THIS Is How A Girl Wants You To TOUCH HER | How To Touch A Girl & Turn Her On - Duration: 5:18.

Touching releases Oxytocin; a powerful hormone that helps her feel more

connected, and trust you. And a woman must feel comfortable with your touch in

order for her to sleep with you. So touching is pretty important! My name's

Matt Artisan from The Attractive Man, and this is seven ways to touch a girl to

make her want you.

We've done all the testing. You know what works.

Now before I get started I want to

mention that I created a free Escalation Cheat Sheet that lists some of the best

ways to turn a girl on. It's filled with advanced escalation techniques that will

turn a friendly interaction and take things to the next level. Click the link

in the description to download it. Before I get into the live demonstrations

there's three crucial tips that you must know: First is to touch her like a Man.

Most guys think that women are delicate little flowers and so they touch them

way too weak and too soft, and that can make you come off as very UN-masculine.

Now there's definitely a time where you would want to use a softer, more gentle

touch. For example, when you're caressing her. But for the most part you want to

use a stronger, more assertive touch so she can feel your dominance. I can just

see all the YouTube comments now - "So you're saying I should push her and

force myself on her?" No numb-nuts, what I'm saying for example is don't be

afraid to shake her hand like a man. Women hate a limp fish. And don't be

afraid to give her a bear hug instead of the lame pat on the back with your ass

sticking out. And don't be afraid to move her to get her attention. Don't do this *Example*

Be powerful without overpowering her, be dominant without being domineering.

Number two is break that touch barrier as soon as possible. If you wait too long,

that first touch can seem awkward and weird. So make sure to touch her as soon

as possible, which is typically when you first meet her. During the day usually

just the handshake is appropriate, at night maybe it's a high-five. During the

date when you greet her, greet her with a big hug or a kiss on the cheek. And the

final tip is don't let your touch linger especially in the beginning.

Take it away at first. Touching obviously feels good, it releases Oxytocin, and us

humans crave to be touched. But if you let it linger before she feels

comfortable enough with you, that can turn into creepy touch. I recommend the

rule: "Two steps forward, one step back." because if you keep pushing forward and

putting on the gas, she will eventually put on the brakes.

For example, maybe put your arm around her and you point at something, "Hey

check that out!" But then you take it away. Or maybe you're kissing her and then you

pull away before she does and say, "No more, that's all you get.." all right, now

let's get into the seven ways to establish more touch. First is

"Conversational" touching, which is when you use hand gestures as you tell a

story, and you might touch her arm, her elbow, or her hand to emphasize a point.

"...and you won't believe what happened next." You can also touch your waist, which is a

more sensual spot, as you lean in to tell her something especially if you're in a

loud environment like a club. Next is "Inquisitive" touch. Touch her hair, her

nails, or maybe something she's wearing and make a comment about it. "Those are

some interesting nails, I like this color." Complementing her

figure can work as well. "Wow you're so fit, look at you. You must work out, let me

see your bicep." Make sure she has a flat stomach before you do this. Pinching her

belly flab won't be such a turn-on. Next is "Leading" when you're going from

one place to the next, you can go hand in hand, you can go arm

in arm, or you can put your hand on the small of her back and lead her that way.

This is really important because it also shows that you're taking care of her,

that you're not just letting her get lost behind you in the crowd. Another

excuse to touch her would, be "Corrective" touching. Fix something about her like

her hair, her clothing, or even her posture. "Hold on, let me fix this.. Okay,

much better." There's also "Playful" touching if you're

at a bar, or a club, or even on a date, you can play a fun game like thumb wrestling

or slap hands. You can even "Reward" her with your touch. If she does or says

something you like, you can give her a big hug, a kiss on the cheek, or kiss on

the lips, or high-five. "Nice! High five!" And finally, don't forget about "Direct" touch

which is when she knows you're attracted to her and you just make your move.

You can even blame her - her cuteness or her attractiveness, as the reason you're

making the move. Basically blame her for your escalating on her, and it's really

fun and flirty to do that, and women typically love it. Now this is gonna

happen a little bit later in the interaction, because you need a higher level of

compliance and attraction for it to work. Now remember, I also created a free

hey babes so today's video is a to check it ready with me I've never done one of

this before so I think it's gonna be super fun I've asked you guys to send me

your questions on snapchat tonight it's actually my parents birthday dinner so

their birthdays are two days apart so we're doing it together this year so I

love getting all dressed up so I thought it'd be fun if you guys got writing with

me too so I'm gonna be doing my makeup and I'm going to be answering questions

and then I'm going to show you guys what I'm actually wearing to dinner tonight

so that you guys can see how I throw it all together so right now my face as you

can tell is super pale and then I'm tan from here down so I'm going to start

with of course my mist I love putting this guy on before I start anything and

it's super hot in this room because when it's sunny it's the windows oh my

goodness it feels like a sauna and then I'm going to put my coconut will that's

still my moisturizer right now actually I stopped using it because some people

had so that it clogs our pores but it's actually only for some people it's not

for everybody and I realized that I stopped using it

for a while to see how my skin would kind of change with it and it didn't act

very well actually my skin was actually asking for it to come back so I started

to get super super dry and right now I am experiencing like dry patches all

over my forehead I'm experiencing a dry nose I can feel it on my cheeks over

here it literally feels like I have like sandpaper like I'm sandpaper I really

hate that sometimes I get dry skin last winter I got rid of my dry skin and then

it came back all of a sudden but I definitely got rid of it the first time

by using coconut oil so I'm just gonna be going back on it because I feel like

my skin ever since I've been using it again it just feels so much better had a

beauty folk filter foundation I love this foundation I got in this toe nice

it lasts so long it's probably my Newton oh it is it's my new favorite over the

Estee Lauder Double Wear and I the color em already is the perfect tone

and with this foundation you literally a need like for me I only use 3/4 of a

pump one pump is a lot so your first question is I've been thinking about

getting a boob and butt job do you recommend it so as you guys know I'm

always going to be extremely honest with you and I'm just going to give you my

opinion I am a very traditional person I'm personally not a fan of doing a boob

or a buy job but I ever get like a boob job to make my boobs bigger and no but

that's because I don't want bigger boobs I like having smaller boobs um a butt

job I would never do I would just rather build my but by doing weight lifting and

