try to use as much a strict Wing Chun as I can I have a fencing background as

well so since the Wing Chun stance is designed to stop kicks I'm probably

going to use a little bit more fencing footwork I'll try and pull off some

chain punches for you guys I started doing see lot in 2003 and when I came to

the city I started boxing I've got a coach box with Scott great coach

mobility guys just say you know we are not professional fighters the point of

this video is to encourage you to get out there and train have fun and

Why Dragon Ball Super Episode 120 IS UNIQUE! - Duration: 5:20.

so we are currently 120 episodes and a Dragon Ball super and that's incredible

to think that the series is almost twice the length of Dragon Ball GT at this point and when

we look at how far Dragon Ball super has come especially in this extremely long

term in a power I have a very different feeling about 120 as opposed to what I

felt about episode 119 so if you haven't seen Dragon Ball super episode 120 leave

now or forever hold your peace so to tell you guys the honest truth I want us

to talk about this here I thought this was a genuinely good episode and the

weird thing about it is that I liked this episode even though nothing really

happened you know obviously the fight is left on a cliffhanger with Papa roni

powering up to August to continue to fight into the next episode but I just

feel like this episode was just all-around good in terms of how it

balanced the characters in the playing field one of the key things that a lot

of people are going to talk about here is obviously dealing with Gohan when he

was fighting against the transformers in this episode and as Dolan was fighting I

really liked how there were so many different themes going on here so you

have like the tag-team force of 17 and 18 who are like firing nonstop key

blasts with limitless energy very similar ironically to how they killed

future Gohan in the anime adaptation of the history of trunks so it's funny

where you have an episode where Gohan is shining whereas the androids are also

shining even though they killed Gohan in an alternate timeline and I also found

it really cool how you know Gohan took it upon himself out of all of the other

characters there who were stronger than him to just jump in the way and deal

with the fused Megazord in this tournament power and how Papa Roni was

like the puppeteer of everything that was going on is he's just controlling

all of the strings with his magical staff and I just really enjoy how Papa

Roni he doesn't really CH he hasn't really been shown to have like the

fighting prowess of all the other characters and maybe he we could see him

doing that in the future but he seems to be more of the conductor of this team so

it seems like a much more balanced team you have some robots who

Fite Hanahan you have some robots who fuse papa-yoni controls them and we also

have like that cyborg Android connection where it's 17 and 18 are fighting

against you know these robots essentially even though they're not

really robots they're cyborgs so there's obviously that artificial connection

there and most importantly I think that looking at this episode I think the one

thing that really stood out to me more than anything else would have to be how

resilient universe 7 has been and there's been a lot of criticisms from

Dragon Ball fans that universe 7 has been dominating the torment of power so

much so far where it just seems so easy but you can genuinely see that both

universe 3 and universe 7 are actually trying in the torment of power and

honestly guys although universe 7 didn't really pull out all of it you know

biggest abilities with ultra instinct and Goku only briefly went Super Saiyan

blue I definitely feel like universe 3 has much more of a long-lasting taste

then universe 4 who was just briefly brought in to say hey we just need to

get rid of another universe to increase the amount of tension and then they were

just quickly vaporized away I feel like you could definitely see the spirit of

their universes they're continuing to fight they have their own theme they

have much more interesting characters and quite honestly I wish we had found

out more about universe 3 prior to this point of the torment of power because I

think it would have made it even more interesting than it already is so

honestly guys I love this Titanic robot fight of which universe 11 was a little

bit more involved instead of just being a spectator and making universe 7 doing

everything but honestly guys at the end of the day this was definitely an

episode about a universe most people probably don't care about but to tell

you guys the honest truth I actually really enjoyed it and for my question

for all of you guys today before I close this off is do you think Gohan's moments

in this episode kind of I guess you could say highlights him among Gohan

fans as a go on fan myself and for many of you who are fans of

character were you impressed with Gohan's involvement in this episode and

do you actually think go on has a lot more gas in the tank considering that

you know he's already made it this far in the torment of power although he was

obviously one of the characters who hadn't trained and fought in such a

while other than the resurrection of Fr so I definitely think there's a lot more

to look for with Gohan and I want to know all of your thoughts in the comment

from my own home district, sat down at the KQED Newsroom to whine and moan about the

Republicans' so-called effort to shut down Capitol Hill's investigation into the fake

Trump Russian collusion narrative.

