Secret View into the Bathroom of Taj Mahal's Queen - What's Inside? - Duration: 3:56.Hey guys, I am gonna show you a sneak peek into the bathroom of Mumtaz Mahal.
Historians say that this queen inspired the construction of Taj Mahal.
If you stand on any corner of this structure, and light up candles, you can see these amazing
patterns emerging on the ceiling.
This is really brilliant and the reason for this is because the entire ceiling is covered
with thousands of tiny mirrors.
Queen Mumtaj would be lying in a bathtub at the middle of this bathroom and her maids
would move the candles just like what we see today, on all the corners.
And she would enjoy these visuals of sparkling lights.
In addition to this, there were musicians who were playing different musical instruments
while she was taking a bath.
Even the walls in this 400 year old structure, were designed to produce different sounds
when tapped on.
Now keep in mind, no men were allowed inside this building, but a group of Eunuch musicians
were employed to play these instruments for the queen.
The walls are also full of many different carvings and paintings.
Here you can see a painting of a coffee plant with bright red coffee cherries.
It looks so bright because artists powdered Ruby, a semiprecious stone and used it to
paint these cherries.
They've also used other stones like Malachite in this building.
Here you can see a carving of a grape vine with plenty of grapes.
It is reported that she and the king loved drinking grape wine together.
This is the original bathtub she used.
It is made of marble, built with a fountain jet in the center.
This was a Jacuzzi, built 400 years ago.
How did these fountains work without electricity?
The water will fall from the tank on top, and the pressure would make the fountain work.
So, why did the King order that the bathroom's ceiling be adorned with thousands of mirrors?
Why were these mirrors imported from Syria, to ensure they were of the best quality?
The King Shahjahan could never get enough of this woman, and he would watch the thousands
of images of her, on these mirrors while she was in the bath tub.
Even today, you can see a thousand images of a person standing in this room.
Imagine the visual effect that would have created.
This is why this building is called Sheesh Mahal, which means "Palace of Mirrors".
I hope you liked this video, I am Praveen Mohan, thanks a lot for watching, don't forget

[MV] YU SEUNGWOO(유승우) _ Tonight(오늘밤엔) - Duration: 3:27.Tonight, the night that I broke up with you
I will oh I will
try to forget the night
It won't be easy
It feels like you would say
that you still love me
Breakup after breakup
I thought it would be the same as before
I lost you like a fool
You were special
to me always
Tears are falling tonight
Even if the past
makes me cry again
I need to survive
I need to stand the night without you
I think I can't sleep at all
I lie down still
and sleep with tears
Just as it is tonight

Friday Reads | October 13th - Duration: 7:00.Hi, it's Maija here, and today I'm just going to be talking about my current reads. But
first I want to make a shoutout to this new channel that I found quite recently.
The channel is called ONYX Pages and it is run by Njeri, and she will focus
mostly on Afrofuturism on her channel, but also science fiction, fantasy, and
magical realism. She already has quite a few reviews up,
she has her own rating system, and she has reviewed books by Nalo Hopkinson and
Samuel Delaney, for example, already. So go and check her out. I'd also like to
mention that you might have noticed that I haven't done a wrap-up since June, so I
think I will do a week where I will post all the Wrap-Ups: July, August, and
September. That's either two or three videos. Normally I wouldn't bother with
July at this point, but I actually have it filmed. I've had it filmed for a
while now, but it's so long because I rambled on for so long that I haven't
had the will and effort and time to go and edit it. But now I only need to film
my August and September wrap-ups - most of that was stuff for The Reading Quest - so
look forward to reviews of all of those books that I have read during the past
three months. So, what am I currently reading? I am still reading The Stone Sky
by N.K. Jemisin, the third book in the Broken Earth
trilogy, and no, I haven't been reading this all the way from the Friday Reads
video that I did with this, because I actually had a false start and then I
caught the flu and couldn't continue, and after the flu I just started it from the
beginning. Now I'm, I think, two-thirds of the way through; I have about a 100 pages
left. I just haven't found a good enough chunk of time to really focus on
finishing this, because I feel like the finale is starting to roll around and I
want to read the whole last chunk during one day. But I just haven't had the time
to focus on this. I also have been reading it a bit slower than usual,
because I find that every chapter, that is not Essun's chapter, has so much new
information for me to focus on that I need to read it slowly and assimilate all