going to the gym to be honest with you you have to make yourself happy at the

end of the day I would say do not do it for anybody else if someone else is

saying oh your butt is to 5 or your chest is to fly you need to get a boob

job or you boo your boobs are saggy you need to get a good job don't do it for

those reasons because you will regret it in the end

honestly you seriously will regret it because it didn't come from what you

wanted it came from what someone else wanted my overall thing is I just I'm

big on women accepting themselves for who they are that's what I'm really big

on it bothers me like Botox bothers me you know surgeries to alter your face

bother me boob jobs bother me buy jobs they bother

me like they just bother me because I'm I just don't want women to feel like ok

once you get a boob job and once you get a bunch up you're going

to be happy because I don't think that that's the reality I feel like sometimes

people can just once you do a boob job then you're like ok now I want to do my

butt so then you do your butt and then you just keep going and going going

again that's just my view on it everybody's different I'm not saying

it's bad if you get a boob job or it's bad if you get a butt job

but number one do it for a good reason do it because you want to do it do it

because you think it's gonna make you happy and don't do for anybody else so

that's kind of my take on it so hopefully that was a clear enough insert

and another thing just because I'm very like

paranoid just take into consideration the risk as well because at the end of

day it is surgery so just make sure you know about the risks and make sure you

know what you want before you get it done so it take like forever to apply

foundation because I always make sure that it's like apply it all over the

place I just love the way this one issue makes you look oh my god it's so nice

I'm going to be using the tarte concealer this guy is very serious like

you just apply late to picked because he ain't joking with you your next question

is are you in any relationship I am NOT in a relationship you guys I am single

happily saying oh I'm just joking no I am single right now and I just

enjoying the single life to be honest with you I'm just like really focused on

my career right now and I'm at the point where I'm just like you know what if I

find someone I find someone and if they find me great because I think stressing

out about being single or being in relationship honestly is kind of a waste

of time because everything in my life has happened when I'm like thinking

about it the least I feel like when you're so focused on it like I need to

date and I need to find someone that's when I feel like it just does not work

out so I'm just kind of taking it easy and just seeing what happens and what

comes my way god I love listen to her I'm actually gonna put some vitamin E on

my lips because I am super super dry on my lips

vitamin E is basically my everyday lip gloss if you guys don't know it's

amazing if you have like really dry and chapped lips which winter can bring to

you vitamin E is over the answer is the answer to life actually if you're

president know one time I missed mascara when I went out and I'm like how do you

miss most Cara I'm actually using the Belle appear or is it Ben appear try to

be friendship people so this is a contour and highlight palette I love

love love this color right here in the middle cuz I love one

like this greenie brownie undertone it's just my top color when was the last time

you were on a date

y'all gonna do me like this huh it was last year you guys mmm

sorry I said it I hate dates I hate them like I honestly honestly hate them

they're interviews like they shouldn't even be called dates it's you it should

be the guy asking you do you want to go on an interview with me to a coffee shop

because that's exactly what you're getting or something to ladies you're

not going on a date you're going on an interview sit down and you have no idea

who each other is and the person automatically says to you so what do you

do where do you live what are your hobbies what does your family like like

honestly I'm okay that I went on the last date last year yeah I know what

y'all thinking she's gonna be single forever oh well it is what it is I need

to find more of this palette but recipe that you've made has been your face oh

gosh I have so many favorites um the beef stir-fry that I recently posted I

really like that recipe like I've been craving it lately so I don't think I

have a favorite overall it kind of goes by my mood so my mood right now is

really for that beef stir-fried make sure you guys check that one out because

it's actually really healthy and super easy to make we'll all my recipes I try

to make some super healthy and yeah so I think that that's probably my fave right

now okay this is actually a good question cuz I know some people are

gonna be like what like you guys are gonna be like no no no tell me you're

joking but it's true how often do you wash your hair the truth is I wash my

hair once a week I kid you not I wash my hair once a week the reason

why is I have been told by a lot of hair stylists and I've actually looked this

up that it's not good to wash your hair too often so what I will do is I will

wash my hair every Sunday night sometimes like in the middle of the week

if I really just want to wash my hair I will like wash my hair on like a

Thursday or a Wednesday but most of the time I

wait for like Saturday and Sunday at the end of the week to wash my hair I have

very very very dry scalp and by washing your hair with shampoo like shampoo is

actually really harsh for your scalp so I really really like to avoid it as much

as possible but in order to clean your hair you need to use shampoo so I just

minimize how often I use it in my hair so that's why I only do it once a week

if I do see that my hair's like really greasy which my hair does not get greasy

actually very fast because I have such dry hair so if I find that it is getting

greasy I will wash it but I only wash it once a week you guys and yes I am still

applying eyeliner because highlighter is life so okay so now we're gonna focus on