All kidding aside, someday I will understand why the ignorant extreme far left liberals

in my home district keep electing this hack politician into congress with a margin of

almost 80%.

She hasn't done a damn thing to help anyone here or anywhere else in the nation.

In fact, her only claim to fame was that she was shot on her rear end during the Jonestown

massacre where Congressman Leo J. Ryan was killed back in 1978.

When asked why there are no witnesses scheduled for the probe in January, Speier replied,

"well, we can read between the lines, I think there is a rush to try and shut this

committee investigation down."

"This week was a great example, three interviews simultaneously, one of the off the Hill with

someone who comes to Washington frequently but wanted to do it now and so we were actually

off the Hill doing the interview, had to race back to vote….this is a circus at this point,"

added Speier.

Speier then went on to claim President Trump wants all Russia investigations to be "shut

down."

The California lawmaker then told KQED Newsroom that, "The rumor on the Hill when I left

yesterday was that the president was going to make a significant speech at the end of

next week.

And on December 22nd, when we are out of D.C., he was going to fire…Robert Mueller."

President Trump should fire Mueller and the whole team.

The investigative team was originally set up to get to the bottom of the accusations

started by the Clinton Machine of Russia Collusion in order to excuse the fact that she lost

in an electoral landslide.

But after it became apparent that nothing was coming of it they started to go after

President Trump's and his families finances.

When that amounted to nothing they charged Michael Flynn with lying to the FBI, I guess

the FBI doesn't like it when citizens do the same to them than they do to the whole

nation.

Via Heavy:

At least nine of the lawyers on special prosecutor Robert Mueller's Russia investigation team

of 16 attorneys donated to Democrats, with most giving money to either the campaigns

of Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton, a review of Federal Election Commission records shows.

Seven other lawyers on the team do not have previous federal campaign donations, a review

of FEC records shows, and Mueller himself has served in the administrations of both

Republican and Democratic presidents (and was a registered Republican in the past).

None of the 16 lawyers on his team is listed as donating money to President Donald Trump's

campaign or to the presidential campaigns of any past Republicans, although one donated

to two Republicans in non-presidential races in addition to giving more money to Hillary

Clinton, Barack Obama, and a string of Democrats.

Whether the donations matter is a question that tends to divide along partisan lines

(conservative sites say it's important; liberal sites like ThinkProgress argue that

Trump himself previously donated to Democrats and say it's irrelevant).

However, the campaign donations are likely to receive more attention now that Mueller,

according to CNN, is poised to announce the first criminal charges in the Russian probe.

The New York Times is reporting that Mueller has indicted Manafort and his former business

associate, Rick Gates.

Of the nine who donated to political candidates, all gave to Democrats (with one giving mostly

to Democrats and also to two Republicans), five gave to Hillary Clinton and seven gave

to Barack Obama.

Putting it another way, of the nine with donations, 8 of those gave money to either Hillary Clinton

or Barack Obama, and the ninth gave money to Senate Democratic candidates.

The Los Angeles Times reported that "at least seven of the 15 lawyers have previously

given money to Democrats."

However, other lawyers have been added to the team since that time.

The lawyers on Mueller's team include mostly attorneys with backgrounds in the Justice

Department, Solicitor General's Office, and east coast U.S. Attorney's offices.

In addition, one of the team members is married to a U.S. District Judge who is an Obama appointee,

and another served as a clerk for liberal Supreme Court Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg

and Elena Kagan.

In June, CNN reported that "three members of the legal team known to have been hired

so far by special counsel Robert Mueller to handle the Russia investigation have given

political donations almost exclusively to Democrats," naming Jeannie Rhee, James Quarles,

and Andrew Weissmann.

That was before most of the lawyers on the team were identified, however.

The list of Mueller team members with previous Democratic campaign donations has risen to

nine.

A review of FEC records and news reports shows that these are the seven identified Mueller

lawyers with no campaign donations to their names: Michael Dreeben (although some media

outlets initially falsely reported a donation as his that was made by a person with the

same name); Aaron Zebley; Lisa Page; Adam Jed; Aaron Zelinsky; Scott Meisler; and Zainah

Ahmad.

(A 17th member, Peter Strzok, who had no campaign donations, is no longer with the probe.)

