage 36 of those at any one time.

The S 400 system is mobile — and can move at a moment's notice making

it hard to engage.

These capabilities make the S 400 a deadly adversary for any air force.

S-400 is fatal threat to everything except the most advanced stealth fighters and bombers.

This basically renders all the 4th generation fighters like F 16 and F 18 obsolete.

Only the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor, F-35 and Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit stealth bomber

would be able to operate inside areas protected by S 400. But even those aircraft could be

challenged if there were enough S-400 batteries operating as part of an integrated air defense

network.

It also must be noted that S 400 radar can detect even stealthy aircrafts up to an extent

and this capability is being constantly enhanced.

Current drones are remote-controlled be it small once like the PD-100 Black Hornet 2

or large armed once like the General Atomics MQ-9 Reaper.

Soon, it could be quite different: drones are becoming smaller, cheaper to make, can

zoom around on their own, and gather in groups of hundreds, even thousands, to fly like a

flock of birds. They're called swarms and with enough numbers

could be a deadly collaborative force on the battlefield.

There is no leader or commander in a swarm; the swarm is a self-organizing system in which

all the elements are equal. Swarming allows drones to search an area efficiently, or fly

together without colliding. And only one operator is needed to control the whole swarm.

Swarms are tough. One missile can bring down an aircraft, but a swarm can lose dozens of

members and keep going. They keep functioning as a cohesive unit as

damaged drones drop out and fresh reinforcements arrive.

There's more than one military power pushing swarm technology, which includes US, Russia,

China and Israel. The US, for example, recently launched 103

small 'Perdix' drones from F/A-18 jets. These weigh a few hundred grams, and are released

from dispensers normally used for flares.

The 3D-printed Perdix drones are disposable, and are intended to suppress enemy air defenses

by acting as decoys or jammers or by locating radar so they can be destroyed.

The drones feature two sets of small wings, making them look like World War I fighter

planes. The biplane configuration reduces wing weight and wingspan. The wings are made

of carbon fiber and the fuselage is made of a Kevlar composite. The drone is powered by

a lithium polymer battery pack powering a rear-facing push propeller.

The drones are capable of withstanding ejection at speeds of up to Mach 0.6 and temperatures

as low as minus 10 degrees Celsius.

Swarm drones is a pet project of the Strategic Capabilities Office, which is in turn part

of the Pentagon's Third Offset Strategy. Third Offset is designed to use America's technological

edge and combine it with new ideas to maintain dominance against potential adversaries.

William Roper, director of the Strategic Capabilities Office:

"Perdix are not pre-programmed synchronized individuals, they are a collective organism,

sharing one distributed brain for decision-making and adapting to each other like swarms in

nature," He added:

"Because every Perdix communicates and collaborates with every other Perdix, the swarm has no

leader and can gracefully adapt to drones entering or exiting the team."

During the test, the drones formed up at a preselected point and then headed out to perform

four different missions. Three of the missions involved hovering over a target while the

fourth mission involved forming a 100-meter-wide circle in the sky.

The drones were originally designed by engineering students at the Massachusetts Institute of

Technology and were first modified for military testing in 2013.

There's no word yet on when the Perdix system will be certified for combat. The Department

of Defense (DoD) is currently looking for companies to partner with to produce the micro-drones

at scale, up to a thousand drones at a time. It's also working to further improve the swarm's

distributed processing to include more advanced autonomic functions.

US aims to develop a swarm of drones that costs less than a missile. These will be fitted

with smart bombs in future.

Swarm drone strength will be in the age-old concept of "strength in numbers".

Colonel Travis Burdine of the U.S. Air Force said at the conference:

"You have maybe 100 or 1,000 surface-to-air missiles, but we're going to hit you with

10,000 small drones".

S 400 has a large cache of missiles, 256 per system but it is still finite.

Like all Air defenses, the S 400 can be overwhelmed by enough opponents.

Also it must be noted that current radars which act as eyes for air defense system including

that of S 400 are designed for detecting decent sized targets which fly in isolation and would

find it hard to lock onto small targets which fly in groups of similar kinds.

The Swarm Drone technology is nascent but represent a revolution in military affairs.

Swarm drones could be used not only against air defenses but also against aircraft carriers

or fighter jets, which currently have no countermeasures for such attacks.

After His Wife Passed Away, Elderly Man Committed To Staying By Her Side 'Until The End

Fifty years ago, Fred Gilland fell in love with a girl named Janice.

It was that rare kind of attraction you hear about in fictional stories, but few of us

ever experience.

Fred fell for her at first sight and never recovered.

They had many good times together but when Janice was fifty-seven, she lost her sight

completely, beginning a string of health complications.

The next nine years were difficult for her until she succumbed and passed away in 2009.

Fred's heart was completely broken.

He felt lost, having no desire to live on.

Afterall, what's the point when the light of your world is put out?

Selfishness is not in Fred's nature, though, and it didn't last long.

He realized that if he wanted to honor his wife, he would have to carry on.

There was a promise he remembered making to her the day of their wedding:

He would stay by Janice's side until the end, and Fred's end had not come yet.

She wouldn't have wanted him to let himself go over her.

She was a strong, dedicated woman who loved her family unconditionally and Fred loved

her more than anything.

So to prove it, for the past seven years, Fred has been visiting his wife's grave

every single day.

He comes with a folding chair and sits at her gravestone, recounting stories and memories

from their time together.

He feels so much better since he started this tradition.