eyes so I'm gonna bring over my eye shadow for my eyes I'm gonna be using

the tart clay clay palette and your next question is do you think it's important

to count calories or microbes honey it's extremely if you guys haven't watched my

hobby lost 30 pounds video it's extremely important to count your

calories if you are not counting your calories and being honest with you guys

trying to lose weight pointless very very important to count your calories

like you must must must count your calories macros I have a different

opinion about macros are very important afros are your carbs proteins and fats

so they are important to calculate here's what I do I'm very mindful of

what I'm eating so I'm mindful of my thoughts my carbs my proteins so I know

how much I'm eating now do I say to myself okay I have to have 120 grams of

carbs I have to have this much fat a day I don't do that in the beginning I was

kind of obsessed with it so I did start to do that but I felt like it was a

little bit unrealistic for someone who is starting because there's so many

things you have to remember when you're starting and I just didn't want it to be

overwhelming and I feel like it kind of got to that point at in the beginning so

I just didn't want that to happen so what I did was I kind of said you know

what I'm not doing anymore I'm going to be mindful of it

but I'm not going to be like oh my god I've had too much fat today because I

think that at the end of the day you can still have much progress I mean I

haven't been calculating it to the teeth and I've had plenty of progress so is it

better to count your macros yeah it is better to count though I'm not going to

sit here and lie to you but calories yes you guys we have shouldn't have to have

to count your calories if you want to lose weight I love doing eyeshadow oh my

goodness so your next question is do you have any

2017 goals that you accomplished or didn't and what are your 2018 goals

oh my 2017 goals I really wanted to get more serious about my YouTube channel

again this year I did that's when I started the YouTube channel I started in

August so I accomplished that goal it was always at the back of my head but I

I guess a part of me was like okay how are you gonna do this like is that going

to work and actually funny enough another goal of mine something that I

actually wanted to do an entire video on for you guys wanted to solely focus on

my YouTube and social media and all the other things I love to do so I really

wanted to leave my job I've actually been in a nine-to-five world for the

past five years I've been going to a nine-to-five job I don't really speak

about her I've never spoken to you guys about it because to me like that was

just kind of my private life and I am very very private that's just who I am

and I kind of wanted to keep that separate from my youtube career so I

just yeah that was definitely one of my goals and I actually just recently did

it I am focusing on YouTube for you guys it's what I love to do and it's just

been something that I've just really been wanting to do and I think that when

you really when you really know what you love to do and it's not where you are at

right now you need to just get out of there and you need to focus on what you

love to do so that's kind of why I did it and I think my goal for the new year

is to go a lot harder on myself when it

comes to the gym I want to eat even healthier than I am right now I've made

so many different healthier changes but I want to be even healthier in 2018 I

think it's always good to look forward to something and to always have in the

back of your mind what you want for yourself this is going to be using is

the voluminous L'Oreal mascara this one is so intense my girl

hey so one of your next questions is how do you make these videos so that's

interesting because you probably wonder how I do it well

my camera first of all is set up in front of me I use the sony a 5100 in

white and love the skipper it's so pretty

and I get a lot of questions on my camera I use and basically it's on a

tripod I'm actually going to show you guys how since you guys want to know and

then I have a glass table set up in front of me with all of my products in

this video particularly and then I just literally sit in front of it currently I

am experiencing some Sun problems I had to grab a piece of white cardboard and

put it in front of the Sun and block it because it wants to ruin my video so you

can't have sometimes experience stuff like that but it is what it is and I

always have my best friend with me and you don't look like you're settled down

like can you just settle down yeah I think you need a license to use a mister

I like this hey guys so I'm basically done with my eyes I've applied my

mascara I feel like mascara just finishes your

eyes like a lot of you guys want to know how I do my hair like this I will be

doing a dedicated video only on doing it wavy here look cuz I love this look you

can use it in so many different ways so I'll probably be showing you guys how to

do it a couple different ways so yeah I just love it but I will be showing you

guys how to do it actually didn't do hardly anything to the eyebrows I put a

little bit of eye shadow but I couldn't go through it I'm just gonna do it using

my shimmery Revlon applause and I'm also using a my new

favorites of 401 are 63 you guys had a question about guys how to not let them

play with your head or get inside of your head don't think I haven't gone

through that because I've gone through it plenty of times I'm at the stage

right now to be very honest with you where I have accepted my worth to my

fullest I think when you're I don't know how old you are but I think when you're

much younger you are very open to a lot of different things so you kind of allow

people to do stuff to you that you don't really understand at the time but as you

grow older you have to just understand that as a woman what you're worth you

need to be respected you need to be treated the way you you know you should

be treated and at the end of the day confidence comes within you have to love

yourself don't even allow him to play with your mind if as I really wants you

he's not gonna play with you period end of story

if you want to play along then you're just playing the exact same game as him

and at the end of the day you guys are playing Monopoly together like you guys

are sitting down and you're playing a board game now when you start taking it

seriously and you see that he's not taking it seriously that's when you need

to get out actions speak louder than words that's another massive lesson I

learned if you see that his actions are playing games then that's what he's

trying to tell you you internet' mean like guys are very they're not Tucker's

they're going to show you so at the end of the day if he is playing games with

him that's exactly what he's doing with you and you have to decide from your

point of view your perspective as a woman you need to say to yourself okay

so let let's lay out what he's giving me here he's playing games with me he's

kind of being wishy-washy he's not giving me a clear message he's not

showing me what I really want him to show me and even if after you

communicate that you're not getting what you need and he still doesn't do it that