In addition, Justice Department spokesman Peter Carr joined the team as its spokesman;

he previously served as spokesman for Republican Senator Orrin Hatch.

This whole thing has been a sham since day one, and it's time to put a stop to it.

The only Russia Collusion there was was the paying of the fake Trump Dossier by the DNC

and the Crooked Hillary Campaign.

Michael Flynn did contact the Russians but that was after Candidate Trump had been elected.

And it's 100% normal for a President-Elect to start reaching out to foreign leaders once

he is about to be sworn in as President.

What I going to share with you today is:

Getting start for using mac. (Beginner)

I believe you're like me,

The first computer

is the Windows computer.

When you going to switch to MacBook,

Your will think that,

We are never use MacBook before,

is it easy to hands on?

In fact, mac and windows,

They do have something is different;

but also with a lot of similarities.

Here I will share with you:

The Similarities between macOS and Windows OS.

Let's go!

This is macOS interface;

This is win10 interface.

Win10 will be my model.

1) Desktop

We can see his upper-right corner,

There wifi, battery, keyboard input, and date.

As well as the latest version of macOS

There will have siri.

At the top left, that is a mac's logo.

Click on it and you can see,

shut down, restart,

or system preferences.

The top- right (left) we can call it as

menu bar. (menu)

While executing app

or any other file,

This menu bar will changes following.

2) File Manager

In macOS, we will find that

is named as "finder".

You can click on the finder.

The "smile face" at bottum-left corner.

The finder will turn on

The interface that you view last time.

When you want to close the app or folder,

We can click it at top right corner.

The macOS is the top left corner.

Red is crossed (closed).

This is minimized, maximized.

3. Dock app shortcut bar

It is at the below.

This is similar as

win10's

Task Bar.

4. App

Where is the installed app?

The first place we could find at,

The Launchpad which is at dock.

click on it.

You can see

All the apps you installed.

Or open the finder,

The left hand side, called the "Application".

Click to it,

You can see,

All the app you installed.

4.1 install app

In win10, all the installer

The format is "exe".

In macOS itself,

it is "dmg".

After install,

He will become a ".app".

This is what I just downloaded the app,

It is "dmg" format.

After double-clicking,

We can see,

He is exported to ".app".

What we want to do is,

Move this thing to Application folder.

After that, we can find it from

Application

for the just installed app.

4.2 removed app

Just right-click,

Move to Trash (trash).

Or you just pull it,

(Drag) the trash which is at bottom right.

then it will uninstalled.

(5) USB / external hard disk format

What usb format (format) will be fit

to macOS?

From this chart, we can see,

windows are use NTFS.

And, macOS does not support NTFS.

Although macOS can read this file.

However, they can not,

Put your things into NTFS.

In fact, the best format, they

adviced is to use Fat32.

However, Fat32 there is a limitation is,

it can not copy a maximum

More than 4GB file.

So the best thing,

is exFAT.

Because of this, you can read and write.

More than the 4GB file,

And it is applicable in the win and macOS,

So the best is,

Before you use this mac,

You can format your external hard drive

to exFAT format,

Would be better.

6. Dock List - add on

6.1 Add Dock

How to add a shortcut key (list)?

Actually it is very easy.

First, open the Application,

And then select an app,

For example this pureVPN I (pull) down.

That's all.

If you think too many thing in dock,

You can remove some of it.

6.2 Delete Dock

There are two methods to remove.

The first is to right-click,

option> Remove from Dock

Or, click and hold to (the app),

Then move up.

You will see "Remove" word,

Then you let go, it would be removed.

Of course, something removed from the dock,

it will not uninstall the app.

I Am UCF: My Siblings and I - Duration: 2:26.

Growing up, I was lucky enough to have two younger siblings who were roughly my own age.

We were each a year apart.

In fact, my brother Matthew is exactly one year and one day younger than I am and we

have back to back birthdays.

Mine is November 2, 1995 and his is November 3, 1996.

Because we were all close in age, I have always considered my siblings my best friends.

Especially as kids, we were essentially inseparable.

We did everything together.

We went through elementary school, middle school, and then finally high school together.

However, in 2014, I graduated high school and gained acceptance to UCF, over 700 miles

away from home in a state where I absolutely knew no one.