that new knowledge before continuing. So I've been reading it for, like, one or two
chapters at a time. And the reason why I haven't really been able to focus on
it and spend my time on finishing reading it is because
Inktober is also happening this month. So Inktober is drawing an ink drawing every
day in October, and I've been doing that, even though right now I am one day
behind. But drawing takes a lot of time from my reading and it takes a lot of
focus from my reading, so that's why I haven't been focusing on The Stone Sky. I've
been instead reading a few other things on my Kindle. And I'm currently reading A
Taste of Honey by Kai Ashante Wilson, which is the second novella set in the world
of Sorcerer of the Wildeeps, which I quite enjoyed, but I think I'm liking
this one even better, even though I'm only about 30% of the way through. So
this is a world mixing science fiction and fantasy, with gay or bisexual main
characters. I'm so far really enjoying this. And the final thing that I'm currently
reading is The Fire's Stone by Tanya Huff. This was written all the way back in
1990 and it's quite a classic fantasy story about the Fire's Stone, this magical
relic that is stolen, and the main characters have to get it back. But there
are a couple of things that make it stand out from the regular high fantasy.
One of those is that it seems to be a standalone, which is quite well done in
my opinion, and the second one is that the two main male characters are
bisexual. Well, one is bisexual and I'm not quite sure yet if the other one is
bisexual or gay, but that's still very good LGBT representation all the way
back from 1990. And so far I find this really, really fun. I've read about 30% of it
and the plot is only just now getting started. I found it so entertaining that
the first 20 percent of the book were spent by this foreign thief's
relationship with this old dying woman, and his idea of going to the king's
palace to steal something. The foreign character's name is Aaron and he has red
hair - I'm not quite sure what sort of kingdom this is set in, but I think it's
somewhere around Middle East that is taken as inspiration for this world. And
the other main character is this prince called Darvish. He's the third son of the
king of Ischia, and he feels like he doesn't have a place in the royal
succession and there's nothing that no one wants him to do or needs him for, so
he spends his time trying to keep himself drunk and
in bedmates so that he doesn't have to focus on his father
issues and his feelings of uselessness. And the focus is on these two for the
first 20% of the book. After that the third character is introduced: she is a
princess from another kingdom and she has been promised to Darvish to marry,
sort of unify their kingdoms, a completely political marriage that
neither of them is really excited about. The princess would like to just focus on
her studies of magic - she is a wizard and she wants to continue being a wizard and
not ever get married, which of course doesn't flow well with her father. And
that's where we are currently. The fire's stone has just been stolen, so the plot
is getting started, but so far I'm really enjoying this. Apart from one fact, which
is that this is rampant with fatphobia. Fatness seems to be linked with greed
in this book, and this one greedy character's body is constantly being
described whenever he is in a scene. So that's a big minus. So Inktober is really
slowing down my reading, but I'm also taking part in 30 Day Book Binge, which
is something being run by Misty from The Book Rat, which is just about reading
every day in October. So I try to draw and read every day in October, even
though I've been reading in quite small chunks. I would really like to get these
books finished so that I could move on into more October-y reads. After I finish The
Stone Sky I would really want to move on to reading Generation Loss by Elizabeth
Hand. If you can remember, I picked up the second book in this mystery/thriller
series, Available Dark, from the library because it mentioned the Finnish death
metal scene, so I really want to start reading this one. I feel like it's a good
October read. And also I would like to read from my own books The Raven Boys by
Maggie Stiefvater. And from ebooks the one that I would like to read next is
the vampire book Certain Dark Things by Silvia Moreno-Garcia. So that's all that I'm
currently reading and what I want to read next. Stay tuned for my wrap-ups, and
also Top 5 Wednesday has a lot of great topics this month, I would
really like to take part in those. I missed the witch one already which I
wanted to make. Maybe I'll do my top five witches just to celebrate
Halloween. I'd also like to do a Halloween recommendations video - I have
so many ideas and so little time to actually film them, because I need to
draw and I need to read. Let me know in the comments how you are doing and I
will see you in my next video. Also, I'm wearing my Worldcon T-shirt, I forgot to
show this to you in my Worldcon haul. Anyway, bye for now.