clearly means the guy is not that interested in you and he's just not for

you and that's fine but you as a woman have to get up and you have to go

elsewhere you have to get up and you have to go because by you staying you

don't have the right to say complain you just don't I know it's so

hard because sometimes you like the guy and what he's giving you is just not

what you need you know and it's I understand believe me I've been there

where it's hard to leave they shouldn't even be playing you in the first place

if they're playing you in the first place that means this is a game this has

started to be a game why do you want to be with someone that has playing games

with you really you know what I'm saying so again I mean me and Amy are not

perfect I know you said that you know we're super confident but that is from

growing that's from me going through these experiences just like you have and

me kind of saying to myself hmm you know what going through this has gotten me

this result do I like that result no I don't so next time I meet someone I like

if he keeps dishing out the same thing that the last one did I have to go and

slowly slowly you will build up the confidence that you need for yourself

that is how I think that women slowly slowly start to respect themselves and I

think it also helps if you think in your mind I know this sounds crazy but

honestly I think it's helpful for me when I was kind of getting to a very

confident place I thought to myself in my mind okay so what is it that I'm

worth what is it that I have to offer to somebody and if you are a good person

you have a good heart you would do anything for your boyfriend you would be

there for him you would help take care of him and of course you want those

things to return but I'm talking about what you have to offer to that person if

you have a ton of things to offer then that person that's playing games with

you it's not worth than any like how much more happier would you be with

someone that has to offer you the same good pretty basket of beautiful things

how good would that feel to just get that back

you know I know I'm blabbering on about this because I'm very passionate about

the subject how can I eat stop him from playing me honestly you shouldn't even

be asking that question you should be like you know what he's playing me okay

I'm going to be using the rimmel insta-fix and glow it so I said I would

show you guys what my filming actually looks like so I'm going to show you guys

exactly what is on my table right now and I am literally in my grey sweats

right now this is what my setup looks like behind the scenes I have my tripod

there my makeup it's all on my table I have my phone there my water of course

and then I have my outfit in the background there that I'm going to show

you guys and then I have my clear acrylic chair this question is what or

who is your greatest source of strength Sully definitely and my sister are you

guys trying to get me emotional this is a trap this is a trap no you

know what yes I would have to say my sister is my strength oh god why do you

guys do this to me I'm a Pisces I'm so emotional there you go take a sip of

water whenever I'm looking for advice or whenever I need help or I'm going

through something guys I just did my makeup okay yeah so whenever I am

looking for advice or I'm just going through something really tough Aimee

definitely really she's the practical one I'll always say she's a logical one

she is very emotional like me but when I'm really emotional and I am just not

making sense in my mind she's like stuff like think about what you were saying

right now you know cuz I get when you depend on emotions like my bank is full

of emotions it's not it's not that full of logic so I'm extremely extremely

emotional and sometimes it just kind of literally blinds me like you know people

say love is blind will emotions make you look streamlined so any time I'm really

emotional and I come to her I'm freaking out her stressed out she's like okay you

know what like let's lay it out practically though because emotions are

not gonna get you nowhere right now so that's what I really need her for and

she is my strength you know she reminds me of my progress she reminds me of how

well I do she reminds me you know how good I am at

things and sometimes you just need that and I think everybody really should have

that kind of support um but yeah she just she's literally my

everything she okay we're gonna end this question very short and sweet definitely

amy is my strength that helps me get through everything but the next question

is how did you fully start your journey so I actually have a how I lost 30

pounds video that I recently uploaded on my channel so make sure you guys check

it out I started when I really noticed that in a way I was kind of lying to

myself like I thought I was okay and then I looked in the mirror one day and

I was like no like this is just not okay so I I just basically hit it a

rock-bottom point where I was like I need to do something about about how I

look and I just really wanted to change it and you know having Amy start the

journey to really help to push me as well because she was already on it and

she had learned so many different things it really helped me get on that train as