Part of me was excited at the prospect of finally being on my own, but at the same time,

I was scared of how alone I would be after spending about the past 18 years of my life

living with my two best friends, who were always right there to offer me support.

My family drove me down to UCF and spent a few days helping to move me in and then pretty

much left me on my own.

It was tough at first, but I've made new friends and slowly adapted to not having my

brother and sister by my side constantly.

Frequent video chats as well as phone calls and texting have helped us to stay in touch.

Despite the distance, we haven't grown apart and not a day goes by where we don't send

at least one text to each other.

We exchange goofy selfies and keep up to date on what is going on in each other's lives.

My brother and sister are both currently undergraduates at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond,

where my brother is a sophomore and my sister is a freshman.

Luckily, our school breaks tend to coincide.

I visit home a few times a year, and when we're all back together, it's like nothing

has ever changed.

From hiking to just sitting around at home playing video games, we make the best of the

limited time we have together nowadays.

At the same time, being apart from them the past three years has allowed me to see my

own identity more clearly as an individual rather than just seeing myself as one member

of a trio of siblings.

In addition, it has made me appreciate the time I actually do get to spend with them

rather than taking it for granted like I always have.

While I miss them insanely, I am glad that I originally made that leap to go to school

so far away, and I don't regret my decision at all.

What I going to share with you today is:

Getting start for using mac. (Beginner)

I believe you're like me,

The first computer

is the Windows computer.

When you going to switch to MacBook,

Your will think that,

We are never use MacBook before,

is it easy to hands on?

In fact, mac and windows,

They do have something is different;

but also with a lot of similarities.

Here I will share with you:

The Similarities between macOS and Windows OS.

Let's go!

This is macOS interface;

This is win10 interface.

Win10 will be my model.

1) Desktop

We can see his upper-right corner,

There wifi, battery, keyboard input, and date.

As well as the latest version of macOS

There will have siri.

At the top left, that is a mac's logo.

Click on it and you can see,

shut down, restart,

or system preferences.

The top- right (left) we can call it as

menu bar. (menu)

While executing app

or any other file,

This menu bar will changes following.

2) File Manager

In macOS, we will find that

is named as "finder".

You can click on the finder.

The "smile face" at bottum-left corner.

The finder will turn on

The interface that you view last time.

When you want to close the app or folder,

We can click it at top right corner.

The macOS is the top left corner.

Red is crossed (closed).

This is minimized, maximized.

3. Dock app shortcut bar

It is at the below.

This is similar as

win10's

Task Bar.

4. App

Where is the installed app?

The first place we could find at,

The Launchpad which is at dock.

click on it.

You can see

All the apps you installed.

Or open the finder,

The left hand side, called the "Application".

Click to it,

You can see,

All the app you installed.

4.1 install app

In win10, all the installer

The format is "exe".

In macOS itself,

it is "dmg".

After install,

He will become a ".app".

This is what I just downloaded the app,

It is "dmg" format.

After double-clicking,

We can see,

He is exported to ".app".

What we want to do is,

Move this thing to Application folder.

After that, we can find it from

Application

for the just installed app.

4.2 removed app

Just right-click,

Move to Trash (trash).

Or you just pull it,

(Drag) the trash which is at bottom right.

then it will uninstalled.

(5) USB / external hard disk format

What usb format (format) will be fit

to macOS?

From this chart, we can see,

windows are use NTFS.

And, macOS does not support NTFS.

Although macOS can read this file.

However, they can not,

Put your things into NTFS.

In fact, the best format, they

adviced is to use Fat32.

However, Fat32 there is a limitation is,

it can not copy a maximum

More than 4GB file.

So the best thing,

is exFAT.

Because of this, you can read and write.

More than the 4GB file,

And it is applicable in the win and macOS,

So the best is,

Before you use this mac,

You can format your external hard drive

to exFAT format,

Would be better.

6. Dock List - add on

6.1 Add Dock

How to add a shortcut key (list)?

Actually it is very easy.

First, open the Application,

And then select an app,

For example this pureVPN I (pull) down.

That's all.

If you think too many thing in dock,

You can remove some of it.

6.2 Delete Dock

There are two methods to remove.

The first is to right-click,

option> Remove from Dock

Or, click and hold to (the app),

Then move up.

You will see "Remove" word,

Then you let go, it would be removed.

Of course, something removed from the dock,

it will not uninstall the app.