So glad we've almost made it
So sad we had to fade it

Diamond and Silk Just OBLITERATED Eminem With The Most Epic Response Video Of All Time - Duration: 18:34.Diamond and Silk Just OBLITERATED Eminem With The Most Epic Response Video Of All Time
Vloggers Diamond And Silk issued a scathing response to rapper Eminem after he demanded
fans choose between him and President Trump in a prerecorded video played at the BET Awards.
Diamond And Silk said in their response that "when you come for President Trump, we are
going to come for you."
The pair say in their response video, "Trump's your president, so get over it."
Check it out:
CHECK OUT THE LYRICS BELOW TO THE 4 MINUTE FREESTYLE RAP FROM HAS-BEEN RAPPER EMINEM:
"It's the calm before the storm right here
Wait, how was I gonna start this off? I forgot… oh, yeah
That's an awfully hot coffee pot Should I drop it on Donald Trump? Probably
not But that's all I got 'til I come up with
a solid plot
Got a plan and now I gotta hatch it Like a damn Apache with a tomahawk
Imma walk inside a mosque on Ramadan And say a prayer that every time Melania talks
She gets a mou… Ahh, Imma stop
But we better give Obama props 'Cause what we got in office now's a kamikaze
That'll probably cause a nuclear holocaust And while the drama pops
And he waits for s**t to quiet down, he'll just gas his plane up and fly around 'til
the bombing stops Intensities heightened, tensions are risin'
Trump, when it comes to giving a s**t, you're stingy as I am
Except when it comes to having the b***s to go against me, you hide 'em
'Cause you don't got the f**king n**s like an empty asylum
Racism's the only thing he's fantastic for
'Cause that's how he gets his f**king rocks off and he's orange
Yeah, sick tan That's why he wants us to disband
'Cause he cannot withstand The fact we're not afraid of Trump
F**k walkin' on egg shells, I came to stomp That's why he keeps screamin' 'Drain
the swamp' 'Cause he's in quicksand
It's like we take a step forwards, then backwards
But this is his form of distraction Plus, he gets an enormous reaction
When he attacks the NFL so we focus on that Instead of talking Puerto Rico or gun reform
for Nevada
All these horrible tragedies and he's bored and would rather
Cause a Twitter storm with the Packers Then says he wants to lower our taxes
Then who's gonna pay for his extravagant trips
Back and forth with his fam to his golf resorts and his mansions?
Same s**t that he tormented Hillary for and he slandered
Then does it more
From his endorsement of Bannon Support for the Klansmen
Tiki torches in hand for the soldier that's black
And comes home from Iraq And is still told to go back to Africa
Fork and a dagger in this racist 94-year-old grandpa
Who keeps ignoring our past historical, deplorable factors
Now if you're a black athlete, you're a spoiled little brat for
Tryina use your platform or your stature To try to give those a voice who don't have
one He says, 'You're spittin' in the face
of vets who fought for us, you bastards!' Unless you're a POW who's tortured and
battered 'Cause to him you're zeros
'Cause he don't like his war heroes captured
That's not disrespecting the military F**k that! This is for Colin, ball up a fist!
And keep that s**t balled like Donald the b**ch!
'He's gonna get rid of all immigrants!' 'He's gonna build that thang up taller
than this!'