well so that's basically why I started or how I started but if you guys want to

see more in depth make sure you guys watch that video okay guys so I'm also

going to show you guys how I kind of freshen up my hair before I go out I've

been using this one on purpose because I love the smell I am not even using

because I need it it's just smells so good it's the chard dry shampoo so this

is a really good tip and trick when you feel like the top is just a little bit

greasy - no I felt like I said it's just it's kind of smooth then what I'm going

to use is a wide toothed comb like this this one is by macadamia and it's

actually it says that it's infused with the oil as well so I actually just run

it through quickly on my hair just to kind of comb it out and it kind of gives

the waist like an extra fresh look as if you just recently did them oh my god

this pretty smells so good so that's what I do a last thing that I applied to

my ends is the macadamia healing oil treatment I love love love this

macadamia oil it's so good it smells so good - I literally just put a tiny

little drop you don't want to apply anywhere from here up because it will

make your hair really greasy so I just apply it on my ends it just makes the

ends look very natural and very healthy and that's basically how I finish up my

hair you guys I'm just gonna answer a couple more questions before I start

getting dressed and show you guys what I'm gonna wear so this question says

tacos or pizza oh my god I love this question so funny I'm not a taco fan and

I'm not a pizza fan but if I have to choose I'm gonna go with pizza a me

would be so proud of me so funny on my pizza I do not like pepperoni like I

don't really like meat on my pizza I like it to be full of veggies and I like

a lot of cheese on it and yeah so I would choose pizza so the last question

is actually really interesting it says did you go to college if so what did you

major in I did go to college I went for 3 years and I have a diploma in interior

design that's what I went for I still love interior design it's

definitely one of my passions I just love home decor in general yes

it's definitely one of the things that from very very young I've always loved

doing even when my mom would decorate her house I've been like 10 years old

and I'm like no don't do that I like no not that color mom it's not what you

want to do well no when I get my own place I'm so excited that were in it and

it was probably like the most fun three years of my entire life

I had a lot of fun in college I experienced a lot of different things I

met a lot of different people I really really enjoyed it so yeah okay guys so I

am done answering all of your questions so now I'm going to show you my outfit

for tonight and I'm so excited to get dressed with you guys okay guys so I'm

going to show you guys what I'm gonna be wearing piece by piece so I'm gonna be

using I did a try and haul from forever 21 where I use these pants they are a

really really pretty nude suede skinny pant I love it they're so so pretty and

I wear a small in this one I think they're sold out but I will try to find

one that's similar for you guys and then I'm gonna be wearing a pretty little

thing mock neck sort of bodysuit it's really tight fit in and it's in a really

really pretty taupe color so I'm trying to do like a very monochrome look for

this whole entire look and then I have look how pretty these

velvet shoes are you guys I'm such a glam girl I love love love like velvet

and stuff I thought my sister gave these to me last Christmas I love them so much

The Collapse Of interfered with Timelines has caused Timeline glitches across all matrices

As The Heart Collective steps outside of time.

Many feel it is the same day again, a Groundhog Day effect, as they step outside of time and

the 4d.

Others feel like they are in an era, like the 80�s, or 70�s.

This is normal.

And these time anomalies will stop once the Heart Collective fully manifests their new

reality on the new earth.

Timelines are anchored by the Forerunners as the Heart Collective begins global awakening.

This can be a very lonely experience as you might find yourself alone in a timeline for

Year 2(2018)anchors in the second chakra energy into the world, relationships, and Divine

Marriages.

It is also a Master number 11 Year.

The Heart Collective feels this and is preparing to anchor the next chakra globally, the sexual/relationship

Cosmic radiation affects High (Divine Mind) Chakras at night the most strongly due to

the sun now entering a solar minimum phase and Solar Energy waves affect the Lower Physical

Chakras, strongly during the day, affecting body releasing and dna structuring.

Both Divine Source Energies(solar and cosmic), unify for massive Heart Chakra expansions

which are occurring now.

Cosmic space radiation affects gland rejuvenation and dna restructuring at accelerated levels.

Two things I noticed:

One- Energy Dross at night has begun again for me, which signals dna restructuring.

This is when you wake up and you are burning up and/or a drenched.

This has to do with temperature regulation and our hypothalamus.

Also massive itching of my shins and legs are starting again, a symptom of Massive Crystalline

Activations.

Also, when there is a Solar filament separation it seems to make my heart physically ache

and hurt now, I have become so sensitive to the solar energies.

The hormones from the hypothalamus govern physiologic functions such as temperature

regulation, thirst, hunger, sleep, mood, sex drive, and the release of other hormones within

the body.

This area of the brain houses the pituitary gland and other glands in the body.

This is being accelerated right now.

Second- I eat food by color it seems.

Mostly White or yellow.

Like a baby, embodiment seems to begin at skeletal restructuring and work its way out�I

will write about food and nutrition, it has changed so much.

The Pineal gland in the new chakra system unifies to the Heart and gives unlimited inner

vision with unlimited Heart �eyes�.

The Well Of Dreams is activating, allowing for the �dream Experience� to amplify

and become conscious.

During the activation of the Well Of Dreams, which many call the seat of the soul, severe

crown itching, headaches,ear ringing and feeling feverish is common.

Also, because it is responsible for information from the Higher Realms, it needs to be shielded,

for it is highly vulnerable to psychic attacks as it activates.

During this final release from the Electric/mental matrix headaches are very common as synapse

rewiring is occurring to prepare for Divine Gnosis For those that have chosen to walk

in service for the Highest Good Of All In Love.

Since 11/11 The Heart Collective has been jumping timelines as more and more individual

descension timelines collapse.

As more disconnect from the old grids, more connect to the new ascension timeline grids

of the new earth.

These grids feel completely different.

Like Air.

For Gridworkers, it feels like a new world indeed.

These grids have no outside interference, they feel like liquid air, and the only way

to anchor is to flow�manifestations only occur when they are from the Heart in Love

and have been released And let go.

What we want the most we have to let go.

We release dysfunction, not Love.

Also, there is no rooting in this new Grid, for our base chakra has shifted and we ground

with our activated feet Chakras instead in These Higher Dimensions.

The inability to ground to the grids is very disconcerning.It feels like the inner gyroscope

is off.

The best thing to do is to go outside and try to ground to the new magnetic North Pole,

this will begin discernment of energies and allow for anchoring into the new grids.

Once you can consistently align to the true magnetic North, the inner spinning and what

feels like cellular spinning will decrease and become more comfortable.

Our Merkaba is also expanding, as we begin to shift multidimensionally.

Constant timeline jumping by the Forerunners causes a great deal of instability in the

Hueman Collective, as we are all one soul group in this Now.

When we release a timeline, all those in it Feel our energy leave but don�t understand

what they feel.

which runs constantly in the lower dimensions And keeps the sleeping Collective at survival

chakra level.

We are balancing and neutralizing this now in the collective.