Sometimes, other people who are visiting their own loved ones' resting spots will see Fred

sitting with his wife.

They come over and talk to him for awhile, see how he's doing, and often even pray

with him.

He enjoys those people and likes when they do that.

His life has become a fairly simple routine as of late.

After he visits Janice's grave, he goes back home to watch tv.

The static lines of resolution burn away hours until he decides to revisit the grave of his

love.

He spends a precious hour to an hour and a half with her, then repeats the process, despite

what the weather may be.

Fred remembers another thing he loved about his wife, her voice.

He hopes that she has the opportunity to meet Elvis and sing with him.

He says he knows that if Elvis gets a little taste of her singing voice, the King of Rock

'N Roll will certainly ask that she sing a number for him.

Fred wants couples today to know that there is no special secret to a long-lasting relationship

as close as his was.

The fact of the matter is that you have to be strong and work through your troubles together;

no matter how difficult things get.

In the end, and struggle you go through will be worth it to be with your special person.

Hi, so we're still talking about storytelling and today were talking

about finding content by that I mean finding serialized content so I was just

watching the video of a friend of mine and she put four or five bullet points

into one video and I'm like oh that would have been five videos in my books

so don't go beyond unless it's like you know behind the paywall and people are

spending a lot of money and it's a it's a full-on course if you're producing

videos to create engagement with potential new customers attract

awareness for your business convert customers convert leads to customers

there's no reason to produce videos that are longer than 90 seconds two minutes

max series are great because it attracts people they'll start watching but if

they see that videos are five or six minutes long they will not watch them I

promise so keep it a topic a bullet point per video and keep it short and

super super snappy and talk about what your expertise is because that's why

people are watching you cuz you're the expert at video marketing in my case so

I'm going to give video marketing advice and don't be afraid as I said in an

earlier video to give away your best nuggets people understand that those are

just nuggets and the experience of working with you is a whole other level

of experience make a list of all the things you can share with your clients

as quick nuggets there's your series have fun

that is actually the easiest content to produce because it's going to end up

being your top 10 or top 20 or whatever list of advice if you are planning a

video where there's chapter 1 2 3 4 5 stop it it's gonna be video 1 2 3 4 5

anything that's longer than let's say 90 seconds 2 minutes

people probably loathe to watch especially if it's a series so you want

to keep really short really snappy and it's easier for you to shoot because you

can focus on her video on 1 bullet point it's easy to edit and it allows you to

create many more videos because you're not bunching a whole bond you know load

of information into one video so one idea one bullet point one video boom

Driver Sees Something Weird On Road-Heartbroken When He Gets Closer Look

Matt had been driving along a road when he noticed something strange.

Something was crawling along the side of the road, so he pulled over to see what was going

on.

But he wasn't expecting to see this little lady!

He got a closer look, only to discover that it was a baby kitten, crawling, having no

idea what was happening.

"I found this little lady in the middle of a buys street so I stopped to pick her

up.

She was crawling in the street in an area only surrounded by woods so she was either

born there and the mother didn't get to transfer the whole litter or someone just

dumped her," wrote Matt.

The next day, Matt took her to the vet to try and get rid of all the fleas, and as soon

as they got in the truck to head back home, the little baby kitten fell asleep.

Matt didn't have the heart to wake the sweet pea, so they stayed in the truck for about

an hour until she woke up.

Matt even joked, saying he found a stray that snores as loud as a train!

But despite all of that, he fell in love with the little lady.

But there was one problem.

"I'm stupid allergic so I had to find her a home.

I actually interviewed two people who wanted her and told the first person no because the

living situation didn't sound like it would be good for he," said Matt.

Eventually, he was able to find her the perfect and loving home.

And to make it even better?

The family who adopted her also have another rescue cat, and luckily, they get along very

well!

We are so happy that Matt stopped to help this little baby, and we are so glad she found

her forever home!

I recently had an entrepreneur coming who was beating himself up over the fact

that his last business project took much more time and effort than expected. He

thought that he should have been able to get things up and going much sooner.

Because he hadn't reached his ideal goal, he was kicking himself over his

perceived failure. That's because he had personalized the experience and he was

seeing himself as a failure. By the way, in the end he reached his goal, it's just

that things didn't happen the way he would have liked them to. He was being a

perfectionist. That disconnect had him suffering from a low so forth and a low

self confidence. The irony is that this guy is really smart. Maybe it's from

having worked with a lot of people but sometimes I can see things in people

that they can't even see in themselves. I knew that this guy had it in him to do

some great things. He already had! and that was just the beginning. I just

needed him to see what I was seeing. After a few sessions, I was able to help

him get back on track with who he really was: a savvy businessman. I'm sharing this

story because everybody from time to time finds themselves beating themselves

up with inner talk to the tune of oh I should have... Everybody experiences that

at times, the problem is when that topic becomes

chronic to the point where you feel like a screw-up who can't do anything right,

that's why it's important that you stop shooting yourself and come to terms with

what didn't happen. The more you see it for what it is, the more you'll free yourself of

guilt and shame, which only hurt your self-esteem and block you from moving

forward with all the things that you need and want to do in the present. Also,

keep in mind that some of the most successful people, including scientists,

professional, sports athletes and businesspeople, all experienced plenty of

failures, fumbles and mistakes before they reach success, it's just part of the

road to success, so stop personalizing and start getting

yourself rooted in the present, because now is the time to get on track. Think of

In my own opinion, don't add water