Well, if he does build it, I hope it's rock solid with bricks
'Cause like him in politics, I'm using all of his tricks
'Cause I'm throwin' that piece of s**t against the wall 'til it sticks
And any fan of mine who's a supporter of his
I'm drawing in the sand a line: you're either for or against
And if you can't decide who you like more and you're split
On who you should stand beside, I'll do it for you with this:
F**k you! The rest of America stand up
We love our military, and we love our
country But we f**king hate Trump"

How to Make a Dog Costume Easy Dog Halloween Costume - Duration: 3:20.make a dog costume easy dog halloween costume no sew costume for your dog costumes for dogs from baby costumes remake a halloween costume to fit your dog AlaskaGranny Maltese rescue dog AlaskaSammy AlaskaSammy channel
are you wondering how to dress your dog up for Halloween DIY a costume with almost no sewing first thing I
did was head to the thrift store I found a baby costume that was of a kitty cat
which I thought would be the perfect size for my dog it was marked $4 but
when I went to check out it was priced half off so the costume only cost $2 you can
see that the baby costume zips all the way up it has a nice hood and a tail the
problem with a baby costume is that it doesn't zip all the way down it has a
little crotch like a onesies so what I did to make it fit my dog was figure out where the middle of the bottom is
you can see the seam and I simply cut it apart at the crotch
I removed some of the stuffing in the crotch area then I simply tucked the cut end in
folded it over
and stitched it to the inside of the costume
I did the same thing on the other side of the costume tuck in the edge fold it
to the inside of the costume and just tack it down with a needle and thread if
you don't have a needle and thread you could do this part with a glue gun now I
tried it on my dog and you can see a baby's head is a lot bigger than a dog's
head so the dog costume hood was way too big for the dog's head I don't want
the hood falling over my dog's eyes when he wears the costume figure out approximately where the hood could fit your dog's head
on the outside I simply took a tuck I gathered up straight across
behind the ears folded it over so that there was less of a hood to it and then
I just stitched it down across the hood remember this is just a costume for your dog the dog isn't going to
be wearing this costume for the rest of his life so it doesn't need to be perfect and
that's all the sewing you have to do you could also use a glue gun if you don't
have a needle and thread just a little bit of stitching or hot glue gun is going to hold the
hood of the dog costume in place where you can still tell that it's a cat costume for the dog and my dog's costume is ready
put the Halloween costume on your dog it's like a vest so now you can stick the dog's front legs
through the arm holes zip up the costume and adjust the hood and your dog is ready to
go trick-or-treating ready for any costume party or night out on the town
look at places like yard sales thrift stores and with a little imagination you
could probably make a very inexpensive and adorable costume for your dog out of
a baby costume or a child size small costume

Social Travel Summit 2017, Kitzbühel Austria - TravelMedia.ie - TTR - Duration: 5:52.(yodeling)
- Social Travel Summit is a gathering of professional travel
influencers from around the world, along with marketing
executives from tourism boards and brands
and I think what makes STS different from other conferences
is that it is small, we never have more than 150 delegates
and we encourage a lot of sharing of experiences,
peer-to-peer experiences, but also between the industry
and travel influencers and the whole idea is to network
and brainstorm and come up with really good ideas
of how we can work better together.
- Well STS is important because it's about what I call
the premier division bloggers, they're here by invitation,
mixing with the industry and actually generating some kind
of protocols for the future, it's always looking
at the future, it doesn't look at the blogosphere
as it was in the past and that's what makes it different.
- STS is a family because it's the fourth edition of STS
and it's always like a hand selected amount of delegates
that really care passionately about the industry
and it feels that all of us from a world-wide perspective
are coming together to share, to network and learn,
really develop the industry standards on a global level.
- This is my second time at STS and I'm a huge fan.
This conference is awesome, it brings so many people from
all over the world together, such a nice time to meet,
we get to mingle, we get to learn a little bit
and just have a new experience in a new place.
- It's my second year and it's amazing.
I love this conference, it's by far the best conference
I've been to in the travel industry,
really high level discussions,
fantastic for networking and I love how it's like,
good mixture of bloggers and vloggers and industry
and people are really open and good knowledge sharing.
- I discovered this conference, it was listed in a blog
of all the different travel conferences around the world
and this one really jumped out at me
as one of the higher level conferences out there.
I've loved this, it has been one of the highest level
conference that I've been to and I was able to meet a lot
of people that I have always followed and interacted with
online who I had not met in person before.
- My first time at here at the social meeting summit
has been awesome.
I've really loved the presentations, it's been very focused
on business strategy, which is the level that I'm at
and the information that I want more of
and the networking opportunities have been phenomenal.