I used to think vegetarians and especially vegans were

crazy and weird and definitely lacking in protein. But one fine night I watched

a documentary and it exploded my mind. I followed that with every health,

environment, and animal rights documentary and book I could get my

hands on. And before you knew it, here I was, a vegan! But you never know where

life is gonna bring you so when I first went vegan

I started looking up all the recipes for delicious vegan food. And you know what I found?

A whole lot of kale and quinoa. And that's not how I wanted to eat it all.

So when I decided I was going vegan I had one solid plan of attack:

3 High-Vibe Ways to manage your Time - Duration: 15:38.

Hello my happy shiny puppies, this is Melody Fletcher, and I teach The Law of Attraction

and Reality Creation to highly intellectual people in a way that actually makes some friggin'

sense.

So, today, I want to talk to you about Time Management.

Which might seem kind of weird to some of you because, you know, you just last week

heard me say how time doesn't exist, and now I help you manage it?

Well, here's the thing: Time doesn't exist, but the illusion of time sure does exist.

And, learning how to work with time, especially in this new energy, can be really, really

helpful.

So, these are definitely not your mother's or your father's time management tips.

You probably won't have read about these in a book before.

Or maybe you have?

Like one of the new time management books, perhaps.

But, I haven't read these in a book.

So, time management is something that I've spent a fair amount of time on.

(See what I did there)!

And, the reason why I've given it a fair amount of attention is because, you know, this is

something that I have had, I've been challenged by, myself.

Yeah?

Because my life used to be very, very structured.

I was scheduled in 15 minutes increments, which meant that literally, if I had to pee,

it threw out my schedule for the rest of the day.

There was no freedom in it, no flexibility in it.

And, I just read the other day that Elon Musk, who, you know, is one of the most successful

people in the world, the owner of Tesla and SpaceX, he schedules his day in 5 minutes

increments.

Oh, my God; that sounds like a nightmare to me.

I remember being scheduled that tightly, it just felt like being in prison.

And so, a lot of time management techniques are all about how to schedule it better, how

to control the schedule better.

And, it just, sort of, it's like, thickening the walls of the prison.

It doesn't, it doesn't work for me anymore, at all, and it may not work for you either,

in which case, you may need to upgrade your time management techniques.

So, one of the things that I've found is that a little bit of structure goes a long

way.

And a little bit of structure can actually give you a great deal of freedom.

Too much structure and you feel like you're in prison, but no structure is really, really

overwhelming.

So, if you've sort of been swapping back and forth between too much structure and not enough

structure, you may want to go ahead and bring in a little bit more of a framework, a little

bit more structure, and you might be very surprised by how much freedom it brings you.

So, having said that, you want to maintain flexibility, and that's actually my very first

tip for you.

These are very practical tips.

So, the first one is to schedule, but schedule with flexibility.

We're not yet in a time, in an energy state where all of us know exactly where to be when,

and just spontaneously get the hit to go over there now, and then there's a party over there.

Nobody had to invite us and nobody had to schedule anything, we all just show up at

the perfect time, in the perfect place.

But, we're not really there yet, we're still in transition time.

So, scheduling things, agreeing on a time when we will meet, when we will do something

is helpful.

It certainly helps me to schedule my coaching calls for example.

When I talk to my private clients I don't just sort of call them willy-nilly; we do

have an agreed upon time.

So, it's ok to schedule some things, but schedule with flexibility.

So, what do I mean by that?

I mean, build in a buffer time.

So, for example, concrete example, my coaching calls are generally one hour long and that

is, you know, that is what it is; it's one hour.

But, when I need to stay on the phone, when I'm having a ton of fun with somebody, or

they're just, at the top of the hour, they're just right in the middle of releasing something,

and I don't want to let them go like that; I want to be able to spend, if I choose to,

more time on the phone.

I want to be able to spend more time with that client, or more time at that task.

And so, I actually create a buffer between coaching calls, where if I need to go long,

I can.

Now, it is still my choice, and I have no problem setting those boundaries and telling

someone, "You know what, we're done for the day; but that's it."

But, if I choose to want to keep going because I think it warrants it, because I want to,

I want to have that flexibility without throwing off the entire day.

When I schedule tasks, I give myself buffer time there as well.

I schedule a little longer than I think it's going to take me.

And, the reason for that is again, I want that flexibility.

So, basically I schedule with kindness.

I'm kind to myself in how I schedule.

You know, those, those 5 minute increments, 15 minute increment schedules, those are brutal;

they're not kind.

So, you want to be kind.

And, if you're thinking, well, then I won't get hardly anything done, just wait; wait,

I'm getting to it.

Yeah?

So, that's tip #1.

Schedule with kindness because all of this is meant to make you more productive, not

less productive, so, don't worry, I will get there.

Yeah?

But, that kindness is going to keep you from becoming overwhelmed, and it's going to allow

you to be able to fill those gaps fluidly with inspired action rather than pre-determined

actions, and getting really, really frustrated and overwhelmed.

Speaking of overwhelm, tip #2 is going to really help you with that.

So, what you want to do is, you do not want to keep your To Do list in your head, because

if you do, chances are very, very good that your mind is going to assign the same priority

to every single item.

Which means, that the same priority is assigned to completing that report, as to cleaning

out the junk drawer, as to going grocery shopping, as to going to your kid's baseball game, as

to coming up with a new product idea; or whatever.

Yeah?

They all have the same priority in your mind, which means that, you know, your mind has

no problem waking you up at 3 o'clock in the morning and going "Did you forget to...

- Oh no!

You've got to remember...

- Oh no; no, no!

Did we remember to do this?

Oh God, what if you forget to...?"

And, it's just stress, stress, stress, stress, stress, because your brain is just running

around, and it's like every item on your To Do list is a spinning plate and your mind

is trying to keep them all spinning, and it's getting really stressed out and you get really

overwhelmed.

And then what do you do when you get overwhelmed?

You shut down, and you don't get anything done.

Yeah?

So, my trick is to do a brain dump, and do this regularly.

Take all of your To Do items and put them on a page.

Now, I actually do, I fare far better at this when I use a pen and paper, or pencil and

paper; I do this by hand.

When I try to do it electronically into an Excel sheet or something, it doesn't have

the same effect for me, for some reason, and the brain does connect differently when we

write by hand.

So, try both and see which one works better for you.

But, I do this by hand; I actually write things out.

That also allows me to cross things off, which I love to do.

And, I get everything; everything, private, business, everything; everything, everything.

Every task I've got to do, I write it on a To Do list.

Now, you can organize this list in various different ways; you might want to have a business

and a private one.

For me, it's kind of all the same; it's just my life, you know?

And what I do is then I organize it by priority and I put the things that, and I'm brutal

about this, I'm really, really harsh about this.

If it's not really a priority, I don't make it into one.

Nice to have things are not a priority.

Things that are - something's going to go wrong if it doesn't get done - that's a priority;

for me.

Yeah?

And so, I take out the things, I find the things that truly are, like, "Oh my God, I've

got to get this done" priorities and then I create, sort of, 3 categories for priorities.

So, there's priority one - something's going to break if you don't get this done, asap.

#2, is like, it needs to be done for the business, and #3 is nice to have; nice to have.

So, you know, paying a bill when its 2 weeks from the deadline is a #2 priority; paying

the bills the day before the deadline is #1 priority.

So, I think you get, you get the idea.

And I prioritize my personal items the same way.

I don't leave those out of that, and put that on the back burner, or non-existent burner,

the way that I used to.

It's all part of the same list, it's all treated equally, and then I prioritize from there.

And that really helps to take a lot of the pressure off because first of all, I don't

have all that information running round my head, I don't have all those plates spinning

anymore.

What I have now is, sort of, I've got this; it's on the page, I won't forget it, it's

there, it's organized, I've prioritized it.

I won't miss it.

Yeah?

And that actually really helps the brain calm down, the mind calm down.

And so now, you're not as stressed, now you've got it, now you can sleep through the night.

You don't have to wake up at 3 o'clock in the morning, and it actually organizes you

more, because you won't forget things, and you won't, you know, inadvertently be doing

things that are keeping you from doing things that are a real high priority, and then, you

know, something breaks down.

So, it gives you a lot of peace of mind.

Yeah?

And that leads us into the next, and then the 3rd and final tip that I've got for you,

which is where most of my productivity really came from.

When I figured this out, this really just blew my productivity right out of the water

and it's so counter-intuitive, and it totally, totally works.

So, here's what I do.

I have my big, master To Do list that's got all the stuff in it, and I do have some certain

things that I schedule, but I schedule like this: On days when I have appointments, that's

my schedule; I have my appointments.

I don't make myself responsible for anything else.

And, on days when I don't have appointments, those are my free days, where, you know, I

can basically do whatever I want that's not scheduled, I decide the night before, yeah

(and that's not the tip, deciding the night before), but I decide the night before what

I'm going to have to do the next day; what my "have to" is; and here's the tip: I

choose one thing.

One thing, and one thing only, and this is a task that I have to complete the next day.

Sometimes that task is to go grocery shopping; sometimes that task is, you've got to complete

this thing.

On coaching days, coaching is my task.

I schedule the day, there's a bunch of appointments with buffers in-between.

On the days when I don't have those, I schedule one thing.

Yeah?

And, here's the reason why, because you might be thinking "Seriously Melody, I can't just

do one thing a day, I'll never get everything done."

Well, I don't just do one thing a day.

But here's the thing: I only make myself responsible for doing one thing a day, and then when I've

done that one thing, I get to stop working if I want to.

And, I really, really have to honor that.

So, if I really do want to stop working that day, if I'm tired and I don't want to, and

I'm hitting a wall, I'm done, I'm done after that one thing.

I've ticked it off, I've crossed it off my To Do list, and I can, I can feel good about

myself.

I can feel successful.

So, I've had a win, and I've set myself up for an easy win.

Your one thing can't be a 16 hour project.

It has to be something that you can easily get done.

That's sort of when you wake up in the morning, and you think about "Oh; this is all I've

got to do?

Yeah, I can do that."

Yeah?

It can be something that takes you half an hour; it can be something that takes 2 to

3 hours.

I would say 2-3 hours max.

Yeah?

And, if you have a big project, break it down into different things and then one of those

is your one thing.

So, here's what happens: Now, if you want to stop working after doing that one thing,

you can.

But a lot of the time, you might be surprised at this, a lot of the time, after you do your

one thing, and you cross it off, you're on a roll.

You're on a winning streak.

You just won, and you want to win some more.

So then, you look at your To Do list and you pick out the next thing that jumps out at

you.

Yeah?

And if you have a huge priority item, you might choose to do that, or you might choose

to do something else.

Whatever your intuition wants to do because it will be right; you might not realize why.

So, for example, the other day, I was done with my one thing, and then I spent 3 hours

cleaning my office, organizing my office, because I'd never properly organized it.

I moved in, I sort of mostly organized it, but not finished the organization, and I went

ahead and did that.

Was that my top priority?

Hell no, it wasn't; not even close.

But, here's the thing: I have a lot to do these days.