I definitely think the people this summit is suited to
is definitely bloggers looking to build a business
from their blog and DMOs, I think it's so beneficial for them
to come and to learn what the industry's doing,
to see how they can work with bloggers and for bloggers
to meet with DMOs and find ways that they can collaborate
together in really powerful ways.
- STS is a very professional event, you can feel the
professionalism and the passion they put in organizing it
and also in all the attendees,
so it becomes the perfect event for both learning
and building new professional opportunities.
- It's very first time Sri Lanka Tourism participate in STS
and it's been amazing, the organizers how they are organizing
it and the feeling sharing among the trade
and also with the bloggers, it's so amazing, so warm.
- I think there's a really nice cross section
of different people from different places.
A lot of the conferences that I've been to hasn't been
such abroad spectrum of people coming together,
so it's been interesting to get different viewpoints.
- We've come to an end after two amazing days full of great
talks, great sessions and you know, just a lot of fun
as well and I'd just really like to thank my team
for putting up, for helping me put up a great show
once again and also to our partners for making this
conference possible: Austria National Tourist Office,
Tirol Tourist Board, Kitzbuhel Tourism, Sri Lanka Tourism
and Austrian Airlines.
A big thank-you to everyone for making this so amazing.
- Well what we figured out that we established a complete
new industry as professional travel bloggers and we needed
a place where we can, not just network, but really also
deliver workshops and presentations on a very high level.
The DMOs, what is amazing they share a lot of experiences,
they can learn a lot, they learn from each other
and they can learn a lot from the bloggers.
Everyone is very open, the same with the bloggers.
It's about being very open about the problems we face in the
industry and not just, we don't talk about the problems,
what we want actually to solve them.
So it's really sharing experiences and knowledge.
It's a pleasure to be here in Austria again.
I love this region, if you look behind me
there's stunning scenery, I'll come back.
Thank you Austria, thank you Tirol.

Roma Vlog 3 - Duration: 6:08.Roman Holiday
Good morning! Third day in Rome!
Today we're going to the Colosseum and we're a bit late
because there has been...
some issues
I'd got to buy a new pair of shoes
because the ones I've brought made my feet ache a lot.
and I've been super smart and forgot my sneakers.
So, I was using summer shoes
and yesterday the first blisters appeared and I was in a lot of pain.
I ended up buying these shoes.
At least they are nice.
AND they are REALLY comfortable!
So, today we are visiting the Colosseum and Palatino.
The Roman Forum too because everything is in the same area.
For those who don't know
online
I read that you couldn't book your tickets.
However, when I asked here at the Hotel they gave us a link
where you can book them.
You have to go pick them up and then wait in line to get inside anyway.
But you don't have to queue for tickets.
So, I'm going to leave in the description box the link.
In case anyone is interested or needs it.
Today we're just going to do that.
We may visit Trajan's markets.
I don't know...
But anyway, we'll be on that area.
Yesterday we didn't visit Castel' Sant Angelo.
Maybe we visit it today, maybe tomorrow
because we have the whole Sunday free.
And that's all for now! Third day here we go!
Third day? Julien: Yooo!
We're taking a break
at the Palatino.
It's one o'clock
and it's like 35ºC.
More or less...
Julien: More, more!
Now we are going to finish our visit.
And then we'll go
Will we go to have lunch?
Then we'll go to have lunch.
This break was just to show you how hot it is.
Food, finally!
We're going to have dinner near the Fontana di Trevi
and to visit Rome at night.
We have dressed up and all.
[Whispers: kind of...]
Back at the hotel.
We've gone to have dinner at a restaurant I found in TripAdvisor
which was really good.
It wasn't cheap
but the food was awesome
I ordered Spaguetti carbonara with black truffle
and Julien ordered meat but I don't know what it was.
But it was really tasty.
Something that has happened to us
at every place we've visited is that
if we have got the [time to think].
At the Colosseum and Vatican
we got the audio guide.
They were good.
To be honest the one at the Vatican
were really complete, at least for the museums
and you learn about everything.
Also, the Sistine Chapel guide was super well explained.
At the Colosseum, well...
It was a bit short but there wasn't a lot to explain there
to be honest.
However for the Forums and Palatino
I'm not sure if there are audio guides.