I'm working on Reality Academy, which I've mentioned, yeah, and there's a lot of moving

parts, and there's a lot of people involved.

And so, you know, it definitely wasn't my top priority to organize my office, but I

also realized, after, you know, how good it felt to have a really organized office, because

when my environment is cluttered and disorganized, even if it's like in the drawers disorganized,

like not on the surface, but I do know that it's disorganized in the drawer, and then

what happens is, it, kind of, affects me.

It clutters my mind, and when I clear my environment, it actually helps me to think more clearly,

be more creative and be more productive.

And so, that actually was a set up to some really productive days, even though it cost

me those 3 hours.

I was perfectly inspired to do it at the perfect time, and I hadn't ruined my schedule, because

I'd already done my one thing.

I was on a winning streak, and I just kept going with things that helped me win some

more.

What most people do is they set themselves up for a fail.

They have this huge To Do list, which they can never get done.

I know, I used to do the same thing.

I could never get it done, so, everyday, at the end of the day, even if I'd crossed off

20 things, I still felt like a failure because I didn't get done.

Now, I was never, ever going to get done because, of course, new things go onto the To Do list

all the time, and so, I was never going to win.

But, when you get on the failing streak, when you feel like you're failing, you know,

what happens, your point of attraction starts to bring more, and more, and more experiences

like that to you.

So, things go wrong, things take a lot longer than they should.

You know, you're less productive than you want to be and instead of, you know, having

a lot of leverage, and getting a lot done in one day, a lot more than you should logically

be able to, you get a lot less done; everything takes a lot longer.

So, the tip, really is to set yourself up for the easy win because once you're on a

winning streak, you want to keep winning.

And, you might be absolutely shocked at just how productive you become by doing that.

Just keep in mind, you have to honor yourself, you have to honor your agreement with yourself.

And, there are going to be days when you do your one thing, and you're done and you don't

want to do anymore.

And, in that case, don't do anymore.

So, I hope that these tips have been helpful for you.

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, I'm sorry I haven't been posting for a while I've been super busy (lies)

I'm just kidding I've been super lazy, so let's just address our first topic.

Some of you already know this, but I started a middle school about five or six months ago

and since have made some new friends.

One of them being A1Fighter4 who has his own YouTube channel similar to mine you can check out his channel by clicking

I will be doing a lot of collabs with him once I can start playing overwatch.

You might be playing other games like fortnight, but we haven't really talked about that too much.

Also, I will be doing a lot of collabs soon with people like Super Legit Nerd and Dany if I can get in contact with them.

So the reason I haven't been posting do often lately is because I finally downloaded overwatch, but I ran into a problem

I remember that I am NOT an administrator all my computer, so I went to my dad, who is the only official

administrator on the computer and

he couldn't remember his password to download it so he came to the conclusion that we just have to completely wipe my computer clean

and after make me an administrator.

So I waited and he said he's having trouble reinstalling Windows 10 onto my computer.

So he gave me back my computer so here I am making this video

So that was my first scripted video

Snoring is always caused, by, some kind of block in the breathing passages, and that any cure

Was aimed at removing that particular block all of a sudden she looked at

Me and said this is what i work on with, my students all the time

My, jaw dropped i couldn't believe, what i was hearing?

You, see my wife used to be a. Classical singer but turned to teaching a few years, ago

She explained to me that if you are going to sing, well everything in and around the breathing passage has to be open and strong

That's exactly, what she trained her students to do every day

Side note just so you know. You can, do the snoring exercises and complete silence you don't have to do any singing i

Was shocked?

Completely, by accident the woman i had been married to for five years held

The key to solving the problem that had been holding our marriage hostage for so long that, day

My wife taught, me the exercises she had been using with her students for years

Within a week i slept a whole night without snoring for the first time in decades and after just three weeks of training i

Completely cured my snoring

permanently meaning i have never snored again, and those dreadful episodes of sleep apnea were also gone

But then the disappointment hit

since i know, how

Embarrassing snoring is and how great a toll it takes on relationships i started preaching the exercises to literally everyone

Like a crazy, person i asked strangers if they

Had problems with snoring and if they did i insisted on teaching them the exercises i had been using

It's not however so far-fetched, ask, strangers about their snoring problem, why

because snoring is one of the most common reasons for couples fighting

Here are some scary numbers about snoring

30 of women and fifty percent of men snore

Nearly one-third of those who snore, also suffers sleep apnea a potentially deadly condition and often without knowing it

Snoring, and sleep apnea limits your breathing and therefore the amount of oxygen you take in during the night

This often leads to fatal conditions such as

Stroke or heart attack

Type-2 diabetes alzheimer's and other dementia

fatigue and tiredness during the day, plus sleep apnea is also the leading cause of obesity, and

Unbelievably snoring can even lead to hearing loss of both the snore and their partner due to the loud

Noise, throughout the night but the snore is not the most dangerous thing

About 50% of people have a partner, who snores this, means that snoring affects almost everyone in one way or another and

Having, someone keep you up every night with, their loud snoring is even more serious than snoring yourself

Lack of good quality sleep causes many of the same symptoms as snoring, does but much more drastically

It leads to even deadlier conditions such as high blood, pressure heart attack and stroke fatigue and tiredness

Dementia and other memory loss

Obesity and early death plus it causes you to underperform like a zombie throughout, the, day

over

100,000 car and home accidents every, year are blamed on sleep deprivation

Thousands of people die every year because their partner kept them up with their snoring

But most seriously it robs you of the joy of life, because, you're just not yourself people