We didn't get it.
But I also thought you couldn't book tickets online and you can.
Another important thing.
Advice nº1: book everything online.
Because you skip the queues.
It may seem like a small thing
because you have to queue to get in anyway.
The queues for the tickets are HUGE.
Yesterday at the Vatican we experienced it.
Because they were like "booked tickets this way, this way"
and when we got in we were like
"are we sure this is our queue? Because...
"hmmm..."
"there's no one."
I mean there were people but
it moved really fast
and you go before everyone else.
And today at the Colosseum I thought
we would have waited in line
because they tell you that you have the reservation
but you have to queue to get your ticket anyway.
Even so, there was no one.
Like, we got there at 11 o'clock and at half-past eleven
we were getting inside.
And that was after queueing for the tickets
which were like 10 minutes
and 10 more minutes to get our audio guides.
So, between both things it was quite fine.
And that's it, Julien is back
with my charger.
Let's see what we'll do tomorrow.
Goodnight!
Julien: goodniiight!

Dealing With Emptiness Left by People and Things - Eckhart Tolle - Duration: 8:45.[Music] and instead you look where the bells
were before there is now an empty space well now they are back but though there
was an empty there was an empty space now there's something deeply significant
part of the empty spaces that are left behind by any kind of loss for example
these are the bells you may get back to your car
or where your car ones was and in the in the parking lot there's only an empty
space
and here it is vital if you can stop and face that empty space without running
away from it or cursing the empty space or immediately going into reactive just
this is a very strange and this is one example the empty space can also be left
by relationships the wife the partner the husband one day you get home and
there's a letter it says I'm gone I'm out of here
and if you can again you at that moment what the form that this moment takes we
will use that expression here and here we come to something it very significant
the form that this moment takes sometimes is an absence of the form that
was there moment before and because suddenly there is a no form where there
was a form before that is an enormous opening into the deeper awareness of the
formless consciousness unconditioned formless that you are if you can not run
away from it if you can face this death because the loss of anything is a small
death the loss of the bells that you've had for years is a small death because
the form is gone the loss of your BMW is a death the rolls-royce and even bigger
days
and of course there may be an actual death and this is an amazing thing but
the person that was here every day in this room used to sit in this chair
that's the armchair let's read the desk where they said and one day the message
comes they're gone passed away and then you look at the empty chair the the
person was thought it was so real it seemed so permanent to have that
personality sitting in that armchair doing its thing it's work talking having
its opinions being there how is it it's inconceivable that suddenly it's that
that person is we're really dissolved just dissolved like a soap bubble gone
and and so most people this is the empty space that is left behind by death when
whenever a form dissolves in your life it may be an actual death it may be the
loss of something that had been important to you if you can face that
hole that is left behind by the form that is no longer there it's a temporary
hole into the dimension of the formless no one could almost say god we're using
that word again the formless one life the formless timeless one consciousness
that underlies all manifestation
momentarily shines through whenever there is a hole in the tapestry of
physical existence it's kind of the tapestry of forms and in this tapestry
of forms which is gigantic regularly all the time holes appear if you were
watching let's just use the metaphor and say the entire physical universe since
perceived universe imagine it as an extremely complex tapestry woven huge of
course and you look at it and then you see continuously here and there little
things suddenly disappearing and temporary holes being there opening up
in the tapestry then suddenly there and there so part of these tempura streets
he continuously coming and going out and into form no form in this tapestry
remains for long and so holes open up continuously in it and then are replaced
by something else but if you can be aware of the holes the openings
something shines through them that is not to do with form but the essence of
all form and that is enormous ly peaceful
this enormous piece and aliveness there and that little grace that lies
concealed in any kind of deaths accidental death seemingly premature
death any kind of death and any kind of loss potentially but it does not help
you if you deny it or run away from it you say no don't want to see that lock
that hole and you cover up the hole with reactions immediately so that you don't
have to face the emptiness so when emptiness comes in your life
that is a beautiful potentially a beautiful opening in which you can
actually find yourself you find yourself by not resisting that and so the you
begin to welcome death when it comes because it is an inseparable part of
this world of form
